- 0:00Speaker 1: You just heard the news.
- 0:02Speaker 2: Now you'll find out what it all means.
- 0:05Speaker 3: Hey smart simone on seven tenor.
- 0:12Speaker 2: Hey hey Friday, that's the good news. First big spring
- 0:17Speaker 2: weekend coming up. We got a lot to get to today.
- 0:20Speaker 2: We'll get to the shutdown. We'll get to the TSA,
- 0:22Speaker 2: We'll get to the ice, We'll get to Schumer, We'll
- 0:25Speaker 2: get to Mom, Donnie, and a whole lot more coming up.
- 0:29Speaker 2: We'll get to the disaster at city Field. Hear that,
- 0:33Speaker 2: I almost said, Shay again, the disaster at Chase city Field, Cityfield,
- 0:40Speaker 2: the attempt to sing the national anthem. We'll get to
- 0:42Speaker 2: that coming up. We'll get to Paul McCartney and a
- 0:45Speaker 2: whole lot more just ahead. So, boy, the President did
- 0:50Speaker 2: a lot of talking yesterday. They had a cabinet meeting.
- 0:52Speaker 2: He let the press come in. He spoke at length,
- 0:55Speaker 2: just endlessly, endlessly talk to the press. Let him ask questions.
- 0:59Speaker 2: You know where so used to Biden with this one
- 1:02Speaker 2: press conference every four years and only two questions and
- 1:05Speaker 2: their handpicked and the answers are written out for him,
- 1:08Speaker 2: and he reads the answer to see a president just
- 1:10Speaker 2: ad lib about everything and anything. And then he called
- 1:13Speaker 2: goes in on The five last night, the five highest
- 1:16Speaker 2: rated show on Fox TV, not for ten minutes, for
- 1:20Speaker 2: the whole show. The whole show was President Trump just
- 1:23Speaker 2: talking at great length. He revealed a lot of important
- 1:26Speaker 2: things about Iran, about other matters. What was the gift
- 1:32Speaker 2: he had referred to, this gift that Iran gave him
- 1:36Speaker 2: that encouraged him. They gave him a gift. Well, it
- 1:38Speaker 2: was ten tankers that were allowed through the states of
- 1:41Speaker 2: horn Moose. Now they were friendly tankers to Iran, but
- 1:46Speaker 2: they were allowed to go through. So ten tankers, that's
- 1:48Speaker 2: a lot of oil. They came through the straits of
- 1:51Speaker 2: Horror Moose. So it's slowly but surely getting fixed. Wit
- 1:55Speaker 2: Cough and his team are still negotiating with Iran. They
- 1:58Speaker 2: do it through a third party, do it through Pakistan,
- 2:01Speaker 2: and they do it through Turkey. But negotiations are taking place.
- 2:04Speaker 2: Here's Wick coffee.
- 2:05Speaker 1: We have strong signs that this is a possibility and
- 2:09Speaker 1: if the deal happens, it will be great for the
- 2:12Speaker 1: country of Iran, to the entire region and the world
- 2:15Speaker 1: at large.
- 2:16Speaker 2: Yeah, that's how you're supposed to talk. When you're officially
- 2:19Speaker 2: you're supposed to talk very formally. Strong signs that it
- 2:22Speaker 2: may occur. But if you're Donald Trump, you say it
- 2:25Speaker 2: other ways.
- 2:25Speaker 4: They are begging to work out a deal. I don't
- 2:29Speaker 4: know if we'll be able to do that. I don't
- 2:31Speaker 4: know if we're willing to do that. They should have
- 2:33Speaker 4: done that four weeks ago. They should have done it
- 2:35Speaker 4: two years ago.
- 2:37Speaker 2: Yeah, the Trump approaches different. Yes, we're in talks with
- 2:41Speaker 2: the Trump approach. They're begging. They're begging. We may not
- 2:44Speaker 2: do it. I don't know, we may not do it.
- 2:46Speaker 2: But he is sending this I think ten thousand troops there.
- 2:51Speaker 2: There's twenty thousand more troops on the way. He's sending
- 2:54Speaker 2: a thousand paratroopers over there. Now, if you watch the
- 2:57Speaker 2: crazy Democratic talking heads, of course, other obviously it's a
- 3:00Speaker 2: ground war. It's definitely a ground war coming. No, not
- 3:03Speaker 2: at all, not at all. One of the main points
- 3:07Speaker 2: of Trump negotiating is create total uncertainty, total confusion. Give
- 3:13Speaker 2: the enemy a million mixed signals so they have no
- 3:16Speaker 2: idea what you're gonna do next. That's one reason you
- 3:18Speaker 2: send these troops. It's one reason you send paratroopers. You
- 3:21Speaker 2: just try to confuse the hell out of the enemy
- 3:23Speaker 2: so they have absolutely no idea what you're gonna do. Now.
