- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up everyone and greetings from Sin City. Hope that
- 0:04Speaker 1: you're all having a great Saturday out there and hopefully
- 0:07Speaker 1: the rest of the weekend follows suit. Today we're going
- 0:11Speaker 1: to hop across the pond and have a quick update
- 0:16Speaker 1: about the Joe Exotic of the Windsor family. That's right,
- 0:19Speaker 1: everyone's favorite douchebag prince. Well folks, you know, there's a
- 0:25Speaker 1: disaster incoming for the royal family. And there's really nothing
- 0:29Speaker 1: that can stop it at this point. The fact that
- 0:34Speaker 1: the Queen is paying for Prince Andrew's legal fees, in
- 0:39Speaker 1: my mind anyway, makes her complicit. So I don't want
- 0:44Speaker 1: to hear anything about, oh, the Queen, the Queen. I
- 0:47Speaker 1: don't care about the Queen. I don't care about the
- 0:49Speaker 1: royal family. I don't care about the monarchy. I don't
- 0:52Speaker 1: care about the prince who left there to come to America.
- 0:56Speaker 1: They all mean nothing to me. They're all part of
- 1:00Speaker 1: the problem. Too many people. Oh well the queen's a
- 1:05Speaker 1: great lady. No she's not. Why is she a great lady?
- 1:07Speaker 1: What has she done to make her a great lady?
- 1:12Speaker 1: Has she offered to give up the reins of power?
- 1:15Speaker 1: It's the year 2021. Nobody should have a queen. Nobody
- 1:18Speaker 1: should have a king. But yet here we are. And
- 1:23Speaker 1: this foul ass lady. Is going to pay her son's
- 1:27Speaker 1: legal fees. And we're not talking about a couple of bucks.
- 1:30Speaker 1: We're talking about two dimes an hour folks. $ 2, 000 an hour.
- 1:35Speaker 1: Is what this dude is going to have to pay.
- 1:36Speaker 1: At Marty Singer's firm. What do you think? Brettler is
- 1:39Speaker 1: coming for free? All of these bozo ass lawyers. He
- 1:44Speaker 1: has in England are one thing. The team he has
- 1:47Speaker 1: over here in America. These are formidable people. These are
- 1:50Speaker 1: serious lawyers. And mom. is going to have to come
- 1:55Speaker 1: out of the pocket for some serious change. So if
- 1:59Speaker 1: we're going to call all the people that helped Epstein enablers,
- 2:03Speaker 1: we have to call the Queen an enabler as well,
- 2:05Speaker 1: don't we? And I certainly believe she is. So as
- 2:09Speaker 1: far as the monarchy goes, and the bad look, I
- 2:13Speaker 1: don't care about any of it. I hope the whole
- 2:15Speaker 1: thing fizzles out. And I hope all of them have
- 2:18Speaker 1: to become regular people like you and I. Just because
- 2:23Speaker 1: you were born into a royal family doesn't make you
- 2:26Speaker 1: any better than anybody else. As we can see on
- 2:29Speaker 1: full display with bitch-ass Prince Andrew. So, from here on out,
- 2:37Speaker 1: it's all guns to bear, right? Complete evisceration of the
- 2:43Speaker 1: whole royal family as far as I'm concerned. None of
- 2:46Speaker 1: them have come out and said anything about, well, we
- 2:49Speaker 1: understand that these survivors have had it rough. We'd like
- 2:52Speaker 1: to help them as well. None of that. It's all about, oh, well,
- 2:56Speaker 1: let's cover all royal asses. Please pash the tea and trumpets.
- 3:02Speaker 1: I'm so tired of it. And this royal family that
- 3:06Speaker 1: people put on a pedestal, I mean, they're one chromosome
- 3:10Speaker 1: away from the hills have eyes with all the inbreeding
- 3:13Speaker 1: they have going on over there. So miss me with
- 3:15Speaker 1: all of the pomp and circumstance. And anybody who wants
- 3:18Speaker 1: to pump the tires of the queen or the royal family,
- 3:21Speaker 1: You're on the wrong podcast. Because from here on out,
- 3:27Speaker 1: it's on. We have an article today from news.com.au. Headline,
- 3:35Speaker 1: Prince Andrew faces disaster if he takes the stand in
- 3:38Speaker 1: the Virginia Roberts case. Yeah, you think? Considering the disaster
- 3:45Speaker 1: we saw take place when he was getting questioned by
- 3:48Speaker 1: Emily Maitlis. Never mind a real investigator, right? A real interrogator.
- 3:53Speaker 1: Somebody that's asking hard questions that you can't avoid. You
- 3:58Speaker 1: really think his lawyers want anything to do with that?
- 4:01Speaker 1: Zero chance, folks. Zero chance. This article was authored by
- 4:08Speaker 1: Alex Winter. Prince Andrew faces disaster if he takes the
- 4:13Speaker 1: stand during a bombshell sex case against him, a royal
- 4:16Speaker 1: biographer has claimed. The Duke of York's car crash Newsnight interview,
- 4:22Speaker 1: in which he bizarrely claimed he doesn't sweat, should warn
- 4:25Speaker 1: him off of giving evidence, Angela Levin says. You think?
- 4:30Speaker 1: That's probably the easiest advice you could give to somebody.
- 4:35Speaker 1: The last thing you want to do as a defense attorney...
- 4:39Speaker 1: is have somebody like Prince Andrew get on the stand.
- 4:42Speaker 1: Talk about cooking your own case. What's he going to do?
- 4:46Speaker 1: Get up there and tell the jury that he can't sweat?
- 4:49Speaker 1: That he's too honorable of a man? That he wasn't
- 4:52Speaker 1: wearing the right kit to be out on the town?
- 4:54Speaker 1: I mean, really? These are the excuses he's going to
- 4:56Speaker 1: give a jury? Because these are the excuses he's given
- 5:00Speaker 1: to the public. And how anyone at this point buys
- 5:04Speaker 1: the bullshit he's pumping is absolutely beyond me. You either
- 5:10Speaker 1: have to have cognitive brain injury or you have to
- 5:14Speaker 1: be engaging in cognitive dissonance because there's no way anyone
- 5:20Speaker 1: believes that this dude is innocent, right? I mean, how
- 5:22Speaker 1: can you possibly believe that at this point? He has
- 5:26Speaker 1: done nothing to signify, oh, I'm innocent, at least in
- 5:30Speaker 1: my opinion. Andrew faces a lawsuit in the U.S. amid
- 5:37Speaker 1: allegations he forced Virginia Roberts to sleep with him when
- 5:40Speaker 1: she was 17. The Joe Exotic of the Windsor family
- 5:44Speaker 1: denies the allegations. Ms. Roberts has said was a former
- 5:50Speaker 1: sex slave for late pedophile Jeffrey Epstein. Writer Ms. Levin,
- 5:56Speaker 1: who has penned an authorized biography of Prince Harry, says
- 5:59Speaker 1: Andrew had just three options to explore ahead of the
- 6:02Speaker 1: civil case. Well, the real and most prosperous option he
- 6:08Speaker 1: could have explored would have been to speak to the FBI.
