SPEAKER_04: It's what we're thinking, feeling energetically inside, and it radiates out.
• 0:10
SPEAKER_04: And it is literally creating all that upside down and backwards turning wheel.
• 0:18
SPEAKER_04: And all the corruption and all the forever wars and all the pain and ugliness and fear and anger and all the bad stuff.
• 0:28
SPEAKER_04: It's out there now in spades, and it's getting worse.
• 0:34
  SPEAKER_04: And it's in us.
• 0:36
SPEAKER_04: And we have to stop and look.
• 0:39
SPEAKER_04: We just have to stop everything from however long of the time to do this, to take take those moments to look inside, get really, really, really quiet, and let yourself discover what your blind beliefs are.
• 1:01
SPEAKER_00: Welcome to the Midlife Rebel Podcast.
• 1:04
SPEAKER_00: It's time to rewrite the midlife story for women who refuse to be put in a box.
• 1:11
  SPEAKER_00: Because maybe midlife isn't a crisis.
• 1:14
  SPEAKER_00: Maybe it's an awakening.
• 1:27
SPEAKER_00: The roles, the identities, the expectations.
• 1:31
SPEAKER_00: And many of us are waking up to the fact that we've been living inside stories that were never truly ours.
• 1:38
SPEAKER_00: My guest today, Kay Cordell Whitaker, is an elder and the only known modern lineage keeper of.
• 1:47
SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna ask you to say it for me.
• 1:51
  SPEAKER_00: Kutasi.
• 1:52
  SPEAKER_00: Katasi.
• 1:53
  SPEAKER_00: Thank you, Kay.
• 1:55
SPEAKER_00: An ancient spiritual tradition rooted in Peru and the Egyptian mystery teachings.
• 2:00
SPEAKER_00: In her new book, The Seven No Nos, A Guide to Awakening and Freedom, she shares once guarded wisdom designed to expose inherited lies and restore self-sovereignty, releasing the blind beliefs, judgment, rigid expectations, and rushed conclusions that keep us stuck.
• 2:20
SPEAKER_00: And opening the door to clarity, connection, and a deeper experience of love.
• 2:26
SPEAKER_00: And Kay's here to share that wisdom with us today.
• 2:29
  SPEAKER_00: Welcome.
• 2:30
SPEAKER_00: Thank you for the correction.
• 2:32
SPEAKER_00: I think you're going to be correcting me.
• 2:33
SPEAKER_00: I'm English and I can't pronounce it in the English way.
• 2:37
  SPEAKER_00: So apologies for that.
• 2:39
  SPEAKER_02: No problem.
• 2:40
SPEAKER_00: Do you want to kick us off, Kay, by welcome?
• 2:43
SPEAKER_00: And do you want to kick us off by sharing um as much as you like about your story to this point and then we'll go from there?
• 2:52
SPEAKER_03: Well, it's a long story because it started a lot of years ago.
• 2:58
  SPEAKER_03: Somewhere around 1974.
• 3:02
  SPEAKER_03: Oh, wow.
• 3:03
  SPEAKER_03: So yeah.
• 3:04
SPEAKER_03: So it's it's I've been doing this for a really, really long time.
• 3:09
SPEAKER_03: But um I do want to say I am delighted to be here.
• 3:13
  SPEAKER_03: Oh, thank you.
• 3:14
SPEAKER_04: Uh yes, thank you so much for having me and being able to talk about this and and and the book.
• 3:22
SPEAKER_04: The book was so much fun.
• 3:24
  SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
• 3:25
SPEAKER_04: Um well in 74 I met my adopted grandparents, Domano and Chia Hetica, and they're from um Peru, from the eastern Amazon, um, kind of uh higher altitude up the up the mountains, the Andes on the east side.
• 3:49
SPEAKER_04: So it's an area that there's not much there, but um rough terrain.
• 3:55
SPEAKER_03: And they liked it that way.
• 3:58
SPEAKER_03: So I I met them then, and um that's a another that's a long story, but I wrote that.
• 4:05
SPEAKER_03: That's my first chapter in the reluctant shaman.
• 4:09
SPEAKER_03: I wrote that out, how I met them, which is is kind of spooky and um scared me half to death when it happened.
• 4:18
SPEAKER_04: But they're they're such beautiful people, such beautiful people, with uh just the whole way that they are and and and the way they interact is is just so gentle, and it's so I would say clean.
• 4:41
SPEAKER_04: Um when we're talking more about uh what's in this book about Katasi and what Katasi does, we've gotten really scrambled up and in our chaotic world.
• 4:54
SPEAKER_04: And these people were so clean of that.
• 5:00
  SPEAKER_04: They're so fresh.
• 5:02
  SPEAKER_04: Uh very, very wise.
• 5:05
SPEAKER_04: They were older when I met them.
• 5:08
SPEAKER_04: And uh, but they were like innocent like little kids.
• 5:12
SPEAKER_04: There was they had that that fresh innocence to them.
• 5:18
SPEAKER_04: So I studied with them for a little over 13 years, and that does not mean that I I went to Peru.
• 5:27
SPEAKER_04: I did not go to Peru, but I did not go to Peru, and they wouldn't let me come to their village anyway because uh they stay away from white people and they don't have they just don't have the a biological immunity and they don't want social uh contamination.
• 5:49
SPEAKER_04: They've stayed away from that for centuries, millennia.
• 5:54
  SPEAKER_04: So um boy, just it's it's it's was a long adventure.
• 6:03
SPEAKER_00: How did you do it?
• 6:04
SPEAKER_00: If that like if you were studying for 13 years with no like face-to-face connection, there wasn't face-to-face.
• 6:11
SPEAKER_00: Oh, you were, but you didn't go to their village.
• 6:13
SPEAKER_03: They were in Santa Cruz.
• 6:15
  SPEAKER_03: Oh, right.
• 6:16
SPEAKER_00: They came to you, or did they live there all the time?
• 6:19
SPEAKER_02: They lived there the whole time.
• 6:21
  SPEAKER_04: Oh, got you.
• 6:22
SPEAKER_04: And then at the end of my apprenticeship, they left.
• 6:25
  SPEAKER_04: They went back home.
• 6:26
  SPEAKER_04: Oh right.
• 6:28
SPEAKER_04: So uh this was uh I had two kids, single parent.
• 6:35
SPEAKER_04: I was uh um getting my BA at the University of Santa Cruz at the time, and um single, single mom.
