- 1:03[SPEAKER_03]: Thank you.
- 1:03[SPEAKER_03]: And I hope you feel listen to this that you sung along with Alia.
- 1:07[SPEAKER_03]: But I'm doing great.
- 1:08[SPEAKER_03]: I had a great coffee to Alia made me shit tempted to make a heart, but she made a flower.
- 1:13[SPEAKER_03]: Which is still count.
- 1:13[SPEAKER_02]: I made a, yeah, like a leaf.
- 1:15[SPEAKER_02]: That's unusual.
- 1:16[SPEAKER_02]: But when we were in the cat skills, I made such a good heart for you.
- 1:20[SPEAKER_02]: And I said a heart for my heart.
- 1:22[SPEAKER_02]: And I tried to recreate that, but it didn't work.
- 1:24[SPEAKER_03]: It's okay to thought that counted, but yeah, that's why I'm feeling great.
- 1:27[SPEAKER_03]: The sun is finally out blue skies.
- 1:29[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, we have to like get through this pod so that we can go spend Yoni's day, the way the way he wants to.
- 1:37[SPEAKER_02]: What do you want to do exactly?
- 1:38[SPEAKER_02]: We're getting dinner later.
- 1:39[SPEAKER_02]: We have a whole plan in the evening.
- 1:42[SPEAKER_02]: I also have a little surprise for Yoni that I'm not telling you about.
- 1:46[SPEAKER_02]: What?
- 1:47[SPEAKER_03]: What surprise can you give me?
- 1:49[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, I don't know.
- 1:51[SPEAKER_02]: I feel like, I don't know about you guys, but... Yeah, thank you.
- 1:54[SPEAKER_02]: I feel, wait, hold on a second.
- 1:57[SPEAKER_02]: We're not saying I feel like anymore.
- 1:58[SPEAKER_02]: And we're not saying like, and I will not be interrupting you.
- 2:03[SPEAKER_02]: We're working on things here on the WCJ podcast.
- 2:07[SPEAKER_02]: But I want to say, I do believe that an element of surprise, even in the smallest of dose, is very important to have on your birthday.
- 2:20[SPEAKER_02]: of course the pressure of you know doing things to your birthday having a whole event having people come together all that you can be into that or not different circumstances made people are in town or you just don't want to do that or whatever but I think one element of a birthday that is non-negotiable is something with the element of surprise.
- 2:42[SPEAKER_02]: Even if it's like, you can't know everything that's happening.
- 2:46[SPEAKER_02]: There has to be something that it's like, oh my god, or something like that, you know, it's mandatory, at least I think.
- 2:54[SPEAKER_03]: I grew up there.
- 2:55[SPEAKER_03]: And to me, a surprise is a surprise.
- 2:57[SPEAKER_03]: It doesn't matter how big or small it is.
- 2:59[SPEAKER_03]: It's the fact that you thought about me to surprise me with the slew of things or big thing.
- 3:04[SPEAKER_03]: It doesn't matter.
- 3:04[SPEAKER_02]: It could be that like I
- 3:10[SPEAKER_03]: Exactly, especially if I love it, then it's much appreciated.
- 3:13[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, obviously, you would want to do maybe a little bit more.
- 3:16[SPEAKER_02]: Like, you went all the way to a specific place to get your favorite sandwich or bakery, baked good or something like that.
- 3:24[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 3:26[SPEAKER_03]: So, yeah, I kind of just want to talk about how I feel on my birthdays.
- 3:30[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, let us know.
- 3:31[SPEAKER_01]: How do you feel?
- 3:32[SPEAKER_03]: Um, so I don't know if it's, oh, also,
- 3:38[SPEAKER_02]: thirty five years.
- 3:41[SPEAKER_03]: This year specifically makes me feel
- 3:46[SPEAKER_03]: Not makes me feel like, but it makes me feel like I want to organize.
- 3:50[SPEAKER_03]: Just like my life complete, you look at everything, double check everything, what's happening, like what are you talking about?
- 3:58[SPEAKER_03]: No, no, just really be more organized, because that is something that I've been wanting or I've been working on for a very long time.
- 4:04[SPEAKER_03]: It's just like, because everybody knows, I mean, I everybody, you know that I'm organization and time management.
- 4:11[SPEAKER_03]: is like my biggest.
- 4:12[SPEAKER_02]: If we like played back last years episode where you talked about your right day, it's like the same thing.
- 4:19[SPEAKER_03]: No, okay, but it's important to like, okay, I'm taking it seriously and it's constantly on my mind.
- 4:25[SPEAKER_03]: So I cleaned my whole digital space, my computer, everything is nice and filed.
- 4:33[SPEAKER_03]: I still have a lot to do, but at least I have everything like organizing, I know where things need to go.
- 4:38[SPEAKER_03]: To me, that's a big part of my life.
- 4:42[SPEAKER_02]: I think for you is getting, you know, you had a recent issue with your back that you had like this pain in your back for, I would say like two months or so.
- 4:59[SPEAKER_03]: But it only, it was only two months because I wasn't taking care of it.
- 5:03[SPEAKER_02]: I know.
- 5:03[SPEAKER_02]: And that's what I want to say that I think there are certain things not to be like you're 35 now.
- 5:09[SPEAKER_02]: So you have to worry about this in this.
- 5:11[SPEAKER_02]: But at the same time, it's like, you do this is the time and the age when you have to like start doing a bit more maintenance, start like being a bit more intentional with, um,
- 5:27[SPEAKER_02]: everything when it comes to health.
- 5:28[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 5:29[SPEAKER_03]: And I want to do that.
- 5:30[SPEAKER_03]: You know, I never did.
- 5:31[SPEAKER_03]: I want to start doing yoga this year.
