  of
• 0:19
  June,
• 0:20
  talk
• 0:20
  about
• 0:20
  what
• 0:20
  worked,
• 0:21
  what
• 0:21
  didn't,
• 0:22
  what
• 0:22
  I'm
• 0:22
  learning,
• 0:23
  thinking
• 0:23
  about,
• 0:24
  and
• 0:24
  then
• 0:25
  kind
• 0:25
  of
• 0:25
  what
• 0:25
  I'm
• 0:25
  looking
• 0:25
  forward
• 0:26
  to
• 0:26
  in
• 0:26
  the
• 0:26
  coming
• 0:26
  month.
• 0:27
  I
• 0:27
  always
• 0:27
  love
• 0:28
  these
• 0:28
  episodes.
• 0:29
  If
• 0:29
  you've
• 0:29
  listened
• 0:30
  for
• 0:30
  a
• 0:30
  while,
• 0:30
  you
• 0:30
  know
• 0:30
  that
• 0:31
  these
• 0:31
  are
• 0:31
  some
• 0:31
  of
• 0:31
  my
• 0:31
  favorite
• 0:32
  'cause
• 0:32
  they
• 0:32
  help
• 0:32
  me
• 0:33
  think
• 0:33
  really
• 0:34
  critically
• 0:34
  about.
• 0:35
  How
• 0:35
  I
• 0:35
  can
• 0:35
  improve,
• 0:36
  what
• 0:36
  I
• 0:37
  should
• 0:37
  lean
• 0:37
  into,
• 0:37
  and
• 0:38
  then
• 0:38
  I
• 0:38
  always
• 0:38
  try
• 0:38
  to
• 0:38
  kinda
• 0:39
  turn
• 0:39
  it
• 0:39
  around
• 0:39
  and
• 0:40
  add
• 0:40
  in
• 0:40
  some
• 0:40
  takeaways
• 0:41
  to
• 0:41
  make
• 0:41
  them
• 0:41
  practical
• 0:42
  for
• 0:42
  you
• 0:42
  as
• 0:42
  well.
• 0:43
  If
• 0:44
  you're
• 0:44
  watching
• 0:44
  on
• 0:44
  YouTube,
• 0:45
  you
• 0:45
  can
• 0:45
  see
• 0:46
  little
• 0:46
  change
• 0:46
  of
• 0:46
  scenery
• 0:47
  today,
• 0:48
  My
• 0:48
  Backup
• 0:49
  office
• 0:49
  in
• 0:49
  the
• 0:49
  garage,
• 0:50
  the
• 0:50
  AC
• 0:50
  is
• 0:50
  out,
• 0:51
  so
• 0:51
  I
• 0:51
  am
• 0:51
  in
• 0:52
  my
• 0:52
  husband's
• 0:52
  office
• 0:53
  that
• 0:53
  is
• 0:53
  why
• 0:54
  you
• 0:54
  see
• 0:54
  bookshelves
• 0:54
  instead
• 0:55
  of
• 0:55
  mixers
• 0:56
  and
• 0:56
  ovens
• 0:56
  behind
• 0:56
  me.
• 0:57
  Alright,
• 0:58
  let's
• 0:58
  go
• 0:58
  ahead
• 0:59
  and
• 0:59
  dive
• 0:59
  into
• 1:00
  June.
• 1:01
  As
• 1:01
  usual,
• 1:01
  I'll
• 1:01
  kind
• 1:02
  of.
• 1:02
  Share
• 1:02
  the
• 1:03
  landscape,
• 1:03
  what
• 1:04
  my
• 1:04
  current
• 1:04
  baking
• 1:05
  situation
• 1:06
  is.
• 1:06
  So
• 1:07
  I
• 1:07
  have
• 1:07
  scaled
• 1:07
  back
• 1:08
  in
• 1:08
  June
• 1:09
  before
• 1:10
  the
• 1:10
  summer
• 1:10
  hit,
• 1:11
  I
• 1:11
  was
• 1:11
  doing
• 1:12
  two
• 1:12
  porch
• 1:12
  pickups
• 1:14
  and
• 1:14
  two
• 1:14
  markets.
• 1:15
  So
• 1:15
  my
• 1:15
  market
• 1:15
  is
• 1:16
  every
• 1:16
  second
• 1:16
  and
• 1:16
  fourth
• 1:16
  Saturday,
• 1:17
  and
• 1:17
  I
• 1:17
  was
• 1:17
  doing
• 1:18
  a
• 1:18
  porch
• 1:18
  pickup
• 1:18
  on
• 1:18
  the
• 1:19
  opposite
• 1:19
  Thursdays,
• 1:20
  and
• 1:20
  I
• 1:21
  have
• 1:21
  been
• 1:21
  doing
• 1:21
  that
• 1:21
  since
• 1:22
  January
• 1:23
  of
• 1:23
  this
• 1:23
  year.
• 1:23
  I'm
• 1:24
  working
• 1:24
  really
• 1:24
  well,
• 1:25
  but
• 1:25
  knowing
• 1:25
  that
• 1:26
  summer
• 1:26
  is
• 1:26
  just
• 1:27
  going
• 1:27
  to
• 1:27
  be
• 1:27
  more
• 1:27
  full,
• 1:28
  I
• 1:29
  knew
• 1:29
  that
• 1:29
  I
• 1:29
  needed
• 1:29
  to
• 1:30
  step
• 1:30
  back
• 1:30
  a
• 1:30
  little
• 1:30
  bit.
• 1:31
  And
• 1:31
  so
• 1:31
  in
• 1:31
  the
• 1:31
  month
• 1:31
  of
• 1:31
  June,
• 1:32
  I
• 1:32
  did
• 1:32
  one
• 1:32
  final
• 1:33
  porch
• 1:33
  pickup
• 1:33
  in
• 1:33
  that
• 1:34
  first
• 1:34
  week
• 1:34
  to
• 1:34
  kind
• 1:35
  of
• 1:35
  transition
• 1:35
  my
• 1:35
  customers,
• 1:36
  let
• 1:36
  them
• 1:36
  all
• 1:36
  know
• 1:37
  the
• 1:37
  new
• 1:38
  rhythm,
• 1:38
  and
• 1:39
  then
• 1:39
  for
• 1:39
  the
• 1:39
  rest
• 1:39
  of
• 1:40
  the
• 1:40
  month,
• 1:40
  I
• 1:40
  only
• 1:41
  did
• 1:41
  the
• 1:41
  market
• 1:43
  and
• 1:43
  I
• 1:43
  will
• 1:43
  continue
• 1:43
  that
• 1:44
  pace
• 1:45
  through
• 1:45
  this
• 1:45
  summer.
• 1:46
  And
• 1:46
  that's
• 1:46
  been
• 1:46
  working
• 1:47
  really
• 1:47
  well.
• 1:47
  It
• 1:47
  has
• 1:48
  the
• 1:48
  benefit
• 1:48
  of.
• 1:49
  Giving
• 1:49
  me
• 1:50
  enough
• 1:50
  breathing
• 1:50
  room
• 1:51
  on
• 1:51
  those
• 1:51
  off
• 1:52
  weeks
• 1:52
  to
• 1:53
  maybe
• 1:53
  mix
• 1:54
  up
• 1:54
  some
• 1:54
  muffins
• 1:54
  and
• 1:54
  get
• 1:55
  them
• 1:55
  popped
• 1:55
  in
• 1:55
  the
• 1:55
  freezer,
• 1:56
  some
• 1:56
  cookie
• 1:56
  dough,
• 1:57
  and
• 1:57
  even
• 1:57
  just
• 1:57
  run
• 1:57
  errands.
• 1:58
  Like
• 1:58
  this
• 1:58
  morning
• 1:59
  I
• 1:59
  took
• 1:59
  my
• 1:59
  car
• 1:59
  in
• 2:00
  to
• 2:00
  get
• 2:00
  the
• 2:00
  fluids
• 2:01
  changed,
• 2:02
  and
• 2:02
  that's
• 2:02
  one
• 2:02
  of
• 2:03
  those
• 2:03
  things
• 2:03
  that
• 2:03
  goes
• 2:04
  on
• 2:04
  the
• 2:04
  back
• 2:05
  burner.
• 2:05
  And
• 2:06
  I
• 2:06
  put
• 2:06
  it
• 2:06
  off,
• 2:07
  especially
• 2:07
  when
• 2:07
  I'm
• 2:07
  baking
• 2:08
  every
• 2:08
  single
• 2:08
  week.
• 2:09
  And
• 2:09
  so
• 2:09
  I
• 2:10
  am
• 2:11
  resting,
• 2:11
  getting
• 2:11
  things
• 2:12
  done,
• 2:12
  and
• 2:12
  then
• 2:13
  by
• 2:13
  the
• 2:13
  time
• 2:13
  it's
• 2:13
  time
• 2:14
  to
• 2:14
  bake
• 2:15
  again,
• 2:15
  I
• 2:15
  am
• 2:16
  ready
• 2:16
  it's
• 2:16
  not
• 2:17
  always
• 2:17
  possible
• 2:17
  to
• 2:17
  take
• 2:18
  a
• 2:18
  step
• 2:18
  back
• 2:18
  like
• 2:18
  that.
• 2:19
  But
• 2:20
  this
• 2:20
  has
• 2:20
  been
• 2:20
  a
• 2:20
  really
• 2:20
  helpful
• 2:21
  change
• 2:21
  to
• 2:21
  our
• 2:21
  rhythm
• 2:22
  just
• 2:22
  for
• 2:22
  the
• 2:22
  summer
• 2:23
  to
• 2:24
  like
• 2:24
  I
• 2:24
  said,
• 2:24
  just
• 2:25
  really
• 2:25
  focus
• 2:25
  on
• 2:25
  family,
• 2:26
  knowing
• 2:27
  that
• 2:27
  as
• 2:28
  the
• 2:28
  fall
• 2:29
  comes
• 2:29
  around,
• 2:30
  it's
• 2:30
  just
• 2:30
  going
• 2:30
  to
• 2:30
  become
• 2:31
  more
• 2:31
  and
• 2:31
  more
• 2:32
  busy.
• 2:32
  So
• 2:32
  in
• 2:32
  the
• 2:33
  month
• 2:33
  of
• 2:33
  June,
• 2:34
  let's
• 2:34
  look
• 2:34
  at
• 2:34
  those
• 2:35
  numbers.
• 2:35
  I've
• 2:35
  been
• 2:35
  sharing
• 2:36
  my
• 2:36
  revenue
• 2:36
  numbers
• 2:36
  the
• 2:37
  last
• 2:37
  few
• 2:37
  months,
• 2:38
  so
• 2:39
  my
• 2:39
  total
• 2:39
  gross
• 2:40
  revenue,
• 2:41
  that's
• 2:41
  just
• 2:41
  the
• 2:41
  top
• 2:42
  line
• 2:42
  revenue,
• 2:43
  the
• 2:43
  sales
• 2:43
  that
• 2:43
  came
• 2:43
  in.
• 2:44
  This
• 2:44
  doesn't
• 2:44
  account
• 2:45
  for
• 2:45
  fees,
• 2:46
  packaging,
• 2:47
  ingredients,
• 2:47
  et
• 2:47
  cetera.
• 2:48
  Top
• 2:48
  line
• 2:48
  revenue
• 2:49
  was
• 2:49
  $4,395.
• 2:51
  And
• 2:51
  that
• 2:52
  came
• 2:52
  from
• 2:52
  the
• 2:52
  three
• 2:53
  bakes.
• 2:53
  So
• 2:53
  one
• 2:54
  porch
• 2:54
  pickup,
• 2:55
  that
• 2:55
  was
• 2:55
  mostly
• 2:56
  basics
• 2:56
  that
• 2:56
  brought
• 2:56
  in
• 2:57
  $546
• 2:58
  and
• 2:58
  then
• 2:59
  the
• 2:59
  two
• 2:59
  markets
• 3:00
  combined
• 3:00
  brought
• 3:01
  in
• 3:01
  $3,707.
• 3:04
  So
• 3:04
  overall,
• 3:05
  really
• 3:05
  good
• 3:06
  considering
• 3:06
  it
• 3:07
  just
• 3:07
  came
• 3:07
  from
• 3:07
  the
• 3:07
  three
• 3:08
  baked
• 3:09
  days.
