Grove Park in Rehoboth Beach is back open after five red oaks were removed due to bacterial leaf scorch — a safety hazard that forced their removal. Though the park’s reopened, you’ll notice orange netting protecting other trees’ roots, especially as the farmer’s market remains temporarily relocated to the convention center parking lot.
