- 2:42Speaker 2: Thank you.
- 3:13Speaker 1: Oh, hey, how you doing, sir?
- 3:15Speaker 2: You know, we're just doing a little community painting and
- 3:17Speaker 2: stuff here. You know, I actually have an extra brush
- 3:22Speaker 2: if you want to add a little something to it.
- 3:24Speaker 3: A little something, you know.
- 3:26Speaker 1: Don't I know you? You look familiar.
- 3:29Speaker 3: Nah, nah, you got the wrong person.
- 3:31Speaker 1: You sure? All right, man. Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, what the,
- 3:36Speaker 1: what the fuck? I'm Shoot the Artist.
- 4:12Speaker 3: I'm No Face Ralph.
- 4:13Speaker 1: And this is Minus the Distraction.
- 4:17Speaker 3: What's going on, bro? It's been a while.
- 4:23Speaker 2: I had a crazy day today, bro. Let me tell you.
- 4:26Speaker 2: I was at the park today.
- 4:27Speaker 1: Painting, you know.
- 4:29Speaker 2: Again, my painting was shoot on. I was doing the
- 4:32Speaker 2: community painting. And somebody pulled up on me. I asked
- 4:36Speaker 2: them if they wanted to paint with me. At first,
- 4:38Speaker 2: I thought he was interested. Then all of a sudden,
- 4:40Speaker 2: he grabbed the paintbrush and ran off with it.
- 4:43Speaker 1: I was like, yo, what the fuck?
- 4:46Speaker 3: That's wild.
- 4:48Speaker 1: And then after that, I didn't have a paintbrush. I
- 4:50Speaker 1: couldn't paint. So I packed it up and came on back.
- 4:53Speaker 3: Huh? episode soon enough. Yeah.
- 5:01Speaker 1: That part, you know.
- 5:03Speaker 3: Yeah, man. Like, tell the folks about yourself.
- 5:06Speaker 4: You know, we got a lot of new viewers, new listeners.
- 5:11Speaker 4: I'm a little piece of Shoot the Artist, you know,
- 5:14Speaker 4: like a little background.
- 5:15Speaker 2: Well, if you don't know me now, you're going to
- 5:17Speaker 2: know me soon. My name is Shoot the Artist and
- 5:19Speaker 2: I do abstract art. And the reason behind the name,
- 5:23Speaker 2: I have a brand, lifestyle brand, called Shoot Your Shot.
- 5:26Speaker 2: about getting out your comfort zone, growing from the experience,
- 5:30Speaker 2: whether it's good or bad, you know? So whether it's
- 5:33Speaker 2: good experience or bad, just grow from it, take the
- 5:35Speaker 2: lesson from it, and apply it to everything else that's
- 5:38Speaker 2: going to happen to your life. And as you can
- 5:40Speaker 2: see behind us, we got some beautiful artworks done by
- 5:43Speaker 2: yours truly.
- 5:44Speaker 3: Right, that's right. You never go wrong with that.
- 5:47Speaker 1: That's a fact. You know, how about you, no face?
- 5:50Speaker 1: Let the people know what you've been up to, man.
- 5:52Speaker 4: Man, you know, I've been focused on just business-driven, you know,
- 5:55Speaker 4: and just trying to stay A lot of new stuff
- 6:00Speaker 4: going on in the world. I'm just trying to stay
- 6:04Speaker 4: fresh and tuned. You feel me? So, as I see
- 6:07Speaker 4: on the table right here, I got my No Face
- 6:10Speaker 4: Dead Balm. I got the No Face Body Cream. I've
- 6:14Speaker 4: been focused on, you know, just building businesses and trying
- 6:17Speaker 4: to just set off from there, you know, and go
- 6:19Speaker 4: for the green.
- 6:22Speaker 1: Yeah, I feel you on that, man.
- 6:23Speaker 2: Listen, everybody who's tuning in right now, remember, mine's the distractions.
- 6:28Speaker 1: And tune in. Lock in right now. You know?
- 6:31Speaker 2: So, right now, we're going to see what's the biggest
- 6:35Speaker 2: distractions right now.
- 6:36Speaker 1: We got the distraction of the week. You know?
- 6:39Speaker 2: And I'm going to pop it off. Right now, we've
- 6:42Speaker 2: all been hearing about people talk about the straighter Hamas
- 6:46Speaker 2: and we're on the brink of war.
- 6:48Speaker 1: You know, it's It's fear-based news. They're fear-mongering, you know?
- 6:51Speaker 2: But they're not telling you on the back end is
- 6:53Speaker 2: how the actual people in charge, they're not even planning
- 6:56Speaker 2: on no next strike on Israel, Iran, none of them
- 7:01Speaker 2: no time soon.
- 7:02Speaker 1: They over there chilling right now.
- 7:04Speaker 2: But the media is over here painting this narrative like
- 7:07Speaker 2: we about to go to war again, like we about
- 7:09Speaker 2: to strike stuff right now. So right now, things might
- 7:12Speaker 2: actually ease up. It's still tension there, best believe. Best
- 7:16Speaker 2: believe that it's still tension there, but it's okay. It's
- 7:19Speaker 2: all right, though, because us as everyday people, you know,
- 7:24Speaker 2: we're not the ones that's importing oil and selling it
- 7:27Speaker 2: to stand third.
- 7:28Speaker 1: We just took it. So cut that out. Minus that distraction.
- 7:31Speaker 1: Don't let it bother you. Because guess what?
- 7:33Speaker 2: Fear-based news is the design to get your anxiety up.
- 7:39Speaker 2: It's designed to make you scared. It's designed to make
- 7:41Speaker 2: you go throughout. Imagine you're on your way to work.
- 7:44Speaker 2: You hear something on the news. Now it's going with
- 7:46Speaker 2: you to work. It's going with you after work. Now
- 7:48Speaker 2: it's coming with you home. You're in your bed at
- 7:50Speaker 2: night time. Like, damn, this is a war.
- 7:52Speaker 1: Now you're scared.
- 7:52Speaker 2: No. Don't worry about that. Like, worry about it, but
- 7:56Speaker 2: don't let it consume you. You know, just let it
- 7:59Speaker 2: pass by. You know, stuff happens all the time. But
- 8:02Speaker 2: like I said, on the back end, they're not even
- 8:04Speaker 2: planning the next strike or something right now. The media
- 8:06Speaker 2: just wants you to be scared. Because when you're scared
- 8:09Speaker 2: and frantic, you got anxiety. You start doing... things that's
- 8:12Speaker 2: not normal. You start impulse buying. You start doing all
- 8:15Speaker 2: types of extra things because you're scared.
