  kickoff
• 0:01
  call
• 0:01
  for
• 0:01
  one
• 0:02
  of
• 0:02
  our
• 0:02
  new
• 0:02
  clients,
• 0:02
  for
• 0:03
  one
• 0:03
  of
• 0:03
  our
• 0:03
  Community
• 0:04
  Upgrade
• 0:04
  services.
• 0:05
  So
• 0:05
  she
• 0:05
  has
• 0:06
  an
• 0:06
  existing
• 0:06
  membership,
• 0:07
  super
• 0:07
  successful,
• 0:08
  over
• 0:08
  400
• 0:08
  members.
• 0:09
  And
• 0:09
  our
• 0:10
  goal
• 0:10
  here
• 0:10
  is
• 0:10
  to
• 0:11
  increase
• 0:11
  her
• 0:11
  engagement
• 0:11
  and
• 0:12
  her
• 0:12
  retention.
• 0:13
  So
• 0:13
  I
• 0:13
  focus
• 0:13
  a
• 0:13
  lot
• 0:14
  on
• 0:14
  that
• 0:14
  section
• 0:14
  and
• 0:15
  then
• 0:15
  we
• 0:15
  move
• 0:15
  on
• 0:15
  to,
• 0:15
  like,
• 0:16
  how
• 0:16
  can
• 0:16
  we
• 0:16
  scale
• 0:17
  the
• 0:17
  community
• 0:18
  and
• 0:18
  really
• 0:18
  focus
• 0:19
  on
• 0:19
  growth?
• 0:20
  So
• 0:20
  the
• 0:20
  first
• 0:20
  thing
• 0:20
  I
• 0:21
  like
• 0:21
  to
• 0:21
  do
• 0:21
  is
• 0:21
  run
• 0:21
  a
• 0:22
  member
• 0:22
  survey.
• 0:22
  So
• 0:22
  we
• 0:23
  want
• 0:23
  to
• 0:23
  understand
• 0:23
  a
• 0:24
  couple
• 0:24
  of
• 0:24
  things.
• 0:24
  And
• 0:25
  so
• 0:25
  what
• 0:25
  I
• 0:25
  want
• 0:25
  to
• 0:25
  share
• 0:25
  with
• 0:26
  you
• 0:26
  today
• 0:26
  is
• 0:26
  one
• 0:27
  of
• 0:27
  the
• 0:27
  questions
• 0:28
  we
• 0:28
  put
• 0:28
  in
• 0:28
  the
• 0:29
  member
• 0:29
  survey
• 0:29
  that
• 0:29
  can
• 0:30
  be
• 0:30
  one
• 0:31
  really
• 0:31
  insightful,
• 0:32
  even
• 0:33
  though
• 0:33
  it's
• 0:33
  just
• 0:34
  a
• 0:34
  quantitative
• 0:34
  metric.
• 0:35
  So
• 0:36
  I
• 0:36
  like
• 0:36
  to
• 0:36
  ask
• 0:36
  a
• 0:36
  member
• 0:37
  what
• 0:37
  their
• 0:38
  favorite
• 0:38
  part
• 0:38
  of
• 0:38
  the
• 0:39
  membership
• 0:39
  is.
• 0:39
  I
• 0:39
  know
• 0:39
  that
• 0:40
  sounds
• 0:40
  really
• 0:40
  simple,
• 0:40
  but
• 0:41
  basically
• 0:41
  you
• 0:42
  ask
• 0:42
  them,
• 0:42
  what's
• 0:42
  your
• 0:43
  favorite
• 0:43
  part
• 0:43
  of
• 0:43
  your
• 0:43
  membership?
• 0:43
  What
• 0:44
  do
• 0:44
  you
• 0:44
  get
• 0:44
  the
• 0:44
  most
• 0:44
  out
• 0:44
  of
• 0:44
  your
• 0:44
  membership?
• 0:45
  You
• 0:45
  know,
• 0:45
  you
• 0:45
  can
• 0:45
  word
• 0:45
  it
• 0:45
  a
• 0:46
  few
• 0:46
  different
• 0:46
  ways.
• 0:47
  And
• 0:48
  we'll
• 0:48
  put
• 0:48
  a
• 0:48
  list
• 0:49
  of
• 0:49
  all
• 0:49
  of
• 0:49
  the
• 0:49
  features.
• 0:50
  So
• 0:50
  it
• 0:50
  might
• 0:50
  say
• 0:51
  something
• 0:51
  like
• 0:52
  the
• 0:53
  course
• 0:54
  that
• 0:54
  you
• 0:54
  offer,
• 0:55
  the
• 0:55
  content
• 0:56
  library.
• 0:57
  Be
• 0:57
  as
• 0:57
  specific
• 0:58
  as
• 0:58
  possible.
• 0:59
  Your
• 0:59
  list
• 0:59
  might
• 0:59
  be
• 0:59
  like
• 1:00
  five,
• 1:00
  five
• 1:00
  to
• 1:00
  ten
• 1:00
  things.
• 1:02
  You
• 1:02
  know,
• 1:02
  the,
• 1:02
  the
• 1:02
  monthly
• 1:03
  Q
• 1:03
  and
• 1:03
  A
• 1:03
  calls,
• 1:04
  whatever
• 1:04
  it
• 1:04
  looks
• 1:05
  like,
• 1:05
  whatever
• 1:05
  your
• 1:06
  feature
• 1:06
  set
• 1:06
  is,
• 1:07
  that's
• 1:07
  the
• 1:07
  responses
• 1:08
  that
• 1:08
  they
• 1:08
  choose.
