- 0:26Speaker 1: else is too afraid to talk about.
- 0:28Speaker 2: Get ready for your next level of self.
- 0:31Speaker 1: Hello everybody, Welcome back to the she rises Podcast. A
- 0:34Speaker 1: big episode today all about our Trouble Diaries. Because we
- 0:37Speaker 1: have been here, there and everywhere we have, especially me
- 0:42Speaker 1: places you.
- 0:42Speaker 2: Have, haven't you tell us about your travels?
- 0:44Speaker 1: So yeah, I went to Europe with Steve, no kids, amazing.
- 0:49Speaker 1: It was so fun, which I know you'll get pushed
- 0:51Speaker 1: back on that, but we actually this is the third
- 0:53Speaker 1: time that we've booked a Europe trip. The first few
- 0:55Speaker 1: times we had to cancel. The first time was from COVID.
- 0:58Speaker 1: The second time, I think you got pregnant and we
- 1:00Speaker 1: just decided not to go. So we've been wanting to
- 1:03Speaker 1: do this trip for so long and it was amazing.
- 1:05Speaker 1: It was so cool. Into three locations. We went to Poland,
- 1:08Speaker 1: which is really random but We've always both wanted to
- 1:10Speaker 1: go and visit the Ousewitch Camps, which I don't really
- 1:12Speaker 1: have words to describe, but it was very impactful, really
- 1:17Speaker 1: really sad, and just a lot to learn about the
- 1:21Speaker 1: history of the war camps and what they went through.
- 1:23Speaker 1: And I've read a lot of books and watch a
- 1:24Speaker 1: lot of things on Netflix, but actually being there in
- 1:27Speaker 1: real life to actually feel the energy and to see
- 1:30Speaker 1: what they went through. And even you walk through and
- 1:32Speaker 1: it's got this room full of all the kid's shoes,
- 1:35Speaker 1: and where they slept, you could feel it was just
- 1:38Speaker 1: wood and even on the lowest bunk it was all
- 1:40Speaker 1: uneven brick, and then if it rained, it gets flooded
- 1:43Speaker 1: and you're sleeping on that lower bunk, you're sleeping in water.
- 1:46Speaker 1: Like the conditions was so fucked up. I just can't
- 1:49Speaker 1: even imagine. And just learning more about what they all
- 1:52Speaker 1: had to go through, it was just so sad. So
- 1:54Speaker 1: we did that strategically at the start of our trip
- 1:56Speaker 1: so that we could process all of that and then
- 1:58Speaker 1: go into more of a joyful high vibe. So our
- 2:00Speaker 1: next stop was Switzerland, which was nature and we just
- 2:03Speaker 1: hiked and had a lot of money on food. It's
- 2:06Speaker 1: fucking expensive there, But honestly, what you see on TikTok
- 2:09Speaker 1: or postcards of Switzerland it is that. But ten times
- 2:12Speaker 1: a bad eight is so scenic and beautiful. It was
- 2:15Speaker 1: gorgeous and we got the perfect weather, so lots of
- 2:18Speaker 1: high sorts of hanging out and just enjoying nature. It
- 2:21Speaker 1: was really beautiful. So we had four days there, which
- 2:24Speaker 1: was enough. I don't feel like we needed anymore. It
- 2:26Speaker 1: was good. We actually went to the top of Europe
- 2:28Speaker 1: as well, which was like snowing the snow. That's really cool.
- 2:31Speaker 2: Yeah, it's very cool.
- 2:32Speaker 1: And then from there we went to Spain. We went
- 2:33Speaker 1: to Majorca, which is very just my vibe. Summer hot
- 2:38Speaker 1: heat like I'm talking thirty eight degrees heat out, some baking, walking, gym,
- 2:43Speaker 1: road trips out to restaurants, cliff tops, beautiful beaches. It's
- 2:46Speaker 1: just perfect. And just to have that time, that quality
- 2:49Speaker 1: time where we could just fully plug into each other
- 2:52Speaker 1: and have no interruptions, no real plans, no time limits,
- 2:56Speaker 1: just chill. It was the best at but we felt
- 2:58Speaker 1: so connected, so the best time. It was definitely an
- 3:01Speaker 1: adjustment coming home. I don't feel like I ever get
- 3:05Speaker 1: post holiday blues because I love coming home to my reality,
- 3:08Speaker 1: and I feel like I'm always ready to come home,
- 3:10Speaker 1: and obviously he's so excited to see the kids. But
- 3:12Speaker 1: I definitely felt an adjustment coming home. One I was
- 3:16Speaker 1: really jet lagged and not sleeping, so that I think
- 3:20Speaker 1: just played on my emotions. Two, I was missing Tiana.