• 3:09
  I
• 3:09
  did
• 3:09
  hit
• 3:10
  a
• 3:11
  record
• 3:11
  this
• 3:12
  past
• 3:12
  Saturday
• 3:13
  market
• 3:14
  and
• 3:14
  broke
• 3:14
  $2,000.
• 3:16
  For
• 3:16
  the
• 3:17
  second
• 3:17
  time
• 3:17
  ever,
• 3:18
  and
• 3:19
  broke
• 3:19
  my
• 3:19
  previous
• 3:19
  record
• 3:20
  just
• 3:20
  by
• 3:20
  a
• 3:21
  few
• 3:21
  extra
• 3:21
  dollars.
• 3:23
  That
• 3:23
  felt
• 3:23
  good,
• 3:24
  but
• 3:24
  also
• 3:24
  that
• 3:24
  took
• 3:25
  a
• 3:25
  lot
• 3:25
  of
• 3:25
  work
• 3:25
  to
• 3:25
  get
• 3:26
  there.
• 3:26
  It
• 3:26
  was
• 3:27
  a
• 3:27
  really
• 3:27
  exhausting
• 3:28
  prep
• 3:28
  for
• 3:29
  that
• 3:29
  big
• 3:29
  market
• 3:30
  and
• 3:30
  something
• 3:31
  that
• 3:31
  I
• 3:31
  can't
• 3:31
  do
• 3:32
  on
• 3:32
  my
• 3:32
  own
• 3:33
  on
• 3:33
  a
• 3:33
  regular
• 3:34
  basis.
• 3:35
  I'm
• 3:35
  going
• 3:35
  to
• 3:35
  need
• 3:36
  support
• 3:36
  and
• 3:36
  I
• 3:37
  will
• 3:37
  talk
• 3:37
  about
• 3:37
  that
• 3:37
  a
• 3:37
  little
• 3:37
  bit
• 3:38
  more.
• 3:38
  I
• 3:38
  did
• 3:39
  loosely
• 3:39
  track
• 3:39
  my
• 3:39
  time
• 3:40
  for
• 3:40
  those
• 3:40
  markets.
• 3:41
  The
• 3:41
  first
• 3:41
  one
• 3:42
  I
• 3:42
  clocked
• 3:42
  roughly
• 3:43
  about
• 3:43
  32
• 3:43
  hours.
• 3:44
  From
• 3:45
  feeding
• 3:45
  my
• 3:45
  starter
• 3:46
  to
• 3:46
  breaking
• 3:47
  down,
• 3:47
  leaving
• 3:47
  the
• 3:47
  market
• 3:48
  all
• 3:49
  in
• 3:49
  was
• 3:49
  right
• 3:49
  around
• 3:50
  32
• 3:50
  hours.
• 3:51
  And
• 3:51
  then
• 3:51
  the
• 3:51
  second
• 3:52
  was
• 3:52
  a
• 3:52
  lot
• 3:52
  closer
• 3:53
  to
• 3:53
  40.
• 3:53
  And
• 3:54
  again,
• 3:56
  it
• 3:56
  was
• 3:56
  just
• 3:56
  a
• 3:56
  really
• 3:56
  big
• 3:57
  market.
• 3:57
  I
• 3:57
  brought
• 3:57
  a
• 3:57
  ton
• 3:58
  of
• 3:58
  product.
• 3:58
  I
• 3:58
  brought
• 3:59
  English
• 3:59
  muffins,
• 4:00
  which
• 4:00
  which
• 4:00
  always
• 4:01
  extends
• 4:02
  my
• 4:02
  bake
• 4:02
  time
• 4:03
  and
• 4:03
  makes
• 4:04
  everything
• 4:05
  just
• 4:05
  take
• 4:05
  a
• 4:05
  lot
• 4:06
  longer.
• 4:07
  So
• 4:07
  if
• 4:07
  you're
• 4:07
  wondering
• 4:08
  how
• 4:08
  much
• 4:09
  time
• 4:09
  goes
• 4:09
  into
• 4:09
  this.
• 4:10
  I
• 4:11
  treat
• 4:11
  it
• 4:11
  like
• 4:11
  a
• 4:11
  full-time
• 4:12
  job
• 4:12
  and
• 4:12
  I
• 4:12
  work
• 4:12
  full-time
• 4:13
  hours.
• 4:14
  But
• 4:14
  I
• 4:14
  will
• 4:14
  say
• 4:15
  I
• 4:15
  worked
• 4:16
  very
• 4:16
  similar
• 4:17
  hours
• 4:17
  when
• 4:17
  my
• 4:17
  scale
• 4:18
  was
• 4:18
  lower,
• 4:19
  but
• 4:20
  I
• 4:20
  have
• 4:20
  changed
• 4:21
  processes
• 4:21
  and
• 4:21
  optimized
• 4:22
  equipment
• 4:23
  to
• 4:23
  make
• 4:23
  it
• 4:24
  more
• 4:24
  possible
• 4:24
  to
• 4:25
  get
• 4:25
  a
• 4:25
  lot
• 4:25
  more
• 4:26
  done
• 4:27
  within
• 4:27
  around
• 4:28
  the
• 4:28
  same
• 4:28
  amount
• 4:28
  of
• 4:28
  time.
• 4:29
  So
• 4:29
  if
• 4:29
  you're
• 4:29
  listening
• 4:29
  and
• 4:30
  you're
• 4:30
  like,
• 4:31
  that
• 4:31
  was.
• 4:32
  hours
• 4:33
  for
• 4:33
  $1,700
• 4:34
  feels
• 4:34
  impossible
• 4:35
  right
• 4:35
  now
• 4:35
  because
• 4:36
  you're
• 4:36
  putting
• 4:36
  in
• 4:36
  30
• 4:36
  hours
• 4:37
  just
• 4:37
  doing
• 4:38
  a
• 4:38
  fraction
• 4:38
  of
• 4:39
  that.
• 4:39
  Know
• 4:39
  that
• 4:40
  as
• 4:40
  you
• 4:40
  increase
• 4:41
  your
• 4:42
  efficiency
• 4:44
  and
• 4:44
  equipment,
• 4:45
  maybe
• 4:45
  that's
• 4:45
  moving
• 4:46
  up
• 4:46
  to
• 4:46
  a
• 4:46
  double
• 4:46
  oven
• 4:47
  or
• 4:47
  a
• 4:47
  bread
• 4:47
  oven,
• 4:48
  adding
• 4:48
  in
• 4:48
  a
• 4:48
  mixture,
• 4:49
  things
• 4:49
  like
• 4:49
  that,
• 4:50
  your
• 4:51
  output
• 4:51
  will
• 4:52
  increase
• 4:52
  without
• 4:53
  a
• 4:53
  whole
• 4:54
  lot
• 4:54
  of
• 4:54
  extra
• 4:54
  effort.
• 4:55
  That's
• 4:55
  kind
• 4:55
  of
• 4:55
  the,
• 4:56
  the
• 4:56
  nature
• 4:57
  of
• 4:57
  this
• 4:57
  business,
• 4:58
  it
• 4:58
  works
• 4:58
  on
• 4:58
  an
• 4:58
  economy
• 4:59
  of
• 4:59
  scale.
• 4:59
  So,
• 5:00
  you
• 5:00
  earn
• 5:00
  more
• 5:01
  as
• 5:01
  you
• 5:02
  produce
• 5:02
  more,
• 5:03
  and
• 5:04
  the
• 5:04
  effort
• 5:05
  to
• 5:05
  make
• 5:06
  60
• 5:06
  loaves
• 5:07
  becomes
• 5:07
  right
• 5:08
  around
• 5:08
  the
• 5:08
  same
• 5:08
  amount
• 5:08
  of
• 5:09
  effort
• 5:09
  that
• 5:09
  it
• 5:09
  would
• 5:09
  be
• 5:09
  to
• 5:10
  make
• 5:10
  20.
• 5:11
  So
• 5:12
  if
• 5:12
  you're
• 5:12
  in
• 5:12
  those
• 5:12
  beginning
• 5:13
  stages,
• 5:13
  know
• 5:14
  that
• 5:14
  if
• 5:14
  you
• 5:14
  pay
• 5:15
  attention
• 5:15
  to
• 5:16
  your
• 5:16
  processes
• 5:17
  and
• 5:17
  your
• 5:17
  equipment
• 5:18
  and
• 5:18
  just
• 5:18
  continue
• 5:19
  to
• 5:19
  improve,
• 5:20
  that's
• 5:20
  what
• 5:20
  you
• 5:20
  can
• 5:20
  kind
• 5:21
  of
• 5:21
  look
• 5:21
  forward
• 5:21
  to
• 5:21
  a
• 5:21
  little
• 5:21
  bit.
• 5:22
  Okay,
• 5:23
  so
• 5:23
  let's
• 5:23
  talk
• 5:23
  about
• 5:23
  what
• 5:24
  worked
• 5:24
  in
• 5:24
  the
• 5:24
  month
• 5:24
  of
• 5:25
  June.
• 5:26
  We'll
• 5:26
  start
• 5:26
  by
• 5:26
  talking
• 5:27
  about
• 5:27
  top
• 5:27
  sellers.
• 5:28
  I
• 5:28
  was
• 5:28
  looking
• 5:29
  at
• 5:29
  in
• 5:29
  my
• 5:29
  record,
• 5:30
  top
• 5:31
  selling
• 5:31
  products
• 5:32
  in
• 5:32
  my
• 5:32
  square
• 5:33
  reporting.
• 5:33
  I
• 5:33
  use
• 5:34
  Square
• 5:34
  for
• 5:34
  my
• 5:34
  point
• 5:35
  of
• 5:35
  sale
• 5:35
  system
• 5:35
  for
• 5:35
  my
• 5:36
  markets,
• 5:37
  and
• 5:37
  it
• 5:37
  continues
• 5:38
  to
• 5:38
  be
• 5:38
  original
• 5:39
  loaves,
• 5:39
  but
• 5:39
  those
• 5:39
  definitely
• 5:40
  drop
• 5:40
  off
• 5:41
  in
• 5:41
  the
• 5:41
  hot
• 5:41
  month.
• 5:42
  Followed
• 5:42
  by
• 5:43
  sandwich
• 5:43
  loaves.
• 5:44
  English
• 5:44
  muffins
• 5:45
  are
• 5:45
  always
• 5:45
  a
• 5:45
  top
• 5:46
  seller
• 5:47
  muffins,
• 5:48
  just
• 5:48
  regular
• 5:48
  muffins.
• 5:49
  When
• 5:49
  I
• 5:49
  sell
• 5:49
  them
• 5:50
  in
• 5:50
  a
• 5:50
  pack
• 5:50
  of
• 5:51
  six,
• 5:51
  they
• 5:51
  go
• 5:52
  really
• 5:52
  fast,
• 5:52
  especially
• 5:53
  on
• 5:53
  my
• 5:53
  pre-order
• 5:54
  menu.
• 5:54
  I
• 5:54
  don't
• 5:54
  really
• 5:54
  bring
• 5:55
  the
• 5:55
  larger
• 5:55
  packs
• 5:55
  to
• 5:56
  the
• 5:56
  market,
• 5:56
  but
• 5:56
  maybe
• 5:57
  I
• 5:57
  should
• 5:57
  try
• 5:57
  it.
• 5:57
  I
• 5:57
  haven't
• 5:58
  actually
• 5:58
  tried
• 5:58
  that.
• 5:58
  I
• 5:58
  usually
• 5:59
  just
• 5:59
  bring
• 5:59
  individuals.
• 6:01
  Focaccia
• 6:01
  sells
• 6:02
  well
• 6:03
  and
• 6:03
  English
• 6:03
  muffins.
• 6:04
  English
• 6:04
  muffins
• 6:05
  are
• 6:05
  just
• 6:05
  a
• 6:06
  top
• 6:07
  seller.
• 6:07
  People
• 6:07
  snatch
• 6:08
  them
• 6:08
  up.
• 6:08
  I
• 6:09
  brought.
• 6:09
  About
• 6:10
  30
• 6:10
  packs
• 6:11
  of
• 6:11
  six
• 6:11
  this
• 6:11
  week
• 6:12
  and
• 6:13
  they
• 6:13
  go
• 6:13
  so
• 6:14
