Latest / Auto Collabs / Is GEO Real, or Is It Just SEO With Another Acronym? | Chad Graves
Transcript
- 0:00ChatGPT, it's going to not just place your dealership in a position or in a visibility or whatever you wanna call it, but it's going to take an opinion about you.
- 0:09I worry if we're looking at cost per lead as our be-all, end-all goal or total amount of leads. The new environment doesn't care about that, our historical metrics.
- 0:19[upbeat music] This is Auto Collabs. And the nicest guys in retail automotive SaaS are... Chad Graves. [laughs] And the Team Every Union.
- 0:37Yes, without a doubt. I mean, you cannot... You-- This is just like- [laughs] It's a great opening... this is home of the nice guys. And, and here's... I'm just gonna, I'm gonna call it out.
- 0:46There have been- Who are not finishing last, by the way. They're s- De- They're screaming right now, boys... without a doubt. There are only a, a small select few companies that have been a part of a Soduko
- 1:01every year since year one. OG. No matter how small or how big- No. OG OG... they've just been committed to this community and, and they care deeply about people.
- 1:08And we love having Chad on because he always gets nerdy, but he's great at relating it to every company. Chad's one of my... Literally, the Reunion guys are some of my first friends in the broader retail industry.
- 1:17Oh, man. Met them at the first event, the first dinner. The first auto industry dinner I ever had, like, was with Chad and Dave Spanecki- Wow... and Brad Pa- Yes, first one.
- 1:27So it's gonna be great to catch up with the one and only Chad Graves. [upbeat music] Chad Graves, not the first time, but certainly won't be the last. Good to talk with you today once more. Absolutely.
- 1:40It's always great to be here. Hopefully not the last for sure, but definitely not the first. Oh, no, no, no, no. I love being here. That's the way to be. It's good. I, I feel like it's been too lo- lo...
- 1:49Actually, the first trip that I canceled during COVID, the very first trip, I was gonna come visit you all- That's right... down in the Carolinas. That was the first trip- Really? It was- See, I didn't know that. Yeah.
- 1:59Yeah, we were gonna go talk. I can't remember what dealer group it was, but we were gonna go visit a dealer group- Yeah...
- 2:04and you ju- you just invited me out, and it was gonna happen, and that was the very first trip that got canceled. Aw. Oh, not the f- not the... Also not the first, but wasn't the last.
- 2:13[laughs] But- It certainly was not the last. That was the first of many. [laughs] Yeah. Man, I feel like we need to... Can we get this introduction to the Carolinas again at some point? Oh, please do.
- 2:21Because I love the Carolinas. [laughs] I would love... You guys come down anytime, man. I tell you, I was just joking before we got on, August is not the right time to come down. It's- [laughs]...
- 2:30it is boiling here right now. Yeah. Blistering. But give us a month, two months. Come down early fall. Uh, you guys are always here. Miss the hurricanes, but get the nice weather. Yeah. Exactly right. Yeah.
- 2:41It's getting complicated. When does it start getting nice in the Carolinas again after the winter?
- 2:45Honestly, I think August is the worst, and so we're, like, at the peak, so anything after this, like- What's it like in February is my question.
- 2:52February could be snowy, but, I mean, compared to you, not like anything, right? All right. All right. So, like, you can... If you're okay with the last- It's, it's snowy or 70. It's snowy or 70. We call it snowy or 70.
- 3:02Okay. Yeah, exactly right, man. But the difference is the sun. Like, well, even if it's snowing- Yes... you let the sun out the next day, and that makes a whole lot of difference. That is... That's the difference. Right?
- 3:11That's the difference. All right. Yeah. Well, yeah. We're in for a good ride. March is great. We get a little March Madness action. Yeah. Oh, for sure. Yeah. Lots of basketball love down there.
- 3:18Lot of basketball in that time of year. For sure. So that's- Yeah... that is a fun time to be here. [laughs] Yeah, that's great. All right. Well, I'm gonna di- I'm gonna dive right in. Let's do it.