- 5:33[SPEAKER_03]: I have never done yoga a day in my life ever.
- 5:35[SPEAKER_02]: I just want to yoga this morning.
- 5:37[SPEAKER_02]: I don't really go to yoga a lot, but after today, I also want to go more frequently.
- 5:43[SPEAKER_02]: It's so good, especially like hot yoga.
- 5:45[SPEAKER_02]: It, it's kind of a sauna combined with movement and it's so good.
- 5:51[SPEAKER_03]: It's so crazy because I don't even know what it feels like.
- 5:53[SPEAKER_03]: I just know it feels, you feel great.
- 5:55[SPEAKER_03]: People tell me, even for basketball players is great.
- 5:58[SPEAKER_03]: Even if you're like, whatever sport you do yoga is always great.
- 6:02[SPEAKER_03]: So this is the year where I'm going to get into yoga.
- 6:04[SPEAKER_03]: This is the year that I just want to... Just have a better grasp.
- 6:12[SPEAKER_03]: A lot of bad habits, a lot of bad habits.
- 6:15[SPEAKER_03]: I want to let go of.
- 6:16[SPEAKER_02]: Like what?
- 6:17[SPEAKER_02]: I don't think I'm that many bad habits.
- 6:19[SPEAKER_02]: It's not that you have bad habits.
- 6:21[SPEAKER_02]: You don't have enough good habits.
- 6:24[SPEAKER_02]: It sounds really terrible.
- 6:25[SPEAKER_03]: I don't have enough good habits.
- 6:27[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, you don't have enough good.
- 6:30[SPEAKER_02]: Good.
- 6:32[SPEAKER_02]: Very specific good habits.
- 6:36[SPEAKER_02]: I do have some that are consistent, that are not a phase and I'm not going to point the finger you.
- 6:42[SPEAKER_02]: I also, that this like, EBSM flows, you know, it's not always going to be the same, like with life, things happen, where, well, some of the habits that we're talking about, I don't know if you're thinking about the same ones, but I'm thinking about the usual reading.
- 6:57[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, yeah, exactly.
- 6:59[SPEAKER_03]: I want to read, I want to read for real like not just I read one chapter and I'm proud of myself like I don't want to do things and be proud of like going to the gym when I'm working out I shouldn't be proud after work I'll be like yeah I'm I feel yes you can have a good workout and not so good workout so obviously you're going to feel good about your good workout.
- 7:19[SPEAKER_03]: But I just be so... You don't want it to feel out of the ordinary.
- 7:22[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, exactly.
- 7:23[SPEAKER_03]: Like when I work out for a week, I'm just like, oh, it should be just normal.
- 7:28[SPEAKER_03]: That's what I do.
- 7:29[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I never got to that point.
- 7:30[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 7:31[SPEAKER_02]: Well, that's where we need to, I mean, at the end of every year, I think because the holidays come, depending on how much you travel, how busy you get, all these things, like things can fall to the cracks.
- 7:44[SPEAKER_02]: And I think a lot of people might feel this way now,
- 7:49[SPEAKER_02]: But at the end of the year going into the new year, it's like, there's a reason why everybody's, you know, excited to have that, you know, resolution star where you're just going to get back in the gym, be more consistent, everybody's feeling motivated.
- 8:12[SPEAKER_02]: a new age, and a whole new year, around the sun for you, and now we also have the start of a whole new year for everybody.
- 8:21[SPEAKER_03]: kind of like that.
- 8:22[SPEAKER_02]: No, it's good and I think you should use that motivation and I think we said that before, before we want to start a family, we really want to get in good shape.
- 8:38[SPEAKER_03]: No, we didn't say that.
- 8:40[SPEAKER_03]: We say we want to get in the best shape of our lives.
- 8:43[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, you
- 8:47[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I did take it down just a little bit because like the best, the best shoot of our lives, I guess like from that point from like the the whole time that we've been alive, I guess, because what if the best shape of our lives is like after we have kids?
- 9:01[SPEAKER_02]: That would be great.
- 9:02[SPEAKER_03]: Well, no, I mean, I'm talking about like for me, I know that I've like physically, I never got to like my peak.
- 9:10[SPEAKER_03]: Like I've always been, you know, luckily I'm saying.
- 9:14[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I've been blessed to just, I'm very, like, you know, just lean and that, and that Fast metabolism.
- 9:20[SPEAKER_03]: Fast metabolism.
- 9:20[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 9:20[SPEAKER_03]: So I'm, I'm very grateful for that.
- 9:22[SPEAKER_03]: But I never, I just kind of, not took a foot granny, but I never pushed myself because I always just felt, I guess, good.
- 9:31[SPEAKER_03]: But I know I can,
- 9:31[SPEAKER_03]: I don't I haven't challenged myself.
- 9:34[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 9:34[SPEAKER_03]: I'm just kind of like I'm giving this body and I'm grateful that I'm just like, okay, I'm I'm good.
- 9:39[SPEAKER_03]: I can kind of just you whatever, but that's not When I'm talking about working out, it's not to look a certain way.
- 9:47[SPEAKER_03]: It's mainly to for longevity longevity for my future.
- 9:50[SPEAKER_03]: And then also to just to know that I can put my mind to something and actually accomplish it.
- 9:56[SPEAKER_02]: And they consistent with it and mental challenge.
- 9:59[SPEAKER_02]: And I would say too is what I wanted to what I was saying earlier is like the way that you had your back thing that really hurt and bothered you for like a while.
- 10:08[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 10:09[SPEAKER_02]: And then you had that was because of bad posture by the way.
- 10:13[SPEAKER_03]: I was just sitting down and computer editing a lot and just not having to proper set up.
- 10:19[SPEAKER_03]: True.