  fast,
• 6:16
  but
• 6:16
  because
• 6:16
  they
• 6:16
  are
• 6:16
  such
• 6:17
  a
• 6:17
  hands-on
• 6:18
  item,
• 6:19
  it
• 6:19
  just
• 6:19
  increases
• 6:20
  my
• 6:20
  prep
• 6:20
  and
• 6:21
  bake
• 6:21
  time
• 6:21
  so
• 6:22
  much.
• 6:22
  So
• 6:23
  I'm
• 6:23
  continuing
• 6:23
  to
• 6:24
  look
• 6:24
  for
• 6:24
  ways
• 6:24
  to
• 6:24
  optimize.
• 6:25
  I
• 6:25
  did
• 6:25
  set
• 6:26
  up
• 6:26
  two
• 6:26
  separate
• 6:27
  griddles
• 6:27
  this
• 6:27
  week
• 6:28
  and
• 6:28
  that
• 6:28
  helped
• 6:29
  a
• 6:29
  lot,
• 6:29
  but
• 6:30
  it
• 6:30
  still
• 6:30
  is
• 6:30
  just
• 6:30
  a
• 6:30
  time
• 6:31
  suck.
• 6:32
  It
• 6:32
  takes
• 6:32
  so
• 6:32
  long
• 6:33
  to
• 6:33
  shape
• 6:34
  them
• 6:34
  individually.
• 6:35
  So
• 6:36
  as
• 6:36
  I
• 6:36
  look
• 6:36
  to
• 6:37
  expand
• 6:37
  into
• 6:37
  a
• 6:37
  bakery
• 6:38
  space,
• 6:38
  I
• 6:38
  will
• 6:38
  be
• 6:39
  exploring
• 6:39
  options
• 6:40
  for
• 6:40
  like
• 6:41
  a
• 6:41
  dough
• 6:41
  divider,
• 6:41
  something
• 6:42
  that
• 6:42
  can
• 6:42
  help
• 6:43
  me
• 6:44
  divide
• 6:44
  out
• 6:45
  the
• 6:45
  dough
• 6:45
  a
• 6:45
  lot
• 6:46
  more
• 6:46
  quickly
• 6:46
  so
• 6:47
  that
• 6:47
  I
• 6:47
  don't
• 6:47
  have
• 6:47
  to
• 6:47
  do
• 6:47
  that
• 6:48
  part
• 6:48
  by
• 6:48
  hand.
• 6:48
  'cause
• 6:49
  that's
• 6:49
  one
• 6:49
  of
• 6:49
  the
• 6:49
  biggest
• 6:49
  time
• 6:50
  commitments.
• 6:51
  Another
• 6:51
  big
• 6:52
  change
• 6:52
  that
• 6:52
  I
• 6:53
  have
• 6:53
  made
• 6:53
  that
• 6:54
  I've
• 6:54
  really
• 6:54
  been
• 6:54
  liking,
• 6:55
  and
• 6:55
  I
• 6:55
  kind
• 6:55
  of
• 6:56
  alluded
• 6:56
  to
• 6:57
  this
• 6:57
  in
• 6:57
  my
• 6:57
  Instagram
• 6:57
  story
• 6:58
  last
• 6:58
  week,
• 6:59
  but
• 6:59
  my
• 6:59
  inclusion
• 6:59
  lobes.
• 7:00
  So
• 7:01
  up
• 7:01
  until
• 7:01
  the
• 7:01
  last
• 7:01
  couple
• 7:02
  of
• 7:02
  months,
• 7:03
  I
• 7:03
  have
• 7:03
  always
• 7:04
  done
• 7:04
  my
• 7:04
  inclusion
• 7:05
  loaves
• 7:06
  the
• 7:06
  same
• 7:06
  size
• 7:07
  as
• 7:07
  my
• 7:07
  regular
• 7:07
  loaf,
• 7:08
  so
• 7:08
  900
• 7:08
  grams
• 7:09
  and
• 7:10
  I
• 7:10
  charged
• 7:11
  $12
• 7:12
  for
• 7:12
  my
• 7:12
  inclusion.
• 7:13
  That's
• 7:13
  what
• 7:13
  my
• 7:13
  market
• 7:14
  supports.
• 7:14
  Don't
• 7:15
  price
• 7:15
  based
• 7:15
  on
• 7:15
  my
• 7:15
  pricing,
• 7:16
  but
• 7:16
  for
• 7:17
  context,
• 7:17
  that's
• 7:17
  what
• 7:18
  I'm
• 7:18
  pricing
• 7:19
  mine
• 7:19
  at
• 7:19
  for
• 7:20
  a
• 7:20
  900
• 7:20
  gram
• 7:21
  inclusion
• 7:21
  loaf.
• 7:22
  So
• 7:22
  that's
• 7:22
  all
• 7:22
  the
• 7:22
  inclusions,
• 7:23
  whether
• 7:23
  that's
• 7:24
  the
• 7:24
  raisin,
• 7:24
  jalapeno,
• 7:25
  cheddar,
• 7:25
  garlic,
• 7:26
  rosemary,
• 7:27
  et
• 7:27
  cetera.
• 7:28
  I've
• 7:28
  had
• 7:29
  a
• 7:29
  lot
• 7:29
  of
• 7:29
  feedback
• 7:30
  from
• 7:30
  multiple
• 7:31
  people
• 7:31
  who
• 7:31
  say
• 7:32
  that
• 7:32
  those
• 7:32
  loaves,
• 7:33
  while
• 7:33
  they
• 7:33
  love
• 7:33
  them,
• 7:34
  they
• 7:34
  don't
• 7:34
  get
• 7:35
  through
• 7:35
  the
• 7:35
  whole
• 7:35
  thing
• 7:36
  before
• 7:36
  it
• 7:36
  goes
• 7:36
  bad.
• 7:37
  So
• 7:37
  they
• 7:37
  either
• 7:37
  have
• 7:37
  to
• 7:37
  freeze
• 7:38
  it
• 7:38
  or
• 7:38
  they
• 7:38
  have
• 7:38
  to
• 7:38
  share
• 7:39
  it
• 7:39
  with
• 7:39
  someone,
• 7:39
  or
• 7:39
  they
• 7:39
  have
• 7:39
  to
• 7:39
  toss
• 7:40
  it.
• 7:40
  So
• 7:41
  I've
• 7:41
  had
• 7:41
  people
• 7:41
  ask
• 7:41
  for
• 7:42
  many
• 7:42
  loaves
• 7:42
  and
• 7:42
  I've
• 7:42
  brought
• 7:43
  them
• 7:43
  a
• 7:43
  handful
• 7:44
  of
• 7:44
  them
• 7:44
  here
• 7:45
  and
• 7:45
  there
• 7:45
  sometimes,
• 7:45
  and
• 7:45
  they
• 7:46
  always
• 7:46
  go
• 7:47
  the
• 7:47
  fastest.
• 7:48
  So
• 7:48
  for
• 7:48
  the
• 7:49
  last
• 7:49
  two
• 7:49
  markets,
• 7:50
  I
• 7:50
  have
• 7:50
  brought
• 7:51
  my
• 7:51
  inclusion
• 7:51
  loaves
• 7:52
  only
• 7:52
  in
• 7:52
  mini
• 7:53
  size.
• 7:53
  I
• 7:53
  didn't
• 7:53
  even
• 7:54
  bring
• 7:54
  any
• 7:54
  of
• 7:54
  the
• 7:55
  900
• 7:55
  grand
• 7:55
  ones.
• 7:56
  And
• 7:56
  they
• 7:56
  have
• 7:57
  been
• 7:57
  so
• 7:57
  incredibly
• 7:58
  popular.
• 7:59
  So
• 7:59
  I
• 7:59
  charged
• 8:00
  $7
• 8:00
  each
• 8:01
  for
• 8:01
  my
• 8:01
  minis,
• 8:02
  which
• 8:02
  is
• 8:02
  what
• 8:02
  I
• 8:03
  have
• 8:03
  always
• 8:03
  done
• 8:03
  for
• 8:03
  minis
• 8:04
  or
• 8:05
  two
• 8:05
  for
• 8:05
  12.
• 8:05
  So
• 8:06
  people
• 8:06
  can
• 8:06
  get
• 8:06
  the
• 8:06
  same
• 8:07
  amount
• 8:07
  of
• 8:07
  bread
• 8:08
  as
• 8:09
  they
• 8:09
  did
• 8:09
  before
• 8:09
  for
• 8:10
  the
• 8:10
  same
• 8:10
  price
• 8:11
  if
• 8:11
  they
• 8:11
  like
• 8:11
  the
• 8:12
  larger
• 8:13
  size.
• 8:14
  So
• 8:15
  the
• 8:15
  price
• 8:15
  point
• 8:15
  still
• 8:16
  feels
• 8:16
  good.
• 8:17
  I'm
• 8:17
  happy
• 8:17
  with
• 8:17
  it.
• 8:18
  It's
• 8:18
  on
• 8:18
  par
• 8:18
  with
• 8:19
  my
• 8:19
  margins
• 8:20
  and
• 8:20
  my
• 8:20
  customers
• 8:21
  are
• 8:21
  so
• 8:21
  thrilled
• 8:22
  with
• 8:22
  them.
• 8:22
  I've
• 8:22
  had
• 8:23
  so
• 8:23
  much
• 8:24
  positive
• 8:24
  feedback.
• 8:25
  They
• 8:25
  get
• 8:25
  to
• 8:25
  mix
• 8:26
  and
• 8:26
  match
• 8:26
  if
• 8:26
  they
• 8:26
  want
• 8:27
  to,
• 8:27
  if
• 8:27
  they
• 8:27
  wanna
• 8:27
  grab
• 8:27
  two,
• 8:28
  or
• 8:28
  sometimes
• 8:28
  they
• 8:28
  grab
• 8:29
  four
• 8:30
  or
• 8:30
  they
• 8:30
  just
• 8:31
  grab
• 8:31
  one.
• 8:31
  And
• 8:32
  there
• 8:32
  is
• 8:33
  that
• 8:33
  little
• 8:33
  bit
• 8:33
  of
• 8:33
  an
• 8:33
  upcharge
• 8:34
  for
• 8:34
  a
• 8:34
  single
• 8:35
  loaf
• 8:35
  that
• 8:35
  kind
• 8:36
  of
• 8:36
  offsets
• 8:36
  that
• 8:36
  extra
• 8:37
  labor
• 8:37
  because
• 8:38
  it
• 8:38
  is
• 8:38
  a
• 8:38
  little
• 8:39
  bit
• 8:39
  more
• 8:39
  work
• 8:40
  doing.
• 8:41
  The
• 8:41
  smaller
• 8:42
  450
• 8:43
  gram
• 8:43
  loaves
• 8:43
  versus
• 8:44
  the
• 8:44
  regular
• 8:45
  900
• 8:45
  gram
• 8:45
  loaves.
• 8:46
  But
• 8:46
  overall
• 8:47
  it's
• 8:47
  worth
• 8:47
  it
• 8:47
  for
• 8:47
  me
• 8:48
  that
• 8:48
  they
• 8:48
  are
• 8:48
  just
• 8:49
  loving
• 8:49
  it.
• 8:49
  I'm
• 8:49
  going
• 8:50
  to
• 8:50
  keep
• 8:50
  that
• 8:50
  change
• 8:51
  around
• 8:52
  unless
• 8:53
  if
• 8:53
  people
• 8:53
  stop
• 8:53
  responding
• 8:54
  to
• 8:54
  it.
• 8:55
  Process
• 8:55
  wise,
• 8:55
  I've
• 8:55
  changed
• 8:56
  things
• 8:56
  just
• 8:56
  a
• 8:57
  little
• 8:57
  bit
• 8:57
  from
• 8:58
  my
• 8:58
  previous
• 8:59
  inclusion
• 9:00
  process,
• 9:00
  which
• 9:00
  was
• 9:01
  kind
• 9:01
  of
• 9:02
  what
• 9:02
  you
• 9:02
  would
• 9:02
  expect.
• 9:03
  I
• 9:03
  mixed
• 9:03
  like
• 9:03
  regular
• 9:04
  add
• 9:04
  in
• 9:04
  my
• 9:05
  inclusions
• 9:06
  during
• 9:06
  my
• 9:06
  stretch
• 9:06
  and
• 9:07
  folds,
• 9:07
  pres
• 9:07
