  Speaker: What do we have?
• 0:13
Speaker: We have this moment we are sharing.
• 0:17
Speaker: It is for both of us the most important moment of our lives.
• 0:23
Speaker: It represents the continuity between the past and our future.
• 0:30
Speaker: It is when we are alive.
• 0:34
Speaker: Thinking about this concept of time, how it has flown for billions upon billions of years.
• 0:45
Speaker: Thinking about one's own body, one's own DNA, that which has made up our body.
• 0:54
Speaker: How old is one's DNA?
• 0:58
Speaker: It is also billions of years old.
• 1:01
Speaker: Remembering whom we are, putting seeds in our minds, which we can nourish all day through our remembering, our memory, our repetition of a sense of awareness of our bodily functions, our breath, our respiratory process, our heart, our circulatory vascularization of oxygen laden blood to every corner, every dead end in our bodies, and return the same blood back again to be discharged of its carbon dioxide in one's lungs and recharged at the same instant a new delivery of oxygen.
• 2:11
Speaker: We are feeding all the time twenty-four hours every day, being present in one's own body, feeling whatever you're feeling right now, a myriad of things, if we name a few ones heat, the sense of one's breathing, the sense of one's largest organ, your skin, feeling breezes, clothing, items in contact with being, with a growing smile of recognition, curiosity as to what we're doing, what we're accomplishing, focusing, concentrating upon virtue, positive improvement, mindfulness, meditation.
• 3:28
  Speaker: It is all day.
• 3:31
Speaker: It is in a moment one is in meditation or not.
• 3:35
Speaker: Therefore, even several moments, one, two, three, can be as valuable as a whole day being in meditation.
• 3:51
Speaker: It is the same in this moment now, or this one.
• 4:00
Speaker: Flowing in one's own recognition of the slippery, sliding nature of our reality, of our recognition, of our reception of what's going on.
• 4:15
Speaker: It is unique to each of us, number one, right?
• 4:18
Speaker: But number two, that we even have it.
• 4:21
Speaker: What do we think we are?
• 4:31
Speaker: Humbled by our perception, by an expanded awareness, this heightened receptivity, this accepting of the unknown, of unforeseen consequences and results, and virtue, making best efforts to improve, to become more vital in one's daily activity, thinking, being moments, playing with one's curiosity, smiling inside, outside.
• 5:33
Speaker: Remember the value of a hum.
• 5:42
Speaker: When you hear me hum, there's a reason why I'm doing it.
• 5:47
Speaker: Deep in my chest cavity, I feel the vibration of what's going on there from this noise emanating from my mouth area.
• 6:05
Speaker: Feeling it in your own self and making this sound also loud enough that one hears it with one's ears and also feels it in one's chest.
• 6:21
Speaker: What do you think we really are?
• 6:33
Speaker: We are bundles of energy.
• 6:38
Speaker: We are bundles of miracles.
• 6:41
Speaker: And we are humbled here together in realization of the majesty of creation, of God, of godliness, of everything.
• 6:54
Speaker: For everything is not only created of but joined by the creative energy of this so-called explosion fourteen billion years ago.
• 7:08
Speaker: We are made of the same thing.
• 7:12
Speaker: And it is an interesting proposition to entertain, to finding a sense of remembering of this factoid, often allowing oneself to have a wider perception, a wider goal of ideas and considerations, viewpoints, opportunities to comprehend and understand, feeling deeply inside one's glowing, being alive.
• 8:10
Speaker: Occurring from just what seemingly are simple processes, yet are incredibly efficient and evolutionary in nature.
• 8:29
Speaker: There's no grand fire, bonfire to have us witness.
• 8:40
Speaker: It is the quiet activity of these processes of breathing and pulsing, smooth, efficient, fluid, calm, peaceful, evolved over millions and millions of years.
• 9:10
Speaker: And what do we have to say for all of this?
• 9:17
  Speaker: Thank you.
• 9:21
Speaker: I am appreciative of this opportunity, is a wonderful beginning.
• 9:33
Speaker: I am humbled by this opportunity, is a wonderful way to elicit awe in one's own being.
• 9:53
Speaker: And this is okay too.
• 9:57
Speaker: This is a good thing to feel.
• 9:59
Speaker: A sense of humility, a sense of awe, a sense of appreciation of the grandeur of creation, of us having this good opportunity to exist at all.
• 10:20
Speaker: The music continues for another minute.
• 10:24
Speaker: Together, this is more than one hundred thousand times Pick and choose, positive energy to remember, to remember to be positive, Namaste.
