- 0:59And now, here's your host, David Fiorazzo.
- 1:03Hey, brothers and sisters, thank you so much for tuning in to another episode.
- 1:06I've got John Haller with us, Fellowship Bible Chapel.
- 1:09You can check out his really great prophecy updates on YouTube.
- 1:14And we've got to just dive right in because there's so much to talk about, so little time.
- 1:18Brother, thanks, John, for all the research you do.
- 1:19Good to have you back.
- 1:21Good to be back.
- 1:22Okay, well, we're learning more details on this story of the attempted hijacking of that flight.
- 1:29It's kind of like a 9-11 style attack where the crew members and passengers reportedly saved the day and forced their way through the cockpit door and overpowered the attacker.
- 1:41And I guess he was the co-pilot.
- 1:44Tell us the latest in what you know.
- 1:46And it's really miraculous that this plane didn't go down, right?
- 1:49Right.
- 1:50So the details that I have, and some of these come from an amalgamation of various news sources, Prime Minister Netanyahu, some interviews with people that were on the plane.
- 2:01And I mentioned to you before we started that one of the better analyses of the news.
- 2:07of what happened I saw on CNN of all places, although they left out one important element that I'll get to in a moment.
- 2:14So this was a flight, a fly Dubai flight.
- 2:18It had about 174 mostly Israeli passengers on it.
- 2:24I had been flying for a couple of hours, and the co-pilot started stabbing the pilot.
- 2:35He was, the stabber was an Omani Muslim guy who had been trained, radicalized, at least according to Benjamin Netanyahu in Israeli intelligence, in a radicalization process.
- 2:51There's some indication that Iran might have been behind it because just the day before the...
- 3:01as yet to be seen, Ayatollah Mushtaba Khomeini, who has not been seen since the attack back in February that killed his father, supposedly is your thing like, if it's not gonna be safe for Iranian planes, it's not gonna be safe for anybody.
- 3:18He had actually put that message out on social media a day or two before this.
- 3:25So the Omani guy starts stabbing the pilot who was Indian.
- 3:31And I believe I've heard it was a pocket knife.
- 3:35I guess it doesn't make any difference when you're being stabbed with it.
- 3:38But the guy was bleeding quite a bit.
- 3:41And before he sort of passed out, they were fighting and exchanging blows and that type of thing.
- 3:48The pilot was able to unlock the door to the cabin, to the flight crew cabin up front, the pilot cabin.
- 3:56Wow.
- 3:57And if that hadn't happened, a lot of this would not have happened.
- 4:01The guy that was doing the stabbing put the plane into almost a dive.
- 4:06It went down 20,000 feet in elevation in 30 seconds.
- 4:15And I think it was CNN and others have done an analysis of that.
- 4:20And some believe that the plane is designed to do maybe 600 miles an hour under the best of circumstances.
- 4:29For example, if you have a plane, you have a 200-mile-hour tailwind, it's going to really up the speed of the plane.
- 4:36I've been in flights like that, and it feels very, very fast when you're getting up to Mach 0.87.
- 4:45That's pretty fast for a plane like that, but they believe this one almost went supersonic, which meant it exceeded the sound barrier.
- 4:51The speed of sound is 750 miles per hour.
- 4:55And the rudder, part of the rudder came off.
- 4:59And it's amazing that when that happened, that it did not completely destroy the hydraulic system anymore.
- 5:05cause a massive catastrophic leak of the hydraulic fluid out of the plane, without which the plane cannot fly and stay in the air.
- 5:14So other passengers were able to approach the cabin, got into the cabin because the door was open.
- 5:22They subdued the other guy.
- 5:24And then the one guy, he's a plumber, I guess, he just...
- 5:28he had played some game that told him he needed to pull the yoke of the plane back towards him to take it out of the dive.
- 5:37And it worked.
- 5:38Nobody believes that any of this stuff worked.
- 5:41And I've seen some rabbis saying, listen, you can add up all the things that happened here, and what you have is really Hashem.
- 5:50God did a miracle.
- 5:52Working through people who were brave enough to act, but also that –
- 5:57they were able to get this plane under control and then it landed.
- 6:01But with the rudder damage like that, there was probably damage to the hydraulic system.
- 6:06So the fact that the plane was even able to land is yet itself another miracle.
- 6:12I mean, so there was a series of miracles and people acting very, very bravely in this thing.
- 6:19So when the plane landed, the Saudis came and helped out a little bit and then
- 6:25They wouldn't let Israeli pilots come in.