- 3:24So I'm, I'm gonna take us back. We are at a Soduko, and you and I are chatting, talking about reviews, AI, GEO, all this type of stuff. And then I had this bright idea to, like, stir the pot on LinkedIn- [laughs] No...
- 3:36I don't know, like a month ago. I don't believe that. I'm not great at that. No. I don't know if anybody knows that. But I was like, "Yo, GEO's a myth. It's an absolute, like, get out of here."
- 3:46Uh, which, which was a bit of a... It was a bit of tongue in cheek, but also there's some reality in that. And you, you had a, an, an incredible response on that. Let's, like, walk...
- 3:56For people that maybe didn't see that content- Yeah... from, from Soduko or, or, or are still trying to figure out, like, what is this GEO thing? Is SEO all I need? What... Where are we at? Talk, talk through...
- 4:08I, I want you to, like, recount that- Yeah. Yeah... that kind of scenario and our conversation online, 'cause I think it's one that people are trying to key into. I think you're exactly right.
- 4:16People are still figuring it out.
- 4:17And with any new thing, I think the same thing happening with digital retailing and so many other things that have happened in our industry is, like, it starts with a pure idea, and then there are some
- 4:29things that come out of it that maybe aren't in the dealer's best interest, right? [laughs] Um, I believe- So nice of you... they have- There are some... It took two full seconds to think about the next word.
- 4:38You know, I, I think that's what it is. And so there is a lot out there that I think allows dealers to say, you know, "Is this real? Is it not? Is it, is it what it is?"
- 4:44And so my point when we were talking online was, you know, whether you call it SEO, AEO, AIO, GEO, trust me, I didn't want any other acronyms either. I was- [laughs] Yeah...
- 4:53I had just gotten to the point where I felt like dealers- I knew all my stuff. Yeah... yeah, dealers that we were talking to understood what SEO was.
- 5:01But I do believe that there's a delineation between what's happening today, where we were. And I...
- 5:07So we still believe that the bones of a good GEO strategy, or whatever you wanna call it, are essentially your fundamental SEO services.
- 5:15Great content, great local, great technical, and all of those have just expanded in a bit, right? Like, the content you build for the new now shopper on SEO is different than what we call our GEO content.
- 5:27Very long form, very robust, FAQs, very Q&A. And then let's face it, right? Technical has emerged from just meta titles and descriptions. You've got schema that's now a bigger player in that.
- 5:38So it allowed us to really craft a totally different conversation around the importance of these things.
- 5:43And then to your point, and what we really talked a lot about at Soduko, is, you know, when we were living in what I call the Google sandbox for the last decade, you have great content on Google- Mm...
- 5:52great Google business profile reviews. You know, life is good. You're doing good SEO. But now all of a sudden, you were... Paul, you and I were just talking about ChatGPT.
- 6:02It's going to not just place your dealership in a position or in a visibility or whatever you wanna call it, but it's going to take an opinion about you. [laughs] Yeah. [laughs]Isn't always lovely.
- 6:12I mean, we've literally seen people- An often very decisive opinion... very decisive. And it can pull from, not Google, but a review site from years ago, Yelp- Mm... BBB, things like that.
- 6:25And so what we're trying to do and what we are doing now that really feels so different and so cool to me is we're looking at where are we falling down, where are there negative sentiment pieces.
- 6:37Most dealerships, it's either service or finance. Mm. No store is good at both, okay? Interesting. And so what we're trying to do in our long form content is actually inject positivity back into it automatically as well.
- 6:51And so therefore, we're hopefully controlling the narrative more, but also gaining more citations. Again, more stuff back to us. And what we're seeing- I, I say- Yeah...
- 7:00you know, I love the, like, controlling the narrative. I say this all the time, and it's especially true of the bigger the brand gets, is, is someone's telling your story, it might as well be you. Yes. Right? Exactly.
