- 0:01Hello, this is dropped off sides.
- 0:02My name is Keith, I'm with Craig.
- 0:04My other two Co hosts, Chico and Enzo have abandoned me.
- 0:07So I had to find a man off the street to help me out here.
- 0:10No, so Craig is someone that I've I've found on Reddit and
- 0:14he's been doing these really great posts on.
- 0:18They're just talking about waivers and kind of getting a
- 0:20little analytical about it. So we wanted to have them on and
- 0:23just kind of talk through some stuff.
- 0:24So, Craig, tell me about yourself a little bit.
- 0:27Yeah, so I am originally from England but I live in Columbus,
- 0:31OH. My background I mean I played
- 0:34football most all my life basically was a professional
- 0:38club called Russian and diamonds who don't no longer exist.
- 0:41Back in got to League One and they had a lot of money issues
- 0:44and they kind of folded and then ended up getting a football
- 0:48scholarship to the US back in 2010.
- 0:51So went and played at University of Kentucky for two years and
- 0:55then and then transferred to Northern Kentucky University for
- 0:58two years. And in that time I did a degree
- 1:01in mathematics and statistics. And then I went to end up again
- 1:06do my masters at Miami, OH, university in statistics and
- 1:10then got a job in at our bank doing analytics basically.
- 1:16And that's kind of what led me to Columbus.
- 1:18So yeah, I kind of kept moving N continued to kind of.
- 1:24I've been working with data basically since I was in school,
- 1:27so it's always something I found fascinating and kind of doing,
- 1:31to be honest. I feel quite lucky in my job, to
- 1:33be honest. I got to enjoy playing around
- 1:34with data, so. Yeah, then so this is probably
- 1:38like fit, like fan track is probably a dream then because
- 1:40it's football and that data, you know, it's like 2 things.
- 1:43Well, I mean, I mean, I've been on fan tracks now for what?
- 1:46Maybe I think my first season was like 2018, maybe so and and
- 1:54before bed, I don't know if I don't know.
- 1:55How long have you guys been playing for?
- 1:57I think we've been playing fan tracks for close to five years.
- 2:00And then, yeah, before that we were, you know, we were kind of
- 2:04on other things, but nothing really stuck like the way that.
- 2:06No, it didn't. Did you guys play around with
- 2:08Toga at one point? No, we never did.
- 2:11That was something you've kind of heard about.
- 2:12Like that's obviously in the lore of, you know, fantasy, you
- 2:16know, fan tracks and everything. But we never did it ourselves
- 2:19because that was the original kind of scoring system, right?
- 2:21And. Yeah, toggle was like toggle was
- 2:24like, but it was a bit basic, but it was a bit more kind of
- 2:27probably a little bit more than the current fantasy Premier
- 2:30League draft system. So it was and then and then when
- 2:33you actually move to fan track the first season, because they
- 2:36closed down the app and they're like actually go and use fan
- 2:38tracks. But that's where we're
- 2:39suggesting people go because like they didn't have enough
- 2:41money to support the system and in the first settings that were
- 2:45on fan tracks or actually togger base stats kind of related.
- 2:49And then we, you know, I don't know if you guys, but I mean,
- 2:51our league is a little bit more customized than that.
- 2:54And I played three leagues now and each scoring system slightly
- 2:58different. That's why even unlike the
- 3:00little blog I write, I try and give a bit of a range of the
- 3:02points that people get. So I played three leagues.
- 3:05So I kind of do it from the minimum to the maximum of all
- 3:07three leagues to try and give myself a bit of coverage.
- 3:09What are the what are the biggest differences in your
- 3:11league as far as scoring system changes differences?
- 3:16One, I mean, so one I've got like kind of the main one, I my
- 3:21main lead, the one I've been in for eight years.
- 3:23The other two are kind of fairly recent.
- 3:25We have stuff like we have like long passes, which is seems to
- 3:28be decent to start. We so I remember John Joe
- 3:32Shelvey was really good at one point because he just do those
- 3:35long passes. But the one of the things that
- 3:38we haven't added in there, I mean, the people in that league
- 3:41are kind of a little bit more. They like the scoring system.
- 3:44So as new stuff's come in, we've not really added much.
- 3:47So if like I think there's like a high claim say thing now,
- 3:49which is adding for goalkeepers, we don't have that in our
- 3:52league. So that's in another league.
- 3:53I think that's just some more general stats that would kind of
- 3:56change the scoring of, I honestly can't remember, but
- 3:58like making stuff maybe a little less by the values of stuff a
- 4:03little bit less. Like I know in one league we
- 4:06actually changed the saves being from 2 points to one point for
- 4:11one of the least for goalkeepers.
- 4:12Because some people were arguing that it's a bit unfair that a
- 4:16goalkeeper concede five goals but still get like 16 points
- 4:19because they've saved all these shots, which I argued with.
- 4:22While for making all these saves, they're still keeping
- 4:24them in the game. Right?
- 4:25As you can do it either way, I suppose.
- 4:27But then also like if you're not keep, but then you have a keeper
- 4:29who doesn't get who gets a clean sheet and they only get 10
- 4:32points and it's less than. So it's I don't know.
- 4:34There's always arguments, isn't there?
- 4:36People are always going to argue about what they with the scoring
- 4:40system. There's always going to be
- 4:41people that what like certain things and dislike certain
- 4:43things. Yeah, it's constant.
- 4:45So how does that work then? I guess my question would be
- 4:47about like defense and stuff, because I feel like the last two
- 4:49years we've seen a big shift with that change to get like to
- 4:53not get that 2nd -2 for the first goal for the first.
- 4:56Yeah. So in your guys leagues is that
- 4:59that's not that's not the case. Yeah, no, that's we've, we've
- 5:02kept that since that got out of them.
- 5:04We actually did update our, you did update because I thought
- 5:07that was a good one. So I think it was a little bit
- 5:09frustrating with the, it makes sense to compound it when it's
- 5:12234 goals, I suppose. But when it's like, I'll tell
- 5:16you one thing that we've still not figured out is the wing back
- 5:18situation. Like, I don't know if you've
- 5:20noticed this, but you have like if you have a wing back who's
- 5:23classified as a defender, they don't get the goal difference
- 5:26against them. And one in my in my league days
- 5:28a lot they don't get the goals against them, but another one
- 5:30they do. I don't know what how the sets
- 5:31are set up. So so to win, that's quite
- 5:34valuable because you can play them and as a defender, but they
- 5:37don't get any of the goals against.
- 5:39Yeah. So it's I'm not sure if we need
- 5:41to like check in the settings, but I remember like emailing fan
- 5:43tracks to be like this is a bit strange.
- 5:45I know some people don't like that setting in our league and
- 5:48but yeah, it's funny, I'm the commissioner and it's like kind
- 5:50of the main one that we've been doing.
- 5:52And every single year I'm like, OK, well, we want to change
- 5:55these things. Let me know.
- 5:56I'll change. People will moan about it
- 5:57throughout. And then it gets to like a month
- 5:58before the season, I'm like, OK, let's have a meeting and discuss
- 6:01changes. And no one wants to like,
- 6:04discuss it all about that. Basically required right now.
- 6:07I'm the commissioner in my league and it's like I feel like
- 6:09I'm constantly at war with like 5 different people.
- 6:12And then when it comes down to the end of the season, yeah, no
- 6:14one wants to make any change, but everyone wants to blame and
- 6:16point fingers. Yeah, yeah.
- 6:17And right now there's like half my league, there's a campaign
- 6:20against like there's some, they're like not at me and
- 6:22they're like, they're like all meeting again, just like like
- 6:25stuff, like not even anything I did things I didn't do where I
- 6:28was like, hey, like it's not fair for me to make this
- 6:30adjustment because I'm not have to do it for everyone else.
- 6:32So you know what I mean? Like, someone's complaining
- 6:33about this and like me trying to be really fair, sometimes it's
- 6:36perceived as like a problem, you know?
- 6:39But now, now like half the league is like actively rooting
- 6:41against whatever I do. So like if I lose a game,
- 6:43everyone's cheering in the chat and it's just like, man, I'm
- 6:46trying to just do my best here. I know it's hard, you try to be
- 6:49fair and unbiased but like people will still complain.
- 6:52I'll tell you what, one of the hardest things I feel like even
- 6:55with fan tracks, which if not I wish there was better options,
- 6:58would be the substitutions or Subs.
- 7:00So in almost three of my leagues we have something different and
- 7:03one league, which is kind of like the lowest amount of money
- 7:05that's been gambled on it is we have no water Subs.
- 7:09So you kind of you have to pay attention in my second, in my
- 7:12second league, we have the ordered like settings, right,
- 7:18so. If someone doesn't play, then
- 7:20this person's next stop. Yes, but also if you don't set
- 7:23your order before the weekend then you don't get any Subs.
- 7:27But also if say, throughout that that weekend, your person that
- 7:32you've ordered #5 you sub in for a player, that player then
- 7:36doesn't get that order. They just won't always sub in.
- 7:40So that's a little bit annoying, right?
- 7:41Yeah. But then, and then my other one
- 7:43is the kind of main one we have is we, we have just highest
- 7:47player comes in. But in that league, we've also
- 7:49developed a good etiquette about people not playing injured
- 7:52players. People do check and stuff
- 7:55because we didn't have an incident 5-6 years ago where one
- 7:58guy was cheating the system. I remember it was like it was
- 8:03Paul Popper was out for like 2 months and he kept putting Paul
- 8:05Popper in and he'd have 3 midfielders on his bench.
- 8:08So then the highest of the three midfielders would come in and we
- 8:11were like, mate, you can't do that.
- 8:12Like it's it's so annoying. And yeah, but then yeah.
- 8:16That's the other thing I know would get taken advantage of.