• 6:49
SPEAKER_04: So that it kept me really, really busy.
• 6:52
SPEAKER_04: I'd meet them maybe once a week, twice, sometimes three times a week.
• 6:57
SPEAKER_04: Uh we'd often go to their little, they had a little like a cottage near the beach.
• 7:04
SPEAKER_04: And it was a really old little building.
• 7:09
SPEAKER_04: It was it was it was a very nice little place.
• 7:15
SPEAKER_04: Uh and we could get down to the beach very fast.
• 7:21
  SPEAKER_04: Get to the buses.
• 7:22
SPEAKER_04: Santa Cruz had a great bus system because of the college.
• 7:26
SPEAKER_04: And so you know, you could just get on the bus.
• 7:29
SPEAKER_04: And um people didn't have to pay.
• 7:35
SPEAKER_04: Elders didn't have to pay, students didn't have to pay.
• 7:38
SPEAKER_04: And so we could ride anywhere.
• 7:40
SPEAKER_04: And we we would ride up and go into the the forest.
• 7:44
SPEAKER_04: There was a big redwood forest around the campus, and kind of through the campus and the little places.
• 7:51
  SPEAKER_04: Gorgeous, just gorgeous campus.
• 7:56
SPEAKER_04: So studying with them was was extremely challenging.
• 8:03
SPEAKER_04: And what they have to teach is is so different than than what we live live, what how we learn from the time we're born.
• 8:13
SPEAKER_04: We we learn how to think.
• 8:16
SPEAKER_04: A structure of how to think and what to think.
• 8:20
SPEAKER_04: We're programmed, we're pre-programmed with with everybody and his brother's their blind beliefs.
• 8:27
SPEAKER_04: Yes, their ideas, their blind beliefs, their what whatever's that they drag along and they feed you as you're a little tiny kid and you don't know any different.
• 8:38
SPEAKER_04: We just accepted all that stuff.
• 8:40
SPEAKER_04: And we our whole lives.
• 8:43
SPEAKER_04: Um that's the cultural norm.
• 8:46
SPEAKER_04: To to never question any of it.
• 8:50
  SPEAKER_04: It's all really true.
• 8:52
SPEAKER_04: It's just it's really true, even though all those little ideas and beliefs that are stuck in there often contradict each other.
• 9:03
SPEAKER_04: But we never see that.
• 9:04
SPEAKER_04: We don't let ourselves see that.
• 9:08
SPEAKER_04: But this is what has caused all the problems um in our culture and in our lives.
• 9:16
SPEAKER_04: This is what uh causes the corruption, and we see that around us.
• 9:21
SPEAKER_04: We see a world that's just falling apart, it's coming to the end of its lifetime.
• 9:30
SPEAKER_04: And um this happens on at least on this planet, it has happened over and over and over, and it's somewhere around 5,000 to 12,000 years for a culture to develop and and live, and then it it either evolves at that point into something um much more spiritual, much more advanced, or um, they did like we did.
• 10:06
SPEAKER_04: They they got very, very technically advanced.
• 10:11
SPEAKER_04: And this happened over and over and over again.
• 10:16
  SPEAKER_04: Excuse me.
• 10:19
SPEAKER_04: He's got a frog in there today.
• 10:23
SPEAKER_04: So they got so technically advanced, way more than us.
• 10:31
SPEAKER_04: They had space flights and um all all kinds of what seems like you know, miraculous technology.
• 10:40
SPEAKER_04: And we can read some of this in the Vedas of what kind of technology they had and what kind of weapons.
• 10:48
SPEAKER_04: And they all destroyed themselves.
• 10:52
SPEAKER_04: At the end of their uh period of time for their culture to to grow, they they would not give up their corruption and they would not give up the forever wars.
• 11:08
SPEAKER_04: And so they destroyed this house.
• 11:11
  SPEAKER_04: That's it.
• 11:14
SPEAKER_04: And we're doing the same thing right now.
• 11:16
SPEAKER_04: I was gonna say, is that a repeating cycle?
• 11:20
  SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
• 11:20
  SPEAKER_04: Yep.
• 11:22
SPEAKER_04: And uh who knows where that information comes from, if it's a natural cycle or something else is spurring that on to see like a test to test us to see if we can manage to grow up.
• 11:38
SPEAKER_03: Okay, because our predecessors never they were like little kids running around with daddy's gun.
• 11:49
SPEAKER_04: Uh and they they blew everything up.
• 11:52
SPEAKER_04: We can see the scars on earth today.
• 11:55
SPEAKER_04: We can see it on the earth today.
• 11:58
SPEAKER_04: Many of our deserts, we can see where some of the cultures before us have left fantastic buildings.
• 12:08
SPEAKER_04: I mean, just utterly astounding stone.
• 12:13
SPEAKER_04: And um we just we don't know what to make of it.
• 12:24
SPEAKER_04: We don't we don't see it correctly, we don't we don't learn from what we're we're looking at.
• 12:30
SPEAKER_04: The signs of war are sitting right there in front of us, all over the planet.
• 12:37
SPEAKER_04: And it's it's time that we have to start waking up to that and waking up to this corruption, this this way of thinking.
• 12:51
  SPEAKER_04: That it's it's no good.
• 12:54
SPEAKER_04: What the ancients called it, what the Hedekas and and the ancient Egyptians called it was the upside down and backwards turning energy.
• 13:04
SPEAKER_04: Oh that's what our culture is made up out of.
• 13:09
SPEAKER_04: Upside down and backwards turning.
• 13:13
SPEAKER_04: And we've taken that on, and that's that's the way we've learned how to think in our own selves.
• 13:22
SPEAKER_04: We've we're losing our moral compass as individuals, as a culture, where the people that are controlling the culture lost their moral compasses on big time, really big time, and it's getting worse.
• 13:40
  SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
• 13:41
  SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
• 13:42
SPEAKER_04: We have to it has to start with us, and we have to change that.
• 13:48
SPEAKER_04: And that's that's what the book is all about.
• 13:51
SPEAKER_04: That the book that I wrote, and I hope we talk about it a little bit.
• 13:53
  SPEAKER_00: Oh, absolutely, yeah.
• 13:55
  SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
• 13:56
SPEAKER_04: Um, I gotta pick it up and show it.
• 13:59
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it's a great cover.
• 14:01
  SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
• 14:02
  SPEAKER_00: The seven no-nos.
• 14:04
SPEAKER_00: So is you're gonna have to tell me how to pronounce it again.