- 6:12Speaker 1: When Epstein was arrested the first time? Yeah, probably then. Hey,
- 6:17Speaker 1: you know, FBI, I was hanging around with this dude.
- 6:19Speaker 1: I saw some shit then. It didn't really strike me
- 6:22Speaker 1: as weird, but now that, you know, we're looking back
- 6:24Speaker 1: on it in hindsight, old boy was a weirdo. Here's
- 6:27Speaker 1: what I know. Did he do that? No, he didn't. Instead,
- 6:31Speaker 1: he shoots off an email to Ghislaine Maxwell... Oh, well,
- 6:34Speaker 1: I have some questions about Virginia Roberts. I thought you
- 6:37Speaker 1: didn't know Virginia Roberts, you epic liar. So yeah, if
- 6:42Speaker 1: I'm putting the pieces together here, folks, and we all
- 6:46Speaker 1: know I'm not a genius, pretty sure the investigators are
- 6:49Speaker 1: doing their due diligence. Pretty sure David Boies and company
- 6:55Speaker 1: are putting the pieces together as well. Speaking on talk
- 7:01Speaker 1: radio this morning, Miss Levin said, One was to ignore it,
- 7:05Speaker 1: pretend it didn't happen. He didn't know anything about it.
- 7:08Speaker 1: We've seen that hasn't worked. It hasn't gone away. He
- 7:12Speaker 1: thought it would all disappear into the night. It hasn't. Well, yeah,
- 7:16Speaker 1: it's not going to disappear into the night. That was
- 7:19Speaker 1: never going to be an outcome that was going to happen.
- 7:24Speaker 1: That ship has sailed. People are in an absolute fervor
- 7:29Speaker 1: for justice at this point. And believe me when I
- 7:33Speaker 1: tell you, justice has been a long time coming for
- 7:36Speaker 1: the people involved in this disgusting nightmare. But guess what?
- 7:43Speaker 1: That train has left the station. And it's barreling directly
- 7:46Speaker 1: towards Ghislaine Maxwell, Jean-Luc Brunel, and hopefully the Joe Exotic
- 7:53Speaker 1: of the Windsor family. The second one was to go
- 7:58Speaker 1: to America and answer all the questions and nitpick apart
- 8:02Speaker 1: the accusations, which is quite dangerous. Remember how he was
- 8:07Speaker 1: on Newsnight and then think of him on the stand
- 8:10Speaker 1: giving evidence. Now, we've talked about that a whole bunch.
- 8:13Speaker 1: That is what they're trying to avoid. They do not
- 8:16Speaker 1: want to put him on the stand. For them, they
- 8:19Speaker 1: want to give a written deposition. The same way Trump
- 8:23Speaker 1: wanted to give a written deposition. The same way Bill
- 8:26Speaker 1: Clinton tried to give a written deposition for their impeachments.
- 8:30Speaker 1: And it's the same here with Andrew. You are in
- 8:32Speaker 1: a lot more jeopardy when you're sitting down across from
- 8:35Speaker 1: an interrogator answering their questions in a live setting. If
- 8:40Speaker 1: you answer the questions, written questions, you can have your
- 8:43Speaker 1: lawyer help you. And, you know, you can have your
- 8:45Speaker 1: hand held like Andrew is used to. I'd be surprised
- 8:49Speaker 1: if this dude knows how to make toast. I'd be
- 8:52Speaker 1: surprised if this guy can pair his socks in the morning.
- 8:54Speaker 1: And I'd certainly be surprised if this dude knew how
- 8:57Speaker 1: to cook any food for himself. I think it would
- 9:03Speaker 1: be a disaster for him. The third one is try
- 9:06Speaker 1: to worm out of the fact that his accuser doesn't
- 9:09Speaker 1: have a case. And that is the strategy, right? A
- 9:12Speaker 1: game of technicalities and loopholes like it's nobody's business. Him, Maxwell, Epstein...
- 9:21Speaker 1: Every one of these so-called elites all dance into the
- 9:24Speaker 1: same tune, folks. They all have the same playbook out.
- 9:30Speaker 1: Like I always say, it's like one of the retread
- 9:32Speaker 1: coaches in the NFL. Yeah, sure, let's hire Wade Wilson
- 9:35Speaker 1: again because that worked out so well for the other
- 9:37Speaker 1: nine teams that he was coaching. But yet they all
- 9:40Speaker 1: go to the same playbook. And it's not going to
- 9:43Speaker 1: work this time. The game of technicalities, the game of loopholes,
- 9:47Speaker 1: that shit has ended for these elites. And people are
- 9:50Speaker 1: paying attention to what's going on now. People are focused.
- 9:56Speaker 1: And this guy isn't going to get off without answering
- 9:59Speaker 1: the hard questions under oath. I mean, now, as far
- 10:03Speaker 1: as him getting charged criminally, I doubt it, right? I hope,
- 10:08Speaker 1: but I doubt it. But in this civil matter, oh,
- 10:10Speaker 1: he's going to have to answer these questions one way
- 10:12Speaker 1: or the other. Andrew previously hoped to have the case
- 10:19Speaker 1: thrown out on a technicality after his Hollywood lawyer argued
- 10:23Speaker 1: the documents hadn't been officially served. And in his latest
- 10:27Speaker 1: bid to end the lawsuit, his legal team successfully argued
- 10:30Speaker 1: to receive a copy of the 2009 settlement signed by Ms. Roberts.
- 10:36Speaker 1: You know what? I don't understand how the media is
- 10:38Speaker 1: framing that. It's very odd. David Boies was completely fine
- 10:42Speaker 1: with giving it over to... Prince Andrew, Epstein's estate acquiesced
- 10:48Speaker 1: and so did Preskus. I don't see what the big
- 10:50Speaker 1: deal is. It's not like David Boies was fighting the
- 10:52Speaker 1: release of this. Are they that pathetic and hunting that
- 10:56Speaker 1: low on the scale here to try and get any
- 11:03Speaker 1: so-called victory that they can? And you can already see
- 11:06Speaker 1: Brettler and Marty Singer's fingerprints on things. What did I
- 11:10Speaker 1: tell you? You're going to see a bunch of positive
- 11:14Speaker 1: articles coming out about Joe Exotic of the Windsor family
- 11:17Speaker 1: in the future. I can almost guarantee it. That is
- 11:20Speaker 1: how Marty Singer rolls, and that is certainly how Brettler rolls.
- 11:24Speaker 1: They understand that this has to be fought in the
- 11:28Speaker 1: public square as well as in the courtroom, and they're
- 11:31Speaker 1: going to do it. Do not doubt me on that, folks.
