  Hey,
• 0:16
  girl.
• 0:16
  Hey.
• 0:16
  Welcome
• 0:17
  back
• 0:17
  to
• 0:17
  Notes
• 0:17
  to
• 0:17
  her,
• 0:17
  the
• 0:18
  daily
• 0:18
  pep
• 0:18
  talk.
• 0:18
  I'm
• 0:19
  Yaya,
• 0:19
  your
• 0:19
  confidence
• 0:20
  and
• 0:20
  mindset
• 0:20
  coach,
• 0:21
  here
• 0:21
  to
• 0:21
  tell
• 0:21
  you
• 0:21
  the
• 0:21
  truth
• 0:22
  about
• 0:22
  confidence
• 0:23
  that
• 0:23
  nobody
• 0:23
  talks
• 0:24
  about
• 0:24
  enough.
• 0:25
  So
• 0:25
  lately
• 0:26
  I've
• 0:26
  been
• 0:26
  thinking
• 0:26
  about
• 0:26
  the
• 0:27
  past
• 0:27
  a
• 0:27
  lot.
• 0:28
  About
• 0:28
  how
• 0:28
  my
• 0:28
  business
• 0:29
  started,
• 0:30
  about
• 0:30
  the
• 0:30
  woman
• 0:31
  that
• 0:31
  I
• 0:31
  was
• 0:31
  when
• 0:31
  I
• 0:32
  first
• 0:32
  decided
• 0:32
  to
• 0:32
  do
• 0:33
  this,
• 0:33
  Before
• 0:34
  I
• 0:34
  had
• 0:34
  a
• 0:34
  plan,
• 0:35
  before
• 0:35
  I
• 0:35
  had
• 0:35
  a
• 0:35
  roadmap,
• 0:36
  before
• 0:36
  I
• 0:36
  had
• 0:37
  any
• 0:37
  idea
• 0:37
  of
• 0:38
  how
• 0:38
  it
• 0:38
  was
• 0:38
  all
• 0:38
  going
• 0:39
  to
• 0:39
  come
• 0:39
  together.
• 0:40
  And
• 0:40
  thinking
• 0:40
  about
• 0:41
  that
• 0:41
  really
• 0:42
  led
• 0:42
  me
• 0:42
  to
• 0:42
  something
• 0:43
  else.
• 0:43
  It
• 0:44
  led
• 0:44
  me
• 0:44
  to
• 0:44
  thinking
• 0:45
  about
• 0:45
  women
• 0:45
  that
• 0:45
  I
• 0:46
  know,
• 0:46
  the
• 0:47
  ones
• 0:47
  in
• 0:47
  my
• 0:47
  life,
• 0:48
  in
• 0:48
  my
• 0:48
  community.
• 0:49
  Women
• 0:49
  just
• 0:50
  like
• 0:50
  you,
• 0:50
  who
• 0:50
  are
• 0:50
  capable
• 0:51
  and
• 0:51
  smart
• 0:52
  and
• 0:52
  talented,
• 0:53
  with
• 0:53
  so
• 0:54
  much
• 0:54
  to
• 0:54
  offer
• 0:54
  the
• 0:55
  world.
• 0:55
  And
• 0:56
  yet
• 0:56
  they're
• 0:56
  holding
• 0:56
  back.
• 0:57
  Not
• 0:57
  because
• 0:58
  they
• 0:58
  don't
• 0:58
  have
• 0:58
  what
• 0:58
  it
• 0:59
  takes,
• 0:59
  but
• 0:59
  because
• 0:59
  they're
• 1:00
  waiting.
• 1:00
  Waiting
• 1:01
  for
• 1:01
  the
• 1:01
  perfect
• 1:01
  moment.
• 1:02
  Waiting
• 1:03
  for
• 1:03
  everything
• 1:03
  to
• 1:03
  line
• 1:04
  up.
• 1:04
  Waiting
• 1:05
  until
• 1:05
  they
• 1:05
  feel
• 1:05
  ready,
• 1:06
  until
• 1:06
  they
• 1:06
  know
• 1:07
  more,
• 1:07
  until
• 1:08
  the
• 1:08
  fear
• 1:08
  quiets
• 1:09
  down
• 1:10
  just
• 1:10
  enough
• 1:10
  for
• 1:11
  them
• 1:11
  to
• 1:11
  finally
• 1:11
  move.
• 1:12
  The
• 1:12
  I'll
• 1:13
  do
• 1:13
  it
• 1:13
  when
• 1:15
  you
• 1:15
  know
• 1:15
  that
• 1:15
  phrase,
• 1:16
  maybe
• 1:16
  you
• 1:16
  said
• 1:16
  it
• 1:17
  yourself.
• 1:17
  I
• 1:17
  know
• 1:17
  I
• 1:18
  used
• 1:18
  to
• 1:18
  say
• 1:18
  it
• 1:18
  all
• 1:19
  the
• 1:19
  time.
• 1:19
  Like
• 1:19
  I'll
• 1:20
  do
• 1:20
  it
• 1:20
  when
• 1:20
  the
• 1:20
  kids
• 1:20
  are
• 1:20
  older,
• 1:21
  when
• 1:21
  I
• 1:21
  save
• 1:21
  enough
• 1:22
  money,
• 1:22
  when
• 1:22
  I
• 1:22
  lose
• 1:23
  weight,
• 1:23
  when
• 1:23
  I
• 1:23
  feel
• 1:24
  more
• 1:24
  confident,
• 1:25
  when
• 1:25
  I
• 1:25
  finally
• 1:25
  have
• 1:26
  it
• 1:26
  all
• 1:26
  figured
• 1:26
  out.