  shape,
• 9:08
  cold
• 9:08
  proof
• 9:08
  and
• 9:09
  a
• 9:09
  abandon.
• 9:10
  So
• 9:10
  here's
• 9:10
  where
• 9:10
  I've
• 9:10
  changed
• 9:11
  it.
• 9:11
  I
• 9:11
  still
• 9:11
  mix
• 9:12
  it
• 9:12
  the
• 9:12
  same.
• 9:12
  I
• 9:12
  still
• 9:13
  add
• 9:13
  my
• 9:13
  inclusions
• 9:14
  during
• 9:14
  my
• 9:14
  stretch
• 9:14
  and
• 9:15
  folds,
• 9:15
  but
• 9:15
  then
• 9:15
  when
• 9:16
  I
• 9:16
  go
• 9:16
  to
• 9:16
  pres
• 9:16
  shape,
• 9:17
  I
• 9:17
  pres
• 9:17
  shape
• 9:17
  into
• 9:17
  the
• 9:18
  450
• 9:18
  gram
• 9:19
  rounds.
• 9:20
  And
• 9:20
  then
• 9:20
  I
• 9:20
  put
• 9:20
  them
• 9:21
  in
• 9:21
  a
• 9:21
  dough
• 9:21
  proofing
• 9:22
  bin
• 9:22
  that's
• 9:23
  18
• 9:23
  inches
• 9:24
  by
• 9:24
  26
• 9:24
  by
• 9:24
  three
• 9:25
  inches.
• 9:25
  So
• 9:25
  they're
• 9:26
  real
• 9:26
  shallow.
• 9:27
  They
• 9:27
  stack
• 9:27
  onto
• 9:28
  each
• 9:28
  other
• 9:28
  so
• 9:28
  that
• 9:29
  each
• 9:29
  bin
• 9:30
  becomes
• 9:30
  the
• 9:30
  lid
• 9:31
  of
• 9:31
  the
• 9:31
  one
• 9:31
  below
• 9:32
  it,
• 9:32
  so
• 9:33
  you
• 9:33
  don't
• 9:33
  need
• 9:33
  an
• 9:33
  extra
• 9:34
  lid.
• 9:34
  And
• 9:34
  then
• 9:35
  I
• 9:35
  just
• 9:35
  have
• 9:35
  one
• 9:35
  lid
• 9:36
  for
• 9:36
  the
• 9:36
  top
• 9:36
  stack.
• 9:37
  I
• 9:37
  have
• 9:37
  six
• 9:37
  of
• 9:37
  them.
• 9:38
  And
• 9:38
  they
• 9:39
  fit
• 9:39
  into
• 9:39
  my
• 9:39
  21
• 9:40
  cubic
• 9:40
  foot
• 9:41
  insignia
• 9:42
  fridge
• 9:42
  perfectly.
• 9:44
  So
• 9:44
  I
• 9:44
  appreciate
• 9:45
  the
• 9:45
  rounds
• 9:46
  into
• 9:46
  the
• 9:46
  dough
• 9:46
  proofing
• 9:47
  box,
• 9:47
  cold
• 9:47
  proof
• 9:48
  in
• 9:48
  there.
• 9:49
  And
• 9:49
  then
• 9:49
  when
• 9:49
  I'm
• 9:49
  ready
• 9:50
  to
• 9:50
  bake
• 9:50
  them,
• 9:51
  I
• 9:51
  just
• 9:51
  pull
• 9:51
  out
• 9:51
  the
• 9:52
  rounds
• 9:52
  and
• 9:52
  if
• 9:52
  there's
• 9:53
  only
• 9:53
  12
• 9:53
  in
• 9:53
  there,
• 9:53
  they
• 9:54
  don't
• 9:54
  stick
• 9:54
  together.
• 9:55
  They're
• 9:55
  easy
• 9:55
  to
• 9:55
  pull
• 9:56
  out.
• 9:56
  And
• 9:56
  then
• 9:56
  I
• 9:56
  do
• 9:57
  a
• 9:57
  single
• 9:57
  caddy
• 9:58
  class
• 9:58
  to
• 9:59
  shape
• 9:59
  them
• 9:59
  into
• 10:00
  an
• 10:00
  oval,
• 10:01
  uh,
• 10:01
  guitar
• 10:01
  shape
• 10:02
  and
• 10:03
  just
• 10:03
  kind
• 10:03
  of.
• 10:04
  Crimp
• 10:04
  the
• 10:04
  edges
• 10:05
  and
• 10:05
  bake
• 10:06
  them.
• 10:06
  I've
• 10:06
  done
• 10:07
  two
• 10:07
  methods
• 10:08
  for
• 10:08
  baking,
• 10:08
  either
• 10:09
  my
• 10:09
  regular
• 10:09
  open
• 10:10
  bake
• 10:10
  method
• 10:11
  or
• 10:11
  I've
• 10:11
  actually
• 10:12
  been
• 10:12
  exploring
• 10:12
  using
• 10:13
  loaf
• 10:13
  pans
• 10:13
  for
• 10:14
  them
• 10:14
  as
• 10:14
  well.
• 10:14
  I
• 10:15
  don't
• 10:15
  prefer
• 10:16
  the
• 10:16
  loaf
• 10:16
  pans
• 10:16
  for
• 10:17
  my
• 10:17
  artisan
• 10:17
  breads.
• 10:18
  Typically,
• 10:19
  I
• 10:19
  like
• 10:20
  the
• 10:20
  more
• 10:21
  rustic
• 10:21
  batard
• 10:21
  shape,
• 10:22
  but
• 10:22
  when
• 10:22
  I
• 10:22
  use
• 10:23
  the
• 10:23
  loaf
• 10:23
  pans
• 10:24
  for
• 10:25
  the
• 10:25
  small
• 10:26
  450
• 10:26
  gram
• 10:27
  loafs,
• 10:27
  they
• 10:28
  still
• 10:28
  preserve
• 10:29
  the
• 10:29
  majority
• 10:30
  of
• 10:30
  that
• 10:30
  kind
• 10:30
  of
• 10:30
  oval,
• 10:31
  rustic
• 10:31
  batard
• 10:32
  shape.
• 10:33
  But
• 10:33
  it
• 10:33
  has
• 10:33
  the
• 10:34
  benefit
• 10:34
  of
• 10:34
  easier
• 10:35
  cleanup.
• 10:35
  If
• 10:35
  I
• 10:35
  use
• 10:35
  a
• 10:36
  liner
• 10:37
  and
• 10:37
  no
• 10:38
  leaking
• 10:38
  out
• 10:39
  onto
• 10:40
  my
• 10:40
  oven,
• 10:40
  I
• 10:40
  hate
• 10:41
  when
• 10:41
  my
• 10:41
  like
• 10:41
  brown
• 10:42
  sugar
• 10:42
  inclusion
• 10:43
  from
• 10:43
  the
• 10:43
  cinnamon
• 10:44
  raisin
• 10:44
  leaks
• 10:45
  out
• 10:45
  onto
• 10:45
  my
• 10:45
  oven
• 10:46
  and
• 10:46
  gets
• 10:46
  smoky
• 10:47
  or
• 10:47
  the
• 10:47
  cheese
• 10:48
  from
• 10:48
  my
• 10:48
  jalapeno
• 10:49
  cheddar.
• 10:50
  So
• 10:50
  using
• 10:50
  a
• 10:50
  liner
• 10:51
  and
• 10:51
  then
• 10:52
  having
• 10:52
  the
• 10:52
  pans
• 10:52
  also
• 10:53
  just
• 10:53
  makes
• 10:53
  it
• 10:53
  easier
• 10:53
  to
• 10:53
  rotate
• 10:54
  them,
• 10:54
  easier
• 10:55
  to
• 10:55
  put
• 10:55
  them
• 10:55
  in
• 10:55
  and
• 10:55
  out.
• 10:56
  So
• 10:56
  that
• 10:57
  has
• 10:57
  improved
• 10:58
  my
• 10:58
  process
• 10:58
  overall.
• 10:59
  It
• 10:59
  takes
• 10:59
  up
• 11:00
  the
• 11:00
  same
• 11:00
  amount
• 11:00
  of
• 11:00
  space
• 11:01
  in
• 11:01
  the
• 11:01
  fridge.
• 11:02
  It
• 11:02
  takes
• 11:03
  up
• 11:03
  the
• 11:03
  same
• 11:03
  amount
• 11:04
  of,
• 11:04
  I
• 11:05
  can
• 11:05
  bake
• 11:05
  the
• 11:05
  same
• 11:06
  number
• 11:06
  in
• 11:06
  the
• 11:06
  oven
• 11:07
  as
• 11:07
  I
• 11:07
  would
• 11:07
  otherwise,
• 11:09
  and
• 11:09
  it
• 11:09
  just
• 11:10
  is
• 11:10
  overall
• 11:10
  feeling
• 11:11
  like
• 11:11
  a
• 11:11
  much
• 11:12
  smoother
• 11:12
  process
• 11:13
  for
• 11:13
  my
• 11:13
  inclusions.
• 11:15
  So
• 11:15
  the
• 11:15
  big
• 11:15
  takeaway
• 11:16
  is
• 11:16
  be
• 11:17
  willing
• 11:17
  to
• 11:17
  revisit
• 11:18
  your
• 11:18
  processes.
• 11:18
  Sometimes
• 11:19
  what's
• 11:19
  working
• 11:21
  can
• 11:21
  continue,
• 11:21
  or
• 11:22
  sometimes
• 11:22
  if
• 11:22
  you're
• 11:23
  hearing
• 11:23
  the
• 11:23
  same
• 11:23
  thing
• 11:23
  from
• 11:24
  a
• 11:24
  customer
• 11:24
  enough,
• 11:25
  it's
• 11:25
  worth
• 11:26
  investigating
• 11:26
  how
• 11:27
  maybe
• 11:27
  you
• 11:27
  could
• 11:27
  make
• 11:27
  a
• 11:28
  change.
• 11:28
  And
• 11:28
  in
• 11:29
  this
• 11:29
  case,
• 11:29
  for
• 11:29
  me,
• 11:29
  it
• 11:30
  was
• 11:30
  hearing
• 11:31
  so
• 11:31
  many
• 11:31
  times
• 11:31
  that
• 11:32
  they
• 11:32
  wanted
• 11:32
  the
• 11:32
  mini
• 11:32
  loafs,
• 11:33
  that
• 11:33
  I
• 11:33
  just
• 11:34
  went
• 11:34
  ahead
• 11:34
  and
• 11:34
  implemented
• 11:35
  that
• 11:35
  across
• 11:35
  the
• 11:35
  board
• 11:36
  for
• 11:36
  the
• 11:36
  small
• 11:36
  inclusion
• 11:37
  loafs.
• 11:37
  Still
• 11:37
  haven't
• 11:38
  started
• 11:38
  doing
• 11:38
  minis
• 11:38
  for
• 11:39
  my
• 11:39
  regular
• 11:40
  loaves,
• 11:41
  and
• 11:41
  I
• 11:41
  may
• 11:41
  or
• 11:42
  may
• 11:42
  not
• 11:42
  explore
• 11:42
  that
• 11:43
  down
• 11:43
  the
• 11:43
  road.
• 11:43
  I
• 11:44
  really
• 11:44
  like
• 11:44
  having
• 11:44
  the
• 11:45
  larger
• 11:45
  size
• 11:46
  artisan
• 11:46
  regular
• 11:47
  loaves.
• 11:48
  But
• 11:48
  that
• 11:49
  is
• 11:49
  a
• 11:49
  cool
• 11:49
  change
• 11:50
  that
• 11:50
  I
• 11:50
  was
• 11:50
  excited
• 11:51
  to
• 11:51
  share
• 11:51
  with
• 11:51
  y'all.
• 11:52
  Another
• 11:53
  win
• 11:53
  this
• 11:53
  month,
• 11:53
  something
• 11:54
  that
• 11:54
  went

