- 0:01Speaker 1: Hey, discos, need a little more Disgraceland in your life,

- 0:08Speaker 1: This is the podcast. It comes after the podcast. Welcome
- 0:12Speaker 1: to Disgraceland, the after Party. Welcome to the Disgraceland bonus episode,
- 0:30Speaker 1: a little thing we like to call the after party.
- 0:33Speaker 1: This is the show after the show, the party after
- 0:35Speaker 1: the party, the bridge to get you from one full
- 0:36Speaker 1: episode of Disgraceland to the other. The backyard, to dig
- 0:39Speaker 1: into the dirt, our mission to uncover the truth, to
- 0:42Speaker 1: confront the myth, to reclaim the story. On this bonus episode,
- 0:45Speaker 1: we're digging into all the musicians mentioned in the Epstein Files,
- 0:49Speaker 1: also talking a little bit about Hunter S. Thompson, previewing
- 0:53Speaker 1: Bob Weir and Bohemian Grove, and we get into your emails, comments, dms,
- 0:57Speaker 1: and as always, a whole lot of this is the
- 1:00Speaker 1: podcast who have musically obsessed, the outsiders, the independent thinkers
- 1:04Speaker 1: who know that the best history is the history that
- 1:07Speaker 1: gets buried. Disgrace Liners, where I tell the stories they
- 1:09Speaker 1: didn't want told, the kind you will end up telling
- 1:11Speaker 1: someone else. All right, this goes, Let's get into it. Okay, guys.
- 1:29Speaker 1: Jay Z is in the Epstein Files and Jack White,
- 1:32Speaker 1: so Is, Kurt Cobain, Bono, McJagger, Courtney Love, Michael Jackson,
- 1:36Speaker 1: R Kelly, Bruce, Springsteen, both Elvis's Presley and Costello, Lisa
- 1:43Speaker 1: Marie Presley, Elton, John, Janis Joplin. There's a recent list
- 1:48Speaker 1: that the Department of Justice put out there a couple
- 1:50Speaker 1: of days ago. They don't say that it's an exhaustive
- 1:54Speaker 1: list of all the sort of bold face names mentioned
- 1:57Speaker 1: in the Epstein Files, but they kind of intimate that
- 1:59Speaker 1: is there the list of companies. What they say, what
- 2:01Speaker 1: the Department of Justice says, is their you know, their
- 2:04Speaker 1: their final release of all of the Epstein information that
- 2:10Speaker 1: DJ had that they were compelled to release by law
- 2:13Speaker 1: from Congress. It's troubling for a number of different reasons.
- 2:19Speaker 1: There's a lot of rock stars on this list. And
- 2:24Speaker 1: the troubling part is that people see these names and
- 2:29Speaker 1: they go, oh, no, Kirk Cobain, Please know Kirk Cobain
- 2:32Speaker 1: the Epstein Files. I love Kirk Cobain, like there can't
- 2:34Speaker 1: be Please tell me he wasn't an Epstein Island, you
- 2:37Speaker 1: know what I mean? That makes no sense. Kirk Cobain
- 2:40Speaker 1: would never be an Epstein Island for a gazillion different reasons,
- 2:43Speaker 1: not to mention the timing historically of everything. But a
- 2:46Speaker 1: lot of people do not understand what these files are.
- 2:52Speaker 1: And when you do understand what they are and what
- 2:54Speaker 1: they aren't, which is just as important, you can understand
- 2:59Speaker 1: how anybody his name could be in these files. So
- 3:01Speaker 1: we're talking about millions and millions and millions of documents. Okay,
- 3:04Speaker 1: So what I want to do in this episode is
- 3:07Speaker 1: I want to go through the musicians that are mentioned,
- 3:11Speaker 1: and I want to just sort of tag them by
- 3:14Speaker 1: the context, and you know what, what do we think
- 3:19Speaker 1: of this based on the context, Because the last thing
- 3:22Speaker 1: we need to be doing is running around going oh, no,
- 3:25Speaker 1: Bruce Springsteen is a pedophile because he's mentioned in the
- 3:28Speaker 1: in the Epstein Files. That makes no friggin sense. Yet
- 3:32Speaker 1: somehow that's the world we're in right now. Okay. On
- 3:35Speaker 1: the other hand, there is some compelling information regarding some artists,
- 3:40Speaker 1: some musicians that deserves some unwrapping here in the context
- 3:46Speaker 1: of the Epstein Files, pertaining to their culpability, their alleged guilt,
- 3:51Speaker 1: their interaction with with the FBI, et cetera. Okay, so
- 3:55Speaker 1: we're gonna're gonna get into a bunch of this right now,
- 3:58Speaker 1: or we're gonna get into a little bit more of
- 4:01Speaker 1: it next week when we do the Bob Weir episode.
- 4:04Speaker 1: That'll be Grateful To Part three, new episode on Bob
- 4:07Speaker 1: Weir and the relationship with the Epstein File. With the
- 4:09Speaker 1: Epstein Files, tell us about Bohemian Grove. Okay, but for
- 4:13Speaker 1: right now, we're going to focus on the musicians in
- 4:15Speaker 1: the Epstein Files. And just before we do that little
- 4:18Speaker 1: house cleaning, this week we released into the wide feed
- 4:21Speaker 1: our Hunter s Thompson episode. Hunter was not I don't know,
- 4:24Speaker 1: maybe he wasn't the Epstein Files. I didn't search for him.
- 4:28Speaker 1: I will. And this this week, the Rewind episode, we're
- 4:32Speaker 1: featuring our episode on the Clash, So check those two out.
- 4:36Speaker 1: And then next week, like I said, we're gonna have
- 4:38Speaker 1: our Bob Weir episode, Part three, Grateful Dead. And when
- 4:42Speaker 1: you're listening to that episode, I want to know your
- 4:44Speaker 1: take on Bob Weir's involvement with Bohemian Grove. Okay, I'm
- 4:49Speaker 1: clearly giving you mine. I want to know yours. Do
- 4:51Speaker 1: you agree with my take? Do you have your own?
- 4:54Speaker 1: Do you think I'm crazy? Get at me six one
- 4:56Speaker 1: seven nine oh six six six three eight voicemail and text,
- 5:00Speaker 1: or just hit me up disgracing PUD at gmail dot
- 5:03Speaker 1: com to let me know. Now back to musicians rock
- 5:06Speaker 1: stars in the Epstein files. First of all, what are
- 5:09Speaker 1: the Epstein files? And what aren't the Epstein files? All right?