- 8:17Speaker 3: You know?
- 8:18Speaker 1: So do your research and chill out with the fear-based news.
- 8:22Speaker 4: You know, and since he came with the fire to
- 8:26Speaker 4: start off the distractions of the week, I was going
- 8:28Speaker 4: to keep this one for the end, but, like, to
- 8:32Speaker 4: segue over, you know, anything that Donald Trump says, bro,
- 8:36Speaker 4: is a distraction, you know what I mean?
- 8:38Speaker 3: Like, that's how I feel personally.
- 8:40Speaker 4: Anything that he tweets or, you know, posts or a
- 8:44Speaker 4: press conference, it's a distraction, you know, and it's to
- 8:48Speaker 4: throw you off. And if you're looking at it from
- 8:51Speaker 4: a perspective of, like, the money-wise, you know, that's a
- 8:55Speaker 4: different story. But if you're looking at it as far
- 8:58Speaker 4: as the news he's saying, as far as saying they're
- 9:01Speaker 4: popping off the walls or saying this with the gas
- 9:04Speaker 4: price or he's doing this, this is all to just
- 9:06Speaker 4: throw you off, you know, and just keep you distracted,
- 9:09Speaker 4: you know. That's one of the things you want to, like,
- 9:12Speaker 4: just be mindful of. Like, watch out for these, not
- 9:15Speaker 4: just Donald Trump, watch out for these politicians alone.
- 9:18Speaker 3: You feel me?
- 9:19Speaker 4: From this news and this propaganda. And I'm talking about
- 9:22Speaker 4: all these outlets, you know? Like, you know, like, this is, well,
- 9:26Speaker 4: we're becoming strong for whatever is a distraction.
- 9:30Speaker 3: So whatever is Fox.
- 9:31Speaker 4: News, CNN, whatever these fake news outlets is pumping, don't
- 9:36Speaker 4: believe the hype.
- 9:37Speaker 3: That's all we're saying. You feel me? What's the other
- 9:41Speaker 3: distraction we got for this week?
- 9:45Speaker 2: The next distraction right now, we got the celebrity distraction.
- 9:51Speaker 1: So apparently, Dr.
- 9:53Speaker 2: Dre, you know, famous rapper, producer, beat pill investor, he
- 9:59Speaker 2: was seen leaving a famous restaurant called Noble Mile or
- 10:03Speaker 2: whatever with a.
- 10:05Speaker 1: Lady friend or whatever, you know.
- 10:07Speaker 3: Speculation.
- 10:08Speaker 2: People don't know if they're dating or not. X, Y, Z,
- 10:11Speaker 2: you know.
- 10:13Speaker 1: His ex-wife ended up getting brought up about the situation. No,
- 10:16Speaker 1: it's not important. Leave the man alone. Guess what? We're
- 10:20Speaker 1: not hearing news stories and.
- 10:22Speaker 2: Articles about how his ex-wife is out on a date
- 10:24Speaker 2: with people X, Y, Z.
- 10:26Speaker 1: So why are we just targeting him? Leave him alone.
- 10:29Speaker 2: And even if he was on a date, what that
- 10:30Speaker 2: has to do with anybody else unless you directly, like,
- 10:34Speaker 2: as an investor, does it matter who he's dating? Like,
- 10:37Speaker 2: is that business partner?
- 10:38Speaker 1: Does it matter? It could just have been his friend.
- 10:41Speaker 1: It's okay.
- 10:42Speaker 4: I feel like people be getting caught up with all this.
- 10:46Speaker 4: wrong news and wrong information and be like you don't
- 10:49Speaker 4: know these people hey at the end of the day
- 10:52Speaker 4: like you don't know these people so it'd be like
- 10:54Speaker 4: how do you involve this with your life and then
- 10:56Speaker 4: start being so so you know putting so much energy
- 11:01Speaker 4: and time into this to the point this is leading
- 11:03Speaker 4: to your dinner table and it's like come on like.
- 11:06Speaker 2: This is what we digest before we go to bed
- 11:09Speaker 2: is what the next person went, like, oh, like, why
- 11:13Speaker 2: did they, why he didn't pick somewhere else?
- 11:15Speaker 1: Like, he know what to know. Like, what, why are
- 11:17Speaker 1: we even having that conversation?
- 11:19Speaker 3: Wow, wow.
- 11:20Speaker 4: You know, other distractions in the news, I've been seeing
- 11:24Speaker 4: in the social media, I want to say the past
- 11:28Speaker 4: week or two, you know, the more fake news that
- 11:31Speaker 4: they come from. And I see a couple guys, a
- 11:33Speaker 4: couple social media posts wearing them. But you, we talk
- 11:36Speaker 4: about 50 Cent, you know, he's the Adidas, the Rod Lavers,
- 11:42Speaker 4: you know, and they came out years ago when I
- 11:45Speaker 4: was like, I was probably maybe like 13, 14 years old.
- 11:49Speaker 3: My mom's got me a couple kids. This is like Skippy's,
- 11:52Speaker 3: you know.
- 11:54Speaker 4: But like, he re-released them and a lot of the couple,
- 11:59Speaker 4: not the huge news outlets, but like a couple of the,
- 12:02Speaker 4: a couple of influencers and whatnot, they're saying that they
- 12:06Speaker 4: sold out in less than two hours.
- 12:09Speaker 3: And I'm like, Quit the bullshit. Quit the cap.
- 12:14Speaker 4: Nobody's buying the raw lab. If you got the YNs
- 12:20Speaker 4: calling Uptowns and Air Force Ones, you feel me?
- 12:24Speaker 3: Dad shoes and out of style.
- 12:27Speaker 4: We are way past saying that those is not getting
- 12:31Speaker 4: copped for sure.
- 12:32Speaker 3: Like, I don't know who buying them.
- 12:33Speaker 4: It might be a couple of the old heads, you know,
- 12:35Speaker 4: OGs wearing those, but it's like, Come on, don't tell
- 12:38Speaker 4: me that they sold out in two hours.
- 12:40Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 12:40Speaker 4: And I feel like that's a huge distraction. Because it's like,
- 12:43Speaker 4: you're paying, what are you paying these men for?
- 12:46Speaker 2: They are officially creating demand by making them sold out.
