- 0:00SPEAKER_02: Welcome to Stories from the Lost and Found.
- 0:02SPEAKER_02: I'm Krishna Avalon, subconscious therapist, breakthrough coach, and acupuncturist, someone who spent 24 years helping people change from the inside out.
- 0:11SPEAKER_02: I bridge neuroscience and ancient medicine together to show you what's actually driving your life because it's almost never what's on the surface.
- 0:19SPEAKER_02: Each week we'll go deep into the patterns, wounded parts, and the real stories behind why we get stuck and how we find our way through.
- 0:26SPEAKER_02: If you're ready for honesty, depth, and tools that actually work, you're in the right place.
- 0:31SPEAKER_02: I am so glad you're here.
- 0:34SPEAKER_02: All right, welcome everyone.
- 0:37SPEAKER_02: I am Krishna Avalon.
- 0:39SPEAKER_02: I am your host, and today I am so excited to welcome Miss Elizabeth Seesler.
- 0:46SPEAKER_02: I literally have her in my phone as the water goddess.
- 0:51SPEAKER_02: We, Liz and I joined this mastermind together pretty much at the same time.
- 0:56SPEAKER_02: And I think there's probably about a hundred people or something in that mastermind.
- 1:00SPEAKER_02: A lot of boss, amazing people, but I think because I read energy for a living and because uh of who you are, Liz, and what you're bringing today.
- 1:10SPEAKER_02: Um, with your obsession with water and your background, I was like, she is the one.
- 1:16SPEAKER_02: Like, I need to follow this woman.
- 1:18SPEAKER_02: I need to know more about her.
- 1:19SPEAKER_02: So I'm so excited to have you.
- 1:22SPEAKER_02: Let me just talk about your bio here a little bit.
- 1:24SPEAKER_02: You are a hydration coach, the founder of Electrolyzed Reduced Water Project.
- 1:31SPEAKER_02: Your background, which is so interesting, is in criminology, dietetics and nutrition, and personal training.
- 1:37SPEAKER_02: And you've always been fascinated by uncovering the systems that influence human behavior, physiology, and performance.
- 1:44SPEAKER_02: Speaking my language there.
- 1:46SPEAKER_02: And then after six years of active duty in the US Air Force, you discovered the profound impact of electrolyzed, reduced water and bioelectric health.
- 1:55SPEAKER_02: And that discovery led you to become a holistic health practitioner and build a global education platform and community dedicated to helping people reclaim their energy, vitality, and biological resilience.
- 2:08SPEAKER_02: I'm so excited to have you.
- 2:09SPEAKER_02: Welcome.
- 2:10SPEAKER_02: Thank you.
- 2:10SPEAKER_00: I'm so excited to be here.
- 2:12SPEAKER_02: I mean, is there a place that you would like to start?
- 2:16SPEAKER_02: Because of course, I would love to hear how you went from this background in the military and criminology to becoming what I see as this like amazing earth goddess mama obsessed with water in house.
- 2:33SPEAKER_02: Um, such a cool combination.
- 2:35SPEAKER_02: So, yeah, wherever you want to start with that.
- 2:45SPEAKER_00: I it took me a very long time to get here and for the pieces to sort of all fall into place.
- 2:54SPEAKER_00: And sometimes we can't connect the dots of our life looking forward, but we can when we are still enough present in the moment, and like we start reflecting and looking back on everything we've been through, what our interests have been, what jobs we've had, what traumas maybe we've been through.
- 3:17SPEAKER_00: Um, I actually like never believed that water could change someone's life.
- 3:25SPEAKER_00: Like, I knew it was important.
- 3:28SPEAKER_00: Um, but to me, it was kind of just like water's water.
- 3:32SPEAKER_00: And if you talked to me 10 years ago and said, you know, water's gonna change your life, like I would have laughed.
- 3:39SPEAKER_00: I mean, I studied nutrition, uh, dietetics, I was a bodybuilder.
- 3:46SPEAKER_00: Like you said, I was in the US Air Force, I worked within fitness within the Air Force.
- 3:52SPEAKER_00: Um, so to me, it was like, yeah, water mattered, exercise mattered, supplements mattered, and water was just water.
- 4:01SPEAKER_00: And um at that time when I was in the military and like upon getting out, my body started to fall apart.
- 4:12SPEAKER_00: I looked very healthy on the outside, like I looked fit.
- 4:17SPEAKER_00: I mean, now when I see my face compared with my face back then, I can definitely see the difference, but I looked normal, right?
- 4:25SPEAKER_00: Like I looked average and like nothing was really wrong.
- 4:29SPEAKER_00: Um, but I was dealing with IBS.
- 4:34SPEAKER_00: I was dealing with really, really bad brain fog every single day.
- 4:39SPEAKER_00: And to me, like brain fog is one of the worst things.
- 4:44SPEAKER_00: Um, I don't know about you, Krishna, but like I like to wake up feeling good and sharp and getting the most out of my day.
- 4:54SPEAKER_00: And um, I've always been a high achiever.
- 4:57SPEAKER_00: And I just felt like brain fog, it crippled me.
- 5:01SPEAKER_00: Um, no matter how much I slept at night, I never fully felt rested and recovered when I would wake up.
- 5:09SPEAKER_00: And I was just kind of going through the motions of life and um was dealing with some like anxiety, was dealing with some depression.
- 5:20SPEAKER_00: Um, I used to like in this military time frame, I would wake up, I would listen.
- 5:26SPEAKER_00: I don't know if you know of like Abraham Hicks and like the law of attraction stuff.