- 11:35Speaker 1: That is exactly how these high-profile lawyers roll, and for $ 2, 000
- 11:38Speaker 1: an hour, you better believe that they are going to
- 11:44Speaker 1: be engaged and willing. It could be a disaster. Lawyer
- 11:51Speaker 1: Andrew B. Brettler says the accuser had entered into a
- 11:54Speaker 1: settlement agreement that would end her current claim against the prince.
- 11:59Speaker 1: But Ms. Levin said, that's a dead end as well.
- 12:02Speaker 1: It's just not going to go away. It's not going
- 12:04Speaker 1: to go away. There's nothing there that protects Prince Andrew.
- 12:07Speaker 1: He wasn't an employee of Jeffrey Epstein's. do as a friend.
- 12:14Speaker 1: His BFF, right? Isn't that the way they like to
- 12:16Speaker 1: run around? We're going to go watch the King's Speech
- 12:20Speaker 1: or whatever the hell that movie was that they watched.
- 12:23Speaker 1: It's ridiculous. The whole entire thing and the whole defense
- 12:27Speaker 1: that the Joe Exotic of the Windsor family is trying
- 12:30Speaker 1: to put up here is so transparent that if you
- 12:35Speaker 1: were blind, you'd be able to see it clearly. She
- 12:41Speaker 1: said the suit is affecting the royal family very badly.
- 12:44Speaker 1: And no matter what the outcome, the damage to Andrew's
- 12:46Speaker 1: reputation will be permanent. You think? The guy's being accused
- 12:50Speaker 1: of heinous crimes. And he's allegedly the Prince of England, right?
- 12:57Speaker 1: You would think that somebody like this would not be hiding,
- 13:01Speaker 1: would not be ducking and dodging, but would be challenging
- 13:03Speaker 1: these allegations as they come in. I know I would be.
- 13:08Speaker 1: But guess what? You can't do that if you're lying.
- 13:11Speaker 1: You can't do that if you do not have the
- 13:13Speaker 1: truth on your side. And from everything we know, all
- 13:18Speaker 1: of the circumstantial evidence that's stacked, Mount Everest High, sure
- 13:23Speaker 1: seems like this dude is lying to all of us.
- 13:30Speaker 1: Here's the prince, the second son of her majesty, and
- 13:33Speaker 1: he's just going on and on and pretending in his
- 13:36Speaker 1: rather pompous way he's above all this nonsense, she said.
- 13:39Speaker 1: Despite a series of PR catastrophes in recent years, Andrew
- 13:43Speaker 1: was reportedly so confident the case would collapse that he
- 13:46Speaker 1: was plotting a return to the royal front line. Imagine
- 13:50Speaker 1: being that tone deaf about your life, about everything. Yeah,
- 13:55Speaker 1: we'll just let this all blow over and then I'll
- 13:57Speaker 1: scoot right back into my place in public life. Negative,
- 14:02Speaker 1: that's not going to happen. Nobody wants to see your stupid,
- 14:05Speaker 1: ugly ass mouth. Nobody wants to see your face either.
- 14:09Speaker 1: So do us all a favor and go and live
- 14:12Speaker 1: in the Tower of London and call it a day.
- 14:16Speaker 1: And while you're at it, why don't you take all
- 14:18Speaker 1: of your relatives, all of the royals with you, and
- 14:20Speaker 1: let the people of the UK become citizens instead of subjects.
- 14:25Speaker 1: Enough is enough with this royal family. To hell with
- 14:28Speaker 1: the monarchy. The hope was, despite the alleged wishes of
- 14:35Speaker 1: older brother Charles, but he's now understood to be worried.
- 14:39Speaker 1: One source said there has been a dramatic shift in
- 14:42Speaker 1: mood and the reality that this could not could not
- 14:45Speaker 1: only go on for many months, if not years, as
- 14:48Speaker 1: well as costing potentially millions of pounds is very real. Oh,
- 14:52Speaker 1: you think? Yeah, it's very real. It's going to cost
- 14:55Speaker 1: millions of pounds. Two thousand dollars an hour just for
- 14:59Speaker 1: Brettler and his team. That's not the specialists are going
- 15:01Speaker 1: to bring on. You know, they're going to bring on
- 15:03Speaker 1: a bunch of those. So definitely running into the millions. And, oh,
- 15:08Speaker 1: mommy's going to pay for it. Oh, how sweet. The
- 15:11Speaker 1: queen's going to ride on in and enable her son
- 15:15Speaker 1: some more. How cute. Miss me with all of it.
- 15:20Speaker 1: The queen, she's an enabler. And all of the bad
- 15:24Speaker 1: press her and the royal family are getting is well-deserved.
- 15:31Speaker 1: Despite that, he plans to fight back. And sources say Mr.
- 15:35Speaker 1: Brettler plans to examine and dismantle the claims one by one.
- 15:39Speaker 1: And that's definitely what he's going to do. Brettler is
- 15:41Speaker 1: no joke, folks. Anyone who thinks that Andrew Brettler is
- 15:44Speaker 1: not a serious attorney doesn't know what they're talking about.
- 15:47Speaker 1: Marty Singer and his office, those people are serious people.
- 15:51Speaker 1: So I really hope that David Boies and Sigrid are
- 15:55Speaker 1: ready to rock because these dudes are not going to
- 15:58Speaker 1: just wither. They're going to come hard in the paint.
- 16:01Speaker 1: And get ready, it's going to be a full court press.
- 16:06Speaker 1: The case is reportedly costing the Queen millions of pounds already.
- 16:10Speaker 1: It's understood Mr. Brettler is charging Andrew around $ 2, 000 an hour. Imagine? $ 2, 000
- 16:15Speaker 1: an hour for his legal services. $ 2, 000 an hour. Whole
- 16:18Speaker 1: lot of money, folks. And guess what? You or I...
- 16:30Speaker 1: We certainly aren't able to afford that kind of legal counsel,
- 16:33Speaker 1: are we? So there you have it. Quick update on
- 16:37Speaker 1: the Joe Exotic of the Windsor family, what he's up to,
- 16:41Speaker 1: and where the case between him and Virginia currently stands. Now,
- 16:47Speaker 1: it's setting up to be a battle royale, and it's
- 16:49Speaker 1: going to probably go on for quite some time. So
- 16:54Speaker 1: we'll definitely be here keeping our eye on it, and
- 16:56Speaker 1: we'll see what's what. But I'll tell you this much.