- 12:50Speaker 1: But the question is, who has the shoes?
- 12:53Speaker 2: Why has no one made a review or a sneaker
- 12:55Speaker 2: had made a review about these shoes yet? Like, there's
- 12:58Speaker 2: so many people that's on the shoes that got the
- 13:02Speaker 2: exclusive VIP or whatever they're paying to be the first
- 13:06Speaker 2: people in line. Why they don't have the shoes reviewing it?
- 13:09Speaker 2: Who brought them?
- 13:10Speaker 1: It was a pre-order, pre-release? When? When did they drop it?
- 13:14Speaker 4: I ain't going to hold you, like, for distractions of
- 13:17Speaker 4: the week. That shit might be, like, top three because it's, like,
- 13:20Speaker 4: I've been seeing that shit pump. From a couple influences,
- 13:23Speaker 4: a couple news outlets, and it's like, bro, stop the cat.
- 13:28Speaker 1: Yeah, stop the cat.
- 13:31Speaker 3: Word. Target, you know, we.
- 13:39Speaker 4: Got Halloween coming up soon. We got the costumes coming out.
- 13:44Speaker 4: You know, the kids want to select them. You know,
- 13:47Speaker 4: the grown-ups want to get their nice costumes, whatever.
- 13:51Speaker 3: Target, though, man.
- 13:52Speaker 4: I have to pause for a second real quick, you know,
- 13:56Speaker 4: gather my thoughts real quick. Target, they made an ad
- 14:02Speaker 4: for a costume that was supposed to be a pumpkin.
- 14:07Speaker 3: You hear me? Supposed to be a pumpkin.
- 14:11Speaker 4: And we got an African-American young man in this pumpkin costume.
- 14:19Speaker 3: And with this costume, his.
- 14:23Speaker 4: Face has the 1960s, 1950s smile.
- 14:29Speaker 3: Or that monkey face with the white outline.
- 14:33Speaker 1: The red shit.
- 14:34Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 14:35Speaker 1: The character.
- 14:36Speaker 2: I call it the suckin' drive-in costume. If y'all go
- 14:39Speaker 2: and see that shit, that's some suckin' drive-in shit that
- 14:43Speaker 2: they drop.
- 14:44Speaker 4: My whole thing is, how did this get past the board?
- 14:47Speaker 4: How did this get past the parents?
- 14:50Speaker 1: Who approved this?
- 14:52Speaker 2: I don't even think it's a real kid. I think
- 14:54Speaker 2: they AI'd the kid. Because who parent said okay and
- 14:59Speaker 2: let their kid shoot that? Or they was like, yeah,
- 15:01Speaker 2: we just need them for a photo shoot. Didn't tell
- 15:04Speaker 2: them what they was going to be shooting and just
- 15:05Speaker 2: shot it. And then it was like, oh, well.
- 15:08Speaker 1: It happened. Like, nah. It passed on purpose. They wanted
- 15:13Speaker 1: to see if they could get away with it.
- 15:16Speaker 4: Nah, I feel like that's a huge distraction and I
- 15:19Speaker 4: feel like they do this shit on purpose, you know?
- 15:24Speaker 4: Like you were saying, we was discussing before the episode
- 15:28Speaker 4: on there's people that be in boardrooms to approve this.
- 15:34Speaker 3: Right.
- 15:35Speaker 4: You talking about six, eight people in a room that's discussing, yo,
- 15:41Speaker 4: should we put this out, this idea out, this concept out?
- 15:46Speaker 4: You telling me they say yes? Everybody agreed on that? Like,
- 15:49Speaker 4: let's just do this.
- 15:50Speaker 1: Yes. They got blasted.
- 15:53Speaker 3: But not only that, it's not like they just, oh,
- 15:57Speaker 3: this is a greed. Like, oh, let's do that. It's
- 16:00Speaker 3: some deeper evil shit behind that shit, bro. You don't
- 16:04Speaker 3: just do that. Oh, no, we just approve on that.
- 16:06Speaker 3: That's cool. We think that's fine. That's evil, bro. They
- 16:10Speaker 3: know what they're doing.
- 16:11Speaker 2: No, they want to try to rage bait us and
- 16:13Speaker 2: try to make us react or... start boycotting Target and
- 16:17Speaker 2: start rioting or some shit.
- 16:19Speaker 3: But that's where I'm at, though. How many times Target
- 16:22Speaker 3: gonna get away with this type of nonsense?
- 16:25Speaker 4: Every time we look, it's always around holiday season or
- 16:29Speaker 4: something like that.
- 16:30Speaker 3: When family's about to come together or whatnot. Why you
- 16:33Speaker 3: gonna do this for? Like.
- 16:36Speaker 2: We already was boycotting Target. And then Jay-Z don't make
- 16:40Speaker 2: it better by dropping his album at Target. Yeah, it's like,
- 16:43Speaker 2: I'm like, bro, we don't want to give them our money.
- 16:45Speaker 3: Yeah, we're not advocating for that. We're good.
- 16:47Speaker 1: Then I'm just not going to listen or buy that shit, bro.
- 16:50Speaker 4: As much as we love your music, the classics and
- 16:52Speaker 4: all that, we're not supporting that.
- 16:55Speaker 2: We don't want to give Target any product share percentage,
- 16:58Speaker 2: none of that, at all.
- 17:02Speaker 1: At all. We're good.
- 17:05Speaker 3: So, you know, we got more distractions in a week.
- 17:10Speaker 1: I'm good on the distractions.
- 17:11Speaker 3: But I'm Wait, hold on.
- 17:13Speaker 1: I might have a distraction.
- 17:16Speaker 2: Dolly Parton's death, you know, he was a real significant loss.
- 17:21Speaker 3: I believe that's a distraction.
- 17:23Speaker 1: Well, I won't say a distraction, but.
- 17:26Speaker 3: But we definitely want to give a.
- 17:28Speaker 1: Yeah, shout out to Dolly Parton.
- 17:29Speaker 3: To Dolly Parton.
- 17:30Speaker 4: And you know what's a fun fact about Dolly Parton?
- 17:34Speaker 4: She gave away 325 million children books throughout her lifetime
- 17:40Speaker 4: and her career.
- 17:41Speaker 3: That's real.
- 17:43Speaker 4: You know how many kids was able to get some literature,
- 17:46Speaker 4: you feel me, and able to digest that and become
- 17:50Speaker 4: civilized human beings in this world off of reading and writing.
