- 0:00Speaker 1: Maximo Live from ther Life Back Studios. Hey, it's Thursday already.
- 0:11Speaker 1: That's good news. And it'll be rain today and tomorrow,
- 0:13Speaker 1: but it'll be a nice weekend. We got a lot
- 0:15Speaker 1: to get to. Jimmy Fayla coming up in a few minutes.
- 0:19Speaker 1: We'll get to FIFA, we'll get to Crazy Kathy Hokle,
- 0:22Speaker 1: and we'll get to Iran. Of course, now Graham Plattner
- 0:28Speaker 1: has suspended his campaign. That means he's ended the race.
- 0:31Speaker 1: He's dropped out. When you leave and you drop out,
- 0:35Speaker 1: you say suspended. You don't say him, I'm dropping out.
- 0:38Speaker 1: You say suspended, because if you actually just quit drop out,
- 0:42Speaker 1: all kinds of legal things kicking. You got to start
- 0:45Speaker 1: returning money, all that stuff. If you say you're suspending
- 0:47Speaker 1: the campaign, you can hang on to the money, and
- 0:50Speaker 1: it makes it just easier to do it that way.
- 0:52Speaker 1: But when anybody says they're suspending the campaign, they're out.
- 0:58Speaker 1: I don't know if anybody ever suspended a camp and
- 1:00Speaker 1: came back. So he's gone. Democrats have to find a replacement.
- 1:04Speaker 2: Now.
- 1:05Speaker 1: Platner is given them a very hard time about this.
- 1:08Speaker 1: He wants to pick his replacement, which of course is idiotic.
- 1:12Speaker 1: Why would you want a Nazi rapist to pick your replacement.
- 1:18Speaker 1: It doesn't make any sense, but that's what he's trying
- 1:21Speaker 1: to do. He's holding up, holding up the Democrats, and
- 1:26Speaker 1: he's got this crazy guy, Morris Katz, who's a crazy
- 1:32Speaker 1: left wing political operative who has flown up to Morris
- 1:38Speaker 1: Katz was the main guy in the Mom Donnie campaign.
- 1:41Speaker 1: Left wing kook of a guy and a socialist, crazy
- 1:47Speaker 1: far left. He's up there trying to help Platner. They
- 1:52Speaker 1: know the campaign is over, they know he's out, but
- 1:55Speaker 1: he's trying to help Platner as they say. He says,
- 1:58Speaker 1: remain relevant and still have big influence in the campaign.
- 2:03Speaker 1: Maybe pick the replacement. It can also mean sometimes you
- 2:09Speaker 1: blackmail the party. Sometimes you'd get in their way so
- 2:11Speaker 1: that they have to buy you out. In other words,
- 2:14Speaker 1: they have to get you a big job somewhere, or
- 2:17Speaker 1: the leaders of the party, the big Democrats have to
- 2:20Speaker 1: find you a position, something to do. They can't just say,
- 2:24Speaker 1: you know, throw you in the garbage can. They got
- 2:26Speaker 1: to find something for you. But this guy, Morris Katz,
- 2:29Speaker 1: was the main guy in the Mom Donnie campaign, and
- 2:33Speaker 1: he was responsible for a lot of that Social media
- 2:35Speaker 1: which was brilliant. And he's also a weirdo, a pervert
- 2:40Speaker 1: in real life. He put out a book. This is
- 2:43Speaker 1: the main mom Donnie guy now helping out. Platnir twoenty
- 2:47Speaker 1: twenty put out a book for young kids, for boys,
- 2:51Speaker 1: you know, ten year old boys. It was called Everything
- 2:53Speaker 1: you Always Wanted about Puberty and shouldn't be Googling for
- 2:58Speaker 1: boys ten to twelve. It was one hundred and twelve pages,
- 3:01Speaker 1: but just a perverted, weird book. He wanted to put
- 3:07Speaker 1: a picture of his penis in the book. Publisher objected
- 3:12Speaker 1: and just wouldn't do it. But this book features chapters
- 3:15Speaker 1: like your New Penis, the Magic of Masturbation. Could you
- 3:20Speaker 1: imagine writing this for ten to twelve year old boys?