- 3:23Speaker 1: She was in Bali three, having two weeks off work,
- 3:28Speaker 1: especially for Hideaway. Not so much she rises, but it
- 3:31Speaker 1: just was coming back to stress. There was so much
- 3:34Speaker 1: that I think Steve had to catch up on and fix.
- 3:37Speaker 1: I just noticed the moment he was home, his whole
- 3:39Speaker 1: energy shifted into the stressing mode. And he does hold
- 3:42Speaker 1: a lot like we always talk about it, which is
- 3:43Speaker 1: in such admiration of what Steve holds in Hideaways incredible.
- 3:47Speaker 1: I could not do his job. So then I almost
- 3:50Speaker 1: felt like not a disconnect from Steve, but kind of
- 3:52Speaker 1: because we were so plugged in and they're not. And
- 3:55Speaker 1: the kids obviously were so excited to see us, and
- 3:57Speaker 1: I went into full mon mode, he went into full
- 3:58Speaker 1: work mode. That we weren't having moments of connection. So
- 4:01Speaker 1: it's been an adjustment coming back. And then I joked
- 4:04Speaker 1: to see one night, I was like, oh, I had
- 4:07Speaker 1: a passing thought that I'm going to book a random
- 4:08Speaker 1: flight to Bali, and he was like, oh my gosh.
- 4:11Speaker 2: No.
- 4:11Speaker 1: I was like, yeah, of course, no, I just go
- 4:13Speaker 1: back from Europe. I want to be here with the kids.
- 4:14Speaker 1: Like she just like, I'm just missing Tiata. He's like,
- 4:16Speaker 1: I know you are.
- 4:17Speaker 2: In four weeks by this point.
- 4:18Speaker 1: Yeah. And then Steve came into the office at work
- 4:24Speaker 1: and told Clauda and I that he's sending us to Bali.
- 4:27Speaker 1: I honestly, Hannah, my heart thought it was a prank.
- 4:29Speaker 1: I was like, no, like what I thought he was
- 4:32Speaker 1: pranking us. But he had all these campaigns. We're building
- 4:35Speaker 1: a content studio and hideaway and it just wasn't ready,
- 4:38Speaker 1: and he had these epic campaigns that we needed to
- 4:39Speaker 1: build content for. So he was like, honestly, you get
- 4:42Speaker 1: to go on to ris Tiana and you get all
- 4:44Speaker 1: these campaigns done. It's a win win for everyone. I
- 4:47Speaker 1: was hesitant to go because I really missed the kids
- 4:49Speaker 1: and I wanted to be home with them. I spoke
- 4:51Speaker 1: to my mom about it and she's like, in the
- 4:52Speaker 1: scheme of their whole life, babe, this isn't a long
- 4:54Speaker 1: period of time. Yeah, it's not going to impact them
- 4:56Speaker 1: in a negative way. You're there for them and you're
- 4:58Speaker 1: so present all the time. Another couple of days in Bali,
- 5:01Speaker 1: it's not going to affect them. So I was like, yeah,
- 5:03Speaker 1: you're right, and I also wanted to help hideaway and
- 5:06Speaker 1: I also missed you, and I was like, okay, okay,
- 5:07Speaker 1: we'll go. So then, yeah, I've been home for just
- 5:11Speaker 1: over a week, and we booked our flights and we
- 5:13Speaker 1: left for Bali on the Sunday and Tiana had no idea.
- 5:16Speaker 1: I'd also checked in with Tiana's brother. I'd called him
- 5:18Speaker 1: and just said like, I'm planning on doing this. Is
- 5:20Speaker 1: this okay? Can I stay with you at the end
- 5:22Speaker 1: of the trip. How do you feel about it? I
- 5:24Speaker 1: just want to check in with him, and he was
- 5:25Speaker 1: all on board, so excited. So we were organizing how
- 5:27Speaker 1: we're going to surprise Tiana. He planned the cafe and
- 5:31Speaker 1: even on the day he was like, let me know a
- 5:33Speaker 1: new land because this bitch is hungry and she's trying
- 5:35Speaker 1: to get me out the door, so I'm trying to
- 5:36Speaker 1: keep her behind. We just like tie it perfectly. And
- 5:39Speaker 1: then if you don't follow us on Instagram, we posted
- 5:41Speaker 1: a video but Tianna had messaged me and was like,
- 5:44Speaker 1: oh my gosh, eight months until our retreat. And I
- 5:46Speaker 1: was like, oh my gosh, gat me to Bali. I'm
- 5:48Speaker 1: literally on a bike on my way to meet her. Oh.
- 5:51Speaker 1: So I walked up from the cafe and tapped her
- 5:53Speaker 1: on the shoulder, and you look dead. You were so shocked.