- 8:18Like I couldn't even, I like certain can of worms I can't
- 8:21even open as commissioner, you know, because I just know that
- 8:23people would, you know, would absolutely abuse it, but I'm OK.
- 8:26The last main thing is who do you support and why?
- 8:30I'm a Man United fan unfortunately, but also things,
- 8:35things are coming back. No, I'm a man I find.
- 8:38Well, I'm from Northampton in England, so you think I'm being
- 8:40in Northampton Town. But I suppose my earliest memory
- 8:43is none of my family are from Northampton.
- 8:45My family are from North. My family are from just outside
- 8:48of Stoke actually. So I should be a Stoke, I should
- 8:50be a Stoke City fan, but the first kit I ever got was the
- 8:54white Man United sharp kit and I Beckham on the back and I'm a
- 8:58twin and my brother had a gigs 1.
- 9:00So I kind of just just became obsessed from that minute on to
- 9:04be honest. And then yeah, just, you know,
- 9:08I've only been to probably like 3 or 4 Man United games, but I
- 9:12watch them religiously every single weekend.
- 9:14So it's, you know. Are you, are you filled with
- 9:18optimism or doom right now with Man United?
- 9:20Where are you on the spectrum? I think, I think some of it's
- 9:24been positive. I think I think the real test is
- 9:27going to be when AFCON comes and Brian and Bumo and Ahmadiyala
- 9:31are are are gone for I think six games.
- 9:34So that's what I did look up yesterday.
- 9:35It's going to be 6 games that I missed through through AFCON.
- 9:40So that'll be our whole right side, which will have to change.
- 9:43And I think hopefully you've got players like Cuno who will step
- 9:46up and maybe Bruno will play a bit further forward.
- 9:49So we'll see. But I don't know, I, I feel kind
- 9:51of optimistic. I think, I think last year
- 9:54pushed through the ringer really didn't it, as United fans.
- 9:56And I think as I think there's a lot of reactionary fans.
- 10:00I could, I myself can be like that sometimes as well.
- 10:02But I think people forget we were very, I was very blessed
- 10:05with my whole childhood to watch with Alex Ferguson, to watch 13
- 10:09out 20 titles or whatever it was he won and you know, 2 Champions
- 10:12Leagues and you know, the various FA Cubs and the cups and
- 10:15stuff. So it's, you know, it's just a
- 10:17cyclical thing. I think it's a hard time.
- 10:20I I do think I got I had to optimism.
- 10:25I think the signings we made this year are good.
- 10:27Brian and Boomo Kuya look great. I know Cunya's not scored loads,
- 10:31but when you see him play, you're just like Manny is a
- 10:34player. You can you know, I mean, it's
- 10:35like we've got we've upgraded from Garnacho and Anthony to and
- 10:38Boomo and Cunya, which is great. And I actually I like Cesco as
- 10:41well. I think he's been getting a bit
- 10:43too much harsh criticism recently.
- 10:46I think he's, you know, he's coming from a different league.
- 10:49He's also younger. I think people have been a bit
- 10:51harsh on him a little bit. He's I think, I don't know if
- 10:55you remember the goal against Brighton the other week, but
- 10:57Cesco set up. He had a really great first
- 10:59touch and then laid him in like a perfect ball.
- 11:01And I was like, that was just, you know, we see moments of
- 11:04quality like that and you're like, you know, OK, he's got
- 11:06something about him and Hoiseland just kind of I think
- 11:09did every United fans that everyone was so frustrated with
- 11:12him last year because he just kept playing kind of a strange
- 11:16game where he was just in battles and fights and he
- 11:18wouldn't he wouldn't hold the ball up.
- 11:21He wouldn't was never in the right place.
- 11:23Is I don't know, it's hard, but I think we can all see with when
- 11:26teams are playing badly, all the players suffer.
- 11:30Like look at Man City last year. Man City players last year were
- 11:34not besides Harlan, but he was injured for a bit, but he didn't
- 11:36look some like Phil Foden, but he wasn't very good last year.
- 11:39But the whole Man City wasn't wasn't good.
- 11:41So when you have a team that's performing so badly, it's hard
- 11:44to get, it's hard for players to play well as well, you know,
- 11:46it's hard to kind of judge them really as well sometimes.
- 11:49Yeah, I feel like this is the this is the first time this like
- 11:52the season where the MRM system is really made like making
- 11:55sense, you know, like with like because you have the right
- 11:57personnel. So it's like Cesco, like it
- 11:58makes sense that he's that kind of striker.
- 12:01And then Guama and Cunha both make sense in those 10s
- 12:04underneath, you know. So it's just it feels like even
- 12:06if it's not perfect right now, you see what you see what he's
- 12:09trying to do finally, like you're starting to see more and
- 12:11more of the vision, I guess, but kind of moving into the news and
- 12:14notes kind of just a few things. Just top First thing is like
- 12:17England perfect so far through their their qualifying series.
- 12:21You know, sock out a goal as it as it's got off the bench.
- 12:24They play in a little bit, but we're not going to we're
- 12:26obviously recording before the Sunday game.
- 12:29A question for you is Morgan Rogers as a, you know, he seems
- 12:32like he's like this perpetual fantasy, kind of like
- 12:34frustration, but he's loved by chuckle and people, you know,
- 12:37he's like, you know, so high, highly valued.
- 12:39Where does he kind of fit into things?
- 12:40And have have you looked at him analytically or like have you
- 12:43looked kind of ever delve into him before?
- 12:46Most of that was I was kind of looking at him before, like I
- 12:49didn't name my drafts this year quite a lot.
- 12:51And I was like, because I think he finished the season off last
- 12:53last year pretty well. And I was like, I think he's
- 12:56kind of a good big, you know, Goodyear the season and I think,
- 12:59you know, again, be the start the season poorly, right.
- 13:02And I think the hard thing with Morgan Rogers, Morgan Rogers as
- 13:05a fantasy player is unless he and we noticed this last year,
- 13:08unless he scores or he assists, he doesn't like you say, get a
- 13:11lot of those kind of like ghost points, which is kind of strange
- 13:14in a way, because when you're watching play, he's got that
- 13:16kind of like Jude Bellingham dribbling hasn't he's got that
- 13:20strength and that type of like, but it seemed but it's really
- 13:23odd how sometimes it doesn't kind of match up with his
- 13:26points. But I think there's players in
- 13:28the past where that has happened.
- 13:31Like I, I remember, like people say, I was going to say, like I
- 13:37remember when Miguel, Miguel Amoron, remember when he had
- 13:39like a really hot period and he was kind of similar.
- 13:42Like he was kind of like when he didn't, when he wasn't scoring,
- 13:45he didn't score particularly well for a long time.
- 13:48Then all of a sudden he had a really good period where he was
- 13:50playing well, he was getting ghosts, but he's also getting
- 13:52some ghost points as well. But like, I think, I don't know.
- 13:56I think same Jared Bowman as well.
- 13:58I feel like Jared Bowman was like that for a while where he
- 14:00was only goals and assists and he wouldn't get too many points.
- 14:02But he's kind of almost like grown into this like role with
- 14:05West Ham as he's a man and he seems to, I actually like traded
- 14:08in one of my leagues, which I kind of regret doing, but he
- 14:11kind of traded. For him.
- 14:13No, no. But I, I had one of my leagues,
- 14:16I had some, I had no forwards basically apart from Matthias
- 14:19Kunia. I drafted Kunia in all my 3 much
- 14:21drafts because I was 79 and eight were all my draft
- 14:25positions so they weren't particularly good.
- 14:28So I managed to get Cunha in all of them and as a second a second
- 14:31picking one as well, which was strange but so I got, I got.
- 14:35So I didn't have too many other forwards.
- 14:36I went a bit too midfield heavy for some of them.
- 14:39And so I wanted to trade and someone offered me a trade at
- 14:42the beginning and I'm actually Ahmed Diallo, Jared Bowen or
- 14:45Anton Stack and some other people who weren't who I who I'd
- 14:49barely, I think it was Sobers life Liverpool and Anton Stack
- 14:53and someone else kind of random. I was like, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 14:57I was like, so I've got Amidal and Jared Bowen and I ended up
- 14:59trading Jared Bowen and Miko Damstar who were picked up off
- 15:02someone dropped Damscard off waivers, which was strange.
- 15:05So I liked him. Me too.
- 15:07I did him last year and all three of my teams and he was a
- 15:10was a great pick up like early because I got him early on
- 15:12because I was like, again, it's just what, you know, just watch
- 15:14games and Damscott finished the season before pretty well and I
- 15:18was like he's there's something really good about him.
- 15:20Like I remember looking at his stats, but like because he was
- 15:22good at where did he play before?
- 15:23He was in Atlanta, Atlanta in Italy and he had pretty decent
- 15:30kind of attacking stats. But he's also like he get good
- 15:33ghost points as well. He's actually like wins a lot of
- 15:35tackles and would get interceptions and stuff.
- 15:37So so it's like he could do well if he plays a lot.
- 15:39And then all of a sudden Frank started playing him more and
- 15:43then he became a really valuable asset last year where he was
- 15:45very good. Wasn't he very much a breakout?
- 15:48Susan for him, yeah. So I I managed to trade him and
- 15:52Matt Bowen and and Cherokee, which I shouldn't have traded
- 15:57Cherokee, but I've got Munoz Aneka TK and I thought Munoz is
- 16:01the best defender in the league. Definitely get him.
- 16:04And I needed a full Aneka TK. I've ever since Isaac moves.
- 16:07I thought, I thought I never I thought something fishy about
- 16:11not fishy. But I feel like when you've got
- 16:13that much drama about you, your season's going to be affected a
- 16:15little bit. And Liverpool have been poor and
- 16:19I've tried it. Ecka TK.