  I

• 12:09
  a
• 12:10
  general
• 12:10

• 12:10
  I
• 12:10
  wasn't

• 12:14
  So

  I

• 12:23
  I'll

• 12:24
  this

• 12:25
  And
• 12:26
  a
• 12:26
  little
• 12:26
  teaser.
• 12:27
  I
• 12:27
  said,
• 12:27
  I'm

• 12:29

• 12:30
  so
• 12:31
  if

  you

• 12:39
  was

• 12:41
  It

  I

  and
• 12:54
  that
• 12:54
  one
• 12:54
  was
• 12:55
  just
• 12:55
  got
• 12:56
  picked
• 12:56
  up
• 12:56
  in
• 12:56
  the
• 12:56

• 12:57
  got
• 12:57
  a
• 12:57
  lot
• 12:57
  of
• 12:58
  traction
• 12:58
  and
• 12:58
  visibility
• 12:59
  and.
• 13:00
  It
• 13:01
  just,
• 13:01
  another
• 13:01
  touch
• 13:02
  point.
• 13:02
  People
• 13:02
  tell
• 13:03
  me
• 13:03
  that
• 13:03
  they
• 13:03
  see
• 13:03
  me
• 13:03
  on
• 13:03
  Facebook
• 13:04
  a
• 13:04
  lot,
• 13:05
  which
• 13:05
  comes
• 13:06
  from
• 13:06
  my
• 13:06
  early
• 13:06
  days
• 13:07
  when
• 13:07
  I
• 13:07
  was
• 13:07
  posting
• 13:08
  every
• 13:08
  week.
• 13:09
  And
• 13:09
  Now
• 13:10
  that
• 13:10
  I've
• 13:10
  grown
• 13:10
  and
• 13:10
  kind
• 13:10
  of
• 13:10
  have
• 13:11
  a
• 13:11
  pretty
• 13:11
  regular
• 13:12
  customer
• 13:12
  base
• 13:12
  and
• 13:12
  don't
• 13:13
  need
• 13:13
  a
• 13:13
  lot
• 13:14
  of
• 13:14
  additional
• 13:15
  new
• 13:15
  customers,
• 13:15
  right
• 13:15
  now
• 13:16
  I've
• 13:16
  scaled
• 13:17
  back.
• 13:18
  But
• 13:18
  these
• 13:19
  occasional
• 13:20
  monthly
• 13:21
  or
• 13:21
  bimonthly
• 13:21
  check-ins
• 13:23
  are
• 13:23
  just
• 13:23
  that
• 13:23
  extra
• 13:25
  touch
• 13:25
  where
• 13:25
  people
• 13:26
  are
• 13:26
  seeing
• 13:26
  me
• 13:27
  and
• 13:27
  recognizing
• 13:28
  me.
• 13:29
  And
• 13:29
  then
• 13:29
  when
• 13:29
  I
• 13:29
  do
• 13:30
  open
• 13:30
  a
• 13:30
  local
• 13:31
  space.
• 13:32
  I
• 13:32
  will
• 13:32
  ramp
• 13:33
  up
• 13:33
  that
• 13:33
  marketing
• 13:34
  and
• 13:34
  just
• 13:34
  become
• 13:34
  even
• 13:35
  more
• 13:35
  visible.
• 13:35
  But
• 13:35
  because
• 13:36
  they've
• 13:36
  had
• 13:36
  so
• 13:36
  much
• 13:37
  recognition
• 13:37
  and
• 13:38
  so
• 13:38
  many
• 13:38
  moments
• 13:38
  of
• 13:38
  seeing
• 13:39
  me
• 13:39
  here
• 13:39
  and
• 13:39
  there
• 13:40
  online
• 13:40
  already,
• 13:42
  they'll
• 13:42
  be
• 13:42
  that
• 13:42
  much
• 13:42
  more
• 13:43
  likely
• 13:43
  to
• 13:44
  engage
• 13:45
  with
• 13:45
  what
• 13:45
  I
• 13:45

• 13:46
  So

  if

  is

• 13:51
  that

  just

  they're

• 13:58
  Sometimes

• 14:19
  I'm
• 14:20
  going
• 14:20
  to
• 14:20
  need
• 14:20
  one
• 14:20
  when
• 14:20
  I
• 14:21
  open
• 14:21
  a
• 14:21
  bakery
• 14:21
  in
• 14:22
  the
• 14:22
  next,
• 14:22
  in
• 14:22
  the
• 14:22
  coming
• 14:23
  months.
• 14:23
  So
• 14:24
  I
• 14:24
  wasn't
• 14:24
  really
• 14:25
  I
• 14:25
  wasn't
• 14:25
  aggressively
• 14:26
  looking
• 14:26
  for
• 14:26
  one,
• 14:26
  but
• 14:26
  this
• 14:27
  one
• 14:27
  was
• 14:27
  at
• 14:27
  a
• 14:27
  price
• 14:28
  that
• 14:28
  was
• 14:28
  about
• 14:28
  half
• 14:29
  of
• 14:29
  what
• 14:29
  I'd
• 14:29
  been
• 14:30
  budgeting
• 14:30
  for,
• 14:31
  and
• 14:31
  so
• 14:31
  I
• 14:31
  couldn't
• 14:32
  pass
• 14:32
  it
• 14:32
  up.
• 14:32
  So
• 14:33
  we
• 14:33
  drove
• 14:33
  all
• 14:34
  the
• 14:34
  way
• 14:34
  up
• 14:34
  to
• 14:34
  Austin
• 14:35
  to
• 14:35
  pick
• 14:35
  it
• 14:35
  up.
• 14:36
  My
• 14:36
  sweet
• 14:36
  husband
• 14:37
  drove
• 14:37
  up
• 14:37
  there
• 14:38
  on
• 14:38
  Father's
• 14:38
  Day
• 14:39
  and
• 14:40
  grabbed
• 14:40
  it,
• 14:40
  and
• 14:41
  I
• 14:41
  am
• 14:41
  so
• 14:41
  thrilled
• 14:42
  it's
• 14:42
  gonna
• 14:42
  make
• 14:42
  things
• 14:43
  like
• 14:43
  muffins
• 14:44
  and
• 14:44
  cookie
• 14:44
  dough
• 14:45
  and
• 14:45
  brownies,
• 14:46
  things
• 14:46
  like
• 14:46
  that
• 14:46
  a
• 14:46
  lot
• 14:46
  easier.
• 14:48
  Another
• 14:48
  June
• 14:48
  highlight
• 14:49
  was
• 14:49
  we
• 14:49
  kicked
• 14:50
  off
• 14:50
  the
• 14:50
  next
• 14:50
  round
• 14:51
  of
• 14:51
  the
• 14:51
  Breadwinner
• 14:51
  Inner
• 14:52
  circle
• 14:52
  as
• 14:52
  well.
• 14:53
  So
• 14:53
  this
• 14:53
  is
• 14:53
  my
• 14:53
  small
• 14:53
  group
• 14:54
  coaching
• 14:55
  program
• 14:55
  and
• 14:56
  this
• 14:56
  is
• 14:56
  our
• 14:56
  third
• 14:57
  round.
• 14:58
  It's
• 14:58
  always
• 14:59
  a
• 14:59
  wonderful
• 15:00
  group,
• 15:00
  and
• 15:01
  we
• 15:01
  do
• 15:01
  a
• 15:01
  weekly
• 15:02
  group
• 15:02
  coaching
• 15:03
  call,
• 15:03
  and
• 15:04
  then
• 15:04
  this
• 15:04
  round
• 15:05
  I've
• 15:05
  added
• 15:05
  one-on-one
• 15:06
  strategy
• 15:07
  calls
• 15:07
  too,
• 15:07
  which
• 15:08
  has
• 15:08
  been
• 15:08
  really,
• 15:08
  really
• 15:08
  fun
• 15:09
  to
• 15:09
  get
• 15:09
  to
• 15:09
  know
• 15:09
  the
• 15:09
  bakers
• 15:10
  personally
• 15:11
  and
• 15:11
  have
• 15:11
  a
• 15:11
  deeper
• 15:12
  level
• 15:12
  of
• 15:12
  insight
• 15:12
  into
• 15:13
  their
• 15:13
  own
• 15:14
  bakery
• 15:14
  and
• 15:14
  their
• 15:14
  goals
• 15:15
  so
• 15:15
  I
• 15:15
  can
• 15:15
  support
• 15:15
  them
• 15:16
  that
• 15:16
  much
• 15:16
  closer.
• 15:17
  It
• 15:18
  is
• 15:18
  always
• 15:18
  so
• 15:19
  cool
• 15:19
  to
• 15:19
  see
• 15:19
  how
• 15:20
  the
• 15:20
  community
• 15:21
  in
• 15:21
  the
• 15:21
  inner
• 15:21
  circle
• 15:22
  just
• 15:22
  connects
• 15:23
  and
• 15:23
  supports
• 15:23
  each
• 15:23
  other.
• 15:23
  Cheers
• 15:24
  each
• 15:24
  other
• 15:24
  on
• 15:25
  and
• 15:25
  answers
• 15:25
  questions
• 15:26
  together.
• 15:27
  And,
• 15:27
  um,
• 15:29
  everyone
• 15:29
  remarks
• 15:30
  that
• 15:30
  they're
• 15:30
  so
• 15:31
  glad
• 15:31
  that
• 15:31
  they
• 15:31
  signed
• 15:32
  up
• 15:32
  because
• 15:32
  having
• 15:33
  a
• 15:33
  group
• 15:33
  that
• 15:34
  really
• 15:34
  understands
• 15:36
  this
• 15:36
  unique
• 15:37
  business
• 15:37
  is
• 15:38
  so
• 15:39
  helpful.
• 15:40
  It
• 15:40
  can
• 15:40
  feel
• 15:40
  so
• 15:40
  isolating.
• 15:41
  You
• 15:41
  can't
• 15:41
  talk
• 15:41
  to
• 15:41
  your
• 15:42
  mom
• 15:42
  friends
• 15:42
  about
• 15:43
  your
• 15:43
  sourdough
• 15:44
  business.
• 15:45
  Because
• 15:45
  they
• 15:45
  just
• 15:46
  don't
• 15:46
  get
• 15:46
  it.
• 15:46
  But
• 15:47
  the
• 15:47
  Inner
• 15:47
  Circle
• 15:47
  friends
• 15:48
  get
• 15:48
  it,
• 15:48
  so
• 15:49
  I
• 15:49
  love
• 15:50
  it.
• 15:50
  I
• 15:50
  don't
• 15:50
  talk
• 15:50
  about
• 15:51
  the
• 15:51
  inner
• 15:51
  circle
• 15:51
  very
• 15:52
  often
• 15:52
  because
• 15:52
  it's
• 15:52
  kind
• 15:53
  of,
• 15:54
  I
• 15:54
  tend
• 15:54
  to
• 15:54
  hold
• 15:54
  my
• 15:54
  dearest
• 15:55
  things
• 15:55
  really
• 15:55
  close
• 15:56
  and
• 15:56
  not
• 15:56
  talk
• 15:56
  about
• 15:56
  them
• 15:56
  a
• 15:56
  lot.
• 15:57
  And
• 15:57
  the
• 15:57
  inner
• 15:57
  circle
• 15:58
  is
• 15:58
  usually
• 15:58
  kind
• 15:59
  of
• 15:59
  one
• 15:59
  of
• 15:59
  those
• 15:59
  things
• 16:00
  but
• 16:00
  I
• 16:00
  need
• 16:00
  to
• 16:00
  share
• 16:01
  more
• 16:01
  because
• 16:01
  it's
• 16:01
  so
• 16:02
  cool.
• 16:03
  The
• 16:03
  next
• 16:03
  round
• 16:04
  is
• 16:04
  opening
• 16:04
  in
• 16:04
  September,
• 16:05
  so
• 16:05
  we've
• 16:05
  got
• 16:05
  a
• 16:05
  couple
• 16:06
  months.
• 16:06
  But
• 16:07
  if
• 16:07
  you're
• 16:07
  curious,
• 16:07
  if
• 16:08
  it
• 16:08
  sounds
• 16:08
  like
• 16:08
  something
• 16:08
  you
• 16:08
  might
• 16:09
  want
• 16:09
  to
• 16:09
  join
• 16:10
  when
• 16:10
  it
• 16:10
  opens
• 16:10
  up
• 16:10
  again,
• 16:11
  you
• 16:11
  can
• 16:11
  put
• 16:11
  your
• 16:12
  name
• 16:12
  on
• 16:12
  the
• 16:12
  wait
• 16:12
  list.
• 16:12
  I'll
• 16:12
  put
• 16:13
  the
• 16:13
  link
• 16:13
  down
• 16:13
  below.
• 16:14
  One
• 16:15
  more
• 16:15
  little
• 16:15
  milestone.
• 16:15
  For
• 16:15
  June,
• 16:16
  I
• 16:16
  finally
• 16:16
  joined
• 16:17
  our
• 16:17
  local
• 16:18
  Chamber
• 16:18
  of
• 16:18
  commerce.
• 16:19
  I've
• 16:19
  been
• 16:19
  meaning
• 16:19
  to
• 16:19
  do
• 16:19
  this
• 16:20
  for
• 16:20
  a
• 16:20
  while,
• 16:21
  and
• 16:21
  I
• 16:21
  just
• 16:21
  finally
• 16:22
  went
• 16:22
  ahead
• 16:22
  and
• 16:22
  did
• 16:22
  it,
• 16:23
  especially
• 16:23
  in
• 16:24
  advance
• 16:24
  of
• 16:24
  opening
• 16:24
  a
• 16:25
  local
• 16:25
  space.
• 16:25
  I
• 16:25
  wanted
• 16:26
  to
• 16:26
  get
• 16:26
  more
• 16:26
  and
• 16:27
  more
• 16:27
  involved
• 16:27
  and
• 16:28
  connected
• 16:28
  in
• 16:28
  the
• 16:28
  community,
• 16:29
  and
• 16:29
  this
• 16:29
  felt
• 16:30
  like
• 16:30
  a
• 16:30
  really
• 16:30
  great
• 16:30
  way
• 16:30
  to
• 16:30
  do
• 16:31
  it.
• 16:31
  Our
• 16:31
  community
• 16:32
  apparently
• 16:32
  has
• 16:33
  one
• 16:33
  of
• 16:33
  the
• 16:33
  most
• 16:34
  thriving
• 16:35
  chambers
• 16:36
  of
• 16:36
  commerce
• 16:36
  in
• 16:37
  the
• 16:37
  state
• 16:37
  of
• 16:37
  Texas.
• 16:38
  And
• 16:38
  so
• 16:38
  it's
• 16:38
  been
• 16:39
  cool
• 16:39
  to
• 16:39
  kind
• 16:39
  of
• 16:39
  get
• 16:39
  connected
• 16:40
  and
• 16:40
  it
• 16:40
  does
• 16:41
  really
• 16:41
  seem
• 16:41
  like
• 16:41
  a
• 16:41
  supportive,
• 16:42
  engaged
• 16:43
  community.
• 16:43
  I've
• 16:44
  only
• 16:44
  been
• 16:44
  one
• 16:44
  to
• 16:44
  one
• 16:45
  event
• 16:45
  so
• 16:45
  far,
• 16:46
  but
• 16:46
  um,
• 16:47
  I'm
• 16:47
  excited
• 16:47
  to
• 16:48
  be
• 16:48
  a
• 16:48
  part
• 16:48
  of
• 16:48
  it.
• 16:49
  Okay.
• 16:49
  And
• 16:50
  now
• 16:50
  we,
• 16:50
  obviously,
• 16:51
  we've
• 16:51
  talked
• 16:51
  about
• 16:51
  what
• 16:52
  worked.
• 16:52
  Let's
• 16:52
  talk
• 16:53
  a
• 16:53
  little
• 16:53
  bit
• 16:53
  about
• 16:53
  what
• 16:53
  didn't
• 16:54
  go
• 16:54
  so
• 16:54
  smoothly.
• 16:55
  The
• 16:55
  biggest
• 16:56
  one
• 16:56
  for
• 16:56
  me
• 16:56
  is
• 16:56
  packaging,
• 16:58
  honestly,
• 16:59
  this
• 16:59
  one.
• 17:00
  Just
• 17:00
  was
• 17:01
  the
• 17:01
  biggest
• 17:02
  drudgery
• 17:03
  this
• 17:03
  month,
• 17:04
  especially
• 17:05
  for
• 17:05
  the
• 17:05
  second
• 17:06
  market.
• 17:06
  The
• 17:06
  first
• 17:07
  one,
• 17:07
  my
• 17:07
  kiddos
• 17:08
  helped
• 17:08
  me
• 17:08
  a
• 17:08
  fair
• 17:09
  amount.
• 17:09
  I
• 17:09
  usually
• 17:10
  pay
• 17:10
  them
• 17:10
  some
• 17:10
  cash
• 17:11
  to
• 17:11
  help
• 17:11
  put
• 17:12
  labels
• 17:12
  on
• 17:12
  bags,
• 17:13
  but
• 17:13
  they
• 17:13
  were
• 17:13
  over
• 17:14
  at
• 17:14
  my
• 17:14
  mother-in-law's
• 17:15
  this
• 17:15
  last
• 17:15
  week,
• 17:16
  and
• 17:16
  so
• 17:16
  it
• 17:16
  was
• 17:16
  all,
• 17:17
  I
• 17:17
  did
• 17:17
  it
• 17:17
  all
• 17:18
  on
• 17:18
  my
• 17:18
  own
• 17:19
  and
• 17:19
  it,
• 17:19
  especially
• 17:20
  since
• 17:20
  I
• 17:20
  had
• 17:20
  those
• 17:21
  English
• 17:21
  muffins
• 17:21
  just
• 17:22
  took
• 17:22
  forever.
• 17:23
  I
• 17:23
  stayed
• 17:23
  up
• 17:23
  a
• 17:23
  lot
• 17:24
  later
• 17:24
  than
• 17:24
  I
• 17:24
  normally
• 17:24
  do,
• 17:25
  and.
• 17:26
  It
• 17:26
  was
• 17:27
  a
• 17:27
  struggle.
• 17:28
  I've
• 17:28
  learned
• 17:28
  that
• 17:28
  once
• 17:29
  I
• 17:29
  pass
• 17:29
  a
• 17:29
  dozen
• 17:30
  or
• 17:30
  so
• 17:30
  bags
• 17:31
  of

