Transcript
- 0:00SPEAKER_00: Any result that you want that's different to what you have now is going to require commitment to new thinking, standards, behaviors, and the consistent application of yourself to that end.
- 0:14SPEAKER_00: Welcome back to the Be More Lobster podcast.
- 0:17SPEAKER_00: And I'm not gonna lie, today I'm heading down the road of tough love because I love you and I want you to feel great as you grow your business and have a life that you really love.
- 0:28SPEAKER_00: So today I'm gonna share with you some things that I shared inside my group program a couple of weeks back.
- 0:34SPEAKER_00: Reasons that you are fighting with or struggling with the motivation and generating the necessary energy and aliveness that you want to feel as you grow your business, whilst at the same time having the life experience that you want.
- 0:50SPEAKER_00: I have never been and never will be the coach who coaches a woman to succeed in her business, to financially succeed at the expense of her health, her emotional well-being, her relationships, her joy and experience of life, never ever.
- 1:07SPEAKER_00: And I believe that they can be built together.
- 1:10SPEAKER_00: So that's what this episode is about.
- 1:12SPEAKER_00: What are the things that are robbing you of being able to make that your truth?
- 1:17SPEAKER_00: So if you're ready, you know what to do, grab your brew, or you might want something stronger, hashtag just saying, your choice, let's dive right in.
- 1:28SPEAKER_00: Okay, so are you ready for this?
- 1:30SPEAKER_00: You're gonna want a notepad and pen.
- 1:31SPEAKER_00: So if you haven't got that now, I would definitely go grab one.
- 1:36SPEAKER_00: And I'm gonna, there is no actual kind of like script for today.
- 1:40SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna just riff on my notes that I had for my clients.
- 1:43SPEAKER_00: And whilst I will do my best to keep it short, like I always do, because we're all super busy, it's really important for me to get this value across to you.
- 1:50SPEAKER_00: And here's what I'm gonna offer you at the start.
- 1:53SPEAKER_00: Normally I offer you a bit of a protocol at the end of something you can implement.
- 1:56SPEAKER_00: Today, I want you to implement by listening and self-identifying.
- 2:01SPEAKER_00: Where do you hear yourself in these things that are happening?
- 2:06SPEAKER_00: Where can you relate and go, oh yeah, that's totally me?
- 2:10SPEAKER_00: And what are you able to prepare to do about it to start to change that narrative?
- 2:16SPEAKER_00: Because if you're running what we call a model or a strategy where every day in your business feels like it's a challenge, where you it feels hard all the time, and you get to the end of the day and you're mentally and physically and emotionally exhausted, it doesn't actually have to be like that.
- 2:33SPEAKER_00: And the reason it is like that is most likely because you're gonna you're running ineffective thoughts, you're you've got thought errors running through your brain that are running this model that makes you not feel great.
- 2:44SPEAKER_00: So I want you to self-identify and then ask yourself, what can you do different?
- 2:48SPEAKER_00: And if I come up with some ideas as we're talking, I'm totally going to give them to you.
- 2:52SPEAKER_00: So the first one is probably the most obvious one, and I'm gonna bulk it out a little bit.
- 2:56SPEAKER_00: So the first one is lack of belief.
- 2:59SPEAKER_00: When you spend every minute of your day working in your business, believing thoughts like, I'm sacrificing time as my family, this isn't going to work, it's taking too long, I should be further along right now, I don't have time to eat well or work out.
- 3:14SPEAKER_00: I can't remember the last time I had a holiday.
- 3:16SPEAKER_00: That lack of belief is what is creating the experience of your business and also the results inside your business.
- 3:25SPEAKER_00: So even if you're making, already making six figures, if you have built it from a model of sacrifice, it's very hard to rewire that.
- 3:34SPEAKER_00: Certainly not impossible, it's totally possible, but it's hard because you've built this, you've built something already, and now you're like, well, I built it doing this, how can I possibly build it again without all this stress?
- 3:45SPEAKER_00: The other one that I want you to think about as well is if you have made an investment in anything, a course, a program, a coach, and you are holding a belief that your investment that you're not sure your investment's actually going to really pay off, you end up showing up like the person who believes that the investment isn't going to pay off.
- 4:04SPEAKER_00: And when you're doing that, do you notice how you're putting the responsibility for your results outside of yourself?