- 16:20It's not been very good, to be fair.
- 16:21So I've probably got. But I think he will play more.
- 16:24But especially. Yeah, I was actually, Yeah.
- 16:27Sorry, real quick though, we can we can just shout about that.
- 16:29Like do you feel like Ecka TK right now is the number one for
- 16:31Liverpool? Like I feel like his Isaac Isaac
- 16:33came on for Sweden and played, you know, 30 minutes.
- 16:36But I think until until that that that stuff.
- 16:39It seems like, I mean, I can't imagine Essex Esac starts on the
- 16:43weekend, you know? Yeah.
- 16:45He seriously seems unfit, doesn't he?
- 16:46Akritika came on in at left wing.
- 16:48Actually, I don't know if you saw that.
- 16:49He came on for Arcola and he scored and he got in a couple of
- 16:53good positions. He looked, he looked pretty
- 16:54threatening out from the left. I mean, I think, I think with
- 16:58AFCON coming up, I think obviously Salah is going to be
- 17:01going to Afghan. So there's that might actually
- 17:04help a little bit of the balance of Liverpool, I think.
- 17:06And Akritika could play more. They were I mean, if you
- 17:08remember, he's that played a couple of times at left wing for
- 17:11Newcastle. I don't think you I don't think
- 17:13he'll play there much for for Liverpool.
- 17:15But you know, you've also got Cody Gapo out there who started
- 17:18the season really well. But you know, you speak to a lot
- 17:20of Liverpool fans and they don't love Gapo because of how
- 17:23predictable he is. He gets the ball, he cuts
- 17:25entirely shoots, which I suppose is good for fantasy value,
- 17:28right. You get a shot on target or or
- 17:29whatever might happen. But he's kind of a bit more
- 17:33one-dimensional than someone like Louis Diaz and I I love
- 17:36Louis Diaz. I had him in all my draftings
- 17:38the last couple of years and he was he was great last year.
- 17:40But I don't know. How do you feel about Liverpool?
- 17:44Do you think Liverpool are going to turn it around or do you
- 17:46think they're just going to be shaky or season like Man City
- 17:48where last year? I bet you they'll it'll come in
- 17:50waves, so I bet you they'll they'll be good for a while.
- 17:53You know, they'll get a little bit figured out and then they'll
- 17:55kind of get undone again. I feel like like it's over.
- 17:57Not it's hard to overstate how being that the Jota passing was
- 18:01on them because emotionally and like for them to just each each
- 18:04week is probably really tough, you know, and I think like it's
- 18:06hard to overstate how much that affects the players and
- 18:08everything. So I also think like when you
- 18:10add that many new pieces even, but they all are great.
- 18:13Like it's always going to take time to adjust and it's so I
- 18:16don't think I. Think we've rarely seen it ever
- 18:17happen in the Premier League where players have just I mean,
- 18:21I think not enough forests were kind of weird that one year when
- 18:23they when they even been the first time they did it when they
- 18:25saw like Jesse Lingard and they signed 2 new players.
- 18:27They it took them like a whole season.
- 18:29They were like relegation about 1:00 and then they kind of
- 18:32picked up. But even this season have signed
- 18:34a lot of new people, the midfield like the Douglas
- 18:38Louise, they signed that forward, you guys, Jesus.
- 18:41And yeah, yeah. What am I, Hutchinson?
- 18:44Never telling you guys, Jason. McAfee somebody, somebody plays.
- 18:47There's actually like good players there where you like
- 18:49waiting for them to kind of or you.
- 18:51Wish they would have went somewhere where they would have
- 18:53played a little more, you know, and that as well.
- 18:55Yeah. But it's funny though, too,
- 18:56because then for every, you know, I think the the more
- 18:59likely than not it's going to struggle when you bring that
- 19:01many players in. But then you look like a center
- 19:02land where it's like, wow, they brought in like a whole new team
- 19:04and there's they're doing fine. So it is like it is possible to
- 19:07do it, but it's just it seems tough.
- 19:09The other question I want to ask you is Voltamad with a double.
- 19:11So he keeps scoring goals and he scored a bunch for Tottenham or
- 19:14for Newcastle and would try a little bit and that'll be he
- 19:16keeps scoring for Germany. You feel like.
- 19:19I think with him it's similar where it's like his his lack of
- 19:22ghosts is the concern. Have you, have you kind of
- 19:25thought much about him? Yeah.
- 19:27Yeah, he, he, he got, he got bidded on quite a bit.
- 19:30I think everyone he got bidded for in most of my leagues, but
- 19:33for quite a bit of money. I, I'll be honest, I didn't
- 19:36really know much about him before then.
- 19:38My my friend who who got him he's he's won the league quite a
- 19:42few times and he's. Hold on, look who it is.
- 19:45Look decided to show up. You just woke up.
- 19:50I did. My iPhone did an update over the
- 19:52over the night, but it didn't recover the formation, so my
- 19:55alarm didn't go on. So, like, my iphone's gone,
- 19:58yeah. So this is.
- 19:59This is Craig. We're just, we're just, we're
- 20:00just chatting through some of the international games right
- 20:02now. Hey.
- 20:03Craig, Sorry, guys. Sorry.
- 20:04Yeah. No, no worries.
- 20:07But yeah, Walmart, I'm not sure. I think I mean, again,
- 20:11international football's different to Premier League
- 20:13football, even European football, right?
- 20:14We're seeing out of a lot of players this year.
- 20:15But like some players are performing well in the different
- 20:19settings. I do like Paul Romano though.
- 20:21He's got this kind of like Peter Crouch, like touch to him, but
- 20:25he's like a good dribbler. He's you know, I, I think
- 20:28Newcastle play in a way where their actual wingers are, you
- 20:32know, supplementary to the forward.
- 20:34Like Jacob Murphy, I think is a, you know, if you're a forward,
- 20:37he's probably a great winger to have.
- 20:38He's always trying to cross it in.
- 20:41It's a shame really. Someone like Trippia has lost
- 20:43his his fantasy value this year. Like, remember a couple years
- 20:47ago, Trippia was going like first two rounds in the draft,
- 20:49wasn't he? He was.
- 20:50One of these like the highest scoring player three years ago,
- 20:52I think. It's funny, We had a draft, the
- 20:55draft after that he got drafted. So whoever drafted second
- 21:00drafted in 2nd and it threw everyone's draft off because
- 21:03like everyone's expected him to go like later in the first
- 21:06second round and everyone was like panicking.
- 21:08And it was, it was, it was quite funny.
- 21:10But yeah, I don't know. I, I like him.
- 21:14I think, I think Newcastle have struggled away from home this
- 21:16year, haven't they? I think at home they're still
- 21:20going to be good. They've got man.
- 21:21Is it Man City this weekend coming up?
- 21:24Which and new. And man, see, they're kind of,
- 21:27they're looking better, aren't they?
- 21:29They're kind of quietly going about their business.
- 21:31They look a bit more solid. But I still think when Newcastle
- 21:35are on their day and they've got, you know, Tonali Gomarez
- 21:38and Joe Lidd in the midfield, they're like a powerhouses,
- 21:41aren't they? And that could maybe overpower,
- 21:43you know, even at home. When they're at home, they are
- 21:45they're very difficult to kind of ignore and say, hey, they
- 21:48they might not win this game because they even against
- 21:50Arsenal with 10 men, they were they were really good.
- 21:53So I don't know. It's it's you've got the other
- 21:56players for Newcastle, which have been inconsistent, which I
- 21:58think would help Walmart. They're like Harvey Barnes was
- 22:00good in the last game. Gordon's been quite inconsistent
- 22:03since since the last since he started last season off really
- 22:06well the first half. Do you remember?
- 22:08And then he got injured and really struggled to get back
- 22:10into the team. Alanga's been I did I was going
- 22:14nowhere near Alanga. I had a feeling this would
- 22:15happen if I'm being on the studio.
- 22:17I mean, for coming from Man United, I was like, I've watched
- 22:20him play enough to be like he's good, but he's not that good.
- 22:23First season Forrest he was OK, last season seemed like an
- 22:26outlier massively. But again, he might even, even
- 22:30even with Sweden, he's, he's struggled, hasn't he, to really
- 22:34find a place there, I feel. Like we've seen what he's
- 22:36capable of in both ways, like from a positive and a negative,
- 22:40like from a positive sense. It was last year with Forest
- 22:42with the from a negative just kind of disappearing.
- 22:44You know, we saw United and Sweden.
- 22:47Yeah. I think with Volta my my thing
- 22:49is that like similar to Morgan Rogers where he, he does things
- 22:52and he looks like he'd be scoring better, you know what I
- 22:54mean? Like some of the like the some
- 22:55of his link up play and stuff, you're like, oh wow.
- 22:57Like he's so involved in play that none of it is just directly
- 22:59driving to points, I guess. So we'll see.
- 23:02I mean, I just feel like also part of it hopefully is that
- 23:05Newcastle just been done once they get better, you know, once
- 23:07they you know, once their their form kind of picks up that he'll
- 23:10he'll kind of pick up in points as well.
- 23:12It's the last little thing to talk about, just Erin Holland
- 23:15and it's just the, you know, two more goals for Norway.
- 23:17Just the machine that is. It's just.
- 23:19A joke. Any he's Yeah, it's just the
- 23:22most one of, if not the most clinical finisher in the world
- 23:26at the moment, isn't he? Him and Harry Kane really are.
- 23:28And then back pay. But you know, them three are in
- 23:32terms of scoring are just up there and it's terrifying if
- 23:36you're if you're playing against them in your game week, isn't
- 23:38it? Every time I play talent and I'm
- 23:39like, please just have an off week.
