- 0:00Caravans of migrants are again surging towards our community. Yet amidst this impending and
- 0:11occurring calamity, what do we see? I'll tell you what we see.
- 0:17All the liberal websites, one after another, turning a blind eye to this
- 0:22imminent threat. I searched last night. I searched a bunch of different websites,
- 0:31bunch of different news organizations. Not one aside from Fox, had one
- 0:37story, one headline story about illegal immigration. They all turn a blind eye
- 0:46to this threat. They fixate instead on the trivial obsession and everything and anything
- 0:56related to Donald Trump. They ignored anger that is right in front of our
- 1:00face, larger than life, right before us. Not the website mentioned anything
- 1:08any story about what I'm about to say. Six migrant squatters released it on
- 1:15bail after New York City gun drug arrest. Six illegals who have taken up
- 1:23residents in somebody's apartment, not paying any rent. Can't get them out,
- 1:27can't kick him out. Well, the squatters because one of them, one
- 1:34of them, thinks so egregious, they had to go in well inside,
- 1:38guns, drugs, all kinds of different paraphernalia, and a child and a
- 1:44child seven year old. I think, guess what, no bail, No
- 1:49bail for these guys. Back out on the street. Story one you see
- 1:53this one where a canine dog was stabbed to death by the barber barrack MS
- 2:00thirteen gang members again, illegal gang members, illegal aliens stab a law enforcement
- 2:09officer K nine to death, brutal attack. Nothing I see nothing of that
- 2:16in any news organization. Border agents apprehend one hundred and eighty two Chinese citizens
- 2:22who crossed into the US illegally in the last week, nothing on any website.
- 2:29Story after story after the story, rape attacks, brutality, murders,
- 2:37and yet they do nothing. And I don't want to hear. And if
- 2:42you're garbage, you're spewing garbage from your progressive left Democrats. Oh, we
- 2:46presented a bill that would stop it. It's a bunch of bull Total illegal
- 2:53immigration is running rampant and unchecked and unchallenged, and American citizens are suffering because
- 3:01of it. They're suffering because criminals have been emboldened by lacks border policies.
- 3:08They roam freely among us, and they mock us at the same time attacking
- 3:14us. You wanted it to be us against them. Guess what it is
- 3:17now us against them. My sympathy for those who are looking for a better
- 3:23life dissipated, it is gone. I no longer care about it. I
- 3:29don't I'm done. I don't care what kind of heartstring pulling music you play
- 3:37over some ad. I'm done. They commit heinous crimes without fear of any
- 3:40consequence. They do something horrifying, and they're right back out on the street
- 3:46when they should be departed. No remorse. I do is live to destroy.
- 3:53It is a travesty, a betrayal of the very principles upon which this
- 4:00nation was founded. You are being betrayed by leadership. I was so furious
- 4:05last night. We cannot be silent, We cannot stand idly by while the
- 4:14country is overrun by lawlessness. And we have to rise to this challenge.
- 4:20We have to defend the communities and protect the families. I'm telling you today,
- 4:25arm yourself, Be ready because they're armed, Be vigilant, because they
- 4:30are the left on us against them scenario. You got it. It's here
- 4:35us against them. That's what you wanted, That's what you got. I
- 4:43can't live a country where there are no rules of law for anyone who has
- 4:48broken laws. The only rules apply, and they're overbearing to those who are
- 4:54pushing back against whatever government policy is being put in place to usurp my freedoms.
- 5:02So for the sake of your children, for the sake of freedom,
- 5:05for the sake of everything that you hold, dear, stand fight. And
- 5:12when I say arm, I mean arm and protect yourself. I also mean
- 5:16make sure you have to spread a word. Knowledge has to be passed around.