- 4:11SPEAKER_00: I have a story that I could share with you, but I feel like it needs its own podcast episode about an investment that I made at the end of last year that was just shy of£20,000.
- 4:21SPEAKER_00: And in my opinion, it was on the service level a super, super bad investment.
- 4:28SPEAKER_00: But because I got coaching on it and I was given a completely different way to view it from my coach, it actually became a very good investment because it kicked me up the backside, and I went out and I earned two and a half times that back because I made it much because she made me see it was my responsibility to get my return.
- 4:47SPEAKER_00: So that's a slight segue or tangent, I should say, on that one.
- 4:51SPEAKER_00: But lack of belief is going to consistently rob you of the motivation, of the energy that you want, of the aliveness that you want to feel, of just enjoying life as you go on this very challenging journey of growing a business.
- 5:05SPEAKER_00: You're an exception to the rule.
- 5:06SPEAKER_00: Most people will never do this.
- 5:09SPEAKER_00: So if you're already feeling like lack of belief somewhere is causing that for you, what are you going to do about it?
- 5:17SPEAKER_00: The next one is when you're overly focused on the goal and not the journey or the progress.
- 5:25SPEAKER_00: I've been finding myself coaching clients a lot recently on how they are that they are devaluing progress.
- 5:35SPEAKER_00: They're so busy looking about where they're not yet, like where they haven't got to yet, they don't look back and go, but look how far I've come.
- 5:44SPEAKER_00: One of the big things is that people completely underestimate the value of commitment.
- 5:51SPEAKER_00: So when you commit to something, when you commit to working out as you grow your business, or you commit to regular date nights with your partner as you grow your business, or you commit to putting an offer out every single day, or you commit to posting on social media every day, or you commit to going networking more often, and you don't ever back down, you commit no matter what.
- 6:11SPEAKER_00: That is some of the biggest progress.
- 6:13SPEAKER_00: That's the biggest result you can have.
- 6:15SPEAKER_00: Because if you can commit, you can create anything.
- 6:18SPEAKER_00: You might not have a set timeline, but you will create the result you want if you stay committed to it.
- 6:25SPEAKER_00: Now, when people stay focused on the goal, it's very difficult to track the progress because they're not at the goal yet.
- 6:35SPEAKER_00: One of the things that I like to do with my clients is ask them what does it look like to bring the goalpost forward?
- 6:41SPEAKER_00: What would be something that you could celebrate that you know is in is guiding you towards that bigger goal?
- 6:48SPEAKER_00: Where have you been consistent?
- 6:49SPEAKER_00: How committed have you been?
- 6:50SPEAKER_00: And I want you to do everything.
- 6:52SPEAKER_00: Like if you're if you've prioritised getting better sleep, if you're learning to have better relationships with your children, if you are not on your laptop at seven o'clock at night, like these are all things to be celebrated.
- 7:03SPEAKER_00: I want you to seek evidence of where else can I, where else can I track progress?
- 7:07SPEAKER_00: Where can where else can I see value in the way that I show up every day, rather than just in the generic things that we measure in our business, like how many comments did we get or how much money did we make?
- 7:17SPEAKER_00: They're all course really important, like your business needs money, right?
- 7:22SPEAKER_00: But particularly if you're struggling with motivation, it's your job to go out there and find ways to congratulate yourself.
- 7:30SPEAKER_00: And when you focus on the journey, you can find so many more ways to add value to what it is that you shop for every single day.
- 7:41SPEAKER_00: Number three is that you don't believe that the life experience you want is available to you now.
- 7:47SPEAKER_00: So, in other words, this sounds a little bit like, oh, when I, when I've made the next 50 grand, 10 grand, whatever it is, hundred grand, when I've lost the weight, when I don't have to work evenings anymore, when I transition from one to one to group and I've got more time, um, when I up my rates, like whatever it is that you're using, and it might not be in your business, it may be something in your life, then I will be able to not work at night times, have more fun, spend more time with the kids, not work on a weekend, whatever it is that you're telling yourself.
- 8:20SPEAKER_00: And when you believe that the life experience you want isn't available to you now, it always remains in your future and it always remains conditional.
- 8:30SPEAKER_00: You are putting a condition on your life experience today based on something that hasn't happened yet, that's in your future.