• 1:09
  One
• 1:09
  thing
• 1:09
  that's
• 1:10
  important
• 1:10
  about
• 1:10
  this
• 1:11
  survey
• 1:11
  question
• 1:11
  is
• 1:12
  you
• 1:12
  also
• 1:12
  want
• 1:12
  to
• 1:12
  make
• 1:13
  sure
• 1:13
  it
• 1:13
  rotates
• 1:14
  the
• 1:14
  responses
• 1:15
  on
• 1:15
  like,
• 1:16
  shuffles
• 1:16
  the
• 1:16
  responses
• 1:17
  on
• 1:17
  every
• 1:18
  survey
• 1:19
  response
• 1:19
  so
• 1:20
  that
• 1:20
  everybody
• 1:20
  sees
• 1:20
  a
• 1:21
  different
• 1:21
  order
• 1:21
  of
• 1:21
  these
• 1:22
  things
• 1:22
  to
• 1:22
  just
• 1:22
  like,
• 1:22
  help
• 1:23
  with
• 1:23
  the,
• 1:23
  the
• 1:23
  bias
• 1:24
  of
• 1:24
  the
• 1:24
  order
• 1:24
  of
• 1:25
  the
• 1:25
  responses.
• 1:26
  Which
• 1:26
  you
• 1:26
  can
• 1:26
  do
• 1:26
  that
• 1:27
  in
• 1:27
  like
• 1:27
  any
• 1:28
  survey
• 1:28
  tool,
• 1:28
  even,
• 1:29
  even
• 1:29
  Google
• 1:30
  Forms,
• 1:30
  which
• 1:30
  is
• 1:30
  free,
• 1:31
  allows
• 1:31
  that.
• 1:32
  So
• 1:33
  I
• 1:33
  have
• 1:33
  loved
• 1:33
  to
• 1:34
  ask
• 1:34
  this
• 1:34
  question
• 1:34
  ever
• 1:35
  since
• 1:35
  I
• 1:35
  asked
• 1:35
  it
• 1:36
  in
• 1:36
  a
• 1:36
  survey
• 1:36
  at
• 1:36
  Boss
• 1:37
  Babe.
• 1:37
  So
• 1:37
  I,
• 1:38
  when
• 1:38
  I
• 1:38
  asked
• 1:38
  this
• 1:38
  question
• 1:38
  at
• 1:39
  Boss
• 1:39
  Babe,
• 1:39
  I
• 1:39
  learned
• 1:40
  that
• 1:40
  our
• 1:40
  members
• 1:40
  said
• 1:40
  the
• 1:40
  best
• 1:41
  part
• 1:41
  of
• 1:41
  our
• 1:41
  membership
• 1:42
  was
• 1:42
  our
• 1:42
  monthly
• 1:43
  masterclass
• 1:43
  drop.
• 1:44
  So
• 1:44
  let's
• 1:44
  kind
• 1:45
  of
• 1:45
  circle
• 1:45
  back
• 1:45
  here
• 1:45
  to
• 1:46
  2022,
• 1:47
  when
• 1:47
  I
• 1:47
  was
• 1:47
  head
• 1:47
  of
• 1:47
  product
• 1:47
  at
• 1:48
  Boss
• 1:48
  Babe,
• 1:48
  we
• 1:49
  were
• 1:50
  dropping
• 1:50
  a
• 1:51
  highly
• 1:51
  produced
• 1:52
  monthly
• 1:53
  masterclass
• 1:54
  every
• 1:54
  single
• 1:54
  month.
• 1:55
  So
• 1:55
  it
• 1:55
  was.
• 1:55
  Our
• 1:56
  masterclass
• 1:56
  was
• 1:56
  like
• 1:57
  a
• 1:57
  series.
• 1:58
  Think
• 1:58
  of
• 1:58
  Masterclass
• 1:59
  the
• 1:59
  company.
• 1:59
  It
• 1:59
  was
• 1:59
  kind
• 1:59
  of
• 2:00
  like
• 2:00
  that.
• 2:00
  So
• 2:00
  it
• 2:00
  was
• 2:00
  a
• 2:00
  series
• 2:01
  of
• 2:01
  videos
• 2:02
  from
• 2:02
  a
• 2:02
  top
• 2:03
  creator
• 2:03
  or
• 2:04
  influencer.
• 2:06
  So,
• 2:06
  like,
• 2:06
  one
• 2:06
  of
• 2:06
  our
• 2:06
  most
• 2:07
  popular
• 2:07
  ones
• 2:07
  was
• 2:07
  Manifestation
• 2:08
  Babe.
• 2:09
  Like
• 2:09
  Catherine
• 2:09
  Zinkina,
• 2:10
  she
• 2:10
  did
• 2:10
  one.
• 2:11
  And
• 2:11
  so
• 2:11
  we're
• 2:11
  working
• 2:12
  with
• 2:13
  these
• 2:14
  large
• 2:14
  creator
• 2:15
  teams
• 2:15
  to
• 2:16
  partner
• 2:16
  and
• 2:17
  then
• 2:17
  have
• 2:17
  them
• 2:17
  produce
• 2:18
  a
• 2:18
  video.