- 5:13Speaker 1: What the files are? They are literally millions upon millions
- 5:16Speaker 1: of government documents that the Department of Justice has in
- 5:21Speaker 1: its POSI or had, I guess, because they've made it public,
- 5:23Speaker 1: so now we all have it. And there's some debate
- 5:26Speaker 1: over whether or not they've released everything. I personally cannot tell.
- 5:31Speaker 1: I have no idea. I don't understand it. Okay, I'm
- 5:33Speaker 1: just saying that right now. But will what I do
- 5:35Speaker 1: you understand? There's millions and millions and millions of government
- 5:39Speaker 1: documents that have been released by the Department of Justice
- 5:43Speaker 1: pertaining to disgraced financier and convicted sex offender and friend
- 5:47Speaker 1: to many, many, many powerful and famous people, Jeffrey Epstein.
- 5:52Speaker 1: These Epstein files, what they're not is a definitive sort
- 5:57Speaker 1: of case closed. Here's the file. Here's what you know.
- 6:01Speaker 1: It's not even close to that. In fact, it's the
- 6:02Speaker 1: exact opposite. Of that. What the files are are there.
- 6:06Speaker 1: They include a gazillion emails to and from Jeffrey Epstein
- 6:11Speaker 1: to his friends, many of them bold faced names that
- 6:14Speaker 1: you've heard of, plus his texts, and they also include
- 6:19Speaker 1: a mass The files also include a massive trove of
- 6:22Speaker 1: documents and reports from Department of Justice officials, mainly FBI
- 6:27Speaker 1: agents on Jeffrey Epstein, plus email and text exchanges between
- 6:32Speaker 1: agents discussing Epstein, discussing the case, discussing the investigation. Now
- 6:38Speaker 1: included in these conversations are FBI agents discussing Jeffrey Epstein's
- 6:45Speaker 1: victims and the victim's allegations. A lot of these victims
- 6:51Speaker 1: are anonymous, their names are redacted, and again it's important
- 6:55Speaker 1: to remember that at the point these conversations in the
- 6:58Speaker 1: Epstein files are taking place, they're just In a lot
- 7:02Speaker 1: of cases, they're just conversations. So just just because a
- 7:07Speaker 1: couple of FBI agents are discussing criminal allegations, that does
- 7:11Speaker 1: not mean, in some cases anyways, that any evidence has
- 7:16Speaker 1: been collected to substantiate the claims. Okay, imagine a cop show.
- 7:20Speaker 1: You got two FBI agents talking about something they're investigating.
- 7:24Speaker 1: That's essentially what a lot of this is okay, this
- 7:28Speaker 1: the Epstein files are a lot. It's just a dump.
- 7:32Speaker 1: It is a dump of information, a massive amount of information,
- 7:38Speaker 1: and there's very little sort of like nothing's really wrapped
- 7:41Speaker 1: in a bow or has been wrapped in a bow. Okay,
- 7:45Speaker 1: to the extent that there's an investigation, I mean, I
- 7:47Speaker 1: don't even know what it is. If the guy was
- 7:50Speaker 1: in jail, he was gonna go on trial, he's dead,
- 7:53Speaker 1: you know. Now, it's just like release the files, release
- 7:55Speaker 1: the files. The files come out, and it's just like
- 7:58Speaker 1: we're just like being water with information. And it's like, Okay,
- 8:01Speaker 1: Bono's name and Kurt Kobe's saying, you know, Bruce Springsteen
- 8:05Speaker 1: and Janis Joplin and r Kelly of A jay Z.
- 8:09Speaker 1: You know what I mean. It's like, but what does
- 8:10Speaker 1: it all mean? Well, this is, like I said, there's
- 8:12Speaker 1: a certain amount of people out there who think that
- 8:13Speaker 1: just because their names people's names are in these files,
- 8:16Speaker 1: that means that they're guilty, guilty as something, you know,
- 8:20Speaker 1: And in some cases maybe they are, but in a
- 8:22Speaker 1: lot of cases they aren't. And this isn't meant to
- 8:24Speaker 1: be something where I'm defending these rock stars because I'm
- 8:27Speaker 1: a fan of rock music or whatever or these artists.
- 8:30Speaker 1: That's not what this is. I'm just trying to make
- 8:32Speaker 1: this mess a little bit cleaner for us to understand.
- 8:35Speaker 1: So let's get a couple facts out of the way
- 8:37Speaker 1: real quick. For the record, Jeffrey Epstein was convicted in
- 8:41Speaker 1: two thousand and eight of procuring a child for prostitution
- 8:45Speaker 1: and for soliciting prostitution. He did some time cushy time,
- 8:51Speaker 1: like real cushy time. In twenty nineteen, Epstein was arrested
- 8:57Speaker 1: and charged with sex trafficking, and he died in prison,
- 9:00Speaker 1: officially from suicide, but unofficially. Come on back to my point.
- 9:05Speaker 1: Just because an individual is mentioned in the Jeffrey Epstein files,
- 9:08Speaker 1: that doesn't really mean anything. Context is everything. Context is everything. Okay, many, many,
- 9:15Speaker 1: many people are mentioned, Lots of them famous and powerful,
- 9:18Speaker 1: some of them guilty as sin, though most of them
- 9:21Speaker 1: are innocent, just on balance, law of averages. We're talking
- 9:25Speaker 1: three million documents or something like that. For this conversation,
- 9:30Speaker 1: I'm focused on the musicians mentioned in the files. All right,
- 9:34Speaker 1: If you want information on the rich and powerful from
- 9:37Speaker 1: the Epstein files, talking about torture videos and talking in
- 9:42Speaker 1: code about pizza and grape soda. You can get my
- 9:45Speaker 1: thoughts on that in next week's Grateful Dead episode on
- 9:48Speaker 1: Bob Weir like I mentioned, Okay that episode. That episode
- 9:52Speaker 1: looks at the connection between the Epstein Files and Bohemian Grove.
- 9:56Speaker 1: This episode looks at the musicians in the files, and
- 9:59Speaker 1: like all the name in the files, I believe that
- 10:01Speaker 1: some of these people are guilty and some of them
- 10:03Speaker 1: are innocent. And just to note the title of this
- 10:05Speaker 1: episode is the Epstein Files and every musician mentioned in them.