- 7:12And, and that's so true. I, I've, I'm... Well, a couple things that I wanna point to is when AI, uh, uh, we'll call it about 18 months ago, I just saw this stat.
- 7:2218 months ago, ChatGPT demanded over 95% of all conversational, broad- Yes... broad conversational LLM, um, i- intent or, or research. And now it is only responsible for around 50% of that. That's dead on.
- 7:36Meaning the, the broad base of who's forming an opinion about you, right? Yes.
- 7:42Like, if you said, like, "Oh, Google was forming an opinion about you," and then we learned that GP- ChatGPT was forming an opinion about you.
- 7:49The, the broad scale of, quote-unquote, "who's forming an opinion about you" is so diverse now that you have to speak in these, like, almost multilingual s- arenas. A thousand. Right?
- 8:00Yeah, I, I look at it very similar, and your stats are dead on. What we've tracked is 18 months ago it was, like, 90% ChatGPT. And then even about a year ago it was still, like, 78, 80%. Mm-hmm.
- 8:12And then we just did a pretty big AI study. We looked at all the different stores, different data we're looking at, and it's actually fallen to about 56. Uh- Wow... with Gemini taking a huge gain there.
- 8:23Claude obviously growing, but more for building, less than conversating, right? Mm-hmm. So a little different. Um, Perplexity hanging in there, but- Mm... you know, it's not growing anywhere. We'll see.
- 8:33Um, but you hit the nail on the head, man, is I look at it very similar to what happened with dealers when the emergence of streaming TV came out, right?
- 8:41Like, you still had cable and, uh, for a long time there was more people on cable than anywhere else. Mm-hmm. Yep. But it was fragmented, right?
- 8:48You had people on Netflix, you had people on Hulu, and I just think that's what's going to happen to search is Google's definitely not going anywhere. Mm-hmm.
- 8:56In fact, like, 90% of people still use traditional search at the end, beginning and end at some degree. But they are, there are going to be the, the Pauls of the world that just use ChatGPT through the entire process.
- 9:09How are you going to reach Paul if you're not doing anything? So I think dealers, again, where I love this is whatever you wanna believe about how we should label it is it's forcing dealers to look at their reviews.
- 9:22It's forcing dealers to look at their content in a way that I honestly haven't seen in a really long time. And for me, those are two things that are just so critical to your whole ecosystem.
- 9:32It's only going to be better for the industry as a whole.
- 9:35What are the, the points of pushback or the, the initial hump that you have to get people over to have them start to adopt this mentality that you have to look at all these things?
- 9:45Is it, is it the thing, like, where they're feeling the pain so they're willing to listen or something else? Little bit of both, man.
- 9:52I think there are some people that are feeling the pain because they've-- I mean, I have customers that have said, "You know, hey, I just had somebody come in and show me a transcript where it recommended me or didn't recommend me," and that scares me because I haven't used it.
- 10:06Mm. So I think there is, like, a little bit of a fear there because we didn't know what to do. But I think the other part, Paul, is that we are still very much in an attribution type, you know, what is my lead?
- 10:17What's my ROI going to be off of this? And, and what we're entering into is that,
- 10:23you know, if I'm using a, a GPT or even a Gemini and I'm doing research there, I may know more about the vehicle and the specs and the ins and the outs than ever before, and I didn't need to s- call you or submit a lead.
- 10:37And that fear of how am I going to track of this working, I think that's the biggest fear that people are still trying to figure out.
- 10:44And that's why we would try to attach some different metrics to it just to show, um, you know, correlation, to show direction.
- 10:51Uh, not necessarily what does every individual prompt mean, but how do I look across all of these things?
- 10:58Okay, now I can start to say, "Well, this is a blind spot," or, "I need activity here," and that's what's been helpful for sure. But that is- Okay. See, now-... yeah...
- 11:06see, I-- You said something that I gotta double click on. Yeah. You said, "Someone came in and handed me a transcript," right? [laughs] Which is a lot different. Well, one, that's, like, a wild scenario. It is.
