Man Arrested for Child’s Death and Assault | Seattle News
A 27-year-old man, who was dating the children’s mother and allegedly alone with them, has been arrested in connection with the death of a 2-year-old girl and injuries to a 5-year-old boy. Authorities say the toddler died from blunt force head trauma — inconsistent with a fall — and the older child suffered neck and arm injuries. The suspect, not related to the children, is facing second-degree murder and assault charges as the investigation continues.
