  Speaker: It is reverberating in one's lungs, vibrating across the distance to one's heart, to one's blood, one's vascular system, distributing oxygenated blood to thirty-seven trillion cells.

  Speaker: Not to be taken for as granted as much as we do.

  Speaker: Mankind, cousins, family, your community, your state, your country, our world cousins, is what we're talking about.

  Speaker: Being here, vibrating with humility, with kindness, understanding, patience, compassion for all that there is here, upon our foundation, feeling one's skin shimmering with heat and other kinds of vibratory energies, arteries and veins dancing in the cadence of life.

  Speaker: Feeling the sounds beneath the sounds, the potential of sounds, the sounds of our universe, inherent in one's mind, at the ends of one's auditory nerves, one's presence in this world, in this dimension of time and space, we are here amongst an uncalculable possibility, breathing, being appreciative for one's breath, four part harmony, in long and slow, with a sense of thanksgiving, pausing when one is satiated, and again being thankful for any and everything, being as wise and perspective as one can, sensing our whole universe enveloping, embracing, immersing one's being.