- 11:18It's like, I, I- Did you look at how they trained that GPT... used to have to show up with the Excel, right? Totally happened, so. Okay. But what that probably was, that person did not submit a lead.
- 11:27They probably actually never exited that transcript. No. Exactly. Right? Mm-hmm. And I, I, I, I actually, I wanted to look it up just real quick. I just looked it up while we were on the phone 'cause I'd heard this.
- 11:37But zero-click search was 45% in 2016. Yes. At the beginning of this year, last reported study from Google, it was 68%, which is up t- over 8% fr- two years ago.
- 11:49And my bet is it's even higher now that Gemini has gotten, like, Google AI search. Mm. Yep. GPT has gotten- Absolutely... a lot more relevant. It has the ability to search the web. Are, are we going away from leads?
- 12:00Like- Oh, it's- We, we've al- we've always been- Ooh... after only 1% of the people that have been on our websites anyway. Yeah. Like, how dramatic is that gonna get?
- 12:08I think it's, I think it's something that people aren't even quite prepared for the conversation. I don't even think they know what to do with that sentence. Uh, it's, it's-- I- Well, what else is there? Yeah.
- 12:17I, I could see... No, and we're actually already seeing that forms are lower again, and phone calls are up again- Ooh... at a lot of the stores that we're looking at. Wow. And it's like, why is that?
- 12:26It's like- Because I did my entire transcript. I didn't need you to tell me more about the vehicle. I just need to pick up the phone and say, "Kyle, is that still... Is that XYZ- I'm coming... model still there?" Yeah.
- 12:36Okay. Boom, I'm coming. And so I, I worry if we're looking at cost per lead as our be-all, end-all goal or total amount of leads, the, the new environment doesn't care about that, our historical metrics.
- 12:51And so, I mean, if that's your only barometer of success, I do think we're gonna see a steady decline over the next couple years. Mm.
- 12:58And, um, it's, it's something that I think we all have to wrap our heads around from a reporting and an ROI and everything because, quite frankly,
- 13:08I, I don't know that I'm gonna submit a lead and why would- No, why would you? Right. Right. Why would I? Got all the information right there. Everything is available. Everything is available. That's gonna be so intense.
- 13:18Yeah. It's gonna be interesting. Um, and I'm- Yeah... I'm very excited to see how it continues and, and how people react to it, right? Okay.
- 13:27[laughs] I'm just, like, I'm just trying to think of, like, the bomb that that is for- It is... I mean, you just think of, like, old school mentality. The reporting call once a month, you know? Like, [laughs]
- 13:38what is- Even us, man, we've had to look at, like, okay, well, everything is looking up. You know, things are good. Dealerships selling cars. Leads down. Well, that doesn't usually make sense, right? Yeah.
- 13:49Like, usually if leads are down, sales are down. But it's like, oh, because a huge- You did all the other things. Yeah... did all the other things. I did all the other things.
- 13:56You know, I, I do think that this brings, brings me back to my favorite topic. And in a world where you're targeting leads and all your attention's on leads, uh, you're super vulnerable if that's your only game.
- 14:09And but if you have brand game- Absolutely... and you're focused on n- Like, that's why I think, like, brand building, community involvement- Oh, yeah...
- 14:15like, all the old school things that are like, this is actually how you bring value to a community of people and show that your values are aligned, that does not die with
- 14:25any, any, actually, it doesn't die with any shift. No. So, like, uh, the conversation- Exactly... going back to like, what do you do when leads are down? What do you do when leads are going away? Mm-hmm. It's like, ah.
- 14:35It's, um, when we're working with a client- The unique things you talk about it...
- 14:37SEO, GEO, anything, two pages that we love now that I have said have been the historical check the box of the industry, your About Us page and your Testimonials page. Mm-hmm. 'Cause what are people actually looking for?
- 14:49What's your brand built off of? What do I do in the community? How great are you? Do I trust you? What are things that you can offer? Do I create trust? That's what we're trying to do.