- 10:09Speaker 1: We think it would be impossible. It would take years
- 10:13Speaker 1: to list all of the musicians mentioned in the Epstein Files,
- 10:17Speaker 1: in part because the files include emails Epstein receives from
- 10:22Speaker 1: from publicists and events and and and venues that are
- 10:27Speaker 1: that are advertising concerts and shows. Okay, so, like, I mean,
- 10:32Speaker 1: come on, you could literally be like, who's a beloved
- 10:34Speaker 1: musician Ringo Star. You could literally find Ringo Star's name
- 10:38Speaker 1: in the Epstein Files as part of some venue advertisement,
- 10:43Speaker 1: and you could factually claim that Ringo Star is in
- 10:45Speaker 1: the Epstein Files. It doesn't mean shit, is my point. However,
- 10:49Speaker 1: some of these names, some of these mentions do in
- 10:52Speaker 1: fact may In fact, I should say, mean, mean shit,
- 10:56Speaker 1: mean some things. Okay, Justice dot Gov slash Epstein slash search.
- 11:01Speaker 1: That's where you can go. Anyone can go. That's where
- 11:04Speaker 1: I went. Anyone can search the Epstein files. It's pretty fascinating. Now.
- 11:08Speaker 1: Not only did I search for the rock stars and
- 11:11Speaker 1: the musicians on the actual list that the Department of
- 11:14Speaker 1: Justice released over the past weekend, but I also did
- 11:17Speaker 1: keyword searches. I searched for a musician. I searched for
- 11:20Speaker 1: rock star. To my knowledge, the musicians we're going to
- 11:24Speaker 1: discuss here are the prominent musicians, the household names, if
- 11:28Speaker 1: you will, that are mentioned in the files. And there's
- 11:30Speaker 1: a ton of musicians also in some of these emails
- 11:34Speaker 1: with Epstein that who's likely never heard of. It's kind
- 11:37Speaker 1: of sad, actually, they're hitting him up for cash, trying
- 11:42Speaker 1: to get on his radar, kissing his ass some. He
- 11:45Speaker 1: responds to some. He not only offers to help, but
- 11:49Speaker 1: he does indeed help, offers to pay this one woman
- 11:53Speaker 1: I'm presuming her name is redacted. She signs the email
- 11:56Speaker 1: with kisses, so I'm assuming it's a woman musician who
- 12:00Speaker 1: in some sort of competition, and Epstein offers to pay
- 12:04Speaker 1: her cash ten grand in cash if she advances. She's
- 12:08Speaker 1: clearly interested in that. There's another musician, a guy who's
- 12:11Speaker 1: of some note, who I've never heard of before, piano player.
- 12:14Speaker 1: I'm not going to mention his name because I don't
- 12:17Speaker 1: want to impeu in the guy in any way. And anyways,
- 12:20Speaker 1: Epstein is quite taken with his playing, and he emails
- 12:24Speaker 1: the president of Bard University on behalf of this musician
- 12:28Speaker 1: to get him on the radar for who knows what.
- 12:31Speaker 1: But this is what Epstein. This is what Epstein did.
- 12:34Speaker 1: He connected people, He made that his business. He was
- 12:38Speaker 1: a sex trafficker, yes, and I know there's some debate
- 12:41Speaker 1: over over that, over whether or not he was actually
- 12:45Speaker 1: trafficking women, depending on what the actual definition of sex
- 12:49Speaker 1: trafficking is. I don't give a fuck what the official
- 12:52Speaker 1: definition of sex trafficking is. It's very clear from these
- 12:57Speaker 1: files that Jeffrey Epstein was trafficking women. He's also trafficking
- 13:02Speaker 1: starfuckers and celebrities. There's a great article I read in
- 13:07Speaker 1: Fortune magazine over the weekend, and it talks it's They
- 13:10Speaker 1: quote one of the people who worked for Epstein at
- 13:12Speaker 1: his home in New York. I believe and they talk
- 13:15Speaker 1: about these events that he would hold where he basically
- 13:19Speaker 1: had the same the same path, the same group of
- 13:22Speaker 1: people types of people for these, you know, afternoon meetings
- 13:28Speaker 1: or morning meetings, and it would be Epstein. It would
- 13:32Speaker 1: be somebody famous from the world of arts and culture,
- 13:35Speaker 1: you know, like a Robert de Niro or a I'm
- 13:39Speaker 1: not saying Robert de Niro specifically, but an actor and actress,
- 13:43Speaker 1: et cetera, or a musician in some cases, you know,
- 13:47Speaker 1: someone like you'd walk in the room and be like,
- 13:48Speaker 1: oh shit, that guy. Damn, I'm having coffee with this guy.
- 13:51Speaker 1: All right, I didn't know that. And then there'd be
- 13:55Speaker 1: somebody like a tech a tech titan of industry, like
- 13:58Speaker 1: a Bill Gates type, you know, somebody big like or
- 14:01Speaker 1: you know even like like some big kind of influencer
- 14:03Speaker 1: in sort of the health space or the tech space,
- 14:06Speaker 1: like a Peter or Tea, something like that. And then
- 14:09Speaker 1: there'd be a beautiful woman, young woman typically of age,
- 14:15Speaker 1: but still young, nineteen ish, and she would be laser
- 14:19Speaker 1: focused on the final person at the meeting, who would
- 14:22Speaker 1: be the mark, the person that Epstein was trying to
- 14:28Speaker 1: bring into his circle for whatever reason. Usually somebody of note, okay,
- 14:33Speaker 1: and that the woman would, you know, have her laser
- 14:37Speaker 1: focus on this person. And you know, lots of things
- 14:40Speaker 1: happened sometimes. I was actually reading an article about this
- 14:43Speaker 1: sort of like honey trap structure that Epstein had and
- 14:48Speaker 1: the person sniffed it out and didn't fall for it.
- 14:51Speaker 1: But this happened a lot. You can read about it
- 14:53Speaker 1: in the files. You read a lot in the files.