- 17:54Speaker 3: You feel me, some information. Shout out to Dolly Parton, man.
- 17:59Speaker 4: Yeah, we got our NFL, you feel me.
- 18:03Speaker 3: That's another distraction. We got the NFL season.
- 18:08Speaker 2: I know.
- 18:09Speaker 3: Don't get mad at me, y'all. I know all the fans.
- 18:12Speaker 4: I know all the fantasy draft guys, you feel me?
- 18:17Speaker 3: They probably like, nah, get this guy out of here.
- 18:20Speaker 4: But I'm saying that with the NFL season starting up,
- 18:25Speaker 4: we all know that that's about to suck a lot
- 18:28Speaker 4: of energy out of what we do on the regular,
- 18:32Speaker 4: you know, or what you're about to do. Let's just
- 18:35Speaker 4: be mindful of how much games we watch, how much
- 18:39Speaker 4: energy we put.
- 18:40Speaker 3: Into this because At the end of the day, it's entertainment.
- 18:44Speaker 4: So let's be real mindful of just, we can watch
- 18:48Speaker 4: the games just in moderation, you know? I just feel
- 18:52Speaker 4: like this is a distraction and the season's starting up.
- 18:55Speaker 4: The bars is about to be packed. You know, we're
- 18:57Speaker 4: about to have the tailgate parties and it's about to
- 19:01Speaker 4: be lit. Don't let it consume you.
- 19:03Speaker 3: It's going to be lit. You feel me?
- 19:04Speaker 4: It's about to be a nice season, nice lot of
- 19:07Speaker 4: things going on in this season. So enjoy, but in moderation.
- 19:11Speaker 3: You hear me?
- 19:13Speaker 4: And, you know, it's a couple more distractions I want
- 19:19Speaker 4: to just list that, you know. It won't particularly be
- 19:23Speaker 4: for just the week, but let's talk about a couple
- 19:27Speaker 4: of these cases that's been going on, you know, that
- 19:30Speaker 4: they try to highlight and try to make it seem
- 19:34Speaker 4: like it's supposed to be entertainment, but it's guys that
- 19:39Speaker 4: essentially fighting for their freedom.
- 19:41Speaker 3: You feel me?
- 19:42Speaker 4: But at the same time, a couple of these is like.
- 19:45Speaker 3: Ah, y'all didn't.
- 19:46Speaker 4: Get finished with this yet? So we talking about the dude, David,
- 19:51Speaker 4: you know what I mean? I'm seeing the David dude who,
- 19:55Speaker 4: the situation.
- 19:56Speaker 3: Out in LA.
- 19:57Speaker 1: Oh, yeah.
- 19:58Speaker 4: With the Spanish female, and she passed away, you feel me?
- 20:04Speaker 4: But I'm always seeing different news posts.
- 20:07Speaker 3: About this guy.
- 20:08Speaker 4: I'm like, Why do we entertain this? Now you got
- 20:15Speaker 4: people in the comments and all their opinions and whatnot.
- 20:18Speaker 4: And it's just dragging it along to the point.
- 20:21Speaker 3: Where it's like, yo, bro. You're supposed to have been fried,
- 20:24Speaker 3: this dude, bro.
- 20:24Speaker 1: Been fried, dude.
- 20:26Speaker 4: Like, the case took long from the jump from even
- 20:29Speaker 4: getting the evidence when the evidence was pretty clear.
- 20:32Speaker 3: You feel me?
- 20:32Speaker 4: Like, as a person looking inside out, you could see
- 20:36Speaker 4: that like, yo, bro, you've seen the news, what happened
- 20:39Speaker 4: with Shorty.
- 20:40Speaker 3: And it's like....
- 20:43Speaker 4: And then they finally arrest them and come on, bro.
- 20:47Speaker 3: Handle the situation.
- 20:49Speaker 2: I think they just be letting these certain people just
- 20:52Speaker 2: out to see how much damage and destruction they can cause.
- 20:56Speaker 1: I think it's like an.
- 20:57Speaker 2: Underground backward point system where they be racking up points.
- 21:02Speaker 2: Because how many of these people you know that's just
- 21:06Speaker 2: been offended and committing all these different types of, you know,
- 21:09Speaker 2: offenses and they just still out here doing whatever they want.
- 21:12Speaker 1: You feel me? It's just like, you get.
- 21:14Speaker 2: To be a super criminal and just get out because
- 21:17Speaker 2: they can't get you for the same shit twice.
- 21:19Speaker 1: That's crazy.
- 21:20Speaker 4: You know, to go further on, like, with some more cases,
- 21:25Speaker 4: I see other posts with YNW Melly, you feel me?
- 21:29Speaker 4: And I be looking like, yo, how much years we
- 21:32Speaker 4: been dealing with this case of seeing different posts?
- 21:35Speaker 3: 10 years. Yeah, and it's like, Handle this. You know,
- 21:39Speaker 3: handle this situation.
- 21:41Speaker 4: You know, that's a couple distractions I've been seeing in
- 21:44Speaker 4: the media that's like, it's just lingering. Like, get this
- 21:47Speaker 4: shit over with. Like, handle the case. We don't need
- 21:50Speaker 4: to make this thing an entertainment. And I got one
- 21:56Speaker 4: more distraction of the week, you know. This one right here,
- 22:01Speaker 4: it might take the crown for the week, you know.
- 22:05Speaker 4: I'm thinking about this guy and his cancer. So, what's
- 22:09Speaker 4: his cancer? Former NBA player, you know. Had a decent
- 22:13Speaker 4: career and had a couple discrepancies on his way out,
- 22:17Speaker 4: you know. And we've seen with the WNBA situation where
- 22:23Speaker 4: they got a couple policies within their blueprint and whatnot.
- 22:30Speaker 4: It kind of, I don't even want to go deep
- 22:33Speaker 4: into it, but as far as you can allow a
- 22:36Speaker 4: melody into the.
- 22:37Speaker 1: League, you know.
- 22:38Speaker 3: Transgenders and whatnot. So you got.
- 22:41Speaker 4: You got into this cancer pretty much saying at first
- 22:47Speaker 4: I thought it was from a standpoint of like, yo,
- 22:51Speaker 4: I want to enter the WNBA draft to kind of
- 22:54Speaker 4: make a mockery of their policy. To kind of stand
- 22:58Speaker 4: up for the woman on some like, nah, that's kind
- 23:01Speaker 4: of messed up.