- 14:57And so again, it's like, I always say, like, for a dealer that doesn't, like, know where to start, it's like, I want you to go in the store, and all the plaques you have hanging on your wall, all the charities you've done, all the great things you've done, go call your marketing company and tell them about it.
- 15:11'Cause- Yes... living on the store of your showroom on the walls, that's not good enough anymore. We have to get that out in the public. Yeah.
- 15:18And if we can do that, now we're creating brand- So it's funny you're bringing this up because we were just-... long-term value...
- 15:22on a conversation with, um, we were talking with an agency owner, and we were kind of co- commence- commiserating. I don't know if it was commiserating, commensurating, which one it is.
- 15:32[laughs] But we're talking about when you care and you put your heart and soul into the work you do, you very typically do more work than you bill for, right?
- 15:41And I think that's with most people who care and are passionate about what they do.
- 15:45And we were talking about this, like, you have to show the client your work because if you just show them a result, they don't understand what it took to get there, and I think the same could be true for what you just said.
- 16:00You're showing your work. Yeah. You're doing all this work in the background, and a lot of dealers don't show their work.
- 16:05But the reality is, we think that when you show your work, that it inspires other people also, and it raises the bar across the business community, and de facto has a massive impact on all of these other things we're talking about.
- 16:18This is one of- Yeah... those situations where, like, doing the right thing and talking about doing the right thing actually will get you the result that you want on the practical- Exactly... business side, too.
- 16:27But it just... When you talk about it that way, like, the marketer's gonna be like, "Talk about it," and the, it feels a little icky, right? So it's like- Yeah... it's not when you, when it's really you. Yeah.
- 16:36If you're doing it just for that, well, then it is icky, right? 1000%. Yeah. I mean, it's- [laughs]...
- 16:42stores that we've worked with for years, I mean, I'm talking seven, eight, nine years, I'm learning about all these things that they do. You're like, "You did what five years ago?" [laughs] Yeah. Yes.
- 16:51And I'm like, "You won what? And you did this, and you gave away that, and you, you spoke here?" Like, guys, where, where's this been hiding for years? But again, like, there just wasn't the focus on it, right? Yeah.
- 17:03That's right. I was like, "Well, I had 500, I had 1,000 Google reviews, and I'm a five-star." It's like, now we're getting into this meaty conversation of, like- Mm... brand and, and PR, and it's, it's awesome.
- 17:14And it's really- Yeah... fun. And it's cool to put things on display that allow dealerships to look great, right? Well, yeah. Come on. That's- Now you're getting into your- Am I talking to the right audience about this?
- 17:24... preaching mode. I thought so. Okay. No, I think we're- I think we have a little passion around that, you know, industry that people forget to join- I've tried my very-...
- 17:30or the cars It makes everybody take a step closer, though. It's the truth. It's the truth, man. It makes everybody take a step closer to it. Uh- Yes...
- 17:34people who wanna buy, people who wanna maybe work in the industry, people who wanna, like, integrate their business with.
- 17:40It's funny thing how those things keep coming back around, that pesky brand community involvement, pay attention to the human first, right? You're the humans. That, like, you can't automate- Exactly...
- 17:50your way out of that, and you never will be.
- 17:52We were just, uh, in our Monday morning meeting this week, um, I, I often will read something from somebody, and this week it was something from Seth Godin, the marketer, and just talked about the more you try to automate stuff, the more brittle it becomes.
- 18:04Mm-hmm. And the next thing that comes along, like that little shift, it's so brittle it just crumbles, and then you have to build a new thing. And, you know, we're in the middle right now of, like, [laughs]
- 18:13I mean, even talking about leads. Is that brittle? Is about... But that concept about to crumble? Maybe. Maybe.
- 18:19But the one thing that never crumbles is the thing that actually is built on the human and the humanity, which is always resilient and adaptable and not brittle. Well said. Well said. Uh, yeah All right.