- 6:29By the way, there's some reports.
- 6:30I've not been able to verify this aspect of it, that there was a couple of flight pilots on the plane that were deadheading.
- 6:42to Tel Aviv because they were going to fly other aircraft or this aircraft.
- 6:48And they were able to get into the cockpit and land the plane.
- 6:53That's amazing, too.
- 6:54The fact that they were there.
- 6:55And the rumor is, at least the story is, that one was Russian and one was Ukrainian.
- 7:03And they worked.
- 7:03And so it's sort of like, you know, it's funny when these things happen.
- 7:06Like if you took a script to Hollywood and say, I've got this thing about a plane and they're rescued by pilots from Russia and Ukraine that work together to land a plane, an Israeli plane in Saudi Arabia.
- 7:21They would say, listen, you have to be at least a little bit in touch with reality for us to buy a story like this.
- 7:29Exactly.
- 7:30So it's one of those ones.
- 7:32And so it was very funny.
- 7:33The, the, the, the plumber, this guy was a plumber that kind of pulled the plane out of the dive.
- 7:40And the amazing thing is there are people in the aisles and everything like that.
- 7:43And I don't know, it doesn't appear to anybody was seriously injured or anything like that, usually in a dive like this.
- 7:51And when they pull it out and when they pulled it out, it kind of went into a little bit of a flat spin from what I've seen.
- 7:57Wow.
- 7:58that there weren't people, you know, really a kill in that kind of dive and the speed and everything at which they were going.
- 8:08So it's an amazing story.
- 8:13So the plumber meets Netanyahu, he hugs him, and he's got a bloody shirt on.
- 8:18He says, I've been trying to get my luggage since we got back here, you know, but I can't get my luggage at baggage claims.
- 8:26Which adds a plausibility of truth to the story.
- 8:30We got the plane back, but you have to wait for your baggage, sir.
- 8:34We thank you for saving the flight.
- 8:36Yeah.
- 8:37John, let's talk about early coverage because some reports, I guess, at the beginning painted this as a drama like it was a cockpit scuffle between the two passengers.
- 8:46feuding pilots.
- 8:47In fact, the New York Times initially apparently framed the incident as an altercation between the two pilots, and that fell apart pretty quickly.
- 8:57But I guess maybe they corrected and added details later.
- 9:01Just your take on how the details came out, and maybe people got it wrong right away.
- 9:06Yeah, I think the New York Times, actually, I have the thing sitting here in front of me.
- 9:10Breaking news, a plane flying from Dubai to Israel was diverted after an altercation between the pilot and co-pilot, Israeli officials said.
- 9:20And, of course, similar things came out of the BBC and other of what are, you know, a lot of people –
- 9:27view as mainstream media, but a lot of times is inaccurate because you have to protect the narrative.
- 9:34It couldn't be a Muslim attack.
- 9:39It's interesting in the context of all this, David, that a couple days ago, Israel tipped off the UK and said...
- 9:49We believe that there's going to be an attack on an air base.
- 9:55And this is an important air base for the United States because a lot of our planes that do things in the Middle East transit through this Air Force base in the United Kingdom.
- 10:07So they went and they arrested these guys.
- 10:11And the interesting thing was they...
- 10:15when they arrested them, they were terrorists, right?
- 10:17So they took their shirts off, which is what Israel did with people in Gaza, but all the same media outlets that were saying, oh, look at Israel, they're humiliating these people that they think are terrorists.
- 10:29They did the same thing in the UK because it's standard police procedure, but nobody mentioned that they were, that the police had taken their shirts off because that's how you deal with suspected terrorists.
- 10:42So Israel tips off the UK
- 10:45And the UK then announces the next day that they're going to institute sanctions, not against the Iranians who are believed to be involved in this.
- 10:56They're instituting sanctions against Israel for building settlements in the area known as the West Bank or Judea and Samaria.
- 11:07Incredible.
- 11:09You know, it's interesting because also last week was the UN.
- 11:15I think I called it the parade of hypocrites and frauds that came to the UN, including the Iranian president who met with...
- 11:26the foreign minister of the European Union, Ed Miliband, who's the foreign minister of the United Kingdom, and a host of other people were just sitting there talking to him like he's a normal person, not the president of a country that had slaughtered between 50 and 100,000 of its own people in three days.
- 11:46In three days.
- 11:49Maybe more people than had been killed in Gaza in three years.
- 11:54And they're acting like he's a normal guy.
