• 0:43
Speaker 1: So, rob, if you didn't know, bill stands for boy.
• 0:47
Speaker 3: I love losing Super Bowls because they've been to, I think, five Super Bowls and won exactly zero of them.
• 0:59
Speaker 2: And like it's, I think they're one of like four teams to never win a Super Bowl.
• 1:02
Speaker 2: It's, it's, it's, um, you know, but uh, pride of canada.
• 1:04
Speaker 1: Doug flutie was our quarterback for a while yeah, yeah, yeah, we have, we have flutie flakes and everything and, uh, you know a lot of things going for him except the score yeah, yeah, I mean those four super bowls, those really, uh, those really shaped my childhood.
• 1:22
Speaker 1: Just like getting used to.
• 1:25
Speaker 3: disappointment Bring you up to like stomp you down Great skill, yeah, so in Canadian terms, it's like every Canadian team in the NHL not winning the Stanley Cup for the last, however, yeah.
• 1:38
Speaker 1: I'm going to assume that reference makes sense.
• 1:40
Speaker 1: I don't know, Hockey is cool but I never really got into it.
• 1:45
Speaker 3: Well, it's cool because it's on ice.
• 1:48
  Speaker 2: Yeah, it's cold.
• 1:50
Speaker 3: You have to have heaters in the stands for the crowd.
• 1:54
  Speaker 2: It's.
• 1:55
Speaker 2: You know, the hockey season is roughly 11 months long.
• 2:00
  Speaker 2: It's like baseball.
• 2:02
Speaker 1: Holy shit, like it's just as soon as it stops.
• 2:04
Speaker 1: They're like well, next week is training camp, like God damn.
• 2:07
Speaker 1: Like all right, but I guess you know more games is good, whatever, like that's.
• 2:11
Speaker 1: What's kind of nice about football, though, is you get these 16 games, or is it 17?
• 2:14
Speaker 1: Now they changed it to 17.
• 2:16
  Speaker 1: It's 17 now, yeah, it's.
• 2:18
  Speaker 1: And then playoffs.
• 2:19
Speaker 1: I like about it.
• 2:21
Speaker 2: Anyway, we don't have to talk about football, we don't have to worry about that.
• 2:23
Speaker 2: No, no, we don't want to talk about football.
• 2:27
Speaker 1: The whole podcast, at least Not American football anyway.
• 2:30
Speaker 3: Now on to Canadian football.
• 2:36
  Speaker 2: Canadian football.
• 2:37
Speaker 2: That's what everyone's paying attention to.
• 2:38
Speaker 1: This will be our most listened to podcast if all we do is talk about Canadian football.
• 2:42
Speaker 1: Oh shit, that's great.
• 2:49
Speaker 2: Is this the podcast?
• 2:50
Speaker 2: Is this, right now, the?
• 2:52
  Speaker 1: podcast.
• 2:53
  Speaker 1: I think we're.
• 2:53

• 2:57
Speaker 1: Welcome to In Moderation.
• 2:58
Speaker 1: Good luck editing this shit.
• 3:00
Speaker 1: No, we leave it all in.
• 3:02
Speaker 3: We leave it all in.
• 3:02
Speaker 3: We leave it all in.
• 3:03
Speaker 3: If you're just joining us now, which you should be.
• 3:06
Speaker 1: We just, we just go for it, we, we, uh, it's, it's a mess, but this is why people like us.
• 3:12
Speaker 1: Okay, because everyone's life is a mess, do they?
• 3:14
  Speaker 3: like ours.
• 3:15
Speaker 1: Yes, they do, because we are a mess and we don't like pretend to be something.
• 3:20
Speaker 1: We're not OK, we just like fuck it.
• 3:22
Speaker 1: This is what we've got.
• 3:23
Speaker 1: You know how many comments I get from people like I like that your house is like shitty and a mess, because so is mine.
• 3:28
Speaker 1: I'm like good, let's have a shitty house together.
• 3:31
  Speaker 2: That makes sense.
• 3:31
Speaker 2: So you really cornered the people.
• 3:34
Speaker 2: Like, your audience is just people who don't have their lives together.
• 3:37
Speaker 2: A hundred I've never heard my entire account summed up so well.
• 3:43
Speaker 1: I think that's exactly what it is.
• 3:46
Speaker 3: It's just like you know what.
• 3:47
Speaker 1: Let's all fumble through this together.
• 3:50
Speaker 1: Speaking of fumbles and not win a great cup.
• 3:54
Speaker 1: Oh no, please, I don't know.
• 3:56
Speaker 1: It would be great if there was a football.
• 3:57
Speaker 1: I don't even have the game up.
• 3:58
Speaker 1: We've also been checking in on the Thursday night football game, so when this podcast comes out, it'll be the next Thursday night game.
• 4:04
Speaker 1: It'll be all very confusing.
• 4:06
Speaker 2: When does this come out?
• 4:07
Speaker 2: Next Thursday, next Thursday?
• 4:11
Speaker 1: The people listening already know the Bills lost.
• 4:13
Speaker 1: They already know, oh no, oh no.
• 4:20
Speaker 2: We have to record two versions of this podcast.
• 4:23
Speaker 2: They did well and one where they just sucked.
• 4:29
Speaker 1: I think, well, we should put more effort into the one where they sucked, because I feel like there's a better chance of that one.
• 4:34
Speaker 1: What a game this is great.
• 4:36
  Speaker 2: Wasn't that amazing.
• 4:37
  Speaker 2: They're coming back.
• 4:40
Speaker 1: Oh, that's all we need for that podcast Just the rare chance they win.
• 4:43
Speaker 1: Oh shit's all we need for that part Just a rare chance they win, oh shit.
• 4:45
Speaker 1: Anyway, Zach, how you doing, I'm doing so well.
• 4:50
Speaker 2: I'm doing so well or terribly?
• 4:55
Speaker 1: Just give both options.
• 4:56
Speaker 1: Oh, I love it.
• 4:58
Speaker 1: I love it, oh man.
• 5:00
Speaker 1: Well, anyway, why don't you introduce yourself a little bit for the people that don't know you?
• 5:06
Speaker 2: Hi, I'm Zach Anner, and there you go.
• 5:12
  Speaker 3: That's all we're getting.
• 5:13
Speaker 3: That's the best, yeah.
• 5:14
Speaker 1: Let's see A really short intro.
• 5:15
Speaker 2: I'm an author, a YouTuber, TV writer, sometimes fitness guru.
• 5:30
Speaker 3: I don't know supermodel, don't forget supermodel, super super.
• 5:36
  Speaker 2: Oh, I'm, I've, I really have.
• 5:38
Speaker 2: I think I've cornered the market for, uh, supermodels with cerebral palsy and lazy eyes.
• 5:45
Speaker 2: It's just me and that's it.
• 5:54
Speaker 1: See, I always talk about on this podcast.
• 5:56
Speaker 1: Having a low bar is so important.
• 5:58
Speaker 1: I make sure I implement that in my life as much as possible, so you want to be able to step over it.
• 6:02
Speaker 1: So as long as you're the only one in competition for something, you're always winning.
• 6:07
Speaker 1: That's what you should take away from this episode.
• 6:10
  Speaker 2: That's.
• 6:11
Speaker 2: You know, I got to be honest with you.
• 6:14
Speaker 2: I didn't do a whole lot of research before I said yes to this podcast, but I feel like I'll fit right in here.
• 6:23
Speaker 1: Yeah, that means you've done just as much research.
• 6:25
Speaker 1: We just go in, we chat, we talk, we complain about the things that annoy us.
• 6:32
Speaker 1: I think that's kind of the most important part of our podcast.
• 6:36
Speaker 1: You know, what do you think, Rob?
• 6:39
Speaker 3: Well, that and the long well I mean I guess the long incessant rants by Liam are the complaining.
• 6:46
Speaker 3: Well, that's, yeah, yeah, no, that's pretty much all I can point out.
• 6:50
Speaker 3: Half our audience is just here to listen to Liam rant.
• 6:54
Speaker 2: I have to call out Liam, Liam.
• 6:56
Speaker 2: I was five minutes late and Liam was 20 minutes late Listen normally.
• 7:02
  Speaker 3: I'm even later.
• 7:03
Speaker 3: Okay, I had to get some oolong tea.
• 7:05
Speaker 1: I just got a new kettle.
• 7:06
Speaker 1: It's got different buttons for different temperatures of tea.
• 7:10
Speaker 2: It's amazing what are you doing that you're learning a new appliance when you're supposed to be on a podcast.
• 7:16
Speaker 1: Because I'm fumbling through life, zach, that's what I do.
• 7:20
Speaker 1: I mean, you're seeing me do that in real time.
• 7:24
Speaker 2: I mean that's the reason most people start podcasts.
• 7:29
Speaker 2: I think Nobody starts a podcast because their life is going well, exactly.
• 7:35
Speaker 3: I mean you nailed it.
• 7:38
  Speaker 1: Listen.
• 7:38
Speaker 1: But since we are like we, we hit like number two on like fitness podcasts or something, I don't know.
• 7:44
Speaker 1: It was like the number two on fitness podcast.
• 7:50
Speaker 2: I think this is a great way to learn that this is a fitness podcast.
• 7:58
Speaker 1: We, we pick whatever category gives us the best rating.
• 8:32
  Speaker 1: Ok, exactly.
• 8:33
Speaker 2: Exactly, I got to say you both look pretty fit.
• 8:36
  Speaker 2: It looks great.
• 8:38
Speaker 1: And looks are what matters.
• 8:42
Speaker 2: That's what I've always been told.
• 8:44
Speaker 2: Do you feel healthy?
• 8:47
Speaker 2: Is everyone feeling good?
• 8:51
Speaker 1: I am feeling good at least 10% of the and as long as those 10 of the time is what I'm doing this podcast.
• 8:57
  Speaker 1: That's what matters.
• 8:59
Speaker 2: That's what matters I feel good 90 of the time as long as I'm not paying attention to my body, and then when I check in I'm like, oh, I gotta get that fixed so give us your best tips for not paying attention to your body.
• 9:14
  Speaker 2: I think it's really OK.
• 9:21
Speaker 2: So I think it's really about you got to.
• 9:24
Speaker 2: You got to be on your phone at least 18 hours a day.
• 9:30
Speaker 1: OK, do you do?
• 9:31
  Speaker 1: You?
• 9:31
Speaker 1: Do you sleep for the other six, or is that just like?