- 5:30SPEAKER_00: I every morning I would have to listen to that, to like program my brain to like be able to get through the day because I just was not in a good place.
- 5:41SPEAKER_00: And um, yeah, it was like I kept adding all of these things.
- 5:47SPEAKER_00: And then when I got out of the military, I stumbled across this water and I didn't know that it was anything special.
- 5:57SPEAKER_00: I didn't have any expectations, I didn't do any research on it.
- 6:02SPEAKER_00: I simply drank it for a week at a retreat that I was at.
- 6:08SPEAKER_00: And when I changed my water for that week, things started shifting in me that I couldn't explain.
- 6:16SPEAKER_00: I could just feel and recognize.
- 7:21SPEAKER_00: So that's kind of how I went from military to now sharing this water.
- 7:27SPEAKER_00: I didn't go searching for it.
- 7:30SPEAKER_02: I mean, just wow, first of all, I have goosebumps.
- 7:33SPEAKER_02: For one, I know that so many people, not just me, can really resonate with the fact that water is miraculous.
- 7:40SPEAKER_02: It is life force, it is like the greatest gift.
- 7:43SPEAKER_02: I think my water when I take a shower, I bless my water when I fill my Berkey, because I don't yet have your system, but I am going to after this call.
- 7:53SPEAKER_02: Um, it's like so astounding to me when people don't like to drink water.
- 7:59SPEAKER_02: Like we're 80%.
- 8:00SPEAKER_02: Is that the right statistic?
- 8:02SPEAKER_02: 80% water, like it's who we are.
- 8:06SPEAKER_00: And yeah, um, I you just you instantly made me think of like we're born from our mother's waters, like we come from water, we descend down the birth canal, like it's all water words.
- 8:24SPEAKER_00: Our mother's waters, I have chills, like our mother's waters break.
- 8:29SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I have full-body goosebumps, and I'm like sweating at the same time right now.
- 8:34SPEAKER_00: Um, so it's like we literally come from perfect waters in our mother's womb.
- 8:43SPEAKER_00: And what if aging is actually just becoming less and less water?
- 8:50SPEAKER_00: Like they found that Alzheimer's and dementia is dehydration of the brain.
- 8:58SPEAKER_00: And when you spoke of not liking water, I like somewhat relate to it in a way because I always loved water outside of my body.
- 9:09SPEAKER_00: Like I loved like going to the beach and like going to pools and like lakes.
- 9:13SPEAKER_00: And like I grew up in Texas, so I it was hot.
- 9:16SPEAKER_00: I was in the water all the time.
- 9:18SPEAKER_00: But I didn't so much like enjoy drinking it, I just kind of did it because like I knew I needed to.
- 9:25SPEAKER_00: Um, you know, especially coming from health dietetics, like, you know, you're told to drink water every day.
- 9:34SPEAKER_00: And like I remember I used to wake up in the morning, and I don't know if anyone listening relates to this, but I would drink a glass of water because I know I needed to, but it was almost like it would kind of make me want to gag.
- 9:49SPEAKER_00: Like it was like I was forcing myself to drink water.
- 9:53SPEAKER_00: And what I found is a lot of people who don't like drinking water, it's actually because they are putting water in their body that their body doesn't actually recognize as water.
- 10:07SPEAKER_00: It's like a counterfeit form of the type of water God designed for us to be drinking.
- 10:15SPEAKER_00: And this water that I speak on occurs naturally in certain parts of the earth.
- 10:22SPEAKER_00: And most people today are drinking processed, government tampered with, purified, stripped, energy deficient.
- 10:35SPEAKER_00: Um the best way I can say it is like it's people are drinking water that is slowly working against them rather than for them.
- 10:46SPEAKER_00: So when you say a lot of people don't drinking like drinking water, or like parents who have a hard time getting their kids to drink water, I think it's that that kid is extremely intuitive and smart, and they're like, No, I don't want to be drinking water that is literally stealing energy from my body and not properly hydrating me.
- 11:09SPEAKER_00: So what if it's that the child is not being difficult and that it's that the child actually knows something that our brains can't comprehend?
- 11:20SPEAKER_02: Oh my God.
- 11:21SPEAKER_02: Okay, so first of all, when you were first saying, I'm sweaty and I have goosebumps, like I did too, but literally, however, the light came through in your eyes that were shining for anybody who's gonna watch this on YouTube, you look like the angel that you are.
- 11:36SPEAKER_02: Okay, I think that those are God's words coming through.
- 11:39SPEAKER_02: Like I've never heard it said like that before.
- 11:41SPEAKER_02: Like, what if aging is just our brains lacking water?
- 11:48SPEAKER_02: I mean, it's so true.
- 11:49SPEAKER_02: There's about one thing that I'm snobby about in the world, and it's the water that I drink because I can taste it.
- 11:56SPEAKER_02: I live in Oregon, Portland specifically.
- 11:59SPEAKER_02: We don't, you know, put fluoride in our waters, which is one of the things I loved about when I moved here.
- 12:06SPEAKER_02: When my boyfriend comes over, his dog will drink an entire bowl of my water, which you know, it's brokey, it's not in your system yet.
- 12:14SPEAKER_02: But he doesn't drink water from the tap at his house.
- 12:18SPEAKER_02: And we always he always trips out about that, but I'm like, well, it's obvious my water tastes good and yours doesn't.
- 12:24SPEAKER_02: And I just think like, how could we not be affected by the quality of our water when we're 80%?
- 12:30SPEAKER_02: So just everything you said was landing really deep within my system, and I I know it will for lots of people.