- 11:56But then when Bibi Netanyahu gets up to speak, there's a big show of 75 or 77 countries getting up and walking out of the room because, oh, we couldn't listen to him.
- 12:07So there's plenty of hypocrisy around the world.
- 12:12I think I said if hypocrisy was water, the world would drown.
- 12:16It would be another Noah's flood.
- 12:19And we all see the United Nations, nothing short of satanic, when you talk about they are anti-Semitic, they're all against Israel.
- 12:27And Brianna Klassen wrote a great article over at Harbinger's Daily on this, United Nations Against Israel.
- 12:33But let's talk about Israel and the U.S. and the major elections coming up.
- 12:39I don't think we'll get a chance to have you back before the midterms, John Haller.
- 12:42And both countries have some pretty pivotal issues.
- 12:48decisions to make when it comes to who's going to represent.
- 12:50Go ahead.
- 12:52That's coming up on October 27th of the Israeli elections.
- 12:57And then the U.S. midterms are about a week later.
- 13:00So I actually just scheduled an interview today with the great Islamic expert, probably the leading Islamic expert in Israel for the day after the Israeli elections, Dr. Mordecai Qadar.
- 13:14So that'll be on October 28th.
- 13:15But
- 13:18The Israeli elections are very complicated because there are multiple.
- 13:23Well, if you get upset with American elections, go look at what happens in Israel and you'll feel a lot better about American elections because they have a parliamentary system.
- 13:33Everybody gets a party.
- 13:35And for a party to get seats in the Knesset, if you hit a threshold, I think it's 3.25 percent of the vote.
- 13:43So you submit a list of people on your website.
- 13:46that will be members of Knesset if your party meets the threshold.
- 13:50And depending on how much you get, you, you know, you may get 30 seats in the election.
- 13:55You need 61 in your, you know,
- 13:58coalition because nobody's going to get 61.
- 14:00So you got to get 61 people together to be for somebody to become prime minister.
- 14:06And that's when they start cutting deals.
- 14:08And, you know, we'll make you the travel minister.
- 14:10We'll make you the minister of, of what was the old Monty Python thing, the minister of silly walks or something like that.
- 14:19So you, you'll vote for me for prime minister.
- 14:22But the interesting thing is there's a lot of,
- 14:25the right wing and Israel is very split.
- 14:28Of course, you have the ultra-Orthodox, you have then Orthodox Jews, and then you have the more mainstream parties like Likud.
- 14:36But the problem is every time one of these right wing parties goes off and forms its own party,
- 14:43if they get 3.24999% of the vote, they don't get anybody in Knesset.
- 14:50They have to hit that 3.25% threshold.
- 14:55But the problem is that they've almost got all those votes just essentially are worthless because they weren't enough to get somebody into to meet the threshold.
- 15:07So it takes votes away from...
- 15:09the right-leaning parties that are running for office or running for the Knesset.
- 15:18And it's a real mess.
- 15:19So there's this very distinct possibility that Israel will go to the elections.
- 15:24And it will be they won't have anybody that meets the majority to form a government, which would leave Prime Minister Netanyahu in charge as the prime minister of a caretaker government.
- 15:37And so we're going to be back into the cycle maybe that happened a few years ago.
- 15:43I was in Israel in December of 2022, right as they were forming the government that's still in power right now.
- 15:52But in the three years before that, they had had five elections for prime ministers.
- 15:58So and some of them had ended up in a deadlock.
- 16:02So this is we don't know.
- 16:05We don't know how this is going to go right now.
- 16:07The polling is all over the place, although I will say things like what happened.
- 16:13with this plane and some of the other things, successes that Israel's having in thwarting terror attacks and that type of thing, and the fact that they're under pretty severe terror threats throughout the country, even today, they're not done in Gaza.
- 16:28They're not done in Lebanon.
- 16:30They still have the problem with the Houthis.
- 16:32They still have the problem with the Iranians.
- 16:34They still have an information war.
- 16:37And one of the other things that a lot of people don't really realize is that
- 16:40The area known as the West Bank, Judea and Samaria, is divided into three areas, A, B, and C. A, total Palestinian control, B, Israeli control, and then C is Israel control.
- 16:54And that area under Oslo, they were supposed to allow Oslo Accords that were signed back in 1993 at the White House to...
- 17:05when Bill Clinton was president, they allow a 12,000 member police force in that area.