• 9:35
Speaker 2: I mean I sleep, but I keep the tiktoks going oh, oh, brilliant, smart, okay so always be distracted.
• 9:44
Speaker 2: Don't pay attention to your always be distracted, never check in with yourself.
• 9:49
Speaker 2: Um and uh, don't go outside, that'll only, let's stay inside.
• 9:56
Speaker 1: No, would you recommend people like developing agoraphobia, like the fear of like outdoor spaces and stuff?
• 10:03
Speaker 2: No, I think that's that Cause that's always going to be on your mind, you got it and you're not going to be able to watch Tik TOK if you're just oh, you're constantly working, it's just yeah, you got to be.
• 10:17
Speaker 2: We're going to have a positive attitude that doesn't be so positive that you decide not to make any changes because everything's going great.
• 10:31
Speaker 1: OK, so just like kind of, you know, put yourself in the matrix right, so like just completely think that everything's going well.
• 10:40
Speaker 2: Yeah, I wake up every morning grateful for everything going on in my life and I say that's perfect, no need to change.
• 10:50
Speaker 3: Well, you're waking up in the morning.
• 10:51
Speaker 3: You're already doing better than me and Liam.
• 10:55
Speaker 2: When do you wake up?
• 10:56
  Speaker 1: in Canada.
• 10:57
Speaker 1: I wake up at 4 pm.
• 11:01
Speaker 2: This podcast is late.
• 11:02
  Speaker 2: It's like 8 o'clock where you're recording this.
• 11:06
  Speaker 1: Yeah, it's 8.30.
• 11:06
Speaker 1: This is like my wake-up time.
• 11:08
Speaker 1: I woke up at 6 pm today.
• 11:10
Speaker 1: Let's not even get into that.
• 11:11
  Speaker 1: What?
• 11:12
Speaker 2: Are you a musician?
• 11:14
Speaker 2: Is that what that soul patch is for?
• 11:16
  Speaker 2: What's going on?
• 11:17
Speaker 1: No, the soul patch is for hate.
• 11:19
Speaker 1: I need to draw in as much hate and you know that's great for the algorithm, so that's why I brought the soul patch.
• 11:26
Speaker 2: Oh, I see we want to say controversial things on this podcast.
• 11:34
Speaker 1: Rage bait is the way to be successful on social media and to show how messed up your life is.
• 11:36
Speaker 2: As I stated Nice Well, it's great to meet both of you.
• 11:39
Speaker 2: It's just, I feel like we've really connected, like I feel more optimistic now than I did 10 minutes ago because I'm neither one of you, and that is why people listen to our podcast.
• 11:58
Speaker 1: They go well, at least I'm not one of these schmucks, okay, so it's not that bad.
• 12:03
Speaker 1: But you know, there's all these people that like influencers that are unattainable.
• 12:08
Speaker 1: Like I get up and I do like eight hours of meditation.
• 12:11
Speaker 1: Fuck all that shit.
• 12:12
Speaker 3: Like you can't live up to that.
• 12:13
Speaker 1: There's no way you compare yourself to us, you feel much better.
• 12:17
Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, really, you're better by comparison.
• 12:21
Speaker 1: That's the whole point Exactly Low bar.
• 12:25
  Speaker 3: Oh, man Did.
• 12:28
Speaker 1: I just I have to check in.
• 12:30
Speaker 1: I didn't just ruin the whole vibe and purpose of this podcast, I will say I want to raise your spirits a little bit more.
• 12:37
Speaker 1: The Bills just scored a touchdown 7-0.
• 12:39
Speaker 1: Right now, what did they Whoa?
• 12:41
Speaker 1: 7-0 Bills, dolphins Go Bills.
• 12:47
Speaker 1: Alright, maybe we will have to film the part of the podcast where they do well, fuck, fuck, damn it.
• 12:53
Speaker 1: We gotta start over.
• 12:56
Speaker 2: We had so much gold all right, everybody.
• 13:01
Speaker 1: Welcome to the podcast in moderation.
• 13:03
Speaker 1: The number one bills fan bod podcast there is we're no longer.
• 13:10
Speaker 3: We're no longer fitness, we're now a football podcast, football podcast, fuck.
• 13:14
  Speaker 1: I mean, what's the?
• 13:15
Speaker 1: Can we do better as a fit, as a uh, football podcast, like I will?
• 13:19
Speaker 2: tell you that there's overlap because, um, when I was watching the bills lose to the chiefs in the divisional round of the playoffs a few years ago, I had my apple watch on and my heart rate got up to 156 and I was not doing anything except watching it?
• 13:43
Speaker 1: oh, I definitely feel like watching the bills is cardio, whether you like it or not if you you want, if you have a favorite football team, that's not very good.
• 13:54
Speaker 1: You know I'm a Raiders fan, so I feel that Browns, all that good stuff, yeah, I mean every, every, every game is kind of like that, yeah, but anyway, I guess, maybe we should talk about things that aren't football, and we can always come back to it.
• 14:09
Speaker 1: Yeah, we can talk about hockey, we'll come back to it.
• 14:11
Speaker 2: Let's talk about hockey.
• 14:13
Speaker 2: What's going on with hockey, Rob?
• 14:15
Speaker 2: Explain why people like hockey for everyone.
• 14:20
Speaker 3: It's basically Canada's way to get out our aggression after watching things like US politics.
• 14:28
Speaker 2: Oh see I never thought what are you doing watching US politics, Rob?
• 14:33
Speaker 3: You guys force it on us.
• 14:34
Speaker 3: I can't scroll on TikTok without seeing US politics anymore, do you not?
• 14:40
Speaker 1: see Canadian politics on your TikTok Is there like no Canadian politics.
• 14:45
  Speaker 3: Basically none.
• 14:45
Speaker 2: No, wow, very polite they're not allowed to campaign for a long time in Canada.
• 14:52
  Speaker 2: Are they People?
• 14:53
Speaker 1: from other countries, countries, let us know.
• 14:54
Speaker 1: If you just see american politics, I want to know.
• 14:56
Speaker 1: Or do you see politics from your country, or is it just, like always, american shit?
• 14:59
Speaker 1: Because that would check out canada, it's just.
• 15:03
Speaker 2: It's just rick mercer walking down the street giving hot takes, that's all it is, oh, that that was a great reference I don't know.
• 15:13
Speaker 3: I'm sitting there like I have no idea what that was a great reference.
• 15:14
  Speaker 3: I don't know.
• 15:14
Speaker 3: I'm sitting there like I have no idea what that was.
• 15:16
Speaker 3: That was a great reference Is that who you said.
• 15:19
Speaker 2: I know him the way that I would describe him is, I would say, because Norm Macdonald came to the States.
• 15:28
Speaker 2: He's like the he's got, he's's got that sort of norm mcdonald accent, but he's always given like political takes.
• 15:37
Speaker 2: He was on a show called this hour has 22 minutes um and uh it's, it's like a daily show in canada.
• 15:46
Speaker 2: Am I explaining this right, rob?
• 15:49
Speaker 2: pretty much yeah um, but so basically what you'll learn, liam, is that buffalo is basically canada and we got a lot of canadian television, okay and uh.
• 16:01
Speaker 2: So I probably have more in common with rob than I do with you, except we probably have similar facial hair potential, you and me, can you?
• 16:14
Speaker 1: grow a neck beard, because that's my main question.
• 16:16
Speaker 3: I was just saying I got the neck beard, that's what we were talking about while you were getting tea awesome I don't understand it.
• 16:26
Speaker 2: I thought eventually I would get to the rest of the face.
• 16:29
Speaker 2: I was so excited through all of puberty and now that I'm 40 I'm like it's probably done.
• 16:36
  Speaker 1: There's probably not.
• 16:38
Speaker 1: I'm right there with you.
• 16:40
Speaker 1: I've tried multiple times.
• 16:41
Speaker 1: I got my driver's license taken once when I was trying to grow it in, just because I wanted to have a picture of me at all times.
• 16:48
Speaker 1: And it is full-on amish, like you know.
• 16:51
Speaker 1: I could put on the suspenders, raise a barn and I would fit right in.
• 16:56
Speaker 2: Yeah, you might not be able to have this podcast though.
• 17:01
Speaker 1: I can't like some Amish now use like electricity.
• 17:03
Speaker 1: There's loopholes and shit.
• 17:05
Speaker 2: I feel like I've seen Amish people on TikTok talking about Amish life.
• 17:10
  Speaker 1: Exactly.
• 17:11
Speaker 1: So yeah, they can clearly use technology, so I could have a podcast.
• 17:15
Speaker 1: I'm sure I'll just record it on like.
• 17:17
Speaker 2: I got to turn my phone off.
• 17:18
Speaker 2: I'm so sorry, god.
• 17:22
  Speaker 1: You're very important.
• 17:24
Speaker 2: I'm sorry, I'm so important, guys, hold on.
• 17:27
Speaker 2: Let's take that again.
• 17:28
Speaker 2: Let's roll it back.
• 17:30
Speaker 1: You were saying we don't roll it back.
• 17:33
Speaker 1: We don't roll anything, roll it back for the edit.
• 17:37
Speaker 2: Rob cut that in the edit.
• 17:39
Speaker 2: So you were saying Amish right, You're an Amish man with a podcast.
• 17:47
  Speaker 2: Amish man podcast.
• 17:50
Speaker 1: We could be number one Amish podcast like easily.
• 17:54
  Speaker 2: Yeah.
• 17:55
  Speaker 2: I think so.
• 17:56
Speaker 2: If you get a listener, I think you'd be number one.
• 18:01
Speaker 1: Rob, put us in the Amish category.
• 18:03
Speaker 1: See where we end up.
• 18:04
Speaker 1: If we're not number one, I'll be very sad.
• 18:07
  Speaker 3: Done.
• 18:07
Speaker 3: I'll Photoshop Amish beards on all of us.
• 18:10
Speaker 3: Put a barn raising in the background.
• 18:13
Speaker 2: Wait a minute, you could just make.
• 18:16
Speaker 2: Give yourself an Amish beard now.
• 18:19
Speaker 1: You don't need to Photoshop, you just need to style yours, Rob.
• 18:23
  Speaker 1: Oh yeah.
• 18:24
Speaker 2: Yeah, there you go.
• 18:26
  Speaker 1: Smart.
• 18:26
Speaker 1: Listen, if you turn your beard into an Amish neck beard, I will grow mine out.
• 18:31
Speaker 1: That's the deal I will throw out there.
• 18:32
  Speaker 1: I'm just saying.