• 1:27
  But
• 1:27
  here's
• 1:28
  what
• 1:28
  I
• 1:28
  do
• 1:28
  know
• 1:28
  from
• 1:29
  experience.
• 1:30
  That
• 1:30
  moment
• 1:31
  is
• 1:31
  not
• 1:31
  coming
• 1:32
  in
• 1:32
  the
• 1:32
  way
• 1:32
  that
• 1:32
  you
• 1:32
  think
• 1:33
  it
• 1:33
  is.
• 1:34
  And
• 1:34
  the
• 1:34
  women
• 1:34
  who
• 1:35
  are
• 1:35
  out
• 1:35
  here
• 1:35
  doing
• 1:35
  the
• 1:36
  thing,
• 1:36
  building
• 1:37
  the
• 1:37
  life,
• 1:37
  chasing
• 1:38
  the
• 1:38
  dream,
• 1:38
  stepping
• 1:39
  into
• 1:39
  who
• 1:39
  they
• 1:39
  were
• 1:40
  always
• 1:40
  meant
• 1:40
  to
• 1:40
  be,
• 1:41
  they
• 1:41
  didn't
• 1:42
  wait
• 1:42
  for
• 1:42
  it
• 1:42
  either.
• 1:43
  They
• 1:43
  just
• 1:43
  started,
• 1:44
  figured
• 1:44
  it
• 1:44
  out
• 1:45
  as
• 1:45
  they
• 1:45
  went,
• 1:46
  trusted
• 1:46
  themselves
• 1:47
  before
• 1:47
  they
• 1:47
  had
• 1:48
  all
• 1:48
  the
• 1:48
  answers.
• 1:49
  That's
• 1:50
  what
• 1:50
  today's
• 1:50
  note
• 1:51
  is
• 1:51
  all
• 1:51
  about.
• 2:02
  Now
• 2:03
  let's
• 2:03
  talk
• 2:03
  about
• 2:03
  the
• 2:03
  image
• 2:04
  that
• 2:04
  some
• 2:04
  have
• 2:05
  of
• 2:05
  the
• 2:05
  confident
• 2:05
  woman.
• 2:06
  She
• 2:07
  walks
• 2:07
  into
• 2:07
  the
• 2:07
  room
• 2:08
  like
• 2:08
  she
• 2:08
  owns
• 2:08
  it.
• 2:09
  She
• 2:09
  speaks
• 2:09
  without
• 2:10
  hesitating.
• 2:11
  She
• 2:11
  makes
• 2:12
  decisions
• 2:12
  without
• 2:12
  second
• 2:13
  guessing
• 2:13
  herself.
• 2:14
  She
• 2:14
  has
• 2:14
  a
• 2:15
  plan.
• 2:15
  She
• 2:15
  has
• 2:16
  a
• 2:16
  vision.
• 2:16
  She
• 2:17
  has
• 2:17
  it
• 2:17
  all
• 2:17
  together.
• 2:18
  She's
• 2:19
  never,
• 2:20
  not
• 2:20
  once,
• 2:21
  feeling
• 2:21
  lost
• 2:22
  or
• 2:22
  uncertain
• 2:23
  or
• 2:23
  like
• 2:23
  she
• 2:24
  has
• 2:24
  absolutely
• 2:24
  no
• 2:25
  idea
• 2:25
  what
• 2:25
  she's
• 2:25
  doing.
• 2:26
  That's
• 2:27
  the
• 2:27
  version
• 2:27
  that
• 2:27
  we
• 2:28
  see.
• 2:28
  That's
• 2:29
  the
• 2:29
  version
• 2:29
  that
• 2:29
  we
• 2:30
  compare
• 2:30
  ourselves
• 2:30
  to.
• 2:31
  And
• 2:31
  that's
• 2:31
  the
• 2:31
  version
• 2:32
  we
• 2:32
  tell
• 2:32
  ourselves
• 2:33
  that
• 2:33
  we
• 2:33
  have
• 2:33
  to
• 2:33
  be
• 2:33
  before
• 2:34
  we
• 2:34
  can
• 2:34
  start.
• 2:36
  And
• 2:36
  that
• 2:36
  version,
• 2:37
  it's
• 2:37
  a
• 2:38
  myth.
• 2:38
  The
• 2:39
  confident
• 2:39
  woman
• 2:39
  is
• 2:40
  not
• 2:40
  the
• 2:40
  woman
• 2:40
  who
• 2:40
  has
• 2:41
  all
• 2:41
  the
• 2:41
  answers.
• 2:42
  She
• 2:42
  is
• 2:42
  the
• 2:42
  woman
• 2:42
  who
• 2:43
  trusts
• 2:43
  herself
• 2:43
  enough
• 2:44
  to
• 2:44
  move
• 2:45
  without
• 2:45
  them.
• 2:46
  She
• 2:47
  is
• 2:47
  the
• 2:47
  woman
• 2:47
  who
• 2:47
  says,
• 2:48
  I
• 2:48
  don't
• 2:48
  know
• 2:48
  exactly
• 2:49
  how
• 2:49
  this
• 2:49
  is
• 2:49
  going
• 2:49
  to
• 2:49
  go,
• 2:50
  but
• 2:50
  I
• 2:50
  know
• 2:50
  I
• 2:51
  have
• 2:51
  what
• 2:51
  it
• 2:51
  takes
• 2:52
  to
• 2:52
  figure
• 2:52
  it
• 2:52
  out.
• 2:52
  As
• 2:53
  I
• 2:53
  Go.
• 2:54
  That's
• 2:55
  it.