- 5:23Your neighbor has to know what's going on. It's time for a complete
- 5:27change in politics. The people that are ruling the party now, they have
- 5:34absolutely been and this is the best way I can say it, the most
- 5:41forgiving way, a monumental disappointment. Some of the legislators across this country have
- 5:47been treasono us from the beginning, and Biden is one of those progressives who
- 5:53have been treasonous. So the days of my feeling sorry for folks, and
- 5:59I again there are people who you want a champion to come here for a
- 6:03better life. You know, single mothers with kids that just want to escape.
- 6:09It's over until this situation that's at hand is taken and put into control,
- 6:15stopped so that mothers and sons and co eds can live a life without
- 6:21fear of being raped or murdered, or a canine dog can't be doing his
- 6:27job without the fear of a gang stabbing it to death. My sympathy ends,
- 6:33period. So the progressive left wants to weigh on again my sympathies and
- 6:39your sympathies showing me, you know, photos of illegals and their families escaping
- 6:46the poverty and the political oppression supposedly that their country is throwing at them.
- 6:53You have taken all of my sympathy and you have stolen it from me.
- 6:59With what I'm watching on a regular basis in the cityscapes across this country,
- 7:04I no longer feel sorry for anybody until this whole situation is rectified, until
- 7:13my family is safe, until your family is safe. There is a certain
- 7:17responsibility that comes with being an elected official in this country, and we have
- 7:26completely lost that accountability with a majority of those folks who hold office, whether
- 7:33it's in your home state as a congressman or a center, or even in
- 7:39some cases down to state reps and state centers, mayors, certainly governors of
- 7:45certain states, they have lost their way. They have decided that this mentality
- 7:53of ultra Wokhism and progressivism and globalism trumps your safety, your liberty, your
- 8:03freedoms. And these people have gone out of their way and they have delivered
- 8:07chaos to the United States of America. We are living in chaos. When
- 8:15millions of illegal aliens have come across the southern border and used our resources and
- 8:22used my money and have complete disregard for the rule of law and decent humanity,
- 8:31then guess what what has to happen is I have to lump everybody together
- 8:35for the sheer sake of self preservation. Everyone gets lumped together, and I
- 8:41no longer care about those who are trying to get here for all truistic reasons.
- 8:48I now have to look out for number one, and number one is
- 8:52the United States citizen. We should be number one in this equation all of
- 8:58the time, some of the time. My name is Lee Elsie. And

- 15:58for free speech, the Second Amendment, Supreme Court justices that follow the Constitution,
- 16:03and the Bill of Rights, Economic growth, ending the chaotic foreign involvement
- 16:07in conflicts we shouldn't be in. I vote for the electoral college, law
- 16:11enforcement. I vote for federal judges to uphold constitutional principles. I vote for
- 16:18a secure border. I support the military, our veterans. I vote against
- 16:23human trafficking. I support our allies, and I support the unborn babies who
- 16:30just want to live. That's what I'm voting for. What are you voting
- 16:37for? It'll be here before you know it, Ladies and gentlemen. You'll
- 16:41have to cast your vote on that icy, cold, gray November day,
- 16:48and that vote could very well change the history and the direction of this country,
- 16:55because right now we're living in not only a banana republic, but we're
- 17:00living in this shadowy existence where up is down and down is up, and
- 17:07wrong is right and right is wrong. And we have to break this ugly
- 17:15cycle. And the only way you can do it without taking up arms against
- 17:18our pressors is to do it through the ballot box, and to do it
- 17:25by putting good quality conservative individuals into office, to change the trajectory the direction
- 17:33of the United States of America. The clock on the wall is ticking.