- 10:21[SPEAKER_03]: And he hit me hard.
- 10:22[SPEAKER_02]: and it's stated for like a minute, like longer than you expected it and also like working out with our friend Matt that one time where you realize like damn I really don't work out.
- 10:35[SPEAKER_03]: It taught me a lot like your full body the way that you're like damn I could actually work out like these parts as well Yeah, he showed me things that I've never done before.
- 10:45[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, because he's been around like, you know Professional athlete.
- 10:50[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, he's won himself.
- 10:51[SPEAKER_03]: So so he You know these people work out differently like you just saw anyways.
- 10:59[SPEAKER_03]: I was
- 11:00[SPEAKER_02]: I brought that up because after you worked out with him, you got like cramps in your legs and cramps in your legs is something that you get quite often because you don't stretch and you don't do any element of like mobility or things like that which I think you really need to incorporate.
- 11:16[SPEAKER_03]: That's very true, but I didn't have a cramp.
- 11:18[SPEAKER_03]: I just I was just feeling I was feeling sore in areas of my bodies that I'd never felt before.
- 11:25[SPEAKER_03]: I was just like I didn't even know there was a muscle there.
- 11:27[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 11:38[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, and Elliot doesn't know what to do.
- 11:40[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know what to do.
- 11:42[SPEAKER_02]: And also, I've never had a cramp.
- 11:43[SPEAKER_02]: I've only had a cramp.
- 11:44[SPEAKER_03]: Is that crazy?
- 11:45[SPEAKER_03]: You never had a cramp.
- 11:46[SPEAKER_02]: Well, like once in my life, and it was because I stretched so hard, my calf got stuck.
- 11:52[SPEAKER_02]: Again, when you stretch and you're kind of stretching your whole leg and you flex your toes and your calf gets engaged in that ball.
- 11:59[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 12:00[SPEAKER_02]: And then it got stuck there.
- 12:02[SPEAKER_03]: That's so scary.
- 12:03[SPEAKER_02]: The feeling is so uncomfortable.
- 12:05[SPEAKER_03]: So after that you never have no, it was the only time ever in my life, that's crazy.
- 12:11[SPEAKER_03]: That just shows you how much Bellarina's stretch because I feel like that's all you guys do.
- 12:15[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, when I did that, yeah, I haven't really stretched like that in like eight years.
- 12:20[SPEAKER_03]: I had so many cramps before, but that's because maybe you lack of, you know, hydration before work out, or after work out.
- 12:29[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, but also like working on mobility and stuff like that, so important.
- 12:33[SPEAKER_02]: So we're getting on that.
- 12:34[SPEAKER_03]: That's what I'm focusing on.
- 12:35[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, more sauna, more kale.
- 12:39[SPEAKER_03]: Just body wellness, you know, take care of that.
- 12:42[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 12:43[SPEAKER_03]: You know what I told me, I told him I said, one thing I learned this year, if there's one thing I learned this year is that you have to listen to your body.
- 12:51[SPEAKER_03]: But that's not like such an old, old person thing to say.
- 12:54[SPEAKER_02]: No, but also like your body does change.
- 12:58[SPEAKER_02]: Like recovery, you don't recover as fast and all these things, it's like that's just the truth.
- 13:03[SPEAKER_02]: you know it's like if you want to maintain if you want to like feel good in your body if you don't want random aches and pains to like come up and they don't really go away yeah yeah yeah no but it's it's so true and I'm excited to actually and that's just the reality it's not like oh I'm this age and what you know it's like it's okay but just that's what it is
- 13:24[SPEAKER_03]: What about the age?
- 13:25[SPEAKER_03]: What do you say?
- 13:26[SPEAKER_02]: No, like I don't want this to come across as like I'm saying that because you're at this age, you're going to start feeling like aches and pains, but it's like your body is in 25.
- 13:37[SPEAKER_02]: It's 35.
- 13:38[SPEAKER_02]: So you have to maintain and work on things more intentionally because of your age.
- 13:47[SPEAKER_03]: You know what I mean you make it so no, no, no, I don't mean that in a bad way Great like playing basketball.
- 13:54[SPEAKER_03]: I'm active.
- 13:55[SPEAKER_03]: I'm running.
- 13:56[SPEAKER_03]: I don't even feel 35 first of all.
- 13:58[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, what I don't I don't know.
- 14:01[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know.
- 14:02[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know but like he just the way we're talking about it Which is all facts what we're saying right you just have to you know take care of your body You have to be more intentional.
- 14:10[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I just never did it even when I was 25
- 14:14[SPEAKER_03]: or 15, I never really stretch.
- 14:16[SPEAKER_03]: And it's because you could get a way with the work down on my legs or single leg.
- 14:21[SPEAKER_03]: You know, I've never done a single leg workout.
- 14:24[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 14:24[SPEAKER_03]: That's what I was doing on the workout with me.
- 14:26[SPEAKER_03]: And I was just like, I've never done this before.
- 14:28[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 14:29[SPEAKER_03]: So paying attention to these things.
- 14:31[SPEAKER_03]: But yeah, and I just want to get to my physical peak this year and just see what happens, you know?
- 14:39[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I don't think it has to be seen in any negative way.
- 14:42[SPEAKER_03]: I think it's not, you know, I'm just joking because it's kind of like funny then now I have to like think about it.
- 14:48[SPEAKER_03]: Like there, you know what?
- 14:50[SPEAKER_03]: I am not 15 or 18.
- 14:51[SPEAKER_03]: That's just a part.
- 14:52[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, yeah.
- 14:53[SPEAKER_03]: But um...
- 14:55[SPEAKER_02]: So do we want to just like continue talking about that?
- 14:57[SPEAKER_02]: Or do you want to get into that episode?
