- Sue: I've learned when I present myself to people, be at calm and peace with myself. And isn't that the advice that everybody gets? If you're approaching something that is anxiety producing, like a job interview or new opportunity, and we all have a little anxiousness in ourselves, butterflies in the stomach about how will I look to or how will they be receiving me? I've spoken about this before as a creative person. It is especially helpful to just present yourself as yourself without any pretense and being calm and peaceful about it for the fact that others may feel slighted, not through your presentation of yourself, but just because of their own insecurities and you you can't control them and nor should you think that you should alter the way you present yourself either. My experience I've known... People that have learned about my various talents over the year because of our long business acquaintance side of things where you always know that it's going to be a good opportunity when you hang out with this person in a business deal, but you you don't socialize with them. So when they learn more about what my talents are, it's always this, wow, I'm pleasantly surprised. didn't know, you you know how that goes. One of the reasons why you keep this to yourself, of course, is a strategy of you don't reveal everything about you at once for fear that somebody might misinterpret or take advantage. It's pretty obvious that when somebody presents themselves as saying, I'm royalty or I am of a special designation, fill in the blank what you feel is empress. You you can use tarot references if that's your kind of storytelling. You don't go around saying that. Well, I mean, people who are don't present themselves that way. You don't need to. How you are seen shows that by your actions, by the way you carry yours. It's not that you're afraid of people knowing who you are, but you are controlling who you are by presenting yourself in a way that others recognize and resonate with without you having to tell them so. It's modesty, it's integrity, self-love for accepting yourself for who you are, acting in that realm with no pretense about... having to explain yourself or identify yourself as such. Others may see me as an empress. ⁓ that's fine. I don't live my life that way. If somebody feels that I am their empress, then show yourself. Otherwise, I'm just going to live my life as who I am. I don't have any personalized license plates to tell me. I suppose this is a simple way of saying somebody's telling you who they are and you don't see it that way. Trust your sight first. And if you're unsure of whether or not they are, who they say they are, and you're still unsure because your sight is telling you that they might be, what is your discernment telling you? I think you'll find, from my experience, that people who have the most power come off in the most calm and unassuming presentation of themselves. They know what they embody. Showing that off without need to, in a form of, let's say, self-defense, is exposing their weaknesses, if there were to be any, that somebody would misinterpret as such. Why give the... quote unquote, enemy and advantage. And that said, anyone who says that they are something, chances are they aren't. And it's one of those instances of manifestation that just because you say you're something doesn't mean that you are, because you do have to follow it up with action. Thank you for listening.