- 3:23Speaker 1: Can you imagine a parent letting a kid read this?
- 3:25Speaker 1: Of course in crazy democratic world, who knows, But that's
- 3:29Speaker 1: the type of guy. This is just a total, absolute weirdo.
- 3:33Speaker 1: So he's up there doing something with Platner. Now everybody
- 3:38Speaker 1: is coming out against Platner. Tell him he's got to
- 3:41Speaker 1: get out. It was absolutely amazingly ridiculous predicament Democrats got
- 3:46Speaker 1: themselves into. They thought they should get a working man,
- 3:51Speaker 1: a real American workingman, early. That was a big part
- 3:54Speaker 1: of the Democratic base, the blue collar workers, the factory workers,
- 3:58Speaker 1: the working men and women. But Trump stole them all away.
- 4:02Speaker 1: Now they're all Republicans, they all vote Republicans. So they
- 4:06Speaker 1: thought this would help get them back. We'll get a
- 4:07Speaker 1: real working man now. Unfortunately, Plattner has never been a
- 4:10Speaker 1: working man. He was a spoiled prep school kid, claimed
- 4:14Speaker 1: he was some sort of oyster fisherman, although he never was.
- 4:17Speaker 1: The only time he ever fished any oysters out was
- 4:20Speaker 1: for his mother's restaurant. He's not a working man. This
- 4:24Speaker 1: is what happens when Democrats try to do something that's
- 4:28Speaker 1: republican ish. They always look silly. They get like this fake,
- 4:31Speaker 1: ridiculous working man who when people see him, they don't
- 4:34Speaker 1: look at him, saying, oh, he looks like a workingman.
- 4:36Speaker 1: He looks like that crazy killer in Cape Fear. He
- 4:39Speaker 1: looks like an absolute, raging psycho with a big Nazi
- 4:43Speaker 1: tattoo right on his chest. Women saying that he raped them. Now,
- 4:48Speaker 1: these are the same Democrats they spent all these years
- 4:50Speaker 1: calling Trump a rapist. Trump is a Nazi. Trump is
- 4:53Speaker 1: a rapist. They just nominated a Nazi rapist. The guy
- 4:56Speaker 1: who's raping with a Nazi tattoo on him. By the way,
- 5:00Speaker 1: you can't call Trump a rapist. George Stefanopolis did that
- 5:04Speaker 1: on the air and it cost ABC sixteen million to
- 5:07Speaker 1: settle that lawsuit. So the problem is you got these
- 5:11Speaker 1: communists running now, actual communists. So Trump is going to
- 5:16Speaker 1: have to be this will be the issue of the
- 5:18Speaker 1: midterm elections. Every thought, well, affordability, it'll hurt the Republicans.
- 5:24Speaker 1: Affordability will be the issue. Now the issue is going
- 5:26Speaker 1: to be you want communists or you don't want communists.
- 5:29Speaker 1: It's fighting communism. We're all going to become Joe McCarthy.
- 5:34Speaker 1: You used to have to go to Vietnam to fight communism.
- 5:36Speaker 1: Now you've got to do it right here in this country. Now.
- 5:39Speaker 1: The thing with Joe McCarthy, he was trying to hunt
- 5:41Speaker 1: down trying to identify communists in the government. Well now
- 5:47Speaker 1: they campaign is communists. It's the campaign slogan. You know,
- 5:51Speaker 1: remember McCarthy. They get people that standing up, are you
- 5:53Speaker 1: now have you ever been a communist? No? No, no,
- 5:56Speaker 1: Now they tell you they're a communists. It's crazy how
- 5:59Speaker 1: this is all change. So that'll be the mid term
- 6:02Speaker 1: election it's suicidal for Democrats to be a communist. Now Platner,
- 6:09Speaker 1: who looks like a psycho. Now, he looks like the
- 6:11Speaker 1: guy in Cape Fear. If you're going to remake Cape Fear,
- 6:13Speaker 1: you'd get gram Platiner, and he talks like it. We'll
- 6:17Speaker 1: listen to him.
