- Jessica Figueroa: All right, listeners. This one is for those of you who tend to be someone that is fun and spontaneous, maybe the life of the party, but we know what that also means. There is something messy and unorganized in your life. Is it your car? Is it your closet? Is it your bedside drawer? What is it? Well, order brings joy. And the more areas of our life we can have order in, it will bring us joy. So, just for today, we are going to bring order to a space. But here's the trick: I don't want it to take you or you to spend longer than 15 minutes. So, we're going to set a timer on your phone, on their microwave. You can ask Alexa or Siri. You're going to set a 15-minute timer and bring order to one space. Don't go crazy. Those of you who love organization and order, this is really not your day. So just sit tight. You're like, yes, I've been waiting for this. The whole time you can't go through someone else's, so don't be going through your spouse's or your kids. I'm asking you to bring order to one space in your life. Maybe it's your car, maybe it's a drawer, maybe it's a kitchen, maybe it's a Tupperware drawer. How much is in there that you could just throw away because you will never find it? Maybe it's been in the fridge, maybe it's a refrigerator. Ooh, we could bring some order to our refrigerator and our pantry. How about I, you know, I'm a sunny South Floridian. How about the towel? The beach towel cabinet, drawer, wherever you keep them. How many beach towels have been in there for how long? And how many do you really need? So today we're setting a timer for 15 minutes and we're bringing order to a chaotic space. Because the more order we bring to our exterior chaotic spaces, the more order is going to be going on on the inside of our head. Because it's not as easy to clean out the chaos in our head, but it is simple to clean out the chaos going on somewhere around you. So it Today you're gonna identify a space in your life, set a timer for 15 minutes, and you're gonna clear, throw out, purge, and organize. So just for today, we are gonna bring order to a space in our lives because order will help us think clearly, and thinking clearly will help us live clearly. So again, we just have to do this for today. You guys are catching on to this process really quickly.