- 14:58[SPEAKER_02]: Because we're like 15 minutes into it.
- 15:01[SPEAKER_03]: No, I mean, I just also want to say another thing about this
- 15:09[SPEAKER_03]: Okay, so then this episode is just just to see yeah, we're deciding in real time with this episode We had like a whole topic for today's episode which we might just do Next next week We just do it right now next week all right now, but I just I just have one more thing to say okay this year I One thing that I'm proud of myself.
- 15:30[SPEAKER_03]: Okay, is I pushed myself Way out of my comfort zone
- 15:37[SPEAKER_03]: And, and you know what that is, is starting the YouTube channel that I currently have.
- 15:46[SPEAKER_03]: some might think because you're like active on social media or you have a podcast that YouTube is just another thing that you can just do if you have more time or whatever.
- 15:55[SPEAKER_03]: But let me tell you guys, it's a whole other world.
- 15:59[SPEAKER_03]: And I commit anybody who does YouTube, whether it's full-time, part-time, it's nerve-racking, and it takes a lot of courage to do that, which is how we
- 16:13[SPEAKER_03]: about something and then just put it out to the internet and YouTube, anybody's watching that.
- 16:19[SPEAKER_03]: So I feel like out of all of the platforms, YouTube gets the most or like the weirdest comments.
- 16:27[SPEAKER_03]: And it's a rough world that they're not saying that I've gotten any.
- 16:32[SPEAKER_03]: Thankfully, I appreciate everybody who's watched any of my videos, but this is something I wanted to do for a very long time.
- 16:39[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 16:39[SPEAKER_00]: To get on with you.
- 16:40[SPEAKER_03]: So I did it this year, and Ali has been helping me.
- 16:43[SPEAKER_03]: And whenever I talk to the camera, and she can just tell that I'm not talking like I talk on the podcast.
- 16:47[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, she's like babe just talk, but then you get mad at me and I just get mad at you because I'm just like this camera is looking at me and I feel like I have to like almost And then you don't in a way.
- 16:58[SPEAKER_02]: Can you just like walk ahead of me because I know that you're listening and then I'll get stressed out Yeah, yeah, because we're now listening.
- 17:03[SPEAKER_03]: She's listening and I'm like I want to make sure I want to say the the right thing and I'm just talking about things.
- 17:09[SPEAKER_02]: It's not saying the right thing is that you you it's just about practice it's about practice and it's about like
- 17:17[SPEAKER_02]: when you turn on the camera to be yourself, sounds way easier than it actually is.
- 17:24[SPEAKER_02]: And I think for some people it might be harder than others.
- 17:29[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know, I think I don't remember not to be like, I'm still good at that, but I do, that do think I'm genuinely very similar to the camera the way that I am in real life.
- 17:41[SPEAKER_03]: That is very true.
- 17:42[SPEAKER_02]: Even though I'm talking to myself, but I have the same tone of voice, the same pace, the same... See my pace?
- 17:52[SPEAKER_02]: Naturalness of talking.
- 17:53[SPEAKER_03]: That's very true, and I'm glad that I live with you because you give me a lot of advice.
- 18:02[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 18:02[SPEAKER_03]: I'm gonna keep those in mind when I'm recording.
- 18:05[SPEAKER_03]: But I can see each video I get better.
- 18:10[SPEAKER_03]: Weird over thinking yeah over but I have those moments too like even just early when I was recording Right yeah, but it still sounds natural yeah, maybe you just didn't know exactly what to say But it doesn't sound like for me.
- 18:23[SPEAKER_03]: There's like this one video that I made in Portugal I was sitting on a couch in that in the nice Airbnb that we had yeah
- 18:30[SPEAKER_03]: And I can just tell, I don't even want to watch that video, but I can just tell that that I was talking, but that wasn't me.
- 18:38[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 18:38[SPEAKER_03]: And then after edited, I saw it, I was just like, you know what, it's already edited.
- 18:41[SPEAKER_03]: I have to put it out.
- 18:41[SPEAKER_03]: It's not bad.
- 18:42[SPEAKER_03]: But I can, I know myself, maybe to some people who don't know me personally, watching them, maybe just think, oh, okay, cool, it's, whatever.
- 18:50[SPEAKER_03]: But the yellow shirt video, where I was talking in the window with the good lighting, that was like,
- 18:56[SPEAKER_03]: That was the very next day and I felt completely different.
- 19:00[SPEAKER_03]: I didn't care.
- 19:00[SPEAKER_03]: I didn't overthink.
- 19:02[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, the pressure was a little bit more off than the first video.
- 19:05[SPEAKER_02]: The pressure of recording.
- 19:07[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know if it was pressure, but that's why I'm saying exactly.
- 19:10[SPEAKER_03]: It's not as silly about pressure.
- 19:12[SPEAKER_03]: It's just about like, I just don't have to think about it.
- 19:15[SPEAKER_03]: I just have to record and talk.
- 19:17[SPEAKER_03]: Just I'm talking right now.
- 19:18[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 19:19[SPEAKER_02]: It's still uh, yeah.
- 19:23[SPEAKER_02]: It's an interesting thing.
- 19:26[SPEAKER_02]: I'm excited for this next year for you and for us.
- 19:31[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know, I think every year feels as if it's going to be the best one so far, but they do, I would say they do generally just like get better.
- 19:44[SPEAKER_02]: Every year gets better and I think we're very, you know, fortunate and grateful for the fact that you can say that.
- 19:53[SPEAKER_03]: I definitely agree with every year getting better.
- 19:56[SPEAKER_03]: This year was crazy for us.
- 19:57[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, this year was crazy.
- 19:58[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, in terms of, like, we really got the opportunity to travel a lot.