- 6:17Speaker 2: I know that some will think it's an admission of guilt,
- 6:19Speaker 2: and it most certainly is not. We're not doing it
- 6:22Speaker 2: because of the allegations. We're doing it because of the
- 6:24Speaker 2: structures that are being taken away from us by those
- 6:27Speaker 2: in power.
- 6:27Speaker 1: What the hell is he talking about? Well, obviously the
- 6:29Speaker 1: allegation came. You dropped out. Obviously, that's what it is.
- 6:32Speaker 2: We live in a political system that is not built
- 6:35Speaker 2: for normal people. It is a system that is built
- 6:39Speaker 2: structurally to make sure that movements like ours cannot flourish,
- 6:46Speaker 2: that if they begin to succeed, they can be crushed.
- 6:50Speaker 2: We live in a political system that is not built
- 6:53Speaker 2: for normal people.
- 6:54Speaker 1: Imagine the psychoapist Nazi is telling you you're not normal.
- 6:58Speaker 1: He's the normal one, You're the one that's crazy. His movement,
- 7:02Speaker 1: what was the movement? Everybody get Nazi tattoos? What was
- 7:06Speaker 1: the movement?
- 7:06Speaker 2: I learned about this through press inquiries with no time
- 7:14Speaker 2: to truly respond, no time for investigations, before a corporate
- 7:20Speaker 2: media system and the political establishment got to act as judge, jury,
- 7:27Speaker 2: and executioner.
- 7:29Speaker 1: The hell was he talking about? He learned about it
- 7:33Speaker 1: through media stories, no time to investigate. You were there?
- 7:40Speaker 1: What do you need to investigate? She says, she was
- 7:42Speaker 1: raped by you in a hotel room. You were there,
- 7:47Speaker 1: You were there, you know what happened. Well, you need
- 7:51Speaker 1: to investigate this further. You were there, of course, she says,
- 7:55Speaker 1: he was drunk out of his mind, so maybe he
- 7:56Speaker 1: doesn't remember it, but there were only two people in
- 7:59Speaker 1: the room. If you want to investigate, what could you
- 8:01Speaker 1: do if you don't remember? You got to ask her,
- 8:04Speaker 1: and she's already said, what you think? I learned about
- 8:06Speaker 1: it through media? You were there, You already knew about it.
- 8:10Speaker 2: So accusations are supposed to be the beginning of things,
- 8:14Speaker 2: not the end.
- 8:17Speaker 1: Yeah, well, listen, if somebody came forward and said, Mitch
- 8:20Speaker 1: McConnell written, who'd believe it? But this psycho killer, cape
- 8:24Speaker 1: fear looking guy, I'd believe it.
- 8:26Speaker 2: It has placed an immense amount of weight on me
- 8:31Speaker 2: as I think about what needs to happen. Now, that voice,
- 8:38Speaker 2: the way he talks. You know, if you got a
- 8:39Speaker 2: phone call from oh, doesn't think you have a Rex
- 8:45Speaker 2: human kind of sound. This is Rex Huerman. I never
- 8:48Speaker 2: heard him talk, but you would think he sounds like this.
- 8:50Speaker 2: I just want you to think about, like what you
- 8:52Speaker 2: would do as a regular person in a position where
- 8:58Speaker 2: a much larger world, large forces, we're working against you
- 9:06Speaker 2: personally to accuse you of the worst thing that a
- 9:10Speaker 2: person could do, and it was not remotely true.
- 9:17Speaker 1: All right, So he looks like a psychomedia and he
- 9:19Speaker 1: talks who the hell picked this guy? What you Democrats?