  English
• 17:31
  muffins,
• 17:33
  that's
• 17:33
  kind
• 17:33
  of
• 17:33
  my
• 17:33
  threshold
• 17:34
  for
• 17:34
  like
• 17:34
  a
• 17:34
  comfortable
• 17:35
  timeframe.
• 17:36
  And
• 17:36
  then
• 17:36
  above
• 17:37
  that
• 17:37
  I
• 17:37
  know
• 17:37
  that
• 17:37
  my
• 17:37
  revenue's
• 17:38
  gonna
• 17:38
  be
• 17:38
  a
• 17:38
  lot
• 17:38
  higher,
• 17:39
  but
• 17:39
  also
• 17:39
  the
• 17:39
  time
• 17:40
  that
• 17:40
  I'm
• 17:40
  putting
• 17:40
  in
• 17:40
  is
• 17:40
  going
• 17:41
  to
• 17:41
  be
• 17:41
  a
• 17:41
  lot
• 17:41
  higher.
• 17:42
  So
• 17:42
  it's
• 17:42
  kind
• 17:43
  of
• 17:43
  a
• 17:43
  catch
• 17:43
  22
• 17:45
  something
• 17:45
  I
• 17:45
  know
• 17:45
  I'm
• 17:45
  signing
• 17:46
  up
• 17:46
  for
• 17:46
  when
• 17:46
  I
• 17:46
  decide
• 17:47
  to
• 17:47
  do
• 17:47
  a
• 17:47
  lot
• 17:47
  of
• 17:47
  English
• 17:47
  muffins,
• 17:48
  but
• 17:48
  not
• 17:48
  something
• 17:49
  that
• 17:49
  would
• 17:49
  be
• 17:49
  sustainable
• 17:50
  long
• 17:50
  term
• 17:51
  without
• 17:51
  some
• 17:52
  help.
• 17:53
  And
• 17:53
  that
• 17:53
  is
• 17:54
  the
• 17:54
  other
• 17:54
  big
• 17:55
  thing
• 17:55
  that
• 17:55
  I
• 17:56
  really,
• 17:57
  I've
• 17:57
  known
• 17:58
  is
• 17:58
  a
• 17:58
  problem,
• 17:59
  but
• 18:00
  became
• 18:00
  even
• 18:00
  more
• 18:00
  obvious
• 18:01
  this
• 18:01
  month.
• 18:02
  And
• 18:02
  that
• 18:02
  is
• 18:02
  I
• 18:02
  have
• 18:02
  not
• 18:03
  rehired
• 18:03
  an
• 18:03
  assistant.
• 18:04
  I
• 18:04
  had
• 18:04
  an
• 18:05
  assistant,
• 18:06
  for
• 18:06
  several
• 18:07
  months,
• 18:07
  and
• 18:08
  then
• 18:08
  since
• 18:08
  about
• 18:09
  February
• 18:10
  I've
• 18:10
  been
• 18:10
  just
• 18:10
  doing
• 18:10
  it
• 18:10
  on
• 18:11
  my
• 18:11
  own.
• 18:11
  And
• 18:11
  a
• 18:11
  big
• 18:11
  part
• 18:12
  of
• 18:12
  that,
• 18:12
  honestly,
• 18:12
  is
• 18:13
  that
• 18:13
  I
• 18:13
  have
• 18:13
  just
• 18:13
  felt
• 18:13
  too
• 18:14
  busy
• 18:15
  to
• 18:15
  put
• 18:15
  in
• 18:15
  the
• 18:15
  time
• 18:16
  of
• 18:16
  hiring
• 18:17
  and
• 18:17
  interviewing
• 18:17
  and
• 18:18
  onboarding
• 18:18
  someone
• 18:18
  new.
• 18:19
  And
• 18:20
  I
• 18:20
  think
• 18:20
  maybe
• 18:20
  I've
• 18:20
  mentioned
• 18:21
  this
• 18:21
  once
• 18:21
  before
• 18:22
  in
• 18:22
  an
• 18:22
  episode,
• 18:23
  but
• 18:23
  that's
• 18:23
  really
• 18:24
  kind
• 18:24
  of
• 18:24
  a
• 18:24
  dangerous
• 18:24
  spot
• 18:25
  to
• 18:25
  be
• 18:25
  in
• 18:26
  leading
• 18:26
  to
• 18:26
  burnout.
• 18:27
  If
• 18:27
  you
• 18:27
  stay
• 18:27
  there
• 18:27
  too
• 18:28
  long,
• 18:28
  feeling
• 18:28
  too
• 18:29
  busy
• 18:29
  to
• 18:29
  bring
• 18:30
  on
• 18:30
  help
• 18:30
  and
• 18:31
  just
• 18:31
  feeling
• 18:31
  like
• 18:31
  it's
• 18:31
  easier
• 18:32
  to
• 18:32
  do
• 18:32
  it
• 18:32
  all
• 18:32
  yourself.
• 18:33
  'cause
• 18:33
  in
• 18:33
  the
• 18:34
  long
• 18:34
  run,
• 18:35
  it's
• 18:35
  worth
• 18:35
  investing
• 18:36
  that
• 18:36
  time
• 18:37
  to
• 18:37
  get
• 18:38
  someone
• 18:38
  in
• 18:38
  helping
• 18:39
  you
• 18:40
  rather
• 18:40
  than
• 18:41
  just
• 18:42
  white
• 18:42
  knuckling
• 18:42
  through
• 18:42
  and
• 18:43
  doing
• 18:43
  it
• 18:43
  all
• 18:43
  yourself.
• 18:44
  Preaching
• 18:44
  to
• 18:44
  the
• 18:44
  choir
• 18:45
  a
• 18:45
  little
• 18:45
  bit.
• 18:46
  You
• 18:46
  all
• 18:46
  can
• 18:46
  hold
• 18:46
  my
• 18:47
  feet
• 18:47
  to
• 18:47
  the
• 18:47
  fire
• 18:48
  and
• 18:48
  I'm
• 18:49
  hoping
• 18:49
  to
• 18:49
  bring
• 18:50
  someone
• 18:50
  on
• 18:50
  board
• 18:50
  for
• 18:50
  the
• 18:50
  month
• 18:51
  of
• 18:51
  July,
• 18:51
  at
• 18:52
  least
• 18:52
  a
• 18:52
  couple
• 18:52
  hours
• 18:53
  a
• 18:53
  week
• 18:54
  for
• 18:54
  my
• 18:54
  two
• 18:54
  markets
• 18:55
  to
• 18:55
  kind
• 18:56
  of
• 18:56
  start
• 18:56
  to
• 18:56
  learn
• 18:56
  the
• 18:56
  ropes,
• 18:57
  but
• 18:57
  definitely
• 18:57
  help
• 18:58
  with
• 18:58
  packaging
• 18:59
  and
• 18:59
  just
• 18:59
  kind
• 18:59
  of
• 18:59
  some
• 18:59
  cleanup
• 19:00
  and
• 19:00
  stuff
• 19:00
  like
• 19:00
  that.
• 19:01
  Ideally,
• 19:01
  this
• 19:02
  will
• 19:02
  be
• 19:02
  someone
• 19:02
  who
• 19:02
  can
• 19:03
  transition
• 19:03
  with
• 19:03
  me
• 19:03
  into
• 19:04
  the
• 19:04
  bakery
• 19:04
  space
• 19:05
  once
• 19:05
  that's
• 19:05
  open
• 19:06
  in
• 19:06
  more
• 19:06
  of
• 19:06
  a
• 19:06
  full-time
• 19:07
  role.
• 19:08
  So
• 19:08
  with
• 19:09
  that
• 19:09
  said,
• 19:09
  we'll
• 19:10
  kind
• 19:10
  of
• 19:10
  look
• 19:10
  ahead.
• 19:10
  July
• 19:11
  is
• 19:12
  going
• 19:12
  to
• 19:12
  look
• 19:12
  pretty
• 19:13
  similar
• 19:13
  to
• 19:13
  June
• 19:14
  in
• 19:14
  terms
• 19:14
  of
• 19:14
  two
• 19:15
  markets,
• 19:15
  no
• 19:16
  porch
• 19:16
  pickups.
• 19:17
  I
• 19:17
  will
• 19:18
  be
• 19:18
  bringing
• 19:18
  a
• 19:18
  fair
• 19:19
  amount
• 19:19
  of
• 19:19
  product,
• 19:19
  probably
• 19:20
  trying
• 19:20
  to
• 19:20
  be
• 19:20
  close
• 19:21
  to
• 19:21
  that
• 19:21
  $2,000
• 19:22
  revenue
• 19:22
  number.
• 19:22
  Again,
• 19:24
  I
• 19:24
  will
• 19:24
  be
• 19:25
  trying
• 19:25
  to
• 19:25
  hire
• 19:25
  someone
• 19:26
  for
• 19:26
  eight
• 19:27
  to
• 19:27
  10
• 19:27
  hours
• 19:27
  before
• 19:28
  each
• 19:28
  one.
• 19:29
  And
• 19:29
  the
• 19:29
  other
• 19:30
  focus
• 19:30
  of
• 19:30
  July
• 19:31
  is
• 19:31
  really
• 19:31
  just
• 19:31
  going
• 19:31
  to
• 19:32
  be
• 19:32
  rest
• 19:33
  and
• 19:33
  intentional
• 19:33
  time
• 19:34
  with
• 19:34
  family.
• 19:35
  We
• 19:35
  have
• 19:35
  a
• 19:35
  guest
• 19:35
  from
• 19:35
  Germany
• 19:36
  staying
• 19:36
  with
• 19:36
  us
• 19:37
  for
• 19:37
  the
• 19:37
  month
• 19:37
  of
• 19:37
  July.
• 19:38
  She's
• 19:38
  actually,
• 19:38
  we
• 19:38
  hosted
• 19:39
  an
• 19:39
  exchange
• 19:40
  student
• 19:41
  for
• 19:41
  her
• 19:41
  junior
• 19:41
  year
• 19:42
  of
• 19:42
  high
• 19:42
  school
• 19:43
  last
• 19:44
  school
• 19:44
  year,
• 19:45
  and
• 19:45
  so
• 19:45
  it's
• 19:45
  been
• 19:46
  a
• 19:46
  year
• 19:46
  since
• 19:46
  she
• 19:46
  left
• 19:47
  and
• 19:47
  she's
• 19:47
  back
• 19:47
  with
• 19:47
  us
• 19:48
  for
• 19:48
  the
• 19:48
  month
• 19:48
  of
• 19:48
  July.
• 19:49
  So
• 19:49
  fun.
• 19:49
  She
• 19:50
  just
• 19:50
  got
• 19:50
  here
• 19:50
  today.
• 19:51
  So
• 19:51
  we
• 19:52
  will
• 19:52
  be
• 19:52
  spending
• 19:52
  lots
• 19:52
  of
• 19:52
  time
• 19:52
  with
• 19:53
  her,
• 19:53
  lots
• 19:53
  of
• 19:54
  time
• 19:54
  with
• 19:54
  family,
• 19:54
  and
• 19:54
  then
• 19:55
  I'll
• 19:55
  just
• 19:55
  have
• 19:55
  those
• 19:55
  two
• 19:56
  bake
• 19:56
  days.
• 19:57
  I'll
• 19:58
  be
• 19:58
  leaning
• 19:58
  into
• 19:59
  the
• 19:59
  best
• 19:59
  sellers
• 19:59
  that
• 20:00
  do
• 20:00
  really
• 20:00
  well
• 20:00
  in
• 20:00
  the
• 20:00
  summer.
• 20:01
  For
• 20:01
  me,
• 20:01
  that's
• 20:01
  sandwich
• 20:02
  loaves,
• 20:02
  English
• 20:02
  muffins,
• 20:03
  regular
• 20:04
  muffins,
• 20:04
  pizza
• 20:05
  crust
• 20:05
  cookies.
• 20:06
  Maybe
• 20:06
  bring
• 20:07
  in
• 20:07
  something
• 20:07
  fun
• 20:07
  here
• 20:08
  and
• 20:08
  there,
• 20:08
  but
• 20:09
  paying
• 20:09
  really
• 20:09
  close
• 20:09
  attention
• 20:10
  to
• 20:10
  what
• 20:10
  I
• 20:10
  feel
• 20:10
  like
• 20:11
  I
• 20:11
  can
• 20:11
  realistically
• 20:12
  manage.
• 20:12
  Okay.
• 20:13
  Knowing
• 20:14
  that
• 20:14
  as
• 20:14
  things
• 20:15
  move
• 20:15
  toward
• 20:15
  the
• 20:15
  fall,
• 20:16
  life
• 20:16
  is
• 20:16
  going
• 20:16
  to
• 20:16
  get
• 20:17
  crazier
• 20:17
  and
• 20:17
  crazier.
• 20:18
  I
• 20:18
  wanna
• 20:18
  soak
• 20:18
  up
• 20:18
  as
• 20:19
  much
• 20:19
  slowness
• 20:19
  as
• 20:19
  I
• 20:20
  can
• 20:20
  right
• 20:20
  now.
• 20:21
  So
• 20:21
  that
• 20:21
  brings
• 20:21
  us
• 20:21
  to
• 20:22
  kind
• 20:22
  of,
• 20:22
  as
• 20:22
  I
• 20:22
  wrap
• 20:23
  up
• 20:23
  the
• 20:23
  episode,
• 20:23
  a
• 20:23
  little
• 20:24
  bakery
• 20:24
  update.
• 20:25
  If
• 20:25
  you've
• 20:25
  been
• 20:25
  listening
• 20:25
  for
• 20:25
  a
• 20:25
  while,
• 20:26
  you've
• 20:26
  been
• 20:26
  along
• 20:26
  for
• 20:26
  the
• 20:26
  ride
• 20:27
  and
• 20:27
  you
• 20:27
  know
• 20:27
  that
• 20:27
  it
• 20:27
  it
• 20:27
  kind
• 20:28
  of
• 20:28
  feels
• 20:28
  like
• 20:28
  it's
• 20:28
  taking
• 20:28
  forever
• 20:30
  to
• 20:30
  me,
• 20:30
  it
• 20:30
  feels
• 20:30
  that
• 20:30
  way
• 20:31
  for
• 20:31
  sure.
• 20:31
  I've
• 20:32
  been
• 20:32
  pursuing
• 20:32
  a
• 20:33
  specific
• 20:33
  space
• 20:34
  since
• 20:34
  about
• 20:34
  February
• 20:36
  and
• 20:37
  it.
• 20:37