- 23:01Speaker 3: You know what I mean? At the same, but it
- 23:05Speaker 3: turned around that The mockery.
- 23:08Speaker 4: Is actually in his cancer. This dude just want clout.
- 23:12Speaker 4: He been out of the NBA for a couple years.
- 23:15Speaker 4: And he want to just kind of make some noise
- 23:18Speaker 4: for himself. So this dude not only mentions that he's
- 23:22Speaker 4: going to declare for the WNBA draft.
- 23:26Speaker 3: This dude shows up to a WNBA game. And for
- 23:31Speaker 3: some reason he got kicked out the game.
- 23:33Speaker 4: I heard different things saying that he was axing Which
- 23:37Speaker 4: bathroom should he use? And it's like, this is the
- 23:41Speaker 4: type of.
- 23:41Speaker 2: What do you mean?
- 23:42Speaker 4: This is the type of distraction that they throw in
- 23:45Speaker 4: the media, and it's just... I shouldn't even have to
- 23:50Speaker 4: see that on the wake up, but drinking my green tea,
- 23:53Speaker 4: you feel me, in the morning time, reading.
- 23:55Speaker 3: The news on my phone, like, come on, I don't want...
- 23:58Speaker 3: Come on, man.
- 24:00Speaker 4: And not only with his situation, the WNBA, y'all got
- 24:03Speaker 4: to handle that. Y'all got to handle that because this
- 24:07Speaker 4: situation wouldn't even occur if y'all policy was correct. So
- 24:12Speaker 4: y'all got to handle this and protect the woman.
- 24:17Speaker 3: Protect the woman because we don't need any of the
- 24:21Speaker 3: men going in the league to.
- 24:24Speaker 1: Try to help the ladies get the French out of here.
- 24:28Speaker 3: It's enough men leagues for us to play. You feel me?
- 24:33Speaker 3: So Yeah, that right there.
- 24:35Speaker 4: So after we went through all the distractions of the week,
- 24:39Speaker 4: you know.
- 24:41Speaker 1: You got questions and we got answers.
- 24:44Speaker 4: Yeah, for real. And I'm thinking that one right there
- 24:48Speaker 4: might be the hugest distraction of the week. What you
- 24:53Speaker 4: think might be the distraction of the week on your part?
- 24:56Speaker 1: The biggest one so far?
- 25:12Speaker 2: Funny enough I think meta is going to a loss
- 25:16Speaker 2: about addiction growing on the media that's why I think.
- 25:25Speaker 4: It's a big one that's why so as we going
- 25:33Speaker 4: to the next segment. We're getting into the group chat,
- 25:37Speaker 4: you know, and the group chat is pretty much a
- 25:40Speaker 4: message from the viewer, the listener, and they're giving us
- 25:45Speaker 4: a question about a money problem, a situation that they got,
- 25:49Speaker 4: and what's the best way to go about it.
- 25:53Speaker 3: And... Yeah.
- 25:55Speaker 2: You got questions, we got answers. Today's question, we got
- 26:00Speaker 2: Kevin Syracuse.
- 26:02Speaker 3: Okay.
- 26:03Speaker 2: His question is, how can I build discipline without burning out?
- 26:11Speaker 3: Okay.
- 26:12Speaker 2: So, Kevin, if you're watching, listening, if this comes across
- 26:16Speaker 2: the airwaves, here's our advice.
- 26:20Speaker 1: Start a scheduled thing. Yeah.
- 26:23Speaker 2: Start slowly, one day at a time. Lock in and
- 26:27Speaker 2: actually identify what it is you actually want to a
- 26:33Speaker 2: set amount of time and a time limit. You know,
- 26:36Speaker 2: do you want to accomplish this in six months, 12 months,
- 26:38Speaker 2: two years, three years?
- 26:40Speaker 1: Start with that.
- 26:41Speaker 2: Because once you break down the timeline, everything else will
- 26:44Speaker 2: start falling into place. Okay, what can I achieve within
- 26:46Speaker 2: this amount of time, within this amount of time? How
- 26:49Speaker 2: much can I get done within this time period to
- 26:53Speaker 2: actually align with what I actually want?
- 26:56Speaker 1: That way you don't.
- 26:56Speaker 2: Burn yourself out trying to do everything in one week
- 26:59Speaker 2: or everything in one day or everything in one month.
- 27:02Speaker 1: Depending on how big and broad your goals are.
- 27:05Speaker 3: That's a fact.
- 27:06Speaker 4: And just to piggyback on what you're saying, pretty much,
- 27:09Speaker 4: you know, just plan, you know, and execute. You know,
- 27:13Speaker 4: find a couple of those things that you really want
- 27:16Speaker 4: to get done in life, you know, and don't try
- 27:19Speaker 4: to just take them all on at one time. Like,
- 27:23Speaker 4: all right, I got these three things I want to do.
- 27:25Speaker 4: I'm about to try to manage that. No, pick one thing,
- 27:28Speaker 4: one thing, one goal, plan it out, execute it, And
- 27:33Speaker 4: don't burn yourself out by taking breaks.
- 27:35Speaker 3: You feel me?
- 27:36Speaker 4: Be able to step back and be able to admire
- 27:38Speaker 4: your work that you did already. Look at your journey
- 27:41Speaker 4: and be able to like, all right, I did this.
- 27:43Speaker 3: All right, cool. What's the next step?
- 27:46Speaker 4: And that's how you really execute and really have success
- 27:50Speaker 4: in what you're doing, you know, and not burning out.
- 27:53Speaker 4: You know, take those minor breaks. You know, those breaks
- 27:56Speaker 4: are definitely needed. But while you're taking that break, just
- 27:59Speaker 4: be planning for the next thing that you're doing. Kevin, yo,
- 28:03Speaker 4: you're hearing this right here. It's pretty simple. Just plan, execute.
- 28:08Speaker 4: You know what I mean?
- 28:11Speaker 1: That's it, you know. Anybody else, you know, comment, like, share, subscribe,
- 28:16Speaker 1: send your questions. Word. Maybe a question will pop up
- 28:19Speaker 1: on the next episode. Word.
- 28:20Speaker 3: Every week, every week, we're doing this to group that.
- 28:23Speaker 3: So hit us up.
- 28:24Speaker 1: You know, now let's plug into the future, you know.
- 28:28Speaker 3: Okay.
- 28:28Speaker 1: Right now, we got AI talk.