• 2:55
  That's
• 2:56
  the
• 2:56
  whole
• 2:57
  thing.
• 2:58
  Confidence
• 2:59
  isn't
• 2:59
  about
• 2:59
  certainty.
• 3:01
  Confidence
• 3:01
  is
• 3:01
  trust.
• 3:03
  Trust
• 3:03
  in
• 3:03
  yourself.
• 3:04
  Trust
• 3:04
  in
• 3:05
  your
• 3:05
  ability
• 3:05
  to
• 3:06
  figure
• 3:06
  it
• 3:06
  out.
• 3:07
  Trust
• 3:07
  in
• 3:07
  your
• 3:08
  worth,
• 3:08
  regardless
• 3:09
  of
• 3:09
  the
• 3:09
  outcome.
• 3:11
  And
• 3:11
  I
• 3:11
  know
• 3:11
  this
• 3:12
  not
• 3:12
  because
• 3:12
  I've
• 3:12
  read
• 3:12
  it
• 3:12
  somewhere,
• 3:13
  but
• 3:13
  because
• 3:13
  I
• 3:14
  have
• 3:14
  actually
• 3:14
  lived
• 3:15
  it.
• 3:17
  So
• 3:17
  I
• 3:17
  want
• 3:17
  to
• 3:17
  take
• 3:17
  you
• 3:18
  back
• 3:18
  to
• 3:18
  a
• 3:18
  season
• 3:18
  in
• 3:19
  my
• 3:19
  life
• 3:19
  where
• 3:19
  I
• 3:19
  hit
• 3:20
  rock
• 3:20
  bottom.
• 3:21
  And
• 3:21
  I
• 3:22
  mean
• 3:22
  that
• 3:22
  not
• 3:22
  as
• 3:23
  a
• 3:23
  figure
• 3:23
  of
• 3:23
  speech
• 3:24
  and
• 3:24
  not
• 3:24
  as
• 3:24
  a
• 3:24
  dramatic
• 3:25
  opener.
• 3:25
  I
• 3:26
  mean,
• 3:26
  the
• 3:26
  lowest
• 3:26
  point
• 3:27
  in
• 3:27
  my
• 3:27
  life,
• 3:28
  that.
• 3:28
  The
• 3:28
  kind
• 3:28
  of
• 3:28
  low
• 3:29
  where
• 3:29
  you
• 3:29
  don't
• 3:29
  recognize
• 3:30
  yourself
• 3:30
  anymore.
• 3:31
  Where
• 3:31
  you
• 3:32
  look
• 3:32
  in
• 3:32
  the
• 3:32
  mirror
• 3:32
  and
• 3:33
  the
• 3:33
  woman
• 3:33
  that's
• 3:33
  looking
• 3:33
  back
• 3:34
  at
• 3:34
  you
• 3:34
  doesn't
• 3:34
  feel
• 3:35
  like
• 3:35
  you.
• 3:36
  Where
• 3:36
  confidence
• 3:37
  feels
• 3:37
  like
• 3:37
  something
• 3:38
  other
• 3:38
  people
• 3:38
  have,
• 3:39
  something
• 3:40
  you
• 3:40
  used
• 3:40
  to
• 3:40
  have.
• 3:41
  Something
• 3:41
  so
• 3:41
  far
• 3:42
  away
• 3:42
  that
• 3:42
  you
• 3:42
  can
• 3:42
  barely
• 3:43
  remember
• 3:43
  what
• 3:44
  it
• 3:44
  felt
• 3:44
  like.
• 3:45
  I
• 3:46
  had
• 3:46
  lost
• 3:46
  myself.
• 3:47
  My
• 3:47
  confidence,
• 3:48
  my
• 3:49
  sense
• 3:49
  of
• 3:49
  who
• 3:49
  I
• 3:49
  was
• 3:50
  and
• 3:50
  what
• 3:50
  I
• 3:50
  was
• 3:51
  worth.
• 3:51
  And
• 3:52
  I
• 3:52
  had
• 3:52
  to
• 3:52
  rebuild.
• 3:53
  Not
• 3:53
  overnight,
• 3:54
  not
• 3:55
  perfectly,
• 3:56
  but
• 3:56
  piece
• 3:57
  by
• 3:57
  piece,
• 3:58
  decision
• 3:58
  by
• 3:59
  decision.
• 3:59
  And
• 4:00
  I
• 4:00
  started
• 4:00
  to
• 4:00
  find
• 4:01
  my
• 4:01
  way
• 4:01
  back
• 4:01
  to
• 4:01
  myself.
• 4:02
  I
• 4:03
  started
• 4:03
  to
• 4:03
  remember
• 4:03
  who
• 4:04
  I
• 4:04
  was
• 4:04
  before
• 4:04
  life
• 4:05
  knocked
• 4:05
  me
• 4:05
  down.
• 4:06
  And
• 4:06
  I
• 4:07
  started
• 4:07
  building
• 4:07
  a
• 4:07
  confidence
• 4:08
  that
• 4:08
  wasn't
• 4:08
  borrowed
• 4:09
  from
• 4:09
  a
• 4:09
  title
• 4:09
  or
• 4:10
  a
• 4:10
  relationship
• 4:11
  or
• 4:11
  somebody
• 4:11
  else's
• 4:12
  opinion
• 4:12
  of
• 4:12
  me,
• 4:12
  but
• 4:13
  one
• 4:13
  that
• 4:13
  was
• 4:13
  mine,
• 4:14
  that
• 4:15
  lived
• 4:15
  in
• 4:15
  my
• 4:15
  bones,
• 4:16
  that
• 4:16
  nobody
• 4:17
  could
• 4:17
  take
• 4:17
  away.