- 23:41But. I feel like it's interesting
- 23:43though, because I feel like right now, like the, you know,
- 23:48Laminia Mall gets all the hype and stuff and, and, you know,
- 23:50he's not having the best season ever.
- 23:52But like, then you look at Holland and it's like, I feel
- 23:54like there's, there's such like a, there's less hype around him
- 23:57and what he does and I feel like is warranted.
- 23:58I'm not sure it was just him playing for Man City or him, you
- 24:02know, maybe the striker position isn't as like kind of coveted as
- 24:06it was back, you know, 20 years ago.
- 24:08But like, it's such an interesting kind of thing, just
- 24:10like from a notoriety standpoint, I think.
- 24:12They look at his goals as boring goals.
- 24:15Boring goals. Yeah, it's it's kind of similar
- 24:18like the whole when Ronaldo was, you know, Fernaldo tap merchant
- 24:22kind of nickname he was given versus Messi.
- 24:25Messi he plays obviously this, you know, you watch Messi, he's
- 24:28like just this elegant, beautiful football player who's,
- 24:31you know, everyone, everyone seems to think he's the best
- 24:33player in the world, right. And then Ronaldo, you got these
- 24:36two greats, right? But they're just slightly
- 24:38different in how they do things here with Harland.
- 24:39Harland is, you know, when you actually like look at the stuff
- 24:41that he does so well. There's no one bad like the way
- 24:44he makes runs. I saw some an amazing start the
- 24:47other day. I think in 108 games he's been
- 24:49offside less than 20 times. And I think, and it's something
- 24:53it's something insane. And I think Alexander Isaac will
- 24:56had a good ratio as well, pretty good, but and Bappe was
- 24:59averaging at least one offside a game.
- 25:03And it's really funny because I saw some really stupid comments
- 25:06on it and so on being like, hey, how could you be?
- 25:09Like, how can you be offside, like every game?
- 25:12And it's like, well, mate, if you play forwards and you play
- 25:14with people who don't play the ball when you wanted to play it,
- 25:16you're going to be offside. But it's also like the timing of
- 25:19everything shows you how impeccable his timing is because
- 25:21he's fast as well. Like, you think he'd get caught
- 25:23off more, but he obviously uses it really well.
- 25:26And his, you know, the way he peels off to the back posts is I
- 25:29think his holder playing his general blinker play this year
- 25:32has been so much better as well. Yeah.
- 25:34Absolutely. And I think.
- 25:35That goes, you know, people just think him as this big again,
- 25:38it's, you know, you have people like the media, like Roy Keane
- 25:40saying that like he wouldn't do well in league.
- 25:42What you know, you know, those that there was those kind of
- 25:44comments that was made. It does kind of paint a kind of
- 25:48picture about him, which is a little bit untrue.
- 25:49And people kind of when you watch him close, you're like,
- 25:51you know, there's actually a really good football player
- 25:53there and, you know. I got.
- 25:56When he went through the other day and he just, you just know
- 25:58when he's gone one-on-one, he's going to score, don't you?
- 26:00Which is crazy. It's.
- 26:03Also, I think a lot of people forget how he played in
- 26:05Dortmund, which was a complete different style, how he would
- 26:07drop back and make the runs. And I saw an interview recently
- 26:10with Kyle Walker that, you know, was one of those things on
- 26:12Instagram, name a player who's faster than you.
- 26:14And then he said how long that's faster than he is.
- 26:16And that's coming from Kyle Walker.
- 26:18Yeah, which is intense. He's like in the long range.
- 26:20It's like, no, no one's beating Holland.
- 26:22And I, I, we talked about this before, Keith as a defender.
- 26:25Imagine. Holland is running.
- 26:27Towards you. With those giant strides, you're
- 26:30scooted. No one.
- 26:31Yeah, 3. So much, so big.
- 26:33Yeah, you're done. I want to just quickly just
- 26:35touch on some of the injuries. I think the biggest news coming
- 26:38out of this week so far was Gabrielle going down injured for
- 26:41Brazil and then Cal Fiori having some having some issues or him
- 26:46going home. So now we're looking at, we're
- 26:48going to look, we're looking at the best defense in the league
- 26:50and potentially 2 of the two of the players off that going down.
- 26:54Yeah, I live. I mean, I sort of invested well
- 26:57in the defensive, haven't they? Like they really have.
- 26:59So it's it's, I think everyone has come in well there.
- 27:03So I'd be interested in who partners.
- 27:05They've got that Zamos wearer and they've got Henkapi for who
- 27:09came from Bilevikus and the two good options and then MLS.
- 27:13As well MLS. And Ben, why so I I think I'll
- 27:15be fine, but that's actually they're all probably.
- 27:18I might try and see if they're available right now actually.
- 27:21Yeah, that's what I did. I immediately went and grabbed
- 27:23mascara, but I kind of was going to ask like, what is that order?
- 27:26I think, I think for me it's mascara, Hincapie and then maybe
- 27:30MLS, because it feels like MLS has fallen down the pecking
- 27:32order a little bit. But what do you guys think?
- 27:35Did you know what the severity of the injuries were to those
- 27:37two? One of the there's like that
- 27:39injury, like I figure it's a Twitter account that kind of
- 27:42looks at the video and kind of predicts what the injury's going
- 27:45to be. And they're thinking it could be
- 27:46because it was higher, it was like a groin injury, but it's
- 27:48higher up. So they think it could be three
- 27:50to six weeks. Oh wow.
- 27:52But it's. Hard, you know, it's hard to
- 27:53know, but it's like if it's a, if it's a grade, if it's like
- 27:56the lowest grade of injury, it'll be two to three and.
- 27:59Especially with, you know, the Christmas period coming up,
- 28:01that's actually quite a lot of football that he could miss,
- 28:04which which again, would offer a lot of value for those players.
- 28:07So yeah, I just. I just traded for him so this is
- 28:11really hurting me. That's that, did you say?
- 28:15You you gave up, Keith. No, I don't really want to talk
- 28:17about it, no. Who did you give up?
- 28:19I. I.
- 28:20Traded Sala for Gabriel Straight.
- 28:22Up may do you know what was my? It's I went into my whole logic
- 28:30for it, but a lot of it was about like the Arsenal defense
- 28:33being so good and Salah going away and Salah really
- 28:35underperforming. So it's like, you know, a lot of
- 28:37that stuff is mute. If he's not playing, it doesn't
- 28:40really matter. You know an injury is an injury
- 28:41but. So I I created this fan tracks
- 28:45data dashboard based on my or I've created data for the last
- 28:48five years. I've almost seized all the
- 28:50players final scores and I've got this like drafting tool.
- 28:53So you can use it to draft right?
- 28:54I posted, I read it a long time ago, but one thing I've noticed
- 28:57with certain players, and this is true of Salah is he will go
- 29:01one really high season kind of dip a little bit higher than
- 29:05dip. And I had him the last Afghan
- 29:08season and he 3 when he came back from Afghan, he struggled
- 29:12in getting hurt. I remember he still, he still
- 29:15was obviously a good player, still gets like, I think like
- 29:18over 400 points for the season, but he's not getting that
- 29:21500600I mean it's very, very hard to maintain what he did
- 29:24last year. Last year was an out an outlier
- 29:27season for any player really. Wasn't it like that amount of
- 29:31goals and assists in the league? I I, I understand your logic for
- 29:34doing it. It's just especially because
- 29:36when he's when he's not getting anything, he's he's getting
- 29:40around 0 points, isn't he? It's yeah.
- 29:42That's what was killing me and I just felt like I I felt like it
- 29:45would like this. And it seems like there's such a
- 29:46trend towards the defenders scoring really high this year
- 29:48and the way Arsenal's defense was, it made sense in my head
- 29:52and and maybe it'll still pay off, you know, depending on this
- 29:54injury, but we don't need to go too long on this.
- 29:56I want to briefly touch on AF con and a little bit of AF con
- 29:59prep. I think, you know, like always
- 30:00it was solid as the big one, but now it's like you've kind of
- 30:03been missing Saul already this season, so it's probably like
- 30:06Emblemo and it's probably the biggest AFCON mess.
- 30:09Yeah, definitely. I think he'll, I think not.
- 30:15I think I don't think that's just going to affect like people
- 30:17who own like Emblemo, but also people who have probably owned
- 30:21Man United players, right. He takes over set pieces.
- 30:24He's been integral to the attack.
- 30:26I mean, same with all times where people got absence.
- 30:28Like who's going to step up? You know, Mason Mount is
- 30:31probably going to get more minutes now.
- 30:33So you know, and I imagine as well what we're going to see is
- 30:36maybe Dorby play left wing back and Dalla right wing back or
- 30:40Mazzaraoui. So it's going to be minutes to
- 30:42those players and well, you know, Bruno Fernandez might play
- 30:46a bit more attacking this time as well.
- 30:47So I don't know, Bruno still was getting decent points.
- 30:51I think he's not quite been as high as he has in the past, but
- 30:54you know, there could be an opportunity there to even trade
- 30:56for someone like Bruno, especially with AFCON going on
- 30:59because you might have a bit more of an attacking license,
- 31:01which could, you know, he could be good value around that
- 31:05period, especially when I'm boomers away.
- 31:06But I mean, other players, Amy Diallo, who else is going Sala,
- 31:11I think. Nori is a big one.
- 31:13I mean, he's been injured, but I think it's just more for like
- 31:14Nico O'Reilly all of a sudden. I think it were where he's been
- 31:18kind of, he's been really good in that position and now he's
- 31:20going to have even less competition.
- 31:21You know, I was going to. Talk about him being an over.
- 31:23It's performing, actually, yeah. It's like a great thing, but do
- 31:27you want to do you want to start with the over underperformers?
- 31:29So Craig brought some guys that he he kind of looked at the data
- 31:33and had some over underperformers.