- 3:28Speaker 2: The other problem is it does the same thing to us,
- 3:30Speaker 2: and now we're all totally confused that we don't know
- 3:32Speaker 2: what he's gonna do, but he knows what he's gonna do. Drones.
- 3:35Speaker 5: The drones two are way down. But the reason they're
- 3:38Speaker 5: down is they go one way. They don't come back
- 3:41Speaker 5: because for the most part we're shooting them down. But
- 3:44Speaker 5: we also are able to We've really done tremendous damage
- 3:48Speaker 5: to the places where they make them.
- 3:50Speaker 2: Yeah, now we knew they had drones. These are serious drones.
- 3:53Speaker 2: These are like unmanned drones. They can go one thousand miles,
- 3:56Speaker 2: they can do all kinds of stuff, very high tech drones.
- 4:01Speaker 2: Now we thought they had some, but we didn't realize
- 4:03Speaker 2: how many. They had an incredible inventory of drones, which
- 4:07Speaker 2: surprised us. Tens of thousands of these drones, and we
- 4:12Speaker 2: do shoot them all down. Once in a million years,
- 4:15Speaker 2: one gets through, but we shoot them all down, so
- 4:17Speaker 2: they're useless against us.
- 4:20Speaker 5: Now.
- 4:20Speaker 2: The only catch is the drone costs thirty thousand. The
- 4:23Speaker 2: missile we shoot it down with costs about a million.
- 4:25Speaker 2: So every time we shoot one down and it's costing
- 4:28Speaker 2: us about a million bucks. Hey, the shutdown, it looks
- 4:31Speaker 2: like it's going to come to an end. He spoke
- 4:34Speaker 2: about that we're not going to let.
- 4:35Speaker 3: The Democrats get away with this stuff, and people are
- 4:38Speaker 3: wise to them, so they need to end the shutdown
- 4:42Speaker 3: immediately or we'll have to take some very drastic measures.
- 4:45Speaker 2: Now this is yesterday, and yesterday there was a meeting
- 4:49Speaker 2: Capitol Hill, meeting Republicans meeting with Chuck Schumer who showed
- 4:53Speaker 2: up twenty minutes late, infuriating everybody, and the Republicans began
- 4:58Speaker 2: to yell at Chuck schum about what's going on. You
- 5:02Speaker 2: know you have he's all upset. You know, he doesn't
- 5:05Speaker 2: want ICE to do a thing. You got illegals here
- 5:09Speaker 2: who are murdering people. He had this horrible murder in Chicago,
- 5:12Speaker 2: this young college student from Yorktown Heights just executed by
- 5:16Speaker 2: an illegal migrant. Then he had this eighty three year
- 5:20Speaker 2: old veteran who was killed by an illegal. These are
- 5:25Speaker 2: the people you want to get out of the country.
- 5:27Speaker 2: You want them picked up and taken out. That's what
- 5:29Speaker 2: ICE does. And they were yelling at check you you
- 5:33Speaker 2: got to agree to fun TSA, We got to do this.
- 5:35Speaker 2: You gotta do something about these illegals. They're yelling and screaming,
- 5:39Speaker 2: and Schumer just walked out. Schumer just left. He didn't
- 5:42Speaker 2: want to hear it. He ran out of the meeting.
- 5:43Speaker 2: He sat for just two minutes, ran out and slammed
- 5:46Speaker 2: the door. It's unbelievable, you know. And then they were
- 5:52Speaker 2: yelling at them, you want to negotiate on federal warrants,
- 5:54Speaker 2: start negotiating on sanctuary cities and detainer requests and all
- 5:59Speaker 2: of that. So it looked bad that he wouldn't even
- 6:02Speaker 2: listen to this. He just ran out, slammed the door.