- 5:56Speaker 2: You're like, oh my god. I didn't know what to
- 5:59Speaker 2: do with myself.
- 6:00Speaker 1: It was so exciting and emotional and adrenaline and all
- 6:03Speaker 1: the things. And yeah, I spent the next four days
- 6:06Speaker 1: obviously met with Tiana then and then went back to
- 6:08Speaker 1: the villa. Claudie and I were booked in and we
- 6:10Speaker 1: spent the next four days filming all their Highway content.
- 6:13Speaker 1: Worked all day and then editor all afternoon.
- 6:14Speaker 2: It was big.
- 6:15Speaker 1: It was a lot of energy out. It was hustle.
- 6:18Speaker 1: Campaigns are amazing. And then I got a couple of
- 6:19Speaker 1: days with Tiana and her brother, which was so beautiful.
- 6:22Speaker 1: It was the best. And Tiana and her brother are
- 6:24Speaker 1: very very close, and you've only ever spoken so highly
- 6:27Speaker 1: of him, so it's really excited to get to know him.
- 6:29Speaker 1: And we just had beautiful times. I felt like I'd
- 6:31Speaker 1: met him before and we were just all hanging out.
- 6:33Speaker 1: We have this group chat now and it's just like
- 6:35Speaker 1: three little best cycle sisters.
- 6:38Speaker 2: It's the best.
- 6:40Speaker 1: He's such a legend. I love him.
- 6:41Speaker 2: I love him so much.
- 6:42Speaker 1: Yeah, that was amazing, And then I was ready to
- 6:44Speaker 1: come home. At that point. On Sunday, I also got
- 6:46Speaker 1: really congested from the aircorn in Bali, and I felt
- 6:48Speaker 1: a bit low energy. I think I was just jet lag,
- 6:50Speaker 1: worn out coming off sleeping tablets too. Oh that's brutal.
- 6:53Speaker 1: So now I'm home, I'm like happy to be home,
- 6:55Speaker 1: back of my routine. But what a whirl wind. It
- 6:57Speaker 1: was so fun.
- 6:58Speaker 2: It definitely is an adjustment to come back for her,
- 7:00Speaker 2: especially because you were at the even at the end
- 7:02Speaker 2: of the trip, like already so tight all of the trouble.
- 7:05Speaker 2: It was like a few weeks up to back and
- 7:07Speaker 2: then coming again. Yeah, you know, it definitely is an
- 7:09Speaker 2: adjustment to go from holiday mode to back into life mode.
- 7:12Speaker 1: Life. And it's not that anything's wrong with my life.
- 7:14Speaker 1: I loved my life. It's just different.
- 7:16Speaker 2: It's just you can feel the difference between holiday mode
- 7:19Speaker 2: and life mode.
- 7:19Speaker 1: Yeah, energetically, like responsibility mode, you're looking after two humans,
- 7:23Speaker 1: you've got multiple businesses. You're running, you've got deadlines, you've
- 7:25Speaker 1: got financial goals, you've got staff to pay, staff to
- 7:27Speaker 1: look after. It's like hot. Yeah. Yeah, it kind of
- 7:31Speaker 1: saved it. For two weeks and I was in Europe.
- 7:33Speaker 1: I didn't think about work at all.
- 7:34Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 7:34Speaker 1: I was just like, this is my time to have
- 7:36Speaker 1: fun with my husband. And we had so much fun.
- 7:38Speaker 1: So he it was an adjustment. Yeah, you go, I
- 7:40Speaker 1: feel like I'm kind of out the other side now.
- 7:41Speaker 2: I feel good. That's good.
- 7:43Speaker 1: Does it tell us about your tip to Bali?
- 7:45Speaker 2: Oh goodness, where do I start? Honestly, Balley was so good.
- 7:48Speaker 2: I think leading up to Balio and right before having gone,
- 7:51Speaker 2: we went through this little bit of a period where
- 7:53Speaker 2: I was like, oh, okay, like everything is starting to
- 7:55Speaker 2: feel a little bit heavy, Like again, like I love
- 7:57Speaker 2: my life and so grateful for all the responsibilities and
- 7:59Speaker 2: things that I get to do, like work and podcasts
- 8:02Speaker 2: and all of that. I love it. Literally, I could
- 8:04Speaker 2: talk about it till the cows can parme. But there
- 8:07Speaker 2: was a point where I was like, oh, I'm feeling
- 8:08Speaker 2: a little bit heavy, Like everything's starting to feel a
- 8:10Speaker 2: bit heavy. Everything's starting to stack, and I could just
- 8:12Speaker 2: like really use like a perspective shift, a bit of
- 8:14Speaker 2: a reset, you know. So I was like, all right, cool.