- 17:00Speaker 1: Prince Andrew better come with more than he has, because
- 17:04Speaker 1: if not, things are not going to turn out the
- 17:08Speaker 1: way he wants it. If you'd like to contact me,
- 17:11Speaker 1: you can do that at bobbycapucci at protonmail.com. That's B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I

- 17:30Speaker 1: this episode can be found in the description box. What's
- 17:34Speaker 1: up everybody and welcome to the program. In news that
- 17:38Speaker 1: should shock nobody, the Joe Exotic of the Windsor family
- 17:44Speaker 1: has reached out to the person who advised Harvey Weinstein
- 17:49Speaker 1: during his Me Too moment. During his trial for being
- 17:55Speaker 1: a disgusting, depraved, sick bastard. And now you have the
- 18:01Speaker 1: Joe Exotic of the Windsor family reaching out to the
- 18:05Speaker 1: same person, Blair Burke, to help fix the train wreck
- 18:12Speaker 1: that he has found himself in. Unfortunately for him, there's
- 18:16Speaker 1: no fixture in the world that's getting him out of
- 18:19Speaker 1: the nonsense he's put himself in at this point. I
- 18:23Speaker 1: don't care if you have Ray Donovan working for you.
- 18:28Speaker 1: The evidence is there. The only thing that could save
- 18:32Speaker 1: the Joe Exotic of the Windsor family from really being
- 18:37Speaker 1: in jeopardy here, the only thing is him coming forward
- 18:45Speaker 1: and speaking to the authorities on his own. And even then,
- 18:48Speaker 1: I don't think it would stop this civil lawsuit that
- 18:54Speaker 1: is on its way. But the funniest thing to me,
- 18:57Speaker 1: I guess I shouldn't even say funniest, the most ironic
- 18:59Speaker 1: thing to me is the fact that all of these
- 19:02Speaker 1: people all travel in the same circles, all have the
- 19:05Speaker 1: same advisors, all use the same experts when shit goes
- 19:11Speaker 1: south for them. And you wonder why I call them
- 19:16Speaker 1: fellow travelers, huh? Today in this article from The Sun,
- 19:23Speaker 1: we have headline, advice for Andy Prince Andrew, the Joe
- 19:28Speaker 1: Exotic of the Windsor family, advised by a rapist Harvey
- 19:31Speaker 1: Weinstein's ex-lawyer as accuser Virginia Roberts threatens to sue. So
- 19:36Speaker 1: can you imagine what the situation's like at Team Joe
- 19:41Speaker 1: Exotic of the Windsor family right now? They're all huddled up,
- 19:45Speaker 1: trying to figure out ways to stop what's coming. Breaking news.
- 19:50Speaker 1: The train has already left the station. Next stop, justice,
- 19:55Speaker 1: you sick bastard. And you could talk to all of
- 20:00Speaker 1: the public relations experts in the world. You could polish
- 20:05Speaker 1: it up as nice as you want. But the fact remains,
- 20:08Speaker 1: everything beneath it is still a turd. And the Joe
- 20:13Speaker 1: Exotic of the Windsor family, and the people that defend him,
- 20:20Speaker 1: their day's coming too. This article was authored by James Beale.
- 20:27Speaker 1: The news emerged last night as sex accuser Virginia Roberts
- 20:32Speaker 1: threatens to sue the royals. So more like survivor Virginia
- 20:36Speaker 1: Roberts threatens to sue the royal, and good, as she should.
- 20:40Speaker 1: Why shouldn't she sue this dude? If he did everything
- 20:45Speaker 1: that he's accused of, forget suing, he should be charged
- 20:48Speaker 1: criminally as well. While I highly doubt the federal government
- 20:53Speaker 1: has the huevos for that, at the very least, a
- 20:57Speaker 1: civil suit here could air this all out, could really
- 21:00Speaker 1: put the Joe Exotic of the Windsor family on blast.
- 21:07Speaker 1: Blair Burke, 57, known for solving Starz legal scrapes, was
- 21:11Speaker 1: consulted by representatives of the Duke of York, 61, The
- 21:16Speaker 1: Sun Can Reveal. And you know they're scrambling over there.
- 21:19Speaker 1: There's no doubt that they're in panic mode. They're absolutely scrambling,
- 21:24Speaker 1: trying to find purchase, trying to find any defense that
- 21:27Speaker 1: they think could gain some traction. But the reality is this.
- 21:33Speaker 1: The evidence is a mile high against you. your clients,
- 21:38Speaker 1: and all of your friends. So you could come up
- 21:42Speaker 1: with the greatest strategy in the world, and I don't care,
- 21:44Speaker 1: you could dig up Johnny Cochran, F. Lee Bailey, and
- 21:48Speaker 1: the rest of them. And it's not going to matter,
- 21:54Speaker 1: because the evidence is so much. There is literally decades
- 22:02Speaker 1: worth of evidence here. She was hired by shamed film
- 22:08Speaker 1: mogul Weinstein in 2017 before he was jailed for rape
- 22:12Speaker 1: and sex assault following a string of Me Too claims
- 22:16Speaker 1: by film actresses. And another thing with these lawyers, right? Oh,
- 22:19Speaker 1: these high-profile lawyers. These crisis coaches. Seems like every one
- 22:26Speaker 1: of these guys who goes to see one of these
- 22:28Speaker 1: coaches ends up in the hooscow anyway. So why are
- 22:31Speaker 1: you wasting your fucking money? Here's an idea. And I
- 22:37Speaker 1: know this is going to be a novel idea. Don't
- 22:41Speaker 1: be a sick bastard. Don't engage in human trafficking. And
- 22:45Speaker 1: don't cavort with people like Jeffrey Epstein. And you won't
- 22:47Speaker 1: have to worry about anything like this. You know, life
- 22:50Speaker 1: is not that difficult. Wake up in the morning, straighten
- 22:53Speaker 1: your room, take a shower, brush your teeth, don't do methamphetamine,
- 22:57Speaker 1: and you're already on your path to success, my friends.
- 23:02Speaker 1: But these rich, powerful, influential people They just can't help themselves.
- 23:08Speaker 1: They have to be sick, depraved bastards. And how many
- 23:12Speaker 1: times do we have to see it over and over
- 23:14Speaker 1: and over again? And when they're caught, oh, they all
- 23:16Speaker 1: go crawling back to the same crisis groups, the same
- 23:20Speaker 1: public affairs relations people. And the process begins all over again.
- 23:28Speaker 1: The wheel keeps on spinning. Ms. Burke has also worked
- 23:34Speaker 1: for Kanye West, Lindsay Lohan, and acted for Mel Gibson
- 23:38Speaker 1: after he unleashed an anti-Semitic Jewish tirade when stopped by
- 23:42Speaker 1: traffic cops. So she's worked with them all, right? She's
- 23:46Speaker 1: worked with a who's who in the world of scumbaggery.