- 6:05Speaker 2: Schumer's office put out a statement that just trying to
- 6:11Speaker 2: cover up this matter. Senator Schumer is glad the NYPD
- 6:14Speaker 2: quickly arrested the perpetrator and believes he should face swift
- 6:17Speaker 2: justice and severest punishment possible under the law. Well, that's
- 6:22Speaker 2: deporting him. This is the this is the illegal who
- 6:27Speaker 2: shoved this eighty three year old veteran off a subway
- 6:30Speaker 2: track into the train, killed him. So Schumer just looking
- 6:34Speaker 2: ridiculous on this. Now here's the problem. Congress is now
- 6:37Speaker 2: going on spring break. Yeah, they have a spring break,
- 6:42Speaker 2: you know, a lot of us are deciding Easter weekend
- 6:45Speaker 2: should I take. Maybe I'll take Friday, Maybe I'll take
- 6:49Speaker 2: Monday passover. Well, of course, take a day off or
- 6:51Speaker 2: to a day or two. Congress three weeks, spring break,
- 6:56Speaker 2: three weeks spring break, Yeah, later to spring break begins.
- 7:01Speaker 2: They're off for three weeks. They're gone for three weeks.
- 7:05Speaker 2: So it looks like they're going to try to get
- 7:07Speaker 2: something done about the TSA. By the end of the day,
- 7:09Speaker 2: the Senate has already passed something. You've got to get
- 7:12Speaker 2: the House to pass it. So even they, even these
- 7:16Speaker 2: crazy congress people, Democrats and Republicans, they're all nuts there.
- 7:20Speaker 2: Even they know if they go on this three week
- 7:21Speaker 2: spring break without fixing the airport situation, they're going to
- 7:25Speaker 2: be in big trouble. So hopefully by the end of
- 7:27Speaker 2: the day they will fix it. Now, Ice agents, ICE
- 7:32Speaker 2: officers are all through the airports, and it turns out,
- 7:36Speaker 2: I know, the Democrats are all over TV saying they're
- 7:38Speaker 2: gonna brutalize people, They're gonna shoot people. They've literally said this,
- 7:41Speaker 2: Eric Swallwell, Bloomenthal, that crazy Chris Murphy. They've all said
- 7:45Speaker 2: the ICE agents will shoot people, teared children away, from
- 7:49Speaker 2: their families, brutalize people in the airports. They've all said this,
- 7:53Speaker 2: but it turns out just the opposite is happening, and
- 7:55Speaker 2: it's a great public relations move. People in the airports
- 7:59Speaker 2: reporting and post thing everywhere with videos. The ICE agents
- 8:02Speaker 2: are helping people through the lines. They're handing out water.
- 8:05Speaker 2: They even saved a life the other day in the airport.
- 8:08Speaker 2: They've helped kids that get lost. I mean, they've done
- 8:10Speaker 2: incredible work in the airports, and for the most part,
- 8:14Speaker 2: people are coming up to the ICE agents and thanking them.
- 8:18Speaker 2: You still got some crazy Democrats yelling and screaming and
- 8:21Speaker 2: causing a disruption, but it's an incredibly good pr move
- 8:26Speaker 2: for the ICE agents. Hey, in that long diatribe President yesterday,
- 8:34Speaker 2: talking about all sorts of stuff, started to talk about sharpiees.
- 8:37Speaker 2: The pen, you know, the sharpie pen, the thick black marker,
- 8:41Speaker 2: and he uses them all the time, been using them
- 8:43Speaker 2: for years. When he signs his name with that big
- 8:46Speaker 2: black looks like a little magic marker kind of thing.
- 8:49Speaker 2: That's a sharpie pen. And you know, in the Oval Office,
- 8:53Speaker 2: for your whole life, you've watched the president do a
- 8:56Speaker 2: bill signing and he has these beautiful pens with the
- 9:01Speaker 2: White House logo on him. And when it's time to
- 9:03Speaker 2: sign a bill, they bring out a holder with like
- 9:05Speaker 2: twenty pens, and he uses twenty pens to sign a bill.
- 9:08Speaker 2: Then he hands him out to everybody. Great souvenirs. But
- 9:12Speaker 2: Trump revealed that those pens, they're fancy, fancy ballpoint pens,
- 9:19Speaker 2: cost about one thousand dollars apiece, and a lot of
- 9:22Speaker 2: those bill signings, when you hand them out, the senator
- 9:25Speaker 2: will say it, could I have a couple more from
- 9:27Speaker 2: my kids, And by the time you know it, you've
- 9:28Speaker 2: handed out thirty of them, and the President pointing out
- 9:31Speaker 2: it's ridiculous to spend thirty thousand to hand out a
- 9:34Speaker 2: few pens at a bill signing. And he loves sharpies.
- 9:38Speaker 2: He always signs with a sharpie. So he called the
- 9:42Speaker 2: president of the sharpie company, who didn't believe it was him.