• 4:19
  And
• 4:19
  somewhere
• 4:20
  in
• 4:20
  that
• 4:20
  process,
• 4:21
  something
• 4:22
  shifted.
• 4:23
  I
• 4:23
  realized
• 4:24
  that
• 4:24
  what
• 4:24
  I
• 4:24
  had
• 4:24
  been
• 4:24
  through,
• 4:25
  the
• 4:25
  rock
• 4:25
  bottom,
• 4:26
  the
• 4:26
  rebuild,
• 4:27
  the
• 4:27
  journey
• 4:27
  back
• 4:28
  to
• 4:28
  myself,
• 4:28
  was
• 4:29
  something
• 4:29
  that
• 4:29
  other
• 4:29
  women
• 4:30
  were
• 4:30
  going
• 4:30
  through
• 4:30
  too.
• 4:31
  Every
• 4:32
  day,
• 4:33
  quietly,
• 4:34
  alone,
• 4:35
  wondering
• 4:36
  if
• 4:36
  they
• 4:36
  were
• 4:36
  the
• 4:36
  only
• 4:36
  ones
• 4:37
  who
• 4:37
  felt
• 4:37
  this
• 4:37
  loss,
• 4:38
  this
• 4:38
  unsure,
• 4:39
  this
• 4:39
  far
• 4:40
  from
• 4:40
  the
• 4:40
  woman
• 4:40
  they
• 4:40
  knew
• 4:41
  that
• 4:41
  they
• 4:41
  were
• 4:41
  supposed
• 4:41
  to
• 4:41
  be.
• 4:42
  And
• 4:42
  I
• 4:42
  knew
• 4:43
  that
• 4:43
  I
• 4:43
  could
• 4:43
  help.
• 4:44
  Not
• 4:45
  because
• 4:45
  I
• 4:45
  had
• 4:45
  certifications
• 4:46
  in
• 4:46
  coaching,
• 4:47
  not
• 4:47
  because
• 4:47
  I
• 4:47
  had
• 4:47
  built
• 4:48
  a
• 4:48
  coaching
• 4:48
  business
• 4:48
  before.
• 4:49
  Because
• 4:49
  truthfully,
• 4:50
  although
• 4:50
  I
• 4:51
  had
• 4:51
  businesses
• 4:52
  before,
• 4:52
  they
• 4:53
  were
• 4:53
  product
• 4:53
  based
• 4:54
  businesses,
• 4:55
  completely
• 4:55
  different
• 4:56
  from
• 4:56
  offering
• 4:56
  a
• 4:56
  service.
• 4:57
  So
• 4:57
  I
• 4:57
  had
• 4:57
  never
• 4:57
  done
• 4:58
  anything
• 4:58
  like
• 4:58
  this
• 4:59
  before.
• 5:00
  But
• 5:00
  I
• 5:00
  had
• 5:00
  something
• 5:01
  more
• 5:01
  important
• 5:01
  than
• 5:01
  a
• 5:02
  roadmap.
• 5:03
  I
• 5:03
  had
• 5:04
  lived
• 5:04
  experience.
• 5:05
  I
• 5:05
  had
• 5:05
  walked
• 5:06
  through
• 5:06
  the
• 5:06
  fire
• 5:06
  and
• 5:07
  come
• 5:07
  out
• 5:07
  on
• 5:07
  the
• 5:07
  other
• 5:08
  side.
• 5:08
  I
• 5:09
  had
• 5:09
  rebuilt
• 5:09
  my
• 5:09
  confidence
• 5:10
  from
• 5:10
  nothing.
• 5:10
  And
• 5:11
  I
• 5:11
  knew
• 5:11
  exactly
• 5:11
  what
• 5:12
  that
• 5:12
  journey
• 5:12
  looked
• 5:13
  like.
• 5:13
  And
• 5:13
  I
• 5:14
  care,
• 5:14
  like
• 5:14
  deeply
• 5:15
  care
• 5:16
  about
• 5:16
  helping
• 5:17
  other
• 5:17
  women
• 5:18
  do
• 5:18
  the
• 5:18
  same.
• 5:19
  So
• 5:19
  I
• 5:19
  started
• 5:20
  without
• 5:21
  having
• 5:21
  it
• 5:21
  all
• 5:21
  figured
• 5:22
  out,
• 5:22
  without
• 5:23
  knowing
• 5:23
  exactly
• 5:24
  what
• 5:24
  it
• 5:25
  would
• 5:25
  look
• 5:25
  like,
• 5:25
  whether
• 5:26
  it
• 5:26
  would
• 5:26
  work,
• 5:27
  or
• 5:27
  whether
• 5:27
  anybody
• 5:28
  would
• 5:28
  even
• 5:28
  listen.
• 5:29
  I
• 5:29
  just
• 5:29
  started
• 5:30
  and
• 5:30
  I
• 5:30
  remember
• 5:31
  telling
• 5:31
  myself,
• 5:31
  we
• 5:32
  are
• 5:32
  going
• 5:32
  to
• 5:32
  figure
• 5:32
  this
• 5:32
  out
• 5:32
  as
• 5:33
  we
• 5:33
  go.
• 5:33
  We're
• 5:33
  going
• 5:33
  to
• 5:34
  make
• 5:34
  it
• 5:34
  work
• 5:34
  and
• 5:34
  we're
• 5:35
  going
• 5:35
  to
• 5:35
  make
• 5:35
  it
• 5:35
  happen.