- 12:37SPEAKER_02: Um I mean, who are the people that you get to serve and help?
- 12:48SPEAKER_02: And how do you do that?
- 12:49SPEAKER_02: Because I see some of your stories.
- 12:51SPEAKER_02: I know like healthcare practitioners will drive to you to get water, is what I've seen.
- 12:57SPEAKER_02: Um, I know you and your husband work together, which I also love, educating people.
- 13:02SPEAKER_02: Like for me, I'll just name it like the system and setting it up, my brain has some sort of like kryptonite around directions.
- 13:10SPEAKER_02: So, like the fact that you and your husband would like get on the phone with me and walk me through this setup, that helps me a lot, you know, because you see like something new or you see something with any tech or like directions, and you could be like, Whoa, that's like too much to deal with.
- 13:25SPEAKER_02: But you say you travel with your system, you know what I mean?
- 13:28SPEAKER_02: And so I'm like, okay, I can do it, I can totally do it.
- 13:32SPEAKER_02: I don't know if you want to speak to the people you help and how easy it is to work with um yeah, the system of water that you work with.
- 13:41SPEAKER_00: Yeah, you can you can totally do it.
- 13:44SPEAKER_00: And I know that this water is going to like even bring further massive um value to your life.
- 13:55SPEAKER_00: And um, it's so interesting, like not that you're resistant at all, but like just I've been doing this for six years now, and I I really do help like so many different types of people.
- 14:13SPEAKER_00: Um, and it's taken me some time to really like zero in on like who it is that I want to serve.
- 14:21SPEAKER_00: Um, because I I love helping everyone.
- 14:24SPEAKER_00: Like I went to school for criminology and I love solving like problems.
- 14:32SPEAKER_00: Like I love researching, you know, so someone when someone comes to me with like an autoimmune condition or Crohn's or it's like every day I get to like help people like put the pieces together to connect the dots in their health.
- 14:49SPEAKER_00: Um, and a lot of the time it all comes down to like dehydration, acidosis, lack of voltage.
- 14:59SPEAKER_00: And we are electrical beings, and electricians and electrical engineers are actually kind of like one of my favorite groups of people to help because they get it.
- 15:14SPEAKER_00: Like, in order for a house to like whoa, in order for a house to hold light, right?
- 15:25SPEAKER_00: In order for your lights to work, like it has to be wired properly.
- 15:30SPEAKER_00: Like, like, shouldn't the water we drink, like if we're electrical beings, that water should be supporting electricity in our body, like it should be full of life, it should be full of voltage rather than devoid and slowly like pulling that from us.
- 15:53SPEAKER_00: So, electrical engineers like they get it, like because they can easily think in terms of electricity.
- 16:00SPEAKER_00: And I think so many of us, by no fault of our own, have been programmed to think in terms of chemistry.
- 16:09SPEAKER_00: So a lot of people get caught up, and I see them get caught up on the alkalinity or the pH.
- 16:18SPEAKER_00: And to me, like when you're focusing on that, you're kind of missing the whole point of what this water is.
- 16:25SPEAKER_00: Like, I'll see people get confused and be like, well, the water's properties are um negated because when we drink it, it mixes with the acid in our stomach.
- 16:35SPEAKER_00: And it's like, and maybe you and I can go into this on a later episode a bit deeper, but like, no, your body starts absorbing this water through your esophagus before it even hits your stomach.
- 16:48SPEAKER_00: The molecular hydrogen is a selective antioxidant and it floods the body and it goes to where it's needed most.
- 16:56SPEAKER_00: So if you're focusing on the pH, it's like you're kind of missing the point of what this water is.
- 17:03SPEAKER_00: Um so electricians, electrical engineers, um, I help holistic health practitioners.
- 17:12SPEAKER_00: Um, one of my closest, I do like silent and strategic partnerships with people because not everyone has the time to research this in the way that I have or to be able to explain it in the way that I do.
- 17:25SPEAKER_00: And um, so like one woman, she's a close friend, sister of mine, strategic partner, and she was working in at Yale, um, and she is in the holistic health field.
- 17:38SPEAKER_00: She's um an integrative nutritionist, and she actually left her position there to pursue this with me because she sees the ways that like she will make more of an impact on people.
- 17:53SPEAKER_00: And it's like water is the biggest missing link, so many overlooking.
- 17:58SPEAKER_00: And I don't mean just drink more water, I mean drink the right type of water.
- 18:04SPEAKER_00: Um, so you know, whether someone is a teacher or a barber, like I just think of people I've helped in the local area, um, plumbers, a lot of plumbers get questions about water, water quality, um, therapists, counselors.
- 18:26SPEAKER_00: So, like, can you imagine, like, if you're practicing EMDR or something with someone, it's kind of like when we're dehydrated, it's kind of like we're drunk.
- 18:36SPEAKER_00: It's like we're not fully there consciously, right?
- 18:41SPEAKER_00: So for me, like this, and I always tell people like it's not about negating like what you do, Krishna, like what you do is powerful.
- 18:51SPEAKER_00: It's what starts to happen when you add this water into the equation and helping your clients have even better outcomes.
- 19:02SPEAKER_00: So, like, I partner with massage therapists, and what they do is powerful.
- 19:07SPEAKER_00: Like, I think it's so important for our bodies to be worked on and loved on and touched, and this water deeply affects the fascia.
- 19:20SPEAKER_00: So, what happens when someone who's actually hydrated goes and sees a massage therapist, they have even better outcomes.