- 31:34The first one we can do you want to talk about him first?
- 31:36Yeah, I. Think I did talk about him the
- 31:38other week. I think again what the one I
- 31:40don't like you guys league, but he's he's been picked up a bit
- 31:42more recently as a mid, even as a midfielder and he's playing
- 31:45his defender because he's he's doing well right.
- 31:47He's getting over 10 points a game or whatever.
- 31:49I think the thing with Nico O'Reilly is that put people off
- 31:52was he wasn't a defender. So you know, when you're picking
- 31:56up a defender, one of the main reasons you pick him up is that
- 31:59hope of a clean sheet bonus, right?
- 32:01Or, or because that's an extra 6 points or whatever you might
- 32:04have it in your whatever you have is whatever your scoring
- 32:07system is, whatever you have as it's still it's a big chunk of
- 32:09the points. So not having that every week is
- 32:11OK. Why would I pick up a a
- 32:13midfielder who's playing as defender?
- 32:15But we've seen in every week he plays, he gets forward and he
- 32:18you know, a lot of fullbacks. Now we have a fullback legs, a
- 32:21lot of opportunities. They are good value for money
- 32:23and he has, he's going to make it hard for Al Nori to get back
- 32:26in the squad, in the team because he defends really well.
- 32:29I mean, he pocketed Salah. Salah's not having the best
- 32:32season ever, is he? But he still was brilliant
- 32:34against him. He he scored, he scored a couple
- 32:37of goals. He gets up and down.
- 32:39He defends really well. Al Nori's not great defensively.
- 32:42I could see Al Nori playing more, especially when you think
- 32:45about Man City playing maybe at home against some of the weak
- 32:49opposition who might pack it in. You could see maybe OK, Al Nori
- 32:52might be a good, you know, a good play to play in this game.
- 32:56But even then, if if O'reilly's contributing to the attack in
- 32:59every game, why would you drop him?
- 33:01Fully what I mean well, how's he been scoring?
- 33:05Is he like kind of because I, I know that it's been like he's
- 33:07ever been showing up on waivers a lot and I think he's on my
- 33:10waiver list, but you know, like I think it's been like his last
- 33:14two games he has 14.5 then 21. You know, that's what he had an
- 33:18assist and then a goal. So I mean, yeah, I I feel like
- 33:23he's also, he's still and he's still under rostered in.
- 33:25He's rusted in less than 50% of leagues right now too, which is
- 33:28pretty crazy. He had his first England cop as
- 33:30well. He looked.
- 33:31Good as well. He was kind of he had the shot
- 33:33that led to sack of scoring. But yeah, I I again, I think
- 33:38he's he's good value for money especially.
- 33:41And it's going to be difficult with Al Nouri coming back there.
- 33:43There might be that risk of him not playing.
- 33:45But it also let's say Al Nouri's going to be going away for
- 33:49AFCON, right. So he's definitely going to play
- 33:51a lot in that period. And the fact that he's young
- 33:54means he's you know, he's probably not going to be rested
- 33:56or get burnt out. He's he's it's amazing really,
- 33:59because Rico Lewis exactly Rico Lewis kind of blew on the scene
- 34:02a couple years ago, but he never really he was very you know, he
- 34:06looked he didn't look very didn't look.
- 34:08He has a physique to last in the Premier League.
- 34:11Right. He looked at.
- 34:11The words O'reilly's a big lad and he like he it's mad to think
- 34:15that he's only like 19 years old or something.
- 34:17He is a big boy, but no, I I like him.
- 34:21I think he's been over performing other players that I
- 34:23mean height I've put down here. We were probably all been
- 34:26drafted. I mean Declan Rice has been
- 34:29brilliant this year. I think I'm happy I drafted in
- 34:32one of my teams. I had a the the first week I,
- 34:35when I, the first game week I drafted him, he got an assist
- 34:38against United and that's all he did.
- 34:40And I remember I, I was gutted because someone got rising Ders
- 34:43and I was going to plan to get him after.
- 34:44And I was like, oh man, I should have got rising ders after that
- 34:47first week. And and then ever since then,
- 34:49Rice is just like almost every week you think he's going to get
- 34:51an assist because he's just all the corners for scoring.
- 34:55So you know, he's been very kind of over performing, but even if
- 34:59you looked at last year, like he is one of those players that was
- 35:01getting more and more licensed going forward as a boxer box
- 35:04midfielder. So you kind of could see the
- 35:06writing on the wall and especially them signing super
- 35:08Mendy it it's given a lot more for Rice.
- 35:11I mean rice is is brilliant. He's he really is that great
- 35:16boxer box midfielder outlet that you kind of want and also great
- 35:18for fantasy because he does contribute at both ends.
- 35:21So he's been good. Igar Tiago again, I I'll be
- 35:25honest, I I was kind of put off with him.
- 35:28I think there was a lot of people who didn't know if he was
- 35:30going to be great this year. But he's again shows you how
- 35:33important confidence is in form. Like once he got the goal early
- 35:36on in the season, it shows you that he's kind of not stopped
- 35:38and he's looked he looks a handful, doesn't he?
- 35:40And he's looked to have made kind of good chemistry with like
- 35:44the other bread for the tacos. So he seems to be over
- 35:47performing. Don't know how long that will
- 35:49last. I mean, if you look at someone
- 35:50like even like Simenyo, right, he started off the season
- 35:53really, really well, but he's dropped off a little bit last
- 35:55couple of games. Bournemouth have had a had
- 35:58couple of games of fixtures I feel like, but they're played,
- 36:02they've got a good, I think a good like 5 or 6 games coming up
- 36:04now Bournemouth. So you'd imagine he'd get back
- 36:05on there. But last season as well, he
- 36:07started the season really, really well and then he kind of
- 36:10taped off for a middle period and came back again.
- 36:12But I liked him. You're in Timber was obviously
- 36:16has been doing very well as a over performing defender that
- 36:21Yancuba Minta not got loads of goals and assists, but he seems
- 36:24to get really good ghost points. He gets a lot of crosses he gets
- 36:27he's obviously a great dribbler. So that helps.
- 36:30And then I think one of the key one, that one person, one
- 36:32goalkeeper that stood out is Robin Rose for for Sunderland.
- 36:37Like he's not only just making like loads of saves, but Sunland
- 36:40have been doing well as well and he's actually a goalkeeper where
- 36:42I feel like there was a strategy before they could pick.
- 36:44I've done it before. You pick up a goalkeeper every
- 36:46week if you've not got a a true choice, whereas he is, he's
- 36:49getting over like, well, I think his average is like 1215 points
- 36:51a game, somewhere in that range, like which is for a goalkeeper
- 36:55is massive, right? Like you're usually hoping that
- 36:57your goalkeeper get somewhere between what, 6 and 10 points
- 36:59and you're like, that's OK. But if he's getting like 12
- 37:02points plus every week, that's a massive asset.
- 37:05It's kind of like. How Flecken was last year, it's
- 37:06almost like you're you're benefiting from a team that's
- 37:09that's over performing and then a keeper that's also busy.
- 37:12It's like that combo is really, really good.
- 37:14I wanna I wanna go back quickly. So you go to Tiago.
- 37:16I think one of the things that's really good about him is
- 37:18obviously he's been scoring goals and it's really nice.
- 37:21But what's also great is that for a forward, his ghost points,
- 37:24he gets like 7.1 ghost points per start too, which is like for
- 37:27a striker is great. That's like that's like that's
- 37:29really ghost point numbers. And so topping that with the
- 37:33fact that he's all of a sudden getting all these goals and
- 37:34assists or goals mostly is like, yeah, so he's he's suddenly
- 37:38first on the scene and it's amazing with Declan Rice that
- 37:41he's the number one in standard toying.
- 37:43He's the number one midfielder right now really.
- 37:46Yeah. Which is, I mean, you know, you
- 37:49think about, you know, the you think about all these great
- 37:51attacking midfielders that are in the league and the fact that
- 37:53Declan Reis is there, it's just a testament to how good he's
- 37:55been. Yeah, it's been, it's he's
- 38:00really kind of evolved this game and I think he's only going to
- 38:02keep continuing to, to be honest.
- 38:03I mean, he's he's started to add a few goals to this game as
- 38:05well. And I think that will continue
- 38:08and we're still. Waiting on that the free kick
- 38:10goal this year, right He she's got a few in his locker.
- 38:14I know, yeah, I'm hoping so. I mean, great, he could do that
- 38:17for England at the World Cup next year.
- 38:18That would be nice. Yeah, maybe saving, saving them
- 38:20up. So yeah.
- 38:23So I think you just you've listed some really good names of
- 38:25those names. Do you think would be like
- 38:26you're the biggest like trade target?
- 38:28You think is is like a Minta or like obviously rice is so tough,
- 38:32but like who do you think's like maybe one that you'd look at and
- 38:34be like this guy's maybe like not right.
- 38:36You know, his numbers aren't quite as good, but he's doing
- 38:39all the things maybe and could be, could be a great person.
- 38:43It's interesting, it's interesting for trading because
- 38:45you just have to do it the right moment.
- 38:46I've seen people in the, the, you know, the draft EPL fantasy
- 38:50that are ready to drop some menu or trade some menu.
- 38:53So like people could, you know, he could be if he has another
- 38:57bad, you know, an off week. There's there's an opportunity,
- 38:59there's opportunities there isn't it?
- 39:00It's whether you believe when they're going to pick it up
- 39:02again. But I think Minter is is a good
- 39:05option. He's not had the most score in
- 39:06his Sats, but you could again, he's getting loads of ghost
- 39:08points. So he would be a good option.
- 39:11I think for some of my trade, some of my trade targets I wrote
- 39:14down, there weren't necessarily some of the over performing
- 39:18players. I think like Igor Tiago, again,
- 39:22I don't think people are going to give him up right now because
- 39:23he's playing so well. I don't know.
