The Layback Podcast, presented by FlexPro Grip, is a niche baseball and sport podcast focused primarily on UCL (ulnar collateral ligament of the elbow) tears and other arm injuries. We dive deep on rehab and performance, explore the most innovative care, technology and performance initiatives.
