PODCAST: Episode 874 - Kariti on Still Life - Atmospheric Darkness and Emotional Weight
Keefy speaks with Kariti, the atmospheric and ambient sound-alchemist crafting deeply human music through minimalism, ritual, and emotional excavation. Her new album, Still Life, is out now via Lay Bare Recordings.
The album unfolds themes of transience, loss, memory, and the fragile spaces between moments. In this conversation, Kariti discusses composition, intent, working with stark arrangements, and how voice can serve as both an instrument and a confession.
She is playing her last two shows of 2025 this week: Zurich on the 12th & Stuttgart on the 13th of December.