- 8:37SPEAKER_00: And I always remind myself, none of us are guaranteed tomorrow.
- 8:42SPEAKER_00: Now that might sound a little bit morbid, but when I lost my dad, it changed my business forever because I promised myself after watching him fight cancer for quite a long time, I would never take a day for granted again.
- 8:55SPEAKER_00: Never.
- 8:56SPEAKER_00: Do I always get it right?
- 8:57SPEAKER_00: No, there are some days I'm totally in victim mentality, of course there is, but for the most part, I remind myself that today is a gift.
- 9:05SPEAKER_00: And I had a client recently asked me, she's like, Well, that's fine, but how do you have the life experiences that maybe you can't afford to have right now?
- 9:14SPEAKER_00: And the answer is always to come back to the emotion because everything that we want, everything that we strive for in life is attached to an emotion that we want to feel.
- 9:25SPEAKER_00: Period.
- 9:26SPEAKER_00: If you want to go on the five-star holidays and stay in luxurious resorts, why?
- 9:31SPEAKER_00: If you want to be free to travel, why?
- 9:33SPEAKER_00: If you want the car, why?
- 9:35SPEAKER_00: Like, why do you why do we want what we want?
- 9:37SPEAKER_00: Ultimately, there are emotions involved.
- 9:40SPEAKER_00: So your job is to live the best life that you can possibly do today and find ways, create ways to activate the emotions that you want.
- 9:50SPEAKER_00: How else could you how else could you feel abundant?
- 9:53SPEAKER_00: How else could you feel free?
- 9:54SPEAKER_00: How else could you feel successful?
- 9:56SPEAKER_00: How else could you feel in love?
- 9:58SPEAKER_00: How else could you feel, I don't know, like I don't know, I can't even think of another word, but how else could how else could you feel the emotions of the life that you're wanting to create today?
- 10:08SPEAKER_00: And if your brain's already saying, well, that's ridiculous, I can't, that's where your coaching needs to go.
- 10:14SPEAKER_00: Because anytime that your emotions are completely reliant on something external, you are never free.
- 10:20SPEAKER_00: Never ever free.
- 10:22SPEAKER_00: And the reason that most of us, or a lot of us, created these businesses because we want to have a sense of freedom.
- 10:29SPEAKER_00: We want to be our own curator of our life.
- 10:32SPEAKER_00: We don't want to be told what to do and when to do it.
- 10:36SPEAKER_00: So I want you to think about the emotions that you can create today.
- 10:40SPEAKER_00: Number four is you're not utilising your resources.
- 10:44SPEAKER_00: So in my particular uh one-to-one's and group programs, this would be things like my clients not using embodiment practices, like their NLP embodiment practice.
- 10:54SPEAKER_00: They wouldn't be choosing the picture, they'd be letting a default picture run their run through their brain and they're acting from that picture and that frame.
- 11:01SPEAKER_00: They're not using their intentional thought creation, they're not self-coaching and using better questions, they're not using the framework, the five S's of personal transformation.
- 11:10SPEAKER_00: What they're actually doing is they're falling back into default and they're trying to fight default rather than creating new with the resources that they've been given.
- 11:19SPEAKER_00: So I want to ask you, I'm pretty much guessing that you've definitely bought a course or two or a couple of programs.
- 11:26SPEAKER_00: Are you actually using the resources that you have?
- 11:29SPEAKER_00: Are you using your brain?
- 11:30SPEAKER_00: Are you using your body?
- 11:32SPEAKER_00: Are you using the programs and the blueprints and the step-by-step processes that you've bought or you've downloaded for free?
- 11:40SPEAKER_00: Because when you don't, all that's happening again is that you're trying to create a different result using the same program that's got you the result that you have today.
- 11:51SPEAKER_00: And using new resources regularly is hard work, it's tiring because you're using more energy to use your brain in a different way, and we desperately want to avoid the discomfort as a human being.
- 12:06SPEAKER_00: One of the pains that we'll always try to avoid is process pain.
- 12:09SPEAKER_00: The ooh, can I manage it?
- 12:10SPEAKER_00: It's gonna feel really difficult.
- 12:11SPEAKER_00: Yes, it is.
- 12:13SPEAKER_00: But how badly do you want the result?
- 12:15SPEAKER_00: How badly do you want that life that you dream of?