- 17:37That November day will be here before you know it, and it's your responsibility
- 17:41to get involved and be involved make a difference by being a concerned citizen and
- 17:49a voter. So if you haven't signed up to vote yet, get out
- 17:53there and do it. Put your name down, get in the game,
- 18:00be part of the solution as opposed to just being a bystander and watching the
- 18:04country burn. All right, my name is Lee else Every Friday I do
- 18:10get a chance to hang out with you on the USA Audio Network. It's
- 18:12always a distinct honor and an absolute pleasure to do so, Wayne, I'll
- 18:17be here again at the top of the hour. You can find out more
- 18:19about me leels dot com. You can go up on the Facebook the Voice
- 18:25of Freedom. You can also subscribe to my YouTube page, where just about
- 18:29every day we post at least one video. A lot of times are just
- 18:30like a ninety second short where we condense my opening monologue on my shows here
- 18:37in Connecticut. Would love for you to be up and on that. That'd
- 18:40be fantastic. And again, all you gotta do is go up on the
- 18:42YouTube and type in my name L E E E l CI and I'm pretty
- 18:47sure it takes you right where you got to go. But again, I'm
- 18:49not technically savvy. I guess that's a that's a class I'm going to have
- 18:52to take to figure out how to do that. But real quick, before
- 18:57I do go, don't you sit around with your friends and your family members
- 19:02talking about this or is it just in some cases just oblivious to a big
- 19:07chunk of the population. What's going on in this country? Are you know
- 19:11your family members and other friends that you may have fed the spoon, fed
- 19:15this information by the propaganda media who don't want you to actually see what's really
- 19:22going on, don't want you to see the rampant crime in the streets and
- 19:25the homelessness, and the fact that there are tense cities now, in all
- 19:26these cities where people are living and trying to survive, and the crime is
- 19:30rampant, and the drug abuse is happening, and the quality of life that
- 19:33we once enjoyed has dipped because we've allowed third world nations to come in and
- 19:42not assimilate and not want to be Americans. They want to take El Salvador
- 19:49or Nicaragua or any of these other Banana republic nations, and they want to
- 19:55turn America, or at least their little chunk of it. They're little of
- 20:00it. They're a little place in it, and that, to me is
- 20:03the crux of a lot of the issues. Your grandparents, my grandparents.
- 20:07Then they came here today. They wanted to be Americans. These folks don't
- 20:11want to be Americans. They don't mind taking from us, but they certainly
- 20:15don't want to be us. All right, let me take a break.

- 27:18It was a Kansas Fear of Investigation special Agent. Have signed a DBA for
- 27:22five years as well, and then I became sheriff of one of the larger
- 27:26sheriff's offices in the midwest, Johnson County, Kansas, which is in the
- 27:29Kens City metropolitan area. So I care about not worldwide crime. What I
- 27:36do care about is crime that impacts the United States. So my main focus
- 27:40is on America and criminal justice, public policy, that we're doing right and
- 27:44that we're doing wrong. Well, thank you for your service. First of
- 27:47all, let me let me say that because you know, I have family
- 27:48members were state troopers in the state of Washington, and what you guys have
- 27:52to go through is not easy. So I thank you for all of that
- 27:56and trying to keep law and order here in this country. I've always been
- 27:59somebody who comes down on the side of being punitive. You want to stop
- 28:02crimes, you get punitive with the result of some of these crimes. Maybe
- 28:06we can get into that in a bit here, but let me ask you
- 28:08first about the crime statistics, and what we are hearing now is that while
- 28:14crime is down, everybody, why are you making a big fuss out of
- 28:15this crime is down? Is that true? No? In fact, it's
- 28:19misleading. I watched the President's State of the Union address because generally crime is
- 28:26crime, public policy is addressed. So I was interested in that in particular
- 28:30when he got to it. He stated, last year the United States had
- 28:33one of the lowest rates of all violent crime, all violent crime in more
- 28:36than fifty years. And I was astonished by this remark. And to me,
- 28:40criminal justice public policy is in misinformation associated with it is similar to what
- 28:48we're seeing with economic news, financial news, immigration. It seems to be
- 28:52we're trying to establish a new norm and we're using numbers that are in fact
- 28:56spurious. Well, in this particular case, the FBI Unified Crime Reports is
- 29:02what they call the ucrs, have been a data point that law enforcement in
- 29:06the public and media is used for decades. But within the last four years
- 29:11the information no longer is accurate. And so when you're citing FBI information that
- 29:18is not reliable, then you're giving a false narrative out the fact that crime
- 29:23is higher than what it was. It did dip from ten to twenty nineteen,
- 29:30that started to increase. The problem is about forty percent of law enforcement
- 29:36agencies in America do not contribute any data at all to the unified Crime Reports,
- 29:42which affects the violent crime rate that you have. So there are Florida,
- 29:48the state of Florida, only forty percent of the agencies provided data.