• 14:09
  SPEAKER_00: Katasi?
• 14:10
  SPEAKER_02: Katasi?
• 14:12
  SPEAKER_00: Cup of tea?
• 14:12
  SPEAKER_00: Katasi.
• 14:16
SPEAKER_00: Um so is it an ancient philosophy?
• 14:21
  unknown: Yes.
• 14:22
  SPEAKER_00: Or are there religion?
• 14:24
  SPEAKER_00: Okay, it's not a religion.
• 14:26
SPEAKER_00: We is it kind of shamanist shamanistic?
• 14:30
SPEAKER_00: Are there those sort of nature principles?
• 14:33
SPEAKER_04: Yeah, that's uh very much so.
• 14:36
SPEAKER_04: Because um one of the very main things that they believe that's very different than us is that they believe every single thing is alive.
• 14:46
SPEAKER_04: Everything, every atom, yeah, you know, every every molecule, every grain of sand, all the rocks, all the not just the trees and the plants and the animals and us, but everything's alive, the water's alive, the stars are alive, and the sun is alive, and the space between them, the blackness, the void, it's alive.
• 15:13
  SPEAKER_04: It's conscious.
• 15:15
SPEAKER_04: So their idea is that with all this aliveness, this this is consciousness.
• 15:23
SPEAKER_04: This is uh everything is conscious, everything has a piece of this consciousness and is a piece of this this great consciousness that is our universe.
• 15:36
SPEAKER_04: So with this consciousness, uh we can look around, we we can feel it.
• 15:46
SPEAKER_04: We have the equipment in us to feel this consciousness.
• 15:52
SPEAKER_04: Whether you're thinking of the whole universe and you want to look big and feel feel real big and feel like the God self kind of energy, that's the consciousness of the whole universe.
• 16:09
SPEAKER_04: And everything else is alive, it it it thinks and it feels and it takes action, uh, and it it has its own kind of emotions.
• 16:23
SPEAKER_04: So with this this basic kind of thinking, uh you can you can the next step is very easy to picture and to actually feel.
• 16:40
SPEAKER_04: One of the things that this book is about, and what katasi is about, is learning how to feel, because that's been stomped out of us.
• 16:48
SPEAKER_04: The upside down backwards turning wheel and all those beliefs and the the pressure on us, the programming, they stomp it right out of our attention.
• 17:02
  SPEAKER_04: But we can.
• 17:03
SPEAKER_04: We can feel all these things that we're told don't even exist.
• 17:09
SPEAKER_04: How many times have you heard somebody saying that uh a planet or a star or an asteroid has no life, that the rocks under your feet have no life, they're not alive, the air is not alive, the sunlight is not alive.
• 17:31
SPEAKER_04: But these people they believed that it it was and that it all communicates, and it's all connected and just completely connected and just intertwining, and it's a dance, it's it's the big dance, and we are part of it.
• 17:54
SPEAKER_04: We're not something sitting outside of it looking at it, we're in the middle of it, we're part of it, and we're part of this feeling and this perception and this consciousness.
• 18:07
SPEAKER_04: We we're part of everything that um that is with this consciousness, everything that is the consciousness.
• 18:26
SPEAKER_04: It it gets hard to explain this to people in our culture, in the modern culture, because it it's really it's truly upside down.
• 18:37
SPEAKER_04: They don't have any, they probably never in their life have had any thoughts in this direction.
• 18:43
SPEAKER_04: And they've never thought that they could feel any of it.
• 18:46
SPEAKER_04: But you could feel the consciousness and the aliveness and the the kind of thinking.
• 18:53
SPEAKER_04: It isn't like our linear thinking, it isn't words and intellect, but it's uh it's concepts and feeling.
• 19:04
SPEAKER_04: And so instead of just words, single words, these these concepts can be anything, any size and any type of information.
• 19:21
SPEAKER_04: And everything has this information.
• 19:26
SPEAKER_04: They're all alive, they all think, they all feel, they have so much information of their own, uh, and of their own world, the how they perceive the world and what it's like for them.
• 19:41
SPEAKER_04: And we can we can pick that up, we can feel it.
• 19:47
SPEAKER_04: We can learn how to feel it and perceive it.
• 19:54
SPEAKER_04: Yeah, perceiving is a word that kind of includes all the senses.
• 20:00
SPEAKER_04: A very nice detail of of Egyptian history that goes back pre-flood, it's way back there, is that we have five senses that that we use, and in our modern culture, we've even dampened those down.
• 20:20
  SPEAKER_04: We diminish them.
• 20:22
SPEAKER_04: But in the old times, in that pre-flood time, the uh feeling with the senses, with the physical senses, was very important and goes in great depth.
• 20:37
SPEAKER_04: And when you get deep enough into per perceiving, looking into that one sense and feeling it, then it's what they call the spirit senses.
• 20:52
SPEAKER_04: There's something behind the physical senses, it's the spirit senses.
• 20:57
SPEAKER_04: Some people call the spirit gifts.
• 21:02
SPEAKER_04: And you hear that sometimes in the spiritual community, they might talk about a spirit sense or two, but um they don't they don't have the whole picture.
• 21:17
SPEAKER_04: The ancient Egyptians pre-flood believed that there were three hundred and sixty spirit senses.
• 21:27
  SPEAKER_04: Okay.
• 21:29
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, three hundred and sixty on top of our five.
• 21:33
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah, wow.
• 21:34
  SPEAKER_03: I'm physical, yeah.
• 21:37
SPEAKER_04: And just trying to figure out what it is they're perceiving, just to, you know, try to make a list, try to get to three hundred and sixty.
• 21:46
SPEAKER_04: That is not an easy task.
• 21:49
SPEAKER_00: Well, don't they say that we only actually perceive about five percent of what is in our reality?
• 21:57
SPEAKER_00: Like there's ninety five percent that we are kind of, yeah.
• 22:00
SPEAKER_00: Not trained to be able to see.
• 22:03
  SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
• 22:04
  SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
• 22:05
  SPEAKER_00: It's extraordinary.
• 22:06
SPEAKER_04: Well, science, modern science, um really sticks that on the physical senses.
• 22:14
SPEAKER_04: And they say that we're not equipped to see any of those things.
• 22:20
SPEAKER_04: We don't have any any kind of apparatus, uh, and antennas or anything like that uh to to pick up that kind of information.
• 22:31
SPEAKER_04: But the truth is, we do.
