- Jessica Figueroa: Hello everyone. I have quite the quote for you today coming from the Stoics. And this quote says, wherever you go, there you are. I love this one. Wherever you go, there you are. there's also one that this makes me think of says, you are not a tree. If you don't like where you are, move. So sometimes the problem is wherever we go, there we are. Because when we are the problem and we move, we are still the problem. Do we know the areas of life that we are the problem? I know I am a chatty person. I love talking. I love people. I know that sometimes I can take up all the oxygen in a room. I can demand all the attention in a room. And I have to actively work on sharing that with. The others in the room, because just because someone's not as loud or boisterous as me doesn't mean they're not some of my friends, most of my friends are very quiet people because I'm so loud, but they are all so, so funny. I love to laugh and I have the funniest friends, but they are often very quiet. And if I don't stop talking, they don't get an opportunity to express themselves. So what about you keeps following you wherever you go? Are you negative? Are you over positive? Is that too much? Everyone's like, my gosh. And can you be over too over positive? Well, you can be if it's not authentic, right? If you're just being Susie Sunshine and not being authentically a positive person. Are you negative? Are you the one that's always complaining about money? Are you always complaining about your health? Are you always, what are you? What is following you around? Do you talk too much? Do you talk too little? are you a hypocrite in areas? And everyone knows it, but no one can tell you. Because remember, wherever you go, There you are. So you are following yourself around. And what about yourself would you not want following you? And remember, everyone else has to be around us too. So guys, just for today, let's think about the us that's following ourselves around that maybe we're ready to shed. Have a great day, guys.