- 28:31Speaker 2: You know, I scary, it's controversial, it's taking the water,
- 28:36Speaker 2: it's taking our jobs, it's going to replace us, they're
- 28:39Speaker 2: going to turn us into A's, all types of crazy stuff.
- 28:42Speaker 2: We're going to break AI down into something more understandable
- 28:46Speaker 2: so you understand the bits and pieces going forward.
- 28:49Speaker 1: It's a lot of parts with AI.
- 28:51Speaker 2: And it's advancing ever so fastly in such a short
- 28:56Speaker 2: amount of time. I remember it was just 2023 when
- 29:01Speaker 2: OpenAR just dropped ChatGPT. It barely had any capabilities. All
- 29:06Speaker 2: it was was a chatbot. And now, ARs have moved
- 29:10Speaker 2: past chatbots. Now, piggybacking off what Kevin was talking about,
- 29:17Speaker 2: Kevin can actually use some AIs to actually implement his
- 29:21Speaker 2: life to help him break down the schedules and steps.
- 29:24Speaker 2: Say if Kevin wants to go to the gym, he
- 29:26Speaker 2: can have the AI help him schedule out a gym routine.
- 29:30Speaker 2: The AI can actually help him find a gym within
- 29:33Speaker 2: his area that matches his budget, that actually has the
- 29:37Speaker 2: machines and amenities that.
- 29:40Speaker 2: Attributed to what he's actually trying to accomplish for his
- 29:43Speaker 2: fitness journey. So he doesn't have to spend all that
- 29:46Speaker 2: extra energy and time doing this.
- 29:47Speaker 1: Extra research when he could just execute.
- 29:50Speaker 2: If Kevin wants to get his finances right, he can
- 29:52Speaker 2: ask the AI, hey, what's a good financial institution I
- 29:56Speaker 2: could go to?
- 29:57Speaker 1: What's the good ratings?
- 29:58Speaker 2: What's some reviews and ratings from these different places where
- 30:01Speaker 2: I can go to. They can help me start my
- 30:03Speaker 2: money journey.
- 30:04Speaker 1: Where I can open a bank account.
- 30:05Speaker 2: You know, at the same time, you know, running the
- 30:08Speaker 2: cost of the agents still has crashed. Some of the
- 30:12Speaker 2: major models have dropped in price. When Chad GPT and
- 30:15Speaker 2: all them first came out, they wanted $ 50, $ 100 a
- 30:18Speaker 2: month for regular stuff. Now the highest models is for
- 30:22Speaker 2: the low now. Everyone is having access. And not even
- 30:24Speaker 2: just the regular models, they having these open.
- 30:29Speaker 1: These open.
- 30:31Speaker 2: AI agent boxes where you can create your own AI. Like,
- 30:35Speaker 2: not even use a cloud or a chat GPT. You
- 30:38Speaker 2: create and train your own AI on your own home
- 30:42Speaker 2: hub system. Look, in the tension, agents are getting powerful
- 30:48Speaker 2: enough to run unsupervised. But the businesses getting burned right
- 30:52Speaker 2: now are the ones who let them run without a
- 30:54Speaker 2: human checking it. So you could have the AI and
- 30:56Speaker 2: use it, but you still need that human element to
- 31:00Speaker 2: check it to make sure it's good. So even though
- 31:03Speaker 2: Kevin's case, he's not running a business.
- 31:06Speaker 1: He's just an assistant. But say Kevin had a little
- 31:09Speaker 1: gym business and stuff like that.
- 31:10Speaker 2: He has to actively go and check to make sure
- 31:13Speaker 2: it's making sure the appointments and the bookings and the
- 31:16Speaker 2: cash flow and the financials is good.
- 31:18Speaker 1: Sometimes I'm supervised.
- 31:20Speaker 2: Now the AI just brought Kevin an extra shipment of
- 31:23Speaker 2: 100 new dumbbells or something like that because it's just like, well,
- 31:26Speaker 2: we need it and we want to increase sophistication. It
- 31:30Speaker 2: was like, well, because we got this much subscriptions and
- 31:32Speaker 2: people use the dumbbells, I figured I should order more dumbbells. No, AI,
- 31:36Speaker 2: I didn't tell you to do that. So you've got
- 31:38Speaker 2: to put the restrictions on there. Going deeper into that,
- 31:42Speaker 2: you've got people in the financial world using AIs to
- 31:46Speaker 2: actually trade for them in the financial market.
- 31:49Speaker 1: No, you can't let them do that unsupervised. They will
- 31:52Speaker 1: cook your portfolio.
- 31:54Speaker 2: You give them a set budget, just like you will
- 31:58Speaker 2: give any mutual manager fund your money to manage.
- 32:05Speaker 1: You do the same thing. Hey, I got $ 1, 000.
- 32:07Speaker 2: I got $ 100. I got $ 10. Do something with that.
- 32:10Speaker 2: You give it instructions. You got to train the AI.
- 32:13Speaker 2: This is where the human element comes.
- 32:15Speaker 1: You can't just... Tell us something.
- 32:16Speaker 2: You got to repeatedly repeat the same thing over and
- 32:19Speaker 2: over and train the model to get into the rhythm.
- 32:22Speaker 1: Of what you actually wanted to do. You know?
- 32:26Speaker 2: And then for the solo entrepreneur or small brand, this
- 32:30Speaker 2: is the first time in history where you can hand
- 32:32Speaker 2: off real operational work and not just write in an
- 32:37Speaker 2: email draft. You can actually have it post the content
- 32:39Speaker 2: for you. You can actually write up a draft. Like
- 32:42Speaker 2: you say, there's a bunch of content creators out here.
- 32:45Speaker 2: You're a solo person. You're making all your content yourself.
- 32:47Speaker 2: You need clips. The AI can make clips for you
- 32:50Speaker 2: and actually post it on your different social medias. That way,
- 32:53Speaker 2: you're not burning yourself out trying to be the next
- 32:58Speaker 2: content machine on social media right now. You actually have
- 33:03Speaker 2: the capacity of a real team behind you with just
- 33:06Speaker 2: a couple agents and a couple tasks automated.
- 33:09Speaker 1: That's for the solo person.
- 33:12Speaker 2: Here's an example of A story, I was at work
- 33:17Speaker 2: one time, a lady came in, she makes music, and
- 33:19Speaker 2: she said she didn't have any money to go pay
- 33:21Speaker 2: an actual designer or developer. So she tried to use
- 33:25Speaker 2: AI to create a cover for her music. And because
- 33:29Speaker 2: it was AI, people was hating on.