- 23:50Speaker 1: And I get it. That's her job. 100%. I don't
- 23:53Speaker 1: have a problem with people who are doing their job. Lawyers,
- 23:57Speaker 1: whatever it is. And this lady's job is to advise
- 24:01Speaker 1: people who are going through crisis. Again, I don't care
- 24:05Speaker 1: if you have $ 158 million like Leon Black for Jeffrey
- 24:08Speaker 1: Epstein's advice. No advice in the world is going to
- 24:13Speaker 1: save you from what is coming, Joe Exotic of the
- 24:16Speaker 1: Windsor family. You had your chance to come forward. You
- 24:19Speaker 1: had your chance to speak to the authorities. You had
- 24:22Speaker 1: your chance to be a man. Instead, you chose to
- 24:26Speaker 1: be a sniveling coward, hiding behind mummy's skirts, hiding behind
- 24:31Speaker 1: your privilege and your blood. What a pathetic human being.
- 24:37Speaker 1: Imagine being such a coward, having a heart made of Charmin,
- 24:41Speaker 1: and hiding behind your mom as a grown-ass man. Straight
- 24:48Speaker 1: bitch made, in the best of circumstances. Never mind being
- 24:51Speaker 1: a prince of the blood. A royal prince acting like this?
- 24:55Speaker 1: Take it easy, Joffrey. It is so beyond the pale.
- 25:02Speaker 1: that this guy has gotten away with not speaking to
- 25:05Speaker 1: the authorities for this long. All because of his privilege.
- 25:10Speaker 1: All because of his blood. But the playing field's not tilted, though.
- 25:17Speaker 1: It's not tilted in their direction. Come on, that's a
- 25:18Speaker 1: conspiracy theory. You're crazy. The real battle isn't against the
- 25:23Speaker 1: haves and the have-nots. It's against our friends and our neighbors.
- 25:28Speaker 1: Fact of the matter is, Prince Andrew, the rest of
- 25:31Speaker 1: the so-called elite, None of them give a fuck about
- 25:34Speaker 1: you or your children. Look at the way they treat
- 25:36Speaker 1: your children. And these are the same people that we're
- 25:40Speaker 1: going to put up on a pedestal? I'm certainly not.
- 25:46Speaker 1: It's about time that Prince Andrew answers these allegations. It's
- 25:51Speaker 1: about time that he sits down and has a candid
- 25:53Speaker 1: conversation under oath. It is not known if she is
- 26:01Speaker 1: still working on Andrew's behalf. Well, who knows? Maybe he
- 26:06Speaker 1: called her for some advice and she said to him, look, buddy,
- 26:08Speaker 1: your goose is cooked. Tell your story walking. I want
- 26:11Speaker 1: nothing to do with this shit. Who knows? We don't
- 26:13Speaker 1: know what happened behind the scenes. The point is that
- 26:15Speaker 1: he's panicking now. He's reaching out to other people. He's
- 26:19Speaker 1: building his circle and he's trying to fortify his defense.
- 26:23Speaker 1: Because what he thought was just going to go away.
- 26:26Speaker 1: What he thought was just going to magically disappear because
- 26:30Speaker 1: who he is, well, he thought wrong. And now Team Andrew,
- 26:37Speaker 1: with Maxwell behind bars, Jean-Luc Brunel behind bars, the impending trial,
- 26:42Speaker 1: the heat is on. And the prince who says he
- 26:45Speaker 1: can't sweat, well, I'm pretty sure he's a little wet
- 26:50Speaker 1: under the collar right now. So as Virginia begins to
- 26:56Speaker 1: gear up, according to reports, to slap this dude with
- 26:59Speaker 1: a lawsuit, we see the panic begin over in Windsor.
- 27:06Speaker 1: And folks, buckle up. We're just getting started. If you'd
- 27:12Speaker 1: like to contact me, you can do that at bobbycapucci
- 27:14Speaker 1: at protonmail.com. That's B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I at protonmail.com. You can also find

- 27:30Speaker 1: links that go with this episode can be found in
- 27:32Speaker 1: the description box. All right, everybody, I'll be back later on,
- 27:36Speaker 1: and we'll pick up where we left off. Have a
- 27:40Speaker 1: great day, everyone. Welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles. Last night,
- 27:47Speaker 1: we were talking about how Judge Kaplan... had requested help
- 27:50Speaker 1: from his colleagues over in the UK and Australia in
- 27:55Speaker 1: trying to get testimony from some witnesses. Now, we know
- 28:00Speaker 1: that witnesses who are in different countries cannot be compelled
- 28:04Speaker 1: by the United States to act as witnesses in a
- 28:08Speaker 1: trial or to provide testimony. So the host country, in
- 28:12Speaker 1: this case, it's the United States, reaches out to their
- 28:16Speaker 1: partners and tries to set it up so they're getting
- 28:20Speaker 1: cooperation from their partners abroad. And that is exactly where
- 28:25Speaker 1: we're at here, considering that Judge Kaplan is reaching out
- 28:29Speaker 1: to try and facilitate all of this. Well, Andrew and
- 28:34Speaker 1: his people, they really want to talk to Virginia Roberts' husband, Robert.
- 28:39Speaker 1: And it looks like that's going to happen. We have
- 28:42Speaker 1: an article today from the Daily Mail that adds a
- 28:45Speaker 1: little bit more context to this as well. And I
- 28:48Speaker 1: think that it's important that we do that. Whenever we
- 28:51Speaker 1: can add a little more meat to the bone, we're
- 28:53Speaker 1: definitely going to dive in and add that because it
- 28:57Speaker 1: makes the story more robust and it gives us more
- 29:00Speaker 1: context and it makes us well, hopefully, makes us understand
- 29:04Speaker 1: things a little bit better. And really, that's the endgame, right?
- 29:08Speaker 1: To try and put all of these pieces together and
- 29:11Speaker 1: understand what happened here. It would be nice if we
- 29:14Speaker 1: had some help from the legacy media and stuff like that,
- 29:16Speaker 1: but we all know that's not going to happen. So
- 29:20Speaker 1: independent content creators, independent researchers and journalists, they've been left
- 29:26Speaker 1: to pick up the pieces and put things together. But
- 29:30Speaker 1: what a story like this does... And what this sort
- 29:34Speaker 1: of information does is it just adds a little more
- 29:37Speaker 1: color to the background. And we see the wheels moving
- 29:42Speaker 1: and things are starting to happen in real time. So
- 29:46Speaker 1: let's jump into this article from the Daily Mail and
- 29:49Speaker 1: let's see what authors Jamie Phillips and Daniel Bates have
- 29:53Speaker 1: to say. Headline. Prince Andrew's lawyers want to quiz husband
- 29:58Speaker 1: of royal sex assault accuser Virginia Roberts over her role
- 30:02Speaker 1: in recruiting and trafficking underage girls for pedophile Jeffrey Epstein.