- 39:27What do you guys think? Do you?
- 39:28Who would? You yeah, I mean, I I think that
- 39:32shot up Bruno Fernandez is actually a really good one
- 39:34because I think, you know, I think people draft him expecting
- 39:37him to be a certain way and obviously he's doing great.
- 39:39He's like, I think he's the 10th ranked player overall, but maybe
- 39:42he's just not delivering at the level that people maybe have
- 39:45anticipated for him in the past. So I think, I think there's
- 39:48something there which is really good.
- 39:52I would stick to menu, but I would go after Cunha.
- 39:55Obviously he's been very big on the performing, especially with
- 39:58the Afghan coming up players going in.
- 39:59Also Cesco, we don't know what what the situation is.
- 40:02So I think he might have a bigger role in the next coming
- 40:04like month or two, at least until like start of the new
- 40:06year. So that's someone who else?
- 40:08What was he going top first two rounds?
- 40:10Very underperformance of release.
- 40:11So that's yeah, end of the. First.
- 40:13Yeah, yeah. Cesco's, I think he's on it.
- 40:16He got injured. I'm not sure the how bad it is,
- 40:19but he does. He did pick up a bit of an
- 40:20injury. So, but hopefully that's not too
- 40:22bad because you're like, right, like if with AF con coming up,
- 40:24he'll play a lot more. You'd hope.
- 40:26And it's also your players need games to get in a groove and to
- 40:30get goals, especially as a forward.
- 40:31It's, it's hard if you're in and out to kind of get that
- 40:34consistency. The the 2 two players that I
- 40:37kind of, I, I wrote down, which might be a bit controversial.
- 40:41I, I thought could be the trade targets would be, would be
- 40:43Florian words. And hear me out.
- 40:45He's not been great this season, but I've seen people willing to
- 40:49drop him and he was going top 2 drafts this year.
- 40:52And I feel like if you I feel like it would hurt, it hurts
- 40:55your soul a little bit. You're going to have to drop
- 40:57someone who's one of your first two draft picks, right?
- 41:00So I think with with with salad going to afcon and maybe as soon
- 41:07as Liverpool pick up and perform works can maybe find his groove.
- 41:10He could be a good asset. So you could be traded with
- 41:13someone like Wertz with, I don't know.
- 41:15I'm trying to think of a player who someone like Damstad, for
- 41:18example, right, who has constant good fantasy value, but maybe
- 41:23you have over three or four of them midfielders that are of
- 41:26similar value. You're like, OK, maybe if I I
- 41:29could offer it attempt off would be him for of words and then
- 41:31words ends up being really good in this next period.
- 41:34He ends up being like a really good trade about a trade option
- 41:37again, a bit more risky. I like Phil Foden as a trade
- 41:40target as well. I think he's starting to look
- 41:42like himself. I think he's going to be
- 41:45unnoticed. I think against us who like
- 41:48Liverpool at the weekend. Sorry, he he played a lot
- 41:50deeper, which I think affected his score a little bit.
- 41:53But you can still see evening it's England.
- 41:56He seems to have that bit of swagger back about him, doesn't
- 41:59he? Where he was like he's so good
- 42:01at turning on the ball like and just going forward with it.
- 42:03So I think he again, I'm not sure how his fantasy stats
- 42:08change if he does play deeper because he is doing that a
- 42:11little bit. But he scored two goals midweek
- 42:13against. We did City play, they beat when
- 42:17they smashed, it was a full 1. But he scored two really good
- 42:20goals. He scored two really.
- 42:22He scored two really good goals there, didn't he?
- 42:23So I think he's kind of back. I think he could be good values
- 42:26for money. And he seems to be getting lots
- 42:28of minutes on the path. Whereas players like Savio and
- 42:31even, you know, I was a big Oscar Bob believer at the
- 42:33beginning of the year and I'm bit disappointed that he's not
- 42:35doing good and it's kind of broken my heart a little bit,
- 42:38honestly. I bid my my mate texted me
- 42:40saying I'm bidding for Bob. So I bid 20 of my 100 FAB on him
- 42:43at the beginning of the season and I ended up and no one else
- 42:46bid for him. I was gutted.
- 42:47I was like, mate, you've done me over.
- 42:50But every time, every time I see Norway play again as well, I
- 42:52always like how did Bob do? And he is the only person who
- 42:55didn't get a goal or assist. And I'm like, no.
- 42:58I wanted to just touch briefly on your words shout out.
- 43:01I think that's actually a really good one.
- 43:02And I think there's something about it too, where there's been
- 43:05a lot of talk in the Liverpool camps about how Salah's not been
- 43:08holding them back, But Salah's needing to play out on that wing
- 43:12is just kind of not what they need positionally.
- 43:15And like with potentially with him out for F con, they can
- 43:17really get into that a better line up for the new personnel to
- 43:21have, you know, and so like and who knows?
- 43:24I'm not saying that that's going to be the case, but I think if
- 43:26there's ever a chance to trade for words, it's probably right
- 43:28before Afghan to see like maybe that'll just really wake up, you
- 43:32know, there. Maybe that'll allow them to
- 43:34loosen up to shake things up formationally and like activate
- 43:37words a little more. So I think that's a really good
- 43:38shot and I. Think especially if you can
- 43:40afford, if you've got 3, three to four of the midfielders that
- 43:44are confidently starting all the time and bringing you good
- 43:47value. I think that's a, you know, I
- 43:49think it's worth a risk, you know, because I think ultimately
- 43:52in your team, you want, you want at least three solid
- 43:56midfielders, at least two. Yeah, it's.
- 43:58Kind of lottery pick guys, you know, like those last guys.
- 44:02And then to your photon shout out, I think it's like, yeah, I
- 44:04mean, photons look so much better.
- 44:06I think the rub with him is always just the same with Pep
- 44:09was just like, so it's like one week Pep loves you and you're
- 44:13the king of the world, and then like the next week, you're not
- 44:15going to play for a month. You know, it's just like always
- 44:17so tough to know where that kind of where that's going to shake
- 44:21out. And you know, I think other than
- 44:23Holland, I don't know if anyone's like fully guaranteed a
- 44:25spot on that team even. Doc who's he had a couple of
- 44:28games he had he had a couple of games he was I mean he was
- 44:31unplayable, wasn't he? Against Arsenal, he was unreal,
- 44:34unbelievable. I hated I was playing against
- 44:36one guy who he was. I think he had like a 5060 point
- 44:39deficit against me going into a last game and he had Doku and I
- 44:42was like, please take Doku off. Please like give you a.
- 44:45Heart attack AM not. Catching me up, but still I was
- 44:48like take him off, but he's not again.
- 44:50Doku is that game almost he's had two really good games this
- 44:54year, two or three really good games and the other games he's
- 44:56not been as sharp. But if he, if he can show some
- 44:59consistency like that, he's going to be like a top five pick
- 45:02next year, isn't he? Like if he does that, I mean.
- 45:05If he maintains this, yeah. And it's going to be that's
- 45:07going to be one of those ones where it's going to be so, so
- 45:10such a risk reward because you just with you just never know,
- 45:13you know, he's like, you know, it's like, would you rather have
- 45:15a, a guy who can do that and score that many points or
- 45:18someone, you know, that's going to get you XY And that that
- 45:20becomes one of those like being like philosophical draft
- 45:23questions, you know, and I. Also think the frustrating thing
- 45:25about drafting like a Doko or any of the city wingers is if
- 45:29you draft some like Doko early in the first round, let's say
- 45:31top five, I feel like later on in the draft you have to
- 45:33handicap it by drafting another mad city player.
- 45:36Like maybe you fold it or Savio just to be on the which kind of
- 45:39like impacts your draft as well. But the potential for a dog who
- 45:42to have those like 20 plus point games is like very, very high,
- 45:45especially with how loud scoring, the way he is scoring,
- 45:48it's interesting. That there's definitely a Man
- 45:50City tactic to draft in. It's like you can't just have
- 45:53one. You need to have like 2.
- 45:54And then it's great when both players play, but it's like also
- 45:57hurtful when they both don't play, isn't it?
- 45:59Yeah. I, I've riding in Savio in one
- 46:02league and it's like it was kind of OK for a little while and now
- 46:05it's just not great. It's like really bad, you know?
- 46:08Satya was. Dropped in one of my leagues and
- 46:09I'm tempted to pick him up. But he's also, again, it's it's
- 46:14hard, isn't it? Like rising this as well.
- 46:15I don't think I'll drop rising this, but it's hard to know how
- 46:18he's going to come back because that first game against Wolves,
- 46:21he was unbelievable. Like, we're not, you know, just
- 46:25the passes he was doing and the way he was running.
- 46:27And I'm like, yeah. Such a strong runner.
- 46:30I don't know. Yeah, it'll be interesting.
- 46:32I I saw I, I it's kind of hard to.
- 46:35I can't really do anything about it.
- 46:36I just have to sit there and like have them both on my bench
- 46:38and just pray, you know, that's really.
- 46:42Yeah. So I just want to touch briefly
- 46:44on this. We've talked about all these
- 46:45guys, but just you know, going into the end of the week and
- 46:48into the next week, like some late waiver picks up.
- 46:50We talked about mascara, Hincapie and Miles Luis Skelly.
- 46:54I think, I think with the Gabriel news and potentially Cal
- 46:56Fiori injury as well, I think those might be the priority
- 46:59pickups, you know, and then I think we also Craig mentioned
- 47:04Nico O'Reilly, which I think is a huge one that I have on waiver
- 47:06is as well. I mean, 46% owned first England
- 47:08cap look great AFCON to or at Norway to AFCON.