• 5:37
  And
• 5:37
  that
• 5:37
  right
• 5:37
  there,
• 5:39
  that
• 5:39
  decision
• 5:39
  to
• 5:40
  start
• 5:40
  before
• 5:40
  I
• 5:40
  was
• 5:41
  ready
• 5:41
  to
• 5:41
  trust
• 5:41
  myself,
• 5:42
  before
• 5:42
  I
• 5:42
  had
• 5:42
  all
• 5:42
  the
• 5:43
  answers
• 5:43
  to
• 5:44
  bet
• 5:44
  on
• 5:44
  what
• 5:44
  I
• 5:44
  had
• 5:44
  to
• 5:45
  offer
• 5:45
  when
• 5:45
  I
• 5:46
  couldn't
• 5:46
  see
• 5:46
  the
• 5:46
  whole
• 5:46
  road.
• 5:47
  That
• 5:48
  was
• 5:48
  confidence,
• 5:49
  not
• 5:50
  certainty.
• 5:51
  Confidence.
• 5:53
  Now,
• 5:53
  the
• 5:53
  moment
• 5:54
  that
• 5:54
  you're
• 5:54
  waiting
• 5:54
  for,
• 5:55
  the
• 5:55
  one
• 5:55
  where
• 5:55
  you
• 5:56
  feel
• 5:56
  ready,
• 5:56
  where
• 5:56
  you
• 5:57
  have
• 5:57
  it
• 5:57
  all
• 5:57
  figured
• 5:58
  out,
• 5:58
  where
• 5:58
  fear
• 5:59
  is
• 5:59
  gone,
• 6:00
  the
• 6:00
  path
• 6:00
  is
• 6:00
  clear.
• 6:01
  Everything
• 6:02
  lines
• 6:02
  up
• 6:02
  perfectly
• 6:03
  before
• 6:03
  you
• 6:04
  take
• 6:04
  the
• 6:04
  first
• 6:04
  step.
• 6:06
  That
• 6:06
  moment's
• 6:06
  not
• 6:06
  come
• 6:07
  and
• 6:07
  go.
• 6:07
  It
• 6:08
  does
• 6:08
  not
• 6:08
  exist.
• 6:10
  And
• 6:10
  every
• 6:10
  day
• 6:11
  that
• 6:11
  you
• 6:11
  wait
• 6:11
  for
• 6:11
  is
• 6:12
  a
• 6:12
  day
• 6:12
  that
• 6:12
  you
• 6:12
  are
• 6:13
  giving
• 6:13
  away
• 6:14
  the
• 6:14
  version
• 6:14
  of
• 6:14
  your
• 6:15
  life
• 6:15
  that
• 6:16
  is
• 6:16
  smaller
• 6:16
  than
• 6:17
  you
• 6:17
  were
• 6:17
  made
• 6:17
  for.
• 6:19
  Because
• 6:19
  the
• 6:20
  truth
• 6:20
  is,
• 6:21
  just
• 6:22
  about
• 6:22
  every
• 6:22
  woman
• 6:22
  who
• 6:23
  has
• 6:23
  done
• 6:23
  something
• 6:23
  great,
• 6:24
  something
• 6:24
  bold,
• 6:24
  something
• 6:25
  that
• 6:25
  scared
• 6:25
  her,
• 6:26
  something
• 6:26
  that
• 6:26
  stretched
• 6:26
  her
• 6:27
  and
• 6:27
  changed
• 6:27
  her
• 6:27
  life,
• 6:28
  she
• 6:28
  didn't
• 6:28
  have
• 6:28
  it
• 6:29
  all
• 6:29
  figured
• 6:29
  out
• 6:29
  either.
• 6:30
  The
• 6:30
  woman
• 6:31
  who
• 6:31
  moved
• 6:31
  to
• 6:31
  a
• 6:31
  new
• 6:31
  city
• 6:32
  or
• 6:32
  country
• 6:32
  alone,
• 6:33
  she
• 6:33
  didn't
• 6:33
  know
• 6:33
  how
• 6:34
  it
• 6:34
  would
• 6:34
  go.
• 6:34
  She
• 6:35
  just
• 6:35
  trusted
• 6:35
  herself
• 6:36
  enough
• 6:36
  to
• 6:36
  go.
• 6:37
  The
• 6:38
  woman
• 6:38
  who
• 6:38
  left
• 6:38
  a
• 6:39
  relationship
• 6:39
  that
• 6:39
  wasn't
• 6:39
  right.
• 6:40
  She
• 6:41
  didn't
• 6:41
  know
• 6:41
  what
• 6:41
  was
• 6:41
  on
• 6:41
  the
• 6:41
  other
• 6:42
  side.
• 6:42
  She
• 6:42
  just
• 6:42
  knew
• 6:43
  that
• 6:43
  she
• 6:43
  deserved
• 6:43
  more.
• 6:44
  And
• 6:44
  she
• 6:44
  believed
• 6:45
  herself.
• 6:46
  The
• 6:46
  woman
• 6:46
  who
• 6:46
  started
• 6:47
  the
• 6:47
  business,
• 6:47
  invented
• 6:48
  the
• 6:48
  thing,
• 6:49
  created
• 6:49
  the
• 6:49
  life
• 6:50
  she
• 6:50
  had
• 6:50
  been
• 6:50
  dreaming
• 6:50
  about.
• 6:51
  She
• 6:51
  didn't
• 6:52
  have
• 6:52
  a
• 6:52
  guarantee.
• 6:53
  She
• 6:53
  had
• 6:54
  confidence
• 6:54
  in
• 6:55
  herself
• 6:56
  and
• 6:56
  in
• 6:56
  what
• 6:56
  she
• 6:56
  had
• 6:57
  to
• 6:57
  offer
• 6:57
  and
• 6:58
  her
• 6:58
  ability
• 6:58
  to
• 6:58
  figure
• 6:59
  it
• 6:59
  out
• 6:59
  as
• 6:59
  she
• 7:00
  went.