• 18:35
Speaker 2: So if we did okay, should we come back and record another one three weeks from now and we just focus on our neck beards and then we have a conversation.
• 18:48
Speaker 1: We'll check in with the Bills then and also maybe right now.
• 18:52
Speaker 1: Oh no, 7-0 still Just checking, zero still just checking, making sure Anyway well, at least they're not losing yet.
• 19:00
  Speaker 3: Right.
• 19:01
Speaker 2: No, no, thank God.
• 19:02
Speaker 2: Well, but so anyway, fitness podcast, yes, fitness, I want you to tell us about your we're 20 minutes into the podcast.

Speaker 1: I want you to tell us about your we're 20 minutes into the podcast.
• 19:13
Speaker 1: We want to hear about your fitness routine.
• 19:14
Speaker 1: We haven't even talked, all we've talked about is bills hockey and American politics.
• 19:20
  Speaker 2: All right.
• 19:20
Speaker 2: Well, honestly, I got to be honest with you because I did a fitness YouTube series called Workout Wednesday.
• 19:28
Speaker 3: I love Workout Wednesday.
• 19:29
Speaker 3: I've definitely seen some of them.
• 19:31
Speaker 2: Oh, thank you, I haven't done it in like 10 years, consistently, right.
• 19:36
Speaker 2: So basically, my fitness routine right now is getting on and off of toilets with my own body weight, right.
• 19:45
  Speaker 2: And I noticed, now that I'm 40, I feel like I need a fitness routine, but I don't have one.
• 19:54
Speaker 2: Like I'm still living the dream of adulthood that I had when I was 10 years old and I said when I'm an adult, I'm going to have all the ice creams in the freezer and instead you know what, instead of a crisper drawer where you're supposed to put vegetables and stuff.
• 20:13
Speaker 2: I just have candy, it's just a candy drawer.
• 20:17
Speaker 1: Okay, what candies are you keeping in the fridge?
• 20:19
Speaker 1: I feel like a lot of them get hard, like I don't want cold like Skittles.
• 20:22
Speaker 1: That's going to be hard.
• 20:23
Speaker 2: No, you're not putting.
• 20:24
  Speaker 2: Are you insane?
• 20:26
Speaker 1: Skittles in the fridge.
• 20:28
  Speaker 1: That's what I'm saying.
• 20:29
Speaker 2: It sounds crazy to me.
• 20:30
Speaker 2: You think I'm saying it sounds.
• 20:30
  Speaker 2: Crazy to me.
• 20:31
  Speaker 2: You think I'm a fool.
• 20:32
Speaker 1: Please educate me on candy fridge etiquette.
• 20:35
Speaker 2: I'm ignorant on this topic.
• 20:37
Speaker 2: It's chocolates in the fridge.
• 20:39
Speaker 1: Okay, chocolates got to go in the fridge.
• 20:40
  Speaker 1: Hershey's.
• 20:41
  Speaker 1: I don't really like Hershey's.
• 20:42
Speaker 1: How are you on with Hershey's?
• 20:55
Speaker 2: I'm not a big fan of Hershey's, even though I do have a lot of Kit Kats in the fridge right now.
• 20:59
  Speaker 2: Okay, that's fair.
• 21:00
Speaker 2: And and reese's and kinder bueno, they're like they're.
• 21:02
Speaker 1: They're the kinder answer to to those ferrero rocher things, and those are delicious, but all this to say.
• 21:10
Speaker 2: I came on this podcast because I need a fitness routine and I thought maybe, uh, two wannabe amish men be the right fitness coaches.
• 21:25
Speaker 2: Because I found that, like I used to be able to just kind of feel good all the time, or relatively good, minus the whole you know cerebral palsy business and everything that comes along with that.
• 21:37
Speaker 2: But now I just have random aches and pains, places that I like I didn't even like you sleep on a shoulder and then all of a sudden your shoulder hurts forever I feel like that just kind of comes with aging.
• 21:52
  Speaker 1: Rob, you're 55.
• 21:53
Speaker 1: Isn't that kind of just go?
• 21:54
Speaker 1: Doesn't go with the territory.
• 21:56
Speaker 3: I do get a lot of aches and pains, but it's usually when Liam's around.
• 22:01
  Speaker 1: Right?
• 22:01
Speaker 1: Well, I'm pretty sure you get emotional distress manifestations.
• 22:07
Speaker 1: Well, rob, you're a personal trainer.
• 22:12
Speaker 1: Ok, okay, listen, all I do is my own dumb thing.
• 22:15
Speaker 1: You, you personal train here.
• 22:20
Speaker 2: If you want, I can bring everybody on the podcast down a little bit.
• 22:24
Speaker 2: Yeah I, I have a bummer thing I can talk about is that.
• 22:30
  Speaker 2: Would that be?
• 22:31
Speaker 1: good, I mean, we talk about anything and everything.
• 22:33
Speaker 1: Well, we bring people up and then we bring them right back down.
• 22:36
  Speaker 2: So.
• 22:37
Speaker 2: So I used to go to the gym three or four times a week, but then I went to the gym with my father three or four times a week, and then my dad last year well, he was sick for a few years, but last year he passed away so I had the best fitness coach, because he was the only you know person who would like take me to mighty taco after working out.
• 23:03
Speaker 2: Um, yeah, and and so now I'm looking for a fitness coach who is that invested in my personal fitness journey but and also doesn't charge anything.
• 23:17
Speaker 2: I feel like my dad was the only one that fit that bill.
• 23:24
Speaker 1: That is just a tough request.
• 23:26
Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, and also you're in buffalo, so so like there's that as well.
• 23:34
Speaker 1: Well, now I'm in Los Angeles, so I didn't know you were in Los Angeles.
• 23:40
Speaker 2: Okay, I, but I brought the the accent and the pessimism to the West coast.
• 23:48
  Speaker 3: Fair enough.
• 23:49
Speaker 3: That's where you're doing all your fancy business deals.
• 23:53
Speaker 2: Yeah, fancy Hollywood business deal.
• 23:55
Speaker 2: That's what you're doing all your fancy business deals yeah, fancy Hollywood business deals.
• 23:56
Speaker 1: That's what the phone call was about.
• 23:59
  Speaker 2: Yeah, it was.
• 24:01
  Speaker 2: What was Ryan?
• 24:02
Speaker 1: Reynolds trying to ask you.
• 24:05
Speaker 2: He was asking me to be wheelchair.
• 24:08
  Speaker 2: Deadpool.
• 24:15
  Speaker 1: Wheelchair Deadpool.
• 24:16
Speaker 1: If you say no, I'm going to be the most disappointed.
• 24:23
Speaker 2: I've ever been in my entire life, Wheelchair Deadpool.
• 24:26
Speaker 2: I mean I've already done Wheelchair Batman, but Wheelchair Deadpool would probably sell a little bit better in this market I feel, like for wheelchair batman, the grappling hook has extra benefit I mean you have to.
• 24:40
Speaker 2: You have to get a grappling hook that can carry an extra 350 pounds right and just like I feel like the the risks of having a power wheelchair as you're trying to scale a building.
• 24:58
Speaker 1: This is that's true, but also you have a wheelchair that you can attach it to, and so you have just more carrying capacity.
• 25:04
Speaker 1: I feel like for a more powerful grappling hook.
• 25:09
Speaker 2: Now, now that I think of it, you're absolutely, absolutely right.
• 25:13
Speaker 1: There could be no downside to this whatsoever oh, wheelchair batman gets there long before regular batman.
• 25:23
Speaker 2: It's because of the grappling hook yeah, wheelchair batman has to take the bus uh, but I'm not on picture because wheelchair.
• 25:34
Speaker 1: But like batman always has the cool gadgets though, right.
• 25:36
Speaker 1: So I feel like he could make like a real awesome wheelchair.
• 25:40
Speaker 1: You know if you had like what's bruce wayne money.
• 25:42
Speaker 1: You know what I'm saying if I had bruce.
• 25:45
Speaker 2: Yeah, I feel like that's the yeah, that's what I would invest in if I was a billionaire.
• 25:51
Speaker 2: Just make the wheelchair better.
• 25:55
Speaker 3: Yeah, exactly A couple of rocket thrusters on there, a grappling cannon, oh snap.
• 26:06
Speaker 2: I'm using a wheelchair right now that climbs stairs, so that to me is just as close to a Batmobile wheelchair as you can get.
• 26:13
Speaker 1: I think it's at least a great start.
• 26:15
Speaker 1: That's actually really cool.
• 26:16
Speaker 1: Yeah, does it work well, I'm curious about this now how?
• 26:20
Speaker 1: Well does it work?
• 26:21
Speaker 2: It's called the iMod and it works pretty well, except you have to be trained on it for two days to use it.
• 26:30
Speaker 2: Interesting, because otherwise it's not safe.
• 26:37
Speaker 2: You'll just tumble down the stairs.
• 26:38
Speaker 2: So you got to know how to use it.
• 26:39
Speaker 2: Um and uh, I the training.
• 26:44
Speaker 2: My girlfriend passed the training because you can either assist or do it yourself.
• 26:49
Speaker 2: Okay, and I would.
• 26:51
Speaker 2: And when you're in the chair, like, and you're just the user, you have to pull yourself up on a railing and the wheels go over themselves to, like, bring you up the steps.
• 27:02
Speaker 2: And I told them on day two please don't pass me, I don't think I'm safe pass me.
• 27:13
Speaker 1: I don't think I'm safe, Because you also have to pay attention.
• 27:16
Speaker 2: You weren't passing anyway, they were like you were.
• 27:25
Speaker 2: That's so cute that you thought we were going to pass you and so I did not pass.
• 27:30
Speaker 2: But you know what?
• 27:32
Speaker 2: It's been pretty cool because it's meant that I've been able to go to my girlfriend's like third-story apartment and like just kind of see the world in a way that I never thought I would see it.
• 27:44
Speaker 2: So I almost had, if they had passed me I would have gotten a great upper body workout, but since I can't use it anymore, I can't even do that.
• 28:01
Speaker 1: So, again we're back to zero on fitness.
• 28:03
  Speaker 2: Interesting, interesting.
• 28:05
  Speaker 2: So what would?
• 28:08
Speaker 2: You recommend looking at me from the chest up Workouts that.
• 28:10
  Speaker 1: I could do.
• 28:10
Speaker 1: That's pretty much all.
• 28:12
Speaker 1: I look at people from chest up, that's true.
• 28:14
  Speaker 2: That's true.