• 2:18
  And
• 2:18
  then
• 2:19
  we're
• 2:19
  like,
• 2:19
  it
• 2:19
  was
• 2:20
  so
• 2:20
  much
• 2:20
  work
• 2:20
  on
• 2:21
  the
• 2:21
  team
• 2:21
  because
• 2:21
  there
• 2:22
  was
• 2:22
  producing
• 2:22
  the
• 2:22
  video,
• 2:23
  there
• 2:23
  was
• 2:23
  getting
• 2:23
  all
• 2:23
  the
• 2:23
  assets
• 2:24
  ready
• 2:24
  we
• 2:24
  would
• 2:25
  create
• 2:25
  a
• 2:25
  workbook.
• 2:26
  We
• 2:26
  would
• 2:26
  organize
• 2:27
  a
• 2:27
  Q
• 2:27
  and
• 2:27
  A
• 2:27
  with
• 2:27
  that
• 2:27
  creator
• 2:28
  to
• 2:28
  come
• 2:28
  in
• 2:28
  every
• 2:28
  month.
• 2:29
  And
• 2:29
  it
• 2:29
  was
• 2:30
  a
• 2:30
  very
• 2:30
  awesome
• 2:31
  feature.
• 2:32
  However,
• 2:33
  it
• 2:33
  had
• 2:33
  its
• 2:33
  issues.
• 2:34
  Because
• 2:34
  we
• 2:34
  were
• 2:35
  working
• 2:35
  with
• 2:35
  these
• 2:35
  top
• 2:35
  brands,
• 2:36
  we
• 2:36
  really
• 2:36
  had
• 2:37
  to
• 2:37
  plan
• 2:37
  very
• 2:37
  far
• 2:38
  in
• 2:38
  advance.
• 2:38
  So
• 2:38
  we
• 2:38
  would
• 2:39
  have.
• 2:39
  We
• 2:39
  would
• 2:39
  be
• 2:39
  planned
• 2:39
  out,
• 2:39
  like,
• 2:40
  six
• 2:40
  months
• 2:40
  at
• 2:40
  least
• 2:40
  in
• 2:41
  advance,
• 2:41
  where
• 2:42
  we've
• 2:42
  at
• 2:42
  least
• 2:42
  lined
• 2:43
  up
• 2:44
  what
• 2:44
  masterclasses,
• 2:45
  look,
• 2:45
  launching,
• 2:45
  what
• 2:45
  month.
• 2:46
  And
• 2:46
  that
• 2:46
  might
• 2:47
  sound
• 2:47
  like,
• 2:47
  yeah,
• 2:48
  okay,
• 2:48
  that
• 2:48
  makes
• 2:48
  sense.
• 2:49
  But
• 2:49
  the
• 2:49
  problem
• 2:49
  with
• 2:49
  that
• 2:49
  is
• 2:50
  that
• 2:50
  we're
• 2:50
  not
• 2:51
  really
• 2:51
  responding
• 2:51
  to
• 2:52
  what
• 2:52
  our
• 2:52
  community
• 2:52
  needs
• 2:53
  and
• 2:54
  what
• 2:54
  questions
• 2:55
  they
• 2:55
  have.
• 2:55
  It's
• 2:56
  more
• 2:56
  like,
• 2:56
  who
• 2:57
  can
• 2:57
  we
• 2:57
  lock
• 2:58
  in?
• 2:58
  That's
• 2:58
  a
• 2:58
  big
• 2:59
  brand
• 2:59
  that's
• 2:59
  gonna
• 2:59
  bring
• 2:59
  new
• 3:00
  people
• 3:00
  in,
• 3:00
  that
• 3:01
  people
• 3:01
  are
• 3:01
  gonna
• 3:01
  be
• 3:01
  excited
• 3:02
  about
• 3:02
  every
• 3:02
  single
• 3:03
  month
• 3:03
  because
• 3:03
  we're
• 3:03
  gonna
• 3:04
  drop
• 3:04
  these
• 3:04
  exciting
• 3:05
  trailers
• 3:05
  on
• 3:06
  Instagram.
• 3:07
  And
• 3:07
  so
• 3:07
  it
• 3:08
  might
• 3:08
  be
• 3:08
  January,
• 3:08
  and
• 3:09
  I'm
• 3:09
  thinking
• 3:09
  about,
• 3:09
  like,
• 3:10
  oh,
• 3:10
  who
• 3:10
  can
• 3:10
  we
• 3:10
  slot
• 3:11
  in
• 3:11
  for
• 3:11
  August?
• 3:12
  And
• 3:12
  it's
• 3:13
  more
• 3:13
  about
• 3:13
  how
• 3:14
  it
• 3:14
  looks
• 3:15
  and,
• 3:15
  like,
• 3:15
  locking
• 3:16
  in
• 3:16
  these
• 3:16
  big
• 3:16
  names
• 3:17
  than
• 3:17
  it
• 3:18
  is
• 3:18
  producing
• 3:19
  a
• 3:19
  video
• 3:19
  that
• 3:20
  people
• 3:20
  actually
• 3:20
  need
• 3:20
  that's
• 3:21
  going
• 3:21
  to
• 3:21
  help
• 3:21
  them
• 3:21
  grow
• 3:21
  their
• 3:22
  business.
