- 2:16Unknown: Love it. Love it. Love to change the world. We're gonna try again. We're gonna see if we can steer it a little bit. Can't totally change it. You might can maneuver it.
- 2:26Morning, Friday edition, Radio Ranch, Roger Sales, and Brent Winter is when he shows.
- 2:32Brent likes to be fashionably
- 2:34no. He likes to be fashionably late. Some folks are like that. Of course, with Brent, you never know,
- 2:40because he's always traveling and all over. You might might be
- 2:45frantically looking for a hot spot right now. We don't know. We just know when he shows up, and that probably
- 2:51you
- 2:52know, the the the the past tells us he'll be here in a in a minute or two, so just bear with us.
- 2:59History. Glad to have him. It's always, the history of,
- 3:03it. And Brent Brent reminds me of the absent minded professor in many ways.
- 3:08He does. So, anyway, here we're on his arrival, he
- 3:12ties pony up outside. We'll get him a sashparilla ready.
- 3:16It's the, twenty fourth of, you and I, Julio, in Spanish. So for Tom d, seven twenty four, buddy.
- 3:24There he is. He just showed up right there.
- 3:26And, so I just give him the date stamp and and saying he'll be here in a minute. He'll be here. And lo and behold, there you are. So
- 3:33thank you, sir, for not making a liar out of me.
- 3:37And,
- 3:38happy welcome and happy Friday, Brent, as always.
- 3:41Unknown: Yeah. Roger, tell me something good that's happening in the world.
- 3:46Unknown: Okay.
- 3:47Well, I guess we'll have some silence here.
- 3:52I, let's see. Boy, if I think of something.
- 3:59I I know. I got it. Israel's
- 4:02being exposed more by the day by the day. Oh,
- 4:05Unknown: so you're taking a negative thing and flipping it to the positive side, which is good. Of course.
- 4:11Yeah. I'm a dialectic kinda guy. You know? Yeah. Oh, yeah. You've said that before. I understand what you're saying.
- 4:19And you're what you're saying is you observe the dialectic of the evil empire, and you try to always stay clear of it or counter
- 4:27Unknown: Well, it's even more so than that. I've kind of incorporated that into my life where it even exceeds the, just the limits of the evil empire. I I kinda look at everything opposite first, and I trained my mind to do that years ago
- 4:41before I understood all the inner workings of this
- 4:45because I noticed
- 4:46that they always set everything up backwards.
- 4:49Now being a salesperson all my life,
- 4:53that's very integral into being a good salesperson is, you know, the good
- 4:58sales courses will tell you before you go into an important
- 5:02meeting with a client, you always visualize everything, and you visualize the questions you're gonna ask. Your questions are much more important than anything else.
- 5:11And if you ask the right question and if you listen correctly, the guy will tell you what you wanna know. Okay? But you gotta be listening, and that's the thing.
- 5:19You know, I like to say god gave you two ears and one mouth. What does that tell you? Okay. So, anyway, I took that theory not understanding all the rest of this complex stuff at that time
- 5:31and applied it to this problem.
- 5:33And so I started framing everything backwards.
- 5:37It's like the domino. You know, the dominoes guy that sets up that long ornate thing where it throws basketballs
- 5:43and does everything else. Those little dominoes that, you know, clicking along,
- 5:48and that's what they do. They set that up backwards and then execute it frontward. See? And it's the same principle. And so over the time, it I just kinda trained my mind to do that. I still do it. It's,
- 6:00it gave me a it gave me fits with Spanish.
- 6:04I mean, fits.
- 6:06Because
- 6:07Spanish
- 6:08is backwards
- 6:10from English in many respects.
- 6:12I's are pronounced like e's. You know? V's are b's. I e's are i's.
- 6:18There are no h's. Y'all all those rules.
- 6:21Uh-huh. And so the normal person like yourself that's learning Spanish doesn't look at the world backwards like I do. And so all you have to do is approach it one time.
- 6:31Oh, okay. The ease or i's all well, I've gotta flip everything twice to get to that,
- 6:37I guess. And, boy, it gave me fits. Okay? I really did. But finally found a found a course away that, it's pretty interesting. The guy is a is an American
- 6:48who'd married a beautiful, beautiful Mexican girl. She was a makeup gal in Hollywood,
- 6:55and they had a couple of kids and stuff moved back down to Mexico. And in two years, he could not
- 7:00speak to her parents.
- 7:02Learning Spanish
- 7:04the traditional way. You know? Here's a word, this word, that word. You know? Oh, yeah. Yeah. And,
- 7:09and he said, well, I'm just gonna invent a whole new way to teach the language. So what he did
- 7:14was he took the 139
- 7:17most used words in the two languages.
- 7:20Uh-huh. And those that's what he teaches you in the first thirty days.
- 7:24Uh-huh. So you learn that the words that are common, most common to both languages,
- 7:29even irregular verbs and stuff on the first day, and you spend thirty minutes a day with this course, and in a month, you won't be fluently speaking Spanish, but you can get out and talk to people, and that's how you learn. You don't learn from a book. You learn from using. K? Yeah. Yeah. And that allows you to do that. It's a brilliant way. Uses new neuro linguistic programming
- 7:51to help you learn it in these keywords, and and it's
- 7:56man, it was like it was like nirvana for me. The first thing I found that I could really
- 8:02apply and learn the language quickly. And Awesome. That's the the course, and it all started because
- 8:09I noticed they set up everything backwards and started thinking like that. Well, why did he stop at a 139?
- 8:16Why didn't he make it a 150 or a 140? I don't know. I don't know any of those answers. I just know that's the the
- 8:22common most used words. That's what they teach you. Uh-huh. And in a month, you you're not gonna be proficient at it, but you can get out and and you can fumble through. And what happens? These people, I think they like it when
- 8:35they see that you're trying to acclimate with them and learn their language. They like it. Okay? They appreciate that. And and they'll laugh and you'll laugh and they'll say, no. It's this, and they'll show you how to pronounce it and all that. And and, but
- 8:49and see our what you got up there now is you got a bunch of people that don't wanna assimilate. Now, that was Pat Buchanan's big deal. I don't know if you remember him. That was. Uh-huh. He was a he came. Well, he said, you, we came over here and we we
- 9:03immigrated but we assimilated.
- 9:05We didn't break up. We might had a a Greek neighborhood
- 9:08but they they wanted to learn The US. They wanted to learn the language. They wanted to learn the history. They wanted to learn the mores and all that stuff, and and they assimilated.
- 9:17And that's what you don't have now. And so when I moved to South America, that was something consciously.
- 9:23I said, I'm going to do my best to assimilate.
- 9:27Okay? And one the the first thing that entails is learning the language.
- 9:31Unknown: K. Well, one thing I've noticed, and I'm I'm in good company when I I say this, people that know a lot more than me.
- 9:40If you don't have a common tongue, you don't have a country. I can say that. Yeah. It's not possible. You know, I heard somebody say there's never been a country that survived
- 9:49that spoke two languages. No. No. There hasn't. And that's historic fact. It's just the way it is, and you can talk about the reasons, and we can maybe discover them. But even in the Roman Empire, of course, they conquered,
- 10:01the entire Mediterranean
- 10:03perimeter and then started
- 10:05working their way north and south and going
- 10:08south into Africa. There was nothing there but the Sahara Desert. So that stopped that, and then they concentrated on going north.
- 10:15And they went into,
- 10:17Saxony, of course, and got whooped, but they went to Britain, and and, they got the Scots whooped them in Britain or I should say the Northern Britons.
- 10:26Was it's mixed up as to who those races are, and people try to make a distinction. It's not really possible if you're from that island. You're pretty mixed up. But
- 10:34they the Scouts, they couldn't whoop them. They couldn't whoop the Saxons,
- 10:39but they pushed as far north as they could. But with that,
- 10:42they had a common tongue.
- 10:44Now Alexander the Grape, as I call him, he was a fella from Macedonia. You know, he drank himself to death in a drinking contest when he was about 33, I think. I did not know that. Oh, yeah. Just just a lunatic, you know, and a and a sex pervert.
- 10:59So he but he was in command all these armies. By the way, that's the way it is on the world stage. People are super powerful powerful or weirdos. If you get to know them, you wouldn't want your daughter to get within 40 feet of them. That kinda that's what you're dealing with. Well, that's the way he was, and he was, of course, a student of, who was it?
- 11:18Was it Aristotle? He was Aristotle. Aristotle
- 11:22said he was his most ruthless student.
- 11:24He was just an animal,
- 11:26in every way. And, I'm when I'm talking about sex immersion, of course, Aristotle was a perverse, so why wouldn't you expect him? You turn your children over to people like that to to educate them. Go ahead. That's an interesting adjective, isn't it? Ruthless.
- 11:40Ruthless. Oh, yeah.
- 11:41And I, especially, if your name is Ruth, I used to tell this woman here. I have I have a friend named Ruth. That's what I call her, ruthless.
- 11:50Well,
- 11:52you don't wanna do that to people. Well, I'm kidding, of course. Yeah. Yeah. You're kidding, and I do the same thing. But
- 11:58but, yeah, Alexander the Great. But in that, here's what happened.
- 12:02Alexander,
- 12:03of course, he,
- 12:04I don't know if was him. Probably somebody else under him that was really handling things, but they had this massive army of hundreds of thousands of men, and they were from all over and they spoke different tongues.
- 12:16So he devised a or he, he was the one in charge. Somebody else probably did. I keep saying he wasn't that smart. He's just a sex pervert. And
- 12:24but he'd he he would command his army would respond to commands that just a few, not that many simple commands that they all knew no matter what tongue they spoke.
- 12:37But he realized if they didn't have a common tongue
- 12:39that he could command them with, that they couldn't fight. But he or somebody gave them that, you know, forward march and all. That was something they all understood about face, things like that. Take up arms and whatever.
- 12:53And
- 12:55but he conquered the known world that way.
- 12:58But because of that, he's he was a Greek,
- 13:01and the Greek tongue, you know, there where he was from on the West side of what we call today the Grecian
- 13:07territories,
- 13:09Athenian and Ionian were very
- 13:12very dominant, and they
- 13:14came together to form a a Greek tongue that he made standard. They didn't try to, it just happened throughout the Greek. The Greeks, you know, the Greeks conquered the Romans.
- 13:25Actually, the Romans, they militarily conquered the Greeks when they're with the Roman Empire.
- 13:31But ultimately, the Greeks
- 13:33conquered the Romans culturally,
- 13:34made perverts out of them. Uh-huh. And the Roman Empire then eventually fell apart on the basis of that infection
- 13:41that spread.
- 13:42But with that, the Greeks
- 13:45permeated
- 13:46the Roman world, the Greek tongue
- 13:49then permeated the Roman world.
- 13:52But it wasn't the classic Greek of the Addicts and the Ionans.
- 13:55It became
- 13:56the pigeon Greek of the Roman Empire, the the sailors Greek.
- 14:01They call it the merchants Greek. It was the it was the Greek tongue that everybody spoke no matter whatever everyone else's tongue they spoke, and and sailors spread it because the the trade around the Mediterranean was was
- 14:15was a powerful tool to spread that tongue. And, of course, sailors and merchants,
- 14:21they needed a way to communicate and they just developed this pidgin
- 14:25Greek, and that's the Greek the New Testament
- 14:28is was originally written in, is that pidgin Greek. And that's why Christianity spread so rapidly in the Roman Empire because it was written down in a tongue that everybody understood by the providence
- 14:41of God's sake. Okay. That makes sense. And it overtook the Roman Empire and and the perversion and the sickness of of the Grecian culture
- 14:50Unknown: fell before Christianity. That's what happened. Now that's interesting because it parallels what we're dealing with today in Iran,
- 14:58then known as Persia.
- 15:00Uh-huh. I think they've been around six thousand years or something. Uh-huh. Persian. Yeah. In some way, shape, or form, they've only been conquered twice,
- 15:09and the same situation happened.
- 15:12The conquering
- 15:13entity came in and fell in love with the Persian culture,
- 15:17and they culturally,
- 15:19defeated them right there. It's happened twice.
- 15:22And, so that's what we're dealing with speaking away any good news. Well, that's what we're dealing with today over there. Same thing except they've been kinda taken over by these Mullahs, the Shiites,
- 15:33and the, a different sect as the Sunnis, and they've kinda taken over the management of the country for a while,
- 15:41but there's a chance it can go back to a regular kind of Persian. And, of course, that's what Israel's trying to do is is get the Mauls out of there and get a regime change.
- 15:52So somebody would they're you know, they're trying to put in there. Right? Yeah. No.
- 15:56You remember the Shah of Iran? Yep. Yep. His grandson.
- 16:00Well He's been living and raised in Virginia, speaks perfect English and all that. That's who they're trying to shoehorn in there.
- 16:07Unknown: Well, without but without that, I that's standard of reason that would happen. Without the common tongue
- 16:13without a common tongue, people can't hold together, but people are conquered by
- 16:19the tongue,
- 16:20by the tongue that is spoken in our own culture here in in America.
- 16:25Because it is English,
- 16:27all of the concepts and all of the ruling
- 16:31thoughts that we have in our minds that come to action and culture
- 16:35are encased in the words of our English tongue.
- 16:40Yeah. And without that and if that's taken away, we lose everything. Why I say, yeah, though it is America
- 16:47first,
- 16:48English first.
- 16:50But the best way for that to happen is not by law. You can't I don't know that it's possible to pass laws that say everybody's Christian or everybody that is
- 17:00speaks English,
- 17:02and that
- 17:03has never really worked. But when it happens naturally,
- 17:06Unknown: that's where the power is. Yeah. Of course. Now I I remember hearing that we were only one vote short in congress of speaking German back in the founding days. Have you ever heard that before? I've heard those stories, and there was a felt the first speaker of the house
- 17:21Unknown: of,
- 17:22representatives
- 17:23of The United States was a man
- 17:26named Muhlenberg.
- 17:27And he was American,
- 17:30but his family sent him back to Germany
- 17:33to go to seminary. He was Lutheran.
- 17:36And he went back to Germany and well, Northern Germany. They're different Germany is not Germany. That's just silly to talk about, well, Germany. Well, no. There are, I don't know, about 10, a dozen
- 17:49separate
- 17:50cultures,
- 17:51separate dialects,
- 17:53separate Dutch. You know, people divided into north and south, Saxony and Bavaria, but it's much much more,
- 18:00divided than that. And Uh-huh. The only nobody could ever pull it together. Bismarck tried to,
- 18:05and that's why World War one happened. And then Hitler tried to maintain that that solidarity,
- 18:12and he did it fundamentally
- 18:14on the basis of the German tongue.
- 18:16Oh, you speak the German tongue in Austria? You're German, so you can join us. See, that's the way it worked. And Uh-huh. And Hungaria,
- 18:23same way. Switzerland, all German tongue countries
- 18:26Unknown: are to a great degree. What's that? We've got a new student,
- 18:30Heiko. I don't know if she's listening today or not. She's East German and immigrated from East Germany. Been came with The US, had her kids, live in California. She's in Florida now. Uh-huh. It was very interesting. You know, here's a real East German.
- 18:43Unknown: Yeah. Of course, East Germany is a fabrication of politics that never existed. Sure. Of course. So it's not a yeah. You know what I'm saying. And you know, you know, history. We we lived in the Cold War,
- 18:55and that was a division that resulted because America
- 18:58was stupid.
- 19:00And they said, oh, we'll we'll give them to Russia.
- 19:03That was real smart. And we spent the next
- 19:05well, how many years? Fifty years or something? Seventy? That was the communist behind the scenes dictating that little move. Yeah. No kidding. His name was Franklin Roosevelt.
- 19:15Yeah. On yeah. Him and his cadre of commies. Yeah. That was it was sick. We had a supreme court justice back then
- 19:22who was from Southern Indiana,
- 19:24and he was, he's the one that supported one of them that supported the court packing plan. And he also said he
- 19:31said the cost the constitution of The United States is not applicable now. We gotta we gotta set it aside. That was that was the supreme court judge? Yeah. What was his name? Meisner or Misner or Meiner? I I don't know. I've never heard that before. Oh, yeah. Sounds like a Jew. Sounds like something that come out of a Jew's judge's mouth. Well, he wasn't Jewish. I I don't believe. But he was sucking into
- 19:53you know, no. He was I think he was from around Tell City, which is just north of Owensboro, and those were German some of those settlements along the Ohio were German settlements.
- 20:04But I they I don't think they were Jewish, all I'm Okay. Say. But he was sucked into the madness. Absolutely sucked into it. Odd thing about his life and, to read the stories of how people get into the madness,
- 20:16coming from well, for example, who was Roosevelt's right hand man? He was a farmer. Alger Hiss. No. Well, that was one of them. He's a criminal. They made a well, they sent him to prison, I think. But this guy, I know he was a farmer,
- 20:28a Presbyterian,
- 20:32hardcore
- 20:33farming family.
- 20:35He got into the early days of hybrid corn seeds and made a fortune
- 20:40selling hybrid corn, had a company. Then he became part of the Roosevelt administration and went total wacko. Total wacko.
- 20:48Wallace.
- 20:49His name was Wallace. Yeah. His grandfather was an immigrant from Scotland
- 20:54and he went total wacko
- 20:57supporting the new deal and all the communism.
- 20:59And and you ask yourself, how does a how does a guy what happens if that happens? That happens a lot. It's happening right now. Our universities
- 21:08are sucking young folk our state universities
- 21:11are sucking, young minds into communism. I'm driving through Missoula, Montana, like, three or four years ago. Stopped in a hotel and was went out to get something to eat that night at
- 21:22a rest steak house and
- 21:24guy waiting on me, handsome young man. I always talk to the waiter and the waitresses. You got a family?
- 21:29You married? You know? I pray before the meal. I'll pray and I'll stop the waiter. I've never had one say no, amazingly. I say, listen. I'm gonna pray. It'd only take fifteen seconds.
- 21:40You wanna stand here while I pray? And they'll always do it because they wanna get a tip. They don't wanna offend you, you know.
- 21:47I'll say, I'm gonna pray. Say, are are you married? Yeah.
- 21:51You got any children? Oh, yeah. Well, what's their name? Usually, young people. I have one or two. And I'll say, well, I'll pray for them real quick. And I find most of them, even though they do it because it's their job to be nice,
- 22:03I I can tell a lot of them just, they just they can't believe somebody would do that. And they'll say, man, I can't tell you how much I appreciate you praying for my children. There you go. Deep deep down inside, we all know
- 22:16that god is providential
- 22:18and he's sovereign.
- 22:20And we need his providence, and we need to learn how to deal with it. And, prayer is more for me than it is for
- 22:28it
- 22:29was more for me. In other words, it adjusts my mind to the will of God. Yes. God won't change his mind. He'll never change his mind. He'll never change his will. That means he'll never change his declaration of his law. That ain't gonna happen ever.
- 22:42And, but we change,
- 22:45and prayer adjusts our thinking.
- 22:48You know what? The word prayer in the New Testament,
- 22:51the Greek word in the koine, koine, the common, the pigeon Greek,
- 22:55means by the letters to swap.
- 22:59It means to swap. Mhmm. And it means to swap your wishes for God's will. That's what it means fundamentally.
- 23:05And, we see that all through the Bible. Jesus Christ in praying in the garden, the very son of God,
- 23:11very God, a very God, as they say, very man, a very man. But in that hierarchy of the of the godhead, he's the son of the father. He's praying.
- 23:21In the seventeenth chapter of John, that famous verse, he said,
- 23:26nevertheless,
- 23:28no, it's not in not in John 17. It's not in John 17.
- 23:32It's in the garden the night before they murdered him.
- 23:36He said, nevertheless,
- 23:38not my will,
- 23:40but thine be done. There it is, the swapping. And that's what prayer is. And so when you go before God,
- 23:46you you it's good. You don't know his will, but it's good to know some of it and you can pray it. One way to always pray God's will and know your prayer will always be answered because the Bible tells us, and I can tell you it's true
- 23:58from experience,
- 24:00god
- 24:00will always answer
- 24:02prayers where you've asked him to do what he's declared he's gonna do. Now, that's not hard to understand. We're talking straight line logic here.
- 24:10If you pray what god's law says is gonna happen,
- 24:14it will happen. Your prayers will be answered. The question is, do you want what God wants? Has he given you a new heart?
- 24:21Have he given you a new mind that wants and a new will?
- 24:24That wants what he wants. That's what the new birth does.
- 24:27And you pray for his will, and then you realize the power
- 24:32of prayer and the adjustment of your own attitude and your own mind. That's what it's about. Bible say, if it law is not law if it changes.