- 12:18SPEAKER_00: So I want you to get clear right now what resources are gathering cobwebs on your laptop?
- 12:24SPEAKER_00: How many, how many amazing planners have you got that you don't use?
- 12:29SPEAKER_00: How many daily resources?
- 12:30SPEAKER_00: Like, do you still do your morning routine or your evening routine?
- 12:33SPEAKER_00: Are you doing yourself a weekly or a daily review?
- 12:37SPEAKER_00: Sometimes it's the most simple resources you've always had available, you just forget to, or you forget to keep using, you just stop using them, and then you're like, oh my god, I feel so much worse when I don't do these things.
- 12:50SPEAKER_00: Like for me, like a bedtime routine of laying on my Shakti mat or doing a somatic practice, doing whim half breathing, the amount of times that I start and stop that, it drives me crazy.
- 13:00SPEAKER_00: And I always feel so much better when I do.
- 13:03SPEAKER_00: So I want you to go and find your resources.
- 13:07SPEAKER_00: Number five is a big one.
- 13:08SPEAKER_00: You are not choosing your meaning.
- 13:13SPEAKER_00: So, how do I explain this?
- 13:15SPEAKER_00: Okay, when we see things, hear things, feel things in our body, we are automatically and unconsciously giving it a meaning.
- 13:24SPEAKER_00: It's just the way your brain works.
- 13:26SPEAKER_00: And if you have results in your life that you don't want, or if those thoughts or experiences or the things that you hear or see don't make you feel good, the meaning that you're attaching to them is not resourceful.
- 13:39SPEAKER_00: And you, as a very clever human being, have the ability to create new meaning.
- 13:47SPEAKER_00: You can choose a different thought, you can shift perspective, you can rise yourself out of the experience and look down on it and choose to look at it from a different viewpoint.
- 14:01SPEAKER_00: This is at your disposal all of the time.
- 14:05SPEAKER_00: My coach says you treat it like you're reporting the news, and she said it's not the news, it's just an experience that you're having.
- 14:12SPEAKER_00: Now, that's not to downgrade or to dilute your emotional or mental experience of it, never.
- 14:18SPEAKER_00: It's never about ignoring your experience, but it is about then the meaning that you give it.
- 14:23SPEAKER_00: So when we think that something's really, really hard in our business, it's very easy to make it mean that we're not good enough or that we should know better or that we should be further along, rather than recognizing if something's a challenge, we're actually butting up against something that was a limitation or something that was unknown to us, and we're moving through it.
- 14:44SPEAKER_00: I wrote down somewhere today, and I can't find it now, but it was something like when we fail, it's evidence that we are in pursuit, right?
- 14:54SPEAKER_00: We tried something, and when we evaluate and we apply the evaluation and go again, that's when we show our commitment, right?
- 15:08SPEAKER_00: Commitment isn't failing and stopping.
- 15:10SPEAKER_00: Commitment is failing, is evidence that we're that we're pursuing something, and then when we fail and we evaluate and we apply the evaluation, that's the sign of commitment.
- 15:22SPEAKER_00: It's a very different meaning.
- 15:24SPEAKER_00: And I'm telling you that one simple practice of giving new meaning to things is indescribably powerful.
- 15:32SPEAKER_00: Number six, placing value on the wrong things.
- 15:36SPEAKER_00: Oh my goodness, this is probably its own um podcast.
- 15:40SPEAKER_00: The top one I'll put here is do over be.
- 15:44SPEAKER_00: I am a recovering alpha female.
- 15:47SPEAKER_00: I know how to work long hours, I know how to make things way more difficult for myself than they need to be.
- 15:54SPEAKER_00: I know how to sit in front of the laptop for a long time.
- 15:58SPEAKER_00: I just know how to work hard, right?
- 16:02SPEAKER_00: And a couple of things changed that.
- 16:06SPEAKER_00: Losing my dad changed that, and hitting perimenopause changed that.
- 16:09SPEAKER_00: Um, and then also that decision, like I'm just not available for that anymore, because I wasn't getting the results that I wanted anyway.
- 16:14SPEAKER_00: I was working myself to the ground without getting the results I wanted because it all came from a place of lack.
- 16:22SPEAKER_00: And when we know that we are extensions of infinite consciousness, and we know from science that we create through our electromagnetic field and our heart is more powerful than our brain, and all of those things.