- 47:12I think those are all things, you know, we like AFCON is
- 47:14something you definitely should start thinking about a planning
- 47:16about now. You know, like, I think, I think
- 47:18you're going to be ahead of the game if you're starting to make
- 47:21moves with that in mind. Yeah, you don't want to wait too
- 47:25late, do you? Because, because then everyone's
- 47:26going to be going after them. Same with some of the trade
- 47:28stuff. It's gone.
- 47:30You're doing a little bit further out portal on those kind
- 47:32of notices. Yeah, I like Mason Go.
- 47:37Ahead. No, Mason, that's a good shout,
- 47:40I think. Yeah, Mason.
- 47:41That was my other one I had written down, and you shouted it
- 47:43out, too. And I think like this, I think
- 47:45it's only compounded by the fact that Cesco tweaked his knee, you
- 47:48know, like, it's that that plus Ahmad going to AFCON plus.
- 47:51And when we're going to AFCON, I just don't.
- 47:53I don't see a world where Mount isn't starting a good amount of
- 47:56games during that period. Yeah.
- 47:58I. I I posted my my like blog
- 48:00earlier this week, but I'm probably going to add a couple
- 48:03people to it now that that kind of stuff's happened.
- 48:05So I think it's probably important to add in.
- 48:08But I also like I did met one place I mentioned for next for
- 48:11the next one is Lewis Hall or Newcastle.
- 48:14Dan Byrne got sending off. Obviously they're at home to Man
- 48:18City, which is tough. But Lewis Hall, he played the
- 48:20England in the 20 ones the other week like this last week.
- 48:23So he's obviously back playing and if he played in that as
- 48:25well, he must be showing a bit of fitness.
- 48:28He was obviously great fancy value.
- 48:30He had a couple of really big games last season.
- 48:32I think before his injury. He had a couple of games over 30
- 48:35and what, maybe over 40 points. So it's some big upside to
- 48:38picking up him. And especially when Newcastle
- 48:41are at home, it's always worth a gamble that you know, they're
- 48:45going to be, you know, the tsunami will be showing up and
- 48:47they'll be kind of they're kind of to to kind of put up some new
- 48:52points. So I like Lewis Hall.
- 48:54I'm a big. Lewis Hall True there as well
- 48:58for sure. And then Emy, when Dia is
- 49:00another person, that's kind of, I remember I mentioned him a few
- 49:04weeks ago and then I remember I was downstairs doing a workout
- 49:07and I was watching the Europa League, I was watching Villa.
- 49:10And then maybe when Dia started and I was like, oh man, that
- 49:12means he's not going to start the weekend.
- 49:14And I just recommended him. I was like, but he obviously
- 49:19played very well in the last game.
- 49:21And if Javier Elliott not taking his chance, potentially he's
- 49:26fighting with Morgan Rogers and that kind of attacking mid role,
- 49:29but they both could kind of come out onto the right as well.
- 49:32Evan Goosand hasn't really lived up to show any value yet.
- 49:36Jane and Sancho is still, you know, fighting for freedom.
- 49:39So it's you've got kind of like there's a big opportunity there
- 49:44for him to kind of hopefully prove to Emery that he's more
- 49:48reliable and can and, you know, offer a lot on attack because
- 49:50he's a really good player, isn't he?
- 49:53I think we've all really liked him and just and like even
- 49:55earlier in the season, it looked like he had had a few good games
- 49:57and looking he was primed to become like the guy that he got
- 50:00injured and this was his first full game back who.
- 50:03Was preseason. Last preseason?
- 50:05He was brilliant if you remember his knee and then Keith.
- 50:10Who was the striker that last year who would always that went
- 50:12to Saudi? He would come up for villain
- 50:13always for. John Duran.
- 50:16John Duran. John Duran.
- 50:17Yeah, yeah. I think the issue with Villa,
- 50:20which is so fascinating is the their XG numbers are not good.
- 50:25Like they're one of the worst, they're one of the lowest XGS.
- 50:27I think of like a top team. I think that's I think that's
- 50:31why I think that's why Morgan Rogers, like we talked about
- 50:33earlier on, is that kind of has that question mark over him a
- 50:37little bit like it, like I say, because there's not enough
- 50:41chances being created like who and not about Watkins hasn't
- 50:45been as clinical as he has in the past.
- 50:48I think it will drop to him at some point.
- 50:50You know, he gets himself enough chances.
- 50:52You got to believe he's going to start scoring again soon.
- 50:55He could actually be a good trade option as well.
- 50:57I've seen they traded someone traded Yocharos for him the
- 50:59other day. One of my leaves for.
- 51:01Watkins whoa. So yeah, so someone that
- 51:07believes that Watkins going to step up, I'm OK.
- 51:08I'm looking at the XG right now and Villa is the 2nd to last in
- 51:15expected goals through 11 games. They want full no last game I
- 51:20know. But like it was like it was
- 51:22goals, but the crazy thing, it was like goals from outside the
- 51:24box. Like they keep scoring these
- 51:26goals that are like low percentage goals.
- 51:28But yeah, it's a very interesting thing because like
- 51:31you obviously underlying numbers are are just that like you can't
- 51:33you can't sit here and be like, that's the end.
- 51:35I'll be all. But it's definitely can be an
- 51:36indicator of what's going on. You know I.
- 51:39Mean Matt Cash has scored quite a few of those as well, hasn't
- 51:42he? So it's he's yeah, I never play
- 51:46as well. West Ham seems to be researching
- 51:50a little bit. Matteos Fernandez looks quite
- 51:52good. He's he seems to offer some good
- 51:55fantasy value. Those games.
- 51:56I remember last year or when he was with South, this was with
- 51:59Southampton before. Like for how bad Southampton
- 52:02was, he was like always a little kind of spark.
- 52:05Little. Spark or he'd get like more
- 52:07points in the rest of team so he could be good.
- 52:09And I also like in that team as well as there's Freddie Potts,
- 52:13who was that young lad. He kind of came out of nowhere
- 52:16and he put up a pretty good haul.
- 52:17I think I'm like nearly 10 points.
- 52:19He got injured after 60 minutes and he had a goal disallowed the
- 52:22week before. So he looks like he could be
- 52:24again. He's a bit more unknown.
- 52:26We don't know much about him. What you know, it's a bit hard
- 52:28to kind of say how consistent he's going to be, but he's could
- 52:30be good. And then also Somerville is
- 52:32still lowly owned and I think he always had a really good season
- 52:37at Leeds in the in the Championship, but we're still
- 52:40yet to see that in the Premier League.
- 52:41I think you can kind of write off almost anything that
- 52:43happened and the Potter was bad. So if if, if, if, if Nuno's
- 52:49going to keep playing Somerville and West Ham keep kind of
- 52:52growing into some good form and some and some good kind of play.
- 52:56He could be a good pick up some of it, I think as well.
- 52:58But again, he's only had that one game where he got a couple
- 53:01of or one assists. So he's still yet to kind of
- 53:03prove if he's gonna be reliable or not.
- 53:06Yeah, I like, I like that shot. I've kind of been like gambling
- 53:09on West Ham players a little bit too, for that same reason.
- 53:11I think Nuno's just a good a good coach and he's gonna go in
- 53:14and he's already kind of made some changes and it looks good.
- 53:17I think Fernandez is a really good shot.
- 53:19I've been, I've been picking him up where I can.
- 53:21Yeah. I really just I think he's like,
- 53:22we've talked about guys like this, but guys are just like
- 53:24pass the eye test. Like you watch him play and
- 53:26you're like this guy's a good player.
- 53:28And like it's starting to, it's starting to show in point the
- 53:31points too, I think, which is a really good sign, you know,
- 53:33especially with like the new manager and everything.
- 53:35So yeah, it's. Amazing one.
- 53:37It's amazing how just watching football sometimes and to say,
- 53:39no, he's a really good player. And it just translates
- 53:41sometimes, like not all the time.
- 53:42Like Morgan Rogers, on the other hand, doesn't transfer so well.
- 53:46Matias Fernandez is like, yeah, he's there's something about
- 53:49him. He looks like I see it.
- 53:51And also if you look at like, like you said about Nuno, like
- 53:53you look at his forest team, he had Alanga and Hudson Nidoya,
- 53:56the wingers. Now you've got Somerville and
- 53:59Jared Bowen and then also, you know, Morgan Gibbs white in the
- 54:03middle. Matteos Fernandez might take on
- 54:05that role. So he did get a lot out of those
- 54:07front three players. And then obviously I don't think
- 54:09Callum Wilson's going to be like Wood, but hey, would no one is
- 54:12expecting Wood to score 15 odd goals last year.
- 54:14So maybe Callum Wilson will this year.
- 54:16I don't think so, but full full crig as well.
- 54:19He's still hurt, isn't He's still floating.
- 54:21Around, I think he's coming back from injury, but like what
- 54:23Wilson got a goal last game, I think he scored close to 20
- 54:25points, so he's a good. He's a good player.
- 54:27He's just hurt all time. He's yeah, Germany a good
- 54:30player, yeah. And he was.
- 54:31He was. He was playing for England for a
- 54:33while. He's totally like, you know,
- 54:34it's the quality is there. All right.
- 54:35So I think we kind of covered a good amount.
- 54:37I think I would just want to chat, chat briefly.
- 54:39Don't need to go through every game.
- 54:40Just touching on some of the game with 12 notch UPS kind of
- 54:42going into it. I think the big game of the week
- 54:44is probably Arsenal, Tottenham, and it'll be interesting with
- 54:47like Gabrielle injury and potentially Cal Fiore injury.
- 54:50I wonder if that is going to change like the odds or change
- 54:54where people are looking because it's like that Arsenal defense
- 54:56has been kind of the the showpiece for them.