• 22:36
SPEAKER_04: We have an entire physical body that has antennas.
• 22:41
SPEAKER_04: Our DNA, our antennas, our uh neurons, and the those little strings that come out, the neurons and they that actually can go as long as from the the brain down to your toes.
• 22:55
SPEAKER_04: I mean just one neuron.
• 22:57
  SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
• 22:58
SPEAKER_04: And it's sending all this electrical information back and forth up and down, and and our body is working that way.
• 23:08
SPEAKER_04: But we have another uh ability that's not just electrical.
• 23:14
SPEAKER_04: Electrical is faster than chemical or even faster than um touching something.
• 23:23
SPEAKER_04: Because that is most that's a mostly a chemical uh thing that that we're noticing when we do that.
• 23:32
SPEAKER_04: So that's chemical communication within within cell to cell.
• 23:36
  SPEAKER_04: Okay, yeah.
• 23:38
SPEAKER_04: But the other way, the better way, the way that from the spiritual world, from the ancients talk about this, is that this information travels instantaneously.
• 23:55
SPEAKER_04: Any of it, all of it, can travel instantaneously.
• 24:01
SPEAKER_04: And that's because these antenna work like scalar waves and scalar receivers and and transmitters.
• 24:14
SPEAKER_04: So with a scalar wave, that's a new modern word that comes out of the quantum physics world.
• 24:21
  SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
• 24:22
SPEAKER_04: And it's it's some kind of spiraling Taurus energy configuration that if if it has if you have information that goes down into the center of it, the information gets sent to wherever you want.
• 24:49
SPEAKER_04: Anywhere on the planet, in the universe, anywhere, Mars, Alpha Centauri, anywhere, and it's instantaneous.
• 25:02
SPEAKER_04: And that's how these transmissions in our body work.
• 25:07
SPEAKER_04: Um they're traveling in three different modes: chemical, electrical, and scalar, which is instantaneous.
• 25:18
SPEAKER_04: So when we're trying to do spiritual, you know, spiritual things, and we're trying to pick up uh information, yeah, uh messages from a I'm I'm looking at a big window here, and I got a big tree out there.
• 25:35
  SPEAKER_04: And signs.
• 25:38
  SPEAKER_04: The signs, yeah.
• 25:39
SPEAKER_04: You can pick up the information from that tree.
• 25:44
SPEAKER_04: You don't have to go and touch it.
• 25:46
SPEAKER_04: You know, you could be on the other side of the planet and just think about the tree, you picture it, you know, because you've been sitting under it for years and you know that tree, and uh and you can talk instantaneous communication back and forth.
• 26:04
SPEAKER_04: We do this all the time, and we're doing this to uh not just things that are in the physical realm, but with things that are in other realms, the more psychic, more spiritual realms or dimensions.
• 26:22
SPEAKER_04: Some people are calling that kind of stuff dimensions these days.
• 26:26
  SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
• 26:27
SPEAKER_04: And they don't have really good definitions as to what what the difference is or what they really mean, but the the main the main concept is that they they're not seen.
• 26:41
  SPEAKER_01: Yes.
• 26:42
SPEAKER_04: They're nothing that we s can actually see with our physical eyes, and we can't reach out and touch it with our physical senses of touch.
• 26:54
SPEAKER_04: We don't usually hear anything with physical ears or see with eyes or smell or taste.
• 27:02
SPEAKER_04: But with the spirit senses, you can pick up any and all of this information.
• 27:11
SPEAKER_04: And it doesn't have to be in some kind of form or language that you're trained in that that that you the earth human here uh would know or be able to to translate into something that your mind can say, okay, I understand that.
• 27:34
SPEAKER_04: I can get that a picture from that in my imagination.
• 27:40
SPEAKER_04: This this kind of communication happens instantaneously, and it involves the concepts, not words, not sentences, but whole concepts going back and forth, traveling back and forth, and a picture of what the concept is, and sometimes it's a still picture, sometimes it's a moving picture because they're they're talking.
• 28:12
SPEAKER_04: And so you get this whole kind of communication.
• 28:18
SPEAKER_04: And when it hits your energy field, it hits it hits all those antenna.
• 28:29
SPEAKER_04: We have a a system in our body that the ancient Egyptians said it has to do with the third third eye chakra, that they call that the great translator.
• 28:41
SPEAKER_04: That this information comes in and just translates it all, and you have this this whole idea, this whole concept, this whole picture.
• 28:54
SPEAKER_04: It might have sound, it might have smell, might have taste with it, might have other kinds of nuances, it might have emotions with it.
• 29:06
  SPEAKER_04: Very complex.
• 29:52
SPEAKER_00: And so it's no it's no wonder that it took you th took you thirteen years of study.
• 30:02
SPEAKER_00: And this is like this kind of um these philosophies, these idea ideas or these ancient traditions are coming back.
• 30:17
  SPEAKER_00: And it's like timing, isn't it?
• 30:22
  SPEAKER_04: Absolutely.
• 30:23
SPEAKER_00: And your book is uh The Seven No No's A Guide to Awakening and Freedom.
• 30:31
SPEAKER_00: Um, and obviously you've you're translating that kind of philosophy that's hard to explain into a practical that's what they taught you to do.
• 30:45
  SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
• 30:45
SPEAKER_00: Twenty-first century, twentieth, twenty-first century translation of ancient principles that we can now use in our everyday lives to help to hear.
• 30:59
  SPEAKER_04: We need it desperately.
• 31:00
SPEAKER_04: It's and it's the kind of knowledge because most most things in our modern culture that are coming out of an upside down and backwards turning wheel don't really want us to wake up.
• 31:15
SPEAKER_04: And so they are fighting against it in all kinds of different ways.
• 31:20
SPEAKER_04: And of course, the uh the blind beliefs themselves, they uh they have a a kind of life, their own kind of life.
• 31:31
SPEAKER_04: It's not like ours at all, and it's very shallow.
• 31:37
SPEAKER_04: We actually made these blind beliefs, each one of them, by listening to these different stories and whatever.
• 31:46
SPEAKER_04: And we we took them inside and we wanted them to help us, to fix us, to lead us.
• 31:55
SPEAKER_04: Yeah, and that's all they know.
• 32:00
  SPEAKER_04: That's all they do 24 hours a day.
• 32:05
SPEAKER_00: It's that whole idea of like our thoughts create our reality.
• 32:10
SPEAKER_00: And if those thoughts are thoughts that have been indoctrinated, um, it's an untangling process, isn't it?