• 20:38
  a
• 20:38
  lot
• 20:38
  of
• 20:38
  like,
• 20:39
  hurry
• 20:39
  up
• 20:39
  and
• 20:39
  wait,
• 20:40
  having
• 20:40
  various
• 20:40
  conversations,
• 20:41
  trying
• 20:41
  to
• 20:41
  figure
• 20:42
  out
• 20:42
  funding,
• 20:42
  trying
• 20:43
  to
• 20:43
  figure
• 20:43
  out
• 20:44
  renovation
• 20:44
  estimates,
• 20:45
  things
• 20:45
  like
• 20:45
  that.
• 20:46
  Part
• 20:47
  of
• 20:47
  it,
• 20:47
  I've
• 20:47
  been
• 20:47
  my
• 20:48
  own
• 20:48
  bottleneck,
• 20:48
  slowing
• 20:49
  down
• 20:49
  the
• 20:49
  process
• 20:50
  because
• 20:50
  I'm
• 20:50
  learning
• 20:51
  as
• 20:51
  I
• 20:51
  go
• 20:52
  and
• 20:52
  I
• 20:52
  know
• 20:52
  that
• 20:52
  if
• 20:52
  I
• 20:52
  had
• 20:53
  been
• 20:54
  more
• 20:54
  informed,
• 20:55
  more
• 20:55
  clear
• 20:55
  on
• 20:55
  exactly
• 20:56
  what
• 20:56
  questions
• 20:56
  I
• 20:56
  need
• 20:56
  to
• 20:57
  be
• 20:57
  asking,
• 20:57
  I
• 20:58
  could
• 20:58
  have
• 20:58
  moved
• 20:58
  the
• 20:58
  process
• 20:59
  along
• 20:59
  faster.
• 21:00
  Some
• 21:01
  of
• 21:01
  it's
• 21:01
  been
• 21:01
  a
• 21:01
  little
• 21:01
  bit
• 21:01
  outta
• 21:02
  my
• 21:02
  hand,
• 21:02
  like
• 21:03
  waiting
• 21:03
  for
• 21:03
  a
• 21:03
  contractor
• 21:04
  to
• 21:04
  get
• 21:04
  back
• 21:04
  to
• 21:05
  me,
• 21:05
  but
• 21:05
  I
• 21:06
  am
• 21:06
  also
• 21:06
  learning
• 21:07
  apparently.
• 21:07
  You
• 21:07
  really
• 21:07
  need
• 21:08
  to
• 21:08
  stay
• 21:08
  on
• 21:08
  top
• 21:08
  of
• 21:08
  a
• 21:09
  contractor
• 21:09
  to
• 21:10
  get
• 21:10
  them
• 21:11
  to
• 21:11
  give
• 21:11
  you
• 21:11
  what
• 21:11
  you
• 21:11
  need,
• 21:12
  especially
• 21:12
  with
• 21:12
  a
• 21:12
  small
• 21:12
  job
• 21:13
  like
• 21:13
  mine.
• 21:14
  So
• 21:14
  big
• 21:15
  update
• 21:15
  the
• 21:16
  space
• 21:16
  I've
• 21:16
  been
• 21:16
  pursuing
• 21:17
  is
• 21:17
  looking
• 21:18
  like
• 21:18
  it
• 21:18
  might
• 21:18
  fall
• 21:18
  through,
• 21:19
  but
• 21:19
  honestly
• 21:20
  it's
• 21:20
  also
• 21:21
  looking
• 21:21
  like
• 21:21
  that
• 21:21
  might
• 21:21
  be
• 21:21
  a
• 21:21
  blessing
• 21:22
  in
• 21:22
  disguise.
• 21:23
  So
• 21:23
  when
• 21:23
  I
• 21:23
  got
• 21:23
  that
• 21:23
  news,
• 21:24
  I
• 21:24
  started
• 21:25
  after
• 21:25
  I
• 21:25
  cried
• 21:25
  for
• 21:26
  a
• 21:26
  minute,
• 21:26
  started
• 21:27
  looking
• 21:27
  for
• 21:27
  plan
• 21:27
  B,
• 21:28
  and
• 21:28
  I
• 21:28
  found
• 21:28
  two
• 21:28
  other
• 21:29
  spots
• 21:29
  in
• 21:29
  our
• 21:30
  area
• 21:30
  that
• 21:30
  could
• 21:31
  actually
• 21:31
  be
• 21:32
  better
• 21:32
  in
• 21:32
  the
• 21:32
  long
• 21:33
  run,
• 21:34
  more
• 21:34
  space.
• 21:35
  More
• 21:36
  of
• 21:36
  a
• 21:36
  long-term
• 21:37
  solution,
• 21:37
  less
• 21:38
  of
• 21:38
  the
• 21:39
  space
• 21:39
  that
• 21:39
  I
• 21:39
  was
• 21:39
  looking
• 21:39
  at
• 21:39
  was
• 21:40
  cute,
• 21:40
  but
• 21:40
  also
• 21:40
  tiny
• 21:41
  and
• 21:42
  was
• 21:42
  really
• 21:42
  going
• 21:42
  to
• 21:42
  kind
• 21:43
  of
• 21:43
  limit
• 21:43
  my
• 21:43
  capacity.
• 21:45
  So
• 21:45
  I'm
• 21:45
  excited
• 21:45
  to
• 21:46
  go
• 21:46
  visit
• 21:46
  those
• 21:47
  spaces
• 21:47
  in
• 21:47
  the
• 21:47
  coming
• 21:47
  week.
• 21:48
  I've
• 21:48
  got
• 21:48
  a
• 21:48
  realtor
• 21:49
  on
• 21:50
  board
• 21:50
  with
• 21:50
  me
• 21:50
  now,
• 21:50
  so
• 21:51
  I
• 21:51
  have
• 21:51
  someone
• 21:51
  in
• 21:52
  my
• 21:52
  corner
• 21:52
  who
• 21:52
  knows
• 21:53
  what
• 21:53
  they're
• 21:53
  doing,
• 21:53
  so
• 21:54
  I
• 21:54
  don't
• 21:54
  have
• 21:54
  to
• 21:55
  figure
• 21:55
  things
• 21:56
  out
• 21:56
  as
• 21:56
  I
• 21:56
  go.
• 21:57
  I
• 21:57
  should
• 21:57
  have
• 21:57
  done
• 21:58
  that
• 21:58
  from
• 21:58
  the
• 21:58
  beginning,
• 21:59
  but
• 21:59
  hindsight's
• 22:00
  2020,
• 22:00
  so
• 22:01
  all
• 22:01
  of
• 22:01
  these
• 22:01
  things
• 22:01
  that
• 22:01
  I'm
• 22:01
  learning,
• 22:02
  I
• 22:02
  am
• 22:03
  keeping
• 22:03
  track
• 22:04
  of
• 22:04
  recording
• 22:04
  so
• 22:04
  that
• 22:05
  I
• 22:05
  can
• 22:05
  pass
• 22:05
  them
• 22:06
  along
• 22:06
  to
• 22:06
  you
• 22:06
  as
• 22:07
  well,
• 22:07
  so
• 22:07
  that
• 22:08
  if
• 22:08
  any
• 22:08
  of
• 22:08
  you,
• 22:09
  I
• 22:09
  know
• 22:09
  I've
• 22:09
  connected
• 22:09
  with
• 22:09
  a
• 22:10
  handful
• 22:10
  of
• 22:10
  bakers
• 22:11
  who
• 22:11
  are
• 22:11
  kind
• 22:11
  of
• 22:11
  in
• 22:11
  the
• 22:12
  same
• 22:12
  stage
• 22:12
  as
• 22:12
  me,
• 22:12
  where
• 22:13
  they've
• 22:13
  started
• 22:13
  home-based
• 22:15
  and
• 22:15
  are
• 22:15
  now
• 22:15
  looking
• 22:16
  to
• 22:16
  open
• 22:17
  a
• 22:17
  small
• 22:17
  storefront,
• 22:18
  and
• 22:18
  so
• 22:18
  I'll
• 22:18
  be
• 22:18
  able
• 22:18
  to
• 22:19
  hopefully
• 22:20
  help
• 22:20
  you
• 22:21
  skip
• 22:21
  some
• 22:21
  of
• 22:21
  the
• 22:21
  learning
• 22:22
  curve
• 22:22
  as
• 22:22
  I
• 22:23
  share
• 22:23
  what
• 22:23
  I've
• 22:23
  been
• 22:23
  learning.
• 22:24
  So
• 22:25
  over
• 22:25
  on
• 22:26
  the
• 22:26
  bakery
• 22:26
  front
• 22:26
  for
• 22:26
  me,
• 22:27
  I'm
• 22:27
  going
• 22:27
  to
• 22:27
  be
• 22:27
  checking
• 22:28
  out
• 22:28
  a
• 22:28
  couple
• 22:28
  spaces
• 22:29
  next
• 22:29
  week,
• 22:29
  hopefully
• 22:30
  making
• 22:30
  a
• 22:30
  decision
• 22:31
  really
• 22:31
  soon
• 22:32
  and
• 22:33
  launching
• 22:33
  a
• 22:34
  community
• 22:34
  crowdfunding
• 22:35
  campaign
• 22:35
  actually,
• 22:36
  rather
• 22:36
  than
• 22:36
  working
• 22:37
  with
• 22:37
  an
• 22:37
  investor
• 22:38
  to,
• 22:39
  to
• 22:39
  fund
• 22:39
  out
• 22:40
  the
• 22:40
  kind
• 22:40
  of
• 22:40
  phase
• 22:41
  two
• 22:41
  of
• 22:41
  the
• 22:41
  build
• 22:41
  out
• 22:42
  and
• 22:42
  it
• 22:42
  feels
• 22:42
  really
• 22:43
  perfectly
• 22:43
  aligned
• 22:44
  to
• 22:44
  have
• 22:44
  the
• 22:44
  community
• 22:45
  be
• 22:46
  a
• 22:46
  part