- 8:16Speaker 2: So I was really looking forward to going to Bali,
- 8:18Speaker 2: and the moment that I got there, I just felt
- 8:20Speaker 2: like the freest bird one. I love Bali And for
- 8:23Speaker 2: anyone who doesn't know, I've been going to Bali since
- 8:25Speaker 2: I was little, Like my mom and dad used to
- 8:27Speaker 2: take us to this one resort where they would go
- 8:29Speaker 2: every single time. They have videos of us dancing on
- 8:32Speaker 2: the side of the pool. You know, our four phones
- 8:34Speaker 2: were a thing, and we had to entertain ourselves. We
- 8:37Speaker 2: would go to this one place. And I've gone back
- 8:40Speaker 2: almost every second year or something like that since. And
- 8:43Speaker 2: then I had a break over COVID and then you know,
- 8:45Speaker 2: going in May was the first time that we had gone.
- 8:48Speaker 2: It was is we're second time back. And I went
- 8:50Speaker 2: for like three and a half weeks and my brother
- 8:51Speaker 2: and I booked and we were like, should we go
- 8:53Speaker 2: to Bali? And so we were just like, fuck it,
- 8:56Speaker 2: let's book it. And we've spoken for at least ten
- 8:58Speaker 2: years of going on a trip together, just us two solo.
- 9:01Speaker 2: We've spoken about it, we've planned it. We're like, we
- 9:03Speaker 2: should go to New York, we should go here, and
- 9:04Speaker 2: you know, we just were like, screw it, we can
- 9:06Speaker 2: go to Bali. We can work together, we can do
- 9:09Speaker 2: our thing and kind of balance a working holiday with
- 9:12Speaker 2: like play and fun. Yeah, you know, And as soon
- 9:16Speaker 2: as I got there, it was honestly everything that I needed,
- 9:19Speaker 2: Like it was the reset that I needed to pull
- 9:21Speaker 2: me out of like home environment and get myself into
- 9:23Speaker 2: a new space. I always feel so free when I'm
- 9:27Speaker 2: in Bali, whether it's being on the back of the
- 9:29Speaker 2: bikes or just being away from your usual home. Yeah,
- 9:33Speaker 2: your usual routine.
- 9:34Speaker 1: And the energy there, it's different.
- 9:36Speaker 2: Something about the energy is different. It's very healing, and
- 9:38Speaker 2: I feel like a different version of myself. It's like
- 9:40Speaker 2: I get really creative and I get very feminine. And
- 9:43Speaker 2: also in saying that, I felt super driven while I
- 9:46Speaker 2: was in there too, like you know, had my own
- 9:49Speaker 2: momentum in business while I was over there. But then
- 9:51Speaker 2: I was also like you know, hustling in the morning,
- 9:53Speaker 2: and then I was also still making time for training
- 9:55Speaker 2: and walking and exercising, and then we would go to
- 9:57Speaker 2: a beach club in the afternoon and then go to
- 9:59Speaker 2: a really really beautiful dinner. So I think going over
- 10:02Speaker 2: there and not having to rush was really nice. You know,
- 10:06Speaker 2: normally go to Bali for a week till a week
- 10:08Speaker 2: and a half. I had three and a half weeks
- 10:10Speaker 2: for my brother there. And the place that we stayed
- 10:12Speaker 2: in was so immaculate. It's so beautiful and felt like
- 10:15Speaker 2: a home away from home, and I'm really grateful that
- 10:17Speaker 2: we did stay there. But it also allowed me to
- 10:20Speaker 2: create a routine in Bali as well, So it wasn't
- 10:22Speaker 2: like I was on a holiday. I was like, well,
- 10:23Speaker 2: not like everything's off the table. I was still in Bali,
- 10:26Speaker 2: still working, still doing my routine, but I was in
- 10:28Speaker 2: a different country. So cool, and it just shifted something
- 10:32Speaker 2: in me, like the introspection and the self reflection that
- 10:35Speaker 2: I was able to do while I was over there.
- 10:37Speaker 2: I've said this to Ashi, I'm like, I feel like
- 10:39Speaker 2: a new woman. It gave me perspective on what I wanted,
- 10:43Speaker 2: how it was being, how I was showing. Oh, boundaries
- 10:45Speaker 2: helping me. Yeah, boundaries helping me, you know, expand my
- 10:49Speaker 2: capacity for what I can hold mentally, emotionally and financially,
- 10:53Speaker 2: all of those different things. And just this thing came
- 10:55Speaker 2: over me. It was like this certainty of like I
- 10:57Speaker 2: know what I need to do, I know what I
- 10:59Speaker 2: want to focus on, I know what boundaries I need
- 11:02Speaker 2: to set, and I know where I'm leaking my energy.