• 32:18
  SPEAKER_00: It's like what's mine?
• 32:20
  SPEAKER_00: Big untangling.
• 32:21
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, what's mine and and what's what have I just been told is mine.
• 32:27
  SPEAKER_00: That's a process.
• 32:29
SPEAKER_02: That's that's what the book, that's what the thing is.
• 32:32
  SPEAKER_04: It's gonna untangle us.
• 32:33
SPEAKER_04: Yeah, that's uh it's the step-by-step how to untangle yourself, okay, and how how to look at yourself.
• 32:45
SPEAKER_04: Yeah, it's not about looking outside or blaming somebody outside.
• 32:49
SPEAKER_04: I mean, these people that told you those things, most of them are probably dead, you know, yeah, either within your lifetime or they've been dead for centuries, centuries, millennia, or because this stuff is just past.
• 33:03
  SPEAKER_04: Oh, yeah, totally.
• 33:04
  SPEAKER_04: Yeah, yeah.
• 33:06
SPEAKER_04: So the book, it it tells you how to stop.
• 33:13
SPEAKER_04: And this is where the problem is.
• 33:15
SPEAKER_04: We're we're creating our reality, like you said.
• 33:19
  SPEAKER_04: We are manifesting it.
• 33:21
SPEAKER_04: And people, you know, they kind of cringe when they hear that.
• 33:25
SPEAKER_04: They they don't want to think that whatever the is going on in there uh could spill out out in the world out there, but you know, that that's been happening all along since they were born, and since all of us have been born, and and for as long as there have been things on on the planet, it's what we're thinking, feeling energetically inside, and it radiates out, yeah, and it is literally creating all that upside down and backwards turning wheel, and all the corruption and all the forever wars, and all all the pain and ugliness and fear and anger and all the bad stuff.
• 34:18
SPEAKER_04: It's it's out there now in spades, and it's getting worse, and it's in us, and we have to stop and look.
• 34:30
SPEAKER_04: We just have to stop everything from however long of the time to do this, to take take those moments to look inside, get really, really, really quiet, and and let yourself discover what your blind beliefs are.
• 34:49
SPEAKER_04: Yeah because they'll pop up and you'll just go, oh, oh, I believe that that little tidbit, and I believe that little tidbit.
• 34:58
  SPEAKER_04: Yeah, yeah.
• 35:00
SPEAKER_04: What we recommend is that you write it down, get yourself a some kind of notebook binder or something that'll hold these pages together.
• 35:08
SPEAKER_04: And I recommend dating them.
• 35:11
  SPEAKER_04: Yep.
• 35:12
SPEAKER_04: Because you want to go back and read them, and it it definitely um sometimes you'll forget what you wrote down.
• 35:21
SPEAKER_04: So when you go back and read it, it's like it's brand new and it's it's a shock.
• 35:27
SPEAKER_04: Like you you didn't do, you never knew that before, you never wrote that down, but that's just your masks.
• 35:36
  SPEAKER_04: Yeah, exactly.
• 35:41
SPEAKER_04: My teachers called those masks because the mask is a more active term, and they they would they would say, you know, masks, and the other mask would come and the other one, and they're all blind beliefs that everything is is tied to the blind beliefs.
• 36:01
SPEAKER_04: So we need to figure out what do we believe and why do we believe it?
• 36:07
SPEAKER_04: Why do we believe some of those things?
• 36:09
  SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
• 36:10
  SPEAKER_04: Why?
• 36:10
  SPEAKER_04: Yeah, why on earth?
• 36:12
SPEAKER_04: How did you how do any of us ever get to believing some of the things that that we discover in ourselves because they're so absurd?
• 36:21
SPEAKER_04: And you know, you might just get uh just laugh hysterically because it's so funny and it's it's so contradictory and can be so absurd.
• 36:31
SPEAKER_04: Yet when when it's up in the driver's seat, as the teachers used to say, and it's controlling you and everything, you believe it with great emotion, just feverishly, that all that energy, power just stuck in there.
• 36:50
SPEAKER_00: It becomes part of your identity, doesn't it?
• 36:52
SPEAKER_00: Because you kind of start thinking, who am I if I don't believe that and if I believe something else?
• 37:00
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
• 37:02
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 37:03
SPEAKER_00: So yeah, and so we we also I think look for proof of that belief in our experiences so that we can affirm it.
• 37:12
  SPEAKER_00: And that's another trick.
• 37:15
SPEAKER_03: It's another trick, it's another mask because yeah, your mask will put together a little story for you, but it isn't, it isn't.
• 37:25
SPEAKER_03: We you know got conned again.
• 37:27
  SPEAKER_04: Yeah, right.
• 37:28
SPEAKER_04: So we have to be honest with ourselves, we can't blame ourselves and judge ourselves, and it's not our fault.
• 37:35
SPEAKER_04: Yeah, it's just it's not our fault, it's not your parents' fault, or your teacher, or whoever else has told you all these different little things through the years, we collect them to the day we die, we collect more blind beliefs, yeah, yeah, because we hear more stuff out there, and we're just as likely to take it on and believe it, no matter what it is.
• 38:03
SPEAKER_04: So when when we are discovering these things and the the feelings of them come up and and the questioning inside ourselves, we're we can't blame anybody.
• 38:19
  SPEAKER_04: It's nobody's fault, but it's now our responsibility.
• 38:23
SPEAKER_04: If we want to live clean inside ourselves and our mind and our thinking and be free, live in real free and self-sovereignty inside of our own mind and self, we have to unplug the blind beliefs.
• 38:42
SPEAKER_04: Now, the the Hedekas and the Egyptians, they they had their own way and language and everything of talking about this stuff.
• 38:54
SPEAKER_04: But in the Hedekas language, the first thing that they teach, along with saying, question everything, start right now.
• 39:04
SPEAKER_03: Question, question everything, question your beliefs, question everything out there, uh which is a good practice, it's a good way to start.
• 39:15
SPEAKER_04: But so that you don't have this incredible disruption and and feeling of incredible loss and chaos, and you don't know who you are anymore, and it feels feels incredibly bad to have that just dumped on you, that you don't know who you are anymore, because you think you're these blind beliefs.
• 39:41
SPEAKER_04: We we truly believe that's who we are, that's what we are, along with all the labels.
• 39:47
  SPEAKER_04: Yeah, you know, I'm so-and-so's kid, and now I'm so-and-so's uh wife, and now I'm so-and-so.