- 14:56Speaker 1: Just go to like I said, Justice Stuckov slash Epstein
- 14:59Speaker 1: slash search. But again, Epstein my point. Epstein unlike anyone
- 15:05Speaker 1: I've ever come across in any of my research, just
- 15:09Speaker 1: a major networker and starfucker who can literally considered himself
- 15:16Speaker 1: a master of the universe. And he was connected to
- 15:19Speaker 1: people at the highest highest levels. Okay, so you know
- 15:26Speaker 1: for us, you know, Mick Jagger is like the highest level,
- 15:30Speaker 1: but I'm talking about like Sultan's I'm talking about Bill Gates, etc.
- 15:36Speaker 1: That level huge elon musk Okay. And again, just because
- 15:42Speaker 1: the name is in here, just because these people may
- 15:45Speaker 1: have been in contact with this guy, you gotta look
- 15:48Speaker 1: at the context. And that's what we're gonna do. So again,
- 15:51Speaker 1: there are a ton of musicians in these files, and
- 15:54Speaker 1: we're gonna go through just the bigger names, Okay, Mick Jagger,
- 15:57Speaker 1: Michael Jackson, Kark Kobe, and Bruce Springsteen. I even searched
- 16:01Speaker 1: Chester Bennington all right, and Chris Cornell. All right. We're
- 16:04Speaker 1: gonna discuss each mention of every prominent musician in the
- 16:08Speaker 1: Epstein Files. We come back right after this. All right, guys,
- 16:31Speaker 1: given how much information there is here in this topic
- 16:33Speaker 1: for this bonus episode, I usually do right here at
- 16:37Speaker 1: the top of the sea block. I usually do your
- 16:38Speaker 1: voicemails and text and emails. We're gonna do that later.
- 16:40Speaker 1: We're gonna do that in the D block. Okay, I'm
- 16:42Speaker 1: gonna dive back in here to mister Epstein and his
- 16:46Speaker 1: musical friends. First of all, a lot of you, I assume,
- 16:50Speaker 1: are going to be disappointed to know that neither Chester
- 16:52Speaker 1: Bennington or Chris Cornell are in the Epstein files in
- 16:55Speaker 1: any way. Okay, So conspiracy theorists make what you will
- 16:58Speaker 1: out of that, not one mention the artists. All right'm
- 17:01Speaker 1: gonna blast through these names, these mentions, and I'm gonna
- 17:05Speaker 1: give you some context. Now, keep in mind the year
- 17:08Speaker 1: two thousand and eight. That's important because everything that Jeffrey
- 17:11Speaker 1: Epstein does after two thousand and eight. He's doing as
- 17:15Speaker 1: a known convicted sex offender, one who was sentenced and
- 17:20Speaker 1: again who did time, albeit cushy time, very cushy time,
- 17:25Speaker 1: for procuring child prostitution. Everyone who came in contact with
- 17:31Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein after two thousand and eight, and everybody he
- 17:35Speaker 1: contacted after two thousand and eight presumably knew this information.
- 17:39Speaker 1: I mean, how could they not?
- 17:41Speaker 2: All?
- 17:41Speaker 1: Right? Now, First of all, Elton John, Elton John is
- 17:46Speaker 1: mentioned in the files, and the context, it appears to me,
- 17:51Speaker 1: is that Jeffrey Epstein is trying to scam his way
- 17:54Speaker 1: into Elton's twenty fourteen Academy Awards viewing party. The email
- 17:58Speaker 1: exchange flows from from a couple different women who appear
- 18:02Speaker 1: to be publicists working on Epstein's behalf, one of whom
- 18:05Speaker 1: is Peggy Siegel, a p RT juggernaut Okay. In these emails,
- 18:10Speaker 1: she claims to be emailing David Furnish directly, Elton's husband,
- 18:14Speaker 1: and it appears that Epstein got his wish he was
- 18:19Speaker 1: given passes to the event because the exchange. The email
- 18:22Speaker 1: exchange goes on to talk about dress code for the
- 18:23Speaker 1: event and all types of stuff. So that's interesting. Twenty fourteen.
- 18:29Speaker 1: The one thing that makes very clear here Jeffrey Epstein
- 18:33Speaker 1: in no way suffered socially from his conviction in two
- 18:37Speaker 1: thousand and eight. I mean, things were just chugging along
- 18:41Speaker 1: for this guy on the social circuit after he was
- 18:43Speaker 1: a known convicted sex offender. Mind blowing. Speaking of the
- 18:48Speaker 1: publicist Peggy Segel, there are numerous emails from Siegel to
- 18:53Speaker 1: Epstein while Epstein is locked up. Now these emails are
- 18:57Speaker 1: Siegel keeping her client in formed on the social happenings
- 19:02Speaker 1: in their circle. It is name drop a palooza, okay,
- 19:07Speaker 1: as you would expect from a publicist, and it's written
- 19:10Speaker 1: in a way that makes it obvious that Epstein was
- 19:12Speaker 1: a Grade A starfucker of the highest order. Here's an
- 19:17Speaker 1: email from Siegel to Epstein talking about taking in Jack
- 19:21Speaker 1: White's new movie It might get Loud, among other things.
- 19:25Speaker 1: And again this is this is after two thousand and eight.
- 19:27Speaker 1: This is two thousand and nine. This is not the
- 19:30Speaker 1: two thousand, post twenty nineteen Epstein arrest incarceration where he's
- 19:35Speaker 1: arrested by the FEDS. This is again after the procuring
- 19:39Speaker 1: a child prostitute Okay two, it's Gotta have Stein's email
- 19:45Speaker 1: from Peggy Siegel, dated August fourth, two thousand and nine,
- 19:50Speaker 1: title Hampton's Past Weekend, Can you Leave State? Can You
- 19:56Speaker 1: Leave Country? My Whereabouts? Friday night we had a screening
- 20:00Speaker 1: of It Might Get Loud, a documentary on guitar players
- 20:03Speaker 1: Jack White, the Edge and Jimmy Page by Davis Guggenheim,
- 20:07Speaker 1: who won the Oscar for an Inconvenient Truth. It poured,
- 20:11Speaker 1: but Alec Baldwin hosted with director and Lisa Robinson, music

- 21:19Speaker 1: lots of pretty young boys, very well done. Everyone talks
- 21:22Speaker 1: about David's five hundred foot boat and who gets invited
- 21:25Speaker 1: present trip has Sandy Gallen, Nora Ephron and Nick. Nora
- 21:28Speaker 1: is a catch wrangler, She got Tom Hanks, who got
- 21:33Speaker 1: Bruce Springsteen? And Oprah is coming to What a group
- 21:37Speaker 1: there on the Med for three weeks, almost as chic
- 21:39Speaker 1: as a week on Lady Joy with Denise rich not complaining,
- 21:43Speaker 1: just making you smile xo xo peg. That is nauseating, nauseating, nauseating.