- 29:53You have Pennsylvania or excuse me, Florida only eight percent of the agencies,
- 29:59Pennsylvania ninety percent of the agencies, New York State twenty four percent, Maryland
- 30:03thirty eight, California just half, Allen lays and New Jersey just half.
- 30:07And then you have some police departments. New York Police Department provided zero data,
- 30:11LAPD zero data, Phoenix zero, San Francisco, Miami, New Orleans,
- 30:17Pittsburgh. These are all big cities and with high crime. If they're
- 30:21not providing any data to the information, then how can it be useless?
- 30:26So, I mean, how can it be useful? So I think what
- 30:32people have to understand is there should be key assumptions now associated with these ucrs.
- 30:37And the Department of Justice puts out another report called the National Crime Victimization
- 30:42Survey the NCDs. And in the past, the UCR and the NCDs have
- 30:48been parallel to each other. They complement in each other. If there's an
- 30:52increase in crime, generally you see the National Crime Victimization Survey increase. If
- 30:56they're a decrease, that does the same well. From twenty twenty one to
- 31:00twenty twenty two, the National Crime Victimization survey saw an increase in violent crime
- 31:06of forty four percent, which the UCR did not reflect that same data.
- 31:11This is a remarkable increase and it's never happened before where those two data points
- 31:18have been so off. The other key assumption is that a lot of people
- 31:22don't understand is we've had a significant increase in police officer retirements and resignations.
- 31:27We have police officers that are retiring early if they can in some places at
- 31:32the national average is a forty four percent increase in police retirements. We're not
- 31:36able to resupply the labor pipeline, and so maybe only twenty percent of those
- 31:41positions are being refilled. And then we have some departments across America that have
- 31:47been defunded, so if they did want to refill them, the political leadership
- 31:52in those cities have decided that they're going to take moneys away, which about
- 31:56seventy five to eighty percent of the budgets make up salary benefits, so it's
- 32:00certainly going to have an impact there. So if you just take those two
- 32:05key assumptions, and people can look at my substack where I have the math
- 32:08doctor Curry Myers at substack dot com. You can see excuse me, doctor
- 32:13Curry Myers dot substack, and you can see the information, and I calculate
- 32:17that now it rises to six thirty And this doesn't even include we have a
- 32:22huge problem with open border. There's estimates that about twenty percent of the people
- 32:27coming across the border are actually criminal illegal aliens. That means they have criminal
- 32:30histories where they committed the criminal acts. Many of those are not being reported,
- 32:37so that increases the violent crime rate. And then the last key assumption
- 32:40is decriminalization. Lee. If you know that, you know there's been a
- 32:45lot of cities and a lot of states that have decided to decriminalize crime,
- 32:49and that means law enforcements not responding to those former criminal acts in which they
- 32:53used to. And as I can tell you as someone who worked in the
- 32:58field, it wasn't uncommon day have multiple charges. If you got called to
- 33:02a crime scene or a crime that occurred, it wasn't uncommon for you to
- 33:08understand and investigate and develop the fact that there may be two or three additional
- 33:12crimes that occurred as a result of that one call. So we're missing all
- 33:16of that information. All of the data is spurious, and it seems to
- 33:20me that the political comments are we're trying to establish a new norm and just
- 33:25get people used to the high numbers. So let me ask you this question,
- 33:30bother me for the whole conversation. How is it not some kind of
- 33:35federally mandated requirement for law enforcement to report this data? Because you would think
- 33:42this is crucial in to how we attack crime in this country. How can
- 33:45we let this just slip by? How come there's not legislation written that police
- 33:50departments across the country must submit this stuff. Well, one of the reasons
- 33:53this occurred is the FBI rolled out a new software in twenty nineteen and it
- 33:59was is not rolled out correctly, and it had a lot of problems and
- 34:02a lot of issues. Agencies had difficulty putting the information data in, and
- 34:07some of this is frustration from the police departments in county sheriffs and state troopers
- 34:15that can't put the information in because it gets rejected, so they're wasting their
- 34:19time as the results putting it in. So a lot of this is because
- 34:22they rolled out something new and didn't roll it out correctly, and as a
- 34:25result agency now it's getting better. In twenty twenty three, we saw thirty
- 34:31one percent of the agencies not providing that. The previous two years was up
- 34:37north of forty percent. But there was a time when police agencies gave eighty
- 34:43five to ninety percent of the police agencies provided this data. It's kind of
- 34:46hard for really small departments because they may not have the software, they may
- 34:51not have the analysts to be able to put in this crime information. I'm
- 34:55a huge advocate of evidence based policing. I think it would astonish the public
- 35:01that most law enforcement agencies base their their their their understanding of crime on historic
- 35:10figures and extore historic numbers, and they're not seeing crime in real time.