• 39:55
SPEAKER_00: And I do this for a job, and uh yeah, all of the yeah.
• 39:59
  SPEAKER_04: Titles, yeah.
• 40:00
SPEAKER_04: Titles and labels, and that we're not anything to do with any of that.
• 40:05
SPEAKER_04: That's just actions that we did, behaviors that we did.
• 40:11
SPEAKER_04: But we need to find out who we really are.
• 40:15
SPEAKER_04: When when we get started on this, and we're aiming towards dissecting that that that circus in there, the that chaos, a mess, we have to find out who we are and what we are.
• 40:32
SPEAKER_04: The who and what we are.
• 40:35
SPEAKER_04: That's something that you see in ancient cultures, in in through our own history, within the last 10,000 years, but in pre-flood times, this was this was something that they they taught their children from the time they were learning language.
• 41:02
SPEAKER_04: They could start to speak and they could understand you, even if they couldn't speak very well.
• 41:08
SPEAKER_04: If you said certain things, they understood it and they they would act accordingly, and you could tell they understood it.
• 41:16
SPEAKER_04: That's when they started teaching them about who they were.
• 41:20
SPEAKER_04: And the Hedekas called this their song.
• 41:23
  SPEAKER_04: Ah, yeah.
• 41:24
SPEAKER_04: The truth of who they are, their song.
• 41:27
SPEAKER_04: That means their their totality, their their absolute essential beingness, the truth.
• 41:39
SPEAKER_04: And they use that word poetically because song and music was real important to them, and had a lot of medicine and power and beauty.
• 41:51
SPEAKER_04: The big thing is with poetry for them and song is the beauty side of it.
• 41:58
SPEAKER_04: That's one of the things our culture has lost wholesale, lost beauty, and what they would call sacred beauty, deep, deep, deep, but that leads you to things like your song.
• 42:17
SPEAKER_04: So they do they do this song ceremony.
• 42:22
SPEAKER_04: Um I'm not quite sure how they teach a toddler, but but as you are talking with your your toddler, you you would just say you know what what these things are about who they really are and what who they are not, and what they really are and what they are not.
• 42:47
SPEAKER_04: And so they're growing up and learning that there's the with these ideas are learning that the there's feeling with it.
• 42:56
SPEAKER_04: Everything in in this pre-flood culture that I think spanned the planet at that time.
• 43:08
  SPEAKER_04: It's it's all about heightened feeling.
• 43:13
SPEAKER_04: And if you want some of these spiritual powers or senses, um, like telepathy or telekinesis or teleportation, and all we'd hear all that kind of stuff, you know, rattled around.
• 43:31
  SPEAKER_04: But they're actually true.
• 43:34
SPEAKER_04: And we're capable of it.
• 43:36
SPEAKER_04: Yeah, we have all the machinery to do it.
• 43:43
SPEAKER_04: We've we've just been blocked by the blind beliefs.
• 43:50
SPEAKER_04: So this song ceremony, it guides you to go inside and to feel feel something happy that you had in the past, something very happy, very beautiful, very full of love, very, very exciting.
• 44:10
SPEAKER_04: For some people, it might be a roller coaster ride when we were a kid.
• 44:15
SPEAKER_04: Yeah, or for other people it's the falling in love feeling, you know, with a with a a love partner, or maybe it's um a little tiny baby, newborn kitten, or a puppy.
• 44:32
  SPEAKER_04: Or human plant.
• 44:34
  SPEAKER_04: Or human.
• 44:35
  SPEAKER_04: Yep.
• 44:38
SPEAKER_04: Maybe it's your own human.
• 44:40
  SPEAKER_04: It's your baby.
• 44:42
  SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
• 44:42
SPEAKER_04: And that the so when you're when you're doing a song ceremony, you're you're being led to take your attention out of the physical world and into a feeling world and into this happiness.
• 45:06
SPEAKER_04: And you let the happiness grow.
• 45:09
SPEAKER_04: You just spent focus your attention on it.
• 45:12
SPEAKER_04: Don't think of anything out here at all that's going on.
• 45:17
SPEAKER_04: Just focus on the feeling, focus on the feeling.
• 45:21
SPEAKER_04: And you focus on that feeling with the knowledge that is the real you.
• 45:29
SPEAKER_04: That's who you actually are.
• 45:31
  SPEAKER_04: That's what that's your signature.
• 45:36
SPEAKER_04: That's who you actually are.
• 45:38
SPEAKER_04: That sounds so simple, doesn't it?
• 45:40
  SPEAKER_04: It is very simple.
• 45:42
SPEAKER_04: It is very, very simple and very easy and tiny.
• 45:45
  SPEAKER_04: Kids can do it.
• 45:46
  SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
• 45:47
SPEAKER_04: And grown-ups can do it.
• 45:50
SPEAKER_04: You could have music that you absolutely love, not with any words, because that'll distract you.
• 45:56
  SPEAKER_00: Distract you.
• 45:58
SPEAKER_04: But some people like it with silence.
• 46:01
SPEAKER_04: Some people like to do it with some soft music, not too loud.
• 46:07
SPEAKER_04: And you just go into this feeling, and you you just go just let yourself loose.
• 46:15
SPEAKER_04: It's it's like you're letting go of some of the physical constraints and the mental constraints that have been holding you in your everyday attention.
• 46:31
SPEAKER_04: You let go and you feel you feel this love or this happiness, or sometimes it could be something like it's in the middle of winter.
• 46:44
SPEAKER_04: It should be a little snow outside.
• 46:47
SPEAKER_04: And here's this flower came and and just boom.
• 46:51
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 46:51
SPEAKER_04: And it it takes your breath away.
• 46:55
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 46:55
SPEAKER_04: It's surprising, it takes your breath away.
• 46:58
SPEAKER_04: That that's the kind of feeling that you want to remember and you want to go into.
• 47:06
SPEAKER_04: And knowing that this is who you really are, and always have been.
• 47:12
SPEAKER_04: Because with these ancients, they believe that we are extraordinarily ancient.
• 47:20
SPEAKER_04: Possibly as ancient as the entire universe.
• 47:25
  SPEAKER_04: And we're very vast.
• 47:27
  SPEAKER_04: Very huge.
• 47:30
SPEAKER_04: And you feel that you just it's there's no real words to describe what that feeling uh feels like.
• 47:45
SPEAKER_04: And we our language is is uh vacant when it comes to it.