- 16:35SPEAKER_00: I mean, I'm pretty sure if you listen to this podcast, that's they're not new concepts to you.
- 16:39SPEAKER_00: How do we consistently fall back into the model of running things from our brain and not utilising our body?
- 16:46SPEAKER_00: How do we try and and constantly figure things out with our brain rather than tapping into this wisdom that lives within us?
- 16:54SPEAKER_00: And how do we not focus on creating this electromagnetic field of resonance, of coherence with what we want, so we can make it easier for ourselves?
- 17:04SPEAKER_00: Oh god, no.
- 17:05SPEAKER_00: Like, heaven forbid we make it easier for ourselves.
- 17:08SPEAKER_00: So, doing over being is when we get stuck in believing the next step, which is that um productivity is output and it's the most effective way to get what we want.
- 17:19SPEAKER_00: Being is when we harness our frequency, when we create our frequency, when we have the ability to believe in that which we cannot see yet, but we hold it in our body as truth.
- 17:32SPEAKER_00: But when we get stuck in doing, churning things out, believing that writing the 10 social media posts, even if we're not in a in a high value cycle, is more beneficial than sitting and going, okay, so why is why am I not feeling great right now?
- 17:46SPEAKER_00: How can I move myself into a and a more aligned frequency?
- 17:49SPEAKER_00: How can I become more coherent with the result that I want?
- 17:53SPEAKER_00: So we just keep churning shit out.
- 17:56SPEAKER_00: So we look at being productive, as in number of hours and the tangible output.
- 18:02SPEAKER_00: We don't think about what effective means.
- 18:06SPEAKER_00: And then the other place that we can that we can put value on different things, and I see this a lot, and it causes a lot of um what's the word I'm looking for?
- 18:15SPEAKER_00: A dissonance for for women who work from home is like when they feel when they struggle because they feel guilty that they're working from home and they're not doing the home, the housework stuff.
- 18:27SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, but if you were in an office job, you wouldn't be at home to do the stuff.
- 18:32SPEAKER_00: It's a boundary thing, it's a conversation thing, it's a choice thing, right?
- 18:37SPEAKER_00: So when you choose to do anything other than your business just because you work from home, that's a choice, and there tends to be some difficult conversations on the back end of that.
- 18:47SPEAKER_00: So who do you need to have a conversation with?
- 18:50SPEAKER_00: So you stop giving up the valuable time that you have to work on your business to do things in the home that don't need to be done or that can be done by somebody else or can be done later.
- 19:00SPEAKER_00: Number seven, not having a marketing schedule.
- 19:04SPEAKER_00: I speak to a lot of ladies, and sometimes I'm gonna be totally honest, sometimes this is me as well, right?
- 19:09SPEAKER_00: This is why I'm working with a coach.
- 19:11SPEAKER_00: Um, it's like it's it's posting on the fly.
- 19:14SPEAKER_00: It's oh shit, I've just got to get another post.
- 19:15SPEAKER_00: I've it's got to eight o'clock at night, I haven't posted anything.
- 19:18SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna go take a picture of the garden or whatever, right?
- 19:21SPEAKER_00: And what I want you to think about then is when your marketing is is like that and it's not it's not thought out, you're making it a lot harder for yourself.
- 19:31SPEAKER_00: You're not guiding people anywhere, you're not necessarily guiding people towards a specific outcome, and it makes it harder to keep constantly thinking on the fly rather than spending more time thinking about your client and their struggles and their desires, and just letting it be more fun and curious oriented that you start thinking about how do I want to what do I want them to know?
- 19:52SPEAKER_00: What do they need to hear from me today?
- 19:54SPEAKER_00: What's going to make their life a little bit easier?
- 19:57SPEAKER_00: And then giving yourself the gift of having some posts scheduled ahead of time, or at least have the ideas scheduled ahead of time.
- 20:04SPEAKER_00: Now, everybody does their marketing differently.
- 20:06SPEAKER_00: I am absolutely 100% not a marketing or copy expert, as you all know if you follow me on social media, and I'm working on improving it, and I'm feeling the challenge of that because it sets me back into that.
- 20:19SPEAKER_00: Oh, this doesn't feel very productive if I'm sitting here thinking.
- 20:22SPEAKER_00: Thankfully, my coach also challenges me about what I want to give meaning to.