- 19:30SPEAKER_00: So, yeah, that's just kind of um I help all sorts of people, people who work in mortgages, real estate agents.
- 19:42SPEAKER_00: Water doesn't discriminate.
- 19:44SPEAKER_02: No, it doesn't.
- 19:46SPEAKER_02: I guess what I more specifically wanted to ask was how people find you because you're not online like trying to be a hustler.
- 19:58SPEAKER_02: I mean, you are because you're amazing at being with the thing that you're obsessed about and you're teaching and you're educating.
- 20:06SPEAKER_02: And that's my favorite way to be in service.
- 20:09SPEAKER_02: Is this like, yeah, I want to scale, sure, I want to have impact, but I want to do it from a place from my heart and also um like in a way that's educational, that's helpful to people.
- 20:20SPEAKER_02: And I know that's how you really show up online, and I love that.
- 20:23SPEAKER_02: So, how do people find you is how I should ask.
- 20:27SPEAKER_02: Because it's a lot of different kinds of people from what I've seen.
- 20:31SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 20:32SPEAKER_00: And I I think I've kind of evolved too over the years, just like um, I I feel like I've always been 50% online, 50% in person.
- 20:43SPEAKER_00: I I really love being in person with people belly to belly.
- 20:48SPEAKER_00: And um, something I've always just prayed over my business is like, God, like use me, like my bandwidth, like I can only do so much on a daily basis.
- 21:00SPEAKER_00: And please, like, help me give my time and energy to people who uh have the eyes to see, the ears to hear, the heart to feel.
- 21:10SPEAKER_00: Um, because when I when I speak, like all these things that I'm sharing right now, I'm not like teaching you anything, I'm not teaching you this new concept.
- 21:23SPEAKER_00: I'm reminding you of what your water body already knows is truth.
- 21:28SPEAKER_00: And when someone is speaking truth, it's like we remember.
- 21:33SPEAKER_00: And that's when I started drinking this water, I remember, like it's gonna make me cry.
- 21:41SPEAKER_00: Like, I remembered how water is supposed to make us feel, and my whole life I've been drinking water that like I couldn't feel.
- 21:55SPEAKER_00: Like when I started drinking this water, like the past six years, I I did.
- 22:00SPEAKER_00: And like I never used to be someone that could like feel the rhythm.
- 22:05SPEAKER_00: And I always always just like I put a label on myself of like, oh, I'm just a white girl, and that's why like I can't feel the rhythm.
- 22:11SPEAKER_00: But what if a lot of people who can't feel the rhythm, it's because their bodies are lacking structured water.
- 22:18SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 22:19SPEAKER_00: And yeah, so 50% in person, 50% online.
- 22:25SPEAKER_00: Um, I have joined, I think you have as well, like a BI group or kind of like a chamber of commerce type situation.
- 22:35SPEAKER_02: Not even I've done a BI in the past, and because I'm an easy person to refer to, BI was amazing for my business.
- 22:43SPEAKER_02: But I'm in like, I'm in this sort of like country club kind of up-leveled, you know, situation where it's like a lot of old dudes who've been in the chapter for like a hundred, you know, it's definitely at like a fancy club, and like you have to wear a suit, and men have to wear a tie.
- 23:01SPEAKER_02: Like it's not a room I'd normally put myself in, but I had a good friend in there.
- 23:06SPEAKER_02: And as you know, you can show up in there, and people are like, you can feel unseen.
- 23:12SPEAKER_02: But I believe in what I do so much working with the subconscious and the way I get to be a therapist with IFS, that it really once you have your message very clear about the problems that you can help people with, how you can help them instead of speaking them from my language of like I'm a subconscious therapist, which people would just like glass over and be like, what the fuck does she do?
- 23:38SPEAKER_02: She's gonna hypnotize me.
- 23:39SPEAKER_00: It's the solution.
- 23:41SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it's like you're giving them the solution, but you're not speaking to the problem.
- 23:46SPEAKER_00: And it's like speaking to what it is they're dealing with on a daily basis versus like the solution.
- 23:54SPEAKER_02: Well, the mastermind that you are and I are in, that has definitely helped me first of all, meet incredible people like yourself, but learn to dial in my messaging so that I can even go into that kind of room and know people are starting to ask questions because I understand how to speak it.
- 24:12SPEAKER_02: And like for you earlier, when you were talking about how electricians, electrical engineers understand and get it, I was like, well, yeah, of course I do.
- 24:21SPEAKER_02: And then even energetically, like Masoro Omoto was one of the like really impactful people when I found him in my life.
- 24:29SPEAKER_02: And for people who don't know, he was the Japanese scientist who studied like how water would form into crystals in different environments, or when we said different things to it.
- 24:40SPEAKER_02: And then having proof of that from a scientific standpoint, and then putting it out there in the world through books and giving talks and stuff.
- 24:48SPEAKER_02: I mean, um, yeah, I mean, that are just like you were saying, I suppose, to like circle back, is it like it just made me remember?
- 24:57SPEAKER_02: Like it just made so much sense.
- 24:59SPEAKER_00: And when you said earlier you were gonna cry because water should help you remember, I mean, that's that's what it feels like for me when you talk, and then when I am swimming in water or when I'm in a waterfall, or yeah, yeah, it's like so many people like for me, this water was the missing piece I didn't even realize I was missing, and it's like I said, it's not to negate any other healing modalities, but it's like I had tried so many things, and I was still lacking drinking the right type of water, and it was like I was constantly like searching, and I I have a huge heart for helping people who are um in addiction and recovery.
- 25:53SPEAKER_00: I've helped halfway houses um get these systems.