- 24:41And law is the will of the sovereign, and the true sovereign is God, and he's not gonna change. He he declares it. Go ahead, Roger. I was gonna say, don't be anticipating it. That prayer's gonna be answered immediately either. Yeah. That's a good point, Roger. Because it may be ten years down the line, you go, oh god. There's that prayer answered. Well, in the yeah. That's a good point. Some of them well, Hebrews writer to the Hebrews says that
- 25:05many waited
- 25:06for the promises, but they didn't live long enough to see them. That can happen too. Yeah. Moses was like that. And and not in all respects, but in many. And the discouragement comes because
- 25:17we're impatient.
- 25:18I have an my my dad's brother's wife said to me one time, she had a boy. He's
- 25:24he's grown 50
- 25:25some years old now, but she said
- 25:28I said, well, did you are you glad you had I won't say his name. She said, oh, yeah.
- 25:33She said, but it made me
- 25:35pray for patience.
- 25:37Yeah. And I said, well, how do you pray for patience? Well, you just ask god to give it to you right away, and you don't wanna wait.
- 25:43And I said, oh, okay.
- 25:45Unknown: Patience. I gotta have it. Well That's good. Yeah. Yeah. As I was going through my metamorphic period.
- 25:52Yeah. You probably don't know exactly what I mean here. This is period when you're raised around this stuff and your parents carry you to church in this metamorphic period
- 26:02is when you're in your late teens and early twenties and trying to apply
- 26:06those things that you couldn't apply to, like truth is power. Well, you can't apply that when you're that age. Oh,
- 26:14no. And then you you you come on into, the the full blown thing. But in that metamorphic stage
- 26:21and, I remember bargaining
- 26:24with god.
- 26:25Oh, yeah. Okay. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. We're gonna do do this on my terms. Okay? Oh, yeah. Yeah. If you're real, make that bush out there light on fire. You know, that kind of thing. But it doesn't work that way. Yeah. Uh-huh. Uh-huh. No. No. It doesn't even. Not even a little bit. You know,
- 26:44Unknown: something
- 26:45that we all remember is the Eagles.
- 26:48The the rock. They're country it was a country rock group kinda thing. Do you remember that? Oh, Oh, boy. Do I? Yeah. Oh, they they Elvis dominated the fifties. The Beatles dominated the sixties, and the Eagles,
- 27:01along with John Denver, dominated the seventies. But the Eagles were Pretty much. Big time.
- 27:06Now we're getting this straight, friends, neighbors, and relatives. We're getting this straight from a man that was in the record business, and he's agreeing with me about this. So I Wow. I I worked with the eagles kinda for a minute.
- 27:18Unknown: Almost got in a fist fight with one of them at a party after one of the shows, and I I I I've I've been with them. Okay. Let me guess which one it might have been. I It would have what? You don't know? Or Yeah. Okay.
- 27:31Unknown: Why? It would have either been Glenn Fratt.
- 27:34Unknown: Yeah. Glenn Fratt. That's what I was gonna say. Well, it's whichever one of them was the big Boston Bruins fan, and his his favorite player was a guy named Don Marcotte.
- 27:43Okay. Okay. You wanna hear the story? I told it to him. Hey. Yeah. Check it out. Well, alright. And then my last job in the record business was with with the best company I ever was with called Infinity
- 27:54Records.
- 27:55Uh-huh. Now Infinity Records
- 27:57was startup. They went went for their, for their opening party, for the label they rented, the New York City library.
- 28:05They had the party at the New York City library. The guy behind it was a guy named Ronald Lexenberg. He's from Chicago. Real street kid, Good Ears.
- 28:13Had gotten with CBS and moved to New York. He got to a point they took this little label that was up on the shelf and gave it to him called Epic Records,
- 28:23and he took it from a $22,000,000
- 28:25a year company to a $220,000,000
- 28:28a year company. He's the guy that that discussed Sly and the Family Stone,
- 28:33just of Dan Fogleberg,
- 28:35that cheap trick, just on and on and on. These were his bands. He found them. Uh-huh. And so he got branched off, started his own label. It was called Infinity.
- 28:44Only was around about a year, but it's very classy. The other investors were MCA,
- 28:50had a big chunk behind him,
- 28:52and the people that, own Abba,
- 28:55were also big sponsors. I think I remember hearing they have five houses around the world, that kind of thing. Mhmm. Mhmm. And so, anyway, it was right at the tail, and I came in six months into the label.
- 29:07The director promotions and I were good friends. We'd met earlier and liked each other a lot. And Mhmm. When this other guy was a friend of his guy at law had to quit, he says, you're the only guy I wanna talk to. So they came in the middle of a blizzard up in the Northeast. Somehow,
- 29:23they got a plane up to New Jersey,
- 29:26found a a flight open to Newark. Mhmm. And we popped into Newark. The the regional guy was with me and, you know, limousine waiting for you and your name and all that stuff, and they whip you into New York. I got all this here. I don't have any
- 29:41Unknown: any
- 29:42Unknown: Christian,
- 29:43you got your mute? Christian.
- 29:46Christian, your mute's off, buddy.
- 29:49Unknown: Oh, I'm sorry. I'm sorry.
- 29:51Unknown: That's okay.
- 29:53And so, anyway, we go into the big city, do all that stuff, and then whisk us back to Newark, and we come home, and I'm six months there.
- 30:03But, so that the last part of that six months, we had a band out of Texas
- 30:09called Blue Steel.
- 30:11Mhmm. And they had played in bands with the Eagles when they were young, so they knew each other. Yeah. So the Eagles wanted them, Blue Steel, the first effort here, the first album with the big label to open up their tour.
- 30:26Mhmm. And so I had them two nights in Atlanta at the Omni and one night in Birmingham, and then they were gone.
- 30:32So I found out that the Eagles have this special thing
- 30:36after a after a concert,
- 30:39they will only do two encores.
- 30:42And the third encore is the after show party.
- 30:45And so what they do is they've got a bunch of these little buttons printed up to say three e
- 30:51for third encore,
- 30:53and the roadies go out through the crowd and find all the good looking women and give them a button and tell them about the party.
- 31:00Mhmm. And so, I'd heard about it. Well, the when they were they only have of the two nights in Atlanta, they only have one of those first night. Well, I was sick that night. For some reason, I couldn't go. I can't imagine what would have kept me away from there. But, anyway, I I didn't attend.
- 31:15Mhmm. So the next night's in Birmingham.
- 31:17Mhmm. So I'm over there and right in Birmingham. If you ever seen it, the Coliseum is right across from the Hyatt or whatever it is now. Mhmm. And that's Top Floors where they had that party. Well, I get a three e button, and I'm anxious to go up there and see the meet these guys and all that. I get up there after the show and they're over a leaning against the makeshift bar in the room is somebody with a Boston Bruins.
- 31:42Mhmm. Yeah. Jersey
- 31:44on. So I go over there and I go, hey. I'm Roger Sales of Mercury Records.
- 31:49And whoever it was flyer, prior, whoever.
- 31:52Man, they jumped right in my
- 31:55cockaw.
- 31:56I mean, big time. Well, I hope you're not in charge of effing tour support.
- 32:01And, you know, we start yelling at each other. I have no idea what's going on. Mhmm. The guy that was a promoter, Sims Hines, was a friend of mine. He heard and saw the commotion,
- 32:11came over there, and he Roger leave. You know? No. No. No. So,
- 32:15god, I go, what happened there?
- 32:18I drive back to New, Atlanta the next day, and I don't have a job.
- 32:23Woah. So there's there's the record business
- 32:26from having an opening act with one of the largest acts in the business to the next day not having a job.
- 32:33Unknown: I'll be there, and that was all because of one smart aleck, and the eagles.
- 32:38Unknown: Well, hell no. Oh, no. No. No. This is the background scene that I didn't know was going on. Oh my god. So the the the company
- 32:46was losing money and all the investors
- 32:49were coming going, what the hell is going on here? You know, they had a big meeting with Sid Sheinberg.
- 32:55He was the head of MCA,
- 32:56one of the financiers of the big meeting. I heard it secondhand.
- 33:01Mhmm. And and Sheinberg looks at a Lexenberg
- 33:04in the Vegas. Ron,
- 33:06I don't even have a private jet on standby
- 33:10twenty four seven. I fly commercial.
- 33:13Mhmm.
- 33:14And that's the excesses that Luxembourg
- 33:16had gone to. See? Flamboyant.
- 33:18Very flamboyant guy. So as as many of them are. Well, here's what happened. Okay.
- 33:25Very professional. The most professional job I've ever been with, really, these guys were. If you got a big band like that in your territory, my job was to go out and make sure all the radio guys knew it was coming. Do you need any tickets? Do you wanna can you wanna interview?
- 33:40Can you all those kind of things
- 33:43and babysit
- 33:44basically and set up all this stuff and
- 33:48so you go around, you go place advertising.
- 33:51So, but you want some advertising running on the band and you can tag it that they're gonna be at the Omni Thursday night with the Eagles or whatever and you got all the, you gotta have little mobiles up at the record stores that show the the album and, you know, all that kind of crap. Well, it takes a lot of time.
- 34:08Okay?
- 34:09And so I did all that,
- 34:12and then they call me. They call everybody and says, unplug all that.
- 34:16Unknown: Okay.
- 34:17Unknown: And I go, what?
- 34:19Unplug
- 34:20all of that. Well, I'd only been there a few months, but I'd never seen anything like that happen there. Mhmm. And so then another day or two, you get a callback, and they go, go plug it all back in. Yeah. Mhmm.
- 34:33They're going, what the hell? Well, here's what the hell was happening. They were PO'd in Luxembourg
- 34:39because of his extravagance.
- 34:42They pulled all the funding.
- 34:44The eagles with their buddies, all of a sudden, their buddies can't tour with them, so they come out of their own pockets
- 34:50for the money to tour with them. And that's why he jumped in my crap.
- 34:54Mhmm. I didn't know any of that. Yeah. Okay? Uh-huh. So, anyway, there's a there's a big time record business right there. Oh, in other words, you never know what's gonna happen next. And, yeah, it's a rough and tumble. Rough and tumble. In
- 35:07the in the, you'll remember the late seventies, early eighties recession,
- 35:12Jimmy Carter,
- 35:13high interest rates, inflation, Volker coming in, all that.
- 35:17Well, there was 28 people that did what I did in Atlanta at that time working for labels.
- 35:24And after that bloodbath, there was eight.
- 35:27Oh, I see. Well, because records and music
- 35:32in an inflationary environment,
- 35:35when usually like we're going into right now, as if things get tight, you don't go spend money on records and entertainment.
- 35:42Mhmm. Where you do entertainment,
- 35:44though, for escape
- 35:46is movies.
- 35:48Yep.
- 35:50And people buy clothing. The girls like to do too, but it's just one of the things that gets cut out. And when the record sales drop, the,
- 35:58the the employees get cut.
- 36:00Unknown: That's just the way of the of the world. You know? Well, you make a a point. It's a factual point that provides a good jumping off point for what I was getting ready to drive at,
- 36:11and that is the the only That's why
- 36:14we do such good shows together. Go ahead, Brad. Well, you said they only had a they had a policy of two encores, not three. Yes. Yes. Well, part of the reason stands to reason to me. I know that their their their high
- 36:28tone singer,
- 36:29alto tenor singer was Randy
- 36:31Mizner.
- 36:32Unknown: Yeah.
- 36:33Unknown: Randy
- 36:34could only do those high notes. He got so he couldn't do them three encores. Oh. And that's what finally broke up the group because
- 36:42those those hard driving
- 36:46there was a cultural difference. Randy Randy was a Volga River German.
- 36:50His grandfather
- 36:51immigrated
- 36:53from the Volga River region, having been offered their family with a lot thousands of Germans.
- 36:59Most of them were Lutherans, Mennonites, Protestants.
- 37:03They were offered sanctuary
- 37:05by Catherine the Great along the Volga River and they were farmers.
- 37:09So they wanted to go to a place that the land was good and the Volga River Valley was good. They went there. But then after the Catherine the Great, the czars
- 37:19didn't wanna put up with them because they were Greek Orthodox and so they came by massive flocks to North America.
- 37:26Now, there was a small contingent of them that were Roman Catholic and they came to South America
- 37:31because of the religious religious commonness with the South Americans.
- 37:36But most of them migrated to North America and thousands of them homesteaded
- 37:41in Kansas,
- 37:42Nebraska, and the Dakotas.
- 37:44And Randy's grandfather,
- 37:46up and up through the nineteen twenties and nineteen thirties, by the way, the Homestead Act
- 37:51didn't wasn't repealed until 1976.
- 37:54But they settled there near
- 37:57Scotts Bluff, Nebraska.
- 37:59Now this interested me a little bit because
- 38:02missus Brent's
- 38:04grandfather
- 38:05homesteaded
- 38:07north of Scottsbluff
- 38:08and the big push back then was sugar beets.
- 38:11And that Yeah. Finally, they got enough irrigation from the Platte River that they could grow them. And Randy grew up on a farm that raised corn and sugar beets and his father was a bulge German
- 38:21farmer.
- 38:22Uh-huh. And
- 38:24Randy was a he was
- 38:26a very
- 38:28quiet boy growing up, and he he got to play in the bass. You know, the bass players are the guy often in the background, and they don't say much, you know? But he could sing, and if it wasn't for him. You know what I'm saying, Rod? Absolutely.
- 38:42Unknown: It's a cultural thing. And that that bass
- 38:46Unknown: drives the whole band. Yeah. And plus, he was the one that had the voice that could sing witch a woman and take
- 38:54it to the limit and they depended on him. But when
- 38:57he got so, he was getting older and your voice cracks and he couldn't do it and he wouldn't do it the third time and
- 39:04what was the guy's name? Glenn Fry. Glenn Fry. Oh,
- 39:08he threw a tissy fit. He was but it was a cultural difference. And I've seen I saw that tissy fit being thrown. Yeah. Oh, he just bought you. I was on the other end. Yeah. But let me finish. Somebody wants to say something. Let me But
- 39:23Randy
- 39:24was more comfortable driving a a John Deere tractor,
- 39:28and he just walked away. Didn't say anything, and he went to work for the Frank
- 39:33Frank John Deere dealership
- 39:35in Scottsbluff, Nebraska.
- 39:37But all but he was good. I mean, the guy was hanging around. He left home. His father really upset his father. His father wanted him to farm.
- 39:45Wanted him to farm and he didn't chastise him, but he had been introduced by a high school teacher to the bass and he could play it really good. He didn't ever learn how to read music. He just learned he could play and he was a natural
- 39:58and a natural harmonizer and singer.
- 40:01Uh-huh. And he, of course, got in with Linda Ronstadt's
- 40:04band, you know. Oh, boy. Yeah. Well, her manager, think, is the one that put together the Eagles originally because they he had contacts all over the country and heard about Randy. And he put together this band that would be the front band for Linda Ronstadt, and she was singing kind of a oh, this is what I read. I I I wasn't there, but
- 40:23Tremendous pipes. She had tremendous pipes, Linda Ronstadt. Had for a little girl. But for a little girl yeah. For a small person. But,
- 40:31the whole thing came down to a cultural difference. And this is what fascinated me a little bit. Misner didn't fit.
- 40:38And he was quiet and when a push came to shove, he just walked away. He didn't fight. He never but he would but he didn't quit. He got into that culture of drinking and drugs and it it haunted him the rest of his life. He lost his marriage and a bunch of crazy stuff happened.
- 40:53But it all comes down to it all comes down to what drives people and what drove Randy
- 41:00was his religious sensibilities.
- 41:02And they were pretty darn strong. And he got involved. He wanted more money.
- 41:07Fry was from a culture, as was Henley, as we're just gonna run over. It was a domineering culture.
- 41:12We're gonna dominate everybody in the band. And they did. Then it finally, of course, became a million millions of dollar lawsuit and all that because but Misner wasn't that way. Now Misner got into the things that destroyed him,
- 41:25but he was a a a fellow that was a result of an intense
- 41:30Christian culture.
- 41:32And he couldn't couldn't do what they were doing. Now, here's the point I'm driving at.
- 41:38This is a good bible and it's the words of Jesus Christ himself.
- 41:43He said according to the gospel records,
- 41:46do not be
- 41:48as, and the old translation say, the gentiles,
- 41:52the nations.
- 41:53Do not be of that culture,
- 41:56the city law culture
- 41:58as opposed to our common law culture. That's really what he was saying and the words reflect that. There's only two traditions of religion, law, and government in the world fundamentally.
- 42:07Never have been more than two and never will be. And you can take college classes where they'll teach you the seven seven kinds of religion. That's all hogwash.
- 42:16There's Babylonianism
- 42:17under a million different labels
- 42:19that the devil fools idiots into believing like professors
- 42:22and believing there are different kinds of religion. There aren't.
- 42:26There's Babylonianism,
- 42:27comes under a million different labels to fool you, and then there's the truth and that's it. And Jesus Christ said, do not be like them,
- 42:35the gentiles who seek
- 42:38to dominate one another.
- 42:40Well, what's his point? Well, the policy of our common law tradition which is a Christian tradition
- 42:47seeks to dominate the land and that is the teaching of the bible. The trust settlement of God. What did God say to our grandma and grandpa Eve?
- 42:57He said,
- 42:58dominate the land. Take lordship over the land. How do you do it? Well, you just do what comes naturally, relax and enjoy sex. That's a good start. Have lots of babies.
- 43:08And he was saying don't try to stop what I've made you to do. And of course, by the time you get to Genesis chapter 11,
- 43:16Nimrod,
- 43:17the first true emperor of the world had talked to everybody in the congregating
- 43:22around his city and his religious relics and his tower and and then and that's been the plague of mankind
- 43:29ever since.
- 43:31God said, I'm not gonna have that to put mankind here to take care of my land And he smoked them. Now we're coming back to the thing about speech.
- 43:39Now people and language. It says he's well, the old translation said he he smoked their speech, but
- 43:47what's really going on there? And this is something that's fundamental. There are just about about three or four fundamental events in the history of mankind
- 43:55according to the bible that everything is based upon. And Genesis chapter 11, what happened at Babylon and Nimrod,
- 44:02the emperor,
- 44:04is one of those handful of things that happened
- 44:07that is key to understanding the Bible, it's fundamental.
- 44:11And what happened there was, and we saw the power of this just six years ago,
- 44:17worldwide.
- 44:19They were, the words there indicate
- 44:22not different languages,
- 44:25but politically correct speech.
- 44:27And the words that are used in Genesis 11 to describe what happened, the prophets used them clearly.
- 44:34You can see it there to describe politically correct speech. A mantra that everybody is saying,
- 44:40using the same words with nobody really understanding what the words mean. I remember when people were talking about stem cell research.
- 44:49I never heard of stem cell research.
- 44:51It was a hot political
- 44:52topic,
- 44:53of course. People were saying, well, I'm for it or I'm against it. And if I'd ask people that were against it, I'd say, well, what is it? I never talked to anybody that could really describe it to me or tell me. They didn't know. They just got caught up into the for and against and and that it was that way with COVID.
- 45:11People didn't know what COVID was. It wasn't true to what
- 45:15the evil empire, the powers that be were telling us.
- 45:18But the politically correct speech was you're either for it or against it, and the whole world went insane
- 45:25over this. That's what happened at Babylon.
- 45:27And if you speak I was in South Dakota
- 45:30at an un nobody lived much in the Dakotas, you know, but I was in a little town called Flandreau.
- 45:36Now Flandreau is on the border between Minnesota
- 45:39and South Dakota.
- 45:40It's
- 45:43nothing but hardcore farmland and people raise cattle and cheap and I
- 45:48stopped in this little town. There was a fellow there I was trying to contact.
- 45:52I went
- 45:53to a Dollar Tree store, one of these towns that has an old water tower and that's about it. Went in one grocery store, I went to a Dollar Tree store and the fellow I was looking for, I said, this town's so small, I'll just ask this lady. She's got on a pair of scrubs like she works in a nursing home or something. I knew the place wasn't big enough to have a hospital. I said, this gal works works in a nursing home, probably the only one in town. And the fellow I'm looking for, I just found out he was he was in a nursing home because he got old enough he couldn't take care of himself. So I asked her, do you know so and so? Oh, yeah. Yeah, I know him. I said, well, tell me where the Is he in the nursing home? Yeah, I work there.
- 46:32And
- 46:33I know little towns, I grew up around. So I said,
- 46:38well,
- 46:39tell me where it is, I need to talk to him. She said, well, you're too late.
- 46:44I said, what happened? She said, he died of COVID.
- 46:47I said,
- 46:49well, he was almost 100 years old, I doubt if that happened, but I said, you know, that whole thing's
- 46:55a farce.
- 46:56And she said, you're fully
- 46:58you know, she used that word that starts with ship high in transit.
- 47:02She
- 47:03just told me and didn't even know me. I thought we were having a friendly conversation and she told me she told me off.
- 47:10And, that's how powerful politically correct speech is out in the middle of nowhere in South Dakota, and she's believing all this is the way they're telling her. That's how powerful
- 47:20Unknown: Pavlovian
- 47:22conditioned response.