- 21:50Speaker 1: This fucking guy in jail or lock up, white collar,
- 21:56Speaker 1: lock up, whatever he was wherever he was doing his time.
- 22:00Speaker 1: I think he even got to go to his office
- 22:01Speaker 1: during business hours. That first time down in Palm Beach
- 22:04Speaker 1: when he was quote unquote incarcerated anyhow, receiving updates from
- 22:08Speaker 1: his publicist on all the starfucking that he's missing. I
- 22:12Speaker 1: just like I read that. I found that humorous because
- 22:15Speaker 1: I just liked that she mentions Jack White. All Right, Okay,
- 22:21Speaker 1: moving on, Elvis Costello is in the files. And again,
- 22:25Speaker 1: if you see anything that pops up and says Elvis
- 22:27Speaker 1: Costello's in the Epstein files, do not fear. There's a bio.
- 22:31Speaker 1: There's a biography, and pretty extensive one. It's like six
- 22:34Speaker 1: pages from what appears to be twenty eleven, and there's
- 22:36Speaker 1: no other context that I can find. Just literally just
- 22:39Speaker 1: a six page PDF biography of Elvis Costello in the
- 22:44Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein files. Now onto a little bit more meat.
- 22:48Speaker 1: Mick Jagger, and this is where it gets problematic. Mick
- 22:51Speaker 1: Jagger is in the files. Okay. There's a photo of
- 22:55Speaker 1: him at a Clinton Foundation dinner, seated next to both
- 22:59Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein and Glenn Maxwell at different times, and there's
- 23:03Speaker 1: no indication of the year from these photos. All right,
- 23:09Speaker 1: And the best I can tell is that the event
- 23:12Speaker 1: was held after Epstein was publicly known to be a
- 23:17Speaker 1: petos so after two thousand and eight. However, I can't
- 23:20Speaker 1: confirm that. It's just I can't that there's nowhere in
- 23:24Speaker 1: the files, there's nothing on the internet that I've seen.
- 23:27Speaker 1: But these photos look okay, they're digital photos. They look
- 23:32Speaker 1: like they're after two thousand and eight. But again I
- 23:34Speaker 1: cannot be certain, so I'm not going to say that.
- 23:37Speaker 1: And also for the context here, a little more context
- 23:40Speaker 1: than you're going to get if you just see a
- 23:42Speaker 1: New York Post article or whatever that says, like, you know,
- 23:45Speaker 1: Mick Jagger dining with Jeffrey Epstein, you know what I mean?
- 23:50Speaker 1: Like this this thing, these pictures, Okay, again, this is
- 23:55Speaker 1: a Clinton event it and it appears to be such.
- 24:00Speaker 1: Doesn't appear to be an Epstein event again, and that matters.
- 24:04Speaker 1: It's hard for me. I know that I'm walking a
- 24:08Speaker 1: fine line here, but it's hard for me from this
- 24:10Speaker 1: information to damn Mick Jagger here. Now, we've all been
- 24:13Speaker 1: at parties where the X CON shows up. Makes it weird,
- 24:16Speaker 1: haven't we? I have anyway to be clear, just regarding
- 24:20Speaker 1: Mick Jagger, and we'll talk a little bit more about this,
- 24:21Speaker 1: But regarding mc Jaggers, there's no indication of any criminal
- 24:24Speaker 1: wrongdoing or awareness of Epstein's crimes by Jagger in the
- 24:27Speaker 1: released materials from the Epstein files at all. None, okay.
- 24:32Speaker 1: And I just want to say this, having been around
- 24:36Speaker 1: famous rock stars in my life, even mid level famous
- 24:41Speaker 1: rock stars or the biggest of the big doesn't matter.
- 24:46Speaker 1: I can just tell you from my experience, Jeffrey Epstein
- 24:50Speaker 1: seems like the exact type of dude that would repel
- 24:54Speaker 1: rock stars. I'm talking about rock stars who are you know,
- 24:57Speaker 1: have fuck you money and like McK jagger or Elton
- 25:00Speaker 1: John or whomever, and it just doesn't matter, like they
- 25:04Speaker 1: stand again nothing, okay. These types of guys, first of all,
- 25:07Speaker 1: fucking dork, total nerd. Right, what's Mick Jagger going to
- 25:10Speaker 1: talk to Jeffrey Epstein about? Also, given Jeffrey Epstein's crimes,
- 25:17Speaker 1: even if Mick Jagger were inclined to be into that
- 25:22Speaker 1: sort of thing, he doesn't need Jeffrey Epstein. I guess
- 25:26Speaker 1: what I'm saying is Mick Jagger can have his own
- 25:28Speaker 1: sex trafficking ring should he want one, and I don't
- 25:31Speaker 1: believe he does or did at all in any way.
- 25:34Speaker 1: And when you look at these photos Mick is not pleased.
- 25:39Speaker 1: He's not sitting there all chummy, chummy. Okay, he's sitting
- 25:43Speaker 1: next to Bill Clinton, He's sitting next to Jeffrey Epstein.
- 25:46Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein looks pleased to punch. He is psyched. He
- 25:50Speaker 1: is starfucker pumped. Okay, So again this is problematic, but
- 25:56Speaker 1: it's not completely damning, and I'm not going there. You
- 25:58Speaker 1: might say I'm being an apology for Mick Jagger, and
- 26:00Speaker 1: maybe i am, but I'm just telling you what my
- 26:02Speaker 1: gut tells me. Same goes from Michael Jackson and Diana Ross,
- 26:05Speaker 1: both pictured on Epstein's plane. However, for context, again the
- 26:11Speaker 1: photos here, and I'm a little more certain about this,
- 26:13Speaker 1: they appear to be taken before what we knew about
- 26:16Speaker 1: Epstein was made public before two thousand and eight. But
- 26:19Speaker 1: again I can't confirm that. I'm just telling you what
- 26:21Speaker 1: it appears to be to me. Okay, so it's hard
- 26:23Speaker 1: for me to believe that Epstein's antics would be something
- 26:27Speaker 1: that Michael Jackson would be interested in any way, Okay,
- 26:30Speaker 1: for reasons that to me you're obvious. But you know,
- 26:35Speaker 1: like a lot of my thoughts here, this is probably
- 26:37Speaker 1: best explored in a Michael Jackson episode. I will say, however,
- 26:42Speaker 1: there is information in the files indicating that Michael Jackson
- 26:45Speaker 1: was expressly not interested in Epstein's young girls. Okay, there's
- 26:50Speaker 1: a file where Epstein where a quote unquote victim, and
- 26:55Speaker 1: I say quote unquote victim because I can't tell from
- 26:58Speaker 1: the files what is legally a victim or defined as
- 27:05Speaker 1: a victim, and what is not. Okay, but I'll just
- 27:08Speaker 1: say there's a woman in the files in documentation FBI
- 27:15Speaker 1: documentation who says that she was at Epstein's Palm Beach home.