• 47:51
SPEAKER_04: Doesn't cover the language doesn't cover it.
• 47:55
  SPEAKER_00: Nothing to describe it.
• 47:58
SPEAKER_00: When you're talking about um in the book, well, the the title of the book, a A Guide to Awakening and Freedom, that sounds like the song and and like coming back to who we truly are is um that awakening process.
• 48:14
SPEAKER_00: And I feel that in midlife, that's that's a really there's a powerful shift that's happening, and that does feel like an awakening.
• 48:25
SPEAKER_00: And it seems that your book would be a really great tool to support someone in that process.
• 48:35
SPEAKER_00: Um, and very much and the simplicity of um those seven no-nos, plus you're gonna do you share like techniques to help you've mentioned with the no blind beliefs, writing down your your blind beliefs as they come up and kind of analyzing them, I suppose, and like bringing your awareness to them.
• 49:00
SPEAKER_00: Do you are is are there practices for all of the other no-nos?
• 49:06
  SPEAKER_00: Oh yes.
• 49:07
SPEAKER_04: The first no-no is blind beliefs.
• 49:10
SPEAKER_04: Yeah, it's it's it's the leader of the pack.
• 49:14
  SPEAKER_02: Right.
• 49:15
SPEAKER_04: And it it kind of um all the others kind of grow out of it or work with it, or the blind beliefs um utilize these kinds of behaviors uh a lot.
• 49:29
SPEAKER_04: So um perhaps I should just name off yeah, that would be great beliefs.
• 49:35
  SPEAKER_04: Yes.
• 49:35
  SPEAKER_04: Seven of them.
• 49:36
SPEAKER_04: First one is blind beliefs, yeah, and there's the second one is um no judgments.
• 49:43
SPEAKER_04: So we got no blind beliefs, no judgments, and that means condemnations, not discernment, but condemning, throwing black darts, yeah, yeah, black energy darts, yeah, that kind of thing.
• 49:58
SPEAKER_04: Three is no expectations, four is no assumptions, five is no jumping to conclusions, six is no arrogance, seven is no negative perception, and it's kind of a funny story.
• 50:23
SPEAKER_04: Um as my teachers, the the Hadticas specifically uh they would keep saying they're trying to uh help me change the way I think.
• 50:35
SPEAKER_04: And so they'd point out every time that I would think something that was, as they would say, from the upside down and backwards turning wheel.
• 50:45
SPEAKER_04: It's it's the broken way of thinking.
• 50:47
  SPEAKER_04: You know, don't don't do that.
• 50:51
SPEAKER_04: Like um the number two is no judgments, and that one is real easy to to see how that they you know, every time I would judge something, like this tastes really bad, but it to say um in in in a more condemning kind of feeling and way and sound that it's it's really crappy.
• 51:22
  SPEAKER_04: This is real disgusting.
• 51:26
SPEAKER_02: And they'd go, no judgments.
• 51:29
  SPEAKER_02: Uh-huh.
• 51:29
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 51:30
SPEAKER_02: No that was a judgment.
• 51:32
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 51:32
SPEAKER_04: You just said is a judgment.
• 51:35
SPEAKER_04: Because otherwise, you know um they start to build up, right?
• 51:39
SPEAKER_04: You don't realize how to distinguish yes, yes.
• 51:44
  SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
• 51:45
SPEAKER_04: This has become so everyday.
• 51:48
  SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
• 51:48
SPEAKER_00: You don't think you're judgmental, but then when you get into the detail of it, yeah, yeah, yeah.
• 51:55
SPEAKER_04: Which if you if you start trying to compare it to something else, you realize, oh yeah, that is judgment, and it doesn't need to be.
• 52:05
SPEAKER_04: And when we're being judgmental like that, we're throwing the black darts, there's energy going out, you're throwing it, but there's energy coming back to you.
• 52:18
SPEAKER_04: The ancients say that the energy is traveling to in two directions at once.
• 52:25
  SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
• 52:26
  SPEAKER_04: Always.
• 52:27
  SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
• 52:28
SPEAKER_04: So anything negative like that that you do, it's a little bomb coming right back to you.
• 52:35
SPEAKER_00: I always think with judgment, like when you if uh I think what well when if I judge something or someone, what is it about myself that I'm also judging?
• 52:51
SPEAKER_00: What is it in me that I don't like, or why am I trying to yeah, focus outward on something?
• 52:57
SPEAKER_00: Where why am I trying to move away from what's inside?
• 53:03
SPEAKER_00: But um Yeah, that's a tricky one as well.
• 53:07
SPEAKER_00: And do you write that?
• 53:09
SPEAKER_00: Would you write those things down as well?
• 53:11
SPEAKER_00: Is that the general practice for all of them?
• 53:13
SPEAKER_00: Is to notice into notice.
• 53:16
SPEAKER_04: Just write it down in any details, go as long as you want.
• 53:20
SPEAKER_04: And you can always add pages, you know, to it.
• 53:23
SPEAKER_04: So you it you can go just as long as you want.
• 53:27
SPEAKER_00: So the book's actually got space to start writing those things in.
• 53:31
  SPEAKER_00: Has it?
• 53:32
  SPEAKER_04: Your book?
• 53:33
  SPEAKER_04: There's there's not a whole lot of write.
• 53:37
SPEAKER_04: There's not a lot of lines that are drawn.
• 53:40
SPEAKER_04: We do have a workbook that does have a lot of lines.
• 53:43
  SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
• 53:44
SPEAKER_04: So or you could just make your own, where you you could just put in there any little thing that that pops up that you just notice it at any time.
• 53:56
SPEAKER_04: I like to carry a small tablet that fit in my pockets.
• 54:02
  SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
• 54:03
SPEAKER_04: Yeah, with a little pencil.
• 54:05
SPEAKER_04: And uh just wherever I was, whenever, whenever I could just write something down really quick about that concept of which which of the no-nos was I just doing and and um okay, so the third one, yeah, the the no expectations, fourth one, the no assumptions, five, no jumping to conclusions, number six, no arrogance.
• 54:37
SPEAKER_04: We like to call no arrogance the icta.
• 54:41
SPEAKER_04: That became kind of a joke in the class because it it's it's uh I-K-T-A, and uh that means uh it's short for I know that already.
• 54:56
  SPEAKER_00: Oh, icta.
• 54:59
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, so um and I think all of us have got a bit of that going on.