- 47:23Unknown: Pavlovian.
- 47:24That's right. Conditioned response.
- 47:27Yeah. Somebody wants to say something. Go ahead. Yeah.
- 47:30Go ahead.
- 47:32Yep. Yeah. This is Larry. How you doing? Larry.
- 47:36Larry, we we cut off your end of the table, buddy. Wait, Larry. We cut off your end of the table I know. Because we we thought you disappeared. So I said I won't talk to him anymore. Oh, boy.
- 47:46Yeah.
- 47:48Maybe you could pause every fifteen minutes and see if anyone has a comment or question. It's just a little suggestion.
- 47:55Unknown: Come on. Take a break. Ruin the
- 47:57Unknown: flow here, Larry. I
- 47:59know I know you don't believe this, Larry. I know you don't believe this, but I'm gonna say it for the sake of others who might.
- 48:05I
- 48:06relished an opportune I relished an opportunity to take a breather. I've been talking for so many decades,
- 48:12for so long. I've made so many speeches.
- 48:15I'm still on the air four or five times a day live or four or five times a week, and I realized the opportunity. But you know what a fanatic is, Larry? A fanatic is a man that won't change the his mind and he won't change the subject. And once you get into that mode, you can't get out. It's like being on drugs. So or being a drunk or something. So, no. I I welcome it and I appreciate your kindness when you're coming across, just saying, well, just a suggestion. Well, I'm I can I can listen?
- 48:43I do try to take a break and I I wanna hear what you got to say. Oh, just more talk. See, I you you still can't shut me up, Larry, but go ahead.
- 48:51It's hard to shut off a fire plug if you forgot where to put where you put your ready bunny. He's the ever ready bunny. I'm cocked and loaded and overflowing. When I was in politics, I when the preacher get up at the Lincoln Day dinners and say a prayer or something, they'd invite some local preacher. And,
- 49:11I sat down after I spoke
- 49:13after the preacher. I was sitting by the preacher over on the end. They'd always shoved me down at the end of the table, but up front because I was running. I was kinda like DJ Trump. They didn't accept me. When he ran, they didn't accept they didn't accept me either and finally went after me. But this preacher was a nice fella. It was in a little country church someplace and he
- 49:31said,
- 49:33you know, you overflow.
- 49:35You
- 49:36overflow
- 49:37with learning.
- 49:39Uh-huh. I said, well, thanks. He said the trouble is when you overflow, you just stand there in the slop and keep overflowing.
- 49:46I know.
- 49:48Oh, well, he
- 49:50Unknown: you know, yeah. Hey, Larry, go ahead. It's like it's like the guy said, well, I I wanted you to give me something, but you didn't have to give me the whole load.
- 49:58Unknown: Yeah. Yeah. And while I used to feed I used to feed cattle, we didn't dump the whole load of hay on them once. That's true. Yeah.
- 50:05Unknown: Go ahead. Blair.
- 50:08Unknown: Yes. So
- 50:10it was going around in the in the eighties and nineties
- 50:15that the song the Eagles song Hotel California was was about
- 50:20Anton LaVey and
- 50:22devil worship.
- 50:23Have you ever jumped on that bandwagon?
- 50:25Or I mean, because the band,
- 50:28they they've heard about that teaching from, you know, Christian churches,
- 50:33and they've always denied it. They said that their song
- 50:37was an allegory about the dark side of the American dream
- 50:41and fame and greed in Los Angeles. And do you agree with that?
- 50:45I do agree with that. And clearly,
- 50:47the band was breaking up at that time and the the drugs and the the booze and all the madness that just caved in on them and then it wasn't gonna last and that song
- 50:58arose out of all of those conflicts. That's my understanding.
- 51:01And but it was a Christian song
- 51:04and it tells it has a Christian theme. And Misner,
- 51:08he he was from that culture, from Scottsbluff and the other fellow. I see. What was his name?
- 51:13Yeah. He was from Florida. He grew up in a home where they had bible study every night and they I think it was a baptist or something. Well, they saw the madness.
- 51:22And that's the culture in America.
- 51:24And then there was that dark side. I remember one time, Larry, I was in Southern California
- 51:29when I was in my twenties and I was invited to teach a bible study. I forget how they somebody recommended me and I went to this fella's house. It was in Brentwood which is on not far from North Hollywood down to San Fernando Valley and I got there and now we're talking a big mansion. We're talking a swimming pool, whole nine yards as we say back from the Wabash Valley.
- 51:52And
- 51:52the fella found out, got to talking to him, he was a
- 51:56executive at Capital Records company, They you had those two buildings there, right? Round. Right. The round They
- 52:03looked like they looked like they're skyscrapers, they looked like a stack of records. Yep. They were designed to look like a stack of records. Well, he was there and he wanted me to teach and so we're gonna you teach some bible study and he said, then we're gonna have a baptism service and a swimming pool out here. And I looked out, of course, he got this big
- 52:21fancy area. But I went back. They had I didn't know what was going on. I said what I was gonna say, and and, I went out to the pool and met a lot of people that missus Brent knew
- 52:32from growing up that had got in the like you, Roger, got in the record business Really? And were in oh, yeah. And it was they were when the fellow that was to be baptized along with others,
- 52:43the main one was a member of the band Kansas.
- 52:48And yeah.
- 52:49And you remember and I forget which one it was. I know who those guys are, but I never followed them. But one of them
- 52:55broke away. He he all of a sudden got Christian sensibilities,
- 52:59however he got them, and that put him at odds with the rest of the band and eventually it broke up. But Mhmm.
- 53:05He was in the water. I forget who it was that baptized him.
- 53:09And all these other rock and roll guys who were there that were claiming to be Christians,
- 53:14they were living in the fast lane. I talked to some of them. It's that kind of a culture, you know. Well, you can't help it. You gotta really resist to not not fall into it, I'll tell you. And I don't think it's possible, Roger. Let oh, I'm gonna tell you another story about Randy Misner, but and that goes along with a fellow I know Oh, at
- 53:32I'm sorry. I don't know the man. I don't know how to pronounce the German word, but thank you for Randy Misner.
- 53:38Unknown: Thank you, Everybody pronounces
- 53:41his name.
- 53:42Unknown: That's all right, Rick. Thanks for the correction. Thank you, Rick. So
- 53:46they baptized
- 53:48this fella, he went under the water
- 53:50and then he came out of the water and I'm standing alongside the pool
- 53:54and he held his hands up and he's
- 53:57and if
- 53:58you have sensibilities
- 54:00of words, I don't want you to hear this cover your ears or if there are children present or girls that don't wanna hear it. But it's not just that it's I'm not gonna say something obscene but I'm gonna quote what this fella said when he came out of the water.
- 54:14He held his hands up and he looked up to the heavens and he screamed,
- 54:18now you son of a bitch,
- 54:21leave me alone.
- 54:22I guess he was talking to the devil.
- 54:25He was deep forced. Devil worship goes along with rock and roll. No doubt, I've known enough people. Oh, boy, does it. Okay, Roger. I'm getting a second testimony in the mouth of two of three witnesses.
- 54:37Let every fact be established. You were there for years and you're telling me that devil worship is a part of all those groups and what they did. I don't I don't know that all of them is correct, but but but back then, this was, know, decades ago, certainly permeated the industry,
- 54:54Unknown: and I could see it. And you could see it going the real hard screaming rock way.
- 54:59Mhmm. And then what really motivated me to leave is just now
- 55:05going down,
- 55:07which is rap.
- 55:08Rap started just as I was getting out of the business. And, you know, I just heard the other day, they took the rap chart out of one of the billboard cash box, some of that. They used to have a a rap chart in there on those records. They they just took them off. Hopefully, that is dying.
- 55:25That was the CIA
- 55:28penetrating
- 55:29and and using music to influence the black communities and set all this crap up we're dealing with. I felt dirty. I felt dirty.
- 55:38Mhmm. You know, like, need to take a bath every damn hour. I just couldn't wait to get out of there. And then not only that, then infinity goes under. The economy's terrible. There are no other jobs.
- 55:50And and, myself and another guy started doing independent.
- 55:54Well, you wanna talk about going from dirt to slime.
- 55:58You go from working for a label to doing an independent where you're hustling it. And then all kinds of stuff come into the picture,
- 56:06like dialectics.
- 56:08Okay?
- 56:09Then say for instance, we're in we're big mafia guy.
- 56:13We're in Philadelphia.
- 56:15We got the big station there at that time. It's a station called WIP.
- 56:20Mhmm. And I've got the the music director, the guy that puts the records on in my back pocket.
- 56:26Mhmm.
- 56:27Mhmm. So you got some huge nationwide
- 56:29hit.
- 56:30Mhmm.
- 56:31And you tell him not to add it.
- 56:34Mhmm. Now what happens?
- 56:36The label, that's the only major station in the country that's not playing this record.
- 56:40You want total coverage because it's a smash, and you can sell a ton of them out of Philadelphia.
- 56:46So you go to the independent guy and go, get this on that radio station.
- 56:50Mhmm. Up to that point, he's been telling the guy not to add it so he can squeeze you.
- 56:56Unknown: Yeah. And it's all about domination
- 56:59of other men to make money, to get money. Yep. It's not about domination of men productive.
- 57:04And Randy was caught Randy Misner
- 57:07was I'm caught between
- 57:09sorry, Misner was caught between those two worlds and he was from a culture that was fundamentally
- 57:15Christian
- 57:17and most all of the Volga River German culture was Protestant,
- 57:23Anabaptist
- 57:25Mennonites and Reformed German church and all that.
- 57:29And
- 57:30that was how he grew up. And they were closely connected to the land. You say, Brent, is that really Christian culture? Yeah. That's what the bible teaches.
- 57:39And when you get away from it, how is it we can say that America has been so powerful? There's only really fundamentally one reason for in the providence of God. Yeah. God somehow attached us to the land in a massive way.
- 57:53And our productivity
- 57:54has always been over the top because of that. And that came
- 57:59I don't want listeners
- 58:01to miss this. That came out of what we call
- 58:04the common law tradition and system of agriculture
- 58:08that came from the old country in England.
- 58:10And that's what made America made
- 58:14America
- 58:15so prosperous.
- 58:17And even in the world war,
- 58:19when it was over, our allies, not only our enemies, but our allies were starving.
- 58:26And we fed everybody.
- 58:28Yeah. Why is that? Well, it wasn't just because of of the land. Yeah. You get the raw materials out. There's only two ways to do it. Either you worry it from the soil
- 58:37Mhmm. Or you dig it out of the mountains. There's no other way to get it. But once you got it, the creativity of man will start to put it together and make other things to make it so we can produce more. When I think of America as I get older, Roger, I think of eggs
- 58:51and meat and milk. That's what I think of. And I used to and it and it just came out of everywhere.
- 58:57And those are nutritious things, not to mention the grains and the meat,
- 59:01massive amounts. Yeah. And we're still eating well. And our agriculture is still overwhelming as is our mining. We have more oil than any country in the world and we're getting it out of the ground. That's the other thing. Russia
- 59:13had it all, but they they couldn't access any of it because they were a law of the city country,
- 59:18code of Justinian, and that arises
- 59:21out of their religious
- 59:22their religious sensibilities.
- 59:25Unknown: There's an oil guy in the latest drop on Tucker Carlson. I wanted to be mentioned to you specifically because I know you've got background and interest in that area.
- 59:34Mhmm. It goes over a lot of the what's going on in the oil business right now. And so it's good good interview.
- 59:42We're going to, take this top of the hour break, Brent. If you can take a break now, buddy.
- 59:47And, when we get back, I wanna ask Brent.
- 59:51Do you feel safe
- 59:53in instructing
- 59:55your grandchildren
- 59:56to go in the Israeli,
- 59:58Unknown: USA, Navy, or army? Thank you for joining us for the Radio Ranch with Roger Sails on

- 1:00:37pack a lunch, stay the day. We'll be back to the program in just a minute. Thank you.
- 1:01:48And we're back.
- 1:01:50Unknown: Yes. We are. Second half. I love o,
- 1:01:53going back over all those record business memories, so thanks for letting me indulge in a little bit of that first hour. Well, it's very much a part of American culture, rock and roll country and all and that's what the Eagles were.
- 1:02:07Unknown: But we noticed with all of it, if you're not gonna
- 1:02:10spend your energy if you spend your energy dominating the land or contributing to some
- 1:02:16activity
- 1:02:17that encourages production,
- 1:02:19and it always comes out of the land,
- 1:02:21if you're if you're not doing that, the only other way you're gonna get money is try to extract it from other people. Yeah. There's no other way. And you'll be That'll be the focus. And that was what broke up the Eagles, by the way. There had
- 1:02:34Meissner,
- 1:02:34Misner, I can't remember. Meissner. Meissner,
- 1:02:38Randy.
- 1:02:39He had a mindset He he couldn't
- 1:02:41tried to and it didn't work. The other fellows, no, they had the mindset, dominate Glenn Frey and who was it? Henley, the drummer.
- 1:02:48They had made a mind state of domination.
- 1:02:50The other fellow that was a founding member, what was his name? Leedon or something?
- 1:02:55He was
- 1:02:56a was a bluegrass guy. Bernie, you know, man.
- 1:02:59Bernie led. Bernie.
- 1:03:02Unknown: Yeah. He was a bluegrass guy.
- 1:03:05What? I'm sorry. There was also a Don Felder, and that was three guys that
- 1:03:10Glenn Pride drove out of the band, and they changed their sound forever.
- 1:03:14Unknown: You know what I'm saying too. Million million dollar lawsuits and all that. But
- 1:03:19but that song
- 1:03:21that we all remember, and it was on the radio everywhere,
- 1:03:26it
- 1:03:28it was a song about you can check out anytime, but you can never leave. Remember that? That's Hotel California. Yeah. Hotel California.
- 1:03:36And I had a buddy I grew up with, they're very close, still are.
- 1:03:40And his dad had a body shop
- 1:03:42and
- 1:03:44when he you know, he had a car by the time he's 15, had it all painted fancy. He had a '55 Chevy with a February.
- 1:03:51Unknown: No wonder he was your buddy. Yeah,
- 1:03:54Unknown: and then he got a '57 Chevy. Yeah, well, we knew each other when we were little. And he had it, It had a February and a Hurst. He put a he had it all tricked out, and then he got a Camaro later. Three on the column? No.
- 1:04:08No. He had a he had a Hurst
- 1:04:10Unknown: down down on the floor. Oh, okay. Uh-huh. Alright. Okay. And
- 1:04:15Classic classic
- 1:04:16Unknown: model. I love those things. Go on. I'm sorry. He called it the green monster. Had it painted in kind of a candy apple
- 1:04:23paint that were like candy not red, but green. Right. Had had all these cobwebs
- 1:04:28over the fins in the back, you know, painted on there. Oh, he was good. Well, then he went into the business. Remember the popular thing was the
- 1:04:36the conversion van.
- 1:04:38Yes. Where you'd take a van and
- 1:04:41carpet the walls, and carpet was the big thing back in the early seventies and he'd fix them and chop the top down, chop and saw it off with a hacksaw and then reshape
- 1:04:51it. Well, did that for a living, making those for people and his
- 1:04:55the one he advertised with, he it was perfect. Look, and he jacked up in the back, take it to car shows, put a mirror under it so all the chrome and the rear end
- 1:05:06differential and all that was all chrome. But the name of it was Hotel California
- 1:05:11because the song was popular
- 1:05:13back then.
- 1:05:14And so we heard that song. He'd play that song. Of course, when he went to a car show, sometimes I'd go with him.
- 1:05:21And I wasn't into it. I did learn how to paint a little. He painted a lot of stuff. I remember, here's what happened.
- 1:05:28He came over to White Oak T Road where I went to church and there was a fellow that lived there, the Howard family,
- 1:05:35and he was buddies with him and they had the old schoolhouse where my grandpa used to teach school, the White Oak Schoolhouse.
- 1:05:40Well, nobody was in that anymore, so they tore out the front and he could drive a car up in there and set it up so he could paint.
- 1:05:48And one time we were in there and painting and we were, of course, taping it up and covering the windshield. Somebody was paying him to do it.
- 1:05:56And we
- 1:05:57worked and worked and worked, and we got to painting and
- 1:06:01and
- 1:06:02took a few hours to get it all done.
- 1:06:05And we started walking back to my house, and I walked back to my house where Frankie had his car. We had to walk
- 1:06:12the hills and the hollers and down the creek bottom and up the hill to my house on the other side. Well, by the time we got out in the in the creek bottom, we were stumbling around and I didn't know what it was. Well, what it was was all that paint we were breathing, see? Yes.
- 1:06:26And it got to me and I yeah. It was like being drunk and we get to laughing and carrying on. Well, then I found out later that that's a downright dangerous and so Yeah. Not not too good for you. No. And so, we were young then. And then after that, Frankie did that for a lot of years, but he got a special mask he could wear where it wouldn't that's hard on your liver, you know Yeah. Doing that. Like I was talking the other day and remembering Brent when I was a kid in Panama City. Uh-huh. And we couldn't wait for the DDT truck to come down the street spraying that stuff so we could run behind it. You real
- 1:07:04good, Roger. Yeah. Somebody wanna say something. Stupid.
- 1:07:07Unknown: There's a comment. I don't know somebody. But Joe, was that you, buddy?
- 1:07:10Yep.
- 1:07:12Unknown: Brent, how's the when's the last time you bought a gallon of automotive paint?
- 1:07:17Unknown: What's that?
- 1:07:19When was the last time you bought a gallon Oh. Of all these paint? Well, I didn't even I've never bought a gallon. I didn't even do it then. My buddy did it because he was the one that was doing it. But what are you gonna tell me?
- 1:07:33Unknown: From 700 to $1,100
- 1:07:35a gallon.
- 1:07:37Unknown: Big why is that? Woah.
- 1:07:40Unknown: It's that expensive anymore. Yes.
- 1:07:44Wow. To buy used to buy for 30 and 40 for premium paint.
- 1:07:49Unknown: Yeah. Yeah.
- 1:07:51Unknown: Okay. Yeah. You want me to tell you why?
- 1:07:56Private
- 1:07:57equity.
- 1:07:59I guarantee you, private equity is at the root of that price differential.
- 1:08:07Unknown: I wouldn't dispute that.
- 1:08:10Unknown: That's amazing.
- 1:08:12Unknown: I'm not into that, so I didn't know it. That's why your vet, when Julie took her dog to the vet, it's like 600 plus dollars
- 1:08:20because they've taken over the vet industry. You know what's going on here, Brent? You know what I'm talking about? Uh-uh. Private equity?
- 1:08:26No.
- 1:08:27All the billionaires get together,
- 1:08:30and they come in with large sums of money, and they take over particularly
- 1:08:34susceptible or or or franchises.
- 1:08:37Oh. And they'll come over and take over the franchise,
- 1:08:40and then they load up the franchise and the franchisees
- 1:08:45with debt,
- 1:08:46and then they run off with all the money and they bankrupt. There's several real famous ones. And the problem is they're not in financial jeopardy.
- 1:08:55They take them over and place them in financial jeopardy to rake all the profits out. And then I guess when they've done that to enough of the country, they're gonna all move over to India, that part of the world. That's point Mister Coffey.
- 1:09:10Mister
- 1:09:11coffee. Mister coffee was interesting because it was the first one, Joe DiMaggio.
- 1:09:16Jumping Joe DiMaggio.
- 1:09:18Remember that? So they took his coffee,
- 1:09:21and there's a guy named Michael Milken. You'll that name may register with some of you, the junk bond king.
- 1:09:29Yeah. And what he would do, go to all his billionaire buddies and give them, oh, here's some bonds with some 3030%
- 1:09:36interest payback.
- 1:09:38Junk bonds. And then you take that money, go and take over a corporation,
- 1:09:42fire all the employees, steal all the pensions, move the manufacturing to Mexico or China or wherever, and you're out of a job, and
- 1:09:51that's how they do it.
- 1:09:53Unknown: Mhmm. And the object is to separate another person from his or her money, and that's again the domination of men. The
- 1:10:01domination of men not seeking to do something that encourages production
- 1:10:06Unknown: of land. Yeah. And it's equity stripping is what it's done. Mhmm. Okay. And then they they load it up with with loans from their buddies, same buddies, same synagogue bunch, and then they bankrupt everything, and they run off to some island in Greece they bought.
- 1:10:21Unknown: Well, remember, you used to tell the story about
- 1:10:25fellow you worked for, and he
- 1:10:28Unknown: met you in his office. Oh
- 1:10:30Unknown: my god. And
- 1:10:31he said, larceny is in my heart. It's it's so interesting. He's right now. When I transitioned out of the record business,
- 1:10:39how where do you take that experience?
- 1:10:41Yeah. Yeah. You know, I've been doing it for about ten years. Where am I gonna well, the only place you'll like this, Brent, the only place that I saw that I could apply it was lobbying.