• 28:15
Speaker 2: Yeah, I always have to say to people I'm down here you know, stop looking at my face.
• 28:30
Speaker 1: I'm so shy in real life that I'm usually looking at people from the ankle down.
• 28:33
Speaker 1: Ankle down, that's just Canadian?
• 28:35
Speaker 2: Are you on the ads, Rob?
• 28:36
  Speaker 2: Are you dating?
• 28:37
  Speaker 2: Are you?
• 28:39
  Speaker 3: married.
• 28:39
Speaker 3: I am not dating, I am.
• 28:41
Speaker 3: It's occasionally opening the apps.
• 28:44
  Speaker 3: I have a cat.
• 28:45
  Speaker 3: I have a cat.
• 28:48
Speaker 2: You have a cat.
• 28:49
Speaker 2: Well, may I suggest that if you are on the apps, just stop posting only ankle pics.
• 28:58
Speaker 1: Oh, is that what I've been doing wrong?
• 28:59
Speaker 1: It depends on the app, really.
• 29:02
Speaker 3: I got to save that for the.
• 29:04
  Speaker 1: OnlyFans.
• 29:04
Speaker 1: There's some apps you can figure out, I think pretty well with that.
• 29:09
Speaker 1: But as far as, if you're actually asking, rob, what would you, what would you recommend for upper me, what I, you know, what I love, that I feel like doesn't get enough.
• 29:20
Speaker 3: Um, um, credit is bands man I, I think, I think.
• 29:24
Speaker 3: Yeah, there's's um, I agree with the bands.
• 29:28
Speaker 3: And then, further than that, there's actually some gyms that are equipped with wheelchair accessible, like cable devices where you actually can get your wheelchair up in between these two.
• 29:40
Speaker 2: Uh, they're essentially cables that are kind of yeah, I used to do cables but I used to stand in between the cables and stretch my arms out and like pull in.
• 29:51
Speaker 2: It was very, it's a good stretch.
• 29:54
Speaker 2: Yeah, it was a great stretch, it was very much.
• 29:57
Speaker 2: You ever see that movie Three Amigos, where he's trying to get out of the prison and like going to make it, going to make it?
• 30:05
Speaker 2: Nobody's seen this movie.
• 30:06
Speaker 1: Fine, there's someone listening right now, one person that's loving this reference right now they're just smashing the like button right now, yeah I used to do the cables a lot, um, but you know what the?
• 30:24
Speaker 2: the big problem for me going to gyms, it's not actually the machines themselves and the workouts, it's the that when I'm transferring to the machines, if I fall off the machines, the, the risk of hitting my head on some huge metal thing is pretty high.
• 30:45
  Speaker 1: Yeah, that's tough.
• 30:46
Speaker 1: So I mean, if you don't have to transfer, I would say like honestly, especially if you're working out at home, which a lot of people prefer to do, they just either don't have access to a gym, they can't afford it, whatever, they don't feel comfortable, whatever the reason may be.
• 30:58
Speaker 1: I think bands are incredibly underrated One.
• 31:01
  Speaker 1: They're cheaper.
• 31:01
Speaker 1: You just can get a set of them for like 30 bucks and they have a bunch of different, you know, lengths or widths or whatever.
• 31:08
Speaker 1: It makes them more.
• 31:08
Speaker 1: That makes it harder to use and it's just easy to move them places like you don't have to, especially if you're someone who is dealing with a disability.
• 31:16
Speaker 1: You don't have to carry a heavy weight somewhere and use it.
• 31:19
Speaker 1: Vans are very light.
• 31:30
Speaker 2: You just have to basically attach it to something that is relatively immovable and you can get a pretty good workout in with bands.
• 31:33
  Speaker 2: Okay, all right.
• 31:34
Speaker 2: All right, this is great, so I'm just gonna go to amazon right now or wait what?
• 31:43
Speaker 1: who's the sponsor of this show?
• 31:46
Speaker 1: Do moderation for 69% off at only bands.
• 31:58
Speaker 2: So, Rob, you're really a fitness coach.
• 32:02
Speaker 1: I am, yes, he is.
• 32:06
Speaker 2: So where do you coach?
• 32:11
  Speaker 3: Everywhere.
• 32:12
Speaker 1: He goes where he's needed.
• 32:13
  Speaker 1: I teleport.
• 32:14
Speaker 2: wherever I'm needed, he's the best man of the fitness industry.
• 32:16
Speaker 2: Do you meet up with people on Zoom or what's the deal?
• 32:19
Speaker 3: You just kind of I do, yeah, I'll do online training.
• 32:23
Speaker 3: Meet up with people on Zoom or I do in-person training in my area.
• 32:33
Speaker 2: Well, how would you start to assess my fitness needs?
• 32:39
Speaker 1: I'm sorry if I'm taking over this podcast but I don't think Liam's going to do the work.
• 32:45
Speaker 3: No, people want it taken away from me as much as possible, but I fight it tooth and nail yeah, to start with, we'd, of course, need to find out what's accessible for you, like how you're able to hook up bands, um, because that would definitely be one of your best options, or, if possible, there might be a gym in your area that does have these wheelchair accessible I mean if you're in la, more people would install these wheelchair accessible machines.
• 33:17
  Speaker 2: Yeah, I I think it's it's.
• 33:20
Speaker 2: There's one gym that I know of that is like an accessible gym, but it's like an hour and a half away and presents its own.
• 33:31
  Speaker 1: Seriously Right yeah.
• 33:34
  Speaker 2: Yeah, so.
• 33:35
Speaker 2: So, yeah, maybe I'll look into bands and do you have any?
• 33:39
Speaker 2: So my, my diet is 80% chocolate.
• 33:44
  Speaker 1: Yeah, right.
• 33:45
Speaker 2: We from the fridge.
• 33:46
  Speaker 2: Do you use?
• 33:47
Speaker 1: the fridge for anything else, or is it just chocolate?
• 33:50
Speaker 2: I mean, can you all get like a bag of carrots in there?
• 33:54
  Speaker 2: That's awesome, I love that.
• 33:56
Speaker 1: Do you eat them though, do they?
• 33:58
Speaker 2: just sit there and rot, or do you actually eat them?
• 34:00
Speaker 2: I eat them until I really need more.
• 34:06
Speaker 2: I need more information about the science of when you should stop eating the carrot.
• 34:13
  Speaker 1: You should stop.
• 34:15
  Speaker 2: Is this a?
• 34:16
Speaker 1: problem where you don't eat enough or you're eating way too much, and I'm very confused.
• 34:22
Speaker 2: Well, I think it's like I get weary of when there starts to be a slime introduced.
• 34:30
Speaker 1: Oh, and the carrot starts to get a little slimy.
• 34:32
Speaker 2: I'm like I don't know if I should be eating those.
• 34:34
Speaker 2: Maybe back to Kit Kat.
• 34:36
Speaker 2: You know this one's starting to get the slime.
• 34:41
Speaker 3: I think I probably got it.
• 34:43
Speaker 1: It's better to go with Kit Kat.
• 34:47
Speaker 2: I would love to be healthier.
• 34:48
Speaker 2: In theory, I think yeah.
• 34:52
Speaker 2: I would love to start paying attention to my diet more.
• 34:59
Speaker 1: I think I mean listen, that's what we are for is not being your worst.
• 35:03
Speaker 1: That's our slogan, and so I like that.
• 35:05
Speaker 1: You got chocolate, that's great.
• 35:06
Speaker 1: You know we've got some fats.
• 35:06
Speaker 1: We've got some tasty food.
• 35:06
Speaker 1: That's our slogan, and so I like that.
• 35:07
Speaker 1: You got chocolate, that's great.
• 35:07
Speaker 1: You know we've got some fats.
• 35:08
Speaker 1: We've got some tasty food that's awesome.
• 35:12
  Speaker 1: You like carrots?
• 35:13
  Speaker 1: That's fantastic.
• 35:14
Speaker 1: Do you eat the carrots on their own or do you dip them in something?
• 35:17
  Speaker 2: What's the deal?
• 35:18
Speaker 2: I eat the carrots on their own, because when I'm eating the carrots, it's always with the urgency of fuck.
• 35:27
Speaker 2: I better eat these carrots.
• 35:28
Speaker 2: They've been in here a while.
• 35:31
Speaker 1: Well, I think you need something quick to dip it in.
• 35:34
Speaker 1: So, do you like a hummus?
• 35:36
Speaker 1: Do you like a guacamole?
• 35:37
Speaker 1: Do you like, you know, a dressing of some type?
• 35:41
Speaker 1: What do we got?
• 35:42
Speaker 1: What do we got I?
• 35:43
  Speaker 2: don't want to do a.
• 35:45
Speaker 2: I have a complicated relationship with dips.
• 35:50
Speaker 2: So, I would love.
• 35:52
Speaker 2: So basically, the things that I'll eat that are in the healthy sphere are carrots, raw almonds I'm trying to drink more water.
• 36:05
  Speaker 1: No, no, no.
• 36:06
Speaker 2: You don't want to do seasoned nuts.
• 36:08
Speaker 2: I like to eat as many almonds as I can, so that it starts to taste like an almond croissant, right?
• 36:21
Speaker 2: So you got to mush it up to get the amaretto flavor Okay.
• 36:29
Speaker 3: I'm learning many things.
• 36:30
  Speaker 1: You're so concerned.
• 36:31
Speaker 2: I'm learning so many things you didn't bat an eye at the fridge full of chocolate, but when you heard about my almond consumption techniques?
• 36:39
Speaker 1: Fridge full of chocolate makes total sense to me, but this almond croissant amaretto situation is very interesting.
• 36:45
Speaker 2: You just have to chew the almonds enough so that they're baby bird food consistency, and then you'll get there, okay.
• 36:56
Speaker 1: What about this amaretto situation?
• 36:57
Speaker 1: Do you just drink a little amaretto with it or are you adding it in?
• 37:00
  Speaker 2: No, I don't, I don't.
• 37:01
  Speaker 2: I just imagine.
• 37:03
Speaker 2: I fill in the blanks with the power of my mind.
• 37:06
Speaker 1: I just imagine I fill in the blanks with the power of my mind, and then also let's see other healthy things Blueberries.
• 37:14
  Speaker 1: I eat those I?
• 37:15
  Speaker 3: love that.
• 37:18
Speaker 2: That's great, but it is mostly pizza and candy and milkshakes.
• 37:29
Speaker 1: So I don't want to give a false impression.
• 37:31
Speaker 1: I would love right to well, that's changing.
