Waterloo police are cracking down on a disturbing child exploitation ring, charging a 24-year-old Georgetown man with trafficking, luring minors, and possessing illegal material. Investigators say he used multiple fake online identities—including Haroldkumar2321 and bradley232114—to groom victims, sometimes offering drugs or vape pods in exchange for sex.