• 7:01
  And
• 7:01
  that's
• 7:01
  what
• 7:01
  I
• 7:01
  want
• 7:02
  for
• 7:02
  you.
• 7:02
  Not
• 7:03
  certainty.
• 7:04
  Confidence.
• 7:05
  Because
• 7:05
  certainty
• 7:06
  is
• 7:06
  a
• 7:06
  lie
• 7:06
  we
• 7:06
  tell
• 7:06
  ourselves
• 7:07
  just
• 7:07
  to
• 7:07
  justify
• 7:08
  staying
• 7:08
  comfortable.
• 7:09
  Certainty
• 7:09
  says,
• 7:10
  I'll
• 7:10
  start
• 7:10
  when
• 7:11
  I
• 7:11
  know
• 7:11
  it'll
• 7:11
  work.
• 7:12
  And
• 7:12
  nothing,
• 7:13
  nothing
• 7:14
  works
• 7:14
  that
• 7:15
  way.
• 7:15
  But
• 7:16
  confidence.
• 7:16
  Confidence
• 7:17
  says,
• 7:17
  I
• 7:17
  don't
• 7:17
  know
• 7:18
  where
• 7:18
  this
• 7:18
  is
• 7:18
  going
• 7:18
  to
• 7:18
  go,
• 7:19
  and
• 7:19
  I'm
• 7:19
  going
• 7:19
  to
• 7:19
  go
• 7:19
  anyway.
• 7:20
  Because
• 7:21
  I
• 7:21
  trust
• 7:21
  myself.
• 7:21
  Because
• 7:22
  I
• 7:22
  believe
• 7:22
  in
• 7:22
  what
• 7:22
  I
• 7:23
  have
• 7:23
  to
• 7:23
  offer.
• 7:24
  Because
• 7:24
  staying
• 7:24
  small
• 7:25
  is
• 7:25
  no
• 7:25
  longer
• 7:26
  an
• 7:26
  option
• 7:26
  I
• 7:26
  am
• 7:27
  willing
• 7:27
  to
• 7:27
  choose.
• 7:29
  Now,
• 7:29
  listen,
• 7:30
  this
• 7:30
  note
• 7:30
  isn't
• 7:31
  about
• 7:31
  starting
• 7:31
  a
• 7:31
  business.
• 7:32
  It's
• 7:32
  not
• 7:32
  about
• 7:33
  a
• 7:33
  career
• 7:33
  move
• 7:33
  or
• 7:34
  a
• 7:34
  job
• 7:34
  opportunity.
• 7:35
  This
• 7:35
  is
• 7:36
  about
• 7:36
  anything
• 7:37
  that
• 7:37
  you
• 7:37
  have
• 7:37
  been
• 7:38
  dreaming
• 7:38
  of,
• 7:39
  anything
• 7:40
  that
• 7:40
  you've
• 7:40
  been
• 7:40
  telling
• 7:40
  yourself,
• 7:41
  I'll
• 7:41
  do
• 7:41
  it
• 7:41
  later.
• 7:42
  Maybe
• 7:42
  someday,
• 7:43
  when
• 7:44
  I'm
• 7:44
  more
• 7:44
  ready,
• 7:44
  when
• 7:45
  I
• 7:45
  know
• 7:45
  more,
• 7:46
  when
• 7:46
  the
• 7:46
  timing
• 7:47
  is
• 7:47
  better.
• 7:48
  Maybe
• 7:49
  it's
• 7:49
  moving
• 7:49
  to
• 7:49
  another
• 7:50
  country,
• 7:51
  packing
• 7:51
  up
• 7:51
  everything
• 7:52
  you
• 7:52
  know
• 7:52
  and
• 7:52
  trusting
• 7:53
  yourself
• 7:53
  to
• 7:53
  build
• 7:53
  something
• 7:54
  new,
• 7:54
  new.
• 7:55
  Somewhere
• 7:55
  that
• 7:55
  is
• 7:55
  completely
• 7:56
  different.
• 7:57
  Maybe
• 7:57
  it's
• 7:57
  starting
• 7:58
  a
• 7:58
  new
• 7:58
  relationship
• 7:59
  after
• 7:59
  the
• 7:59
  one
• 7:59
  that
• 7:59
  broke
• 8:00
  you.
• 8:01
  Letting
• 8:01
  yourself
• 8:02
  be
• 8:02
  seen
• 8:02
  again,
• 8:03
  even
• 8:03
  though
• 8:03
  being
• 8:04
  seen
• 8:04
  is
• 8:04
  terrifying.
• 8:06
  Maybe
• 8:06
  it's
• 8:06
  going
• 8:07
  back
• 8:07
  to
• 8:07
  school,
• 8:08
  writing
• 8:08
  the
• 8:08
  book,
• 8:09
  starting
• 8:09
  the
• 8:10
  podcast,
• 8:10
  applying
• 8:11
  for
• 8:11
  the
• 8:11
  program,
• 8:12
  saying
• 8:13
  yes
• 8:13
  to
• 8:13
  the
• 8:13
  thing
• 8:14
  that's
• 8:14
  been
• 8:14
  sitting
• 8:14
  in
• 8:15
  the
• 8:15
  back
• 8:15
  of
• 8:15
  your
• 8:15
  mind
• 8:15
  for
• 8:16
  years,
• 8:16
  that
• 8:16
  you
• 8:17
  keep
• 8:17
  talking
• 8:17
  yourself
• 8:17
  out
• 8:18
  of.