• 37:33
  Speaker 1: That's.
• 37:33
  Speaker 1: That's totally fine.
• 37:33
Speaker 1: You could, we all have.
• 37:34
Speaker 2: I love all of those things as well, it's totally fine and we've just met and everything it's all fine in my, in my soul, from the, from how dehydrated every pee I take is, I know that there are changes, that can be made, yes, but everyone has to start somewhere.
• 37:54
Speaker 1: okay, that's the right.
• 37:56
Speaker 1: You have to start somewhere.
• 37:57
Speaker 1: That's what's important, and this is what we're doing.
• 38:01
  Speaker 2: Yeah, okay, okay.
• 38:02
Speaker 2: Everyone has to start somewhere, and I'm starting with my.
• 38:05
Speaker 2: Pee is orange, yes, and to start somewhere, and I'm starting with my, with a fridge full of chocolate and my pee is orange.
• 38:10
Speaker 2: Yes, and that is somewhere, that is somewhere.
• 38:14
Speaker 2: So, yeah, I'm just, I'm coming clean on this podcast because it's a fitness podcast I'm finding there's not maybe enough water in this situation.
• 38:22
Speaker 1: Do you drink the hydrogens and oxygens?
• 38:26
Speaker 2: I've started drinking water and by that I mean, I purchased a water bottle that I okay, and now I have a brita and I'm drinking more water than I drank.
• 38:40
Speaker 2: I I've probably drank more water in the past month and a half than I did in the past year.
• 38:50
Speaker 3: Well, that's a step in the right direction.
• 38:52
Speaker 2: One of the issues is, you know, like I don't like to have to go to the bathroom a lot because there's a lot of transferring and it's a bigger hassle if I'm out in public.
• 39:08
Speaker 2: So I got very used to, um, just like, not drinking water, especially if I'm on set or filming something and don't want to slow things down.
• 39:20
Speaker 2: But now I'm trying to hydrate because, uh, I think you know, as you get into your forties, you know you want to stay hydrated, you want to stay moisturized.
• 39:31
Speaker 2: My, my skin is like a toaster strudel, you know, very flaky, I mean, just kind of like a real toasted one OK.
• 39:42
  Speaker 2: Yeah, oh yeah.
• 39:43
Speaker 2: So that's something that I need to work on, but it's, I think you're right.
• 39:50
Speaker 2: Everybody starts their fitness journey somewhere, and I am starting it from.
• 39:56
Speaker 1: How is the water situation going?
• 39:57
Speaker 1: Are you liking the water, would you?
• 39:59
Speaker 1: You can always try.
• 40:00
Speaker 1: I like, I like the water.
• 40:02
Speaker 2: I mean not compared to any other beverage, I mean not compared to any other beverage.
• 40:06
  Speaker 1: So that's what I'm saying.
• 40:06
Speaker 1: We may be like some people.
• 40:08
Speaker 1: Have you tried the circle water?
• 40:10
Speaker 1: My wife likes those.
• 40:12
Speaker 2: I don't know if you've seen these Circle water, circle water.
• 40:14
Speaker 2: What is that Explain?
• 40:17
  Speaker 1: Is that a?
• 40:18
Speaker 3: sponsor of the In my Lace and.
• 40:20
  Speaker 2: Pie what.
• 40:23
Speaker 1: Currently it is not sponsored.
• 40:25
Speaker 1: We are not sponsored by Circle, but some people I've actually found really like it.
• 40:29
Speaker 1: Basically it's a water bottle and he has a little like container in it that basically gives you, like us, this.
• 40:33
Speaker 1: It's supposed to give it a taste without actually having really anything in it.
• 40:38
  Speaker 1: You space.
• 40:41
Speaker 2: It's not like la croix is it so?
• 40:44
Speaker 1: it's the water itself.
• 40:45
Speaker 1: Let me look this.
• 40:45
Speaker 1: I got to look up.
• 40:46
Speaker 2: I got into that for a while until I realized that it tastes like the melted ice of something you would have enjoyed drinking.
• 40:56
  Speaker 1: Right.
• 40:56
Speaker 1: No, it's LaCroix tastes like you.
• 40:58
Speaker 1: You drank water and someone whispered peach in a different room.
• 41:02
Speaker 1: That's what it basically, but this one it has these little, these little cartridges, and you put it in there and it gives it this like this smell, basically, and it's supposed to give it a good flavor.
• 41:13
Speaker 1: My wife really likes it, I mean, and I've had people comment saying they really enjoy it.
• 41:18
Speaker 2: You have a wife.
• 41:19
Speaker 1: You're so lucky I've tricked someone into loving me for long enough to say yes.
• 41:24
Speaker 2: that's what's important in life, and how have you never tried your wife's favorite water?
• 41:31
Speaker 1: I mean because I just drink too much.
• 41:33
Speaker 1: Diet soda is the problem.
• 41:34
Speaker 3: He drinks nothing but diet soda, yeah, that's pretty much my, because he's got all the energy flavors.
• 41:39
Speaker 2: Yeah, I have zero soda.
• 41:40
Speaker 2: I didn't take you for a diet soda, oh zero.
• 41:43
Speaker 1: The zero sugar sodas are.
• 41:45
Speaker 1: I have, I mean so many, just like, just so, so many in my house when they're listen, when it's buy two get three free, do you expect me to not buy 15 of them or whatever?
• 41:56
Speaker 1: Like, come on, buy two, get three free?
• 41:59
Speaker 1: It was, that's what it was the other day, and I was like this is the greatest thing that's happened to me in months.
• 42:05
Speaker 2: What grocery store is this.
• 42:07
Speaker 1: This is what you could name as a Kroger, or I think in your area it might be a Ralph's.
• 42:12
Speaker 1: Do you guys have Ralph's or no?
• 42:14
Speaker 2: We do, we have a Ralph's and yeah.
• 42:17
Speaker 1: So I worry about that grocery store.
• 42:20
Speaker 2: It's like why are you giving all your stuff away?
• 42:24
Speaker 2: I would do a welfare check on Kroger.
• 42:28
  Speaker 1: Kroger's.
• 42:28
Speaker 1: I think Kroger is doing okay.
• 42:30
Speaker 1: I think they're one of the biggest grocery store chains, so I think they'll be good Meanwhile.
• 42:34
Speaker 3: in Canada we pay $10 for one can.
• 42:38
  Speaker 1: It was $10.
• 42:39
Speaker 1: They were each $10.
• 42:40
Speaker 1: So it was $20.
• 42:41
Speaker 1: You get five cases, which right now is like crazy cheap.
• 42:44
Speaker 1: So, yes, I bought a lot Zero sugar, do you?
• 42:54
Speaker 2: have you tried any of the zero sugar soda?
• 42:56
Speaker 2: Have you have you?
• 42:57
Speaker 2: Yeah, but I feel like, okay, the regular soda is, it tastes good, but but it's, you know, kind of poisoning you, and then the zero sugar soda tastes like poison, but it's better.
• 43:14
Speaker 1: Which one of these poisons have you had the displeasure of trying?
• 43:18
  Speaker 1: I'm very curious.
• 43:19
Speaker 2: I feel like the whole pitch when Coke Zero came out is oh my God, it tastes just like regular Coke.
• 43:24
Speaker 2: Pitch when Coke Zero came out is oh my god, it tastes just like regular Coke.
• 43:27
Speaker 2: And I think it only tastes like regular Coke if I was on a ship and I was in the ocean for six months and I was only drinking like dehydrated sealed blubber in beverage form and then I came back to the land and and I hadn't yet reconnected with helen hunt yet, and and then they were like get here, here's your coke.
• 44:00
Speaker 2: And they gave me a coke zero.
• 44:02
Speaker 2: Okay I would drink it and be like, oh, oh, yeah, that's fine.
• 44:06
Speaker 1: Okay, so that's what you're saying is you need to put yourself in that situation?
• 44:10
Speaker 2: I'm saying that if I was deprived of all beverages for a good six weeks, I might be able to go to a Coke zero and be like, yeah, that's just like Coke.
• 44:22
Speaker 1: So I think our next goal is to find you some dehydrated seal blubber Now.
• 44:31
Speaker 2: I'm not really sure where to find that, but I'm sure we can make something happen, yeah well, I mean, you're looking for sponsors, so Only.
• 44:42
Speaker 2: Bands and Dehydrated Seal Blubber will be our next sponsors.
• 44:44
  Speaker 2: That's CA, Canada's best beverage.
• 44:47
Speaker 1: Oh well, I would encourage you to maybe try some other ones.
• 44:51
Speaker 1: I'm saying, I'm, I'm, I'm saying that uh, a and w zero is very good oh a and w zero oh, it's so good w zero they root beers a and w root beers at least it exists around leo many yes, my, it's my.
• 45:05
Speaker 1: That is my wife's favorite if you didn't know, my wife, who is my my I'm married to, I'm still stuck with the diet.
• 45:14
Speaker 2: Give us one detail about this person that you are supposedly married to well.
• 45:22
Speaker 1: Her name is april dawn and she was born in april at dawn, and her first thing she told me when we met was like you can't pick your parents, was her quote, I think, to me.
• 45:33
Speaker 2: Oh wow, I already like this person because they sound fake right off the bat.
• 45:41
Speaker 1: And I feel like that's been the uphill battle of their entire life.
• 45:43
Speaker 1: That's been the uphill battle of their entire life.
• 45:46
  Speaker 2: It's fakeness.
• 45:54
  Speaker 1: That's what I value most.
• 45:55
Speaker 1: See instead of lying to people.
• 45:56
  Speaker 2: I just say.
• 45:57
  Speaker 3: I have a cat.
• 46:02
  Speaker 2: It's that simple.
• 46:02
Speaker 2: Yeah, you have a cat and you have some very sexy ankles and you're looking for your ankle soulmate.
• 46:11
  Speaker 1: Oh well, well.
• 46:12

Speaker 1: Second quarter Just wanted to make sure we check in on that.
• 46:22
  Speaker 1: They're still up.
• 46:23
  Speaker 1: We're good.
• 46:24
Speaker 1: We're still on the positive side of the winning on this.
• 46:27
Speaker 3: We're going to record this entire positive thing and just as we're about to end, they're going to start losing and we'll have to redo everything.
• 46:34
Speaker 2: It's fine you know I tend to that.
• 46:37
Speaker 2: That's where my positivity comes from.
• 46:40
Speaker 2: When they're up, I stop watching and then I just assume that they won.
