Inside Tommy Dorfman's Team
Welcome Tommy Dorfman! Host Meghan Grimm sits down with actress, filmmaker, and author Tommy Dorfman — and Tommy's former assistant Natalie Gerber, who she's been trying to rehire ever since. Together, they talk about what makes a great working relationship, why assistant work is way harder than people think, playing the long game in Hollywood, and the very real chaos of coming home from a ten-day trip abroad to discover 38 packages waiting in your lobby. Plus: Tommy's memoir, her upcoming films, and her theory that she'll peak in her 70s.