• 8:19
  Maybe
• 8:19
  it's
• 8:19
  something
• 8:19
  that
• 8:20
  feels
• 8:20
  small
• 8:20
  to
• 8:21
  everyone
• 8:21
  else.
• 8:21
  But
• 8:22
  enormous
• 8:22
  to
• 8:22
  you.
• 8:23
  Joining
• 8:24
  the
• 8:24
  class,
• 8:25
  making
• 8:25
  a
• 8:25
  new
• 8:25
  friend,
• 8:26
  walking
• 8:27
  into
• 8:27
  the
• 8:27
  room,
• 8:28
  introducing
• 8:29
  yourself,
• 8:30
  showing
• 8:30
  up
• 8:30
  as
• 8:30
  the
• 8:31
  full
• 8:31
  version
• 8:31
  of
• 8:32
  who
• 8:32
  you
• 8:32
  are
• 8:32
  instead
• 8:33
  of
• 8:33
  the
• 8:33
  edited,
• 8:34
  smaller,
• 8:35
  safe
• 8:35
  version
• 8:36
  that
• 8:36
  you've
• 8:36
  been
• 8:36
  presenting
• 8:37
  to
• 8:37
  the
• 8:37
  world.
• 8:38
  Whatever
• 8:39
  it
• 8:39
  is
• 8:39
  for
• 8:39
  you,
• 8:40
  that
• 8:40
  is
• 8:40
  a
• 8:41
  thing
• 8:41
  that
• 8:41
  you
• 8:41
  keep
• 8:41
  saying
• 8:42
  later,
• 8:42
  too.
• 8:43
  Hear
• 8:43
  me
• 8:43
  when
• 8:44
  I
• 8:44
  say
• 8:44
  this.
• 8:45
  You
• 8:45
  don't
• 8:45
  have
• 8:46
  to
• 8:46
  have
• 8:46
  it
• 8:46
  all
• 8:46
  figured
• 8:47
  out
• 8:47
  before
• 8:47
  you
• 8:48
  start.
• 8:49
  You
• 8:49
  just
• 8:49
  have
• 8:49
  to
• 8:49
  trust
• 8:49
  yourself
• 8:50
  enough
• 8:50
  to
• 8:50
  begin.
• 8:51
  Because
• 8:52
  confidence
• 8:52
  isn't
• 8:53
  the
• 8:53
  absence
• 8:53
  of
• 8:53
  uncertainty.
• 8:55
  It
• 8:55
  is
• 8:55
  a
• 8:55
  decision
• 8:56
  to
• 8:56
  move
• 8:56
  forward
• 8:57
  in
• 8:57
  spite
• 8:57
  of
• 8:57
  it.
• 9:00
  Now,
• 9:00
  sit
• 9:00
  with
• 9:00
  something
• 9:00
  for
• 9:01
  a
• 9:01
  moment.
• 9:02
  What's
• 9:02
  the
• 9:03
  thing
• 9:03
  that
• 9:03
  you
• 9:03
  keep
• 9:03
  putting
• 9:03
  off
• 9:04
  because
• 9:04
  you
• 9:04
  don't
• 9:04
  feel
• 9:04
  ready
• 9:05
  enough,
• 9:05
  certain
• 9:06
  enough,
• 9:06
  or
• 9:07
  prepared
• 9:07
  enough?
• 9:09
  What's
• 9:09
  the
• 9:09
  dream
• 9:10
  that
• 9:10
  keeps
• 9:10
  showing
• 9:10
  up
• 9:11
  quietly,
• 9:12
  persistently,
• 9:13
  that
• 9:13
  you
• 9:14
  keep
• 9:14
  pushing
• 9:14
  back
• 9:14
  because
• 9:15
  the
• 9:15
  timing
• 9:15
  isn't
• 9:15
  right,
• 9:16
  or
• 9:16
  you
• 9:16
  don't
• 9:16
  have
• 9:16
  all
• 9:16
  the
• 9:17
  answers
• 9:17
  yet?
• 9:19
  And
• 9:19
  I
• 9:19
  want
• 9:19
  you
• 9:19
  to
• 9:19
  ask
• 9:20
  yourself
• 9:20
  this
• 9:20
  honestly.
• 9:23
  Either
• 9:23
  that
• 9:23
  you're
• 9:23
  not
• 9:24
  ready,
• 9:24
  or
• 9:25
  is
• 9:25
  it
• 9:25
  that
• 9:25
  you're
• 9:25
  waiting
• 9:26
  for
• 9:26
  certainty
• 9:26
  that
• 9:26
  was
• 9:27
  never
• 9:27
  going
• 9:27
  to
• 9:28
  come.
• 9:29
  Because
• 9:30
  the
• 9:30
  woman
• 9:30
  you're
• 9:30
  becoming,
• 9:31
  the
• 9:31
  confident
• 9:32
  one,
• 9:32
  the
• 9:33
  bold
• 9:33
  one,
• 9:33
  the
• 9:34
  one
• 9:34
  who
• 9:34
  walks
• 9:34
  into
• 9:35
  rooms
• 9:35
  and
• 9:35
  knows
• 9:36
  that
• 9:36
  she
• 9:36
  belongs
• 9:36
  there,
• 9:37
  she
• 9:37
  didn't
• 9:38
  wait
• 9:38
  until
• 9:38
  she
• 9:38
  was
• 9:38
  certain.
• 9:39
  She
• 9:40
  just
• 9:40
  decided
• 9:40
  that
• 9:40
  she
• 9:41
  was
• 9:41
  going
• 9:41
  to
• 9:41
  trust
• 9:41
  herself
• 9:42
  more
• 9:42
  than
• 9:43
  she
• 9:43
  feared.
