I first heard about Ayurveda, the ancient Indian spiritual healing wisdom, when I started practicing yoga in my late 30’s. It sounded mysterious, far away, and something that would have little relevance to my 1980’s New York lifestyle. As they say, with age (and experience) comes wisdom and for those with open minds and open hearts, new pathways and possibilities. It also brings new opportunities to meet and learn from wonderful teachers.