- 33:31Speaker 3: Her, stuff like that.
- 33:33Speaker 1: And I told her, like, listen, that was the wrong
- 33:35Speaker 1: way to use AI. People really hate AI art. I'm
- 33:39Speaker 1: an artist, you feel me? So I'm against AI art.
- 33:41Speaker 1: You could have made something on Canva by yourself. Canva
- 33:45Speaker 1: got the AI.
- 33:46Speaker 2: Canva, that would have been better than you trying to
- 33:48Speaker 2: use a chat GPT or whatever to make your cover.
- 33:51Speaker 2: And then you could have used the AI to actually
- 33:53Speaker 2: promote your music. You didn't even have to have a cover.
- 33:56Speaker 1: You could have just put a picture of yourself.
- 33:59Speaker 2: And you know how many covers of music is just
- 34:02Speaker 2: someone just sitting somewhere just doing something.
- 34:05Speaker 1: They had a place, a restaurant. They ain't with a guitar.
- 34:11Speaker 1: What's this? A bell? Okay. You just tell him. You know,
- 34:15Speaker 1: just doing whatever.
- 34:16Speaker 2: You don't even got to make an AI photo. And
- 34:18Speaker 2: you can just use the AI to help promote your music. So,
- 34:21Speaker 2: it's different way. You know, it's more capable, more cheaper. But,
- 34:28Speaker 2: because everyone has it, what's going to be your creative
- 34:30Speaker 2: advantage for the AI? If everyone can use it to
- 34:34Speaker 2: do the same thing, what's going to be your creative advantage?
- 34:38Speaker 1: What are you going to do?
- 34:39Speaker 2: People, look, a lot of Art events I looked up
- 34:43Speaker 2: recently are banning AI art and mass-produced art. They do
- 34:46Speaker 2: not want that at these art and craft shows. It's
- 34:49Speaker 2: not real art from your actual talent.
- 34:52Speaker 1: They don't want it.
- 34:53Speaker 2: So they're already cracking down.
- 34:54Speaker 1: It's over for that.
- 34:55Speaker 2: That was just the first little phase. It's over for
- 34:58Speaker 2: the AI art generation. Now it's real for AI agentic capacity.
- 35:04Speaker 2: What are we going to do with it? It's going
- 35:06Speaker 2: to keep getting cheaper. That's my AI talk. Do your research.
- 35:12Speaker 2: See what works for you. And to make it. On
- 35:16Speaker 2: a little lighter situation. Did I talk about Highlander yet?
- 35:21Speaker 1: Yeah. So that's the Chinese company. That's actually putting the
- 35:27Speaker 1: AI data. Something.
- 35:28Speaker 2: Data centers actually in the ocean so they don't have
- 35:32Speaker 2: to use actual fresh water that's taken away from the citizens.
- 35:35Speaker 2: I know a lot of people are like, AI is bad.
- 35:37Speaker 2: It's using a lot of fresh water.
- 35:39Speaker 1: Yes, we know. They're actively working on countermeasures to do that.
- 35:44Speaker 2: Since 2023, Highlander has been actively putting AI data centers
- 35:49Speaker 2: into the water, deep ocean. 2026, they just created their
- 35:53Speaker 2: first wind turbine off the coast of Shanghai. So they
- 35:57Speaker 2: could cool down the data sensors further so they don't
- 36:00Speaker 2: have to use the natural fresh water. They understand the
- 36:03Speaker 2: consequences that's going on with the impact of something.
- 36:09Speaker 1: So they're making better use cases for the AI.
- 36:12Speaker 2: So when people actually use it, it's actually contributing back
- 36:16Speaker 2: to AI, back to society. They also got it to
- 36:20Speaker 2: where some AIs are helping produce energy Like, instead of
- 36:24Speaker 2: they taking energy, they produce it because of every time
- 36:28Speaker 2: you put a pump, they work it. It could produce, like,
- 36:30Speaker 2: a wad of energy or so. You know, so many
- 36:33Speaker 2: different capacities out here. So do y'all research.
- 36:36Speaker 3: That's fire.
- 36:37Speaker 4: You know, with the AI talk, you can always learn something,
- 36:40Speaker 4: something to implement into.
- 36:42Speaker 3: Your life, your lifestyle, you know.
- 36:44Speaker 4: And speaking of lifestyle, we're going to get right into
- 36:47Speaker 4: lifestyle and death.
- 36:49Speaker 3: And this week, we're going to be getting into the
- 36:51Speaker 3: habit detox.
- 36:53Speaker 4: You're going to be removing a lot of the bad
- 36:56Speaker 4: habits before replacing with good ones.
- 36:59Speaker 3: You feel me?
- 37:00Speaker 4: I know people will be like, man, you know, a
- 37:02Speaker 4: lot of things that people just enjoy doing, they're bad habits.
- 37:08Speaker 4: But they might look like, man, they might frown on
- 37:10Speaker 4: this moment like, man, I don't want to get a couple.
- 37:13Speaker 4: I don't want to get rid of these things that
- 37:15Speaker 4: I enjoy doing.
- 37:18Speaker 3: But just be mindful. You don't need to get rid
- 37:20Speaker 3: of everything that you're doing.
- 37:23Speaker 4: Got to get rid of the ones that's draining the
- 37:25Speaker 4: most energy out of what you're doing, you know what
- 37:28Speaker 4: I mean? So, like, if you watch a lot of
- 37:31Speaker 4: YouTube or watch a lot of Netflix and you're watching
- 37:34Speaker 4: too much hours throughout the day, that's draining too much
- 37:37Speaker 4: energy about what you're doing. Or if you're trying to
- 37:40Speaker 4: start a business and you just find yourself scrolling on
- 37:44Speaker 4: the phone or you're just doing something else that's not
- 37:46Speaker 4: the business, you probably got to stop.
- 37:49Speaker 3: Doing that, you know?
- 37:50Speaker 4: So, like, Just be mindful, you know, of these things
- 37:53Speaker 4: that's draining your energy. And another thing that can help
- 37:58Speaker 4: with this, you know, this habit detox is the identity.
- 38:03Speaker 3: You feel me?
- 38:03Speaker 4: You got to identify yourself with the behavior.
- 38:07Speaker 3: You feel me?
