- Jessica Figueroa: Hello everyone. Guess what today is? Today is our 100th episode. 100 episodes. I can't believe it. We have done this 100 times together. Maybe you jumped in halfway through. I would encourage you to go back from the beginning. Maybe you need to invite a friend to do it with you, but we have done this 100 times. 100 times we've gotten together and talked about something we're going to do just for today. So, in celebration of today, I want to talk about something that I never expected to happen when I started doing this. So, when I started doing this, I was looking for a creative outlet to help people. I love helping people. I've created businesses and I've written our devotional based on this, but I you don't always know when you start something who you're gonna help. So, my middle daughter is 14 years old, and she is maybe. My biggest fan on this podcast. Not only does she listen every single day, but she comes up and she discusses it with me and she asks me questions and she engages with the topic and she is learning and growing. And I never saw that coming. Of course, I hoped my children would listen to it, but I never forced it. I never demanded it. So what a beautiful gift when we start something that we don't realize that the impact it's having on those closest to us. What are you needing to start? That in a hundred episodes, you have no idea who it's gonna bless in your life, who it's going to inspire, and who it's going to impact. If you just had the courage to step out and do something 100 times, what would it be? Maybe it's a hundred walks, maybe it's a hundred books to write, maybe it's a hundred letters to write, maybe it's a hundred text messages over four months to somebody. People are watching that are closest to us in our lives, and they're watching what we do. And we never know the fruit that will come from us just honoring what God has next for us.