• 3:22
  And
• 3:23
  so
• 3:23
  I
• 3:23
  remember
• 3:23
  this
• 3:24
  moment
• 3:24
  where
• 3:24
  I
• 3:24
  was
• 3:24
  reviewing
• 3:25
  our
• 3:25
  survey
• 3:25
  results
• 3:26
  in
• 3:26
  our
• 3:26
  member
• 3:26
  survey,
• 3:27
  and
• 3:27
  it
• 3:28
  was
• 3:28
  like,
• 3:28
  overwhelmingly
• 3:29
  Masterclass
• 3:30
  drop
• 3:30
  was
• 3:30
  like
• 3:31
  the
• 3:31
  number
• 3:31
  one
• 3:31
  feature
• 3:32
  of
• 3:32
  the
• 3:32
  membership.
• 3:32
  And
• 3:32
  I
• 3:33
  was
• 3:33
  like,
• 3:33
  oh,
• 3:34
  no,
• 3:35
  because
• 3:35
  it
• 3:36
  was
• 3:36
  so
• 3:36
  uncontrollable.
• 3:37
  Like,
• 3:38
  it's
• 3:38
  not
• 3:39
  like
• 3:39
  I
• 3:39
  always
• 3:39
  say,
• 3:39
  like,
• 3:40
  control
• 3:40
  the
• 3:40
  controllables.
• 3:41
  And
• 3:41
  if
• 3:41
  you
• 3:41
  know
• 3:42
  that
• 3:42
  your
• 3:44
  community
• 3:44
  and
• 3:44
  connection
• 3:45
  is
• 3:45
  like,
• 3:45
  the
• 3:46
  number
• 3:46
  one
• 3:46
  thing,
• 3:46
  okay,
• 3:47
  well,
• 3:47
  how
• 3:47
  can
• 3:47
  we
• 3:47
  drive
• 3:47
  more
• 3:48
  connection?
• 3:48
  You
• 3:48
  can
• 3:48
  do
• 3:48
  lots
• 3:49
  of
• 3:49
  experiments
• 3:49
  around
• 3:49
  that,
• 3:50
  but
• 3:50
  because
• 3:50
  the
• 3:50
  monthly
• 3:51
  masterclass
• 3:51
  was
• 3:52
  the
• 3:52
  favorite
• 3:52
  thing,
• 3:52
  it's
• 3:53
  like,
• 3:53
  okay,
• 3:53
  well,
• 3:53
  how
• 3:53
  can
• 3:54
  we
• 3:54
  get
• 3:54
  more
• 3:54
  control
• 3:54
  here?
• 3:55
  And
• 3:56
  so
• 3:56
  I
• 3:56
  looked
• 3:57
  at
• 3:57
  this
• 3:57
  problem
• 3:57
  and
• 3:58
  I
• 3:58
  was
• 3:58
  like,
• 3:58
  okay,
• 3:58
  there's
• 3:59
  a
• 3:59
  couple
• 3:59
  of
• 3:59
  things
• 3:59
  we
• 4:00
  can
• 4:00
  do.
• 4:00
  So
• 4:01
  the
• 4:01
  first
• 4:01
  thing
• 4:01
  that
• 4:01
  was
• 4:01
  the
• 4:02
  problem
• 4:02
  is
• 4:02
  I
• 4:02
  was
• 4:02
  like,
• 4:03
  how
• 4:03
  can
• 4:03
  we
• 4:03
  remove
• 4:04
  some
• 4:04
  of
• 4:04
  the
• 4:04
  extreme
• 4:05
  variability
• 4:06
  here
• 4:06
  that
• 4:06
  we
• 4:06
  have
• 4:07
  with
• 4:07
  what
• 4:07
  these
• 4:07
  topics
• 4:08
  are
• 4:08
  like?
• 4:08
  I
• 4:09
  remember
• 4:09
  the
• 4:09
  one
• 4:09
  month
• 4:09
  we
• 4:10
  had
• 4:10
  Manifestation,
• 4:11
  babe.
• 4:11
  The
• 4:11
  next
• 4:12
  month
• 4:12
  we
• 4:13
  had
• 4:13
  somebody
• 4:14
  teaching,
• 4:14
  like,
• 4:15
  notion
• 4:15
  operation
• 4:16
  strategy
• 4:16
  type
• 4:17
  stuff.
• 4:17
  And
• 4:17
  so
• 4:17
  we
• 4:17
  lost
• 4:18
  a
• 4:18
  bunch
• 4:18
  of
• 4:18
  members
• 4:18
  because
• 4:18
  the
• 4:19
  people
• 4:19
  that
• 4:19
  cared
• 4:19
  about
• 4:19
  Manifestation
• 4:20
  did
• 4:20
  not
• 4:21
  care
• 4:21
  about
• 4:21
  how
• 4:22
  to
• 4:22
  do,
• 4:22
  like,
• 4:22
  ops
• 4:22
  in
• 4:23
  their
• 4:23
  business,
• 4:23
  which,
• 4:24
  sorry,
• 4:24
  that
• 4:24
  was
• 4:25
  maybe
• 4:25
  like
• 4:25
  a
• 4:25
  crude
• 4:25
  generalization,
• 4:26
  but
• 4:27
  genuinely,
• 4:28
  like,
• 4:28
  the
• 4:28
  people
• 4:28
  that
• 4:29
  are
• 4:29
  buying
• 4:29
  to
• 4:29
  watch
• 4:30
  that
• 4:30
  kind
• 4:30
  of
• 4:30
  video
• 4:31
  content
• 4:32
  aren't
• 4:32
  really
• 4:32
  interested
• 4:33
  in
• 4:34
  that
• 4:34
  other
• 4:34
  video
• 4:34
  content,
• 4:35
  if
• 4:35
  that
• 4:35
  makes
• 4:35
  sense.