• 9:43
  The
• 9:44
  unknown.
• 9:45
  That's
• 9:45
  who
• 9:45
  you
• 9:46
  are.
• 9:46
  That
• 9:46
  is
• 9:46
  who
• 9:46
  you've
• 9:47
  always
• 9:47
  been.
• 9:48
  She's
• 9:48
  just
• 9:48
  waiting
• 9:48
  for
• 9:49
  you
• 9:49
  to
• 9:49
  stop
• 9:50
  waiting.
• 9:52
  I
• 9:53
  started
• 9:53
  my
• 9:53
  business
• 9:54
  without
• 9:54
  a
• 9:54
  rolnut.
• 9:55
  I
• 9:56
  had
• 9:56
  a
• 9:56
  calling.
• 9:57
  I
• 9:57
  had
• 9:57
  a
• 9:57
  story.
• 9:58
  I
• 9:59
  had
• 9:59
  women
• 9:59
  I
• 9:59
  knew
• 10:00
  I
• 10:00
  was
• 10:00
  meant
• 10:00
  to
• 10:01
  help.
• 10:01
  And
• 10:02
  I
• 10:02
  had
• 10:02
  confidence,
• 10:03
  not
• 10:03
  exactly
• 10:04
  knowing
• 10:04
  how
• 10:04
  it
• 10:04
  was
• 10:05
  going
• 10:05
  to
• 10:05
  work,
• 10:05
  but
• 10:05
  in
• 10:05
  knowing
• 10:06
  that
• 10:06
  I
• 10:06
  had
• 10:06
  something
• 10:06
  real
• 10:07
  to
• 10:07
  offer.
• 10:07
  And
• 10:08
  I
• 10:08
  would
• 10:08
  figure
• 10:08
  out
• 10:08
  the
• 10:09
  rest
• 10:09
  as
• 10:09
  I
• 10:09
  went.
• 10:10
  And
• 10:10
  here
• 10:10
  we
• 10:11
  are,
• 10:11
  six
• 10:12
  years
• 10:12
  later.
• 10:14
  Season
• 10:14
  one
• 10:14
  of
• 10:14
  this
• 10:14
  podcast
• 10:15
  is
• 10:15
  almost
• 10:15
  behind
• 10:16
  us.
• 10:16
  A
• 10:17
  rebrand
• 10:17
  that
• 10:17
  finally
• 10:18
  feels
• 10:18
  like
• 10:18
  home.
• 10:19
  A
• 10:19
  community
• 10:19
  of
• 10:20
  women
• 10:20
  who
• 10:20
  show
• 10:20
  up
• 10:21
  twice
• 10:21
  a
• 10:21
  week
• 10:21
  to
• 10:21
  be
• 10:22
  reminded
• 10:22
  who
• 10:22
  they
• 10:22
  are.
• 10:24
  None
• 10:24
  of
• 10:24
  that
• 10:24
  was
• 10:24
  certain
• 10:25
  when
• 10:25
  I
• 10:25
  started.
• 10:26
  And
• 10:26
  all
• 10:26
  of
• 10:26
  this
• 10:27
  was
• 10:27
  possible
• 10:27
  because
• 10:28
  I
• 10:28
  started
• 10:29
  anyway.
• 10:30
  And
• 10:30
  that's
• 10:30
  what
• 10:30
  I
• 10:31
  want
• 10:31
  for
• 10:31
  you.
• 10:32
  Not
• 10:32
  a
• 10:32
  guarantee,
• 10:33
  not
• 10:33
  a
• 10:33
  perfect
• 10:34
  plan,
• 10:34
  not
• 10:35
  certainty.
• 10:36
  Just
• 10:36
  trust
• 10:37
  in
• 10:37
  yourself,
• 10:38
  in
• 10:38
  what
• 10:38
  you
• 10:38
  have
• 10:38
  to
• 10:39
  offer.
• 10:39
  And
• 10:39
  the
• 10:40
  dream
• 10:40
  that
• 10:40
  keeps
• 10:40
  showing
• 10:41
  up
• 10:41
  no
• 10:41
  matter
• 10:41
  how
• 10:42
  many
• 10:42
  times
• 10:42
  you
• 10:42
  push
• 10:42
  it
• 10:43
  away.
• 10:44
  Start
• 10:44
  before
• 10:44
  you're
• 10:44
  ready.
• 10:45
  Figuring
• 10:46
  out
• 10:46
  as
• 10:46
  you
• 10:46
  go.
• 10:47
  Trust
• 10:47
  yourself
• 10:48
  the
• 10:48
  way
• 10:48
  that
• 10:48
  I
• 10:48
  trusted
• 10:49
  myself,
• 10:49
  imperfectly,
• 10:50
  nervously,
• 10:52
  with
• 10:52
  everything
• 10:52
  I
• 10:53
  had.
• 10:54
  The
• 10:54
  confident
• 10:54
  woman
• 10:55
  doesn't
• 10:55
  have
• 10:55
  it
• 10:55
  all
• 10:55
  figured
• 10:56
  out.
• 10:56
  She
• 10:57
  just
• 10:57
  decided
• 10:57
  that
• 10:57
  she
• 10:58
  was
• 10:58
  not
• 10:58
  going
• 10:59
  to
• 10:59
  let
• 10:59
  that
• 10:59
  stop
• 10:59
  her.
• 11:00
  And
• 11:00
  neither
• 11:00
  are
• 11:01
  you.
• 11:01
  With
• 11:02
  love,
• 11:07
  Sam.