- 1:10:51Uh-huh. And I didn't have any desire to do that at all. Uh-huh. And so I went, where do you go? What do you do? You know? Well, video was real new back then. Yeah. I got involved in one of the early video stores selling it and stuff and ended up this guy saw me at that other store, wanted to start his own, typical Jew come in and hire the guy away from him or kill the leader, the head leader, whatever. You know, their typical stuff. And so I was stupid enough to for a few bucks to follow him and go set up a store. And after the store closed one night, we're sitting there. I'm sitting only two of us in the store. I'm sitting across
- 1:11:30from his desk, and he's behind his desk. Mhmm. He reaches down on the floor,
- 1:11:35pulls up a loaded Uzi,
- 1:11:38slams
- 1:11:39it on the desk,
- 1:11:41looks at me and says,
- 1:11:44I've got larceny
- 1:11:45in my heart.
- 1:11:47Unknown: Mhmm.
- 1:11:48Unknown: And Unquote.
- 1:11:50Mhmm. No. Productivity
- 1:11:53was not part of his mindset.
- 1:11:55No. That's called Babylonianism.
- 1:11:57Unknown: Yeah. In other words, you're uh-huh. Go ahead. And then to show you the escalation after the video thing went out of business,
- 1:12:03he went over to this make a star.
- 1:12:06Mhmm. Hustle,
- 1:12:08you know, where you get the handicapped kids and ask for all the donut. Oh, we're gonna send them to Disney World. Yeah. Yeah. Uh-huh. Disney World's a little city about five miles south of Atlanta. Had to sign up Disney. You know what I'm saying? It's facetious. Okay? Mhmm. So that was the next hustle he went into.
- 1:12:24And I saw him on television. Go, oh god. There's Art Stein. I know this is scam.
- 1:12:30And so they are. You know? And I I think I've told you before, Brent, that pastor Peters
- 1:12:36used to say, and I was a avid pastor Peters listener.
- 1:12:39Oh, okay. Pastor Peters, you I'd listen to every night. Okay? Mhmm. Pastor Peters would say,
- 1:12:46they've we've got our god's laws written on our heart, and they've got their god's laws written on their heart. And I'm going, well, here's this guy telling me that right out of his own damn mouth.
- 1:12:56Unknown: Mhmm. Mhmm. And so how and when you listen to Pete, what would he be? Have a Bible study every night? Is that
- 1:13:04Unknown: different path, you know, different,
- 1:13:06stuff. He get different sermons and this, that, and the other. Man, he had these guys nailed.
- 1:13:13Okay? I remember him saying when he was doing civil service
- 1:13:16because Pete had part of his career was in civil service.
- 1:13:20Mhmm. I don't remember agriculture, maybe department agriculture. I'm not sure. The u US Department of Agriculture. Well, they went over to have dinner with a friend of theirs that was Jewish one night. Mhmm. And I remember him saying, do you know what the he says there was only one thing
- 1:13:36on one wall
- 1:13:38in the entire apartment.
- 1:13:40Mhmm.
- 1:13:41A monopoly board.
- 1:13:45Unknown: I'll be done.
- 1:13:47Yeah.
- 1:13:48Yeah.
- 1:13:50Unknown: So they they and I want you know, what makes them like this? Generations,
- 1:13:55this, I got larceny in my heart. That's Babylonian rock. Hector, you're right in the heart of Babylon right there. Mhmm.
- 1:14:02Unknown: You know,
- 1:14:03no, you are. That's right. And all of the world is. And it's the dominant and always will be as long until the Messiah returns.
- 1:14:11It's the dominant point of view and that we live in it but we're commanded and we're given the impetus of the spirit not to be part of it. And we won't be. If you're born from above, you won't be. You'll go the other way or you'll get caught in a vice
- 1:14:26and you'll be
- 1:14:28castrated
- 1:14:29as it were.
- 1:14:31Yeah. And you'll
- 1:14:32be
- 1:14:34ineffective like happened to Randy.
- 1:14:36Randy,
- 1:14:37member of the Eagles.
- 1:14:38That guy wasn't a dominator. Everybody in the music business said about him, he's the nicest guy in the music business.
- 1:14:46That was his reputation.
- 1:14:48Mhmm. But they went after him and they did not give him a break, a fry on those other fellows, Henley,
- 1:14:53and destroyed him. But he
- 1:14:56was in the wrong place and it wasn't going to work because of who he was, not what he did.
- 1:15:02Unknown: It's who you are
- 1:15:04Unknown: Mhmm. That makes all the difference. If you're of if you're of the spirit
- 1:15:08of god, that's who you are, and you're not gonna change that. And if you try to to be part of the other system, it will crush you, period.
- 1:15:17Don't do it. You're wasting your no. You'll waste your life. So Don't destroy yourself. With this with this satanic Jew thing, is this hereditary,
- 1:15:26Unknown: or is it environmental,
- 1:15:27or is it both?
- 1:15:29Is it a combination of these things being passed down and literally indebted in their genes father to son for hundreds of years? Uh-huh. And this malevolent
- 1:15:39you know, one
- 1:15:40of the good questions, why was it the oral tradition? Why didn't they wanna write it down? Because they know they're doing wrong.
- 1:15:46That's why they go to these great lengths to hide all this stuff so they can fool you. They know they're doing wrong. All Babylonian religion,
- 1:15:55Unknown: from the archaeologist
- 1:15:56point of view, comes under the label
- 1:15:59mystery,
- 1:16:00secret
- 1:16:01mystery Babylon. The bible says Revelation Yes. Mystery Babylon. That means covered up. That means secret. Masonic law just secret. The Roman priesthood talks about the mysteries of Rome. That's their baby. They don't give that to other people. We'll tell you what the bible means. The
- 1:16:17Jew will say to you, well,
- 1:16:20the bible,
- 1:16:21and to them they talk about the Torah, which is the old testament, but they talk about that's for
- 1:16:28women, children,
- 1:16:29and other mental deficients. That's their official doctrine. In other words, we know the truth but you're
- 1:16:35the unwashed masses.
- 1:16:37We're not gonna tell you. All false religions that way, that's why Jesus Christ
- 1:16:41butted head to head with them to the point that he got them to murder him. That was the whole idea. But clearly,
- 1:16:48clearly,
- 1:16:49he was against
- 1:16:50their point of view, false doctrine. It destroys
- 1:16:53nations and men and families and it brings despair and hardship beyond description. I've watched it all my life and if you think back and you've got the spirit of God, you say, yeah, I accept that, I see that too. Well, don't if Yeah, don't be a part of it. If you're of the spirit, I say it again.
- 1:17:11If you're of the spirit,
- 1:17:12you you can't be a part of it and if you try,
- 1:17:16you're not gonna change who you are. My granddad,
- 1:17:19when he was just before he passed away, they were the mom's side of the family, the tobacco farmer's side, I call them the Kentucky side.
- 1:17:28He sat with me in the car,
- 1:17:30it was raining and drizzling, I remember, I forget why we're in the car. He didn't live long after that.
- 1:17:36He just shook his head in despair and he said, Brent,
- 1:17:40I just don't
- 1:17:42Me and my brothers never fit.
- 1:17:45We never fit. I said, do you mean, grandpa? And he started just talking,
- 1:17:49just freely in his old age.
- 1:17:52And it had an impression upon me, I still think about it a lot. And as I, I'm his age now, I'm getting close to his age, and I'm thinking, I get it now. I know what my granddad Mel, Charles Millman was saying.
- 1:18:04Exactly what he was saying.
- 1:18:07I get it. And I see it all around me.
- 1:18:10There's only two kind of folk in the world. The bible always breaks it down to simplicity.
- 1:18:15There are the saints and the ain'ts.
- 1:18:18There's up and down, heaven and hell, black and white,
- 1:18:22in and out, that's it.
- 1:18:24And they they said of John Wycliffe in the fourteenth century, the man that first translated the bible in English,
- 1:18:31as he grew older,
- 1:18:32black became blacker and white became whiter.
- 1:18:36And the gray areas, which is nothing but a phrase to describe human ignorance, it's not that they're gray really, it's just that we don't know. But the gray area in his mind got smaller and smaller and smaller and things became clearer. And as you get older, if you have the spirit of God, the beauty of me not being able to dig post holes anymore without destroying my soldiers'
- 1:18:58shoulders,
- 1:18:59the beauty of me not being able to run a 100 yard dash as fast as I used to be able to. The beauty of all that getting older,
- 1:19:09it's a privilege to get older, but the beauty of it is as a Christian man
- 1:19:13and born of the spirit,
- 1:19:15I have the confidence
- 1:19:17of
- 1:19:18accepting
- 1:19:20the truth of what I see around me.
- 1:19:23And it gives you a confidence you cannot
- 1:19:26get anywhere else. I'm not boasting, I didn't do it. You're asking, is this part of the genetic makeup of these evil creatures? I'd
- 1:19:35like to start with what I know for sure and then maybe I can pick out some other things I know for sure. I know this for sure,
- 1:19:43That to be had to have the spirit of God, to be born of the spirit, for the spirit to invade every molecule of your body and live there
- 1:19:51is an act of God's
- 1:19:54sovereign choice, not mine.
- 1:19:57And everything that happens is an act of God's sovereign choice. Everything. The bible point blank says it and then details it.
- 1:20:07And if that's true, and it is, according to the revelation of God and according to my experience
- 1:20:13as I watch things in life over the decades,
- 1:20:17then
- 1:20:18I'm not in charge of this shooting match.
- 1:20:20All I can do is say thanks. I had a cousin, 95 years old, I spent a lot of time with him. His first cousin once removed from my mother, they grew up together.
- 1:20:30He's still kicking pretty hard for a 95 year old man.
- 1:20:33He just we were together, we had traveled together, he hung his head and he I could see the tears coming down and he said,
- 1:20:40I've got so much. Oh,
- 1:20:43He said, so much to be thankful for. Yeah. That's all he could say at that age. I he's not saying I did it. I worked hard. And he was a successful man, by the way. He started with nothing.
- 1:20:53And then he before long, he owned a gas station, changing oil and selling gas. And then he owned a garage, and then things got big, and he made a fortune putting air conditioners and cars and trucks back in the nineteen sixties before they came out of the factory with him, you know, the line.
- 1:21:08And he he just did well. Everything he touched, he made money. And now he's just shaking his head and saying, how did I didn't do this. I didn't do any of this. God was I didn't choose where I was born. I didn't choose where my parents were. I didn't choose my wife. I didn't choose my friends. I didn't choose where I lived. He had asthma real bad, that's why he left home. He couldn't be on the farm anymore.
- 1:21:31But he didn't choose that either and because he didn't choose that, he was successful financially
- 1:21:36but he has other problems.
- 1:21:38But we were walking out of a gas station in the middle of Nebraska
- 1:21:43and that was two year two and a half years ago. It was late at night.
- 1:21:48We were taking turns driving
- 1:21:50and it was drizzling and raining and dark and I heard something behind me. We were walking back to the car, went in to get a, you know, something to drink or something out in the middle of nowhere. And I turned around, and there he was on his knees and with his face on the ground.
- 1:22:05And I and I I
- 1:22:07ran back, I said, you okay?
- 1:22:10That's a dumb question to ask, you know, people always ask that. When you fall down, you okay? Anyway, I helped him get up and he said, don't help me. Don't help me. I said, well, did you hurt anything? Yeah, he said, I hurt my pride real bad.
- 1:22:24He was saying as he gets older, you know, he stumbles around a little more and it hurts his pride.
- 1:22:30But
- 1:22:31as an example, I wanna hang around with people like that
- 1:22:34because they they're happier,
- 1:22:37because they recognize the sovereignty of God in life and and on all of of of his creation.
- 1:22:43So you ask me, is it genetic? I don't know. I just know this. God's in charge of who and when and who follow
- 1:22:52the evil empire
- 1:22:53and who don't.
- 1:22:55You can't attribute that to yourself.
- 1:22:57And if you do, you're being arrogant. Because as you get older, you understand more and more, no, the bible's true. It says otherwise and I accept that. Mhmm.
- 1:23:06Nothing in my hand I bring. I bring nothing. I'm a creature of God. He created me and he dictates
- 1:23:14how thankful I am that I can
- 1:23:18do what I do and say what I say as the old confession says, to glorify him and enjoy it.
- 1:23:24And that's the only way to have enjoyment. Randy, we're talking about I still can't remember. Is it me Misner or Meisner? Meisner.
- 1:23:32Meisner.
- 1:23:33Unknown: It's that diphthong in there. I don't know. But Randy It's the I before e except after c. You know, that whole thing and that Oh, yeah. Yeah. That's what's going on there. Go ahead. Well, never took four after c or
- 1:23:46Unknown: in the name Meissner because it's m e I s n e r. See, he's got it backwards.
- 1:23:53Unknown: I know. Yeah. Yeah. It's kinda weird, but those Germans do that sometimes. But Paul has the same problem. I had to learn how to pronounce his name. It's not Beiner, it's Beiner,
- 1:24:03you know, that has that. Yeah, well, anyway, well, you. But Randy,
- 1:24:09he was
- 1:24:11was fighting the demons of his past.
- 1:24:13He denied what his father wanted him to do. It was good advice.
- 1:24:17He ended up going after becoming famous, he ended up going back and working at the John Deere dealership. Now can you imagine? You know, there's only been two or three people history of country music and rock and roll that have done that.
- 1:24:30One of them was Randy,
- 1:24:32but it it it things got to him anyway. The other one was a
- 1:24:36fellow named Denver Darling.
- 1:24:39Denver Darling signed on with Kate Smith and Chet Atkins when they signed a record contract in New York City. Mhmm. And he he
- 1:24:47wrote a lot of famous songs and especially during World War II, but he wrote the Wabash Cannonball.
- 1:24:53Mhmm. And my dad,
- 1:24:56who's still alive amazingly,
- 1:24:59bought seed corn from him when he was
- 1:25:02back in the sixties.
- 1:25:05And he quit. He
- 1:25:06gained fame and money and just disappeared.
- 1:25:09Just quit, came home.
- 1:25:12And he was one of them. But his
- 1:25:15What he got out of the record business and although it wasn't as bad as rock and roll, it was still bad. Record business and music is all about, I'll tell you another fellow that had a problem like that. The fellow that was, well, was Pat Boone's father-in-law, Red Foley.
- 1:25:30Unknown: Uh-huh.
- 1:25:31Unknown: Red Foley, his dad ran a country store somewhere in Kentucky and he became ultra so famous that his handlers they they told him what to do but once he became really famous, he did what he wanted.
- 1:25:42And he's he
- 1:25:44had done what they had told him because they were controlling him all those years and that haunted him the rest of his life. And finally, he became well known enough, he sang the songs he wanted to sing and what he sang was gospel songs. Some of the most famous ones are still sung in churches.
- 1:25:59Peace in the Valley was one of them, probably the most famous.
- 1:26:02But Red Foley.
- 1:26:04Red Foley, I believe he was in alright. Go ahead. I remember the name. I don't remember any of his work, but I remember his name. Well, he was he was strictly country. You know? And Mhmm. But Red Oh, I was exposed. My daddy loved country music. I'm a throw another one in there. One of the great tragedies of the music industry of any era, Hank Williams senior. Well, and he well, he let me this fits right in, Roger, because red red let me finish this one, then I'll I'll let you talk. He was Pat father-in-law.
- 1:26:34Yeah. Pat Boone's father-in-law.
- 1:26:36That's right. Thank you. And he was in a motel room. It was in Indiana someplace.
- 1:26:41I believe it was Fort Wayne during a concert.
- 1:26:44And he was talking
- 1:26:45to Hank Williams junior
- 1:26:48after they had talked. And he told Now this is a testimony,
- 1:26:52I believe, of Hank Williams junior.
- 1:26:54And Red Foley was so distressed and his older age, so upset
- 1:26:59because of what had happened to him in the music business. He's famous and all, but he was didn't have any peace. That's why he liked that song, Peace in the Valley.
- 1:27:09And he confessed to
- 1:27:12Hank Williams junior
- 1:27:13that
- 1:27:15he had abandoned his Christian principles
- 1:27:18in the music business. That's kind of what it boiled down to.
- 1:27:22Unknown: Easy to do.
- 1:27:23Unknown: He passed away within a few days after that, I think. Yeah. Easy to do. Well, somebody was it Joe or who was trying to talk?
- 1:27:31Unknown: Right. Go
- 1:27:33ahead.
- 1:27:34Unknown: It's me.
- 1:27:36Since you're into telling stories about rock and rollers, Brent, tell everybody about Jerry Lee Lewis.
- 1:27:42Unknown: Oh,
- 1:27:43man.
- 1:27:44Unknown: Well, I I just know what I read. I never met the man. Got a Jerry Lee Lewis personal story. Go ahead, Roger. Go ahead. Go ahead. Rick, you're gonna love this.
- 1:27:55Unknown: When I first got up to Atlanta doing this with Mercury, we didn't have any Internet or stuff back in the seventies. K? And so if you had a band, the label wanted you to go babysit,
- 1:28:07they would send you in the mail a green piece of paper,
- 1:28:11and it would say where who the act was, where they were gonna be, what the date was, all the specifics,
- 1:28:16and and lines that were open at the bottom, and they wanted you to go, make sure you went by and saw the accident. Hey. The labels here babysit you. Can we do, or did you work with them and all that kind of stuff. Right? And then after the date, you'd send that back, and they'd put it in the artist files.
- 1:28:34So I get one only one I ever had to work with Jerry Lee Lewis.
- 1:28:39And
- 1:28:40so when any, like, venue, Rick, you'll appreciate this because you know Atlanta.
- 1:28:46It wasn't any venue like downtown. It was Six Flags.
- 1:28:50Only time I ever had a band at Six Flags too.
- 1:28:53And so it it didn't, like, what hotel they're gonna stay in, what's the manager's name, and you contact them. It's just where you go sit in the sit in the parking lot and wait for his bus.
- 1:29:05Okay? So I got me and my pretty little wife at the time, and we're back there waiting in the hot sun for the bus to show up. Mhmm. And directly, the bus bus pulls into the middle of the lot. There's no other cars in there. It's early. Mhmm.
- 1:29:22And then they start filing out of the bus, the band.
- 1:29:27Mhmm. And if you know anything about Jerry Lee, he's a short little SOB. He's only about five foot two or something. He's real short. Mhmm. And all the rest of the band guys tower over him, so it's pretty easy to see which one he is.
- 1:29:41And so they file out of the bus, and they're walking over to go go into 6 Flags there, and I got my little pretty little wife beside me. And I go up to Jerry Lee, and they're walking in like a military
- 1:29:53parade.
- 1:29:54And and I go, hey, Jerry Lee. I'm Roger Sales with Mercury Records, and he grabs my hand and shakes it and go, good for you, kid. And he never even broke stride.
- 1:30:06He never missed a step. And I'm sitting here as they walk by going,
- 1:30:11holy shit.
- 1:30:14Unknown: Well, Jerry Jerry Lee That's a true story, folks. Oh, that that says something, Roger. Jerry Lee grew up in a dominating sect of Christianity
- 1:30:25where the culture is to dominate other men.
- 1:30:28And so did his
- 1:30:30cousin, Mickey Gilley, and then the other cousin was
- 1:30:35The preacher. Right? Jimmy Jimmy Swagger. Yeah. Yeah.
- 1:30:38They they grew up Assembly of God in near Faraday, Louisiana. One of them was on the other side of the Mississippi River, but it was near about there. Mhmm. The assemblies of God arose out of the movement of Amy Simple McPherson,
- 1:30:52which was the she invented the Foursquare Church. Foursquare.
- 1:30:56Well, it's all about domination and money. If you know anything about Amy, Amy was
- 1:31:01popular in America beyond imagination
- 1:31:04back in the nineteen thirties and forties.
- 1:31:07Amy Lee Amy Amy Simple. Amy Simple. Simple McPherson. Well, she invented a denomination
- 1:31:13called the forceware movement.
- 1:31:15And that's a term out of the old King James Bible. It means to be stable.
- 1:31:20Stability,
- 1:31:21something forceware, it's set in forceware, it's set in stable. Well, she named it that, but then out of that arose the assemblies of God. Yeah. It was fundamentally the same. And out of the Foursquare movement also arose
- 1:31:32the Calvary Chapel movement of which there are just tens of thousand churches that happened. That was the hippie movement, the the Jesus Creek movement. That's Foursquare. But all of that arose out of but the Foursquare, Simple McPherson, arose out of what his church history called the Azusa Street meetings of Los Angeles back in the before World War One.
- 1:31:54That was a wild and crazy movement that had no doctrine. It is sad how things like that happen because it really arose and they were there was no distinction in their movement between men and women and children and races of men and women. Now, that may
- 1:32:11biblically, but I'm just making the point culturally,
- 1:32:14it was rejected and people were appalled at what was happening. And of course with that and the emotionalism, the lack of doctrine
- 1:32:21comes a lot of illicit sex
- 1:32:23and associations
- 1:32:25like that. And that's what happened in the Azusa Street meetings.
