- 0:00Speaker: Shout out to Rebecca.
- 0:01Speaker: It means a lot.
- 0:02Speaker: Kind words.
- 0:04Speaker: It is what we do with each other when we're communicating.
- 0:07Speaker: It's making an attempt.
- 0:09Speaker: It's nicest when they are kinds of activity which brings happiness to someone.
- 0:18Speaker: And everyone needs to be commended for this gesture.
- 0:23Speaker: Thank you.
- 0:25Speaker: Being comfortably postured, undisturbed in an environment where one has already begun feeling a sense of peace.
- 0:35Speaker: And calm.
- 0:37Speaker: Finding a way inside.
- 0:42Speaker: Looking at oneself.
- 0:47Speaker: Easy to do, right?
- 0:50Speaker: Even if we're just visualizing ourselves is okay too, having one's eyes closed, as you wish.
- 0:57Speaker: Being present in one's mind, in one's body.
- 1:03Speaker: They are related but separate.
- 1:06Speaker: Your mind is like in the air, right?
- 1:08Speaker: A cloud.
- 1:09Speaker: And your body is a more physical form, a structure of atoms and molecules, and all kinds of different chemicals and more solid things.
- 1:25Speaker: And then you have your mind and your spirit, which are more etheral.
- 1:30Speaker: Like gravity is a force we reckon with, and yet it is without shape or form in our eyes.
- 1:38Speaker: So this is the same thing.
- 1:41Speaker: Our minds are a product of many things.
- 1:45Speaker: All of these physical things we're speaking about for sure.
- 1:49Speaker: These are the basic foundational requirements for one's mind to be active.
- 1:57Speaker: We're calm, comfortable.
- 2:00Speaker: In this environment is as best one can.
- 2:04Speaker: Understanding it's not always within our parameters of being, where or when or why we are.
- 2:14Speaker: We are here, feeling one's skin.
- 2:19Speaker: It is enough.
- 2:20Speaker: The warmth emanating from within.
- 2:24Speaker: Feeling it as it leaves and lingering with it outside of oneself, visualizing oneself as a reddish orange glowing human being.
- 2:39Speaker: For surely this is what we are.
- 2:42Speaker: Mammilian, being here, pulsing with life energy, our bloodstream circulating, our heart squeezing this blood, oxygenated in our lungs, through our vascular systems, our arteries, to the smallest little capillaries spreading this energy from our air, oxygen.
- 3:14Speaker: Thinking about these miracles we're discussing and reflecting upon what we actually are.
- 3:24Speaker: Bundles of miracles.
- 3:27Speaker: We have been fashioned through millions of years of evolution.
- 3:34Speaker: Millions and millions of years.
- 3:38Speaker: One can be in one's own skin and be feeling this energy of creation vibrating underneath one's pulse, one's warmth, one's skin.
- 3:54Speaker: It is the essence of one's being physically alive.
- 4:00Speaker: It is one's radiant selves.
- 4:03Speaker: It is our physical being, and it is alive.
- 4:07Speaker: Thirty-seven trillion cells, and they are screaming with life every moment until they're not.
- 4:18Speaker: This is the way.
- 4:21Speaker: Rising in this multifaceted perspective, widening of our horizon of our aspirations, finding within each of us growing realization of possibilities, growing successes, more realizations.
- 5:02Speaker: In one coming to terms with one's own being as we're finding ourselves every day growing more and more.
- 5:19Speaker: It is a lot I'm asking for one to consider, to change.
- 5:25Speaker: We are sometimes subject to habits we've developed some time ago.
- 5:35Speaker: It is something new.
- 5:37Speaker: It is something with curiosity and interest, where we renew our commitment to something we feel may be more important, worth the effort of what we're doing or want to do.
- 5:53Speaker: Where do we want our names to be on accomplishments,
- 5:59Speaker: we find ourselves aware, relaxed, alert, shimmering through one's widespread fingers and toes, oscillating, with the energy of creation in which we are immersed, the air.
- 6:26Speaker: The air, of course, being exactly this.
- 6:30Speaker: Being conscious of this air as we are engulfing it into our mouths and nostrils, finding it as it makes its way coursing down one's throat, through one's neck, into one's upper and then lower lobes.
- 6:55Speaker: This way.
- 6:57Speaker: Finding one's diaphragm settling down, making room for our lungs to broaden like balloons.
- 7:08Speaker: Doing this in one's heart, in one's mind, in one's body is the easiest way we find ourselves repeating endlessly, heart, squeezing ninety thousand times each day.
- 7:40Speaker: Chest rising and pausing and exhaling and pausing again, twenty thousand times every day.
- 7:53Speaker: Flowing, learning to be flowing with your breathing, and one's glowing blood, being aware.
- 8:06Speaker: It is energy, everything is glowing in one way, shape, or form.
- 8:14Speaker: Maybe, and most likely, imperceptible to you and the I that doesn't change the reality or not.
- 8:27Speaker: When you breathe, but take no notice of it, does it mean that you are not breathing?
- 8:35Speaker: No.
- 8:36Speaker: It means you're not aware of this activity.
- 8:40Speaker: Think of all the things occurring simultaneously.
- 8:47Speaker: Scientists say that we only can conceive of one item, one reality, one range and level of radiation, of energy, of the oscillation, of the universal energies of creation.
- 9:07Speaker: Only a bandwidth, you might say.
- 9:10Speaker: You know what I mean?
- 9:12Speaker: It encompasses FM and AM and microwave and radiation and all the things of our physical universe of which we understand, of course.
- 9:23Speaker: This is what I mean.
- 9:25Speaker: And yet there are ninety-nine thousand nine hundred and ninety-nine different levels which we don't perceive.
- 9:38Speaker: Maybe it's the movement of our earth or all the different extrasensory perceptions we have come to know and to have some interest and familiarity with so many things which we don't understand.
- 10:03Speaker: Being here now, bundles of miracles, humbled by what we're finding out just in our breath and the pulse of our hearts, finding a sense of self-realization, of perception, of receptivity.
- 10:27Speaker: That's what we're doing.
- 10:29Speaker: This is ourselves.
- 10:32Speaker: We are investigating.
- 10:35Speaker: And we have it in common.
- 10:37Speaker: Homo sapiens, cousins.
- 10:41Speaker: So freely we understand each other right away.
- 10:45Speaker: If you lick your lips, I understand.
- 10:47Speaker: If your nose itches, I know what it feels like.
- 10:51Speaker: Spreading one's fingers wide and glistening for energy.
- 10:57Speaker: As you feel your skin tauten, feel the warmth emanating from one's hand, mixing with the air, feeling the breezes, whatever it is that you are feeling in your own environment, being aware, having a sense of heightened perceptibility of one's hands, being alive, being thankful.
- 11:30Speaker: The music continues for another minute.
- 11:33Speaker: Reflections heighten our experience and learning.
- 11:39Speaker: And we've all got a lot to learn from what I can see and have found.
- 11:45Speaker: Being in awe, sounding out awe, allowing it to grow, shine, be-ing in awe.namaste