- 35:15And so if there's anything the federal government could do is having upgrades and software
- 35:20where we could actually see crime in real time and not historic and that way
- 35:24we can deploy labor resources like hotspot policing and really target uh crime in specific
- 35:31areas. And the best part about evidence based policing and hotspot policing is it's
- 35:37not feelings based, it's based on data because there's there. The argument now
- 35:40is for a lot of people is everything is about race. Everything's woke,
- 35:45and we're not. We don't treat facts the same anymore. Everybody wants to
- 35:50base things on feelings. Let me ask you. I don't wan to get
- 35:52too political with you. I don't know how you know political you want to
- 35:54get, but it just seems to me. It floors me because you know,
- 35:58I get on the air every day and I talk about crime and punishment
- 36:02and as I said earlier, the punitive side of it, and why we
- 36:05let hardened criminals either go sixteen, seventeen twenty convictions on different crimes and they're
- 36:10out walking around the last issue with the police officer that got shot here in
- 36:15New York City with eleven felony convictions. What do we have to do,
- 36:19like politically speaking, what has to happen for the Democrat side of the aisle
- 36:24to see this as a legitimate problem? And it makes me think, Doc
- 36:30that they want this chaos in America. They're striving for a dysfunctional America for
- 36:36some reason which I still don't understand. Can you comment on any of that?
- 36:39No, I'm happy to. I think you're absolutely right. I used
- 36:44to call bad criminal justice public policy unintended consequences. People make decisions and they
- 36:50don't realize how it affects things downstream, but it seems to me nowadays they're
- 36:55intended consequences. You can't tell me that the the impact of border crime is
- 37:01because they were not aware that you can't have an open border and just let
- 37:06anybody. We have no idea who's coming into this country. We've had one
- 37:08somewhere in the neighborhood of about thirty five thousand just Chinese nationals coming in within
- 37:14the last year that I'm sure are embedding and American society and Doc really it
- 37:20was interesting. I want to keep your number. Hopefully I can use you
- 37:22down the road, because I think people would like to hear your opinion down
- 37:24the road on a lot of different things. Can you tell everybody where's the
- 37:27best place for them to find you and and sort of read what you have?