- 11:04Speaker 2: And it was just this whole like lifelike cleanup, but
- 11:07Speaker 2: just like a Titan of the belt, you know of
- 11:09Speaker 2: like okay, cool, Like I don't have boundaries here, Okay,
- 11:11Speaker 2: pull it in. Yeah I'm not speaking up here. Okay,
- 11:13Speaker 2: pull it in, you know. And then by doing those
- 11:15Speaker 2: things and cleaning up those areas and also having the
- 11:18Speaker 2: time to just really rest and like settle in, be
- 11:22Speaker 2: in my feminine enjoy, be on the back of a bike,
- 11:24Speaker 2: listening to like my new favorite playlist which is called
- 11:27Speaker 2: My New Life by Tea Dash Wild with Double D
- 11:30Speaker 2: if you want to listen to it, and just listening
- 11:32Speaker 2: to those musics and feeling so free.
- 11:34Speaker 1: It's the best feeling.
- 11:35Speaker 2: A big thing in my life, my personal what's it
- 11:38Speaker 2: called my human design, my life challenges, my gene keys,
- 11:41Speaker 2: all of that. Something that I have to overcome in
- 11:44Speaker 2: my life is feeling like a prisoner in my life.
- 11:46Speaker 2: It's like a psychological battle that I have to face.
- 11:49Speaker 2: And so for me, it was like a moment of
- 11:51Speaker 2: that for me, of like breaking down that feeling of
- 11:54Speaker 2: feeling like a prisoner mentally, psychologically in my own challenges
- 11:58Speaker 2: and being like whoa, Like, you're actually already free, You're
- 12:01Speaker 2: already supported, you're already loved, you're already chosen all of
- 12:04Speaker 2: these things, and I just like, I got to enjoy myself.
- 12:07Speaker 2: I love it so nice and with your brother too,
- 12:10Speaker 2: And yeah, getting to spend time with my brother was
- 12:12Speaker 2: so healing, like him and I so obviously when we
- 12:16Speaker 2: lived at home, we lived together, and all of my
- 12:17Speaker 2: older sisters they had already moved out, so it was
- 12:19Speaker 2: just Nick and I. So from a really young age,
- 12:21Speaker 2: we built a really strong bond, like we will right
- 12:24Speaker 2: or die, always there for each other, been through every hardship,
- 12:27Speaker 2: every challenge together from the get go, and that just
- 12:30Speaker 2: helped us build a really really beautiful bond. And more God,
- 12:32Speaker 2: the amount of times I had to tell people that
- 12:34Speaker 2: we weren't together and in a relationship was actually so wild,
- 12:38Speaker 2: so funny. It was so funny, and they're like, oh,
- 12:40Speaker 2: my god, have fun with your new man. I'm like
- 12:41Speaker 2: ill because my brother, it's my little brother. Stop that.
- 12:45Speaker 2: And he's very gay by the way, he is not
- 12:48Speaker 2: barking up that kind of tree tell you that right
- 12:51Speaker 2: now it doesn't like women, but ill. Yeah and yeah,
- 12:55Speaker 2: getting to spend quality time with him just it was
- 12:57Speaker 2: so nice to reconnect with him, replug back in because
- 13:00Speaker 2: even when we lived in Sydney, we only got to
- 13:02Speaker 2: see each other every two weeks. Every two weeks, yes,
- 13:05Speaker 2: we had a fortnightly dinner where we would catch up
- 13:08Speaker 2: and go over goals and chat and check in with
- 13:10Speaker 2: each other. And then it went from that to me
- 13:12Speaker 2: moving to the Gold Coast and then having just not
- 13:15Speaker 2: even being able to see each other every six months,
- 13:17Speaker 2: you know. So being in Bali was amazing for that
- 13:19Speaker 2: because it helped us reconnect in that sense and reprioritize
- 13:22Speaker 2: our dynamic and now we go, okay, cool, they're going
- 13:25Speaker 2: to book something else in or we're going to chat
- 13:28Speaker 2: with each other and make sure that we're flying back
- 13:29Speaker 2: and forth and take turns so that we can reconnect
- 13:32Speaker 2: with each other. That's beautiful. Yeah, being in Bali really
- 13:35Speaker 2: got me excited for the retreats as well. You know,
- 13:37Speaker 2: we've got our retreats next year in May and then
- 13:39Speaker 2: another one in September, and being over there was just
- 13:43Speaker 2: confirmation of like, I'm so excited for what we're doing
- 13:46Speaker 2: and how impactful it's going to be. Something about something
- 13:50Speaker 2: about the energy in Bali is just absolutely next levels.