• 55:07
SPEAKER_04: We all do, we we all have all of these, yeah.
• 55:10
SPEAKER_04: And some of us we usually have a few favorites that we we do a whole lot more than other things.
• 55:16
  SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
• 55:17
SPEAKER_00: Uh do you so in your um experience, do you still need to go through these seven no-nos?
• 55:27
SPEAKER_00: Do you still have a notebook or are you cleansed?
• 55:36
  SPEAKER_04: Um I haven't had a notebook for a while.
• 55:39
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, but you've got great awareness, I'm sure.
• 55:43
  SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
• 55:44
SPEAKER_04: Um I can I can usually notice the the impulse, the the old thought.
• 55:51
  SPEAKER_04: Yes.
• 55:52
SPEAKER_04: The old thought form coming to the surface to do say the that particular thing, and and I can just choose not to.
• 56:02
  SPEAKER_04: Yes, yes, yes.
• 56:04
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 56:05
SPEAKER_00: And the and uh for for people who haven't had the experience for as long, no doubt the masks will show up to try and talk you out of choosing not to.
• 56:18
SPEAKER_00: Just this once will be okay.
• 56:23
  SPEAKER_04: They do.
• 56:25
SPEAKER_04: The masks are very clever in that way, uh figuring out how to how to con you and how to get around um things that you're doing, or or if you're learning a new thing, like like this, like Bononos, like Kadazi.
• 56:42
SPEAKER_04: You don't need to start to pick up, they t they pick up the vocabulary, yeah, yeah, and they try to use it against you.
• 56:49
  SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
• 56:50
SPEAKER_04: They try to lie to you about it.
• 56:54
  SPEAKER_04: So it's amazing.
• 56:56
SPEAKER_04: It takes uh it takes some looking and some willingness to to really want this change within yourself.
• 57:06
  SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
• 57:06
  SPEAKER_04: This awakening.
• 57:08
SPEAKER_04: And it's it's cleaning, cleaning that corruption out.
• 57:13
SPEAKER_04: Because you know, every every negative kind of word, negative emotion that you've ever heard of, uh, we got some of that in inside us.
• 57:24
  SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
• 57:25
SPEAKER_04: It's in their yeah, in their own little little amounts or big amounts.
• 57:30
SPEAKER_04: And they it just takes persistence.
• 57:36
SPEAKER_04: We have to learn a new new way of being.
• 57:40
  SPEAKER_04: Yeah.
• 57:42
SPEAKER_04: And the ancients say this is how we are not gonna blow ourselves up.
• 57:48
  SPEAKER_04: We have a chance.
• 57:50
SPEAKER_04: Our our ancestors just never would give up the forever wars and the corruption, they would never give it up.
• 58:00
SPEAKER_04: And so they lost their chance, and and that was it.
• 58:04
SPEAKER_04: Yeah, that was the end of them with the world, with their world.
• 58:08
SPEAKER_04: But we have a chance, yeah.
• 58:11
SPEAKER_00: And one thing that I think is a really good reminder of talking to you, and it's and I've spoken to to others on the podcast who, you know, and it's just this gentle reminder that we actually as individuals have a lot more, can have a lot more impact than we realize by changing ourselves, by working on ourselves.
• 58:35
SPEAKER_00: You know, sometimes it's easy to kind of go, oh, it's too big, the world's gone mad, I can't do anything about it.
• 58:42
SPEAKER_00: But in fact, we can, and it does start with each individual.
• 58:47
  SPEAKER_04: We can.
• 58:48
SPEAKER_04: If we are making this terrible, corrupt world with forever wars, everything is always at at war out there.
• 59:00
  SPEAKER_04: Um we're making that.
• 59:03
SPEAKER_04: Yeah, we're powerful enough to to create that.
• 59:08
SPEAKER_04: That means we're powerful enough to uncreate it.
• 59:12
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 59:13
SPEAKER_04: To uncreate it, to create something brand new.
• 59:17
SPEAKER_04: And even better than the uncreate uncreating that, some of that has to go on, but more so step step off the train.
• 59:33
  SPEAKER_04: It's that's a train wreck that's about to happen.
• 59:36
SPEAKER_04: It's upside down and backwards, and we need to get off the train.
• 59:42
SPEAKER_04: We need to get off that train.
• 59:44
  SPEAKER_04: Step away, step away.
• 59:46
SPEAKER_00: Stop buying into the stories.
• 59:49
  SPEAKER_04: Oh, yeah.
• 59:49
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah.
• 59:52
SPEAKER_00: Okay, I'm um conscious that we've kind of reached the end of our hour, and I feel like we could we've only just touched the surface, but um the the real um the essence of your message and your book is very clear.
• 1:00:10
SPEAKER_00: We need to step off the train and start thinking differently.
• 1:00:14
SPEAKER_00: And it your your book is uh a tool to help people do that in a simple way with some powerful philosophies.
• 1:00:29
SPEAKER_04: Yeah, and it does not have to take a long time because once you learn your song, you learn who you are.
• 1:00:37
  SPEAKER_04: Yeah, I love that.
• 1:00:38
SPEAKER_04: You keep going back into your song, keep doing a little song ceremony or a big one, a long one.
• 1:00:46
SPEAKER_04: But as you do that, you learn more about who you are and what you are, and it's so different than what the beliefs are and what they would have you do, what they're trying to con you into, what the world out there is trying to con you into.
• 1:01:04
SPEAKER_04: And you'd be surprised how fast you can wake up, and you can change what you are creating in yourself, in your family, and your contribution to the whole world.
• 1:01:20
SPEAKER_04: And we see a really big difference in the whole world.
• 1:01:25
SPEAKER_04: We have these ceremonies that we call the weavings, they're very ancient, very, very ancient, and they are re-weaving the web of the earth is the whole idea.
• 1:01:39
SPEAKER_04: And uh we we have that kind of power to to picture what we want the world to be, and to scoop out and send away uh and it's a in a ceremonial way so that it can't disturb our world anymore, but scoop up the cooties, scoop up the corruption, and send it on its way and fill it with song and love and beauty and peace and and happiness, creativity, self-sovereignty, and what we call real true freedom.
• 1:02:25
  SPEAKER_04: That's when you're really free inside.
• 1:02:28
SPEAKER_04: Real freedom is when you're free inside.
• 1:02:31
SPEAKER_04: And we have built a new world.
• 1:02:35
  SPEAKER_04: Very different new world.
• 1:02:37
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 1:02:39