- 37:30Where do they go? Well, thank you again very much. The
- 37:32substack where I do a weekly podcast and I do reportsbout is doctor Curry Myers
- 37:38dot substack dot com. Curry is c U R R I E M Y
- 37:43E R S and I'm on x at doctor Curry Myers. And in fact,
- 37:47if you just google doctor Curry Myers, there's all you know, all
- 37:51kinds of stuff's going to come up on the on the radio shows. I
- 37:55probably do about two hundred and fifty radio and television here, to include Box
- 38:00National and things like that. So I'm unafraid about speaking about criminal JOSTI fishing
- 38:06well. I appreciate it, but I do. And this probably was your
- 38:08best show. Have it right to a mind than there is. I get
- 38:15it. I get to talk to the guy who was in the well listen,

- 43:36the USA Audio Network, Raw and Unfiltered. Wayne will be here in just
- 43:38a few minutes. I want to talk about something that is near and dear
- 43:45to my heart, something I talk about often on my morning show here in
- 43:49Connecticut. I want to talk about the importance of freedom and what freedom should
- 43:54mean to you. We need to prioritize it in our daily lives, or
- 44:00is it even prioritized in your life? Or is it something abstract maybe it's
- 44:05some ideal that you think is abstract. And when we talk about freedom,
- 44:09I talk about freedom all the time, the freedoms that are enshrined in our
- 44:13Bill of Rights. What are you really talking about? Is it simply the
- 44:17freedom to pursue happiness, life, liberty, the pursuit of happiness. Is
- 44:24that really what it is? Or is it something more pragmatic, more fundamental?
- 44:34That essence of pure freedom. Maybe it lies in the ability to defend
- 44:40against tyranny, safeguard ourselves, our families, our communities from threats both external
- 44:50and internal, foreign and domestic. It's not really freedom. I mean,
- 45:00the freedom that we talk about when we talk about the red, white,
- 45:05and Blue, is not about pursuing personal pleasures. You get that as a
- 45:12byproduct. It's about ensuring the survival and the well being of everyone you hold
- 45:23dear or every ideal that you hold dear, family, your bloodlines. Yes,
- 45:30not just that though neighbors, friends, anyone who shares the common bond
- 45:39you hold a certain level of solidarity with. Remember that it's not about exclusion
- 45:47or discrimination. It's about protecting what matters the most, doesn't matter what your
- 45:52raise or your background is. It's that freedom that thought that it is enshrined
- 46:00in the Bill of Rights. But we are now living in this harsh truth
- 46:07where our current form of freedom is under seat. We're facing threats, overt
- 46:14threats, covert threats, forces that seek to undermine are way of life now,
- 46:22whether they're doing it through deception which is everyday, manipulation which is every
- 46:27day, these adversaries are absolutely eroding the fabric of the society that we have
- 46:32enjoyed for two hundred and forty five years. Who are the adversaries, you
- 46:38might ask that question. They are the ones that exploit generosity and hospitality for
- 46:52their own nefarious ends. They are the ones that disregard the rule of law,
- 46:59borders language, country, showing contempt for the principles upon which this nation
- 47:05was founding, showing contempt for you, waving other people in they're more important
- 47:12than you. Despite this clear and present danger they pose, we find ourselves
- 47:22shackled by the legalities and the obligations that render us powerless to act. What
- 47:30do we do about this? How do we fight this devilry, this absolute
- 47:42evil? How do we fight it? We're trapped in a web of judicial
- 47:51intricacies, unable to assert our rights or defend ourselves against those who harm us.
- 47:59It's what we talked about yesterday. What do we do? Rise up?
- 48:04How fight? Who? Who do you aim your first shot at?
- 48:13Where is your anger specifically pointed? We have to reclaim our sovereignty somehow,
- 48:21to assert the status, to assert our right to life, liberty and the
- 48:29real pursuit of happiness. Reclaim our rightful place as citizens of a nation founded
- 48:37on the principles of freedom and justice. And we are falling into this trap
- 48:46of apathy and complacement, and we sit by and sit on our rear ends
- 48:52as freedoms slowly are stripped one by one, are trampled on, one by
- 48:59one. That's your way of life, that's circling the drain, your precious
- 49:07freedom, freedom for your family, your very way of life. The challenge
- 49:15before us, educate yourself, arm yourself with knowledge, stand ready to fight
- 49:22against anyone who wants to oppress us. Press you vigilance is the only way
- 49:30we can beat this apathy is the death of freedom, all right, ladies
- 49:34and gentlemen. That does it for me. Lee ELSII am out. You