• 4:36
  So
• 4:37
  I
• 4:37
  love
• 4:37
  a
• 4:38
  survey
• 4:38
  to
• 4:38
  kind
• 4:38
  of
• 4:38
  like,
• 4:39
  tease
• 4:39
  out
• 4:40
  what
• 4:40
  I
• 4:40
  want
• 4:40
  to
• 4:40
  ask
• 4:40
  in
• 4:41
  interviews.
• 4:41
  So
• 4:42
  this
• 4:42
  helped
• 4:42
  me
• 4:42
  sort
• 4:43
  of
• 4:43
  shape
• 4:43
  how
• 4:43
  we
• 4:43
  wanted
• 4:44
  to
• 4:44
  talk
• 4:44
  one
• 4:44
  to
• 4:44
  one
• 4:44
  with,
• 4:44
  with
• 4:45
  our
• 4:45
  members.
• 4:46
  And
• 4:46
  so
• 4:46
  with
• 4:46
  the
• 4:47
  rest
• 4:47
  of
• 4:47
  our
• 4:47
  research,
• 4:47
  what
• 4:48
  we
• 4:48
  learned
• 4:48
  is
• 4:49
  that
• 4:49
  our,
• 4:49
  a
• 4:50
  lot
• 4:50
  of
• 4:50
  our
• 4:50
  members
• 4:50
  were
• 4:50
  lacking
• 4:51
  email
• 4:51
  knowledge.
• 4:52
  They
• 4:52
  weren't.
• 4:52
  A
• 4:52
  lot
• 4:53
  of
• 4:53
  them
• 4:53
  didn't
• 4:53
  have
• 4:53
  email
• 4:53
  lists.
• 4:54
  A
• 4:54
  lot
• 4:54
  of
• 4:54
  them
• 4:54
  didn't
• 4:55
  have
• 4:55
  anything
• 4:55
  very
• 4:56
  sophisticated.
• 4:56
  They
• 4:56
  weren't
• 4:57
  using
• 4:57
  sequences,
• 4:58
  they
• 4:58
  weren't
• 4:58
  using
• 4:59
  any,
• 4:59
  you
• 5:00
  know,
• 5:00
  smart
• 5:00
  funnels
• 5:00
  or
• 5:01
  selling
• 5:01
  things.
• 5:01
  And
• 5:01
  yeah,
• 5:02
  just
• 5:02
  in
• 5:02
  general,
• 5:02
  like
• 5:03
  the
• 5:03
  email
• 5:03
  game
• 5:04
  was
• 5:04
  weak.
• 5:05
  And
• 5:05
  so
• 5:06
  what
• 5:06
  we
• 5:06
  decided
• 5:07
  was
• 5:07
  how
• 5:07
  can
• 5:08
  we
• 5:09
  use
• 5:09
  our,
• 5:10
  use
• 5:10
  this
• 5:11
  information
• 5:11
  to
• 5:12
  curate
• 5:13
  the
• 5:13
  masterclasses
• 5:14
  a
• 5:14
  little
• 5:14
  bit
• 5:14
  more.
• 5:15
  So
• 5:15
  instead
• 5:16
  of
• 5:16
  having
• 5:17
  really
• 5:18
  famous
• 5:18
  people
• 5:19
  record
• 5:19
  these
• 5:19
  masterclasses,
• 5:20
  I
• 5:20
  experimented
• 5:21
  it
• 5:21
  a
• 5:21
  little
• 5:21
  bit.
• 5:21
  We
• 5:21
  did
• 5:22
  bring
• 5:22
  in
• 5:22
  one
• 5:23
  guest
• 5:23
  expert
• 5:23
  that
• 5:23
  was
• 5:24
  absolutely
• 5:24
  incredible.
• 5:24
  Her
• 5:24
  name
• 5:25
  is
• 5:25
  Shanti
• 5:25
  Zak
• 5:26
  and
• 5:26
  she
• 5:26
  does
• 5:26
  like
• 5:26
  quiz
• 5:27
  strategy
• 5:27
  and
• 5:27
  she's
• 5:28
  worked
• 5:28
  with
• 5:28
  Jenna
• 5:28
  Kutcher
• 5:29
  and
• 5:29
  Amy
• 5:29
  Porterfield
• 5:29
  and
• 5:30
  all
• 5:30
  of
• 5:30
  these
• 5:30
  amazing
• 5:30
  people.
• 5:31
  And
• 5:31
  so
• 5:31
  I
• 5:31
  had
• 5:32
  her
• 5:32
  slotted
• 5:32
  for
• 5:33
  December.
• 5:34
  So
• 5:34
  that
• 5:34
  was
• 5:34
  great.
• 5:35
  But
• 5:35
  she's
• 5:36
  teaching
• 5:36
  quiz
• 5:36
  strategy,
• 5:37
  top
• 5:37
  of
• 5:37
  funnel,
• 5:38
  lead
• 5:38
  generator
• 5:39
  type
• 5:39
  stuff
• 5:39
  that
• 5:40
  is
• 5:40
  a
• 5:40
  little
• 5:40
  bit
• 5:40
  advanced
• 5:41
  for
• 5:41
  people
• 5:41
  that
• 5:42
  don't
• 5:42
  even
• 5:42
  have
• 5:42
  an
• 5:42
  email
• 5:43
  list.
