- 0:04SPEAKER_01: The mind has a way of running ahead.
- 0:09SPEAKER_01: Today, we bring it back one breath at a time, one body part at a time.
- 0:22SPEAKER_01: Let your body settle, adjust if you need to, then let it be still.
- 0:32SPEAKER_01: Inhale slowly and exhale completely.
- 0:43SPEAKER_01: Again, in and out.
- 0:54SPEAKER_01: Let each breath be an arrival here in this body, in this moment.
- 1:36SPEAKER_01: No rush.
- 1:38SPEAKER_01: Wherever you feel tension, you don't need to force it away.
- 1:44SPEAKER_01: Just notice it with some kindness.
- 1:51SPEAKER_01: Begin at the crown of your head.
- 1:54SPEAKER_01: What do you notice there?
- 1:57SPEAKER_01: Heaviness, lightness, tingling, nothing.
- 2:05SPEAKER_01: Whatever is true is welcome.
- 2:18SPEAKER_01: Your forehead, the space between your brows, your eyes behind their lids.
- 2:40SPEAKER_01: Let it go just slightly.
- 2:43SPEAKER_01: Your mouth, your tongue.
- 2:57SPEAKER_01: Soft your neck, your shoulders.
- 3:13SPEAKER_01: This is often where the weak lives.
- 3:16SPEAKER_01: Just notice.
- 3:31SPEAKER_01: Feel it rise and fall with each breath.
- 3:45SPEAKER_01: Your belly, your lower back, your hips, your thighs, your knees, your calves.
- 4:46SPEAKER_01: This body has been carrying you all week through early mornings and late evenings, through decisions and deadlines.
- 4:58SPEAKER_01: It has not asked for much in return.
- 5:24SPEAKER_01: Your full, unhurried attention.
- 5:49SPEAKER_01: This is a body to be inhabited, to be lived in warmly and with wonder.
- 6:20SPEAKER_01: Not something you have to do, something you get to do.
- 10:02SPEAKER_01: Thank you for being here.
- 10:07SPEAKER_01: When you're ready, return slowly.
- 10:11SPEAKER_01: Take your body with you.