- 20:27SPEAKER_00: And one of the things she said to me, she's like, Why is it the most valuable thing for you to sit and think about your clients and how is that gonna pay you dividends years from now?
- 20:35SPEAKER_00: And I was like, Oh god, yeah.
- 20:37SPEAKER_00: Right?
- 20:38SPEAKER_00: So, not having a marketing schedule, if you're constantly thinking about the post that you haven't put out yet, or the post that you've got to put out, and the fact you've got nothing else to say, and no one, you know, like you don't get the results you want anyway, and is it really worth it?
- 20:50SPEAKER_00: Can you see how these models of thoughts just drain you and don't make it fun?
- 20:56SPEAKER_00: You can't get to curiosity because you it's it just feels too hard.
- 21:01SPEAKER_00: And finding number eight is what you believe changes what and how you problem solve.
- 21:06SPEAKER_00: I love this one.
- 21:07SPEAKER_00: This is like coaching 101.
- 21:09SPEAKER_00: And I'm gonna give you an example from the corporate client I'm working with right now.
- 21:14SPEAKER_00: Most of them are problem solving from a belief that they need more money and they need more staff, neither of which are available.
- 21:22SPEAKER_00: So, what happens is when they're running that belief, they're actually not problem solving because there is no money and there is no extra staff coming.
- 21:29SPEAKER_00: So, what they end up doing is running around moaning a lot, moaning that things aren't changing, reiterating what's not working, and guess what?
- 21:39SPEAKER_00: Nothing changes.
- 21:41SPEAKER_00: When they start to problem solve for what, like I believe that there are some key things that we can change now to make what you know, make what works now, or what can I say, to make the things work more effectively and efficiently now?
- 21:58SPEAKER_00: What are three to five things that we could change pretty immediately without any money that would have an impact on the entire business?
- 22:05SPEAKER_00: And I've given them those already.
- 22:08SPEAKER_00: But it's easier to problem solve for the more money and the more staff because now they think it's a quick fix and it's somebody else's problem.
- 22:15SPEAKER_00: So I want you to think about what are you repeating to yourself about what you believe about you, about your business, about your life, and you think you're gonna get to the solution from there where in actual fact there is something else to problem solve for, to think differently about.
- 22:33SPEAKER_00: That's gonna blow your mind a little bit, and I want you to really give yourself some time to go there.
- 22:39SPEAKER_00: Because learning how to problem solve is gonna make your business and your life so much easier when you're problem solving for the right thing.
- 22:48SPEAKER_00: If you're trying to problem solve for this isn't working, you're missing the things that are working, and you're missing the one little thing that might not be.
- 23:00SPEAKER_00: Right?
- 23:00SPEAKER_00: If you're problem solving for I'm really, really bad at marketing, or I'm really, really bad at selling, all you're gonna get is more evidence of why you're bad at those things.
- 23:09SPEAKER_00: You're not problem solving for, okay, I need to feel more confident when I'm on a sales call, or I need to, I need to create an offer that feels really good in my body so it feels like a no-brainer when I say it.
- 23:21SPEAKER_00: This is huge.
- 23:22SPEAKER_00: And now I want you to notice as you go through all eight of those, how many of them are interlinked?
- 23:28SPEAKER_00: And so maybe your job today is to go through and to do that sort of self-identification and decide where you want to start.
- 23:35SPEAKER_00: And you know where I'd get you to start?
- 23:37SPEAKER_00: I'd get you to start on embodying the version of you today that you know already exists, because if you didn't think she already existed, you wouldn't keep going, you'd have quit by now.
- 23:47SPEAKER_00: The fact that you keep going tells me that you know there is a version, a future available to you that you might not even be able to see clearly yet, but you feel it in your body because that energy already exists.
- 23:59SPEAKER_00: And in order for you to make that a reality, to make that manifest in your life, it's a matter of coherence first.
- 24:07SPEAKER_00: It's a matter of your operating field, of your self-concept, of your standards being in alignment with that.
- 24:15SPEAKER_00: And then you get down to the doing part.
- 24:19SPEAKER_00: That was a lot.
- 24:20SPEAKER_00: I hope you took notes, and I'm really, really hoping on that that you enjoyed it, and I want to speak to get in the next episode of the Be My Lobster podcast.