- 1:32:29And it arose out of some couple of fellows out of Indiana.
- 1:32:33And one of them was from Indianapolis and he was a black man.
- 1:32:38He had was blind in one eye
- 1:32:41and he wanted to go to bible college in the worst way, but they wouldn't let him in.
- 1:32:45The reason they wouldn't let him in was because his skin wasn't the right color in those days. And we're talking way back in the late eighteen hundreds.
- 1:32:53And so he ended up finding a bible school down in Texas that would let him sit outside the classroom
- 1:33:00with the door open and listen to the lectures.
- 1:33:03And that's how he went to bible school. Yikes. We learned learned what he could and then he wound up out in Los Angeles, of course California.
- 1:33:10The beginning of a thing is always the most important part of it. The beginning of a person. We're talking about Randy being from Scottsbluff. He couldn't shake who he was. He was a farm boy. He couldn't shake it. You know, they say you can take a boy off the farm, but you can't take take the boy out of the farm or off the farm, but you can't And take the farm out of the that's
- 1:33:30get the point. Same thing's true of all of us. How we began
- 1:33:33True. Is part of our culture
- 1:33:36And how
- 1:33:37how what was I talking about? How
- 1:33:41forgot where I was going. Something I was talking about Randy and I was talking about, oh, this this
- 1:33:47Unknown: Azusa Street Oh, yeah.
- 1:33:50Unknown: Well,
- 1:33:51it it started there in Los Angeles and
- 1:33:54and he was the one that started it. And it was something that he didn't teach. He rented an old building right down near Downtown LA. I've been to the spot, but it's not there anymore, don't think. Had a bunch of crates in it and junk. Nineteen o five, nineteen o six,
- 1:34:10and he started holding church meetings.
- 1:34:12They had a fellow up front that he said he wanted to
- 1:34:16contribute to the music and he played the bones. You know, playing the bones was very popular one time. What you do, you go down to local slaughterhouse and you get a a
- 1:34:25ask him for a a backbone from a cow with all the ribs still attached.
- 1:34:30Then you hang it out in the sun and dry it, and then you take sticks and you play it.
- 1:34:35Don't play in the bones. Uh-huh. And you can make different sounds on the ribs and you can rattle them and all. Well, he played the bone and they had other people playing all different kind just a free for all. See, that's Calvary Chapel attitude. In those kind of situations,
- 1:34:48what you have is Christianity
- 1:34:50that doesn't have any solid bible doctrine and everybody's just they say we let the spirit move. What does that mean? Nobody knows.
- 1:34:58There's no doctrine that applies to it and you invite madness.
- 1:35:01The the woman, one of the wealthiest woman in the Los Angeles area at that time was the wife
- 1:35:07of Huntington. You know, Huntington Library, Huntington Beach, he was a big He oil
- 1:35:13was the one that invented and funded the red car of Los Angeles and
- 1:35:19and they're always making money. Well,
- 1:35:22went to church there.
- 1:35:24And
- 1:35:25with all these all the riff raff and the crazy stuff going to this wealthy woman. And she said it was the best show in the area of Los Angeles to go to church on a Sunday morning, watch these fellows play the bone, play the guitar, play the mandolin, play the play the comb,
- 1:35:41you know, that was very popular. Remember that when I was a kid.
- 1:35:45And the Kizulu? And Kizulu.
- 1:35:47Warsh Tent. The Warsh Tent. Yeah.
- 1:35:50They the Warsh, w a r s h. Yeah. That's right. Yes. And all of that, but there was no doctrine to it. And this newspaper reporter from the Los one of the big Los Angeles newspapers,
- 1:36:02I don't think it was the time, so he went there, he heard about the phenomenon.
- 1:36:06He wanted to see it. And he wrote in a newspaper article that it was the strangest thing he ever saw.
- 1:36:11And I'm I'm quoting the newspaper article.
- 1:36:14And though I don't mean any offense by what I say, but I wanna quote exactly what he said.
- 1:36:20He said, what you got down there is a one eyed Negro
- 1:36:25that during the service
- 1:36:27retreats to the back and hides,
- 1:36:29falls
- 1:36:30down on his knees behind the crates where nobody can see him and prays during the service. I'll be darned. Now, is there sincerity in that? No doubt. Had he been abused and and ignored all of it? Yes, all those things and he felt put out and
- 1:36:46But I'm telling you friends, God is sovereign and there's one thing that he stresses more than anything else in his book.
- 1:36:53And that is that the chief
- 1:36:56tool
- 1:36:58of old Scratch himself,
- 1:37:01Satan,
- 1:37:03the fiendish backbiter,
- 1:37:05to put it to the letters,
- 1:37:07his chief tool is false doctrine.
- 1:37:10And he can get real sophisticated about it and form bible schools and seminaries and church denominations
- 1:37:18that have as their fundamental doctrine, how do I dominate the other fellow? Now I say this as an older fellow, I've never been all around a different kind of Christianity.
- 1:37:28Everything's about religion law and government. All of life is about religion law and government. And if you've got one, you've got the other two and they'll dictate and they'll stand and fall together.
- 1:37:37And for example, in the Foursquare movement,
- 1:37:40it's all about how do I get money and dominate?
- 1:37:43Is it any accident that the health, wealth, and material health and wealth doctrine of the charismatic churches that you see in the megachurches
- 1:37:51on television. God wants you to be rich, etcetera.
- 1:37:54All of that comes out of that movement. But then you've got other parts of it too. The Pentecostalism,
- 1:37:59the madness of the feeling and anything goes.
- 1:38:03And doctrine and the bible just recedes from consideration.
- 1:38:07Talking in tongues. Listen, if you can get God to talk to you or talk through somebody else right now, the pope of Rome, the president of the church of Mormon, some present day prophet, present
- 1:38:18and an assembly of God forswear, a Pentecostal church. If you've got somebody telling you what God said right now, I'll tell you what's gonna happen. It happens in every case. If you got the pope of Rome saying, I'll tell you what God or the priesthood, the bible recedes from consideration,
- 1:38:34period. Yes. It always works that way. It can't work any other way. I like to quote John Owen. John Owen was the
- 1:38:43teacher of John Locke, the teacher.
- 1:38:46John Owen was John Locke's mentor. John Locke's phrase is pepper,
- 1:38:50our declaration of '76.
- 1:38:53Sure is. John Locke was a great man, a puritan
- 1:38:56by religion. That means he was a sect of the Anglican church
- 1:39:01that were protestant,
- 1:39:02that did not recognize. They were Presbyterian and government form that did not recognize
- 1:39:08the hierarchy of the Roman or the Anglican church. But they were Anglicans, they were Englishmen,
- 1:39:13that was their thing.
- 1:39:14Well, John
- 1:39:16Owen was his teacher.
- 1:39:18John Owen said this, there's only two kinds of extra biblical revelation.
- 1:39:23There's only two kinds.
- 1:39:25There's extra biblical revelation that agrees with the bible
- 1:39:28and there's extra biblical revelation that doesn't agree with the bible.
- 1:39:32Now as to the rec the extra biblical revelation that does not agree with the bible, we obviously don't need that. So we'll just get rid of in our minds, we'll set that aside.
- 1:39:42But as to the extra biblical revelation that agrees with the bible,
- 1:39:46why do we need that? We got the bible. So we don't need that either.
- 1:39:50So my conclusion is, just to be sensible, extra biblical revelation is unneeded and indeed it is not what Jesus Christ authorizes.
- 1:39:59Extra biblical revelation.
- 1:40:01The only other The only extra biblical revelation the bible authorizes
- 1:40:05is unwritten.
- 1:40:06It's not in words.
- 1:40:08It's the laws of nature.
- 1:40:11That's why John Locke, that phrase in our declaration of '76,
- 1:40:14the laws of nature and of nature's God. The laws of nature was a
- 1:40:19a phrase of that day
- 1:40:21that,
- 1:40:22was a moniker for our common law tradition.
- 1:40:25Lex non scripta, said William Blackstone in his commentaries
- 1:40:28on the laws of England. Lex non scripta, law not written, law unwritten.
- 1:40:34We look around in nature about us, we look at the relationships between men, we see the patterns,
- 1:40:40the way things are and they ain't gonna change
- 1:40:42and that's God's revelation to man. The Bible talks about it. I see the stars, I hear the rolling thunder, like power throughout the universe displayed, for example.
- 1:40:53But then we have that written and particular revelation that is not written to anybody but those that are born of the spirit.
- 1:40:59It has a target audience that is exclusive.
- 1:41:03Now most of Christa Dumb, D U M B, will say otherwise. Oh, the bible's for everybody. No, it isn't. It isn't. And when you read it and when you study it and you soak it, you begin to realize, wait a minute, no no non christian man, no man that is not possessed
- 1:41:19and seized of the spirit of God is gonna accept this. And indeed, they don't. But coming back to the denominations,
- 1:41:26most of them all are how do we dominate other men and get their money. The assembly of God arose out of the Foursquare movement. The Foursquare movement arose out of the Azusa Street movement. That was hijacked because they didn't have, they didn't teach the bible. They were into the movement of the spirit, whatever that means. Nothing. It means nothing.
- 1:41:45But they were not in teaching the bible. And as the bible says You mean do what you wanna do. Yeah. And where you'd and the bible puts it many ways. One of the ways it says it, that's right, Roger, do whatever you want. But one of the ways the bible puts it is not accepting
- 1:42:00God's standards of rights right headedness, righteousness,
- 1:42:04law,
- 1:42:06they always go about to establish their own. Always.
- 1:42:10There's no If you don't fill that void with what God wants, you will fill it with what you think is moral. Mhmm. And you'll be wrong in about 80% of the cases, just my observation.
- 1:42:20Uh-huh. And I say that of myself also. When I go David,
- 1:42:24Roger, let me finish this point. Yeah, said, no, go ahead. Yeah, this one point.
- 1:42:29David wanted to bring the Ark of the Covenant back to Jerusalem.
- 1:42:33It was at Shiloh.
- 1:42:34He had power now. He was gonna set things straight. He's gonna drain the swamp. He's gonna fix things.
- 1:42:41So he sent his boys down to pick it up on an ox cart and haul it back.
- 1:42:45And they're bringing it back where the bible says the law of god says it's supposed to be. There was a fellow walking behind it named Uzzah.
- 1:42:52The oxen were walking along and the bible says in the old King James,
- 1:42:57the the oxen for some reason shook.
- 1:42:59I don't know if they saw a rabbit jump up and they bolted. I don't know what happened. It doesn't say there was a shaking and Uzzah stuck his hand out to study the ark and God struck him dead on the spot. Yeah.
- 1:43:10And David
- 1:43:12was really ticked and hurt and upset and he said to God, we're doing what you want. Why are you, why did you kill? What allowed this man to be killed?
- 1:43:21Or as they say in the Wabash Valley, killed.
- 1:43:24So
- 1:43:25then he calmed down
- 1:43:27and he got up with the Levites. He said, I want you to study this out. Maybe we're missing something here.
- 1:43:33And they went looking in the bible and they said, yeah, the law of God said don't touch that thing. That's the safe box for the fundamental evidence of of the land deed of our land and other things of the nature of God, the rod that budded,
- 1:43:47the the the branch that budded without being attached to a tree.
- 1:43:51And the book of Deuteronomy
- 1:43:53and the pot of manna to show that God sustains life after
- 1:43:56he spontaneously
- 1:43:57sprouts life.
- 1:43:59He has that power.
- 1:44:01That's the evidence and we're not to touch the box of the evidence. It's just like in a courthouse. And where I come from, the old courthouses are in all the records of life and land transfer and all that
- 1:44:13are in a a box made out of steel
- 1:44:15in the center of the courthouse
- 1:44:18in case there's a fire breaks out.
- 1:44:20A very sacred kind of a thing. Land land is everything to the law of the land, our common law, and to God's
- 1:44:27God's arrangement
- 1:44:29with his people.
- 1:44:30Well, Uzzah stuck his hand out. They found out that's not allowed. What you think is right and moral and good, you know what God says to you and me. He said, look, I'm in charge of the outcome of things. I'm sovereign.
- 1:44:43But I am giving, I'm delegating you responsibility
- 1:44:46to make sure that everything is done
- 1:44:49according to the right course, the right way.
- 1:44:52How you do it? Oh, it's good to get the ark to Jerusalem, but how do you get it there? You don't carry it by hand, you don't touch it. They forgot that and one man died.
- 1:45:02And by the way, the ark of the covenant clearly is a capacitor.
- 1:45:07A capacitor.
- 1:45:08Nobody would disagree with about that. That means it collects electricity And over over a few hundred years, it would have been deadly because it was covered inside and outside with gold.
- 1:45:19Gold. Wood,
- 1:45:20a kaia wood covered inside and outside. I didn't say that's what killed him, but certainly,
- 1:45:26it was what science calls a first called the Leiden jar because that was discovered in the city of Leiden in The Netherlands.
- 1:45:34And then later called a capacitor because it had the capacity to collect static electricity out of the air. And today, we just call it a battery, a battery of power.
- 1:45:43All the same thing.
- 1:45:45Well, they thought they knew and where you don't teach the bible, where you don't focus on the bible, the bible will recede from your consideration.
- 1:45:54Unknown: Somebody gonna say something, Roger. I was. I was gonna say they've corporatized
- 1:45:58that concept we were talking about a minute ago into a company called Nike.
- 1:46:05And now you you see somebody somebody with the clothing with the check on it in your subconscious mind,
- 1:46:11just
- 1:46:12do it.
- 1:46:13Unknown: Yeah. Yeah. Well, that's good. That's I mean, that's not good, but it's good you said that. Well, shows you how they put everything
- 1:46:22right in front of you. Yeah. And we go with the political correctness and just become,
- 1:46:29mindlessly following things without saying, check it out with the book. Check it out with the book. The book is the final court of last resort among god's people.
- 1:46:38Unknown: So can I go down a trail here for a second? You know, you mentioned the phrase a minute ago, something I've thought about a lot over the years, mystery Babylon.
- 1:46:47Unknown: Uh-huh.
- 1:46:48Unknown: Okay. So Babylon,
- 1:46:50we know was confusion.
- 1:46:51Different languages, this, that, and the other. Right? Uh-huh.
- 1:46:55Could the mystery be what they're doing with these words and this trick
- 1:46:59and taking an opposite definition
- 1:47:02and assigning it in your mind where you see the word you're looking at their definition?
- 1:47:07Could that be the mystery and the confusion here?
- 1:47:10Unknown: Well, let me back up and see what I know and I evaluate what you say. I'll start with the word itself.
- 1:47:17How is it used? What does it mean? What's the concept it bears? And the Greek word is musterion.
- 1:47:23The word mystery in English is our attempt to pronounce the old Greek word a little bit and with our proclivities of accent.
- 1:47:31Musterion
- 1:47:32is we say mystery. It's the same word, we haven't translated it, we have just transliterated it. What is Musterion in the Greek tongue? We know in the Greek tongue, Musterion is not something that is hidden.
- 1:47:45Musterion
- 1:47:46is something that was hidden
- 1:47:48and is now in the broad daylight and revealed.
- 1:47:51And that's why Paul the apostles talk Paul the apostle talks about the mysteries.
- 1:47:55And what he's saying there is now. Now
- 1:47:58all these so called
- 1:48:00mysteries
- 1:48:01are out in the open. The Babylon mystery religions,
- 1:48:04they're called the mist Babylon is mystery. All of the false religions and approaches to God as to religion law and government are out in the open now, clear as crystal. But the evil empire and political correctness is trying to keep us in those mysteries. That's why they say, if you go to Masonic Lodge for example, you have to be invited according to their doctrine and then you go up in degree or degrees are always a part of Babylonian religion. That's why our universities are a product of Rome. So it's a matter of how many degrees can you get, see? Degrees of secret learning and once you get that secret knowledge, Gnosticism,
- 1:48:38that's what it is, secret knowledge, then you have a monopoly on it and you can dominate
- 1:48:44other people. Hey, if you tell me, if you wanna know when to breed your cattle, come to me and I'll do this little religious ceremony and I'll look at the tea leaves or I'll cut the guts out of an animal, see how they flop on the ground and I'll tell you when to breed your cattle when the truth of the matter is, you're looking at the laws of nature and you know.
- 1:49:01You know what the signs and the seasons are. You're lying to people but you're saying you have secret knowledge. Yes. That's a temptation of knowledge. If you have knowledge, you better be getting it out. I've had people say to me, Roger,
- 1:49:13I've spent my life just
- 1:49:15giving my testimony of what I've done and no glory to me at all. I didn't know, for some reason, I was driven
- 1:49:21to to learn a lot of stuff that I thought, well, I need to know.
- 1:49:25And now I I have lot head. It's like the Cajun. You had a big curious. Go ahead. Yeah. A big curious. I have a lot. And and so I have two choices. I can use it as
- 1:49:37a tool to dominate other men or I can just put it all out there. If they want it, they can get it. If they're interested, they can have it and I can keep saying it. But if you do that,
- 1:49:46you will be ostracized
- 1:49:47by other people that think they know what you know. Example,
- 1:49:51Justice Joseph's story of the United States Supreme Court and two examples, and William William Blackstone who wrote the four volumes on the laws of England called,
- 1:50:02commentaries on the common law. That's really what they are.
- 1:50:05Both of those men revealed what they knew in a fundamental
- 1:50:10way.
- 1:50:11Blackstone
- 1:50:12knew the law of the city and he was a common lawyer and he
- 1:50:16he
- 1:50:18compared and contrasted the two all through those four volumes
- 1:50:22and revealed the difference.
- 1:50:24Justice Joseph's story when he first became a lawyer, he served on the US Supreme Court longer than any other, I believe. He first became a lawyer,
- 1:50:33He put out a book,
- 1:50:35explaining to
- 1:50:36just normal folk that weren't lawyers how to do pleadings so they could get into court and argue their cases.
- 1:50:42Unknown: How to write them up. The no press the no low press of the day.
- 1:50:46Unknown: Same thing.
- 1:50:47Well, justice Joseph Story was ostracized
- 1:50:50from the legal profession, the bar, in his home state in his home state of Massachusetts. Yeah. Because he betrayed the secrets of the craft, you say. Please.
- 1:50:59But well, you see what I'm saying. Of course I do. You're not allowed to betray the secrets of the craft, they say. Well, the same thing is true of Romanism, of Judaism.
- 1:51:09The Talmud is the secrets of the craft. That's for everything else. The the bible for women and children and other mental deficients, they say. The unwashed masses. How can you, the phariseites
- 1:51:20said. You how can you?
- 1:51:23Then they they referenced
- 1:51:25this. How does this rabble?
- 1:51:28That's what the King James says, I think. Who knows not the law.
- 1:51:33Knows not the law? That means the Talmud and the Mishnah today. Yeah. The they're not talking about the law of god. No. They're talking about the trash of Babylon that they got when they were exiled there. And that is the mystery religion.
- 1:51:47So as theophacy,
- 1:51:50masonry,
- 1:51:51all that
- 1:51:52Roman, the mysteries of Rome, the Orthodox Church, and all the weird stuff they do, and the weird costumes they wear, and the weird chanting they
- 1:52:02hogwash.
- 1:52:03It's all baloney,
- 1:52:05friends. It's all trash.
- 1:52:07It's all false doctrine.
- 1:52:09It's all evil.
- 1:52:11Run for your blasted life.
- 1:52:14Foul,
- 1:52:14to I die. Foul, I to the fountain fly.
- 1:52:19Wash me savior or I die.
- 1:52:22Roger, go ahead.
- 1:52:23Unknown: I don't know, but we got some really nice little riffy music going on here. We're
- 1:52:29gonna have a little short musical interlude,
- 1:52:31every Good. I like that. Dancing and past the corner of 4th and
- 1:52:37Unknown: and
- 1:52:45Red Bullet, Roger.
- 1:52:48Unknown: Red Red Oh,
- 1:52:51Unknown: there we go. That's good, Paul. He's he's a wonderful guy. Boy.
- 1:52:56Hey, Brent. You only got about five minutes to talk about common lawyer. Uh-oh. I know where we're going now.
- 1:53:02Unknown: Boy, but yeah. But you heard that that guy had a voice that was Yes. He did have a voice. And Johnny Cash later sang it and other people, but he was the one that made it famous. Alright. Thank you, Paul, for playing that. I like Red Foley. Unless somebody said, that was Pat Boone's
- 1:53:18father-in-law. They both lived in Nashville. Pat Boone was going to a Lumpkin College at the Lumpkin Lumpkin
- 1:53:25something.
- 1:53:26It was a Christian college down there and he was going to high school with Red Foley's daughter.