- 9:46Speaker 2: It took a minute or two to convince him, this
- 9:47Speaker 2: really is the President, I'm really calling you, And he said,
- 9:51Speaker 2: I love your pens. I want to use your pens.
- 9:52Speaker 2: I use them all the time to sign bills. And
- 9:55Speaker 2: he was very frank with the guy. He goes, but
- 9:57Speaker 2: they're kind of ugly. They're gray with a big s
- 10:00Speaker 2: on him, and it says, sharpie is as you know,
- 10:02Speaker 2: is it possible he could make us some White House
- 10:04Speaker 2: Sharpie pens? And they agree on a design. They'll make
- 10:08Speaker 2: the sharpiees black with a gold White House logo and
- 10:12Speaker 2: Donald Trump's signature in gold. And the sharpie guy is
- 10:17Speaker 2: so thrilled about this, because what great promotion for the
- 10:20Speaker 2: sharpie company. He said, there's no charge, we'll give me
- 10:23Speaker 2: and Trump says, no, no, no, we want to pay
- 10:24Speaker 2: for him. And he said, we'll give you five dollars
- 10:27Speaker 2: a pen. I think they cost him about normally it
- 10:30Speaker 2: cost a dollar. They said, we'll give you five dollars
- 10:32Speaker 2: a pen. And tens of thousands of them are on
- 10:35Speaker 2: their way to the White House as we speak. He's
- 10:37Speaker 2: been using them, but many many more are coming. Great, great,
- 10:42Speaker 2: a great idea from Trump. He is made a lot
- 10:47Speaker 2: of improvement in the White House, a lot of improvement.
- 10:50Speaker 2: You know. He fixed up the when you come into
- 10:52Speaker 2: the White House, if you're a special guest, a foreign leader,
- 10:54Speaker 2: you come into this room. It's called the Palm Court.
- 10:57Speaker 2: It was pretty cheesy with linoleum floors, and it didn't
- 11:01Speaker 2: look like much. So he fixed that up, a beautiful
- 11:04Speaker 2: marble and it's ornate when you come in. It's beautiful.
- 11:06Speaker 2: Fix up the oval office the Rose Garden, which was
- 11:09Speaker 2: a nice idea John F. Kennedy created. There's a big
- 11:13Speaker 2: bunch of grass out there, so they put roses around it,
- 11:16Speaker 2: deck with some landscaping. But when you do ceremonies out there,
- 11:20Speaker 2: whatever you do out there, half the time it rained
- 11:22Speaker 2: and it's soggy and it's muddy, and people are sinking
- 11:25Speaker 2: into the grass. And every time they have the event
- 11:27Speaker 2: out there, the grass is torn up. They got to
- 11:29Speaker 2: replace it. So he decided to turn into a beautiful patio.
- 11:34Speaker 2: You know, they said he paved the Rose Garden. It
- 11:35Speaker 2: wasn't paving. It was the most incredible marble. He put
- 11:40Speaker 2: tons of drains around it so that there would never
- 11:43Speaker 2: be a problem. If it rained, the water would go
- 11:44Speaker 2: away immediately. And if you go up close and look
- 11:47Speaker 2: at the drain, you know the holes and everything in
- 11:50Speaker 2: the drain, the slats they're in the shape of the
- 11:53Speaker 2: American flag. Really beautiful, every detail on this. So the
- 11:57Speaker 2: Rose Garden in the summer, they put table there. They
- 12:00Speaker 2: have dinners out there. It's magnificent. The ballroom is coming
- 12:04Speaker 2: now with the one dollar bill. The Secretary of the
- 12:10Speaker 2: Treasury signature is on the one dollar bill. When this
- 12:16Speaker 2: little thing goes into effect, the signature will be Donald Trump.
- 12:19Speaker 2: Donald Trump's signature will be on the one dollar bill.
- 12:23Speaker 2: This is coming. Watch democrats go insane and they have
- 12:28Speaker 2: to take out a bill with his signature on it. Now,
- 12:32Speaker 2: does anybody really use a one dollar bill anymore? Most
- 12:35Speaker 2: people don't even use cash anymore. I hardly ever use
- 12:38Speaker 2: cash and a one dollar bill, what would you do
- 12:42Speaker 2: with the one day? I mean really not much you
- 12:44Speaker 2: can do with it vending machine even that. Use your
- 12:48Speaker 2: phone now. So it'll drive these left wing cooks absolutely
- 12:52Speaker 2: nuts to see that signature they're talking about. They're already
- 12:55Speaker 2: changing in the name of the street that comes tomorrow
- 12:58Speaker 2: Lago Donald Trump. So every time a crazy Democrat has
- 13:03Speaker 2: to turn on that street and they see these signs,
- 13:05Speaker 2: they just go nuts. The airport in Palm Beach they
- 13:08Speaker 2: want to rename it Donald Trump Airport, which makes sense.