- 18:30I wanna take a little jog before we close, because I think this is a, this is an interesting thing.
- 18:35There are many companies in auto that find themselves outside of auto at some point because of a relationship or anything like that, and we love to draft from ideas that people are doing outside of this business.
- 18:45You all have gotten in, uh, from a, a, kind of like you've, you've split out a little portion of your business, and you were telling us you've gotten into the home services side of stuff.
- 18:54Um, and it's not a large part of your business or anything like that, but it's, it's a place that you get to kinda ex- e- execute at a different level.
- 19:01Can you give us, like, maybe some insight that if, if a retail auto dealer is looking at home services as, ah, they don't really know what they're doing, that we should be paying attention to maybe one or two of the things that they're doing that we can really draft from in, in auto?
- 19:15Absolutely, man. Yeah. It's, uh, it's funny how, like, accidental things turn into real reality. I mean, we kinda lucked our way into this.
- 19:21But yeah, we have a, a cool subset of clients now in that HVAC, electrician, plumbing type industry.
- 19:27And obviously, I believe that the trades are due for an explosion based on everything that we just talked about and- Yes... um, you know where that is. Oh, see, that's a whole 'nother podcast.
- 19:36That's a whole- I'm bullish on that. It is. That's a whole other- Okay... but very similar work ethic, very similar thing to what I think we find in auto.
- 19:42Um, but I think there's two things that really stand out is, one, um, when you're working with the owners of these organizations, I think they are just so in tune with the metrics behind their business, the, the top performers.
- 19:56I mean, they literally know if a lead comes in on a certain service, they know exactly what technician to hand it to, so that is gonna give them the most likely to close, the most opportunities, the best opportunity for upsell, where it is in proximity to where they live to cut down commute time.
- 20:12And so they're just so- Mm... dialed in from a, there's no round robin, there's no... And they don't care, and they don't hide it.
- 20:19It's like, you're at the top of the chain, you are the best performer, you're going to get those first at-bats. And I think- Mm...
- 20:25that's something that dealers should look at is, because the reputations are out there so significantly, what's gonna give us the best chance to close a vehicle, to create a lifelong customer?
- 20:35That should be treated very differently than just a regular old lead, right- Mm... or a regular old opportunity. And so they're doing- Yeah, it's like, that's our tr-... that really well We just got a lead on Tundras.
- 20:44Yes. That's our truck guy. That's our truck guy. We just got a lead on a EV, that's our EV k- you know. Exactly. Yeah, whatever. And it's that specialization, right?
- 20:50That I think, like, some of the luxury s- brands, you know, BMW's tried it with the genius model, but, like, it's hard to be a genius on every single model in their- For sure... single lineup. But- Impossible...
- 21:00I think segmenting by model could be very interesting. And so- Mm... that's the first lesson that I've learned. Ooh. The second lesson is the openness of the data, right?
- 21:10And that's- [laughs] I think, I mean, it is the biggest thing, guys, to be able to look at ROI, to be able to look at return on ad spend and be able- Wow... to say- Very directly. Whoop.
- 21:22We know exactly that, you know, Kyle booked a job for this, but when we got to his house, he needed these three other things. He opted in for two, that moved the bill to this, and man, is it dialed in. Boy.
- 21:36And they, we know exactly what the spend is to attract the customer to get the job booked, and then I think what's cool is the operators are so open to feedback on that, and they're able to say, "Hey, did you know that we drove 100 phone calls last month, but the response time was this, and you dropped these calls," and I- And they're like, "Oh, okay, let me try to tighten- Yeah...
- 21:59that up and see what happens." Very interesting. So we're able to be even more consultative, I think, than what we are in auto because the lane is so much wider that we can swim in.
- 22:08And so it's been cool, and you know, I, I would encourage some dealers to... You probably know some of these people. They're probably some of your customers.
- 22:16Pick their brains on what they're doing, 'cause I'll tell ya, even from a Google Ad standpoint, if you think that your average plumber is not spending money, um, you're wrong. I mean, they're very- [laughs]...
