- 0:00Speaker: Good morning.
- 0:01Speaker: What day is it today for you?
- 0:04Speaker: Time.
- 0:06Speaker: What are the circumstances of one's life?
- 0:11Speaker: Where have you been and where are you now?
- 0:17Speaker: Where are you heading towards?
- 0:21Speaker: Just so one remembers all of these things are variable.
- 0:29Speaker: Even our past is a reflection of how we are reviewing it or perceiving it right now.
- 0:38Speaker: If it is unsavory to oneself, your past, soften it.
- 0:46Speaker: Make it a little bit better.
- 0:50Speaker: Do not be so hard upon yourself, but where necessary, making sure changes are being made.
- 1:01Speaker: One does not repeat unfortunate, unkind, or selfish behavior.
- 1:09Speaker: Because one needs to improve.
- 1:12Speaker: It is not to constantly be forgiving of oneself and continuing in a negative way.
- 1:20Speaker: No.
- 1:20Speaker: It may work on some levels, but deep inside of oneself, no.
- 1:29Speaker: The truth is always told.
- 1:32Speaker: One can hide many things from many people, but eventually the truth is revealed.
- 1:40Speaker: Be careful of one's behavior.
- 1:43Speaker: Be wise, be purposeful.
- 1:46Speaker: Be enthusiastic and curious.
- 1:49Speaker: Continuing.
- 1:51Speaker: Lift one's eyes proverbally towards the sky, towards the horizon, one's goals, one's aspirations.
- 2:00Speaker: For by thinking of the positive in one's life, one brings these things closer.
- 2:07Speaker: Why?
- 2:09Speaker: Because they're in one's mind.
- 2:11Speaker: "Attention" is what we are doing.
- 2:15Speaker: We're putting attention towards something.
- 2:18Speaker: And energy follows attention.
- 2:21Speaker: But we are putting energy into being more positive if that's the attention that we are paying to something.
- 2:29Speaker: Being positive by nature is therefore better than being negative, being understanding, kind, resourceful.
- 2:40Speaker: Helping oneself see in a wider sense of perspective what are the possibilities, what are the ways that one can view what's going on?
- 2:55Speaker: Turning everything one can into ways, to building blocks for future better decisions, better senses of understanding.
- 3:11Speaker: This is common sense.
- 3:14Speaker: This is age-old wisdom just being repeated.
- 3:20Speaker: Because we need to hear these things all the time.
- 3:24Speaker: We need to reinforce our own value system.
- 3:28Speaker: We need to reinforce our own minds because daily there are eighty-six thousand four hundred moments in this kaleidoscope of life, and it's easy to misplace, forget, minimize, ignore, take for granted the wonder, splendor, immensity of what we are a part of.
- 3:55Speaker: Because there is so much going on.
- 3:58Speaker: Better then to find oneself every day, to take one's bearings, to take your mental sextant out, your compass, your guide, and review, analyze what one is doing.
- 4:17Speaker: Where am I starting my day?
- 4:20Speaker: Where am I now?
- 4:21Speaker: How have I ended my day?
- 4:25Speaker: Again, with positivity.
- 4:28Speaker: Oh, I have a list that I made, which is always a good idea to make a daily list, and I have accomplished none of it.
- 4:38Speaker: It's okay.
- 4:39Speaker: Tomorrow, if we are lucky enough to have a tomorrow, we can begin again.
- 4:47Speaker: This is a glass half full.
- 4:51Speaker: This is my humble opinion a better way.
- 4:55Speaker: To traverse one's life with a sense of positivity, to have a merry step, to have a whistle or a hum easily surfacing through one's lips.
- 5:10Speaker: Why?
- 5:11Speaker: Because we are happy inside, seeking accomplishments worthwhile, doing the right thing by all, not just by oneself.
- 5:24Speaker: There are many examples we can utilize to reinforce these different ideas of what we can do, what we might do, and what we don't want to do at all.
- 5:40Speaker: Look around, you can see government leaders, leaders in industry, perhaps leaders in one's community or even in one's family or friends.
- 5:51Speaker: View everything objectively as much as one can, as a witness, not as a judge, not as a jury, as just someone who is being open-minded and viewing what's going on, then coming to one's conclusions.
- 6:14Speaker: Because it is important to make decisions for oneself.
- 6:19Speaker: One need to decide if you want to be part of something if you do or don't.
- 6:26Speaker: This is the freedom we're speaking about in many parts of our world to have freedom of choice.
- 6:37Speaker: This is what many people want for all of the world for people to have this freedom.
- 6:44Speaker: Not everywhere is it the same.
- 6:46Speaker: We know this.
- 6:47Speaker: Don't take for granted what one has.
- 6:51Speaker: There are many cross currents, rapids, and there is a great deal of fun to be had in the waters of life.
- 7:02Speaker: At the same token, many dangers potentially lie ahead.
- 7:09Speaker: We need to be wise and counsel the best of our thinking to forward ourselves through this process of time.
- 7:21Speaker: It is a river flowing through the universe.
- 7:26Speaker: It is energy, it is expanding, and it is everywhere.
- 7:32Speaker: It is what we are each and all separately and together part of.
- 7:38Speaker: The energy of creation.
- 7:41Speaker: Look how we have developed religions, spiritual conversations, assuming greater organization to this universe than we quite comprehend.
- 7:58Speaker: We are reaching out to do this, to better encompass some sense of understanding beyond ourselves.
- 8:09Speaker: Worthy goals to do this, making efforts to understand our own sense of curiosity, heighten our own abilities to function in our world.
- 8:25Speaker: Look around, my friends, my family, my cousins.
- 8:31Speaker: Do so in that sense of witnessing being here now, remembering we are bundles of miracles.
- 8:40Speaker: And in this recollection, in this sense of one's vibration, humbled in this simple recognition of whom we are, thankful for having an opportunity of being alive.
- 9:07Speaker: The music continues for another minute.
- 9:10Speaker: Please ponder, reflect, make your list and accomplish, and be kind and understanding to oneself and to all others as well.
- 9:22Speaker: Do onto others as yea would have them do unto you.
- 9:26Speaker: Have a great day. namaste