- 9:24Speaker 1: What the hell were you thinking? It's absolutely ridiculous.
- 9:27Speaker 2: We believe that for the movement to continue, it can't
- 9:35Speaker 2: be made. And for that reason, he's getting emotional. We
- 9:48Speaker 2: are suspending campaign operations.
- 9:49Speaker 1: Good, thank god, go away? And what movement is this?
- 9:53Speaker 1: The Nazi movement? I mean the big tattoo on your chest.
- 9:56Speaker 1: I would assume that's the symbol of the movement.
- 9:59Speaker 2: But we live in a political system that is not built.
- 10:02Speaker 1: Yeah, we heard that, all right, No, heres an one.
- 10:05Speaker 2: We are going to lose our ability to fundraise, We
- 10:09Speaker 2: are going to lose or ability to access voter data.
- 10:13Speaker 2: We are going to lose enough of this guy anyway.
- 10:17Speaker 2: Just a sick, weirdo Nazi rapist. This is who the
- 10:21Speaker 2: Democrats came up with. And what was this all about
- 10:23Speaker 2: to stop Susan Collins. You know, I don't know why
- 10:26Speaker 2: they got so crazy. Susan Collins is not a big
- 10:29Speaker 2: Trump supporter. She's not a maga's she's not a Trump
- 10:33Speaker 2: person at all.
- 10:34Speaker 1: She opposes Trump most of the time. It's pretty moderate,
- 10:38Speaker 1: middle of the road kind of senator. She'll win, she'll
- 10:41Speaker 1: win reelection certainly. Now. I don't care who the Democrats
- 10:45Speaker 1: stick in. All that people are going to remember is
- 10:46Speaker 1: they tried to put this psycho killer in there, this
- 10:49Speaker 1: rapist with the Nazi tattoo all over them. So it's
- 10:54Speaker 1: not going to work. You know, if you go back
- 10:56Speaker 1: six months or earlier this year or last year, you
- 10:59Speaker 1: saw Schumern Haki Jeffrey's yelling and screaming about mega extremists,
- 11:04Speaker 1: mega extremists. They're the ones now that are the worst extremists.
- 11:08Speaker 1: You could be a socialist, a communist, you could have
- 11:11Speaker 1: a Nazi tattoo right on you. I mean, it's crazy.
- 11:16Speaker 1: You know, one thing about this socialism. Anytime, you know,
- 11:20Speaker 1: we've had socialism thousands of times all over the world.
- 11:23Speaker 1: Anytime socialism springs up, it's always always got anti Semitism
- 11:28Speaker 1: in it. You could, of course, you see it this
- 11:30Speaker 1: time with this unbelievable, horrifying anti semitism. But every time
- 11:35Speaker 1: socialism brings anti Semitism with it. It happened with the Nazis,
- 11:41Speaker 1: and you got to remember with this anti semitism, maybe
- 11:44Speaker 1: you're not Jewish and it doesn't affect you the same,
- 11:48Speaker 1: but you got to remember with the socialists, the anti
- 11:51Speaker 1: Semitism is only phase one, and then it's anti Catholic,
- 11:57Speaker 1: and then it's anti Christians. It always were that way.
- 12:00Speaker 1: The anti Semitism is always just round one. Hey you
- 12:05Speaker 1: got FIFA. I can't follow this. I just can't watch it.
- 12:10Speaker 1: I don't know what it is. Can't follow soccer. I
- 12:13Speaker 1: like baseball. I like football after the Knicks and now
- 12:17Speaker 1: I like basketball. But to watch guys play soccer, it's ridiculous.
- 12:22Speaker 1: They like play it in their little shorts with the
- 12:24Speaker 1: knee socks. It looks ridiculous. Nobody ever scores. You gotta
- 12:28Speaker 1: wait forever to get, you know, scores one to nothing.