• 46:46
Speaker 2: I don't watch Bill's games live anymore because I don't think it's good for my health.
• 46:54
Speaker 2: I only watch afterwards.

Speaker 1: Ok, you're going to get your TV.
• 47:03
Speaker 1: You have the Bill's game on.

• 47:08
Speaker 1: You're doing everything at once, my friend.
• 47:10
Speaker 1: You're getting it all done at the same time.
• 47:13
  Speaker 2: That's so fun.

Speaker 2: The hosts show up whenever they want.
• 47:55
Speaker 1: But, now I'm sold, and that's you know.
• 47:58
Speaker 1: We wrote people in eventually, and that's what's important, but I like it.
• 48:03
Speaker 1: Listen, you said you found foods that you like.
• 48:05
  Speaker 1: There's you know.
• 48:06
Speaker 1: Then that's trying to figure out how to get those like into your diet while still enjoying all the your drawer full of chocolate.
• 48:13
  Speaker 1: Um, I don't have.
• 48:14
Speaker 1: I have a basement full of treats.
• 48:16
Speaker 1: Basically, what I do is I keep them down there and then, whenever I have to go get something, whenever I want something, I have to go all the way down there and get it, and often I'll just eat a piece of fruit instead because I'm lazy.
• 48:24
Speaker 2: Oh yeah, that would be a great deterrent for me that would be great Stairs.
• 48:29
Speaker 2: Stairs are the best deterrent.

• 48:46
Speaker 1: What are you picking?
• 48:48
Speaker 2: We know that I'm not approved to use this chair.
• 48:52
  Speaker 2: Yes, it's dangerous.
• 48:55
Speaker 3: You're going to have to tie all the bands together.
• 48:57
Speaker 3: Just sit at the top of the stairs and try and lasso them.
• 49:02
Speaker 2: We're back to the grappling hook.
• 49:03
  Speaker 2: The grappling hook.
• 49:06
Speaker 1: As long as we bring it back there, I'm happy.
• 49:08
Speaker 1: That's great, oh man.
• 49:14
  Speaker 2: This is great.
• 49:15
  Speaker 2: I feel energized.
• 49:17
Speaker 2: I feel ready to eat a slime and carrot.
• 49:20
Speaker 2: I gotta remember never to show Rob my ankles because I feel weird about it.
• 49:29
Speaker 1: Do you feel ready to write a second book, Because I know you wrote.
• 49:32
Speaker 1: You already wrote one book.
• 49:33
Speaker 1: We like shameless plugs here.
• 49:35
Speaker 1: That was a smooth segue.
• 49:39
  Speaker 1: Yes, that's all I do.
• 49:41
Speaker 2: So yeah, for those of you who don't know, I have a memoir called what's it called again?
• 49:48
Speaker 2: What's it called again?
• 49:50
Speaker 2: I'm wondering if you actually know.
• 49:56
Speaker 3: Oh, he should know, because I told him yeah, you did, he did tell me.
• 50:00
Speaker 3: I gave him all the cliff notes right before the episode.
• 50:06
Speaker 1: Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, nice Well, yeah, it did and it's on my phone right here, but I'm like sitting here going like at birth he's got this.
• 50:14
  Speaker 3: Oh yeah.
• 50:18
Speaker 1: Something to do with at birth.
• 50:20
  Speaker 2: So close.
• 50:21
Speaker 2: I love the research team.
• 50:25
Speaker 1: No, no, there's no research, as you can clearly tell.
• 50:28
Speaker 2: It's called If at Birth you Don't Succeed.
• 50:31
Speaker 1: If at Birth you Don't Succeed, yes.
• 50:34
  Speaker 2: I like it.
• 50:34
Speaker 2: I'm getting it Well.
• 50:38
Speaker 2: Here's the issue with the second book.
• 50:39
Speaker 2: So the first book was the first 30 years of my life and I put everything that I could into that book and right now I'm 39.
• 50:53
Speaker 2: So I feel like I'm getting close to having a concept for a second book.
• 50:59
Speaker 2: I have concepts of a book, as Donald Trump would say.
• 51:06
Speaker 1: See, I can't get away from the American politics, it always works away and it doesn't matter.
• 51:12
  Speaker 2: But it's.
• 51:13
Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm about ready, and because I felt for many years that I didn't have stories left to tell.
• 51:23
Speaker 2: And now I'm just now getting back into the habit of posting things online, telling stories, and realizing that even those little experiences have value and meaning.
• 51:36
Speaker 2: So, yes, almost ready to write a second book?
• 51:39
Speaker 2: Are you ready to write a first book or have you written a book already?
• 51:44
  Speaker 1: Absolutely not.
• 51:45
Speaker 1: I'm barely ready to wake up in the morning.
• 51:48
  Speaker 1: I can't even.
• 51:48
  Speaker 1: There's no way.
• 51:49
Speaker 2: Rob, you've written six books.
• 51:52
Speaker 3: I don't know if you want to call them books, they're not novels.
• 51:54
Speaker 3: Short stories yes, they're short stories in the form of how to exercise.
• 52:02
  Speaker 2: Oh wow.
• 52:03
Speaker 2: So where can one get these books?
• 52:07
Speaker 3: On our podcast website inmoderationnet.
• 52:14
  Speaker 2: Inmoderationnet.
• 52:16
Speaker 3: Couldn't get to com.
• 52:17
Speaker 3: Huh, Couldn't get to com.
• 52:18
Speaker 3: I emailed the guy and he got nothing back.
• 52:21
Speaker 1: We couldn't yeah, yeah, yeah yeah.
• 52:27
Speaker 2: And you were like we're still doing it in moderation.
• 52:29
Speaker 2: We're not doing it in moderation, pod, we're not going to cave, we don't care about a com.
• 52:36
Speaker 3: And if we go to in moderation com, what do we find?
• 52:39
Speaker 1: Yeah, no one uses ca, but I like Zach is making us plug our own things and we're trying to make him plug his thing.
• 52:46
Speaker 1: I like Zach, is making us plug our own things and we're trying to make him, plug his thing.
• 52:50
Speaker 3: Why don't we go back and forth and we tell you what you should plug and then you tell us what we should plug.
• 52:53
Speaker 3: I know what you need to do.
• 52:53
Speaker 3: You need to bring back Workout Wednesday.
• 52:56
Speaker 2: Yes, Okay, I'll do it, but you got to tell me what the workout should be.
• 53:04
  Speaker 1: Deal.
• 53:04
Speaker 1: Well, I'm 100% in on this.
• 53:06
Speaker 1: You will get some bands okay off the Amazon, or only bands.
• 53:11
Speaker 2: I'll get some bands off the Amazon.
• 53:14
Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, not from the Amazon, off the Amazon.
• 53:18
  Speaker 3: Okay.
• 53:20
Speaker 2: All right Off the website, not the jungle.
• 53:26
Speaker 3: Yes, you don't want tarantulas with your bands.
• 53:30
Speaker 2: I want tarantulas with my bands Fair enough.
• 53:37
Speaker 2: All right, so I'll get the bands and then I'll let you know how the workout goes.
• 53:44
Speaker 2: We'll just film it and I'll say this workout Wednesday was a direct response to the In Moderation podcast, where a man a 40-year-old man with LED lights in his room and a guy who just figured out how to make oolong tea, told me I should do this.
• 54:12
Speaker 1: I've been really liking this oolong tea.
• 54:15
Speaker 3: Has anybody else heard of this?
• 54:16
Speaker 3: Oh yeah, I'm a tea aficionado.
• 54:20
  Speaker 2: This is good.
• 54:21
Speaker 2: What's the difference between oolong tea and other varieties of tea?
• 54:27
Speaker 1: I have no idea.
• 54:28
Speaker 1: It just tastes good.
• 54:29
Speaker 1: It's the difference between oolong tea and other varieties of tea?
• 54:30
Speaker 3: I have no idea.
• 54:31
Speaker 3: It just tastes good, Like I don't it's the way that they like.
• 54:38
Speaker 1: Yeah, Take your time.
• 54:39
Speaker 1: This isn't an audio form Stuff like that, it's like it's this.
• 54:45
Speaker 3: I'm pretty sure oolong is the same plant as green tea and stuff camellia sinensis.
• 54:49
Speaker 1: I remember that that's the tea plant it's just how they.
• 54:53
Speaker 3: They bake it, dehydrate it because green tea, black tea and white tea all come from.
• 54:58
Speaker 1: Camellia sinensis says camellia sinensis, and I don't know about oolong tea, but like it's just a matter of like how long they roast it, and stuff like black tea is just roasted longer.
• 55:08
Speaker 3: Like the difference between a light coffee and a dark coffee.
• 55:12
Speaker 1: I mean, I know you pretty much only drink water, but maybe we can get you in on some tea action over here.
• 55:16
Speaker 2: I got to get in on.
• 55:18
Speaker 2: You know I like tea, but tea is also a diuretic, so that's caffeine is a mild diuretic.
• 55:25
Speaker 1: This is true is mild.
• 55:27
  Speaker 2: So it's mild.
• 55:29
Speaker 2: Then why do I have to pee immediately when I drink coffee?
• 55:33
  Speaker 2: Why is that?
• 55:34
  Speaker 2: Is that?
• 55:35
Speaker 1: I mean it depends on how much caffeine is in it.
• 55:37
Speaker 1: Tea has a little bit less caffeine than coffee does.
• 55:42
Speaker 3: Caffeine also stimulates the muscles in your bowel, and some people respond to that more than others.
• 55:50
Speaker 2: If I could plug bidets on this podcast, that would be another.
• 55:55
Speaker 2: Yeah, oh yeah, I love bidets.
• 56:00
Speaker 1: I've heard good things.
• 56:01
Speaker 1: I haven't invested yet, but I've heard good things.
• 56:03
  Speaker 2: Why not?
• 56:04
  Speaker 2: Why not?
• 56:10
Speaker 3: You're making all that TikTok money Come on on america.
• 56:12
  Speaker 1: We're americans.
• 56:12
Speaker 1: We get used to wiping our butt with dry paper.
• 56:14
Speaker 1: It's tough to break your cycle of that horrible.
• 56:17
Speaker 2: I mean like I've taken that's, that's the when I'm doing well financially, that's the gift that I get people.
• 56:28
Speaker 2: That is a true game changer.
• 56:32
Speaker 2: I say, once you go up a day, you just can't go back.
• 56:42
Speaker 2: I hate going to hotels now because they don't have bidets in them.