- 13:12Speaker 2: You know, every time they have named a lot of airport.
- 13:14Speaker 2: There's a lot of airports named after presidents. Reagan Airport
- 13:17Speaker 2: in DC, Kennedy airport here. There's a lot of airports
- 13:21Speaker 2: named after presidence, so it makes sense. And usually if
- 13:24Speaker 2: it's your hometown, they'll name the airport after you. So
- 13:27Speaker 2: left wing cooks when they have to go to Palm Beach,
- 13:30Speaker 2: they're going to go nuts. It's gonna be on the ticket,
- 13:32Speaker 2: it's going to be on the the Trump name will
- 13:33Speaker 2: be on a baggage tag. They'll just go absolutely nuts. Hey,
- 13:38Speaker 2: speaking to mar A Lago, Forbes magazine did a study
- 13:42Speaker 2: of what it's really worth. You remember the crazy uh
- 13:46Speaker 2: prosecutors here tried to say it was only worth eighteen million,
- 13:50Speaker 2: and they got the dumbest judge ever. Now he's a
- 13:53Speaker 2: left wing kook, but he's incredibly dumb trying to convince
- 13:56Speaker 2: people mar A Lago was worth eighteen million. The house
- 14:01Speaker 2: next door, which is like one tenth the size, went
- 14:04Speaker 2: for fifty million. It's I mean, some people have estimated
- 14:09Speaker 2: the parking lot alone of Marlogo, just that land would
- 14:13Speaker 2: be worth fifty million. So how could Marlogo be worth
- 14:16Speaker 2: eighteen million? Well, Forbes, which is pretty conservative when it
- 14:20Speaker 2: comes to estimating Trump wealth and value. Forbes did a
- 14:25Speaker 2: study on Marilgo put it at about six hundred million,
- 14:28Speaker 2: six hundred million. If you talk to real estate people,
- 14:32Speaker 2: very experienced Pond Beach real estate agents, they put it
- 14:35Speaker 2: more at a billion dollars because there's so much land
- 14:38Speaker 2: and so much going on there. And remember it's not
- 14:40Speaker 2: just the part here, it's the part on the other
- 14:43Speaker 2: side of the road, the beach club, all of that.
- 14:46Speaker 2: So it's between six hundred million and a billion. Once
- 14:49Speaker 2: again improving. These local left wing kookie judges are absolutely
- 14:54Speaker 2: insane and don't know what they're talking about. Hey, we
- 14:57Speaker 2: got a lot to get to. Speaking of Forbes, Steve Forbes,
- 15:01Speaker 2: the Great Chairman, will be with us a little later.
- 15:04Speaker 2: Scott Shannon will be here a little later. There's a
- 15:06Speaker 2: new Paul McCartney album. Should he be doing another album?
- 15:09Speaker 2: I don't know. Well, we'll ask the expert. He remember
- 15:11Speaker 2: Seals and Crofts. They had a couple of big hits.
- 15:15Speaker 2: They were like two hit wonders. Yeah, there were a
- 15:18Speaker 2: couple other minor hits, but it was really two big hits. Yeah,
- 15:20Speaker 2: that was a big one, and then they followed it
- 15:22Speaker 2: up another big one. But oh, it was great stuff
- 15:25Speaker 2: back then. Your kids today this was It's not really
- 15:28Speaker 2: yacht rock. It's like pre yacht Rock. That's seventy three,
- 15:32Speaker 2: seventy four somewhere around there. But Crofts just died, Dash
- 15:36Speaker 2: Crofts just you know the problem is when these guys die,
- 15:40Speaker 2: you know, Seals and Crofts, how old you know you
- 15:43Speaker 2: think of the guys like thirty you're still seeing him
- 15:45Speaker 2: on the Midnight Special, it was eighty eight, eighty eight.
- 15:50Speaker 2: Boy time goes by eighty eight. Anyway, we'll take some calls. Next.
- 15:55Speaker 2: Eight hundred three two one zero seven ten is the number.
- 15:59Speaker 2: Eight hundred three two one zero seven ten zero