- 13:53Speaker 1: And so know that there's women coming that have never
- 13:54Speaker 1: been to Bali. We get to show them and help
- 13:57Speaker 1: them feel and experience it all. It's just so exciting, absolutely.
- 14:00Speaker 2: Being in Bali for that amount of time. I could
- 14:02Speaker 2: have stayed longer, to be honest, but I was seeing
- 14:05Speaker 2: you so much, and I was like, oh, my work wife,
- 14:08Speaker 2: And then when you surprised me, Oh my god, do
- 14:10Speaker 2: you know what to do with myself? I honestly was
- 14:13Speaker 2: so shocked. I went through a wave of emotions the
- 14:15Speaker 2: day that you guys surprised me, because I was just like,
- 14:18Speaker 2: but I just texted you five minutes ago and you
- 14:20Speaker 2: said I miss you and I wish I was in Bali.
- 14:22Speaker 2: But then I'm looking at you and I was like,
- 14:23Speaker 2: what the fuck is happening? And then I laughed, and
- 14:25Speaker 2: then I dropped down, and then I cried, and it
- 14:27Speaker 2: was just so like, so much emotion, and I just
- 14:31Speaker 2: remember feeling so grateful because I'm kind of the one
- 14:34Speaker 2: who loves doing the surprises.
- 14:35Speaker 1: I was so good at it.
- 14:36Speaker 2: I love the planning. I love making people feel that way.
- 14:39Speaker 1: You love making people feel special.
- 14:41Speaker 2: But it was so nice to be able to like
- 14:43Speaker 2: receive that. You know, I'm always usually the person who
- 14:45Speaker 2: does that, so to be on the receiving end of that,
- 14:47Speaker 2: I was just like, fuck, I feel so loved and
- 14:49Speaker 2: it feels so nice to receive that. And yeah, that
- 14:52Speaker 2: felt really really good. And then it was good because
- 14:54Speaker 2: we got to spend like a whole week together or
- 14:56Speaker 2: just under a week together in Bali and do content
- 14:59Speaker 2: and chill and just spend time together. And even though
- 15:02Speaker 2: you'd just been traveling all that time, it was so
- 15:04Speaker 2: nice for us to just after having spent time apart,
- 15:06Speaker 2: to come back together and to just be with each other.
- 15:09Speaker 1: I know, I know, beautiful.
- 15:10Speaker 2: You know. There were times where we were going off
- 15:11Speaker 2: for adventures and doing dinners and doing this, but then
- 15:13Speaker 2: sometimes we were just sitting and chilling and watching a
- 15:15Speaker 2: movie and not saying anything to each other, just seeing
- 15:17Speaker 2: each other's energy again. And it's so funny. When we
- 15:19Speaker 2: first got back together, we first had our dinner and
- 15:21Speaker 2: it was the three of us, us in Claudia, and
- 15:23Speaker 2: we sat down for dinner. We were laughing and giggling
- 15:26Speaker 2: and it was so much fun. And then we messaged
- 15:27Speaker 2: each other. We got on separate bikes and we messaged
- 15:30Speaker 2: each other. We're like, oh my god, that was the
- 15:31Speaker 2: fucking best. I messed you so much and it was
- 15:33Speaker 2: just we almost had to like replug back into each other. Yeah,
- 15:37Speaker 2: so cool. I remember saying to you. I was like,
- 15:39Speaker 2: we just need us all the time. Yeah, I know.
- 15:43Speaker 1: And it's funny. I got a couple of a couple
- 15:45Speaker 1: maybe maybe two or three where people were concerned that
- 15:49Speaker 1: I ruined your trip.
- 15:50Speaker 2: Oh yes, Yeah.
- 15:51Speaker 1: There was a couple that came through and one lady
- 15:53Speaker 1: that was really convinced that I had imposed and I'd
- 15:56Speaker 1: ruined your trip, that you needed space for me. She
- 15:59Speaker 1: was like saying all this stuff then, But and I
- 16:00Speaker 1: did bring it to team. I have full trust that
- 16:03Speaker 1: if Tiana ever felt anything, she would tell me, tell
- 16:05Speaker 1: me everything. Like there's just if anything's ever wrong or
- 16:07Speaker 1: feeling icky, or there's a concern or there's a worry,
- 16:10Speaker 1: we just bring it intraway. We're all about transparency and
- 16:13Speaker 1: preventing breakdown in our relationships, not just with each other
- 16:16Speaker 1: but anyone in our life. Now, that's just the standard.
- 16:18Speaker 1: We have for each other. But there was a moment
- 16:20Speaker 1: where I was like, oh, I'm going to bring it
- 16:22Speaker 1: to her in case anything's come up. And you were
- 16:24Speaker 1: so reassuring. But I would love you to talk about that,
- 16:27Speaker 1: because there definitely was a few that were thinking that
- 16:29Speaker 1: was there any moments for you? Not at all.