- 27:23Speaker 1: Michael Jackson was there. Epstein instructs her, and again it's
- 27:28Speaker 1: important to note that this woman is underage. I should
- 27:31Speaker 1: have mentioned that Epstein instructs her to give Michael Jackson
- 27:35Speaker 1: a massage, and she claims that Michael Jackson declined. Okay,
- 27:41Speaker 1: take that for what it's worth again, probably though for
- 27:45Speaker 1: another episode. There is so much in here, Okay, But
- 27:49Speaker 1: you know, I just encourage you all to go to
- 27:52Speaker 1: the Department of Justice site yourself and searches information up
- 27:55Speaker 1: on your own. If you're interested, you're you're gonna find
- 27:57Speaker 1: more than what I found. I mean, I spent probably
- 27:59Speaker 1: three hours looking into this morning, and I'm giving you
- 28:02Speaker 1: the best of what I came up with here in
- 28:04Speaker 1: the structure of the show. But it's worth viewing these
- 28:07Speaker 1: primary source documents to see exactly how music and famous
- 28:10Speaker 1: musicians played into Epstein's life. And actually, as I mentioned,
- 28:14Speaker 1: non famous musicians as well, kissing his ass, looking for
- 28:16Speaker 1: bread to support their careers and just reading other people's
- 28:19Speaker 1: emails is kind of creepy, especially the emails of a
- 28:21Speaker 1: dead pedo master of the universe like Jeffrey Epstein, So
- 28:24Speaker 1: I encourage you to check it out yourself. Now, it
- 28:27Speaker 1: appears that Jeffrey Epstein found Courtney Love to be interesting.
- 28:30Speaker 1: He followed her on Twitter. She's fascinating. Regardless what you
- 28:33Speaker 1: think of Courtney Love, she's a good follow She's interesting.
- 28:36Speaker 1: The mentions of Courtney that's about as far as they go.
- 28:40Speaker 1: They're pretty innocuous. Same goes for Kurt Cobain, same goes
- 28:42Speaker 1: for Janis Joplin, same goes for Elvis Presley. These mentions
- 28:46Speaker 1: are innocuous. They're not really worth mentioning here except to
- 28:50Speaker 1: say that there's nothing in the context that indicates anything
- 28:53Speaker 1: resembling a crime regarding these folks. Bono is mentioned as well,
- 28:57Speaker 1: because I think you know, rich globally interested masters the
- 29:00Speaker 1: universe like Jeffrey Epstein are contractually obligated to mention Bono
- 29:03Speaker 1: at least twice a month, otherwise they're going to lose
- 29:05Speaker 1: their culture credit. But like Courtney and Kurt, as it
- 29:09Speaker 1: pertains to Bono, there's no there there. But then there's
- 29:14Speaker 1: jay Z. There's a fascinating document, an actual FBI document,
- 29:19Speaker 1: a quote unquote crisis in Take document from twenty nineteen
- 29:24Speaker 1: that reports on a victim's alleged experience with Jay Z
- 29:30Speaker 1: and Jeffrey Epstein. And we're going to talk about that
- 29:32Speaker 1: in the exclusive section of this after party. It's too
- 29:36Speaker 1: much to get into right now. This episode will be
- 29:38Speaker 1: four hours long if we if I start talking about this,
- 29:42Speaker 1: So I'm going to talk about that with Zeth. We're
- 29:43Speaker 1: going to go through it. We're going to tell you
- 29:45Speaker 1: what's in this file regarding jay Z. We're going to
- 29:48Speaker 1: give you the context, and we're going to give you
- 29:50Speaker 1: our take on it. To hear that episode, it could
- 29:53Speaker 1: be an all access member. Super easy to do that.

- 31:44Speaker 1: a while. Let's check out Ish in the seven eight one, Jake, what.
- 31:50Speaker 3: Up your boy Ish? Just checking in Hope fall as well.
- 31:56Speaker 3: Hope you're getting over this holiday season. Listen to the
- 32:00Speaker 3: Bonus episode recently and you were mentioning what you think
- 32:06Speaker 3: Cobain would have thought about the food Fighters and what
- 32:10Speaker 3: he'd be into, what he'd be doing, and just a
- 32:14Speaker 3: quick thought. I agree with you. I think he would
- 32:16Speaker 3: hate food Fighters because most people do, at least I do.
- 32:21Speaker 3: But I think he'd be into Turnstile.
- 32:24Speaker 2: And the way these guys are just kicking.
- 32:26Speaker 3: Ass and you know recently won a Grammy.
- 32:29Speaker 2: But also their roots in punk in hardcore. Is that
- 32:33Speaker 2: just my opinion? I don't know.
- 32:35Speaker 3: Hope Ball as well, Disco.
- 32:37Speaker 1: Disco Ish, I am recovering from the holidays. Thanks man,
- 32:40Speaker 1: I hope you are as well. Appreciate the call. Yeah,
- 32:44Speaker 1: I tend to think the same exact way. Actually, I
- 32:46Speaker 1: get nothing, no qualms about what you're saying here. I
- 32:49Speaker 1: never thought of what Kobe would take a turnstyle, but yeah,
- 32:51Speaker 1: I think he would absolutely appreciate the sort of DIY
- 32:55Speaker 1: hardcore punk roots food fighters. As much as I love
- 33:00Speaker 1: some of their music, they're a tough hang in a
- 33:02Speaker 1: lot of ways. And again, yeah, I kind of agree
- 33:05Speaker 1: with your assessment, although I can't put it as well
- 33:07Speaker 1: as you did. Appreciate the comment. I hope you're doing well.