- 12:30Speaker 1: I like that basketball ninety eight to ninety six. This
- 12:33Speaker 1: is like one to nothing. I don't know who the
- 12:36Speaker 1: hell these teams are. It's Uruguay versus Paraguay, Finland versus Norway.
- 12:41Speaker 1: Who the hell am I supposed to root for? And
- 12:44Speaker 1: it's all over a week from Sunday, right that's the finals.
- 12:48Speaker 1: Final game is a week from Sunday. Thank god, pack up,
- 12:53Speaker 1: get the hell out of America, go home. Too many
- 12:57Speaker 1: tourists all over the place right now. It's something I
- 13:01Speaker 1: don't know. Every day it's something else that's a quarter final, No,
- 13:05Speaker 1: it's on final, playoff quarter or something going on. It
- 13:08Speaker 1: is an annoying sport. Every time they tried in America
- 13:12Speaker 1: did nothing. Remember years ago, what was the New Jersey
- 13:15Speaker 1: team was at the Cosmos? Remember that. Years ago they
- 13:17Speaker 1: thought soccer would take off. It didn't. Remember Peley was
- 13:21Speaker 1: the greatest soccer player and wooh, they thought that would
- 13:23Speaker 1: make it take off. It didn't. Never took off. Why
- 13:26Speaker 1: is it taking off now? Because the country is flooded
- 13:29Speaker 1: with people from other countries who grew up on soccer,
- 13:32Speaker 1: so they're all watching it. They are filling up bars
- 13:35Speaker 1: and restaurants and watching soccer like crazy. Binge watching is dying.
- 13:42Speaker 1: Can you figure out why binge watching? You know that
- 13:46Speaker 1: was the beauty of Netflix and streaming and you could
- 13:49Speaker 1: watch the whole season, or somebody tell you about a
- 13:52Speaker 1: show like you never saw a Yellowstone, Well you go
- 13:54Speaker 1: start watching Yellowstone.
- 13:56Speaker 2: Look at that.
- 13:57Speaker 1: Here's eighty five episodes you can binge watch. But streaming
- 14:01Speaker 1: companies reporting that binge watching is slowing down dramatically. Yeah,
- 14:08Speaker 1: binge watching is down about thirty to seventy percent, depending
- 14:11Speaker 1: on the streaming services. Some of these companies their internal data,
- 14:17Speaker 1: their studies. They think it has a lot to do
- 14:20Speaker 1: with TikTok and all sorts of stuff like that, because
- 14:25Speaker 1: TikTok has trained people to have shorter attention spans, and
- 14:30Speaker 1: YouTube is getting more and more popular. I basically only
- 14:33Speaker 1: watch YouTube. You can watch anything in the world on YouTube. Anything,
- 14:37Speaker 1: any show that was ever on television from nineteen forty
- 14:41Speaker 1: eight to now, it's all on YouTube. You can watch anything.
- 14:44Speaker 1: So people streaming companies all starting to realize it's not
- 14:50Speaker 1: a good idea to do the whole season and drop
- 14:52Speaker 1: a whole season at once, because people will just binge
- 14:54Speaker 1: watch it. Remember the show Billions They always insisted they
- 14:59Speaker 1: will not drop a whole season. They'll only release it
- 15:02Speaker 1: once a week, one episode a week. It creates an
- 15:06Speaker 1: anticipation and a momentum, and they were right. They were
- 15:10Speaker 1: the first to really stick to that, and now apparently
- 15:13Speaker 1: the streaming companies are doing that more and more and more.
- 15:17Speaker 1: No more one season at a time. Watch it as
- 15:20Speaker 1: a weekly show. They'll drop an episode a week. Binge watching.
- 15:24Speaker 1: Has people just got worn out on it? Hey, we'll
- 15:27Speaker 1: take some calls next. Eight hundred three two one zero
- 15:30Speaker 1: seven ten is the number. Eight hundred three two one
- 15:34Speaker 1: zero seven ten