- 20:04[SPEAKER_02]: We went to, we went to Japan.
- 20:07[SPEAKER_03]: Scrazer, the thing that Japan was this year.
- 20:08[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, I feel like so long ago.
- 20:10[SPEAKER_02]: It feels, that it was so long ago that it's time for us to go again.
- 20:15[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 20:17[SPEAKER_03]: And I'm missing.
- 20:17[SPEAKER_02]: Imagine the birthday surprise for you was plain tickets to Japan.
- 20:23[SPEAKER_03]: No, that's not Japan if you listen about there.
- 20:26[SPEAKER_00]: We are definitely coming back Japan if you're listening.
- 20:29[SPEAKER_00]: I like people from there.
- 20:31[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 20:31[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, I think you've met like I don't know so much.
- 20:34[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I don't know so much.
- 20:35[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I don't know how to listen.
- 20:37[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I don't know how to listen government Japan's government.
- 20:40[SPEAKER_02]: If you listen, you'll come in back Yeah, anything else.
- 20:44[SPEAKER_02]: I'm doing
- 20:45[SPEAKER_03]: What are you asking me, where are we gonna say?
- 20:48[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, I feel like this is the episode now.
- 20:49[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, it is the episode.
- 20:50[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, so nothing else to say?
- 20:52[SPEAKER_03]: No.
- 20:55[SPEAKER_02]: This is gonna be an exciting year for both of us because we, I mean, I don't know what to do on a status.
- 21:06[SPEAKER_02]: What do you mean?
- 21:09[SPEAKER_02]: We are planning to have our first child quite soon.
- 21:17[SPEAKER_03]: Planning is very different than the actuality of things or the actuality Yeah, that award.
- 21:24[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah actuality.
- 21:24[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know that's a word, but okay okay English is on my first language If it's if it's not whatever, but if it's actually gonna happen.
- 21:31[SPEAKER_02]: Well, I'm just saying we're approaching that the timeline We sort of set for ourselves.
- 21:36[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, which is You 25 and me like almost 27
- 21:43[SPEAKER_03]: me 25.
- 21:44[SPEAKER_02]: Sorry, 35.
- 21:45[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, I'll take 25.
- 21:47[SPEAKER_03]: We'll see, but this.
- 21:50[SPEAKER_02]: Which is why I feel like this year is going to be just huge in a, in a, in a, in the huge list of levels.
- 21:57[SPEAKER_03]: So we crazy.
- 21:59[SPEAKER_02]: You know, um, and yeah, that's very exciting.
- 22:02[SPEAKER_02]: And 2020, what, what year?
- 22:05[SPEAKER_02]: 2026.
- 22:07[SPEAKER_02]: Uh, so crazy.
- 22:08[SPEAKER_02]: 20, 20, so I can't play.
- 22:10[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, that's the plan for now.
- 22:12[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 22:12[SPEAKER_03]: We're not going to keep you updated on like what's going on.
- 22:15[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 22:17[SPEAKER_02]: And also, I also feel like once we do get pregnant, I don't want to say anything for like a while.
- 22:25[SPEAKER_02]: I want to keep people on their toes.
- 22:28[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, my God.
- 22:29[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, yeah.
- 22:29[SPEAKER_02]: And also, usually you don't tell anybody for the first trimester.
- 22:34[SPEAKER_02]: So like the first three months because, you know, you just want to make sure everything's good and stuff like that.
- 22:40[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 22:41[SPEAKER_02]: But that's that's super exciting.
- 22:42[SPEAKER_02]: It gets me excited just talking about it because we've been talking about this so much and that's that's maybe like the number one topic in our house all the time.
- 22:54[SPEAKER_03]: Other than work.
- 22:55[SPEAKER_02]: Other than work and yeah, I do, you know, I do want for both you and I in the next year to I mean, this is so like basic, but just get off our phones more.
- 23:11[SPEAKER_02]: Just really be on our phones for when we need to, for work, because we do work from our phones a lot.
- 23:17[SPEAKER_02]: But we need to, like, not say live life more, but I don't know if you want to wear at home in our apartment.
- 23:25[SPEAKER_02]: We've said so many times that we want to play some music and play, like, do a puzzle together or a board game or something like that.
- 23:35[SPEAKER_02]: We just need to do that more, just mean you.
- 23:37[SPEAKER_02]: we do you know no we do it maybe that sounds like lame but I think everybody's feeling this way like the
- 23:46[SPEAKER_03]: I feel like everybody should be there.
- 23:47[SPEAKER_02]: Everybody's craving the offline time, offline life, the analog, people are, you know, people are doing their pseudo-cool, and I need to pick mine up again.
- 23:59[SPEAKER_03]: And we want to do a puzzle.
- 24:01[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 24:02[SPEAKER_02]: We have puzzles that we can do.
- 24:04[SPEAKER_03]: But I feel like we're going to get competitive with puzzles if you ask.
- 24:07[SPEAKER_02]: It's not really, you can't win the puzzle.
- 24:09[SPEAKER_03]: You can.
- 24:09[SPEAKER_02]: How?
- 24:10[SPEAKER_03]: We're going to find a way, I mean, at least I'm going to find a way to somehow get competitive with puzzles.
- 24:15[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, that's just not necessarily competitive competing against you.
- 24:19[SPEAKER_02]: But measuring how well you're doing for it to me.
- 24:22[SPEAKER_03]: No, basically it's like I think it will be a fun game if we choose a puzzle that we both want to do.
- 24:27[SPEAKER_03]: Okay.
- 24:27[SPEAKER_03]: We have all the pieces on the table and then we keep count of how many pieces.
- 24:32[SPEAKER_03]: No, that's so extra.
- 24:34[SPEAKER_02]: That's like too much.
