  Speaker 2: with people. Oh, I'm having a discussion. I'm gonna have

  Speaker 2: to pull one of my young employees to the side.

  Speaker 2: I kind of had this conversation with him in New

  Speaker 2: York the other day because I see an adjustment that

  Speaker 2: needs to be made. And sometimes, man, when I'm sharing

  Speaker 2: this information, it's not because I know everything. It's simply

  Speaker 2: because I've just been through a lot.

  Speaker 2: I've seen a lot of endings to a lot of

  Speaker 2: different movies I've seen. I've seen a lot of shows.

  Speaker 2: I've met a lot of people. Very rarely do I

  Speaker 2: meet a person that I've never met before. You know

  Speaker 2: what I mean in terms of the type of person.

  Speaker 2: You know, I've met all all types of people, and

  Speaker 2: when I meet somebody that I've never met before, it's

  Speaker 2: really kind of shocking to me, you know, because I've

  Speaker 2: met all types. Now I'm not saying we friends anything,

  Speaker 2: but because I am famous, I meet more people than
• 1:15
  Speaker 2: the average person does. Right, And so when I'm talking

  Speaker 2: to people and I'm trying to share information, I also

  Speaker 2: have to understand that I'm being listened to by all

  Speaker 2: types of people. Everybody listened to me is not receptive.

  Speaker 2: Everybody that listens to me is not positive. Everybody that

  Speaker 2: listens to me is not open. Everybody that listened to
• 1:35
  Speaker 2: me don't want to hear what I got to say.

  Speaker 2: I understand that. So with that in mind, I always

  Speaker 2: understand that I'm not talking to everybody.

  Speaker 2: I was talking on off off off camera world. I'm

  Speaker 2: never off camera, I found out because they tape everything

  Speaker 2: I do. But I was on a commercial break and

  Speaker 2: I was talking about God and a woman stood up

  Speaker 2: and saying, well, I'm an atheist. I said, okay, Well,

  Speaker 2: that ain't got nothing to do with what I'm saying, though.

  Speaker 2: She says, yeah, but I'm an atheist and I'm in
• 2:03
  Speaker 2: here and I don't believe in God.

  Speaker 3: Okay, then I ain't talking to you, but I'm.

  Speaker 2: Not gonna stop saying what I have to say because

  Speaker 2: there are a lot of people in here who believe
• 2:13
  Speaker 2: in God, and I'm just giving you a thought that

  Speaker 2: I have.

  Speaker 3: And she was insistent I'm an atheist. Be an atheist,

  Speaker 3: do you, but don't.

  Speaker 2: I ain't got to accept your belief that there is

  Speaker 2: no God, no more than you have to accept mine

  Speaker 2: that there is. You know, And her argument got crazy?

  Speaker 2: But what if you get there and you find out

  Speaker 2: it ain't no god? Man, the bigger problem is gonna

  Speaker 2: be is if you get there you find out it

  Speaker 2: is one. That's gonna be the bigger problem. If you know,

  Speaker 2: if I get to the end, I find out it

  Speaker 2: ain't no God, and I live the best I could

  Speaker 2: and had a conscience and try to treat people writing,

  Speaker 2: try to go buy some rules and stuff, and if

  Speaker 2: it ain't no God, which it is, but okay, they're cool.

  Speaker 3: I okay, whoo ooh, joke on me.

  Speaker 2: But now your problem is if you get there and

  Speaker 2: it is a god and you've been talking to this

  Speaker 2: whole life like it ain't one, been doing like you

  Speaker 2: want to. So I don't really have time for that.

  Speaker 2: But I was talking about this subject of just talking

  Speaker 2: to people who I know. Everybody's not listening to me,

  Speaker 2: So what I'm about to tell you is not going

  Speaker 2: to affect everybody the same way.

  Speaker 3: Listen to this.

  Speaker 2: I'm trying to talk to this young guy and people

  Speaker 2: that work for me to get them to understand because

  Speaker 2: they always ask me, Steve, why do you do so much?

  Speaker 2: And I do a lot of stuff, you don't. I

  Speaker 2: don't get paid for it. But see, if you're not

  Speaker 2: willing to do more than what you're being paid for,

  Speaker 2: then you'll never be paid more for what you're doing.

  Speaker 2: If you're not willing to do more than what you're

  Speaker 2: paid for, then you will never be paid more for

  Speaker 2: what you're doing. It's the act of giving, and I

  Speaker 2: don't I don't want you to live your life and

  Speaker 2: not understand that. You know, because if you give expecting

  Speaker 2: for even exchange, if you're not trading, if you're just
• 4:08
  Speaker 2: trying to trade, I'm gonna do this for exactly that,

  Speaker 2: or I'm doing this if you give me that, or
• 4:13
  Speaker 2: I'll do this only if I get this in return.

  Speaker 3: Then that's not giving. You trading.

  Speaker 2: And to order to give, to get the blessings you

  Speaker 2: got to give graciously. That's not always knowing what the

  Speaker 2: comeback is gonna be. That's when you open up your

  Speaker 2: life to God's grace, mercy, and favor. That's how you
• 4:35
  Speaker 2: do it. It's by giving. It's just one of the
• 4:38
  Speaker 2: laws of you know, it's just the law of the universe,
• 4:42
  Speaker 2: and you have to think about that. So listen to me.

  Speaker 2: If you're not willing to do more than what you're

  Speaker 2: being paid to do, then you'll never be paid more

  Speaker 2: for what you're doing. Understand that you're gonna have to

  Speaker 2: plant some seeds in the ground and not know when
• 4:56
  Speaker 2: they gonna grow up. You got to put some seeds
• 4:58
  Speaker 2: in the ground without understanding that this fruit may not
• 5:02
  Speaker 2: develop within the next year. You got to put some

  Speaker 2: seeds in the ground realizing that you may not bear
• 5:07
  Speaker 2: fruit from this seed for fifteen years. But if you're
• 5:11
  Speaker 2: in the trading business, you'll never put your seed in
• 5:14
  Speaker 2: the ground because you want something for your efforts right now.

  Speaker 2: And I can't tell you how many seeds I planted
• 5:22
  Speaker 2: over the years that are just starting to come to fruition.

  Speaker 2: But you got to be willing to do more than

  Speaker 2: what you're being paid to do. If you ever expect

  Speaker 2: to be paid for more than what you do, remember

  Speaker 2: that it is a simple law of giving, and until

  Speaker 2: you learn how to give that way, you won't receive