- 25:58SPEAKER_00: I've done tests where I will give this water to 17-year-olds, 18-year-olds, and I say nothing.
- 26:06SPEAKER_00: And they come to me two weeks later.
- 26:10SPEAKER_00: Liz, is it normal that I don't want my vape pen?
- 26:13SPEAKER_00: Like, Liz, is it normal that like I don't want to smoke cigarettes anymore?
- 26:17SPEAKER_00: And it's like so many people, it's like their body is just like craving something, right?
- 26:25SPEAKER_00: It's like whether it's alcohol, whether it's drugs, whether it's feeling alive, whether it's nicotine, or you get the idea.
- 26:37SPEAKER_00: It's like so many people will, you know, give up one thing to then be addicted to something else.
- 26:45SPEAKER_00: And I think a huge piece of that, and I don't think I I know, a huge piece of that is from lacking voltage.
- 26:53SPEAKER_00: They don't feel whole.
- 26:55SPEAKER_00: And when I started drinking this water, it brought wholeness into myself where I stopped needing things outside of myself to feel whole.
- 27:06SPEAKER_00: Like I still love coffee, don't need it every day, don't have to start my morning with it.
- 27:12SPEAKER_00: Sometimes I'll drink three quarters of it.
- 27:16SPEAKER_00: It's more so just the ritual.
- 27:18SPEAKER_00: I love how it smells, how it tastes, but I don't like, don't talk to me until I've had my coffee.
- 27:24SPEAKER_00: You know what I mean?
- 27:25SPEAKER_00: Like how some people are.
- 27:27SPEAKER_00: And I'm just like, girl, you need some living water.
- 27:34SPEAKER_02: Exactly.
- 27:35SPEAKER_02: I mean, I love how you said that that a lot of people like are looking for something to be activated within themselves, you know, and what's it like when we make coffee with electrolyzed water anyway?
- 27:50SPEAKER_02: It isn't electrically well, and um, it's not too deep for me because going back to when you were saying molecular hydrogen, yeah?
- 28:01SPEAKER_02: Because I mean, most of us are more on the acidic spectrum, yes, and like that causes so much disease and more alkalinity definitely is helpful.
- 28:13SPEAKER_02: It's why celery juice is so good for me every time, but molecular hydrogen and like permeation makes so much sense because of how, just like you were saying, it's like about hitting your esophagus before it even gets to your stomach.
- 28:27SPEAKER_02: So is the electrolyzed come from like the way the water spins in your system, or like how does it get electrolyzed?
- 28:37SPEAKER_00: So the system is called a continuous electrolysis water generator, and it's basically a CPR device for water, it helps, it's not creating a new type of water, it's helping restore water back to the way that it was how God intended for us to be drinking it.
- 29:03SPEAKER_00: And I do want to say, like, you have to be careful when getting on this water because a lot of people kind of oversimplify it in their heads.
- 29:14SPEAKER_00: They'll just be like, oh, I just need alkaline water, or oh, I just need hydrogen water.
- 29:20SPEAKER_00: There are so many different types of hydrogen water.
- 29:25SPEAKER_00: Um, I've had people spend thousands of dollars on systems, um, getting the hydrogen bottles, getting hydrogen tablets.
- 29:35SPEAKER_00: What you want is electrolyzed reduced water.
- 29:39SPEAKER_00: And to answer your question, this water is the closest thing to like when lightning strikes the ocean, when it strikes water, it produces negative ions.
- 29:52SPEAKER_00: So this water has different properties to it.
- 29:56SPEAKER_00: Um, it's known as ERW, electrolyze reduced water, for anyone who wants to like, you know, get on Google Scholar or PubMed and like do some research.
- 30:06SPEAKER_00: Um, there's thousands of articles on the ways this water helps and supports different health conditions.
- 30:13SPEAKER_00: We can't make any claims of, you know, it fixes XYZ.
- 30:18SPEAKER_00: Yet I have seen this water help and support in nearly every health condition someone ever comes to me with who actually takes the leap of faith to try this and give it to their body for at least three months at a time.
- 30:34SPEAKER_00: And um, yeah, so just be aware that there are a lot of counterfeits out there.
- 30:40SPEAKER_00: There are a lot of um just marketing terms that people, you know, I call them buzzwords.
- 30:46SPEAKER_00: You know, you'll go down the bottle bottled water aisle and it'll say like ionized and alkaline and 9.5 pH and produced through electrolysis.
- 30:58SPEAKER_00: Um, and I know you'll resonate with this, Krishna.
- 31:01SPEAKER_00: Like, water is not meant to be treated as a commodity.
- 31:06SPEAKER_00: We as humans are not meant to be treated as commodities.
- 31:10SPEAKER_00: And you cannot bottle and sell this water, it loses the properties.
- 31:18SPEAKER_00: So let's just hypothetically give credit to some of these bottled water companies and say they were taking this water and putting it in bottles.
- 31:28SPEAKER_00: Within a week, it has lost the properties.
- 31:33SPEAKER_00: So you want to be drinking it as fresh as possible.
- 31:37SPEAKER_00: Um yeah, so just be aware of that, you know, as you are um doing research and picking a system or um, this water is more than just hydrogen water.
- 31:48SPEAKER_00: This water is more than just alkaline, it's more than just structured.
- 31:52SPEAKER_00: You know, I'll I'll have people that come to me that are like, can't I just get one of those vortex pictures or hydrogen tablets?
- 32:00SPEAKER_00: And it's like, there's so much more to this than it just being that.