- 1:53:32She was a looker, by the way. He married the girl and stayed married to her his whole life. Just passed she passed away recently. Oh, good for them. Yeah. But and I
- 1:53:41think
- 1:53:42Pat Boone is still on shortwave radio
- 1:53:45down in Nashville.
- 1:53:47Well, this is Brent. My name is Brent. I'm not as famous as Pat Boone. You know, Pat Boone was as famous or more famous than Elvis at one time.
- 1:53:55Probably.
- 1:53:56Unknown: You know? Love Letters and TV show.
- 1:53:59Unknown: No. Well, this is Brent. My name is Brent Allen Winters. You can find me at commonlawyer.com,
- 1:54:04www.commonlawyer.com.
- 1:54:09Go to the website, commonlawyer.com.
- 1:54:12Take advantage of what's there. The website's for
- 1:54:16and fun, enjoyment, and learning. We teach law classes. You can access them. The Winter's Inn Law School.
- 1:54:22We we've taught or in the can, you can access them. We've taught all the major common law courses and other common law courses that I wish somebody would have taught me when I was in law school, but just not enough time. We Sheriff Darleaf and I, Sheriff Darleaf,
- 1:54:37his fifth term as a sheriff and up in Barry County, Michigan, He teaches the classes with me. He's compiled a lot of information too, been studying all his life.
- 1:54:47Just as a practical matter as sheriff, what a wonderful opportunity for me. Again, in the providence of God to let him talk and tell what he knows. But Yeah. We've all the horses on trusts.
- 1:55:00I stress the common law trust. And that's the only kind there is. Like, the common law jury. People say common law jury. That's the only kind there is. They only exist in common law countries, the jury, the trust.
- 1:55:12We teach courses on trust law. We just offer now a trust package, by the way. A trust package,
- 1:55:19you get a trust booklet.
- 1:55:21The two courses
- 1:55:24on the common law trust, how to draft a common law trust, and just the fundamentals of a common law trust, how to draft an asset protection trust. You can take both those courses, get the booklet. And then I've now have put up, after over three decades of trying to perfect this document,
- 1:55:40a common law asset protection trust. That's all in the trust package.
- 1:55:44You can access,
- 1:55:46in in appreciation of a donation.
- 1:55:49And that that would be a lot lot easier to do that than go to a lawyer and a lot less expensive. But in appreciation of a donation, we provide those kind of things. And
- 1:56:00also books, the excellence of the common law,
- 1:56:04comparative law text, 958
- 1:56:06pages long,
- 1:56:08comparing and contrasting the only two traditions of fundamentally of religion, law, and government in the world. The law of the land, our common law tradition,
- 1:56:16contrasted
- 1:56:17with the law of the city, the civil civil law tradition,
- 1:56:20the code of Justin in the canon civil laws in modern times of Rome that govern every country in the world. We start back in that book forty two hundred years ago about at the founding of the city called Babylon.
- 1:56:34And you can bring it up and you can get a handle on what our common law tradition is. What is it? Nobody can define it. People try.
- 1:56:41What is it? It is a way of life,
- 1:56:44not a list of laws. It is a cultural,
- 1:56:47almost inbred way of life. We have it in America. God help us. The only way to get it is over hundreds and hundreds of years.
- 1:56:55It becomes enculturated.
- 1:56:57And we have that in more than any country in the world.
- 1:57:02Get that. You can also get access in digital form or hard copy, all these books.
- 1:57:10A Common Lawyer Translates the Bible.
- 1:57:13The good book, Uncooked, the Common Lawyer Translates the Bible from the original tongues. Well, people say, why'd you translate it from, Brandt? Well, from the original tongues.
- 1:57:24From the Koine Greek that was originally written down of the New Testament and the Hebrew, the ancient Hebrew of the older testament. I don't wanna cook the book, that's why I called the good book uncooked.
- 1:57:36I want to deliver it up, just the way it was delivered to me, raw, raw.
- 1:57:41And I call it toward a raw translation
- 1:57:43because the bible is a raw book.
- 1:57:46And a lot of the things aren't translated in the raw sense because
- 1:57:49people wanna sell Bibles and they don't want to be offensive. I don't wanna be offensive, but I do wanna do it the way God says.
- 1:57:56You can access that and many other things.
- 1:57:59Commonlawyer.com.
- 1:58:02Unknown: Don't forget about your Sunday church service. If you don't have a church home, you might wanna go check that and follow the link over to Francine, who I wish you'd send our regards to, please,

- 1:58:22Unknown: Yeah. Just getting the word out. And you can go to church. Saturdays and Sundays are the same. A common lawyer of communist. We go through books of the bible on both of those days, and we talk about our common law tradition.
- 1:58:34Unknown: Yep. There you go. And as for us, Brent will be on the air tomorrow too. We're opposite each other, Mignana, tomorrow.

- 1:58:54yikes, interesting times, Brent. Didn't even get to anything but inject that one thing of, what do you think about Israel merging and marrying, as they say,
- 1:59:04with the US military and intelligence?
- 1:59:07I don't wanna grab a bloody hand and walk down the aisle. I don't know about you. I think there's a rebellion of sorts happening in the military too. Might wanna check,
- 1:59:19judge Napolitano
- 1:59:21this afternoon, a couple interviews. Anyway, we'll be back tomorrow. Love you. Thanks, Brent. Thanks, audience. Hope you got something. See you later. Bye.
- 1:59:36Unknown: This is Chris from California.
- 1:59:38Unknown: Hello, Chris from California. How are doing, bud?
- 1:59:42Unknown: Yeah. Had a question for Brett. You know, I I was enjoying
- 1:59:47the Sunday services,
- 1:59:51but
- 1:59:52now I call in and I can't get on them.
- 1:59:56Has been for I months can't get on them.
- 1:59:59Unknown: Wait, you can't listen, you're saying?
- 2:00:02Unknown: Yeah. I call in and I I don't get connected.
- 2:00:05Unknown: Oh, you do it on your telephone, right?
- 2:00:09Unknown: Yes.
- 2:00:10I was doing it on the computer before
- 2:00:12and that was no problem,
- 2:00:14but
- 2:00:16we aren't able to do that anymore.
- 2:00:18Do everything on phone now.
- 2:00:20And I call in with the number that I'm told to call in on and I never get connected. I wait and wait and wait and wait and wait.
- 2:00:29Unknown: Okay.
- 2:00:30Well, I'm gonna ask you to do something.
- 2:00:33I don't operate the website and I'm not involved in anything technical about anything. So I would ask you to go to the website, if you still got access to a computer or somehow and send a short email. Yeah, I do that.
- 2:00:49A short email
- 2:00:51and then
- 2:00:53the
- 2:00:54ladies that handle all that
- 2:00:56might have an answer for you and I'll contact them as well.
- 2:01:01I'll give your oh, I appreciate you saying that. That's big to me. I
- 2:01:05want people to be able to access it. What's the use of talking if I'm talking to the cubic foot of air in front of my face? Uh-huh. Yeah. And so thanks. You know, I I refer other I refer other people to the program as well, and I like to know that they can get through as well.
- 2:01:20Unknown: Okay. Well, can't you take the link and go to the website where they're where they're showing it?
- 2:01:25Yeah. I I you listen on the phone. I know about that, but you can't just go right to the, and I forgot the website that you guys use over there. Commonlawyer.com?
- 2:01:36No. No. No. The ones where the platform.
- 2:01:39Unknown: Oh, the platform.
- 2:01:41Oh, I don't know either.
- 2:01:42Unknown: Paul, you know what I'm talking about? The the the show they run, the sat the network on?
- 2:01:50Well, I'd say you were Paul's off doing something. Anyway, Chris, just write
- 2:01:55them, and they'll get back with you, buddy.
- 2:01:58Unknown: Yeah. I'll I'll look into it. I'll look into it. I really enjoyed today, by the way, Brent.
- 2:02:03Unknown: Me too. It's good. This guy with music background. Inspiring.
- 2:02:06Yeah. Chris
- 2:02:08got music background too.
- 2:02:10Unknown: Well,
- 2:02:12help
- 2:02:13me out a little bit. What so I know how I'm being perceived.
- 2:02:17What is it
- 2:02:19that was inspiring? Can you be more precise?
- 2:02:23Unknown: Well, were a bunch of specific things. The discussion of Lexman scripta.
- 2:02:29Okay. I've heard of that before. That's very important.
- 2:02:33And
- 2:02:38the little things about little
- 2:02:40corrections and so forth.
- 2:02:43The discussions about the origins of some of these religions, which is which
- 2:02:49is very important to know about,
- 2:02:51the
- 2:02:52fact that,
- 2:02:55that you said our adversary's
- 2:02:57main weapon is false doctrine.
- 2:03:00And that's true. And that
- 2:03:02gives me a little food for thought and for discussion with some of the people I talk to.
- 2:03:07Unknown: Well, thank you.
- 2:03:09The devil's not working out the local
- 2:03:13house.
- 2:03:14He's got that wrapped up.
- 2:03:16And his demons and his minions are not working at
- 2:03:19On Skid Row, they got that wrapped up.
- 2:03:22Dumps up to a great degree. Where where he works is in
- 2:03:26bible colleges, seminaries,
- 2:03:28churches,
- 2:03:29at the denominational
- 2:03:30level, the Romanism,
- 2:03:32and all of the all of the labels of Christianity.
- 2:03:36He's
- 2:03:37the one that did that. And he's got some masterpieces out there with Christian labels
- 2:03:42that are, even if they're Christian
- 2:03:44at the fundamental
- 2:03:46idea of the gospel,
- 2:03:47there's salvation
- 2:03:49by grace through faith. They're not they've robbed Christian folk by their doctrine of enjoyment of life.
- 2:03:56Enjoyment of life can only come by glorifying God and glorifying God
- 2:04:01is the the only way to do that fundamentally is to know,
- 2:04:05learn his law, his will, and do it. That's
- 2:04:09the purpose. And the will of God is connected to the land. I used to tell my children, if no matter what you do in life,
- 2:04:17do something
- 2:04:18that encourages the production of the land the lord our god has given to us. I've had boys in the oil business. I've had boys in the shipping business,
- 2:04:27the maritime business.
- 2:04:29Well, maritime business is all about trade. I'm just to give an example.
- 2:04:34Foreign markets,
- 2:04:35moving goods back and forth,
- 2:04:38that encourages and increases the demand
- 2:04:41for the production of the land.
- 2:04:43Without that, there's no markets
- 2:04:46to encourage men to make the land productive.
- 2:04:48Yep. Well, no, a salesman.
- 2:04:50A salesman that sells something.
- 2:04:52That's encouragement to production of the land. See your life that way. That's what God wants.
- 2:04:58All of that is in support of what God wants. Our enjoyment
- 2:05:02of the wealth and the un it's unfathomable, friends. Do you think it's limited? It isn't. No. The limit
- 2:05:09of the wealth of the land of the land the Lord our God has given us.
- 2:05:14But thanks for mentioning that, Chris. Yeah. Thanks, Chris.
- 2:05:18Unknown: Who else got something? Anybody got something?
- 2:05:24Nobody's
- 2:05:26got anything.
- 2:05:28Okay.
- 2:05:29Well, Brent, I know you're always got stuff to do. You probably gonna go eat. I know I am gonna go hustle something up, and,
- 2:05:36we'll look forward to seeing you next Friday. Didn't get to discuss this.
- 2:05:40I'm I'm assuming you know what's going on. They passed this thing at least in the house Thursday.
- 2:05:47Unknown: Yes. And, no. I'm
- 2:05:49I'm willing to and I have.
- 2:05:52Once once once once females become an have become an integral part
- 2:05:57Unknown: of our armed forces, you're in danger even being around it. Yeah. Chris, is your could you mute out and let's see if that's the source of this background?
- 2:06:08Thank you.
- 2:06:09Unknown: That's clearly not the will of God and that's become an effeminate. To join the Marine Corps as a young,
- 2:06:15young man,
- 2:06:17puts you in a world in a lot of areas
- 2:06:20of
- 2:06:22sodomy.
- 2:06:23That's what's happened to our armed forces. Once the
- 2:06:26confusion of the sexes, women being there, happens,
- 2:06:30the bible says Then this
- 2:06:32the steps lead,
- 2:06:34inevitably, if you keep doing that, to the confusion of the sexes and sodomy and lesbianism. Mhmm. No. Romans chapter one. We mentioned before
- 2:06:43Unknown: when Biden came in, he said they're fitting the flight suits for pregnant women.
- 2:06:48Uh-huh. Remember that? Who said that? That was Biden and them did it. And Biden administration,
- 2:06:54we talked about it. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. The gal Von
- 2:06:57Whatcherstein
- 2:06:59that's used to be the defense minister of
- 2:07:02Germany that's now over
- 2:07:04the defend or over the EU or something over there Yeah. The one who gets up and talks.
- 2:07:10Mhmm. They're designing,
- 2:07:12tank seats for pregnant females.
- 2:07:15Yeah. Now only that's why I heard that one. Yeah. I believe it. No. That's brand new. That's brand new. Tanks,
- 2:07:21folks. Yeah. Throw your daughters
- 2:07:24out on the front lines
- 2:07:26in tanks. Please let that soak
- 2:07:29Unknown: in. Go ahead, Brent. That was good, Roger. You said it that way, but let's take it really a step further of what it is. Only a nation of craven cowardly men
- 2:07:38would send their daughters,
- 2:07:41their wives,
- 2:07:42their nieces, their granddaughters
- 2:07:44off to face bullets
- 2:07:46and shrapnel in their place.
- 2:07:49Unknown: That's evil. There there are no words to to adequately
- 2:07:53describe that. I'm sorry.
- 2:07:55Unknown: No. It's sick. This is perversion,
- 2:07:58sexual perversion,
- 2:08:00and it breeds as I said, or I said, no. The Bible says, all the apostle says to the Christians at Rome, it will result in lesbianism
- 2:08:09and
- 2:08:10sodomy. Tell me it doesn't, I can see it. Our armed
- 2:08:13forces are shot through with lesbianism from the service academies right on down. Yeah.
- 2:08:20Unknown: Well,
- 2:08:22hey, Rick. I was looking for somebody to comment. How are you doing, buddy?
- 2:08:27Yeah.
- 2:08:28Okay.
- 2:08:29Unknown: I have two other things, but it's thirty minutes gone, so I won't bring them up. But
- 2:08:35what real mother would suggest
- 2:08:38subject her unborn child to the g forces of a high speed aircraft?
- 2:08:44Unknown: Yeah. Really? That's a good point. One
- 2:08:47Unknown: that ain't using her brain cells.
- 2:08:50Unknown: Yeah.
- 2:08:51Unknown: You got one of those girls that got killed the other day, Gonzales from Texas in this Iranian strike of bases that were already struck. There were still some residual US personnel around there, and two of them got killed
- 2:09:04with a missile strike. One of them is this female. Gonzales was her last name, I believe, from Texas.
- 2:09:10She she was born after 09/11.
- 2:09:13Mhmm.
- 2:09:14Unknown: Yeah. They're young people.
- 2:09:17Aren't you saying?
- 2:09:18Yeah.
- 2:09:19Yeah.
- 2:09:20Unknown: I mean, to all of us, that's just recent memory.
- 2:09:24Yeah.
- 2:09:25Or most of us, I would say, anyway.
- 2:09:27Unknown: Now is that what you want, fellas? Gals, is that what you want? I don't I know. I I hear it from a lot of you, and you you agree that the Bible says otherwise. Yeah. Women, they they don't want some sissy boy. They want a manly man to take care of him, be over him, and have that projection.
- 2:09:43Unknown: They may talk out the other side of their mouth, but that's not the choice they take.
- 2:09:48Unknown: And that's those are all good arguments.
- 2:09:50But in the final analysis, the argument that's not being made that is the trumping argument of all arguments against such evil is God said otherwise. That's it. And then he'll say, women can do it. Oh, we need to have equal. Oh, whatever your argument is. It's empty
- 2:10:07as a blown bladder if you can't say and don't say, God said. That's it. He said don't do that. We can think of all the reasons,
- 2:10:15but the final court or last resort is what God said. And on that particular point,
- 2:10:21there's no ambiguity
- 2:10:22in his law written,
- 2:10:24lex scripta,
- 2:10:26his standards. And if we violate them, he will destroy us. He will take us off the land.
- 2:10:32It's that simple, friends. You know what? You know and but we can think of the reasons. You know what foreign
- 2:10:37people said for years.
- 2:10:39Well, the Israelis have been doing it since the beginning. No, they haven't. That's a lie. Because they found out early on when they tried it being the sex perverts in their culture they promote.
- 2:10:50They found out that if the girls get captured by the enemy,
- 2:10:53you don't even wanna talk about what happens.
- 2:10:56It's bad enough when men get captured.
- 2:10:58But women?
- 2:11:00So they quit doing that. But they still took them into their military but they didn't put them out in danger like that. We say, well, can do that. No, we don't need to do that because if you're in the military forces,
- 2:11:12you're in danger.
- 2:11:13You're a target
- 2:11:15and the evil empire will try to kill you to win a war. And like I told that story that my father told me about being in Okinawa in the hospital ship,
- 2:11:25The USF s Comfort,
- 2:11:28was a target of the kamikaze.
- 2:11:30350 ships were sunken. That was one of them the kamikaze hit, killed a lot of people.
- 2:11:35Why? Well, was nurses and doctors.
- 2:11:38People that were trying to off the side here, trying to save lives. Yeah. Well, it doesn't make any difference. If you've got an enemy,
- 2:11:45it's and the Japs, they were just downright
- 2:11:49demonic.
- 2:11:50Demons come forth from hell.
- 2:11:53They didn't care. They were gonna make it as bloody as they could,
- 2:11:57and they did.
- 2:11:58That's a that's a All
- 2:12:01Unknown: provoked.
- 2:12:01Unknown: Provoked. Why can't My father my father put it Rodney King, why can't we just all get along? I wanna no. Why can't that doesn't work. I wanna tell you a story dad told me. And, again, dad's over 100 now.
- 2:12:13But he said the thing he remembered about that, he was detailed to go take them help take the bodies off as an 18 year old kid. Holy smokes. And he said, carrying
- 2:12:24bodies off, call out their names.
- 2:12:27But he remembers and is still in his head, the nurse
- 2:12:30who was sitting at the typewriter
- 2:12:32and her face was buried in the typewriter.
- 2:12:36I don't mean on the typewriter,
- 2:12:38I mean buried in the typewriter. Yeah. That's what he remembers seeing. Yeah. Is that what we want for our daughters? Well, you say, well that's a good reason, Brent. That's not the ultimate reason. The ultimate reason and the argument that carries the day as far as my God is concerned
- 2:12:53is the bible says and he says don't do that. And he says it clearly in the old testament law and it's a theme throughout the bible.
- 2:13:01Unknown: Well, I'll leave people with that and get off before I people get tired of me. If they aren't already, Roger, I better go. I know, Brent. Thank you so much. It was another really good show today, I feel like. I always get a feeling on the back end and just love revisiting
- 2:13:17some of those crazy ass memories
- 2:13:20back when the world was somewhat
- 2:13:22sane.
- 2:13:23Unknown: Yes. That's our common law tradition to look at what the laws of nature, the relationships between men and men, men and things, and things and things.
- 2:13:33That's our common law tradition and those laws don't change. Yeah.
- 2:13:36Unknown: Whenever, know and everybody's going, I wanna go back to those days right there where you can't go back. You can never go back. And in this instance, the real reason is
- 2:13:47because you can't put that value back into the dollar.
- 2:13:51Unknown: That's right. You can't. No.
- 2:13:54Unknown: Well, not their dollar. It's still there. Value is still there. No. No. Yeah. It's still there. They've just got it now. They've stolen it. You know? They're they're strong. Every time you hear the inflation was 3% last year or whatever Yeah. The your your dollar lost three percent of its purchasing power last year. That's what they're telling you. Yeah. Brent, thank you. I love you, man. We'll see you, and look forward to the same next week. Is that somebody grunting?
- 2:14:19Did I hear a grunt? No. Probably me. I'm clearing my throat. Okay. Good enough. Thanks, buddy. We always appreciate your
- 2:14:27well, you your your knowledge. Thanks for bringing it and throwing it down on the table.
- 2:14:32Unknown: Well, feeling mutual, Roger. We can lighten
- 2:14:35the fuse here and saw and we'll, see you all next week. Alright. I'll be chief. Be careful.
- 2:14:42Unknown: Well, how lucky we are to have that guy affiliated with us, folks.
- 2:14:47A real national treasure. Maybe one of these days, he'll get the recognition he deserves. Yes, Julie?
- 2:14:55Unknown: Yeah. I this is off topic, but just before you go for today, just wanted to let you know that I reached out to Dave and Kay on nationalstatus.info
- 2:15:03and they added a button underneath
- 2:15:06your
- 2:15:08stuff that they linked to and it says show your support.