- 33:11Speaker 2: Hey, Jake, this is Brian going from the eight oh
- 33:15Speaker 2: one for all you acolytes. That's Utah. I only mentioned
- 33:19Speaker 2: that because I never heard anybody call them from Utah. Anyways, Hey,
- 33:23Speaker 2: I was new listening to your NWA episode and it
- 33:28Speaker 2: reminded me of something back in the day in nineteen
- 33:32Speaker 2: eighty eight. I was twenty three years old. But because
- 33:35Speaker 2: I'm in Utah, to buy the NWA straight out coffee castette,
- 33:43Speaker 2: I had to go through the counter and ask for
- 33:48Speaker 2: because they kept it behind the counter to protect their
- 33:51Speaker 2: kids from that craziness. Anyways, dude, when I first heard
- 33:57Speaker 2: that fa set, I was like, holy crap, you guys
- 34:04Speaker 2: are pissed, and I was literally, dude, I was worried
- 34:08Speaker 2: that there was going to be race warris starting right
- 34:14Speaker 2: after that CD came out, because you know, I was
- 34:17Speaker 2: in the hard core scene back then and we had
- 34:19Speaker 2: you know, racist skins and stuff, and so I knew
- 34:23Speaker 2: whale them guys are coming from.
- 34:24Speaker 3: And anyways, yeah, Jake, I.
- 34:27Speaker 2: Was reminded of that when I was re listening to
- 34:30Speaker 2: those episodes, and I appreciate all you do.
- 34:33Speaker 1: Have a great day, bro, Brian, thanks for the call.
- 34:35Speaker 1: Appreciate it. Yeah, that was That was a weird time
- 34:39Speaker 1: when Straight out of Compton came out, for sure, especially
- 34:42Speaker 1: if you were in the hardcore scene like we were.
- 34:44Speaker 1: And you just reminded me I should probably do an
- 34:47Speaker 1: episode on on Nazi skinheads. I can't have never done that.
- 34:52Speaker 1: I could do one on the band's Screwdriver, and just
- 34:55Speaker 1: because I love I would love to expose the sort
- 35:02Speaker 1: of that gross counterculture. You know, it was always sort
- 35:06Speaker 1: of like adjacent to the hardcore scene. Those dudes, I
- 35:09Speaker 1: gotta admit, they came around in Boston and they just
- 35:11Speaker 1: got their asses kicked repeatedly and sort of banished away
- 35:16Speaker 1: from the scene. But that era in the eighties, I
- 35:20Speaker 1: remember a big Rolling Stone article on the Nazi skinhead thing,
- 35:24Speaker 1: and I'm interested in how that grew out of the
- 35:29Speaker 1: punk scene in London and how the difference between UK
- 35:33Speaker 1: skinheads and American skinheads. So this, this would be an
- 35:35Speaker 1: interesting episode to get into. So thanks for your sort
- 35:39Speaker 1: of unintentional recommendation there, Brian, appreciate it. That's why we
- 35:43Speaker 1: do this, guys get to hear from you, guys. Hear
- 35:45Speaker 1: what you're into here, what you're thinking about informs me.
- 35:49Speaker 1: It helps me determine what we want to cover going forward.
- 35:53Speaker 1: And you know, up until five thirty seconds ago, I
- 35:56Speaker 1: should say I wasn't thinking about doing a Screwdriver episode,
- 35:59Speaker 1: but I think that could be pretty cool. So give
- 36:01Speaker 1: us a calls my point six one seven nine six
- 36:04Speaker 1: sixty sixty three eight. All right. A couple weeks ago
- 36:06Speaker 1: we asked the question of you guys, you know, what
- 36:08Speaker 1: are some of your most interesting best experiences with live
- 36:12Speaker 1: music as kids. Let's go to the nine one two
- 36:15Speaker 1: and get her response.
- 36:17Speaker 4: Hey, Jake Aspen here from nine to one two, and
- 36:20Speaker 4: I've got a kid experience for you from a concert
- 36:24Speaker 4: that I went to many many years ago. Back in
- 36:27Speaker 4: July of nineteen ninety six, I was sixteen years old
- 36:31Speaker 4: and went to an ever Clear show at the Ogden
- 36:34Speaker 4: Theater in Denver, Colorado. Back then, it was all general
- 36:38Speaker 4: admission to my friends, and I basically camped out in
- 36:40Speaker 4: the front row for the entire night. At some point
- 36:44Speaker 4: in the show, I had one of those teenage girl
- 36:46Speaker 4: fantasy moments come to life. Art Alexakis, the lead singer
- 36:51Speaker 4: for Everclear Locke's Eyes with the mid song, starts singing
- 36:55Speaker 4: directly to me and then motions for me to come
- 36:59Speaker 4: backstage after this show. So I'm sixteen, this is peak
- 37:02Speaker 4: nineties rock and roll. I'm internally losing my mind. So
- 37:05Speaker 4: whenever Clear finished their set, Art motioned for me to
- 37:08Speaker 4: come back, but security wouldn't let me through, So even
- 37:11Speaker 4: though the whole band was yelling at them to let
- 37:13Speaker 4: me pass, I was stuck.
- 37:14Speaker 2: So we regrouped.
- 37:15Speaker 4: Outside on the side of the Ogden where there's a
- 37:18Speaker 4: window two or three stories up that opens up into
- 37:21Speaker 4: the green room. Art is literally hanging out of the
- 37:24Speaker 4: window while this crowd of teenagers attempts to hoist me
- 37:28Speaker 4: up to him. So we tried and tried for like
- 37:31Speaker 4: an hour, but eventually reality and gravity one and all
- 37:35Speaker 4: of us gave up and went home. I was only sixteen,
- 37:38Speaker 4: Art was a full grown man, but hey, it was
- 37:40Speaker 4: rock and roll in the nineties. Anyhow, I love your podcast.
- 37:44Speaker 4: I've been listening for years, and I especially loved the
- 37:47Speaker 4: episodes on Jane's Addiction that you did recently. Thank you
- 37:50Speaker 4: so much, Jake rock and ROLLA hi.
- 37:53Speaker 1: Ay, I asked me, what a message? Who you know?