- 32:06SPEAKER_02: Oh my god, it's amazing.
- 32:08SPEAKER_02: I really can't wait to um yeah, get on it.
- 32:11SPEAKER_02: Why did you ask me about BNI before?
- 32:14SPEAKER_02: Are you in a chapter?
- 32:15SPEAKER_02: And that's how you're getting to work with your community.
- 32:17SPEAKER_00: Oh, yeah, because you were talking about how people find me.
- 32:23SPEAKER_00: Um, and there's something that happens when you are drinking bioavailable water.
- 32:32SPEAKER_00: And I give credit to um my mentor for this, uh Jilly Torres.
- 32:37SPEAKER_00: You guys can follow her, Water Heiress.
- 32:40SPEAKER_00: Um, she drops amazing codes.
- 32:43SPEAKER_00: She has a book out um called Water Codes.
- 32:46SPEAKER_00: You can find it on Amazon, and she really weaves like indigenous, um, even Christianity, like coming from our mother's waters.
- 32:59SPEAKER_00: A lot of the things like I talk about and I have remembered myself have come from her.
- 33:05SPEAKER_00: Um, and she's just such a a wealth of wisdom.
- 33:09SPEAKER_00: And when you she something she reminded me of is like this water is bioavailable.
- 33:17SPEAKER_00: Most water people are drinking is not.
- 33:20SPEAKER_00: And when you have gotten free from time, right, when you're no longer going to work somewhere, working a nine to five, being in that hustle grind culture, right?
- 33:32SPEAKER_00: When you maybe don't live a life of entrepreneurship, and this is where I was at before, you know, I was in the military, like working my tail feather off, getting very little money.
- 33:45SPEAKER_00: Um, so I wasn't freed from time.
- 33:48SPEAKER_00: I was, you know, in the system.
- 33:52SPEAKER_00: And when you're drinking bioavailable water, you're freed from time.
- 33:57SPEAKER_00: You are available for the ways God wants to use you.
- 34:01SPEAKER_00: And that doesn't mean that, you know, God can't work through whatever situation we're in.
- 34:07SPEAKER_00: But I just, the stuff that happens to me on a daily basis, like I will feel the urge to like, I gotta go to the gym right now.
- 34:15SPEAKER_00: And like I will run into someone I haven't seen in six years, and they're like, Liz, what's up with this water?
- 34:20SPEAKER_00: I see you post about it on Facebook.
- 34:22SPEAKER_00: My mom's dealing with arthritis, you know, they start opening up to me.
- 34:27SPEAKER_00: And that's just something I pray is like, God, like, please use me today.
- 34:32SPEAKER_00: Um, how you want to use me and help me to be available.
- 34:36SPEAKER_00: Like it's such a beautiful thing to be able to help your neighbor, to be able to help your friends, right?
- 34:46SPEAKER_00: You are available for the way that creator wants to use you.
- 34:52SPEAKER_02: Oh my goodness.
- 34:53SPEAKER_02: And it's so obvious that that's the place that you're living from, that that's your prayer, and that's what you're asking for every day.
- 35:01SPEAKER_02: Um, it's coming through you very, very clearly.
- 35:04SPEAKER_02: And I suppose what I would want to know from here is like, like I know for me, the pandemic was really a time I can reconnected to the word God.
- 35:16SPEAKER_02: Like I grew up in a white Catholic family, a giant white Catholic family in the Midwest, in Wisconsin, and was the only brown person.
- 35:26SPEAKER_02: Went to Catholic Church, which was very martyr, shame victim, like horrible.
- 35:31SPEAKER_02: Going to church was not great.
- 35:33SPEAKER_02: So I just didn't like the word God for a long time, but I came into my spirituality, like definitely starting with acupuncture school.
- 35:40SPEAKER_02: And then it just deepened and deepened with my connection to nature and you know, reprogramming my subconscious for all of that religious programming and like expanding my trust and connection to God during pandemic, definitely reconnected with the word God as a like source, creator, the divine.
- 35:59SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 35:59SPEAKER_02: And the people for me during pandemic that I was really resonating the most were Christ consciousness people in their sovereignty, in their DIY-ness, in their, you know, connection to God and trusting their bodies and how they were made.
- 36:15SPEAKER_02: And so um, I just want to name that because I would love to know for you like, was there a time for you too where you were disconnected or felt lost because you are so truly connected, obviously, now.
- 36:33SPEAKER_00: Oh my gosh, yes.
- 36:35SPEAKER_00: And like I resonate so deeply with what you were saying.
- 36:40SPEAKER_00: Um I grew up in Texas, like born into church, right?
- 36:48SPEAKER_00: And there is a lot of um just it might have just been me, like doing it to myself, but I I felt like it put me in such a box.
- 37:03SPEAKER_00: I thought of God as someone so far outside of myself.
- 37:10SPEAKER_00: Um did everything right, right?
- 37:14SPEAKER_00: Like, you know, I even went to um private Christian high school my junior and senior year.
- 37:21SPEAKER_00: I went on mission trips, and I felt the way, like the weight of shame of that I was carrying.
- 37:30SPEAKER_00: And I really tried to like be this like good Christian.
- 37:35SPEAKER_00: And it was like the more I tried, the more God escaped me.
- 37:40SPEAKER_00: And I rebelled really hard once I was um out of high school.
- 37:47SPEAKER_00: I went down a pretty not great path and um just was not a good person, you know, lying to my parents and partying all the time and drinking alcohol and abusing my body and um seeking validation from men and feeling lost, feeling purposeless.
- 38:09SPEAKER_00: And I went to college, I tried different things, criminal justice.