- 24:36[SPEAKER_03]: You ruined the whole vibe.
- 24:37[SPEAKER_02]: If anything, the only time where the only time where you're not having fun making a puzzle is when you really can't find a piece to fit with anything.
- 24:45[SPEAKER_02]: And then the person you're doing the puzzle with keeps finding pieces that go in the right place.
- 24:49[SPEAKER_03]: But see, that's what I'm saying naturally, you would want to be the only to find a piece, too, because you're only finding all the pieces right now.
- 24:55[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, yeah, but it's less so that you're finding them, and I'm not, it's more that if you don't find pieces, the puzzle's not fun.
- 25:03[SPEAKER_02]: Like the, you need a good balance of finding shit and struggling to find something.
- 25:08[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 25:09[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, you guys, I think this is it for today's part.
- 25:14[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 25:15[SPEAKER_02]: just a little birthday a little birthday check-up.
- 25:18[SPEAKER_03]: I just posted something on the WTJ.
- 25:20[SPEAKER_03]: You didn't see what I posted.
- 25:21[SPEAKER_03]: It was like a mirror selfie.
- 25:22[SPEAKER_03]: I was like, we're about to record right now.
- 25:25[SPEAKER_03]: Catch up later.
- 25:26[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, okay, okay.
- 25:27[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, this is what's happening.
- 25:29[SPEAKER_02]: We want to, it's a beautiful day out.
- 25:31[SPEAKER_02]: Sunny day blue skies, I don't know where.
- 25:33[SPEAKER_02]: And we need to go enjoy youngies day.
- 25:39[SPEAKER_02]: And we're gonna get some good youngies request for, what was your request for dinner tonight?
- 25:44[SPEAKER_03]: The request for dinner tonight was pasta and wine.
- 25:49[SPEAKER_03]: That's what I want to do, but I specifically, before that, I need to find a black turtleneck.
- 25:57[SPEAKER_03]: Okay.
- 25:57[SPEAKER_03]: That's what I want to do.
- 25:58[SPEAKER_03]: I want to find a good, nice.
- 26:00[SPEAKER_02]: Youngie was like, I'm turning 35 in my 30 years of age.
- 26:03[SPEAKER_02]: Now it's time to wear a black turtleneck.
- 26:07[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I'm just keep a real simple, you know, black turonek blue jeans, Maya, my dog Martin.
- 26:13[SPEAKER_02]: I'm so curious to see what you're going to look like with one because I think a black turonek can look, it can look, depending on the fit, it can look a little, not silly, but I don't
- 26:30[SPEAKER_03]: But I like to feel like that.
- 26:33[SPEAKER_03]: I got my hair cut, I feel good.
- 26:34[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 26:35[SPEAKER_02]: I'm just curious, I've never seen you wear black clothes.
- 26:37[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know, I've never seen myself wear one.
- 26:39[SPEAKER_02]: The same way I've never seen you wear a suit.
- 26:42[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, oh, I would look so good in suit.
- 26:43[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, see, I think, I don't know if that's really you.
- 26:46[SPEAKER_02]: I don't know when you would wear a suit.
- 26:48[SPEAKER_03]: But I think every man should have one in his closet.
- 26:51[SPEAKER_03]: Like if I have to go somewhere right now, that's like super fancy.
- 26:55[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, except we never have to.
- 26:57[SPEAKER_03]: I know, but in the event,
- 27:00[SPEAKER_02]: that you need to, yeah, that is Taylor for you.
- 27:03[SPEAKER_03]: I would love to have that, you know, like a just a classic black and white one.
- 27:07[SPEAKER_02]: Oh, yeah, I just really wonder what you would look like.
- 27:10[SPEAKER_02]: But you would definitely have to get it, not necessarily custom made, but no, I'll have to get it custom that.
- 27:16[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, that you, like, they will measure you.
- 27:19[SPEAKER_02]: They will put you in a bunch of different styles.
- 27:22[SPEAKER_03]: Because in the standard, just the ones that they have at the stores, my arms always stick out, like, I have a really long arm.
- 27:30[SPEAKER_02]: So it's like, it's... And you want the fit to be, like, who?
- 27:34[SPEAKER_03]: You don't want it to be kind of the basic tight pant type of... Oh, well, no, but also not super baggy.
- 27:40[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, yeah, not like balloon pant.
- 27:43[SPEAKER_03]: No.
- 27:43[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, so that's why we should we should do that.
- 27:47[SPEAKER_02]: That's something that I think when you're 35 you get into.
- 27:50[SPEAKER_03]: No, of course.
- 27:51[SPEAKER_03]: I'm excited.
- 27:53[SPEAKER_03]: Thanks for all day be day birthday wishes on online wherever you send it to.
- 27:59[SPEAKER_03]: I appreciate it.
- 28:00[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, I don't.
- 28:01[SPEAKER_03]: And if you haven't, just please make sure you do another schedule.
- 28:04[SPEAKER_02]: I was actually going to ask you, right before you started recording, I was selecting a bunch of photos that you're in and Yoni has this things where he really likes to do like birthday posts and a very, very post like all these things, which I think is really cute.
- 28:20[SPEAKER_03]: You think it's cute?
- 28:20[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, like from my birthday, you're like, I need a photo to post for you.
- 28:23[SPEAKER_03]: About always have photos of you.
- 28:25[SPEAKER_02]: Both of our anniversaries, because they're kind of close to each other, but far away, far enough that we do something for both, and for each one you always say, I need to find, I need to put together the anniversary post, and that's like your thing, and I'm really not about the... Yeah, I would have a birthday, she won't even...
- 28:49[SPEAKER_02]: Like, I don't have like a birthday post that I have and I say another year around the songs and like, like if anything, if I have a birthday celebration, I'll post photos from that.
