Man Steals Police Gear From Own Station | Columbus News
A 57-year-old man was caught on camera stealing over $1,600 worth of police gear—including cleaning supplies, an air compressor, and a uniform—from the Mifflin Township Police Department’s own building over three days in early August. He scaled a fence, slipped through a sallyport, and was filmed making off with the items. Now facing three burglary charges, he’s been arrested, set bail at $75,000, and his hearing is scheduled for September 9th—proof that even law enforcement can be targeted.