• 5:43
  So
• 5:43
  I
• 5:43
  backed
• 5:44
  up
• 5:44
  from
• 5:44
  there
• 5:44
  and
• 5:44
  we
• 5:45
  planned
• 5:45
  two
• 5:45
  months
• 5:46
  before
• 5:46
  that
• 5:46
  we
• 5:46
  planned
• 5:47
  like
• 5:47
  email
• 5:47
  basics
• 5:48
  and
• 5:48
  then
• 5:48
  like
• 5:48
  sales
• 5:49
  sequences.
• 5:49
  So
• 5:49
  we
• 5:50
  had
• 5:50
  these
• 5:50
  three
• 5:51
  months
• 5:51
  in
• 5:51
  a
• 5:51
  row
• 5:51
  where
• 5:52
  we
• 5:52
  were
• 5:52
  talking
• 5:52
  about
• 5:53
  email.
• 5:53
  So
• 5:53
  there
• 5:53
  was
• 5:53
  kind
• 5:53
  of
• 5:54
  like
• 5:54
  a
• 5:54
  theme
• 5:54
  to
• 5:54
  it
• 5:55
  and
• 5:55
  it
• 5:55
  was
• 5:55
  additive.
• 5:56
  So
• 5:56
  if
• 5:56
  you
• 5:56
  joined
• 5:57
  in
• 5:57
  September,
• 5:58
  October,
• 5:58
  never
• 5:58
  December,
• 5:59
  by
• 5:59
  the
• 5:59
  end
• 6:00
  you're
• 6:00
  going
• 6:00
  to
• 6:00
  have
• 6:00
  like
• 6:00
  a
• 6:00
  pretty
• 6:01
  good
• 6:01
  funnel
• 6:01
  going.
• 6:01
  Like
• 6:02
  you're
• 6:02
  going
• 6:02
  to
• 6:02
  have
• 6:02
  your
• 6:02
  email
• 6:02
  list
• 6:03
  set
• 6:03
  up.
• 6:03
  There's
• 6:04
  a
• 6:04
  transformation
• 6:05
  here.
• 6:05
  We're
• 6:05
  actually
• 6:05
  guiding
• 6:06
  them
• 6:06
  through
• 6:06
  some
• 6:06
  sort
• 6:06
  of
• 6:06
  step
• 6:07
  by
• 6:07
  step
• 6:07
  roadmap
• 6:08
  which
• 6:08
  if
• 6:08
  you
• 6:08
  follow
• 6:09
  my
• 6:09
  work
• 6:09
  at
• 6:09
  all,
• 6:09
  you
• 6:10
  know
• 6:10
  that
• 6:10
  I'm
• 6:10
  actually
• 6:11
  way
• 6:11
  bigger
• 6:12
  fan
• 6:12
  of
• 6:12
  having
• 6:12
  a
• 6:12
  backbone
• 6:13
  style
• 6:13
  curriculum,
• 6:14
  a
• 6:14
  roadmap
• 6:14
  to
• 6:15
  follow
• 6:15
  than
• 6:15
  I
• 6:15
  am
• 6:15
  this
• 6:16
  monthly
• 6:16
  drop,
• 6:17
  which
• 6:17
  now
• 6:17
  you're
• 6:18
  learning
• 6:18
  exactly
• 6:18
  why.
• 6:19
  Um,
• 6:20
  so
• 6:20
  I,
• 6:21
  you
• 6:21
  know,
• 6:22
  planned
• 6:22
  this
• 6:22
  out.
• 6:22
  We,
• 6:23
  we
• 6:23
  gave
• 6:24
  it
• 6:24
  an
• 6:24
  experiment
• 6:25
  and
• 6:25
  we
• 6:25
  saw
• 6:25
  an
• 6:26
  increase
• 6:26
  in
• 6:26
  retention
• 6:27
  by
• 6:28
  to
• 6:28
  over
• 6:29
  90%
• 6:29
  month
• 6:30
  over
• 6:30
  month,
• 6:31
  which
• 6:31
  is
• 6:31
  the
• 6:31
  highest
• 6:32
  it
• 6:32
  had
• 6:32
  been.
• 6:33
  And
• 6:33
  crazy
• 6:33
  because
• 6:34
  it
• 6:34
  was
• 6:34
  the
• 6:34
  holiday
• 6:35
  season,
• 6:35
  which
• 6:35
  is
• 6:35
  usually
• 6:36
  when
• 6:36
  you
• 6:36
  have
• 6:36
  like
• 6:36
  a
• 6:36
  slump
• 6:37
  or
• 6:37
  drop
• 6:37
  off.
• 6:37
  Like
• 6:38
  you
• 6:38
  can
• 6:38
  expect
• 6:38
  your
• 6:38
  retention
• 6:39
  to
• 6:39
  dip
• 6:39
  a
• 6:40
  little
• 6:40
  bit
• 6:40
  in
• 6:40
  those
• 6:40
  last
• 6:41
  months
• 6:41
  of
• 6:41
  the
• 6:41
  year.
• 6:42
  So
• 6:42
  on
• 6:43
  a
• 6:43
  short
• 6:43
  term
• 6:43
  basis
• 6:43
  that
• 6:44
  worked,
• 6:44
  but
• 6:44
  from
• 6:45
  a
• 6:45
  long
• 6:45
  term
• 6:45
  strategy.
