San Diego Mayor Todd Gloria is calling on Congress to extend Temporary Protected Status for thousands of Haitians and Syrians living in San Diego. A Marine recruit has died after suffering what was described as a "medical emergency." The City of San Diego has new e-bike regulations going into effect next week.