• 56:48
Speaker 3: So what you're saying is we need to start a petition for all hotels to install bidets.
• 56:54
Speaker 2: I'm just saying get them in your own homes first Park it over with April Dawn.
• 57:01
  Speaker 1: Yes, April.
• 57:02
Speaker 2: I will check in with.
• 57:03
Speaker 1: April and see how she feels.
• 57:04
Speaker 1: We got a tall toilet because we're both tall and she was tired of sitting down so low that we got a tall.
• 57:10
Speaker 3: You got a tall toilet.
• 57:12
  Speaker 2: Yes, we did.
• 57:13
Speaker 2: I'm never coming to your house.
• 57:15
Speaker 1: Oh yeah, no, it would not be good at all.
• 57:17
Speaker 1: And it's upstairs Like right, when you come in you have to go upstairs.
• 57:21
  Speaker 2: And that's immediately.
• 57:22
Speaker 2: So yeah, it's a bad situation.
• 57:24
Speaker 2: So really, you invited me to your podcast, but you made your actual home as inaccessible as possible it's about there.
• 57:35
Speaker 1: If there was more tarantulas it would probably be less accessible, but like other than that, yeah, we're there wow, wow.
• 57:42
Speaker 2: Well, I'd say, if I'm gonna, will you at least look into getting a bidet for you?
• 57:49
Speaker 2: I will absolutely look at that, because I'm going to be making workout Wednesdays.
• 57:54
Speaker 2: I feel like the least you could do is, you know, pimp out your toilets.
• 57:59
Speaker 1: I will look up a bidet on Amazon.
• 58:00
Speaker 1: You look up a some bands and we'll call it a day I'm going to get some bands.
• 58:06
Speaker 2: See, we're all making progress.
• 58:08
Speaker 2: I'm meeting you where you are, which is not like you're meeting me on my fitness journey, I'm meeting you with a not clean bucket of water.
• 58:22
  Speaker 1: Yeah, dry paper.
• 58:23
Speaker 1: I'm still on the dry paper train.
• 58:25
Speaker 1: Yeah, we got to get you off that train we got to.
• 58:31
Speaker 3: Get you off that train onto the fountain.
• 58:32
Speaker 1: Oh yeah, we got to get you off that train.
• 58:33
Speaker 1: We got to get you off that train onto the fountain.
• 58:34
Speaker 1: Oh man, Well, I think.
• 58:36
Speaker 1: I mean we've been recording for like almost an hour here.
• 58:39
Speaker 1: I'd love to maybe get to like a few things of like, oh, I didn't.
• 58:44
Speaker 2: I thought that this was it?
• 58:45
Speaker 2: I was like they don't have very many questions, but we kind of just ramble.
• 58:49
Speaker 1: I don't have very many questions but fine, we kind of just ramble, but we've been doing it for a while and I'd love, before we go, to get to like a few things, like maybe some misconnections, misconnections, misconnections, mixed misconnections that you get Misconceptions that people have around something.
• 59:06
  Speaker 1: He's serious.
• 59:06
  Speaker 1: I can't say words.
• 59:08
Speaker 1: Rob, take over, man, my fucking voice.
• 59:10
Speaker 2: I get it, I get it, I get it.
• 59:11
Speaker 2: You want the disability angle, let's get to it.
• 59:15
Speaker 1: We want it a little bit.
• 59:17
Speaker 2: Yeah, just a little bit.
• 59:19
Speaker 2: It would be like talking to Rob and not bringing up the beard.
• 59:23
  Speaker 1: Exactly.
• 59:24
Speaker 1: We've talked about that so many times.
• 59:29
Speaker 2: So yeah, I have cerebral palsy and I think honestly.
• 59:31
Speaker 2: So yeah, I have cerebral palsy and I think honestly.
• 59:34
Speaker 2: You know, I use a wheelchair.
• 59:35
Speaker 2: And I think the biggest misconception that I get on a daily basis from strangers who don't know my work and my life is that my life is harder and more challenging than it is.
• 59:52
Speaker 2: And I always like to say, like, just because there are challenges in my life doesn't mean that it's not a fantastic life, right?
• 1:00:04
Speaker 2: So, like, I think there is the misconception or the sort of default is I'm either inspiring or pitiful, when really I'm just a person going through life.
• 1:00:22
  Speaker 1: I love that.
• 1:00:23
Speaker 3: A funny person going through life, yeah, funny.
• 1:00:24
Speaker 3: A very funny person who's inspiring others.
• 1:00:29
  Speaker 1: I mean, listen, you've done a lot.
• 1:00:31
Speaker 1: I'm pretty sure you and Rob were born like around the same time and you've done a lot.
• 1:00:32
  Speaker 1: You're you.
• 1:00:32
Speaker 1: I'm pretty sure you and rob were born like around the same time and you've done a lot more than him.
• 1:00:35
Speaker 1: So like that's not true.
• 1:00:39
Speaker 2: He's been growing that thing since his early 20s he has the beard, we'll throw him a I also have a cat.
• 1:00:49
  Speaker 1: He's a cat.
• 1:00:50
  Speaker 1: He's a bearded cat man.
• 1:00:53
Speaker 1: We'll give him that five.
• 1:00:55
  Speaker 3: Thank you.
• 1:00:56
Speaker 1: But in every other way.
• 1:01:02
Speaker 2: You're doing great, rob.
• 1:01:03
Speaker 2: He's doing great, and you know who else is doing great.
• 1:01:06
Speaker 1: The Bills, who are up 17 to 7.
• 1:01:08
  Speaker 1: They're up 10 right now.
• 1:01:10
  Speaker 1: That's all I'm saying.
• 1:01:13
Speaker 1: We've almost ended the second quarter.
• 1:01:15
Speaker 1: Had to check in.
• 1:01:16
  Speaker 2: This is great.
• 1:01:17
  Speaker 2: Love this, yeah.
• 1:01:18
Speaker 2: So yeah, I think I've inspired people.
• 1:01:25
Speaker 2: Incidentally, and you know, in the disability community there's this thing called inspiration porn, which is basically telling stories of disabled people overcoming adversity for the benefit of making able-bodied people feel good and warm and fuzzy.
• 1:01:48
Speaker 2: And I think what I tried to do with with, like, workout wednesday and with a lot of my stuff, is sort of turn that that on its head and say, you know, like um, it's, it's the whole point of workout wednesday was to present as a motivational fitness person but be really bad at everything I'm doing and say nonsense.
• 1:02:14
Speaker 2: Like an inspirational poster, that just is.
• 1:02:16
Speaker 2: It doesn't even compute but it sort of makes sense.
• 1:02:21
Speaker 2: And yeah, what's been interesting about that is, you know, people find it really funny, some people find it really funny, some people find it inspiring.
• 1:02:30
Speaker 2: But also funny, and I'm okay with I.
• 1:02:34
Speaker 2: I'm okay with people finding me inspiring for the things that I actually do, not just my diagnosis or my condition, right.
• 1:02:44
Speaker 2: So I think, um, you know, if people are motivated, or if people with disabilities look at me and they see a different path for themselves, I'm I'm fine with that.
• 1:02:57
Speaker 2: But you know, there there is a sort of tendency to to look at a disabled person who is achieving a goal and saying, oh, they must have overcome so much, so much, and really, like I, I haven't overcome anything, still disabled, and in fact it's like opened as many doors for me as it's closed.
• 1:03:19
Speaker 2: So I, I think I just have you know, maybe it's me being 40 now or almost 40, but I just have a whole lot of gratitude for this, the whole package and like it's really shaped my perspective in a positive and profound way.
• 1:03:38
Speaker 2: So you know, that's, that's my take on it now, and I'm sure I'll look back on this podcast in 10 years and be like, what the hell was he taught?
• 1:03:47
Speaker 2: Like, but, um, yeah, just, I think the thing is we've all got challenges.
• 1:03:55
Speaker 2: I mean, like you, you got that whole new kettle with the buttons I know I'm figuring it out like maybe, maybe that's your cerebral palsy.
• 1:04:06
Speaker 2: I'm not making an equivalency.
• 1:04:09
Speaker 1: I'm in a little trouble if I put that on my bio, but I like the idea there's this.
• 1:04:23
Speaker 3: Um uh, she's a girl with down syndrome and I really wish I could remember her name.
• 1:04:28
Speaker 3: She put out a video and the video, the message behind the video, was essentially stop telling me what I can't do.
• 1:04:37
Speaker 3: Instead, encourage me to try.
• 1:04:42
  Speaker 2: Yeah, I think that's.
• 1:04:43
Speaker 2: That is the key.
• 1:04:45
Speaker 2: You know, that's what my, my mom and dad instilled in me.
• 1:04:49
Speaker 2: It's like they they were always looking for what my passions were and they encouraged those.
• 1:04:58
Speaker 2: Rather than, you know, being so concerned about, uh, what I couldn't do or what I was struggling with, that they missed out on what my personality was.
• 1:05:10
Speaker 2: So they were really just encouraging me to find out who I was and what I loved to do, which made all the difference.
• 1:05:21
Speaker 3: And now you're a WWE heavyweight superstar.
• 1:05:24
  Speaker 2: Yeah, that's me.
• 1:05:25
  Speaker 2: I'm the Undertaker.
• 1:05:33
  Speaker 3: I don't know, I haven't watched.
• 1:05:36
Speaker 2: WWE since the 90s.
• 1:05:38
  Speaker 3: I have no idea, you're a wheelchair Undertaker, that's right.
• 1:05:43
Speaker 1: Hulk Hogan is just so good, and other people.
• 1:05:48
Speaker 2: Oh yeah, brett the Hitman heart, oh yeah yeah, rick rick flair.
• 1:06:00
  Speaker 1: I think that's someone.
• 1:06:01
Speaker 3: Yeah, those are so good rick moranis right that that was a wrestler that.
• 1:06:09
  Speaker 2: That's right yeah.
• 1:06:12
Speaker 1: But yeah, I mean, I think it's just so important.
• 1:06:14
Speaker 1: Just that's what you know.
• 1:06:15
Speaker 1: I hear from people a lot.
• 1:06:16
Speaker 1: It's just like hey, you gave me a little bit encouraging encouragement to try because, like you know, people get so caught up in like little things and we're just like hey, at the end of the day, if you're trying it, something's always better than nothing.
• 1:06:31
Speaker 1: If you're trying it, you know, something's always better than nothing.