• 6:46
  I
• 6:46
  really
• 6:46
  wanted
• 6:47
  to
• 6:47
  flip
• 6:47
  this
• 6:47
  on
• 6:47
  its
• 6:48
  head.
• 6:48
  It's
• 6:48
  like,
• 6:48
  okay,
• 6:49
  everybody's
• 6:49
  saying
• 6:50
  the
• 6:50
  masterclass
• 6:51
  is
• 6:51
  their
• 6:51
  favorite
• 6:51
  part,
• 6:52
  but
• 6:52
  what
• 6:52
  do
• 6:52
  we
• 6:52
  need
• 6:52
  to
• 6:53
  change
• 6:53
  about
• 6:53
  the
• 6:53
  other
• 6:53
  features
• 6:54
  of
• 6:54
  the
• 6:54
  membership
• 6:55
  so
• 6:55
  that
• 6:56
  they're
• 6:56
  more
• 6:56
  excited
• 6:57
  about
• 6:57
  the
• 6:57
  community
• 6:58
  and
• 6:58
  connection?
• 6:58
  Because
• 6:59
  as
• 6:59
  I
• 6:59
  always
• 6:59
  Say
• 7:00
  people
• 7:00
  buy
• 7:00
  for
• 7:00
  the
• 7:00
  roadmap,
• 7:01
  for
• 7:01
  the
• 7:01
  curriculum,
• 7:01
  for
• 7:02
  the
• 7:02
  content,
• 7:03
  they
• 7:03
  do
• 7:04
  the
• 7:04
  work
• 7:04
  through
• 7:04
  the
• 7:05
  programming,
• 7:05
  but
• 7:05
  then
• 7:06
  they
• 7:06
  actually
• 7:06
  stick
• 7:06
  around
• 7:07
  from
• 7:08
  the
• 7:08
  community,
• 7:09
  from
• 7:09
  the
• 7:09
  connection,
• 7:10
  from
• 7:10
  the
• 7:10
  people
• 7:10
  that
• 7:10
  they're
• 7:11
  meeting.
• 7:11
  And
• 7:11
  so
• 7:11
  we
• 7:11
  needed
• 7:12
  to
• 7:12
  create
• 7:12
  more
• 7:12
  serendipity,
• 7:13
  we
• 7:13
  needed
• 7:13
  to
• 7:14
  design
• 7:14
  more
• 7:15
  connection
• 7:15
  points.
• 7:16
  And
• 7:16
  this
• 7:16
  is
• 7:16
  where
• 7:17
  this
• 7:18
  was
• 7:18
  like
• 7:18
  the
• 7:18
  long
• 7:19
  term
• 7:19
  strategy
• 7:19
  I
• 7:19
  was
• 7:19
  working
• 7:20
  towards.
• 7:20
  It's
• 7:20
  like,
• 7:20
  how
• 7:21
  can
• 7:21
  we
• 7:21
  run
• 7:21
  this
• 7:22
  survey
• 7:22
  again?
• 7:22
  And
• 7:23
  then
• 7:23
  the
• 7:23
  answer
• 7:23
  is
• 7:23
  not
• 7:24
  the
• 7:25
  membership
• 7:25
  masterclass.
• 7:26
  The
• 7:26
  answer
• 7:26
  is,
• 7:27
  the
• 7:27
  best
• 7:27
  part
• 7:27
  of
• 7:27
  my
• 7:28
  membership
• 7:28
  is
• 7:29
  just
• 7:29
  meeting
• 7:29
  other
• 7:29
  entrepreneurs
• 7:30
  that
• 7:30
  get
• 7:30
  it,
• 7:31
  that
• 7:31
  know
• 7:31
  what
• 7:31
  I'm
• 7:31
  going
• 7:31
  through.
• 7:32
  And
• 7:32
  so
• 7:33
  that's
• 7:33
  what
• 7:33
  was
• 7:33
  really
• 7:33
  lacking,
• 7:34
  that
• 7:35
  I
• 7:35
  was
• 7:35
  working
• 7:35
  towards
• 7:36
  shifting.
• 7:37
  And
• 7:37
  so
• 7:37
  one
• 7:37
  thing
• 7:38
  is
• 7:38
  like,
• 7:38
  how
• 7:38
  do
• 7:38
  we
• 7:39
  solve
• 7:39
  this
• 7:39
  problem
• 7:39
  in
• 7:39
  the
• 7:40
  immediate?
• 7:40
  In
• 7:41
  the
• 7:41
  immediate,
• 7:41
  like
• 7:41
  next
• 7:42
  steps?
• 7:42
  And
• 7:42
  the
• 7:43
  next
• 7:43
  problem
• 7:43
  is,
• 7:43
  okay,
• 7:44
  what
• 7:44
  is
• 7:44
  the
• 7:44
  long
• 7:45
  term
• 7:45
  strategy
• 7:45
  here
• 7:45
  to
• 7:45
  start
• 7:46
  to
• 7:46
  change
• 7:46
  this?