- 30:07Speaker 1: So again, what they're trying to do is give you
- 30:10Speaker 1: some whataboutism, right? They're trying to conflate the issue. Well,
- 30:14Speaker 1: Prince Andrew might be a scumbag, but, you know, Virginia
- 30:17Speaker 1: was helping recruit girls for Jeffrey Epstein. Doesn't that mean anything? Well, again,
- 30:23Speaker 1: if you just say that without any context, it looks
- 30:25Speaker 1: really bad. But when you look at the overall situation,
- 30:29Speaker 1: how Virginia was recruited and groomed as an underage girl,
- 30:32Speaker 1: how all of this behavior was normalized to her and others, well,
- 30:37Speaker 1: it becomes a whole different viewing experience, doesn't it? And again,
- 30:41Speaker 1: that's why context is so important. And that's why with
- 30:45Speaker 1: long form conversation like we have here on the podcast,
- 30:48Speaker 1: there's never too much context to add. Prince Andrew's lawyers
- 30:55Speaker 1: want to quiz the husband of the royal sex assault accuser,
- 30:58Speaker 1: Virginia Roberts, over her role in recruiting and trafficking underage
- 31:02Speaker 1: girls for pedophile Jeffrey Epstein. Ms. Roberts, 38, is suing
- 31:07Speaker 1: Andrew in New York for battery and intentional infliction of
- 31:11Speaker 1: emotional distress after claiming, in a civil suit, that she
- 31:15Speaker 1: was trafficked by Epstein and forced to have sex with Andrew, 61,
- 31:19Speaker 1: on three occasions when she was 17. And again, look,
- 31:24Speaker 1: If this was just the one incident, right, and there
- 31:27Speaker 1: was no Jeffrey Epstein involved, no huge human trafficking operation
- 31:32Speaker 1: going on, then we could look at this maybe in
- 31:34Speaker 1: a different light and say, all right, there's not enough
- 31:37Speaker 1: here to see this guy get absolutely raked over the
- 31:40Speaker 1: coals like this. But that's not the case. There's no
- 31:42Speaker 1: gray area here for me. This dude is what he is, right?
- 31:49Speaker 1: And in my opinion, anyway, has certainly done what Virginia
- 31:53Speaker 1: is claiming he has done. And from Andrew, all we
- 31:58Speaker 1: have got so far is garbage, right? Straight hot garbage.
- 32:02Speaker 1: He hasn't given any kind of evidence, any kind of
- 32:05Speaker 1: proof that this wasn't him. He wasn't there. Nothing. However,
- 32:11Speaker 1: Judge Lewis Kaplan has now written to Australia's Attorney General
- 32:16Speaker 1: to secure their assistance in arranging an interview with Robert Joffrey, Ms.
- 32:22Speaker 1: Roberts' husband since 2002. After the Duke's legal team invoked
- 32:26Speaker 1: the Hay Convention to question him under oath on Monday.
- 32:30Speaker 1: And look, hey, I think this is a good move, right?
- 32:33Speaker 1: I want every rock overturned. I want doors kicked in.
- 32:39Speaker 1: I want the bushes shaked, all of it. Let's get
- 32:42Speaker 1: down to it. Let's get every bit of information possible
- 32:45Speaker 1: out there into the court so that we can figure
- 32:48Speaker 1: out what the hell happened here. And if you're innocent
- 32:53Speaker 1: and you didn't do what you're being accused of, you
- 32:56Speaker 1: should have no fear of the evidence coming out. And
- 33:00Speaker 1: that's why when you see these people move to keep
- 33:03Speaker 1: things under seal, it sets off alarm bells right away
- 33:07Speaker 1: in my brain. Now, does it always mean that they're
- 33:09Speaker 1: trying to keep, you know, a deep, dark secret seal? No.
- 33:13Speaker 1: But still, when you're dealing with these kinds of people
- 33:16Speaker 1: and the secretive nature that they have shown for all
- 33:19Speaker 1: of these years and For the whole entire time we've
- 33:22Speaker 1: looked at them. Well. In his letter the judge said.
- 33:28Speaker 1: Prince Andrew's lawyers want to speak. To Virginia's husband. About
- 33:32Speaker 1: the couple's living arrangements in Australia. Any conversations he has had.
- 33:36Speaker 1: With his wife about the Duke. Her alleged childhood abuse.
- 33:40Speaker 1: And aspects of her income. The mirror reports. Again this
- 33:43Speaker 1: is going to be uncomfortable. For Virginia and her family.
- 33:47Speaker 1: These kind of legal proceedings. Always are. I mean, the
- 33:51Speaker 1: only thing that they're not giving you basically is a colonoscopy, right?
- 33:56Speaker 1: It's that invasive. But it's all part of it. And
- 34:00Speaker 1: this isn't new ground for Virginia. This isn't a new
- 34:03Speaker 1: place for her. She's been here before. She's battled these
- 34:05Speaker 1: people before. And she's come out on top. Now they're
- 34:09Speaker 1: going to want to ask her husband all kinds of questions,
- 34:11Speaker 1: personal questions about their relationship. And, you know, conversations that
- 34:16Speaker 1: they shared and confidence. I'm not too sure how all
- 34:18Speaker 1: of that works, legally speaking. But if I was him,
- 34:22Speaker 1: I would just probably get up there and just let
- 34:26Speaker 1: loose and let these dudes know the deal. Because he
- 34:30Speaker 1: was Virginia's confidant, right? You know, met in Thailand, helped
- 34:33Speaker 1: her escape to get down to Australia. And, you know,
- 34:37Speaker 1: the story is what it is from there. Dude stepped
- 34:41Speaker 1: up to the plate big time. And you have to
- 34:43Speaker 1: respect a guy like that, right? So I don't think
- 34:46Speaker 1: that Robert is going to have any issues here telling
- 34:49Speaker 1: his story. Again, when you have the truth backing you up,
- 34:53Speaker 1: these depositions are nowhere near as hairy. These depositions are
- 34:56Speaker 1: nowhere near as dangerous because you're telling the truth. The
- 35:04Speaker 1: letter added that the Duke's legal team had asked that
- 35:08Speaker 1: it be examined about his wife's role in recruiting and
- 35:11Speaker 1: trafficking underage girls for Epstein. See, this is a non-starter
- 35:15Speaker 1: for me, and I think it'll be a non-starter for
- 35:18Speaker 1: the court. The court understands that Virginia Roberts was groomed,
- 35:22Speaker 1: and this process was normalized. And when that occurs, especially
- 35:27Speaker 1: to an underage person whose brain isn't fully formed yet,
- 35:30Speaker 1: by the way, then it's a whole different category. We're
- 35:33Speaker 1: not talking about an adult like Elaine Maxwell or Sarah
- 35:36Speaker 1: Kellen Vickers here. We're talking about a child who was
- 35:39Speaker 1: groomed from a broken background and taught that this was okay.
- 35:44Speaker 1: And this is how people in the upper crust conduct themselves.
- 35:48Speaker 1: So really, again, what are you trying to re-victimize these
- 35:52Speaker 1: children who were groomed when you say shit like this?