• 1:06:33
Speaker 1: And so, like you know, stop worrying about, like those you know, these little things, and just do do what you can with what you have that's right, and I feel like that's the the motto of this podcast.
• 1:06:42
Speaker 2: Something is always better than nothing yeah, that's right we have a.
• 1:06:47
Speaker 1: That's pretty much it yeah, we got a few, a few mottos.
• 1:06:50
Speaker 1: You know, check out our only bands.
• 1:06:52
Speaker 1: Um, something's always better than nothing.
• 1:06:54
Speaker 1: You know all that stuff.
• 1:06:55
Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, I I think, but I think like it is, like I love the mentality.
• 1:07:03
Speaker 2: You know, all jokes aside, like I think it's, it's wonderful to realize that.
• 1:07:08
Speaker 2: Okay, you know, even if things go off the rails a little bit, if you have like, every day is a chance to to move the needle in in the right direction right and every, every interaction you have.
• 1:07:25
Speaker 2: you have a choice to have a, a positive or a negative one, and, like it's okay to you know, not do everything perfectly, it's just.
• 1:07:38
Speaker 2: I think the thing that I've realized as I've gotten older is like I need to be encouraging to myself.
• 1:07:48
Speaker 2: You know, it's like it doesn't really work, if you beat yourself up for what you're not doing, if you say, like, this body that I live in has gotten me to this point and we're partners through my whole life, um and uh, so I'm, I have gratitude for that and, you know, particularly with, like, fitness, the, the reason I want to actually pay more attention to it is because I love this life and my, my body is what's, you know, keeping me here and allowing me to enjoy it, and that's the key is like enjoying it and, um, uh, like embracing this really unique and singular experience of being alive, and it's pretty cool, even when it's hard.
• 1:08:39
Speaker 1: I feel like really fucking inspired right now.
• 1:08:41
Speaker 1: I don't know about you, rob, but I feel like I'm ready to go.
• 1:08:43
Speaker 1: I'm terrible at inspirational speeches.
• 1:08:46
Speaker 1: We need to get, like Zach, back on when people are feeling down.
• 1:08:49
Speaker 3: We'll just make a bunch of voice tips of him with inspirational things.
• 1:08:53
Speaker 3: Well, that's essentially what Workout Wednesday is right there.
• 1:08:57
Speaker 1: Yeah, man, I like that.
• 1:08:59
  Speaker 1: That's.
• 1:08:59
  Speaker 1: Awesome Cool.
• 1:09:02
Speaker 2: Well, I'm glad that we got around to like what we were supposed to be doing for the first hour.
• 1:09:10
Speaker 3: I guess that kind of sums up all our podcasts.
• 1:09:14
Speaker 1: That's pretty much every one of our podcasts.
• 1:09:16
Speaker 1: We just come on and want to just joke and have fun, because that's when life can just beat you up so fucking bad, and it's so easy to get caught up in the negative.
• 1:09:29
Speaker 1: Even for me, someone like myself, who's quite a positive person, I'll get, like you know, a hundred people are like yeah man, I really love you, know your stuff, this is awesome.
• 1:09:37
Speaker 1: And I get one like you know.
• 1:09:38
Speaker 1: You get one dickhead who's just like trying to bring you down.
• 1:09:41
Speaker 1: It's a lot easier to remember the one asshole than it is you know.
• 1:09:45
Speaker 1: Uh, you know, but you have to wash that asshole away with the bidet as much as you can in order to focus on the positive.
• 1:09:52
Speaker 1: You know what you.
• 1:09:53
Speaker 2: You know what you can bring yeah, you have to like, like, treat, treat the life like it's a bidet everything.
• 1:10:02
Speaker 2: Yes, you just gotta wash away all the shit so you can feel it exactly.
• 1:10:08
  Speaker 1: Yes, let's get.
• 1:10:09
Speaker 1: We need a little sound bite of that, but we got.
• 1:10:12
Speaker 1: We're gonna work on an app we talked we've been talking about that where it's just like when people are feeling down, you just hit a button and you get little like snippets of this, like the podcast we'll get.
• 1:10:22
Speaker 1: We'll put that one in there that's great.
• 1:10:25
Speaker 1: I'm so glad I made the theoretical app I want, want that I will put money forward to that.
• 1:10:33
Speaker 1: You know, he's just like hey, I'm feeling down.
• 1:10:35
  Speaker 1: Where's that bidet?
• 1:10:36
Speaker 1: Make me feel better, nice.
• 1:10:43
Speaker 2: Oh, that's going to be a lot of extra work for me.
• 1:10:44
Speaker 3: We're going through every episode.
• 1:10:46
Speaker 1: OK, got to put that one in, put that one in, put that one in.
• 1:10:51
Speaker 2: But think of the lives you'll change exactly oh, I love it man hey, is this?
• 1:10:59
Speaker 2: Is this awkward pause?
• 1:11:00
Speaker 2: Does every episode just end with an awkward pause?
• 1:11:05
Speaker 3: every episode just trails off until we suddenly go okay, that's it, whatever that or it's.
• 1:11:11
Speaker 1: It ends immediately with me yelling about something.
• 1:11:14
Speaker 1: It's kind of like 50 50 between the two, I feel like okay, is there anything that?
• 1:11:26
Speaker 3: you want to rant about god, I mean yeah, I could.
• 1:11:29
Speaker 1: I mean just so, just so many things, so many things.
• 1:11:34
Speaker 1: But you know what I'll leave that for.
• 1:11:36
Speaker 1: Well, I'm gonna do a whole episode of just like liam rants and I'm just gonna be like that old guy what was that guy on 60 minutes?
• 1:11:42
Speaker 1: Like yeah and yeah and we'll just call it the andy rooney episode and I'll just fucking yell about all the stuff that annoys me.
• 1:11:53
Speaker 3: And I'll feel better.
• 1:11:54
Speaker 3: That would be an easy one for me to edit, because I'll just throw it up as is.
• 1:11:58
Speaker 1: Let it run, and I'll just yell.
• 1:11:59
  Speaker 3: I like that.
• 1:12:00
  Speaker 1: That's good.
• 1:12:00
Speaker 1: So, yeah, I won't do it this time around, but, yeah, in the future.
• 1:12:03
  Speaker 1: Stay tuned.
• 1:12:04
  Speaker 2: Cool, all right.
• 1:12:07
Speaker 1: Oh man, oh man.
• 1:12:10
Speaker 1: Well, I guess we should also say before we go where can people find you for when this Workout Wednesday comes back?
• 1:12:17
Speaker 2: Okay, so go to ZachHannercom and I think that connects to all my socials.
• 1:12:27
Speaker 3: Oh, mrfancyhascom, over here.
• 1:12:30
Speaker 1: I've been have it forever.
• 1:12:32
Speaker 2: Right, so there's a story behind this.
• 1:12:37
Speaker 2: So my whole career started when I an audition video for a show on the Oprah Network went viral right, and it went viral overnight because of Reddit and 4chan and 4chan.
• 1:12:54
Speaker 2: Okay, yeah, right I'm the one like the one positive story to come out of 4chan yeah, it's like one of three.
• 1:13:03
Speaker 2: Maybe I didn't know what 4chan was, thankfully when it happened, but good.
• 1:13:08
Speaker 2: But as it turns out, my name when you when they thought I was a troll because my name is zach anner and it when they were looking at it it said z for channer.
• 1:13:20
Speaker 2: Right, they're like, oh this, this guy's a troll with his oprah audition and I I had no idea and they thought that I was like trolling and pretending to like be disabled, to like troll Oprah or something, and I wound up getting my whole career out of that.
• 1:13:42
Speaker 2: So it was a fluke that I turned something from 4chan into a career of positivity.
• 1:13:52
Speaker 3: And that is the most impressive thing I've heard in a long time, yeah, so just random.
• 1:14:01
Speaker 2: I shouldn't be here but because people thought my name was a joke.
• 1:14:06
Speaker 2: I am, so it's nice Sometimes things work out and you guys just gotta roll with it.
• 1:14:16
Speaker 1: I like it yeah I mean literally I just have to roll with it?
• 1:14:22
Speaker 2: yep, zachannercom I did.
• 1:14:25
Speaker 2: Oh yeah, I didn't have the website because that the night I went viral, someone like bought out the website and then, uh, 10 years later my best friend andrew got it back for me.
• 1:14:40
Speaker 2: So, um yeah, if you like hold out hope for in moderationcom, because it might happen you know, one day you just have to put me in touch with this andrew guy.
• 1:14:53
Speaker 3: Yeah, there you go?
• 1:14:54
Speaker 2: yeah, he'll buy it for you and send it to you on your birthday.
• 1:14:57
Speaker 2: But yeah, they can go to zach annercom zach anner on all the socials or whatever, or you?
• 1:15:08
Speaker 2: Know you can just not follow me.
• 1:15:10
Speaker 2: You know, it's fine if you.
• 1:15:12
Speaker 2: If you don't, I mean if I'm not your vibe, I get it.
• 1:15:15
Speaker 2: There's a lot of internet out there, but if you there's a lot of internet like I understand, you know I'm not for everybody, because I'm gonna be talking about bidets a lot and hopefully more workouts to come More workouts to come.
• 1:15:40
Speaker 2: I'm going to be checking in with Rob for how to do for my band form.
• 1:15:46
Speaker 2: Make sure that's all good.
• 1:15:48
Speaker 2: You know, make sure that's all good.
• 1:15:55
Speaker 2: Um and uh, liam, I won't check in with you at all because you probably are installing some like.
• 1:15:58
Speaker 2: So how about stairs to your high toilet?
• 1:16:00
  Speaker 2: How about that?
• 1:16:01
Speaker 1: yeah, basically our house.
• 1:16:02
Speaker 1: You go stairs up, there's stairs to go upstairs and there's stairs immediately to go downstairs, right under our house, so immediately, this is just like worst case scenario.
• 1:16:10
  Speaker 2: Yes, and our.
• 1:16:10
Speaker 2: It's just an Escher painting.
• 1:16:12
  Speaker 3: It's all stairs.
• 1:16:14
  Speaker 1: Yes, it's FCN.
• 1:16:14
  Speaker 1: Oh yeah, well.
• 1:16:20
Speaker 1: I'll still cheer with the Bills for you who are up 24 to 7.
• 1:16:27
  Speaker 1: Wow.
• 1:16:29
Speaker 2: I really should have watched this game.
• 1:16:31
Speaker 2: Well, it's halfway through it's you know.
• 1:16:35
Speaker 1: We're finishing up here with this second half.
• 1:16:37