- 38:01Speaker 1: You lucked out? You lucked out. You're lucky you didn't
- 38:04Speaker 1: get into that green room. That's all I have to say.
- 38:07Speaker 1: Appreciate you sharing, Appreciate you having a open mind and
- 38:11Speaker 1: a clear head about it. We all did stupid shit
- 38:14Speaker 1: when we were kids, that's for sure. You dodged a
- 38:17Speaker 1: bullet with that one though. All right, guys, we've done it.
- 38:19Speaker 1: I don't know how long we've been taking calls here
- 38:21Speaker 1: in Disgrace Lands six months seven nine o six six
- 38:23Speaker 1: six three eight, But finally, what's it been. It's been,
- 38:25Speaker 1: you know, a couple of years of taking calls in
- 38:28Speaker 1: the Act party. We finally received the call, the greatest
- 38:31Speaker 1: call of all time. Matt We've done it. Sound the alarm. Yes, people,
- 38:39Speaker 1: it's true. The end all, be all call from Disgrace
- 38:42Speaker 1: and Members discos here it is. I'm gonna play for
- 38:45Speaker 1: you right now. Unfortunately I don't know who it's from.
- 38:48Speaker 1: But it's just perfect. It's just absolutely perfect in whoever
- 38:51Speaker 1: you are in the nine one seven, you know, call
- 38:53Speaker 1: me back whenever, whenever. We love to hear from you.
- 38:56Speaker 1: I'd like to know your name. Actually, let's let's let's
- 38:59Speaker 1: let's here at the nine one seven has to play.
- 39:02Speaker 2: That message is so fucking long, I don't even remember
- 39:05Speaker 2: why I'm calling anyway. Uh Oh, that Hunter S. Thompson

- 39:17Speaker 2: to Actually I shouldn't even say I sold. I gave
- 39:21Speaker 2: weed to someone who used to get him weed in
- 39:24Speaker 2: New York City and he couldn't even find his own weed.
- 39:27Speaker 2: A fucking loser. Uh there was something.
- 39:31Speaker 1: Else I wanted to say.

- 39:35Speaker 1: All right, Well, there you have it. It doesn't get
- 39:37Speaker 1: much better than that nine one seven. You know, I
- 39:41Speaker 1: not a lot of people think Hunter as Thompson was
- 39:43Speaker 1: a fucking loser, but you do, and you seem to
- 39:45Speaker 1: have your reasons, and I'm not going to argue with
- 39:47Speaker 1: that whom I'd argue I didn't know the man. I
- 39:49Speaker 1: also didn't get his weed for him, you know, and
- 39:51Speaker 1: I agree. I mean Hunter Thompson should be should have

- 43:46Speaker 1: for being here from the beginning. Thanks to all of
- 43:47Speaker 1: you have been here from the beginning. Mentioned it last
- 43:50Speaker 1: week twenty eighteen. We launched this in February twenty eighteen.
- 43:54Speaker 1: Isn't that crazy. It's a long time. We've made a
- 43:57Speaker 1: lot of podcasts since then. We're still making new content.
- 44:00Speaker 1: Like I said, we got a new episode of this
- 44:02Speaker 1: film should be played loud coming next week on Boogie Nights.
- 44:05Speaker 1: You want to check out the show decide whether or

- 44:27Speaker 1: or Amazon available right now. Matt, give me that buzzer. Listen.
- 44:31Speaker 1: I'm not gonna sit here and complain about the New
- 44:33Speaker 1: England Patriots losing the Super Bowl. We've been to twelve
- 44:36Speaker 1: Super Bowls, We've lost six. We've won six. We're five
- 44:39Speaker 1: hundred in the Super Bowl. Do I wish we had
- 44:42Speaker 1: a better winning percentage? Of course I do. Am I
- 44:44Speaker 1: upset that we've been to twelve Super Bowls? No, I'm not, duh,
- 44:48Speaker 1: that doesn't make any sense. What I am upset about
- 44:50Speaker 1: is the Boston Red Sox and their inability to spend money.
- 44:53Speaker 1: The Boston Red Sox ownership treating us like we're a
- 44:57Speaker 1: mid market fan base, a second T team, spending money
- 45:02Speaker 1: like the No Offense but the Pittsburgh Pirates. What are
- 45:05Speaker 1: we doing? I mean, come on, this is insane. Letting
- 45:09Speaker 1: Bregman walk and not going after a suitable replacement. The
- 45:14Speaker 1: Red Sox ownership is, I don't know, allergic to spending
- 45:17Speaker 1: money on big name talent. Have you seen what the
- 45:19Speaker 1: Dodgers are doing, what the Yankees will continue to do.
- 45:22Speaker 1: It's ridiculous. Where the Boston Red Sox, one of the
- 45:25Speaker 1: most storied baseball franchises in history, the greatest ballpark in
- 45:29Speaker 1: the MLB. I cannot, for the life of me, understand
- 45:32Speaker 1: what's going on. It's time. I hate to say this.
- 45:35Speaker 1: They've done so much good for the city, for the
- 45:37Speaker 1: fan base, but it's over. This run of ownership is over.
- 45:40Speaker 1: Sell the team, John Henry. Sell the team to an
- 45:44Speaker 1: owner that wants to win, that cares, okay, that wants
- 45:48Speaker 1: to do right by the fan base and the players.
- 45:52Speaker 1: Because what you're doing is not working. I'll help you
- 45:54Speaker 1: find buyers. Okay, I know some folks. You know. We'll
- 45:57Speaker 1: take up a collection because this ain't working. I'm more
- 45:59Speaker 1: excited about my eight year old's coach pitch league than
- 46:03Speaker 1: I am the start of the MLB season. Might be
- 46:06Speaker 1: because I'm coaching and I want to know already. Okay,
- 46:09Speaker 1: what do you think of the apples? But I want
- 46:11Speaker 1: to be excited about the baseball season, and it's hard
- 46:13Speaker 1: to do when your team just doesn't doesn't really care.
- 46:18Speaker 1: They don't care. Ownership doesn't care. They pretend they care,
- 46:22Speaker 1: but they don't care. They don't care. Trust me, they
- 46:25Speaker 1: don't care. That was the sports transponsor by five Hour

- 47:59Speaker 1: that good stuff. You're not gonna miss that. And number