- 29:02[SPEAKER_03]: Yes, which are exactly.
- 29:04[SPEAKER_02]: But that would be also like later after the birthday thing.
- 29:08[SPEAKER_03]: I think for me, just naturally, I always have new photos because I always take photos.
- 29:13[SPEAKER_03]: Sure.
- 29:13[SPEAKER_03]: So I just have so much to share in a hate, not sharing photos that I have.
- 29:18[SPEAKER_03]: You know, that's, it's really second nature when I tell people like photography is not something I love or.
- 29:24[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, I do, but it's like, I don't know.
- 29:27[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, it's like a part of me.
- 29:28[SPEAKER_03]: Part of you, yeah, yeah, no, it's like- Like I might even try to make a sound.
- 29:31[SPEAKER_03]: Ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh.
- 29:32[SPEAKER_02]: Like it's almost that you're not even trying to take photos.
- 29:37[SPEAKER_02]: You just take photos when you see the photos.
- 29:39[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I love taking photos of my friends, I love taking photos of Elliot, my favorite subject of a mall, you know, yeah, so So does it bother you that I, I don't do a birthday post?
- 29:53[SPEAKER_03]: No, it doesn't bother me.
- 29:53[SPEAKER_03]: It doesn't bother me that you like don't post, I say happy birthday to my husband.
- 29:59[SPEAKER_02]: Happy birthday to my best friend.
- 30:02[SPEAKER_03]: It doesn't bother me at all.
- 30:03[SPEAKER_03]: And then like, because I know it's not, I know it's not your thing to like really share photos or take photos even honestly.
- 30:12[SPEAKER_02]: I just think I find it pretty interesting to like wish your person happy birthday, but like on Instagram.
- 30:22[SPEAKER_02]: You know?
- 30:23[SPEAKER_03]: for when you when you live with them or live with them.
- 30:25[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, it's almost like I'm letting everybody else know that I told them happy birthday.
- 30:28[SPEAKER_03]: No, it's not that it's not that at all.
- 30:30[SPEAKER_03]: I think when it's your birthday, for example, I always post something and I would say happy birthday too.
- 30:37[SPEAKER_03]: There's nothing wrong with that.
- 30:38[SPEAKER_02]: No, I'm saying that though it feels to me because it's so unnatural for me to like make a toast for that.
- 30:44[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, to use it very unnatural.
- 30:46[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, even posting if Instagram wasn't for your job,
- 30:50[SPEAKER_03]: You wouldn't post, like when I met Alias, she wasn't shit.
- 30:53[SPEAKER_03]: I wasn't care about Instagram.
- 30:54[SPEAKER_02]: Okay, okay, hold on a second.
- 30:56[SPEAKER_03]: But when I met you, I would be like, babe, you gotta post.
- 31:00[SPEAKER_03]: You gotta post.
- 31:01[SPEAKER_03]: I have so many photos of you and I'm just like, you can post this one today.
- 31:04[SPEAKER_03]: You can post that one tomorrow.
- 31:06[SPEAKER_03]: You know, like, you, but it's just not naturally what you do.
- 31:10[SPEAKER_03]: So that's fine.
- 31:12[SPEAKER_01]: Yeah.
- 31:12[SPEAKER_03]: But you have like a million photos you can post.
- 31:15[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 31:15[SPEAKER_03]: And you don't stop post them.
- 31:17[SPEAKER_02]: I just get like really in my head about posting things, that's why.
- 31:22[SPEAKER_03]: Oh, is that what it is?
- 31:23[SPEAKER_02]: A little bit, yeah.
- 31:24[SPEAKER_03]: It's not even because you just not into it for whatever reason, it's just a youth thing.
- 31:28[SPEAKER_02]: I think it's a bit of both.
- 31:30[SPEAKER_03]: A photo needs to be like, I don't know, it's a world of the folks.
- 31:33[SPEAKER_02]: I have fun with posting and really satisfying when I have like a nice photo dump or photos from like this thing and I just know a lot of them are really nice or I have a nice video that I made or I filmed and I posted like, when stuff is good, I really enjoy it.
- 31:51[SPEAKER_02]: Would you say you're perfect?
- 31:53[SPEAKER_02]: But yeah.
- 31:54[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 31:55[SPEAKER_03]: Would you say I'm a perfectionist?
- 31:57[SPEAKER_02]: No.
- 31:59[SPEAKER_03]: Sometimes I can be.
- 32:02[SPEAKER_02]: but naturally I'm not I think I'll post of I'll take a photo right now and post the right now yeah exactly yeah all right guys yeah I think it's time to go take some more pictures yeah we're out to have a lovely day outside um and we will be back next week with the original podcast topic um sorry we kind of just we said we said before this we're like okay we're not
- 32:30[SPEAKER_02]: Um, birthday episode right because we did one last year, but here we are.
- 32:36[SPEAKER_03]: I mean, it's last year.
- 32:37[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, it's just like every year, you just gotta do, you just gotta do one.
- 32:41[SPEAKER_02]: If we're gonna record on the day, this podcast is really like an extension of our lives.
- 32:47[SPEAKER_02]: And sometimes we have things that we need to, we wanna talk about more like society, experience, stuff like that.
- 32:56[SPEAKER_02]: And then sometimes we're just purely talking about what's going on today.
- 33:01[SPEAKER_03]: Like I know, this is real life.
- 33:02[SPEAKER_03]: Exactly.
- 33:03[SPEAKER_03]: Or I mean, real time.
- 33:05[SPEAKER_02]: No, I was going to say tomorrow.
- 33:06[SPEAKER_02]: We're going to get our Christmas tree.