- 38:14SPEAKER_00: I also went to school for dental, and it was like everything that I tried, I was just like, no, this isn't it.
- 38:22SPEAKER_00: No, this isn't it.
- 38:23SPEAKER_00: And I I make a joke that I have like 260 college credits.
- 38:29SPEAKER_00: Like I was in college for like 10 years trying so many different things.
- 38:34SPEAKER_00: So I was lost for a long time, Krishna, like a long time.
- 38:40SPEAKER_00: And I remember getting to this point where I was just fed up with myself, and I was like, you know what?
- 38:46SPEAKER_00: I'm joining the military, like, because it'll give me more time to figure my life out.
- 38:51SPEAKER_00: And I just wanted to get away.
- 38:53SPEAKER_00: I have always been attracted to toxic, emotionally, physically abusive men.
- 39:01SPEAKER_00: Um, and I was not in a good relationship at that time, and I was just like, I'm joining the military and I'm going away and I'm figuring my life out.
- 39:10SPEAKER_00: And, you know, it was like the military really like there's so many pluses and minuses to it.
- 39:17SPEAKER_00: And I feel like it served exactly what it was meant to for me, and it developed me into the leader that I am today in this mission that I'm on with Operation ERW project.
- 39:28SPEAKER_00: Um, but once I got out of the military, and I remember 2019, I thought I was gonna be in all 20 years.
- 39:38SPEAKER_00: Like that was my plan.
- 39:39SPEAKER_00: I was gonna retire, you know, be comfy, have a retirement package, have my medical benefits.
- 39:46SPEAKER_00: And I remember 2019, clear as day, I would, I was driving in my car, like going to the base, and God was like, get out, get out, get out.
- 39:58SPEAKER_00: Like it was like almost this anxiety feeling.
- 40:01SPEAKER_00: And then in my reality, things kind of started shifting, and it was like my supervisor changed, and I didn't like them.
- 40:09SPEAKER_00: And I was in Missouri for all six years in the Midwest.
- 40:13SPEAKER_00: So resonating with what you were talking about, like just the mindset of the Midwest.
- 40:18SPEAKER_00: And I just felt very like isolated and not in control of my life.
- 40:24SPEAKER_00: And um I chose to get out six months later, COVID happens, and I'm just like, whoa, like that's when I really started to come back to God because I knew God had spoken that to me.
- 40:41SPEAKER_00: Like, that was not my own thoughts thinking that.
- 40:45SPEAKER_00: And just through the series of like COVID happens, and I still like I feel lost, I feel purposeless.
- 40:54SPEAKER_00: I went back to bartending because I knew I could make money doing that.
- 40:58SPEAKER_00: And I just remember, like, I started going through a spiritual awakening and I stopped working out so much.
- 41:04SPEAKER_00: I was slowing down, I was meditating, I was doing yoga.
- 41:08SPEAKER_00: And um, I just remember calling out one day when I was doing breath work outside, and I was like, God, crack my heart open.
- 41:16SPEAKER_00: Like I could feel that I was very just like hardened from life and the things that I've been through.
- 41:22SPEAKER_00: And I was like, show me my purpose.
- 41:25SPEAKER_00: I want to help others, and I promise if you give me my purpose, I will not hold back and I will be obedient to what whatever it is you have called for me to do.
- 41:36SPEAKER_00: And weeks later, the water came into my life in the craziest series of events and um connected me with Jilly, and it was like I hit probably 50 points of no return.
- 41:54SPEAKER_00: Like, and you know what I mean by that?
- 41:57SPEAKER_00: Like, it's like you just your eyes are open to too much for this to not be something.
- 42:03SPEAKER_00: Like, what is happening right now?
- 42:06SPEAKER_00: And um yeah, I just like I started getting confirmation after confirmation after confirmation that like this was the path and this is what I'm supposed to be doing.
- 42:17SPEAKER_00: And the water like met me where I was at and it found me.
- 42:24SPEAKER_00: And at the same time, I had to be open to it, right?
- 42:29SPEAKER_00: Because so many times in life we can be like, we can pray, pray, pray, pray, pray, and like the ingredients show up at our doorstep, and we're like picking it apart, or like, you know, I don't deserve that, or I'm not worthy, or like this is too good to be true.
- 42:44SPEAKER_00: We're like waiting for the other shoe to drop, right?
- 42:48SPEAKER_00: And it was like the more I researched this, um, it was just like all the boxes started checking off.
- 42:56SPEAKER_00: And it's like the science was sciencing, and um I started to see everything I had been through had been preparing me for this, you know, going to school for media marketing and the ways that I use it now in my business, going to school for criminology, and I know we didn't even like get to talk about it, but like I would love to talk about it like on the next episode.
- 43:19SPEAKER_00: It's like, why has this water been suppressed?
- 43:22SPEAKER_00: Because it has since the early 1900s.
- 43:25SPEAKER_00: So when I started uncovering that stuff, uh like something went off inside of me of people deserve to at least know this stuff, like they at least have the awareness.
- 43:40SPEAKER_00: And then once they have the awareness, they can, you know, consent to keep living their life how they're living it, or pivot and change and you know, give this water a try.
- 43:51SPEAKER_00: So I I feel like I was lost majority of my life until I encountered.
- 44:00SPEAKER_00: This water and then also surrendered to what God was leading me to because I was also very uncomfortable using the word God for a long time.
- 44:09SPEAKER_00: And I used to say everything but God.
- 44:12SPEAKER_00: You know, I would just say like energy and stuff like that.