- 17:15The problem is that now that police force has been trained in very strong military, sophisticated military tactics, has very sophisticated equipment and military vehicles and that type of thing.
- 17:29And that force now number 70,000.
- 17:31Wow.
- 17:33And so the concern is that the West Bank could explode into a Gaza type attack.
- 17:42Hmm.
- 17:43And there's a lot of concern about that.
- 17:45Israel has killed a lot of suspected terrorists, taken a lot of suspected terrorists into custody.
- 17:53But it's a constant problem.
- 17:55They have stabbing attacks, ramming attacks, vehicle ramming attacks.
- 18:00Yeah.
- 18:01When we were there in 2017, we were in Nablus, and we were stopped at a checkpoint with a whole bunch of Palestinian Arabs.
- 18:09And they were like coming up to us saying, hey, just take your vehicle and ram the soldiers up there.
- 18:16And I didn't know...
- 18:18I kind of thought they were joking, but now that I see these ramming attacks are common, they were really serious.
- 18:24Why don't you stupid Americans do it, and you do what we won't do ourselves?
- 18:30It's a big problem.
- 18:32Last week, there was a ramming attack in Samaria.
- 18:37That would be north of Jerusalem.
- 18:40And the gentleman injured, and I believe he's still in very serious condition, was,
- 18:46is the son of the Israeli ambassador to the United States.
- 18:53So pray for him.
- 18:54He's been in the hospital.
- 18:56And there's another one in critical condition, and another person got shot.
- 18:59I mean, this happens all the time.
- 19:01And the problem is,
- 19:04David is that in Gaza, having been down there before this happened, there's a fence and there's some sophisticated listening and that type of thing.
- 19:14Some of which was overwhelmed on October 7th, but you don't have that in Judea and Samaria.
- 19:20You know, you will, you'll have an Arab village across the road from a Jewish town and there's not a big barrier in between.
- 19:29And if this thing explodes, you know,
- 19:32I think that's a big concern of a lot of people in Israel, and that's going to be a big concern when they go to the voting booth on October 27th.
- 19:41Well, let's talk about back in our country now, what we have coming up.
- 19:44I think, you know, the messaging has not been good as far as President Trump.
- 19:50I think a lot of people are frustrated with the war fatigue, maybe with U.S. and Iran, the non-ending conflict and what's happening here.
- 19:59But I mean, the administration has done a lot of good things.
- 20:03We can't get weary, friends.
- 20:04We have to vote.
- 20:06But, John, just your overall take on what you're hearing out there, because it just seems like the media, the leftist media and those, you know, the usual suspects are trying to play it up like the Democrats are going to win in a landslide and even Tallarico is going to win in Texas.
- 20:22I mean, I know their lies in the polls probably aren't as close as they are.
- 20:26Aren't as they're closer than what they think.
- 20:28Go ahead and share your thoughts on that.
- 20:31So I live in Ohio, which is in the Republican part of Ohio.
- 20:35And I will say that we have a governor race between Vivek Ramaswamy and Amy Alcott.
- 20:43I would say it's probably too close to call based on the most recent polls I saw.
- 20:48We also have an election for Senate.
- 20:53I think it's John Husted, who's been in state government, against Sherrod Brown.
- 20:58Sherrod Brown is an uber-liberal left-wing nutjob who's served in the Senate for about 18 years.
- 21:07I know a little bit about him because he grew up in the same country.
- 21:11school district that Pam did up in Mansfield, Ohio.
- 21:15And he's a total left-wing nut job.
- 21:17But I just saw the results of the most recent poll this morning too close to call in that regard.
- 21:23And so I'm concerned about that.
- 21:25I mean, Amy, you know, Vivek is a wealthy former pharmaceutical company executive that made a lot of money.
- 21:34And he's a young guy.
- 21:37He's in his 30s.
- 21:39But he's running against Amy Alcott, who was the director of the Ohio Department of Health, who's pro-trans, pro-gay.
- 21:46And she was probably one of the most aggressive governors back in the Charlie Vector 019er days of shutting everything down.
- 21:58Yep.
- 22:01And she could be the next governor of Ohio.
- 22:04Wow.
- 22:04Wow.
- 22:05Crazy.
- 22:06It's not, it's not very, I'm not real encouraged with the way that it's going.
- 22:12And then we have this all across the country.
- 22:14You have Tallarico, you have another place.
- 22:16You have this total whack job, leftist Islamist guy named Saeed up in Michigan, who looks like he's going to win to be the Senator from Michigan.