- 33:08[SPEAKER_02]: You promised.
- 33:09[SPEAKER_02]: I've been a kept asking Yoni.
- 33:11[SPEAKER_02]: I didn't want to get our Christmas tree.
- 33:13[SPEAKER_03]: I didn't want to do it on my birthday.
- 33:14[SPEAKER_02]: I'm sorry.
- 33:14[SPEAKER_02]: You said you don't want to do it on your birthday.
- 33:16[SPEAKER_02]: So we're getting one tomorrow.
- 33:17[SPEAKER_02]: I'm very excited.
- 33:18[SPEAKER_02]: And we're going to be in New York for Christmas and the new year.
- 33:24[SPEAKER_02]: And I'm excited to like, stay put for a minute.
- 33:26[SPEAKER_02]: Because we've written really kind of coming in and out of this.
- 33:29[SPEAKER_03]: When you say stay put to some people who don't English is not their first language, what does that mean?
- 33:33[SPEAKER_02]: Stay put like, stay where we are.
- 33:36[SPEAKER_02]: Don't leave.
- 33:38[SPEAKER_03]: Stay local.
- 33:39[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, stay local like maybe we'll go somewhere upstate or something.
- 33:42[SPEAKER_03]: We do want to go skiing.
- 33:43[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, we do want to go That's one thing I want to do for my birthday obviously it's not going to happen today, but I want to go skiing and anything we do that's like close to Yoni's birthday.
- 33:52[SPEAKER_02]: He's like are we doing that for my birthday?
- 33:54[SPEAKER_02]: He went we went to hang out with some friends That were leaving and
- 34:02[SPEAKER_02]: And then we went to get dinner with them, and then Yoni said something about like, oh, going to dinner for my birthday I was like, this is not your birthday dinner.
- 34:10[SPEAKER_00]: I was like, wait, it's a small birthday I was like, this is not your birthday dinner This is just dinner
- 34:17[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, no, I, um, yeah, shout out to Matt and ready to give me a great photography book, which I really, really appreciate.
- 34:24[SPEAKER_03]: It's so, it's, it's so, it's so perfect.
- 34:28[SPEAKER_02]: It's so nice and we get a gift.
- 34:30[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, when you get a gift, that's truly for, for like you can feel the thoughtfulness behind it.
- 34:36[SPEAKER_02]: It wasn't just like, oh, I need to get them something because it's their birthday.
- 34:39[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
- 34:40[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah.
- 34:41[SPEAKER_02]: All right, you guys, we're actually going to finish the pod now.
- 34:43[SPEAKER_03]: Okay, we are going to finish.
- 34:44[SPEAKER_03]: That's what I love about audio episodes.
- 34:47[SPEAKER_03]: It's because right now, I'm, I'm putting the shit out right away.
- 34:50[SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, if it was a video, you got to sit down.
- 34:52[SPEAKER_03]: You got to edit, you got to transfer the files.
- 34:54[SPEAKER_03]: It's just a whole other thing in the body.
- 34:57[SPEAKER_00]: This was recorded like two hours ago.
- 35:00[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
- 35:00[SPEAKER_03]: Okay, well, I hope you're having a great day.
- 35:03[SPEAKER_03]: If you live somewhere, wait to warm and that's fun.
- 35:07[SPEAKER_03]: If you live somewhere, wait to cold, you know, get cozy.
- 35:10[SPEAKER_02]: But at the same time, if you live somewhere where it's really cold, like it's quite cold in New York now too, it's around, it's cold.
- 35:18[SPEAKER_02]: I'm actually very excited for it to snow.
- 35:20[SPEAKER_02]: It might snow later next week.
- 35:23[SPEAKER_03]: Do you like to get a real cold this winter?
- 35:26[SPEAKER_02]: I mean, no, the thing about the cold that I don't like is when it gets windy, because if it's cold and you get this cold wind in your face, then you start to feel like your face is raw, you know, you have to like wrap, you just gotta go outside, not caring about what you look like, you gotta make sure that you're warm.
- 35:44[SPEAKER_02]: But I do, I'm enjoying the cold.
- 35:46[SPEAKER_02]: Something about getting bundled up and going for a walk.
- 35:50[SPEAKER_02]: And just feeling like the crisp air.
- 35:54[SPEAKER_03]: We had a nice walk today.
- 35:55[SPEAKER_03]: A nice crisp you walked to the juice part today.
- 35:58[SPEAKER_02]: Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 35:59[SPEAKER_02]: I think what I wanted to say is that this is your reminder.
- 36:01[SPEAKER_02]: If you live somewhere where it's cold, and the days are not very long and etc.
- 36:05[SPEAKER_02]: It's like, let's...
- 36:06[SPEAKER_02]: Go outside.
- 36:08[SPEAKER_02]: Let's make sure that we go outside.
- 36:09[SPEAKER_02]: Once a day at least even for 10 minutes Ideally for 30, maybe even more and just go outside and force yourself to see the light of day even if it's Cloudy but especially if it's rain is sunny in a nice day like go feel that sun even if it's cold You'll still feel it on your face
- 36:28[SPEAKER_03]: Go and feel that song, but make sure you feel some of it's windy and cold, like that, make sure you moisturize your face.
- 36:34[SPEAKER_03]: Very important.
- 36:35[SPEAKER_02]: And your lips.
- 36:36[SPEAKER_03]: You have to otherwise your face will crack.
- 36:40[SPEAKER_03]: I don't that know we're going to end this episode.
- 36:42[SPEAKER_02]: Now, finally, all right.
- 36:43[SPEAKER_02]: Thank you guys for listening.
- 36:44[SPEAKER_02]: By the way, we never introduced the podcast.

- 36:53[SPEAKER_00]: Okay, bye.
