- 0:02Speaker 1: Hello, Hi, is this Jessica? By any chance? This is
- 0:07Speaker 1: hi Jessica. This is Gabe Glidden and Angie from Big

- 0:13Speaker 2: Hi? Pretty good?
- 0:14Speaker 1: Well, Jessica. We're calling because we saw you nominated your
- 0:18Speaker 1: cousin Memory for a Big ninety eight point seven Christmas
- 0:23Speaker 1: wish here. It sounds like she's had kind of a
- 0:25Speaker 1: rough go as of late. Can you let us know
- 0:28Speaker 1: what has been going on with Memory?
- 0:30Speaker 2: So she was diagnosed with leukemia and she's been receiving treatment.
- 0:34Speaker 2: She goes every morning and has treatment, and she's still
- 0:39Speaker 2: taking care of her kids, but obviously right now has
- 0:41Speaker 2: been unable to be working, and so that's a financial
- 0:46Speaker 2: hardship in addition to medical bills. And so she's just
- 0:52Speaker 2: the most awesome person. And I really think they would
- 0:55Speaker 2: deserve this wish.
- 0:56Speaker 3: And how many kids does Memory have?
- 1:00Speaker 2: Five? Total? Wow?
- 1:01Speaker 3: Oh wow? So this really is causing a financial hardship.
- 1:05Speaker 2: Yes, definitely.
- 1:06Speaker 1: What we want to do is I think we're going
- 1:08Speaker 1: to try to give Memory a call here today and
- 1:12Speaker 1: surprise her with a big Christmas wish. Thanks to you.
- 1:15Speaker 2: Oh my gosh, that's awesome. Thank you so much. Hello.
- 1:21Speaker 1: Hi, is this memory by any chance live?
- 1:25Speaker 2: Hi?
- 1:26Speaker 1: Memory? This is Gabe and Angie from the Big ninety
- 1:29Speaker 1: eight point seven Morning Show. How are you doing today?
- 1:32Speaker 4: I'm all right.
- 1:33Speaker 1: We just want to let you know that we have
- 1:36Speaker 1: this program here at Big ninety eight point seven called
- 1:38Speaker 1: the Big Christmas Wish. And I believe you have a
- 1:44Speaker 1: cousin who nominated you. Do you have a cousin named Jessica? Yes,
- 1:49Speaker 1: I do, Well Jessica. Let us know a little bit
- 1:53Speaker 1: about how you're twenty twenty five has been going, and
- 1:57Speaker 1: do you want to let us know what you're twenty
- 1:59Speaker 1: twenty five has been like. It sounds like you've been
- 2:01Speaker 1: going through a lot.
- 2:03Speaker 4: It started out great and then I just kind of
- 2:06Speaker 4: started having my heart started racing in June, and I
- 2:13Speaker 4: didn't really think much of it, kind of let it
- 2:15Speaker 4: go for about a month, and kind of towards the
- 2:19Speaker 4: end of that month, it was like I could barely
- 2:23Speaker 4: walk in my house, Like if I got up from
- 2:26Speaker 4: the chair and walked to the bathroom, might have to
- 2:28Speaker 4: stop and catch my breast. And anyways, I went to
- 2:32Speaker 4: the er and was diagnosed with leukemia.
- 2:36Speaker 3: Oh my gosh, so yeah, bit of a bit of
- 2:41Speaker 3: a shocker.
- 2:42Speaker 4: We weren't really, I wasn't expecting that.
- 2:44Speaker 3: I don't think anyone puts that on their BINGO card.
- 2:48Speaker 4: And yes, I spent almost was two days shy four
- 2:52Speaker 4: weeks in the hospital and then got to go home
- 2:55Speaker 4: and come back every day for KMO.
- 2:59Speaker 3: So that is gosh, so much to be going through,
- 3:03Speaker 3: especially as you juggle you know, family and kids.
- 3:07Speaker 4: Right, yes, I have kids and husband. So he took
- 3:11Speaker 4: over and I had to run the house. But he
- 3:17Speaker 4: did that and my family swooped in. I was, you know,
- 3:20Speaker 4: in the er for a couple hours and my family
- 3:23Speaker 4: was already there.
- 3:24Speaker 2: Memory.
- 3:24Speaker 3: You seem to have such a positive disposition, Well, you kind.
- 3:31Speaker 4: Of have to in this situation, and I'm just hanging
- 3:35Speaker 4: on to the assid I just have to put in
- 3:38Speaker 4: my time with this treatment and hopefully didn't put it
- 3:41Speaker 4: all behind me.
- 3:42Speaker 3: Well, Jessica nominated you for a big Christmas wish because
- 3:47Speaker 3: she knows that you have been going through a lot
- 3:49Speaker 3: and you are putting on a brave face. But this
- 3:52Speaker 3: can't be obviously easy to be going through, especially with
- 3:56Speaker 3: financial strain, and we want to help ease the burden
- 4:00Speaker 3: this holiday season. We don't want you to have to
- 4:02Speaker 3: worry about Christmas gifts, so we're going to grant you
- 4:06Speaker 3: a big Christmas wish of one thousand dollars totally.
- 4:11Speaker 4: So to you guys, Thank you, Memory.
- 4:16Speaker 1: We know Christmas gifts, I'm sure something you have to
- 4:20Speaker 1: grab still. And if you would like to use one
- 4:22Speaker 1: thousand dollars towards medical bills, you could one hundred percent
- 4:24Speaker 1: do that as well. It is yours to use however
- 4:27Speaker 1: you'd like it.
- 4:28Speaker 4: Wow, that was amazing, Thank you so much. So it's
- 4:32Speaker 4: just amazing, absolutely amazing. Thank you so much.
- 4:36Speaker 1: And Jessico, while we still have you on the phone,
- 4:38Speaker 1: what would you like to say to Memory right now?
- 4:40Speaker 2: I just said I love her so much and I
- 4:43Speaker 2: know she's going to get through this, and that so
- 4:45Speaker 2: many people are praying for her and rooting for her.