- 22:27dialed in, and, uh, and, and it's very competitive. Where there might be- That's cool... four Toyota stores in a market, there's probably 40 HVAC technicians. Right. Wow. Right.
- 22:38And so, you know, it can be a very interesting... I mean, there's what? 18,000 dealerships in the country. Yeah. 18, 18. I think there's, like, over 200,000 HVAC companies. So- Happy hunting. Yes, happy hunting. Come on.
- 22:51It's an interesting world from a competition standpoint, so- Yeah... you know, you don't have the OEM overlap, so it's every man for themselves. So, uh- Ooh...
- 22:58it's a very interesting world, but it's, it's- Interesting... been fun to play around and learn from both industries, for sure. So cool. Well, man, Chad, it's always fun.
- 23:07I, I feel like we, we went so deep, and then we gave some practical application right at the end, and it's always fun hanging out with you. We're coming to... I'm, I swear, we're gonna make it to the Carolinas.
- 23:16I'm in, 100%. We're going in, like, the meat of October when the fall- Oh, come down... is just- We, we are going-... like, just beautiful, you know? We, we're not going to Raleigh. Oh.
- 23:23No, we're gonna be in Charlotte this year. We are? Yeah? That's right. When are we coming? Take I- Take the train from Charlotte, or it's an easy two hour. The train is super easy. Super easy to get from. All right.
- 23:34I'll pick you up. It, it'd be perfect. Oh, that's great. There we go. On the train. Well, Chad, thanks for joining us again here on Auto Collabs. Always a pleasure. Pleasure to have you guys, always. Thanks so much.
- 23:43[upbeat music] Okay. It didn't get as chippy as I thought it could have. We had a little exchange on LinkedIn about AEO, GEO, all that type of stuff. [laughs] 'Cause I got- I know... you know, I, I always have opinions.
- 23:57Yeah. But- No. [laughs]...
- 23:58I, I think that his, his measuring cadence about how they're looking at AI in search and whether or not to, like, full commit or think about just, like, hey, what are you doing right now- Mm-hmm...
- 24:08from a technical perspective, from a content perspective, to think differently about how people are discovering your brand, uh, was dialed in.
- 24:15I love the way they're reaching into other industries, because I think- So cool... even when you're playing in another industry, you are, you're just learning things. Yes.
- 24:25You're getting insights, and you can bring those back to us. So- Look, uh, and you should do that-... playing in other spaces is a plus...
- 24:31whether or not you're doing business in other spaces, if you're not going into a restaurant, a retail environment, and just considering, "Is there something I can draft from in my store, in my company?"
- 24:41You're going crazy. Like, go consider the way other industries are approaching, because if your consumers are interacting with those, if your clients are interacting with those environments- Mm-hmm...
- 24:49then they're interacting with you and wanting similar things. So- All right. Okay, okay... find the best and you fix it. Uh, with that, let's, let's get into, um, let's get into hospitality. It'll be more than bars. Ah.
- 25:01Yeah. [laughs] That's a tricky one. That could be- Uh, okay... a music thing, too. Okay. We'll go with the music more than bars. Disease preve- more than SARS. Disease prevention. Okay. See, now you've done lost me.
- 25:09[laughs] Oh, look- It's all good... at least we have a little bit of fun. But look, there's nobody that's a better advocate of this industry than the team at Reunion and Chad.
- 25:18If you ever see them and you don't know them and have the opportunity, go introduce yourself. Your day will be better because you did, and your SEO will probably be better because you did too.
- 25:26But on behalf of Kyle Mounts here, Michael Cirillo, who are still wondering when he's gonna get off that desert island- Where'd he go? [laughs] Thank you for listening to Auto Collabs.
- 25:36[upbeat music] Welcome to Auto Collabs. Welcome to Auto Collabs. [laughs] Are we recording yet? Are we rolling yet? Not yet
