  Speaker 1: to God in prayer, and as always I ask that

  Speaker 1: you join along with me in prayer. I just want

  Speaker 1: to pray about compromise. Heavenly Father. We come before you God,

  Speaker 1: with tripling hearts, fully aware of the subtle snares and
• 0:19
  Speaker 1: the quiet traps of the enemy lays before us, those
• 0:22
  Speaker 1: quiet moments when we're tempted to settle, to give in,
• 0:26
  Speaker 1: to bend our standards even just a little, when no
• 0:30
  Speaker 1: one's looking. You know, but God, you see it all.

  Speaker 1: You weigh every motive, you know every intention. And so
• 0:37
  Speaker 1: today we cry out to you, keep us God from compromise. Lord.

  Speaker 1: When the world around us waters down truth and makes
• 0:46
  Speaker 1: it more palatable. God, when culture calls sin freedom and
• 0:50
  Speaker 1: holiness bungee, when we feel the pressure to blend in
• 0:54
  Speaker 1: rather than to stand out, we ask you to anchor
• 0:57
  Speaker 1: us in your word. Let your truth burns so brightly

  Speaker 1: in us that we cannot betray it. God, not even
• 1:05
  Speaker 1: for comfort, not for approval, not for position, and certainly
• 1:09
  Speaker 1: not for gain. God forgive us, forgive us for the
• 1:13
  Speaker 1: times we've chosen silence when we should have spoken out.

  Speaker 1: For the moments we've ignored conviction just to keep the peace,

  Speaker 1: for the instances where we said just this once and
• 1:24
  Speaker 1: traded purity or fleeting pleasure. Oh, God, cleanse us, realign us,

  Speaker 1: restore the fire in our souls. God, help us to
• 1:34
  Speaker 1: walk uprightly, even when it cost us something, even when
• 1:38
  Speaker 1: it means walking alone, even when the doors shut and
• 1:42
  Speaker 1: people walk away. God, we'd rather have your presence and
• 1:45
  Speaker 1: lose the whole world than to gain the world and
• 1:49
  Speaker 1: lose you. God. We remember how Daniel refused the delicacies
• 1:53
  Speaker 1: of the king, how Joseph ran from temptation, how Jesus
• 1:57
  Speaker 1: refused the devil's offer of kingdoms and exchange for worship. God,

  Speaker 1: Let that same strength live on the inside of us.

  Speaker 1: Let that same spirit guide us. Help us God to
• 2:08
  Speaker 1: choose you over and over and over again. Even God
• 2:12
  Speaker 1: with it's heart, even with it hers Lord's strengthen our
• 2:16
  Speaker 1: character when no one is watching, filled integrity in the
• 2:20
  Speaker 1: secret place. Teach us to say, knowing everything in our
• 2:24
  Speaker 1: flesh wants us to say Yes. God, God, our hearts
• 2:27
  Speaker 1: put a hedge around our minds. Let your word be
• 2:30
  Speaker 1: the loudest voice we hear, not our fears, not our desires,
• 2:34
  Speaker 1: not even the applause of others. God, we declare today
• 2:38
  Speaker 1: that we will not compromise our faith to be light.

  Speaker 1: We will not compromise our identity to be accepted. We
• 2:45
  Speaker 1: will not compromise our calling to be comfortable. God, we
• 2:49
  Speaker 1: are yours, a marked set apart and called for your glory. So,
• 2:54
  Speaker 1: Holy Spirit, feel us afresh. Give us boldness to live
• 2:58
  Speaker 1: clean in a world that so braves guilth. Give us
• 3:01
  Speaker 1: wisdom to desern the tricks of the enemy, and give
• 3:04
  Speaker 1: us peace when obedience isolates us. God, let our life
• 3:09
  Speaker 1: preach even when our mouth is quiet, because in the
• 3:13
  Speaker 1: end we are living for now. We are living for eternity,
• 3:16
  Speaker 1: and we want to hear you say, well done, my
• 3:19
  Speaker 1: good and faithful servant. God, Keep us faithful, Lord, keep
• 3:22
  Speaker 1: us holy, and keep us from compromise in Jesus Amen.