- 16:31Speaker 2: So when you first came, I did check with my brother,
- 16:33Speaker 2: like just I just had a conversation with him yea
- 16:36Speaker 2: that I was like, oh, hey, like I just want
- 16:37Speaker 2: a triple check, like this is okay for you because
- 16:39Speaker 2: it was like our accommodation and the trip that we
- 16:41Speaker 2: booked and stuff like that. And again same thing with Nick.
- 16:43Speaker 2: He would absolutely tell me, you know, and I was like,
- 16:45Speaker 2: just wanted to triple check and he was like, oh
- 16:48Speaker 2: my god, no, like this is the best thing ever.
- 16:49Speaker 2: I'm like, hey, what do you mean? Like, I'm so
- 16:51Speaker 2: happy to have her here and get to know her
- 16:52Speaker 2: and all of the things. And just to confirm with
- 16:55Speaker 2: anyone who was questioning that it absolutely did not ruin
- 16:57Speaker 2: my trip. If you watched my stories, I literally cry
- 17:00Speaker 2: out of my stories because I was saying how beautiful
- 17:03Speaker 2: it was to have you there and to be able
- 17:05Speaker 2: to see you after the time that we spent apart.
- 17:07Speaker 2: It was a shock to the system to spend four
- 17:08Speaker 2: weeks apart.
- 17:09Speaker 1: Oh my god, almost.
- 17:11Speaker 2: Every day together for the last two years. Never do
- 17:12Speaker 2: that again, never, never, And it was a dream. Like
- 17:15Speaker 2: the moment that I realized you were actually with me
- 17:17Speaker 2: and the shock well where off. I was like, holy fuck,
- 17:20Speaker 2: we're both in BALI like, what a beautiful thing that
- 17:23Speaker 2: I get to experience, that we have the ability to
- 17:25Speaker 2: make that happen, and this is a memory that I'm
- 17:27Speaker 2: going to hold onto forever.
- 17:28Speaker 1: It was so special.
- 17:29Speaker 2: It was so special, and like, yes, my brother and
- 17:33Speaker 2: I we booked that holiday and all the things, but
- 17:35Speaker 2: like we had already spent two weeks of being together
- 17:37Speaker 2: so plugged in, and then what I got to experience
- 17:40Speaker 2: with the three of you was something like I'll never
- 17:42Speaker 2: forget I will never forget it. We were just like
- 17:45Speaker 2: sitting out by the pool and talking and literally there
- 17:47Speaker 2: were moments where I was sitting there and I got
- 17:49Speaker 2: teary because I was watching you and my brother connect
- 17:53Speaker 2: and I'm like, two of my favorite humans in the
- 17:55Speaker 2: world are literally connecting, and the three of us get
- 17:58Speaker 2: to be here together. It just felt so special for me.
- 18:00Speaker 2: So special, you know, so, there were so many reasons
- 18:02Speaker 2: why that trip was so beautiful, and you coming to
- 18:04Speaker 2: surprise me was something I'll honestly never forget, you know.
- 18:08Speaker 2: So't just social memory for anyone who thinks that she
- 18:10Speaker 2: ruined my whole I'm like you, guys, don't get how
- 18:12Speaker 2: I'm obsessed.
- 18:13Speaker 1: We are no maybe in your friendship dynamic that might happen.
- 18:16Speaker 2: And you know something else, there was something that somebody
- 18:19Speaker 2: had said to you around O. I hope there was
- 18:20Speaker 2: no work talk. Yes, that was me. One. I don't
- 18:24Speaker 2: want space from her. Two. What we do is so impactful.
- 18:29Speaker 2: It's not just like clocking into a job that we
- 18:31Speaker 2: don't love, do you know what I mean? And we've
- 18:32Speaker 2: both experienced that where we've been in things that we
- 18:34Speaker 2: don't love doing. But together we bounce off each other's
- 18:38Speaker 2: energy like or it's not even funny, you know, we
- 18:41Speaker 2: are together, we're thinking about Deeas we become more creative
- 18:43Speaker 2: when we're together, our energy just like continues to grow
- 18:47Speaker 2: and expand when we are together, being amplifize. That's right.
- 18:50Speaker 2: And so even if we are together and we are
- 18:51Speaker 2: focusing on work, it's because we want to, not because
- 18:54Speaker 2: we have to. Everything that we've done for she rises
- 18:56Speaker 2: is heart led, purpose led, and passion fueled. And that's
- 18:59Speaker 2: why I believe it works the way that it does.