- 38:07Speaker 4: So if you're in a certain situation as far as
- 38:12Speaker 4: the environment, you know, you're going to definitely have a problem.
- 38:16Speaker 4: So we talk about environments. We talk about friendships. We
- 38:19Speaker 4: talk about your job. still dealing with that, you're going
- 38:23Speaker 4: to identify yourself with that. And it's going to be
- 38:25Speaker 4: just like a muscle movement. You're going to leave yourself
- 38:28Speaker 4: on autopilot where it's just like, your brain is going
- 38:31Speaker 4: to go to the fault where it's comfortable.
- 38:33Speaker 3: You feel me?
- 38:34Speaker 4: And you're going to find yourself just doing the same
- 38:37Speaker 4: thing over and over in a repeated state. You know,
- 38:40Speaker 4: so if you catch on to that, you can definitely,
- 38:44Speaker 4: you feel me, tap in. And you're going to look at,
- 38:48Speaker 4: and I always want to tell people, you know, when
- 38:50Speaker 4: you do You do start to work on those new
- 38:55Speaker 4: goals or those new habits. Don't be judging your activity
- 39:00Speaker 4: on some heavy basis. Just be mindful that, yo, you
- 39:03Speaker 4: are human. Be mindful that you got a life that
- 39:07Speaker 4: you got to handle outside of what you're trying to accomplish.
- 39:10Speaker 4: So don't be over here like, man, like looking out
- 39:14Speaker 4: for these winds and these streets. You're going to have
- 39:18Speaker 4: those times where you're like, man.
- 39:20Speaker 3: I need a break. Take that break. Be Kevin. You
- 39:24Speaker 3: feel me?
- 39:25Speaker 4: This is this is for you you feel me like
- 39:28Speaker 4: take that break be mindful of what you're doing you
- 39:31Speaker 4: know and then tap in but don't make that that
- 39:34Speaker 4: break turn into one day and then it's a.
- 39:37Speaker 1: Week and then an extended vacation and.
- 39:39Speaker 4: The next thing it's a month and now you're looking
- 39:41Speaker 4: like man do i want to start this thing don't
- 39:43Speaker 4: don't turn into that Make sure that break is a
- 39:46Speaker 4: day or two and then get right back on track.
- 39:49Speaker 3: You feel me?
- 39:49Speaker 4: That's how you're going to really, really get shit done.
- 39:53Speaker 4: And another thing is, you know, finding out the triggers
- 39:57Speaker 4: and going to where I was saying a little earlier
- 39:59Speaker 4: is your environment, you know. So those triggers is the
- 40:03Speaker 4: ones that's going to set off what you're doing.
- 40:05Speaker 3: That's a bad habit.
- 40:07Speaker 4: So if every Friday or every Saturday your boys or
- 40:12Speaker 4: your girlfriends, y'all go out, club and y'all going to
- 40:15Speaker 4: drink and y'all not really doing nothing positive but just
- 40:19Speaker 4: going to have a little entertainment and fun, that might
- 40:21Speaker 4: be something you might have to miss out on a
- 40:23Speaker 4: couple Fridays, you know, and really focus on something else.
- 40:27Speaker 4: Or if you're one of those friends that's trying to
- 40:30Speaker 4: tell people, like, oh, let's try to do something different,
- 40:34Speaker 4: that's fine. But, like, if they don't get it after
- 40:36Speaker 4: a week or two and they still want to go
- 40:39Speaker 4: out and have fun, it's time to just focus on yourself,
- 40:42Speaker 4: you know what I mean?
- 40:43Speaker 3: And get rid of those triggers. You feel me?
- 40:48Speaker 4: Now, instead of relying on your discipline, you know, the
- 40:53Speaker 4: bad habit is harder to do when it's out of
- 40:55Speaker 4: sight and out of mind. Like trying to lose weight
- 40:58Speaker 4: when you go in the gym.
- 40:59Speaker 3: You feel me?
- 41:00Speaker 4: And then if you want to lose weight, keep that
- 41:04Speaker 4: junk food out your house. Keep that junk food out
- 41:07Speaker 4: your house. That's one way to handle it. If you
- 41:10Speaker 4: want to go to that gym, keep that clothes the
- 41:13Speaker 4: clothes on your bed, you feel me, before you go
- 41:15Speaker 4: to sleep.
- 41:16Speaker 1: That's right.
- 41:17Speaker 4: Before you go to sleep, the next day when you
- 41:19Speaker 4: wake up, you see those clothes, you're like, it's time
- 41:21Speaker 4: to go to the gym, it's time to lock in.
- 41:23Speaker 4: It's just certain things that you do that the brain
- 41:26Speaker 4: just catch on to. So like, you're going to get
- 41:31Speaker 4: into some more. So now, now that we got rid
- 41:35Speaker 4: of the bad habits, let's replace them with some bad habits.
- 41:38Speaker 4: You know, this is very important right here. Replace those
- 41:41Speaker 4: bad habits with with some positive habits. Because if not,
- 41:45Speaker 4: your mind will fall back into what's comfortable and what
- 41:48Speaker 4: it's used to. You know what I mean? And it's
- 41:50Speaker 4: going to go back to doing the bad habits. And
- 41:54Speaker 4: before we do close it out, so if you do
- 41:57Speaker 4: take one thing from this segment, stop asking what's a
- 42:01Speaker 4: good habit you can start and start asking what's one
- 42:05Speaker 4: habit that you can look at that's draining your energy
- 42:09Speaker 4: every day.
- 42:09Speaker 3: You know what I mean?
- 42:11Speaker 4: Look at one habit that's draining your energy every day
- 42:14Speaker 4: where it's like, man, if I stop doing this thing
- 42:17Speaker 4: right here, I could accomplish this over here.
- 42:20Speaker 3: I'll apply this energy over here.
- 42:22Speaker 4: So don't be so quick to start something before stopping something.
- 42:27Speaker 4: So this is lifestyle in depth.
- 42:32Speaker 3: People, you know, get in depth with your life.
- 42:34Speaker 4: I'm going to be dropping jewels and all that for y'all.
- 42:37Speaker 3: You feel me?
- 42:38Speaker 1: Yes, indeed.
- 42:39Speaker 4: It's the habit detox. So just be mindful of that.
- 42:43Speaker 4: Lifestyle in depth.
- 42:45Speaker 1: It's your man Shoot the Artist.
- 42:47Speaker 3: No face bro.
- 42:48Speaker 1: And this is minus the distraction.