• 22:46
  of
• 22:46
  this
• 22:46
  rather
• 22:46
  than
• 22:47
  just
• 22:47
  a
• 22:47
  private
• 22:48
  investor.
• 22:48
  I'm
• 22:48
  really
• 22:48
  excited
• 22:49
  and
• 22:49
  optimistic.
• 22:50
  Again,
• 22:50
  I'll
• 22:51
  keep
• 22:51
  you
• 22:51
  posted.
• 22:52
  I'll
• 22:52
  keep
• 22:52
  you
• 22:52
  updated
• 22:53
  and
• 22:53
  I'll
• 22:53
  be
• 22:53
  sharing
• 22:53
  what
• 22:54
  I
• 22:54
  learned
• 22:54
  along
• 22:54
  the
• 22:54
  way
• 22:54
  too.
• 22:56
  I
• 22:56
  really
• 22:56
  do
• 22:56
  believe,
• 22:57
  this
• 22:57
  is
• 22:57
  a
• 22:57
  little
• 22:57
  bit
• 22:58
  of
• 22:58
  a
• 22:58
  tangent,
• 22:58
  but
• 22:59
  I
• 22:59
  believe
• 22:59
  that
• 22:59
  home
• 22:59
  bakers
• 23:00
  are
• 23:00
  here
• 23:00
  to
• 23:00
  stay.
• 23:01
  I
• 23:01
  believe
• 23:01
  that
• 23:02
  these
• 23:02
  bakers
• 23:02
  that
• 23:03
  are
• 23:04
  running
• 23:04
  these
• 23:05
  flexible
• 23:05
  businesses
• 23:06
  out
• 23:06
  of
• 23:06
  their
• 23:06
  home.
• 23:07
  Are
• 23:08
  here
• 23:08
  to
• 23:08
  stay.
• 23:09
  But
• 23:09
  I
• 23:09
  also
• 23:09
  think
• 23:10
  that
• 23:10
  this
• 23:11
  movement
• 23:11
  that
• 23:11
  we've
• 23:11
  seen,
• 23:12
  there's
• 23:12
  kind
• 23:12
  of
• 23:13
  this
• 23:13
  next
• 23:13
  wave
• 23:13
  coming
• 23:14
  along
• 23:15
  where
• 23:15
  some
• 23:15
  of
• 23:15
  the
• 23:16
  home
• 23:16
  bakers
• 23:16
  are
• 23:17
  now
• 23:17
  opening
• 23:18
  small
• 23:18
  storefronts,
• 23:20
  community
• 23:20
  oriented
• 23:21
  strategic
• 23:22
  spaces
• 23:23
  that
• 23:23
  uplift
• 23:23
  the
• 23:24
  community,
• 23:24
  make
• 23:25
  real
• 23:25
  food
• 23:25
  more
• 23:26
  accessible,
• 23:27
  and
• 23:28
  provide
• 23:28
  opportunities
• 23:29
  for
• 23:29
  some
• 23:29
  of
• 23:29
  these
• 23:30
  home
• 23:30
  bakers
• 23:30
  in
• 23:31
  the
• 23:31
  states
• 23:31
  that
• 23:31
  allow
• 23:31
  wholesale.
• 23:32
  I
• 23:32
  think
• 23:33
  it'd
• 23:33
  be
• 23:33
  so
• 23:33
  cool.
• 23:34
  Personally,
• 23:35
  I
• 23:35
  want
• 23:36
  to
• 23:36
  connect
• 23:36
  with
• 23:36
  a
• 23:36
  baker
• 23:37
  who
• 23:37
  can
• 23:37
  wholesale
• 23:39
  bagels.
• 23:39
  For
• 23:40
  me.
• 23:40
  I
• 23:40
  don't
• 23:40
  wanna
• 23:40
  do
• 23:40
  the
• 23:41
  bagels,
• 23:41
  but
• 23:41
  if
• 23:41
  there's
• 23:42
  a
• 23:42
  local
• 23:42
  baker
• 23:42
  to
• 23:43
  me
• 23:43
  who
• 23:43
  does
• 23:43
  fabulous
• 23:44
  sourdough
• 23:45
  bagels,
• 23:46
  I
• 23:46
  want
• 23:46
  them
• 23:46
  to
• 23:46
  sell
• 23:46
  in
• 23:46
  my
• 23:47
  shop.
• 23:48
  That
• 23:49
  excites
• 23:49
  me
• 23:49
  so
• 23:49
  much
• 23:50
  because
• 23:50
  I
• 23:50
  get
• 23:50
  to
• 23:50
  provide
• 23:51
  new
• 23:52
  opportunities
• 23:52
  to
• 23:53
  home
• 23:53
  bakers,
• 23:54
  and
• 23:54
  we
• 23:54
  get
• 23:55
  to
• 23:55
  provide
• 23:56
  real
• 23:56
  food
• 23:56
  to
• 23:56
  the
• 23:57
  community,
• 23:57
  provide
• 23:58
  workshops,
• 23:58
  provide
• 23:59
  the
• 23:59
  space
• 23:59
  for
• 23:59
  connection.
• 24:00
  And
• 24:01
  everyone
• 24:02
  gets
• 24:02
  to
• 24:02
  be
• 24:02
  lifted
• 24:02
  up
• 24:02
  and
• 24:03
  thriving.
• 24:03
  It's
• 24:03
  not
• 24:04
  a
• 24:04
  competition.
• 24:04
  I'm
• 24:04
  not
• 24:05
  going
• 24:05
  to
• 24:05
  come
• 24:05
  in
• 24:05
  and
• 24:05
  open
• 24:06
  my
• 24:06
  space
• 24:06
  and
• 24:06
  put
• 24:06
  all
• 24:07
  these
• 24:07
  other
• 24:07
  bakers
• 24:07
  out
• 24:08
  of
• 24:08
  business,
• 24:09
  but
• 24:09
  rather
• 24:10
  give
• 24:10
  them
• 24:10
  even
• 24:11
  more
• 24:11
  opportunity
• 24:11
  to
• 24:12
  thrive.
• 24:13
  And
• 24:13
  I
• 24:13
  think
• 24:13
  that
• 24:13
  is
• 24:14
  where
• 24:14
  we
• 24:14
  can
• 24:14
  see
• 24:15
  a
• 24:15
  lot
• 24:15
  of
• 24:15
  these
• 24:15
  small
• 24:16
  bakeries
• 24:17
  coming
• 24:18
  and
• 24:18
  playing
• 24:18
  a
• 24:18
  role
• 24:19
  in
• 24:19
  the
• 24:19
  community
• 24:19
  too.
• 24:19
  So
• 24:20
  excited
• 24:20
  about
• 24:20
  that.
• 24:21
  Again,
• 24:22
  I'll
• 24:22
  be
• 24:22
  continuing
• 24:23
  to
• 24:23
  share
• 24:23
  kind
• 24:23
  of
• 24:23
  my
• 24:23
  vision
• 24:24
  and
• 24:24
  what's
• 24:25
  coming
• 24:25
  on
• 24:25
  this
• 24:26
  front.
• 24:26
  But
• 24:27
  also
• 24:27
  continue
• 24:27
  to
• 24:27
  support
• 24:28
  the
• 24:28
  home
• 24:28
  Baker
• 24:29
  as
• 24:29
  well.
• 24:30
  Alright,
• 24:30
  friends,
• 24:30
  I'm
• 24:30
  gonna
• 24:31
  wrap
• 24:31
  up.
• 24:31
  It
• 24:32
  is
• 24:32
  time
• 24:32
  to
• 24:32
  go
• 24:32
  play
• 24:33
  Monopoly
• 24:33
  with
• 24:33
  the
• 24:33
  family.
• 24:34
  Wish
• 24:34
  me
• 24:34
  luck.
• 24:35
  My
• 24:35
  8-year-old
• 24:36
  is
• 24:36
  a
• 24:36
  fierce
• 24:37
  competitor.
• 24:38
  Thank
• 24:38
  you
• 24:38
  so
• 24:39
  much
• 24:39
  for
• 24:39
  being
• 24:39
  here.
• 24:40
  I
• 24:40
  hope
• 24:40
  you
• 24:40
  love
• 24:41
  these
• 24:41
  behind
• 24:41
  the
• 24:41
  scenes
• 24:42
  episodes.
• 24:43
  If
• 24:43
  you
• 24:44
  have
• 24:44
  questions,
• 24:45
  if
• 24:45
  you
• 24:45
  have
• 24:45
  insights,
• 24:46
  if
• 24:46
  you
• 24:46
  wanna
• 24:46
  share
• 24:46
  what
• 24:47
  worked
• 24:47
  for
• 24:47
  you
• 24:47
  or
• 24:47
  didn't
• 24:48
  work
• 24:48
  for
• 24:48
  you
• 24:48
  in
• 24:48
  June,
• 24:48
  I
• 24:48
  would
• 24:49
  love
• 24:49
  to
• 24:49
  hear
• 24:49
  it.
• 24:49
  If
• 24:50
  you're
• 24:50
  watching
• 24:50
  on
• 24:51

• 24:51

• 24:51

• 24:51

• 24:52
  down
• 24:52
  below
• 24:52
  or
• 24:53
  send
• 24:53
  me
• 24:53
  a
• 24:53
  message
• 24:53
  on
• 24:54

• 24:54
  Take

• 24:55

• 24:56
  so
• 24:56
  I

• 25:00
  and

• 25:01
  when
• 25:01
  I
• 25:01
  catch
• 25:01
  them
• 25:01
  on
• 25:01
  time.
• 25:02
  And
• 25:02
  if
• 25:02
  you're
• 25:03
  feeling
• 25:03
  like
• 25:03
  you
• 25:03
  need

• 25:04
  with
• 25:05
  people
• 25:05
  who
• 25:05
  get
• 25:05
  it,
• 25:05
  don't
• 25:06
  forget
• 25:06
  that
• 25:06
  you
• 25:06
  can

  too.
• 25:13
  All

• 25:14
  I