• 7:47
  So
• 7:47
  all
• 7:47
  this
• 7:47
  to
• 7:48
  say,
• 7:48
  ask
• 7:48
  your
• 7:49
  members
• 7:49
  what
• 7:49
  their
• 7:49
  favorite
• 7:49
  part
• 7:49
  of
• 7:50
  the
• 7:50
  membership
• 7:50
  is,
• 7:50
  because
• 7:50
  it
• 7:51
  could
• 7:51
  give
• 7:51
  you
• 7:51
  a
• 7:51
  lot
• 7:52
  of
• 7:52
  strategy
• 7:53
  direction
• 7:54
  and
• 7:54
  also
• 7:55
  a
• 7:55
  lot
• 7:55
  of
• 7:55
  insight
• 7:56
  into
• 7:57
  what
• 7:57
  people
• 7:57
  are
• 7:57
  actually
• 7:58
  enjoying.
• 7:58
  And
• 7:59
  then
• 7:59
  you
• 7:59
  can
• 7:59
  start
• 7:59
  to
• 8:00
  ask
• 8:00
  why?
• 8:00
  So
• 8:00
  you
• 8:00
  get
• 8:01
  this
• 8:01
  baseline
• 8:01
  information.
• 8:02
  Then
• 8:02
  it's
• 8:02
  like,
• 8:02
  okay,
• 8:03
  now
• 8:03
  that
• 8:03
  I
• 8:03
  know
• 8:03
  this,
• 8:04
  let
• 8:04
  me
• 8:04
  go
• 8:04
  and
• 8:05
  talk
• 8:05
  to
• 8:05
  a
• 8:05
  bunch
• 8:05
  of
• 8:05
  members
• 8:06
  one
• 8:06
  to
• 8:06
  one
• 8:06
  and
• 8:07
  figure
• 8:07
  out
• 8:07
  why
• 8:08
  this
• 8:08
  is
• 8:08
  happening
• 8:09
  and
• 8:09
  why
• 8:10
  this
• 8:10
  is
• 8:10
  their
• 8:10
  favorite
• 8:10
  part
• 8:10
  and
• 8:11
  what
• 8:11
  they
• 8:11
  love
• 8:11
  about
• 8:11
  it
• 8:12
  so
• 8:12
  that
• 8:12
  you
• 8:12
  can
• 8:12
  maybe
• 8:13
  double
• 8:13
  down
• 8:13
  on
• 8:13
  that
• 8:13
  thing
• 8:14
  or
• 8:14
  prioritize
• 8:15
  differently.
• 8:16
  Like
• 8:16
  maybe
• 8:16
  their
• 8:16
  favorite
• 8:16
  part
• 8:17
  is
• 8:17
  the
• 8:17
  thing
• 8:17
  that
• 8:17
  takes
• 8:17
  you
• 8:18
  five
• 8:18
  minutes
• 8:18
  and
• 8:18
  so
• 8:19
  you
• 8:19
  could
• 8:19
  drop
• 8:19
  some
• 8:19
  of
• 8:20
  this
• 8:20
  other
• 8:20
  stuff
• 8:20
  that's,
• 8:21
  that's
• 8:21
  killing
• 8:21
  you
• 8:22
  and
• 8:22
  so
• 8:22
  you
• 8:22
  can
• 8:22
  learn
• 8:23
  a
• 8:23
  lot
• 8:23
  from
• 8:23
  that
• 8:23
  question.
• 8:24
  So
• 8:24
  go
• 8:25
  ahead,
• 8:25
  ask
• 8:25
  your
• 8:26
  members
• 8:26
  what
• 8:26
  their
• 8:26
  favorite
• 8:27
  part
• 8:27
  of
• 8:27
  their
• 8:27
  membership
• 8:27
  is
• 8:28
  and
• 8:28
  then
• 8:29
  come
• 8:29
  back
• 8:29
  to
• 8:29
  me,
• 8:29
  send
• 8:30
  me
• 8:30
  a
• 8:30
  message,
• 8:30
  let
• 8:30
  me
• 8:31
  know
• 8:31
  what
• 8:31
  you
• 8:31
  found
• 8:31
  out.
• 8:31
  I
• 8:31
  would
• 8:32
  love
• 8:32
  to
• 8:32
  hear
• 8:32
  from
• 8:32
  you.
• 8:33
  Okay,
• 8:33
  that's
• 8:33
  it
• 8:33
  for
• 8:34
  today.
• 8:34
  Thanks
• 8:34
  for
• 8:35
  listening
• 8:35
  to
• 8:35
  the
• 8:35
  show
• 8:35
  and
• 8:36
  if
• 8:36
  you
• 8:36
  haven't
• 8:36
  already,
• 8:36
  please
• 8:37
  like
• 8:37
  and
• 8:37
  subscribe,
• 8:37
  share
• 8:38
  it
• 8:38
  with
• 8:38
  a
• 8:38
  friend.
• 8:38
  It
• 8:39
  means
• 8:39
  the
• 8:39
  world
• 8:39
  to
• 8:39
  me.
• 8:39
  If
• 8:40
  you're
• 8:40
  listening
• 8:40
  to
• 8:40
  this
• 8:41
  on
• 8:41
  a
• 8:41
  walk,
• 8:41
  please
• 8:41
  put
• 8:41
  it
• 8:41
  on
• 8:42
  your
• 8:42
  story
• 8:42
  and
• 8:42
  tag
• 8:42
  me.
• 8:43
  I
• 8:43
  would
• 8:43
  love
• 8:43
  to
• 8:43
  repost
• 8:43
  you
• 8:44
  and
• 8:44
  I'll
• 8:44
  talk
• 8:45
  to
• 8:45
  you
• 8:45
  next
• 8:45
  time.