- 35:54Speaker 1: It's garbage to me. The judge has also asked the
- 36:01Speaker 1: county's attorney general for their assistance in securing an interview
- 36:05Speaker 1: with Ms. Roberts' therapist, Dr. Judith Lightfoot. Now, this is
- 36:09Speaker 1: where I don't agree. I don't think people's therapy records
- 36:13Speaker 1: as far as mental health should be on the table.
- 36:16Speaker 1: When you go into that setting and you're talking to
- 36:18Speaker 1: a therapist or a psychologist, whatever it is, you have
- 36:22Speaker 1: the protection of knowing that that conversation is not going
- 36:26Speaker 1: any further. It ends there, right? But when you have
- 36:30Speaker 1: people like this talking about, oh, I want her records
- 36:34Speaker 1: from talking to her mental health professional, I draw the
- 36:37Speaker 1: line there. I think that's gross. And I would say
- 36:39Speaker 1: the same thing if Virginia's lawyers were going after the
- 36:44Speaker 1: transcripts of, say, Ghislaine Maxwell and her speaking to her therapist.
- 36:49Speaker 1: I know I wouldn't want that out there if it
- 36:50Speaker 1: was me. And I don't know if there are any
- 36:54Speaker 1: legal backstops that prevent that from occurring or what have you.
- 36:58Speaker 1: But I think that some things need to be off limits, right?
- 37:02Speaker 1: And that's certainly one of them. When you're talking about
- 37:04Speaker 1: mental health, it's such a subject with a stigma on
- 37:07Speaker 1: it already. When you have a situation now where survivors
- 37:11Speaker 1: can't even speak to their therapist without the fear that
- 37:14Speaker 1: that information might become available in the public sphere, that's
- 37:19Speaker 1: not a good look for me. And it's really not
- 37:22Speaker 1: a good precedent for the court to be setting. Andrew's
- 37:25Speaker 1: lawyers want details of any medical treatment she may have received,
- 37:29Speaker 1: any diagnosis she may have been given, and her medical history. Well,
- 37:33Speaker 1: that's nice. I want a 7,000 acre ranch in Montana
- 37:36Speaker 1: with 500 herd of cattle, bunch of horses, and a
- 37:40Speaker 1: $ 5 million country cabin. I'm not getting that either, am I?
- 37:46Speaker 1: I mean, it's ridiculous to try and get this sort
- 37:48Speaker 1: of stuff from anybody, in my opinion. Unless there are
- 37:51Speaker 1: serious circumstances surrounding it, like we're talking about somebody who's
- 37:56Speaker 1: making a plea deal for, or trying to get a
- 37:59Speaker 1: plea deal, claiming they're insane or something, then maybe. But
- 38:02Speaker 1: when we're talking about sexual abuse survivors, there's no way
- 38:06Speaker 1: that I'm comfortable with the courts okaying the release of
- 38:10Speaker 1: documentation such as this. The letter continues that they want
- 38:17Speaker 1: access to bills charged by Dr. Lightfoot as well as
- 38:20Speaker 1: any alleged emotional and psychological harm and damages suffered by Ms. Roberts.
- 38:25Speaker 1: Both interviews are expected to take place on April 29th. Now,
- 38:31Speaker 1: if that's the case and it's a general overview... such
- 38:35Speaker 1: as did Miss Roberts suffer emotional or mental trauma because
- 38:39Speaker 1: of the issues that she suffered under the hands of
- 38:43Speaker 1: Maxwell and Epstein, then I think that might be okay.
- 38:46Speaker 1: Some sort of general yes or no type stuff. But
- 38:48Speaker 1: to get into the weeds and talk about the actual
- 38:51Speaker 1: trauma one way or the other, I just don't think
- 38:54Speaker 1: it's a good move. And I think it's a terrible
- 38:57Speaker 1: precedent to set. What happens to the next survivor who's
- 39:00Speaker 1: paying attention to this? Who might have something to say
- 39:03Speaker 1: about Maxwell? or Prince Andrew, and then they see that
- 39:06Speaker 1: even their most precious privacy moments are up for public consumption,
- 39:14Speaker 1: how many of them do you think are still going
- 39:15Speaker 1: to come forward and be willing to give information? Andrew's
- 39:27Speaker 1: lawyer in the U.S., Andrew Brettler, is understood to have
- 39:30Speaker 1: a strong opinion that he should fly to Australia to
- 39:33Speaker 1: conduct the interview in Perth, close to where Ms. Roberts
- 39:36Speaker 1: now resides. And you would think that that's what he
- 39:38Speaker 1: would want to do, right? Any lawyer worth his weight
- 39:41Speaker 1: in salt would want to fly to the actual place
- 39:44Speaker 1: and have a chat with the person that they're supposed
- 39:47Speaker 1: to be deposing. Nobody wants to do it over video.
- 39:50Speaker 1: We've discussed that here. Look, doing it over video is
- 39:54Speaker 1: the preferred way for the person being deposed. The last
- 39:57Speaker 1: thing you want to do is sit on the stand
- 40:00Speaker 1: or sit in the witness box and get hammered in
- 40:03Speaker 1: person by a guy like David Boies. It comes as
- 40:09Speaker 1: Judge Kaplan also approved requests for four people to be
- 40:12Speaker 1: formally interviewed in the UK and Australia yesterday. As the
- 40:17Speaker 1: case moves ahead, British legal authorities must help with the
- 40:20Speaker 1: request from accuser Miss Roberts to interview his former equerry,
- 40:25Speaker 1: Major Robert Olney. And this is a big one in
- 40:27Speaker 1: my opinion. We talked a little bit about it last night.
- 40:30Speaker 1: But Robert Olney definitely holds the keys. Dude was around
- 40:34Speaker 1: Andrew all the time. He can definitely corroborate some of
- 40:37Speaker 1: this stuff for sure. Now, I wouldn't be shocked to
- 40:41Speaker 1: see him take the 5th, plead the 5th to try
- 40:43Speaker 1: and protect his boy. And we've seen that plenty of
- 40:46Speaker 1: times throughout this whole entire ordeal. We've seen Maxwell take
- 40:50Speaker 1: the fifth. We've seen Epstein plead the fifth. We've seen
- 40:52Speaker 1: it a lot in these depositions. And that is certainly
- 40:55Speaker 1: your right. But when it comes to something like this,
- 40:59Speaker 1: when there is an abundance of evidence pointing at you,
- 41:03Speaker 1: I would think that you try and clear your name
- 41:05Speaker 1: here as opposed to pleading the fifth. But we might
- 41:08Speaker 1: see that from Robert Olney. Her lawyers, David Boyes and
- 41:13Speaker 1: Sigrid McCauley, want to ask Major Olney about Andrew's dealings
- 41:18Speaker 1: with Epstein. They also want to talk to a woman,
- 41:21Speaker 1: Shukri Walker, who says she saw Ms. Roberts with Andrew
- 41:24Speaker 1: at a London nightclub in 2001, after which Ms. Roberts
- 41:28Speaker 1: claims she had to have sex with him. So... David
- 41:32Speaker 1: Boies and Sigrid McCauley definitely want to talk to Aldi.