- 2:15:12Paul, but I've asked them to change the wording on it.
- 2:15:15Unknown: So hopefully that will be done today. Maybe we can ask them if they'll join us tomorrow. We could talk about how we can absorb the vacuum
- 2:15:23possibly over if don't wanna dump anything on them because I know that demands
- 2:15:28stuff and may see what ideas they may have on how to to replace that. Okay? You know? We actually don't have it. Oh, we've already got that. Okay. Well, let's talk. We
- 2:15:39Unknown: we have a PPN Radio Ranch Telegram group, and it's linked right on the website right near where Alright.
- 2:15:46Unknown: National Status Freedom is linked. So See, I forget all we've got. Anyway, we can talk about that tomorrow and hone everybody in on it. And so,
- 2:15:56otherwise, really good show today. I enjoyed it. I enjoyed
- 2:15:59reaching back in on some of those
- 2:16:02those
- 2:16:03record business memories. You guys could have seen me at 25 years old with Jerry Lee Lewis going, good for you, kids. He's just walking on,
- 2:16:12and you're you just you don't know what to do. You just kinda stand there. Fortunately, there was nobody around.
- 2:16:18Yeah.
- 2:16:19Oh oh, hey, Ron? Never forget it. Never forget it. Yes. Yes.
- 2:16:23Unknown: I've had some communications. I'm sure everybody's pretty much had communications.
- 2:16:28But as of the as of the events of yesterday,
- 2:16:32there are a number of people, old friends, that we have not seen in a long time, and those people are starting to reach out. So I'm thinking that those people might be coming back. Think maybe
- 2:16:43Unknown: the issue is a lot deeper than neither you or I even imagined. So Well, you know what was really shocking yesterday to me? I've thought about it several times because I remember it being close to 500 and approaching that, and it's dropped back to 376
- 2:17:00members. Now there's a reason for that.
- 2:17:03Unknown: Right.
- 2:17:05Unknown: That that's happened in a fairly short period of time. There's a reason for that. Yeah. I don't know what it is. I'm just telling you. My suspicion
- 2:17:14Unknown: is there's a real reason for that. So just comment. Alright? Like I like I said yesterday, there are Telegram channels that are only two or three months old, they've still got 10 or they've got,
- 2:17:25a couple of thousand members
- 2:17:28just being open for two or three months. And here we got four years. I mean, if it would have been open and
- 2:17:35and
- 2:17:36actively promoted,
- 2:17:38I'm sure that her group could have tens of thousands.
- 2:17:42Unknown: How about if you wouldn't have got 40 questions when you're trying to sign up and get involved?
- 2:17:48Unknown: That right there I don't think it was ever 40, and and maybe 40. Hyperbolic,
- 2:17:53Unknown: please. Okay.
- 2:17:58That's what some of those people thought. Well, how many of these damn questions are there? I'm trying to get away from that shit.
- 2:18:04Unknown: Yeah. Well well, you've heard the phrase can't see the forest for the trees. Right? For the for the yes. For the people on
- 2:18:12Unknown: we're listening now. I told Paul before we got started this morning. I just feel a feeling of being cleansed
- 2:18:20with that behind me.
- 2:18:22It was something that was nagging there.
- 2:18:25People would occasionally
- 2:18:27come in even on the air and and complain about it. I didn't know really how to deal with it, and it's pretty obvious that she would have never taken any consultation from me on, do you think this is really the right way to handle that situation?
- 2:18:43You know, that kind of of of coaching, if you will.
- 2:18:47I don't believe she's susceptible
- 2:18:49to that,
- 2:18:50and,
- 2:18:51so just time it happened. I I think it's gonna be real good for us. I don't hate Mirka. I just she has some peculiarities
- 2:18:59on the way she sees things and does things that don't fit with our the way we do. And I it was very obvious
- 2:19:09that I think it all meets the road right here. With what we do in the hill we've gotta climb,
- 2:19:15we've gotta act as a team.
- 2:19:17Right. We've got to act as a team. Because what? You can't do it individually.
- 2:19:23Okay? And if you're not willing to be a team player, especially with those stupid incident like this, that really
- 2:19:31so, you know, lead follower, get out of the way. Okay? I think there's a Ted Turk. Well, I mean, you mentioned that you would have thought that you would have sought
- 2:19:40Unknown: your counsel
- 2:19:41on, you know, is this really the right way to be managing this? When exactly the opposite was true because when I found out how locked down the the channel was, I talked to her about it, and I said, you have to unlock that. You have to unlock that because that's not the way this information is supposed to be shared. It's supposed to be free, free of charge, and freely available without limit or restriction.
- 2:20:06Unknown: Uh-huh.
- 2:20:07Unknown: Well,
- 2:20:08how she how she responded to that was she tried to reach out to you and tried to whip me with the Roger stick.
- 2:20:16She was trying to get you to side with her against me.
- 2:20:19Unknown: So instead of actually her asking you, is Yeah. Is this the way it should be done? So stupid. Here I am with this information. Nobody else in the world had it. I'm not selling it. I'm giving it away. That's right. Hey. What what what else do you need to take away from my attitude and what we do more than that?
- 2:20:40Unknown: Yeah.
- 2:20:41There's no PAY tree yachts. Yeah.
- 2:20:44Unknown: So, anyway, we could talk about that stuff tomorrow. I just feel I wanna make a comment to the folks here. And Tomorrow. Like a burden's been lifted off me. I feel cleaner inside,
- 2:20:55and that usually indicates a good feedback loop that you made a good decision.
- 2:21:00Julie called me, said you did exactly the right thing.
- 2:21:04Mer and except for Nancy, the usual line of females, they didn't get all get their panties all ruffled,
- 2:21:10and, so that usually is a good indication you hadn't stepped on the girl's toes,
- 2:21:15and, it was just the right thing to do. I I wasn't gonna consult anybody.
- 2:21:20I just made the decision on the spot when I was talking to her, and I said, you won't put this on your channel to the people that I sent to you? No.
- 2:21:29I said I said right there, well, you're not a team player. You're done.
- 2:21:33I will not promote you anymore.
- 2:21:35I will not send people to your to your channel. I'm not gonna I'm just not gonna do it. And so that's when it happened right there. Yeah. Anyway, thank you for understanding and giving me the feedback, by the way. I need to I need to apologize for for
- 2:21:51Unknown: I think yesterday could have been dealt with within between fifteen and thirty minutes, and I need to apologize that it basically took over the whole show. We, you know, in and out, off and on for, like, two and a half hours, whatever. Yeah.
- 2:22:05That chapter is closed. The venting has been done. Now it's time to go forward. Yeah.
- 2:22:11Unknown: I feel so. And I we hadn't heard anybody come forward on Regina came in, asked a question. I know the question was coming from Mirka because she wants to point everything, and her object is she doesn't wanna do anything to help Paul do anything, whether it involves this or not.
- 2:22:28Right. You know, her comment to me was, well, a couple of the members called and we talked about it.
- 2:22:35I'm so I'm saying you're gatekeeping
- 2:22:37this information
- 2:22:38and you and the girls that you've all convinced you hate Paul for some
- 2:22:43some stupid ass reason.
- 2:22:46Okay? And all this is over that. Mhmm. Sometimes you gotta take one for the giffer. Okay? Sorry. The team is so everybody
- 2:22:55doesn't get the fucking ball.
- 2:22:58Unknown: Uh-huh. Yeah. We are still streaming, though.
- 2:23:01Sorry.
- 2:23:02We okay.
- 2:23:05As
- 2:23:06near as I could figure because she's never she's never actually shared with me what the problem she has with me is. She
- 2:23:13wanted me
- 2:23:14to turn over the web domain nationalstatusfreedom.com
- 2:23:20because because she has a telegram group, she thinks she she should own every instance of that name, and I should just give it to her
- 2:23:28after
- 2:23:29I registered and I maintained it for years and I actually
- 2:23:34funded the search engine optimization and things like that for it so
- 2:23:38that would be an effective
- 2:23:40forward.
- 2:23:41And what I did when I found out how locked down National Status Freedom on Telegram was,
- 2:23:48I changed the forward of nationalstatusfreedom.com,
- 2:23:52and now it goes to PPN Radio Ranch's Telegram group.
- 2:23:56She got upset, and she tried to get Roger to tell me
- 2:24:00to turn
- 2:24:01something that I registered and I funded
- 2:24:05out of my own pocket at that time
- 2:24:08and give it to her.
- 2:24:10Freebie.
- 2:24:11No. I wasn't gonna do that. She also had a problem with not being treated as a special carte blanche educator because when we, over a period of time, had decided to clean things up so people wouldn't talk over each other. You remember that period of time when we had everything set in lecture mode and you had to raise your hand if you wanted to make a comment and then we would take those hands raised in order? Well,
- 2:24:37she did that wasn't good enough for her. She didn't want to have to raise her hand. She wanted to still be able to unmute.
- 2:24:44And the only way to do that would be to promote her to a point where she actually had the power to disrupt the show, to actually
- 2:24:53to actually shut down the conference room to change the details, to change the login credentials of the conference room, to change the mute state of the conference room. It's just way too much power for somebody that didn't know enough about FCC. Does this fit the old saying, give a woman an inch and she thinks she's a ruler?
- 2:25:13I
- 2:25:15don't know. It could be. Maybe those are a couple of things she's pissed off about, but personally, I don't give a damn. You know? I mean No. And it's done. It's watering bridge and Oh,
- 2:25:25Unknown: well, it's just she just wasn't a team player. She wants to dominate. It's just like I said. I was thinking, like, yeah, I I'm pulling people out of the feudal system on the federal level, and I'm throwing them over in the telegram feudal system with Merco overseeing it.
- 2:25:41No. You can't have that. No. You can't post that. No. I'll send you that. You know? All that. So no. It's done. It's over. It's under the bridge, and we're gonna find some way to to take that void and fill it. Void is already filled. All we need to do is populate it. And, actually,
- 2:26:01Unknown: PPN Radio Ranch has grown faster
- 2:26:04than her group. But, anyways, I don't K. I don't mind being the asshole. I realized that that there are gonna be times when I'm gonna have to step up, and I'm gonna have to take control, and I'm gonna have to take the authority to keep things running smoothly. Somebody wants to call me an asshole, that's fine. I have stones to handle it. I will kick the dust off my feet. I will turn around, and I will never give them a second thought.
- 2:26:28Unknown: So that's what I'm about. You're it wasn't. You're right, Roger.
- 2:26:33I'll I'll overlook this this time, and we'll continue. It wasn't that. It was fighting everybody
- 2:26:39at every turn.
- 2:26:41You. Right. Dave and Kay.
- 2:26:43Yeah. Yeah. People had tried to join and went through somebody got a mute open. There's this that background
- 2:26:49noise. Yeah. Check your Greg,
- 2:26:52Unknown: please. Greg, you're you're unmuted.
- 2:26:54You want me to mute you, bud?
- 2:26:57Unknown: Okay. I got it. Okay. There's just some kind of that background noise that's irritating.
- 2:27:02Anyway, I I'm I don't I
- 2:27:04don't I don't pleasure driving people off.
- 2:27:08My job here is to to find people that are attracted and work with them. But when people are attracted to it and you can't work with them and you're still helping them and they won't even respect my wishes
- 2:27:19on something that's important to the whole group, I feel, then I'm I'm sorry. Do you gonna do you wanna make that executive decision? Then you can make all the other ones too.
- 2:27:29Go start your own radio show. Go go oh, start your own platform. How are you gonna do? I don't hate Mirka.
- 2:27:36I don't dislike her. It's just I'm not gonna have
- 2:27:39anything conflicts with the mission of this project, folks.
- 2:27:44Do you get it? I dedicated my entire life to this
- 2:27:48thirty, forty years ago
- 2:27:51at whatever comes
- 2:27:53as well as John
- 2:27:55and Glenn did and they're part of this when they had the baton,
- 2:28:00and nothing will get in the way.
- 2:28:03I will run over you.
- 2:28:08Unknown: Yeah. Do you work with us or get out of the way?
- 2:28:11Unknown: Sorry. I'm not gonna have you coming in and giving my students bad information and screwing their thinking up, and that's not and Merkel was teaching good stuff. She was teaching all my stuff. I knew all that. Okay? But it was the way she was handling everything
- 2:28:26that is just unacceptable.
- 2:28:29You know? It's
- 2:28:32it's like the Russian democrat Lavrov
- 2:28:35that everybody respects so much. The other day, he was talking
- 2:28:40about The US, and he said, The US is treaty
- 2:28:45incompatible.
- 2:28:48Unknown: Really?
- 2:28:49Unknown: Agreement
- 2:28:50incompatible,
- 2:28:51something to that effect.
- 2:28:53His yeah. They can't have one
- 2:28:56because everyone, they've never had one that they didn't screw up. And I just thought on the end from somebody who's
- 2:29:02highly respected in geopolitical
- 2:29:05circles, the Russian long time
- 2:29:07foreigner,
- 2:29:08like like, more, the secretary of state guy.
- 2:29:13Is agreement
- 2:29:14in
- 2:29:15incompatible
- 2:29:16or in in whatever. Is it that interesting
- 2:29:19phrase? I thought I could remember it. I guess I can't.
- 2:29:25Exactly. So, anyway, long show today. I thank everybody.
- 2:29:29I think we've
- 2:29:31made a good decision, and I'm I didn't wanna step on anybody's feelings. It's just Hey. Nobody's gonna stand in the way of this, folks. If you're gonna stand in the way of the progress of this, you you and I are gonna have a direct
- 2:29:44confrontation.
- 2:29:46Unknown: Roger
- 2:29:47and and Paul,
- 2:29:49I just wanna say, Roger,
- 2:29:52I appreciate you bringing up my name, but as far as in a context of, you know, like, the ladies are all one unit.
- 2:29:59Yeah. You know, I knew about this and I'm glad it's been aired out before Paul has to make the move.
- 2:30:05I wasn't listening for a while and when I started receiving this was quite a while ago
- 2:30:11email from Mirka trying
- 2:30:13to get me to side with one or the other. And then I noticed she was very upset when
- 2:30:19who was it? Dave and whoever that had the same name, basically, the national staff. Yeah.
- 2:30:25Unknown: Yeah. That that irritated her. And and I heard from other people that noticed this break and how it was so divisive and not helpful. So I'm glad it's taken care of. Yep. Me too, Bernard. Thank you. I thought I made the right decision. I'm not there's no kind of gender thing. I'm not I like Merca. She's a good instructor with the right people. But
- 2:30:47she's as I said yesterday, you may or may not have heard it. In psychology,
- 2:30:52in college, they would refer to her as a smother mother,
- 2:30:56and that's what she's doing. She's smothering those students.
- 2:30:59K? And I
- 2:31:02that'd be okay. If they accept it and they're happy with that, then that's okay.
- 2:31:06But my real big contention is,
- 2:31:09I sent all those people over there. They're not just hers. They're mine. And I sent them over there to have be be taken care of, have their questions answered,
- 2:31:20and have the right information put in front of them.
- 2:31:23I consider getting Paul in the backbone of this out of New York and to Oklahoma
- 2:31:28to be a critical priority for us.
- 2:31:31And that's true. And because she hates Paul so much, she won't allow that to be presented
- 2:31:37to the entire list of my students.
- 2:31:39Who who knows?
- 2:31:41Who doesn't listen anymore, who's distracted by their life has gone crazy or whatever that were really moved by this information
- 2:31:49that really would want
- 2:31:51to contribute
- 2:31:52and would be offended if they know they hadn't had the opportunity
- 2:31:56because of her.
- 2:31:57Unknown: Hey, Raj. Okay. I'm just thankful
- 2:31:59that I don't have to bite my tongue anymore because because truthfully,
- 2:32:03it was startening it was starting to threaten to bleed,
- 2:32:07because every time that you would have a new person
- 2:32:10show up you on the
- 2:32:13would hand deliver them to Mirka,
- 2:32:15to her little thiefdom,
- 2:32:18and every single time I would be biting my tongue, okay. I and I apologize to
- 2:32:25Unknown: all those people yesterday publicly, and I I didn't know it was going on to that degree. I knew there was a problem,
- 2:32:32but I didn't know it was to that degree. If I'd known it was to that degree,
- 2:32:37it wouldn't have gone on that long.
- 2:32:39Unknown: Well, without mentioning any names hell right.
- 2:32:42I'm sorry. Let let me let me do this one quick quick
- 2:32:46thing, Mark. Without mentioning any names,
- 2:32:49we've both gotten emails from people that had been estranged from the group saying
- 2:32:55it's about time,
- 2:32:57know,
- 2:32:59thank the Lord
- 2:33:00and
- 2:33:01comments like Anyway,
- 2:33:03Unknown: Thank you for agreeing with me. I'm glad you're on my same side with this, not as a not as a personal thing because it's not. It's just a business thing. That's that's just as I said yesterday, she's out. For somebody that's involved with the law, she just violated the primary fiduciary
- 2:33:18relationship,
- 2:33:20and Nancy's, are there any money involved? Well, Larry came on, said, doesn't have to be a lot of money involved. Rez, chapter and verse on it. There's a fiduciary
- 2:33:28relationship she owes me and them
- 2:33:32when I can't be delivered to her. Yes. There is. And she just violated it to my face. So that's when it ended right there. I wouldn't hear you about it secondhand.
- 2:33:43I heard about it directly. My question, both of you. Thank you. Yes. Yeah. I it was something that I felt was very priority important
- 2:33:51for the whole group, and she wanted to make a personal emotional obstacle.
- 2:33:56I'm gonna run over you every
- 2:33:59time if you try that. I'm just putting it out there. Nothing's gonna stand in the way of me while I'm alive
- 2:34:06trying to push this program and what we do,
- 2:34:10further because I think it's the ultimate answer to everything. Just like John said, he said, I think you got the most important message in the world. Folks, you're not you're not gonna stand in front of that with me.
- 2:34:22I'll mow you over every time.
- 2:34:25So or do my best to. Sorry. It's not personal.
- 2:34:30Unknown: And now it's a new day.
- 2:34:32So now we can stop talking. Yeah. Well, maybe maybe tomorrow. I'm sorry I brought it up again today. That's okay. Well, no. Listen. I did wanna share that people are actually estranged people are actually reaching out. Yeah. People we haven't heard from in a long time. Yeah. People that have told me, numerous occasions.
- 2:34:50I I don't I I'm not on the show anymore because,
- 2:34:55I was trying to share something, and Mirka shut me down. And Yeah. And like, so they just went away. Okay.
- 2:35:02Unknown: Well, we're we're all learning together. Like I said, this continuing education in this aspect is a personal,
- 2:35:10more than informational.
- 2:35:11But,
- 2:35:13next time we'll know, you know, what questions to ask and be just a little bit more aware.
- 2:35:18And so And like I said, don't have any look. I got no animosity with Merck. I don't hate her. I don't any of that stuff. I'm just not gonna have her standing in the way of mine, two other guys' lifetime project.
- 2:35:31I mean, it's just as simple as that.
- 2:35:34Unknown: Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I wanna make sure.
- 2:35:37Yeah. Just just one more second again, Murrah, and I will send it right to you as soon as I'm done with this. I wanna make sure that I am not blaming all of the problems with the Radio Ranch on Mirka.
- 2:35:49We've had a number of we've had a number of hiccups along the way,
- 2:35:54and,
- 2:35:55this and this thing and that thing has happened and people have gone away. I'm not blaming Mirka for all of that, but there are just some people that have reached out and expressed,
- 2:36:04well, maybe I'll come back. Maybe I'll think about hanging around more.
- 2:36:10I mean, have been hiccups, there have been problems. I know I can have a very, very coarse unbending attitude sometimes. I can truly be an asshole, but I do it. I try to do it in the most loving way. You know? So
- 2:36:23Unknown: And for the right reasons.
- 2:36:24Unknown: And for the right reasons. Now now, Murr, I'm sorry for interrupting you again. Go ahead. I'm gonna shut up. Yeah. I no. That's alright. I just wanna add while I'm talking over you. I just wanna if Gina's listening, apologize for talking over her.
- 2:36:38Unknown: She's a really Gina, I know I know Gina and Gary have gotten close with Murr. That's fine. I don't I don't I don't hate her. I got I'm not throwing daggers.
- 2:36:47I'm just saying you're not gonna take the reins.
- 2:36:51You should on somebody that was my student that I sent you in something I consider to be high priority for the whole group. I mean, Mirka, get
- 2:37:02your head out of your ass. Okay? Even the the for you to even have the audacity
- 2:37:07to think that that's gonna fly.
- 2:37:10Unknown: Right. And like I said before,
- 2:37:13you know, Paul helps you. He helps Paul English. Paul English's thing didn't even record a week or so ago, and but Paul had it. You know? So you can't even imagine
- 2:37:23Unknown: where we'd be without
- 2:37:25Paul Beaner.