- 19:01Speaker 1: It never feels like work, Like even when we have
- 19:03Speaker 1: money come into account both like get paid for this,
- 19:07Speaker 1: it feels like free money. Yeah, this is not real, right, Yes,
- 19:12Speaker 1: so yeah, there was that concern. Hey, yeah, she said,
- 19:14Speaker 1: I hope there's no work talk, and I remember being like,
- 19:16Speaker 1: what do you mean your hope? Yeah, it's like, oh,
- 19:18Speaker 1: maybe if you don't like your job, I can understand
- 19:20Speaker 1: why you would say that, but I think you understand
- 19:22Speaker 1: how much we love it. Yeah, it's not work now,
- 19:24Speaker 1: it's not. We get to yeah and be together and
- 19:26Speaker 1: make positive impact in women's lives, like this is cool.
- 19:28Speaker 2: And this is also something we spoke about on the
- 19:30Speaker 2: way up here to film this morning. Was I shared
- 19:33Speaker 2: with you, like how grateful I am that we get
- 19:35Speaker 2: to do this together, Like we don't just get to
- 19:37Speaker 2: create impact, we also get to do it literally with
- 19:40Speaker 2: our best friends. Yeah, and that's something that you know,
- 19:42Speaker 2: not everyone. Yeah, and I'm just so grateful for that.
- 19:47Speaker 1: Daily. Yeah, and then we're already planning twenty twenty seven. Yeah, Okay,
- 19:52Speaker 1: so we've got two Barley Tips next year. Town don't
- 19:54Speaker 1: I really want to go to America together? We're both
- 19:56Speaker 1: being obviously separately, but really with a couple of places
- 19:59Speaker 1: really want to go and just explore together. And we're
- 20:01Speaker 1: also planning Okay, well, we do the two Barleyer treats
- 20:03Speaker 1: in twenty twenty six, which is next year, they're all
- 20:05Speaker 1: booked out. Then we do them again in twenty twenty seven.
- 20:08Speaker 1: Then my question mark, I mean, yes we will be
- 20:12Speaker 1: and yeah, there's just so many cool things we want
- 20:13Speaker 1: to do. Like tonight in the hotel room, we're staying
- 20:15Speaker 1: in Brisbane for the podcast. We're going to plan out
- 20:17Speaker 1: all of next year because there's just so much that
- 20:19Speaker 1: we want to do.
- 20:20Speaker 2: There's so much, and there's so much we have coming
- 20:22Speaker 2: as well, so we're trying to figure out like our
- 20:23Speaker 2: timeline and what it looks like. And then also, you know,
- 20:26Speaker 2: we were having a conversation this morning, right we were
- 20:28Speaker 2: asking the question like do we do a retreat in Australia? Yeah,
- 20:31Speaker 2: is that something we explore because there were so many
- 20:33Speaker 2: women who were like, I just can't do Bali because
- 20:35Speaker 2: I have commitments or I have children and I can't
- 20:37Speaker 2: get somebody to look after my kids for a whole
- 20:38Speaker 2: week or you know, things like that, So it's also
- 20:40Speaker 2: something that we have in mind.
- 20:42Speaker 1: Definitely, we've got a physical product coming out which you
- 20:45Speaker 1: guys are going to absolutely love. And then we've also
- 20:47Speaker 1: got something for our online girlies. Yep, we've got our
- 20:49Speaker 1: Bali retreats, we've got the podcast. Obviously we're going to
- 20:52Speaker 1: have many intimate events next year, and then yeah, we're
- 20:54Speaker 1: planning an Australian retreat, so that's really exciting. There's so
- 20:57Speaker 1: much happening behind the scenes and we're just are so
- 20:59Speaker 1: grateful we get to experience it, not only together but
- 21:01Speaker 1: with all of you as well. So if you're listening,
- 21:03Speaker 1: thank you so much being a part of our journey.
- 21:05Speaker 2: We're so grateful. Honestly, it craves the world to us
- 21:07Speaker 2: when we hear and read your messages that you send in,
- 21:10Speaker 2: when you guys send in bestie advice, like it means
- 21:12Speaker 2: a lot to us that you trust us to lead
- 21:13Speaker 2: you in that it does.
- 21:14Speaker 1: We don't ask as often, but if you ever listen
- 21:16Speaker 1: to an episode and it really resonates with you, or
- 21:18Speaker 1: you send it to a girlfriend like we would love
- 21:20Speaker 1: you to post us on your stories, or you share
- 21:22Speaker 1: it to a friend or leave a positive review. It
- 21:24Speaker 1: does help support what we do as well.
- 21:26Speaker 2: It does.
- 21:27Speaker 1: Yeah, thanks guys, We'll see you in the next episode.
- 21:30Speaker 2: Thanks so much.
- 21:30Speaker 1: Bye.
