- Jessica Figueroa: Hey, just for today, listeners, I am super excited about today's lesson because I am a very social person. So, just for today, we are gonna grab our cell phones and we are going to set a date to meet a friend for breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee, a long walk, but we are gonna get it on the calendar. I'm giving you a second right now. Your phone should be nearby if you're listening to me. Grab your phone, text a friend that you've been thinking about. And set the date. Set the date. Go for a walk, go for a cup of coffee, go for a breakfast, go for a lunch, go for a dinner, meet at the library, attend a class together, go to a paint night together, see a movie. But today, before you go to bed, you're gonna get that date and the time on the calendar. And then as it gets closer to that, no matter what, unless you're vomiting, you're going to commit and show up. So just for today. We're going to reach out and we're going to be intentional. Well, ⁓ be and don't be intentionable. Those are two different words. We're going to be intentional about setting that date and that time to spend with that person that feels so good to spend an hour or two hours with. If you need the exercise, kill two birds with one stone. Plan a walk. Go meet them in their neighborhood and go for a long walk. But just for today, we're going to get out our phones. We're going to set that appointment, put it on our calendar, and we're going to make it happen. Guys, there's so many things we can do and change when we think about what we just have to do for today. I'm proud of you. You should be proud of yourself. I'll talk to you guys tomorrow.