- 41:37Speaker 1: And they want to give him a little tickling, right?
- 41:39Speaker 1: What do you know? How do you know it? When
- 41:41Speaker 1: did you know it? Where's Epstein? What's his relation? I mean,
- 41:44Speaker 1: what's Andrew's relationship with Epstein? All of it. And we
- 41:49Speaker 1: saw a little bit how it works with the release
- 41:52Speaker 1: documentation from the first deposition. And we saw how the
- 41:56Speaker 1: lawyers were needling, poking, and prodding. And so much so
- 42:00Speaker 1: that Maxwell finally got fired up, right? And lost her
- 42:03Speaker 1: cool a little bit. Now, I wouldn't expect that from
- 42:06Speaker 1: someone like Olney. But look... it's a highly stressful situation
- 42:12Speaker 1: when you're being deposed, especially when you know you have
- 42:15Speaker 1: perjury hanging over your head if you BS. Mark Stevens,
- 42:21Speaker 1: CBE of London law firm Howard Kennedy, said of the
- 42:24Speaker 1: request by Ms. Roberts, to conduct interviews in the UK,
- 42:28Speaker 1: it's obviously closing the net around Andrew. The requests for
- 42:32Speaker 1: help from foreign legal authorities were filed in mid-January and
- 42:36Speaker 1: were approved yesterday by Judge Kaplan. They cite the Hague
- 42:41Speaker 1: Convention on taking of evidence abroad in civil matters as
- 42:45Speaker 1: the basis on which they must be carried out. And
- 42:48Speaker 1: the Hague Convention is basically the rules and laws for
- 42:54Speaker 1: all of the nations combined. Certain stipulations that we're supposed
- 42:59Speaker 1: to abide by as sovereign nations when dealing with other
- 43:02Speaker 1: sovereign nations. Does it always work that way? Of course not.
- 43:05Speaker 1: But that's the idea behind the Hague Convention. The request
- 43:11Speaker 1: states that they should be filed with the senior master
- 43:14Speaker 1: in the foreign process section in the High Court in London.
- 43:18Speaker 1: So we know that the process has been underway for
- 43:20Speaker 1: a while. Kaplan with the formal putting a stamp on
- 43:24Speaker 1: it yesterday. And we'll see where it's going to go
- 43:26Speaker 1: from here. I mean, very interesting to me to see
- 43:29Speaker 1: how this all plays out. We've never seen something like
- 43:31Speaker 1: this when we're talking about a member of the royal family.
- 43:35Speaker 1: So it is very where we're, you know, we're in
- 43:37Speaker 1: uncharted waters here. So it's going to be very interesting
- 43:40Speaker 1: to see how we navigate through this. Once the request
- 43:45Speaker 1: is received, Ms. Roberts' lawyers from Boy Schiller Flexner in
- 43:49Speaker 1: the UK will make an application for further details about assistance,
- 43:53Speaker 1: the letter states. Ms. Roberts is suing the Duke for
- 43:57Speaker 1: unspecified damages, which U.S. lawyers say could be more than
- 44:00Speaker 1: 14 million pounds if she is successful. Andrew strongly denies Ms.
- 44:05Speaker 1: Roberts' allegations, but Judge Kaplan rejected his request last month
- 44:09Speaker 1: to have the case dismissed. And look, we know that
- 44:12Speaker 1: Judge Kaplan pretty much shot it down, With all kinds
- 44:18Speaker 1: of animus, right? He was like, look, dude, there's not
- 44:22Speaker 1: enough here for me to dismiss this. We're going to
- 44:24Speaker 1: have to go to trial. You're going to have to
- 44:25Speaker 1: prove your point here because what you're showing me is
- 44:28Speaker 1: not enough. And really, that's what it comes down to, right?
- 44:31Speaker 1: Andrew and his team, they didn't have enough. They didn't
- 44:34Speaker 1: bring enough. And they certainly didn't show enough to get
- 44:38Speaker 1: Kaplan to toss this out. There are plenty of points
- 44:42Speaker 1: of evidence here. And the sooner that the Prince of
- 44:46Speaker 1: Nothing and his legal team understand that, the better off,
- 44:50Speaker 1: I think anyway, that their defense is going to be.
- 44:53Speaker 1: Because all we're seeing here right now is basically a
- 44:56Speaker 1: replay of the Maxwell defense. And how did that work out?
- 45:00Speaker 1: I use the analogy all the time, but I'll use
- 45:02Speaker 1: it again. It's like hiring a retread-ass coach in the
- 45:06Speaker 1: NFL thinking you're going to get different results this time.
- 45:09Speaker 1: How's Mike McCarthy working out for the Cowboys? After the decision,
- 45:16Speaker 1: the Duke was stripped of most of his remaining patronages
- 45:19Speaker 1: and military titles, which were returned to the Queen. Well,
- 45:23Speaker 1: we know that Prince Andrew is in serious jeopardy. And
- 45:25Speaker 1: we know that losing all of those titles, losing all
- 45:28Speaker 1: of his honorifics, his patronages, and the rest of it,
- 45:31Speaker 1: is a big shot to him. But is it enough?
- 45:34Speaker 1: I don't think so. I want this man to be
- 45:37Speaker 1: completely exposed for the fraud that he is. And at
- 45:41Speaker 1: this point, in my opinion anyway... The dude is exactly that,
- 45:45Speaker 1: a fraud. He's never done anything for society. He's never
- 45:50Speaker 1: done anything for the nation. Certainly hasn't done anything for
- 45:53Speaker 1: the great people of the UK. But yet, he's running
- 45:57Speaker 1: around getting money from them. Moms is going to have
- 46:00Speaker 1: to pick up the tab here. Getting a $ 359 a
- 46:05Speaker 1: week or a month rent, I mean, at a beautiful
- 46:09Speaker 1: mansion on the estate property. Come on, man. This guy
- 46:15Speaker 1: has been cruising for this for quite some time. And finally, folks, finally,
- 46:21Speaker 1: that karma train that left the station, oh, I don't know, six,
- 46:26Speaker 1: seven years ago, is about to arrive at its destination.
- 46:33Speaker 1: All right, folks, that's going to do it for this
- 46:35Speaker 1: morning's update. Today, you got some more context episodes coming
- 46:39Speaker 1: your way, maybe a couple of surprises. I'll be back tonight, obviously,
- 46:43Speaker 1: for the evening update. We'll see what's what with these
- 46:47Speaker 1: draconian MFers. And we'll continue to follow the case and
- 46:51Speaker 1: the story and see where it leads us. If you'd