- 22:29Now let's look Michigan, you know,
- 22:32Yeah, I mean, look, we have a lot of ill will towards Michigan here in Ohio for the postpart.
- 22:38And somebody, by the way, somebody changed my Facebook feed.
- 22:42And it's all Michigan clips.
- 22:43Michigan football, Michigan band clips today.
- 22:47And I don't know somebody... Because they lost.
- 22:49Well, I feel like I'm being waterboarded by Facebook, you know.
- 22:55But so, but I mean, these people are going to win.
- 22:59And I...
- 23:02I don't, you know, so what happens if the Democrats take control of the House and the Senate at the federal government level?
- 23:13Yeah.
- 23:14What do you think is you think what happened in the at the end of the first Trump administration and through the third Obama administration known as the Biden administration?
- 23:26Don't you think that that same playbook is going to be played out against Trump and everything that Republicans are going to do for the next three or four years?
- 23:35Yeah, sure.
- 23:37That's what's going to happen.
- 23:38We know what's going to happen.
- 23:39Yeah, this is huge.
- 23:40We've got we've got to be better at mobilizing people to vote, you know, the conservatives, Christians especially.
- 23:47But I know we've been beating that horse for a while.
- 23:50Just trying to get people to get out there, not not give up on on the process here because it doesn't look good.
- 23:56But the radicals are that radicals are winning elections.
- 24:00Well, and we have a massive Islamic problem.
- 24:03I mean, when I was at the Middle East Forum Conference in D.C. back in May, I met a pastor from up in Dearborn, Michigan that was just...
- 24:15He was persecuted because of his faith by Islamic radicals in Michigan.
- 24:21And they're going to get this guy into office.
- 24:25And everything is kind of...
- 24:31Listen, you know, I'm an end times guy.
- 24:33I've been talking about it, you know, for many, many years.
- 24:37And I would just say that in the last week, I think it's ramped up quite a bit.
- 24:43It's more intense indicators of the end times than I've seen, I think I've ever seen.
- 24:51So I wanted to wrap up by, I don't want this to escape people's radar, the Vatican's war on evangelism.
- 25:00You sent me this.
- 25:00I didn't see it.
- 25:01I hadn't heard about this.
- 25:02But apparently the Vatican telling Christians to stop trying to convert people.
- 25:06But Islam is aggressively expanding, and they're gaining converts.
- 25:11It's just really a head-scratcher.
- 25:13Just touch on this, John, for the last couple of minutes.
- 25:16Look, the Vatican has become very ecumenical in many respects.
- 25:24And so they're not...
- 25:27Look, the Pope Leo from Chicago, Chicago ought to bring back bad memories for conservatives and others.
- 25:36There was another guy from Chicago who was president for a while and who I personally think has never gone away.
- 25:45He's been highly involved in everything that's happening.
- 25:48He changed things.
- 25:49Remember that organization he made together
- 25:53or he made at the end of his administration.
- 25:56And this Pope is from Chicago.
- 25:59He's very liberal.
- 26:01And he is, I think there's no question he was handpicked by Pope Francis, who was a radical left-wing Marxist, anti-Israel,
- 26:15leftist and they're a liberation theologian.
- 26:18There's no doubt in my mind that this guy is in that same ilk.
- 26:23And so they don't think that the gospel of Christ is unique, that all people come to God in their own way.
- 26:31It's very ecumenical.
- 26:33And I think it's one of the leading indicators that I think we really do live in the end times.
- 26:37Yeah.
- 26:38Well, yeah, all paths do lead to God via judgment, but not to salvation.
- 26:44Not everybody's going to be saved.
- 26:45Not every religion leads to salvation, but we have to clarify that.
- 26:49You know, because everyone will stand before God, you know, so all paths in that light, but they're looking at it as, yeah, any path will do, they'll all lead to God in heaven.
- 27:01No, that's not true.
- 27:02It's a big lie.
- 27:03Yeah.
- 27:04Well, certainly as we move into this time, it will be, I think, culturally, religiously, a very dark time.
- 27:12But the interesting thing about dark is that in the dark, the light of truth and the light of the truth of the gospel of Jesus Christ will shine ever brighter.
- 27:22Light shines in the darkness.
- 27:23And what's the church called to be?
- 27:25Salt and light of the world.
- 27:27Brother, John, thanks so much.
- 27:29Great conversation, as always.
- 27:31See you next time.
- 27:32Friends, thank you so much for watching, listening, and especially sharing.