- 44:18SPEAKER_00: But I know there's just been too much in my life that I've had very dark experiences with men, like to where like I felt like this darkness, right?
- 44:32SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, if that level of darkness exists, there has to also be the like the opposite to that, right?
- 44:41SPEAKER_00: And just the way that I was like targeted and attacked and um like trying to be derailed from my purpose with this, like I knew there is something more.
- 44:54SPEAKER_00: It's not all just love and light, like there is there is darkness out there too.
- 45:00SPEAKER_00: And um yeah, I know that's kind of like a whole tangent, but felt lost and this water was a big, big piece to me feeling found and like I'm on the right path.
- 45:13SPEAKER_02: Oh my gosh, yeah.
- 45:14SPEAKER_02: And I just I honestly want to take a moment for every single part of you that showed up in that story that you just told and honoring that darkness within you and that you're able to talk about that now, not from like this projected place, but a place that you've worked with intended.
- 45:34SPEAKER_02: Um, it's you know, it's very obvious, but I also want to just honor that you've been through that.
- 45:39SPEAKER_02: Um so beautiful.
- 45:48SPEAKER_02: And I think too, when you were speaking, like, oh, we haven't gotten to talk about my criminology background.
- 45:53SPEAKER_02: When I was reading your bio this morning and prepped for a conversation, I was like, Well, obviously, she had to be this person who is also very committed to knowing the truth.
- 46:07SPEAKER_02: And like you very much speak my language when you're like, the people need to know about this, because it's true.
- 46:14SPEAKER_02: We do, we deserve to know, and you're a messenger, obviously, for that truth to come through, and for you know, just the way that I mean, literally, God does flow through you and your our own experiences and those wounds, they do become the gifts that we get to share with the world because you are able to have capacity and compassion and understanding because of those things that you've been through.
- 46:40SPEAKER_02: So um I know that I'm I love everything in my life, and um, I love your like three to four minute voice memos that you leave me on Instagram and my text.
- 46:53SPEAKER_02: I like laugh every time because I'm like, you know, you're like this, you have this sciencey, like need-for-truth background, but then you're also like just very esoteric and magical and um mystical, and I just love it.
- 47:10SPEAKER_02: So um, is there a way that you love for people to know more about you or anything that you want to share from your ways of connecting or your business or anything you'd like people to know?
- 47:25SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I would love if you listened to this and you just resonated with it, you know, if you're flowing through Krishna's channel here, like just DM me Krishna.
- 47:38SPEAKER_00: Like, I would love to like connect with each one of you who are listening.
- 47:42SPEAKER_00: And I would love to share um if this is something you are like wanting to learn more about and just seeing how it could help your life and and maybe your family members, your um siblings, like your children, your neighbors.
- 47:59SPEAKER_00: I would love to share um a documentary with you.
- 48:03SPEAKER_00: There's one that has come out recently, it's not um public, it's private, and it's currently in film festivals, and it really helps people connect the dots with this.
- 48:14SPEAKER_00: Um, so yeah, just DM me Krishna and I will get that over to you and would love to um connect.
- 48:22SPEAKER_02: Oh my God.
- 48:23SPEAKER_02: And I just want to say to all the people that I get blessed with who come to see me and hold space for them.
- 48:29SPEAKER_02: It's like when I get obsessed with something and start feeling better, I start telling everyone.
- 48:35SPEAKER_02: And so I know when I get on your water, I'm already obsessed.
- 48:39SPEAKER_02: And so it'll be really beautiful to start weaving that in um to like future collaborations and stuff.
- 48:46SPEAKER_02: And if you're moving out this way, I'll just like travel down to you and pick it up, or you guys can come up here because your husband's from Oregon, and you can help me get on.
- 48:56SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I was just gonna it's so funny.
- 48:59SPEAKER_00: Um, yeah, we we can definitely help you get situated and like I mean, some people even have like through like Task Rabbit, you can have a like send me a picture of your faucet, um, and you we can go from there.
- 49:16SPEAKER_00: Like whether it's easy, some some people like just temporarily put it in their bathroom because bathrooms are very, very you just pop the aerator off and put it on to at least get the water flowing in your house, right?
- 49:31SPEAKER_00: And then you can do a more creative setup down the line if you're wanting to do something more creative in your kitchen.
- 49:39SPEAKER_00: Um for some people's kitchens, it hooks up in five minutes, so it's not it's not as bad as we make it out to be.
- 49:47SPEAKER_02: I love it.
- 49:47SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I've seen you travel and like hook it up to the hotel bathroom, so I'll probably be that nerd as well.
- 49:53SPEAKER_02: Um, thank you so much for taking time out of your beautiful life and hanging out with me.
- 49:59SPEAKER_02: It was such a pleasure, and um I'll talk to you soon.
- 50:05SPEAKER_00: Thank you.
- 50:07SPEAKER_02: That's a wrap on today's episode of Stories from the Lost and Found.
- 50:11SPEAKER_02: If something here resonated with you, the best thing you can do is share it.
- 50:14SPEAKER_02: Send this to someone who really needs to hear it.
- 50:16SPEAKER_02: And if you are ready to go deeper, I would love to support you.
- 50:20SPEAKER_02: Download my free workbook.
- 50:21SPEAKER_02: It walks you through your own subconscious blocks.
- 50:24SPEAKER_02: You can find that link in the show notes.
- 50:26SPEAKER_02: Or if you're ready for a real shift, book a free strategy call and let's figure out what is keeping you from moving forward.
- 50:32SPEAKER_02: I'll see you next week.