- 55:00And without that, I mean, I are are you even more interested in
- 55:03talking of attacking players or their their attack has been so
- 55:05kind of sturge it that it's like I don't even know if I'm if it
- 55:08changes that much for me. Like I feel like the depth for
- 55:10Arsenal on defense is so good. Like, does it really shift that
- 55:13much, you know? I'm still don't know if I'm
- 55:15going to drop Milani or not. I've had him for a while and
- 55:18he's just been disappointed. So but so attackers in general,
- 55:23apart from kudos really. Like I know a lot of people
- 55:26someone bid 90% of their FAB on Javi Simmons and he stopped in
- 55:32great has he? So I mean enter.
- 55:33Did that too. Yeah, 100.
- 55:35Percent ended at a. 100% of his fab Yeah.
- 55:40So it's it's it's kind of I don't know, Tottenham are a
- 55:43weird one. They've been kind of oddly,
- 55:45weirdly good away from home this year and not as good as at home.
- 55:48This fixture always has had goals in the past.
- 55:51Like you said, Arsenal going to how are they going to respond
- 55:54with these injuries? So far when it's come to these
- 55:57injuries, they seem to have good cover and they seem to have a
- 56:00much better mentality this year. So it'll be interesting to see
- 56:03how our kind of sets the team up as well.
- 56:04Like is he going to play a bit more defensive like he did
- 56:06against was it the first couple of games this season?
- 56:10Will he will he be maybe be like that?
- 56:11Gabriel's missing. But I I think I think Arsenal
- 56:14are still strong favourites. And I think I mean also
- 56:19Tottenham conceded at a corner against United at the last
- 56:21minute, another set piece. So Arsenal will probably be
- 56:24licking their lips with a set pieces against Tottenham.
- 56:28Hopefully Van de Ben doesn't go on too many massive runs and
- 56:30score again because he seems to be doing that all the time,
- 56:32doesn't he at the moment. Yeah, that's a good shot.
- 56:35OK, Next one, boarding with West Ham.
- 56:37I Semenya hasn't scored in four games.
- 56:40Is that do you think that changes against West Ham?
- 56:42Do you think? It's like, I feel like we we're
- 56:43even when he hasn't scored, he's looked really good.
- 56:45So I'm not like necessarily concerned about him in general,
- 56:47but I do think he definitely needs to be getting goals to be
- 56:50maintaining. It's kind of spot on that top
- 56:52forward list, Yeah. I think, I think he'll come
- 56:55back. I think I think as good as West
- 56:57Ham have been Bournemouth have been really good at home this
- 56:59year. So I I'd be surprised.
- 57:05I think there will be goals in this game.
- 57:08So I think Semenya will come back.
- 57:10I think Bournemouth look good at home.
- 57:11Cavaniers looked kind of that right wing spot for Bournemouth
- 57:15is still up for grabs a little bit, isn't it?
- 57:16You've got him Brooks ideal that's name he's come in a few
- 57:20times as well. Be interested to see if Evan
- 57:24Nelson all that creepy starts as well, because creepy came in to
- 57:26do quite well, didn't he, but Evan Nelson has been a bit of a
- 57:30bust this year. Not, you know, he was slow
- 57:32starting last year as well. If I remember Riley, I think a
- 57:34lot of people dropped him early on and then he got picked up and
- 57:37did he had that one game where he got 3 assists from getting
- 57:40free penalties. Remember that?
- 57:41Yeah. Iconic.
- 57:44I feel like with him, it's interesting because there's a
- 57:46lot of things he does off the ball that you can tell I really
- 57:49likes. He presses well, he kind of gets
- 57:51really engaged. But at the end of the day, if
- 57:52Krupi's coming and scoring goals, it's really hard to argue
- 57:55against that. Yeah, so it could.
- 57:56Actually be a last minute kind of pick up the forward because
- 58:00but West Ham do look better. So it's but this, I think this
- 58:04will be a much harder test for them than the last couple of
- 58:07games have played away at Bournemouth because that's a
- 58:09hard place to go. Yeah.
- 58:11And last time I want to highlight Manchester United
- 58:13versus Everton. How are you feeling about that
- 58:16one? United unbeaten 5.
- 58:19But like the question is like who's going to be playing?
- 58:21I think is Mount pretty locked in to be start starting in some
- 58:23capacity or are we not quite there yet?
- 58:26I still don't know. I think Ameren's still been a
- 58:28little bit like a lot of times, the people who've been
- 58:32predicting games, it's never been spot on really.
- 58:36I think you can. There's always been a couple of
- 58:37a little bit of surprises, especially on the wingback
- 58:39rolls. I don't know how Dallow keeps
- 58:41getting starts. I've been apparently because he
- 58:43has a long throw, but he is he's really struggled to like right
- 58:49right back and because these defendants always been a bit hit
- 58:52and miss. But you're thinking, oh, when it
- 58:53comes to wing back, he could be a great wing back, but he's
- 58:56really struggled. Granted, though he's been
- 58:57playing left wing back to the right wing back.
- 59:01I think door grew as well. Dog is a great fantasy acid When
- 59:04he plays, he gets a lot wins a lot of duels, but he's not
- 59:08showing much an attack. I think Casamiro has been
- 59:11obviously great. I don't know if you saw the
- 59:12start recently about when, how much we've conceded, when he's
- 59:15come off the field after 60 minutes.
- 59:17It's been quite alarming. So I think if we can get a good
- 59:20lead against Everton and Everton haven't been super great away
- 59:24from home this year, I think, I think, you know, I'd need to
- 59:27continue this form if they want to be taken seriously about
- 59:31trying to get into Europe this year again.
- 59:34You're asking your players to step up.
- 59:36I think I'm Boomer will be the kind of match winner again
- 59:38you're hoping. But Everton, they have some
- 59:41really good players, Jack Grealish and Dia a very, very
- 59:44good wig for us and Drewsby Hall as well as he was good in the
- 59:48last game. It just one thing with Everton
- 59:51to be frustrating is you've got Beto and Barry to choose from.
- 59:53So, and it's, and to be honest, I did, I did mention Barry is 1
- 59:57to watch because I think he played better last game and if
- 1:00:00Everton can get him to start scoring out of the tap, they've
- 1:00:03got you got a pretty good, they're looking, they've got a
- 1:00:06pretty decent 1st 11 I feel like.
- 1:00:09So I everything. Is so interesting to me because
- 1:00:12I think they had such good early season for him and they really
- 1:00:15dipped. But it's like in your mind,
- 1:00:16they're still like Jack Rios is still destroying people.
- 1:00:19But when you look at his actual numbers, they've definitely gone
- 1:00:22down a little bit as everything's kind of struggled.
- 1:00:24So yeah, I think they do miss that though.
- 1:00:26They missed that striker. Like, I think that that everyone
- 1:00:29else on that front 4 is pretty exciting, you know, like, and I
- 1:00:32has been probably one of the most yeah.
- 1:00:34Really great, Revelatory. Players of the season and you
- 1:00:36know, so. Oh, Craig, we don't want to keep
- 1:00:39you too long. I know England just started
- 1:00:41playing. I'm sure you want to tune into
- 1:00:43that. So this is an episode.
- 1:00:46Yeah, this is an episode 112 of Dropped Off Sides.
- 1:00:49I'm with Tico and Craig. Follow us at Dropped Off Sides.
- 1:00:52Follow Craig on Reddit. And then where else is your
- 1:00:54stuff? Yeah, mainly Reddit.
- 1:00:58I have a website which I use and then I I need to start getting
- 1:01:01stuff out there a bit more. I'm not great with that.
- 1:01:04So what's your? What's?
- 1:01:05Your what's your website? We'll make sure it gets shouted
- 1:01:07and we'll add it in the bio. It's datahood.com.

- 1:01:17OK. Yeah, no.
- 1:01:18Sense I appreciate it mate. Thanks so much.
- 1:01:20For having us. Thanks for so much for being on
- 1:01:22this is this is really fun to chat with you.
- 1:01:24Anytime, guys. Hey, Craig, how are you watching
- 1:01:27this England game? Because I was trying to find it
- 1:01:28and it's like on a, it's like a weird.
- 1:01:30It's like I might. Ask the US.
- 1:01:32It's a weird. On a dodgy screen they always
- 1:01:34put on like big sports or something, don't they?
- 1:01:37Yeah, it's. One of those weird like ones
- 1:01:38that I don't, I like. I pay for too many things.
- 1:01:40It is, you know, Yeah. I agree.
- 1:01:42A lot of the time it'll be that or I've sometimes been listened
- 1:01:45to on Flat Mob. Yeah, I'll be honest with you,
- 1:01:48like a lot of English people, a lot of English people don't
- 1:01:50really care about the qualifiers.
- 1:01:52It's they until like, yeah, it's been well, it's hard for me as
- 1:01:56well, especially because I can't find a decent network to watch
- 1:01:59it. I'm not paying an extra like.
- 1:02:01I know so. You know I already paid for,
- 1:02:02like you say, pay for enough stuff, don't you?
- 1:02:04So I'll see if I'll see if I can use my father in law's streaming
- 1:02:07service to see if it works. I don't.
- 1:02:08Know AVPN and just really just do that yeah all right man well
- 1:02:13thanks so much for being on this should be coming out in the next
- 1:02:16few days so I'll definitely send you the link in Seth and we'll
- 1:02:19we'll definitely include your your site and stuff.
- 1:02:22Awesome. Thanks guys for inviting me and
- 1:02:24yeah. Yeah, stay in touch.
- 1:02:26Yeah. It definitely makes.
- 1:02:27Craig well also you leave the I'm gonna end it.
- 1:02:29Will you leave the window open for like 5 minutes after?
- 1:02:31Cuz it takes a minute to like load the load the episode from
- 1:02:37your computer to the server.