- 2:37:27He is a godsend. That's how I consider him. He never tells me or any of that stuff. He just does stuff, which is fantastic because all the stuff he's doing is fantastic.
- 2:37:38And so he just takes a ton of load off of me. And, boy, do I appreciate it. Yeah. We become very good friends. I trust him. It's hard to get a good straight man on on the radio, somebody you really work with stuff well. You know? So knowledgeable. Yes.
- 2:37:54Unknown: And they so the question with a lot of people was, okay. This is a personal move. Okay? This is what they were, you know
- 2:38:03yeah. He has no income, basically. He's busy doing this stuff all the time. So, yeah, that's why we're do a personal move.
- 2:38:10But but remember back when you were on RBN, Roger, just get this in here and I'll get out of here. That's that was part of the deal then too because he was trying to raise some money to move at that time. Yeah. Yeah. Never thought about that the other day. Yeah.
- 2:38:26Because it was from a different unit than RBN, and then, of course, the thing with the Iteracare crossover nonsense.
- 2:38:33Unknown: You know? So Yeah. That's trying to get him moved to Oklahoma the first time.
- 2:38:37Well, that was a it ended up being a blessing, Mer. What Mer's talking about is He did it. Had Don and Kathy
- 2:38:43on the RBN show. We were promoting the iTero thing.
- 2:38:47They had a couple of ones that we could get stuff once free back then
- 2:38:52as your volume increased,
- 2:38:54and that we had a couple of those, and they were promoting selling money to donate it to Paul to get him down to Oklahoma the first time, and the boring guy in RBN got a got a penis erectus about that and decided that that was the reason to cut me off, which is fine. I was doing two shows a while. Seven days a week and two on Sunday. That's just too much. I don't know how Brent does it. You know, I probably could have gone to bat for you before it went that way, but I think, like you said, it really worked out good giving you a day off. You gotta have one day off a week. And he also
- 2:39:29Unknown: he said he said the numbers would just plummet because you guys were doing the advertising stuff. They people came on to hear you in record numbers. Otherwise, your message Well that was that was the problem.
- 2:39:42Unknown: It's okay with me. I don't care. Ed, I need to explain what happened with
- 2:39:48Unknown: what I I let me tell you. Hold before you start in, I wanna tell all of you. After going through three, four ex wives and all that kinda interpersonal bullshit like that right there,
- 2:39:58I love this perch.
- 2:40:00This is our perch.
- 2:40:02Paul is our guy,
- 2:40:04and he's the one that makes the perch swing.
- 2:40:07And and that's why I just love being here. I love being with you guys. I love having no interruptions,
- 2:40:13commercial
- 2:40:14interruptions.
- 2:40:15I I I I just really what we've got here is very unique in the land of communication,
- 2:40:22radio, and especially in the patriot movement. So I just love all of you, and I love what we've got and we're working on. And that was the problem with the situation was it was grading and degrading on that. You know, Mirka, when she first started, contacted me, says, I wanna help. Okay. Fantastic. You do this. Well, what she ended up doing was not a help. It was an impediment.
- 2:40:47So, you know, it just got it straightened out. The cancer's gone, hopefully. The reason reason I'm bringing up Paul English too is that he's the one that got you into this and started on it, and then Paul spoke before that and it's even helpful to Paul English. So it's you know, a lot of efforts combined. I just wanna say Paul. Without any any funds crossing palms. That's not what it's about. So No. It's not about money at all. This is about this this project and the information and what it does to people and how it motivates people. And I can tell you, Paul and the and the information are the same. He's melded. He and I are melded on this. The information is guiding his movements because he saw even more immediately
- 2:41:28than way far than most people what this was.
- 2:41:33Unknown: Mhmm.
- 2:41:35Well, I need to explain
- 2:41:36what happened a couple of years ago with the other house.
- 2:41:41I was trying to
- 2:41:44to pack and organize and clean and
- 2:41:47get everything set up so I could load a truck. I had I had the truck rental. It was gonna be $1,800
- 2:41:53That was a significant expense plus
- 2:41:565 or $600 in fuel at that time. Another significant expense.
- 2:42:01I would only have one day to load the truck, had no help.
- 2:42:06You know, sixty two years old at that time, 63,
- 2:42:10I wasn't able to load the truck in one day.
- 2:42:13I would have to unload the truck. Basically Joe was going to just
- 2:42:18use a forklift and just drag stuff off the back end of the truck with a forklift, just drag the pallets right out of the truck.
- 2:42:25And
- 2:42:27plus, I was trying to figure out a way that the the show could continue running,
- 2:42:31and that that turned out to be a pipe dream that's not gonna be able to to happen. So I'm telling everybody now tomorrow will be the last show for a period of time.
- 2:42:41K? Because tomorrow's twenty fifth. That was the original date that I had scheduled, planned to shut down the live show. I will make sure that Roger has access to free conference calls so you guys can all still get together and meet up.
- 2:42:55Andy
- 2:42:57Andy has the ability to promote himself so he can so he can, he can do the the management and co host things,
- 2:43:05in the background,
- 2:43:07just to keep Ferris's and shit like that out. I'm
- 2:43:12trying to think of if there might be a way to do handle a livestream. Maybe I can set up butt on Roger's computer,
- 2:43:19but I don't think that's gonna happen. I don't think that's gonna be possible. Okay. It's just not.
- 2:43:25Unknown: I would have to make significant changes to Roger's computer and how he does things just to make him to be able to do that. No. No. Tomorrow's the last day. Right? The last live day. He he comes and they're like, what time do they, you know, be able to tell them? Know? It'll take away last live show. Okay.
- 2:43:43Unknown: And then when is your intended
- 2:43:46takeoff day?
- 2:43:48Unknown: My intended takeoff day is between the first and the fifth of August,
- 2:43:52and it'll take me four or five days to get down there, and then it'll take me time to get power turned on to the house.
- 2:44:02I'm gonna have to mobilize pretty quickly because it'll be like a 110 degrees when I get there, and the only thing I will have is a And
- 2:44:10the cat will be hanging out in the bus, and I don't wanna cook her,
- 2:44:15you know, because,
- 2:44:16kitten fricassee is not one of my favorite dishes. So
- 2:44:20I have to I have to look out and for her and take care of her. I gotta have power turned on. The Internet's not a problem. I do have activated Starlink.
- 2:44:29So
- 2:44:31so I will I will be up and running.
- 2:44:34Unknown: Say what? Couple weeks. If we're asked,
- 2:44:37just say expect a couple weeks. We don't know.
- 2:44:40Unknown: It's kinda what I'm thinking.
- 2:44:42Unknown: But I think we can tune in all the time, but don't worry about it. And and we can gather, and I take it that our gathering
- 2:44:50will be broadcast. Right? Allison can take care of that? Oh, wow. Just us getting together.
- 2:44:56Unknown: Yeah. It was just just getting together. Language.
- 2:44:59Unknown: Not that we should, but we can.
- 2:45:02Unknown: Okay. Well, then we can get together and for maybe for an hour or one of those hours and and talk about things. If it's important, there's things to talk about, etcetera.
- 2:45:12Unknown: Yeah. And if you wanna take a day off, you can. Uh-huh. Will we will there be replays going out over the air? No. They won't.
- 2:45:22There won't be it won't be anything because it's all managed
- 2:45:26from right here
- 2:45:28Yeah. From one computer on
- 2:45:30my network. Now I'm trying to set up a laptop that I can drop by. I can meet up with Lisa and Russ
- 2:45:36on the way through. I'm trying to set up a laptop that might be able to handle some of the functionality the show needs that I can remote into.
- 2:45:45But then I also have to take time to configure that laptop and get that working. So
- 2:45:51Unknown: Alright. I think you need to not worry about that stuff. I know if I play show too. Yeah.
- 2:45:58It can be heard. So I mean, some of us could come in here and play something if there's enough people wanna hear it or play it for ourselves.
- 2:46:05Unknown: Well,
- 2:46:06is there is a possibility I might actually be able to
- 2:46:12I might actually be able to impose and I haven't asked him about this yet, but I'm gonna have to.
- 2:46:19I think I might be able to impose on Paul English, give him the credentials
- 2:46:24for
- 2:46:25the Global Voice Network Pod Home stream.
- 2:46:29I mean, he already handles the Eurofolk Radio stream, picks it up from Pod Home.
- 2:46:35So I'm
- 2:46:37wondering if he might actually have a system that that he can
- 2:46:41play an archive
- 2:46:42just so there's something in that time slot during the day.
- 2:46:46I'm gonna beg you. Well,
- 2:46:49Unknown: I'm
- 2:46:50in all the previous ones that I've been associated with with him, there's a schedule in the background
- 2:46:56where you can go in and add shows because I used to have to upload and add shows and fill shows on the night thing and all that kind of stuff. I'm I know there's one behind Eli because he was first one. So, please reach out to Paul.
- 2:47:11What
- 2:47:12gives me cold chills is dead air. I
- 2:47:15don't want people think, oh, shit. Well, look at that. Murk is so strong. She kicked his ass off the air. No. I don't want that going. No. No. No. No. That that Don't start those rumors. Don't don't.
- 2:47:28Unknown: I I wanna make sure that as a facetious
- 2:47:32Unknown: example,
- 2:47:33but I don't want people coming who and seeing it not there and then going to, is he gone? Did they bust him? I told you some bitch didn't know what he's talking about. You know what I'm saying? Yeah. Well, I also want everybody to know that I'm not getting rich doing this. I didn't I didn't take the contributions
- 2:47:52Unknown: that
- 2:47:53that have been coming in through GiveSendGo for the last four years. I didn't take that money when
- 2:47:59the house dried up, when the deal fell through on the house in Oklahoma.
- 2:48:03I didn't go out and, you know, have a
- 2:48:07a wicked weekend in Vegas and blow it all. No. What I did was I I piled it right into the show. I added platforms.
- 2:48:15I added hardware.
- 2:48:16I added streaming
- 2:48:18functionality.
- 2:48:20I
- 2:48:21added
- 2:48:21things to enrich the show.
- 2:48:24Instead, I said, okay. Well, if if I'm not moving,
- 2:48:27well, let's do something with this, and that's what I did. I put it into the show, and I think the result that we have today
- 2:48:34Unknown: shows that. So What about that raw tuna that you bought for the kitty?
- 2:48:39Unknown: Well, okay. I funded that. Excuse me. Okay. Alright. It was like prince prince prince Edward
- 2:48:48low sodium
- 2:48:50tuna.
- 2:48:51She absolutely
- 2:48:52loves that stuff. Yum. Yum.
- 2:48:55Unknown: He loves it. I used to. I like it, I tell you. That good tuna on the grill is as good as any steak you ever ate. Unless Rogers, somebody's trying to actually ask a question and interject something here, Paul. Yes. No.
- 2:49:10Unknown: It's it's Jesse. I just wanna say, you know, here here here proves the case. How
- 2:49:16essential Paul is.
- 2:49:18So I think there's, like, 40 people now. If anybody could step one feet forward to take over Paul
- 2:49:25because a lot of people complain,
- 2:49:27but not even one.
- 2:49:29And the skills and the knowledge and the willfully.
- 2:49:33He has all the
- 2:49:35love to do this. So here's
- 2:49:37Unknown: the problem.
- 2:49:40Unknown: Have a lot no idea or they just
- 2:49:43there's narrow mind,
- 2:49:44they only see one tree in front of them and they just don't understand what it takes. Yeah. I see. Lot of people know when I can't do it. I don't have the skill, and I can't do it. But everybody
- 2:49:55they could or have the funds or the knowledge,
- 2:49:58they're a part of the diners that won't feed forward. Yeah. So I guess we need keep our mouth shut just because Paul's
- 2:50:05Unknown: got one really important attribute that's rarely mentioned, Jesse.
- 2:50:10That
- 2:50:11being that he responds well to the beatings.
- 2:50:16I
- 2:50:24just thought it ought to be acknowledged.
- 2:50:27You know?
- 2:50:28Okay.
- 2:50:31The verbal and mental beatings,
- 2:50:33he responds very well to, if you noticed.
- 2:50:38Unknown: Oh, yeah. Some people do Oh, I love y'all. Some people do enjoy beating me up, and I'm just saying. Did you did you hear the story about the sadist
- 2:50:48Unknown: and the masochist that we're walking down the street, Paul? No.
- 2:50:53And the and the the sadist looks over mascot's
- 2:50:57little shorter than he is, and he raises up his fist. Right?
- 2:51:02And the masochist goes,
- 2:51:04hit me. Hit me.
- 2:51:06And he goes, no.
- 2:51:08Never
- 2:51:13mind.
- 2:51:14Unknown: Okay.
- 2:51:16Unknown: You don't get that. Never mind. The
- 2:51:20worst punishment we can inflict on him is to not do it to him. No.
- 2:51:25Uh-huh. Oh, okay. Yes. Yes.
- 2:51:28Yes.
- 2:51:30Jess, do you have more to say, buddy?
- 2:51:36Unknown: Well, I just said sometime when you say something positive, somebody people think you're stucking up to him. There's certain things I don't like by Paul, and it had nothing to do with that. When you have worked with a lot of public relations or or evangelists,
- 2:51:49know what that means by seeing somebody that really,
- 2:51:53really is a volunteer and really is a resource And that really does the love of what he is.
- 2:51:59And at this moment, it seems that in many ways this is his family, as you say yourself,
- 2:52:05and this is a project, and this is his goal, and he's willing to take a beating or sacrifice or not make extra money by focusing on something else.
- 2:52:13But nobody's perfect, but he's doing what at this moment everybody needs. Right?
- 2:52:19Unknown: Yes. Can tell you guys that you are the only family family I have outside of my son and his girlfriend,
- 2:52:26my daughter,
- 2:52:27my nephew,
- 2:52:28and his son, one of his sons.
- 2:52:31You're the only family I have. So
- 2:52:34that's why I look out for you or I try. You're the only one I recognize
- 2:52:38Unknown: here for me. Me. End of the line. That's why I said, for me, it's such a joy because now I got progeny. It's all you guys.
- 2:52:47And and so this message will live on through you and who you tell and how it grows,
- 2:52:53and you're my children, and I just love it. K? That's why I'm so damn defensive about it. I'm sorry. I'm very defensive about this.
- 2:53:03And and you will not win if you try and stand in front of it.
- 2:53:07Unknown: It's just the way it is. And, Roger, and and and, Roger, this will be a hiccup, and it'll be bumpy road for the next couple of weeks or whatever, two or three weeks. Yeah. But but boss should forget everything.
- 2:53:17He should focus because we need him to focus when he needs to do. Set up a new, create a foundation. And the only problem is he's gonna have more energy coming back.
- 2:53:28Okay? So he's gonna be have a really high sense of humor and sometimes that's freaking.
- 2:53:33Unknown: Yep. Yep. Well,
- 2:53:36new beginnings, you know, in essence. And I just think we'll come out the other side stronger, better, better foundation, and absence makes the heart grow fonder, but
- 2:53:49maybe we can get some archive showing. I just don't want that dead air possible, Paul.
- 2:53:54So, hopefully, there's a remedy for that. I believe there should be.
- 2:53:58And
- 2:54:00so otherwise, now we'll be back tomorrow, and it'll be the last show, and we can discuss a lot of these details on how
- 2:54:07to access a platform and maybe some
- 2:54:11what we're gonna do over there, you know, in the next three weeks, two weeks, something like that. Sounds like we'll be estranged
- 2:54:19for a bit,
- 2:54:20partially at least.
- 2:54:22It'll be a vacation for me. I could probably use it.
- 2:54:28And
- 2:54:29may maybe you could too.
- 2:54:31I'll miss you, though. We'll we'll be able to reconvene. The the main core,
- 2:54:37we'll we'll set up something to reconvene, Juan Paul's,
- 2:54:40while we're
- 2:54:42in that condition.
- 2:54:43Unknown: Yeah. Well Hey, Roger. Leaving now that I'm leaving New York
- 2:54:48now that I'm leaving New York, I can say this.
- 2:54:51Little Johnny's teacher was asking her class what the children's parents did for a living.
- 2:54:58And little little Julie, she spoke up and said, My daddy's a doctor, he saves people's lives.
- 2:55:07Little Billy, he spoke up and said, My daddy's a fireman, he saves lives by pulling people out of by carrying people out of burning buildings.
- 2:55:16And the teacher turned to Johnny and said, Johnny, what does your dad do? He said, my daddy's died.
- 2:55:24He he was
- 2:55:26my daddy died and
- 2:55:29the teacher was she
- 2:55:32immediately changed the subject and and went on to a different topic and then when the all the rest of the kids went out for recess, she pulled Johnny aside and she said, Johnny, is that true? Is your daddy really die? Did your daddy really die? And Johnny said, no. No. He's still alive.
- 2:55:51But I just I just told you that because he plays for the New York Yankees, and I was too embarrassed to say it. Well, you
- 2:56:01Unknown: alright.
- 2:56:03Well, you will be getting out of New York, and I'm gonna tell you what, when you get past that, that line headed south, I'll be a lot happier.
- 2:56:11You know, I'm sure living up there is not horrible, but it
- 2:56:15is what it is. You know? I think Oklahoma will be much better, and Oklahoma's
- 2:56:20the only state that's consistently voted red for decades
- 2:56:25or something.
- 2:56:27So you can be around there, bunch of conservative folks. You'll like that.
- 2:56:31You'll
- 2:56:33probably like having the advantages. I'm sure there's disadvantages of a small little town like that.
- 2:56:39Hopefully, it advantages you, and you're some new blood for them.
- 2:56:44And,
- 2:56:45cool. I just think it's a good deal. Paul is the network, folks.
- 2:56:51Unknown: Yeah. The great thing about living in a small town is, you know, when you get old and your memory starts failing,
- 2:56:57if you can't remember something, you can pretty much ask any of your neighbors because they all know everything there is to know about you. That's probably true. You probably may leave your doors unlocked at night there. You know?
- 2:57:11Unknown: Yes. So back to the old Americana. Who else has got something for me? It's
- 2:57:16just so Doug. Doug. Yeah. Doug, you were trying to say something. I forgot you, man. I'm sorry.
- 2:57:23Unknown: What a lovely show.
- 2:57:27You know,
- 2:57:28I love you, Roger, and I love
- 2:57:32Paul,
- 2:57:34the beaner
- 2:57:35guy.
- 2:57:37Not enough can ever be said about how important he is to integral
- 2:57:43Unknown: to everything. You say the beaner or
- 2:57:47the beaver?
- 2:57:49Unknown: No.
- 2:57:51I I said
- 2:57:52the beaner
- 2:57:54Oh. As in Mexican.
- 2:57:58Unknown: After taking us back to leave it to Beaver.
- 2:58:03Unknown: I'm
- 2:58:04not going there.
- 2:58:07Anyway, because of the Beaver thing. Yeah.
- 2:58:11Yeah.
- 2:58:12What a heart touching.
- 2:58:17Unknown: Yeah. It's a very good show. You know, I'm
- 2:58:19Unknown: I'm
- 2:58:20yeah. I really am touched
- 2:58:23and
- 2:58:24not just in the head.
- 2:58:26But
- 2:58:28so
- 2:58:29what a what a great thing.
- 2:58:32I agree with what
- 2:58:35what Murrah said.
- 2:58:38Hey.
- 2:58:39No. This is
- 2:58:42what's this thing? It's,
- 2:58:44you know, it's
- 2:58:46it's not Woah. It's not the destination.
- 2:58:50It's the journey.
- 2:58:51You know? And
- 2:58:54so
- 2:58:55everything is gonna be fine.
- 2:58:58Yeah. I mean, just think about Paul's heart about his cat.
- 2:59:02Let me think about that sentiment,
- 2:59:05Unknown: you know, of It's a it's a journey of people who are based in reality
- 2:59:10and love God.
- 2:59:15Unknown: Absolutely.
- 2:59:16And
- 2:59:17and along that line,
- 2:59:22you know, when I listen to Brent
- 2:59:24Stowe's,
- 2:59:25I have fifty years
- 2:59:28of experiences
- 2:59:29of having
- 2:59:31been invited into
- 2:59:33our heavenly father's kingdom
- 2:59:35that
- 2:59:36is filled with miracles and deliverances
- 2:59:40and learnings and and all this stuff.
- 2:59:44But each story is
- 2:59:47kinda lengthy
- 2:59:50regarding my experience. So I don't call in to
- 2:59:56try to give my story.
- 3:00:00But
- 3:00:02it's
- 3:00:03it's
- 3:00:05verified
- 3:00:06for me. I mean, it's real for me.
- 3:00:09So this Radio Ranch experience,
- 3:00:14which,
- 3:00:15you know, before the Radio Ranch was even named,
- 3:00:20I
- 3:00:21Unknown: Back when it was an average effect days.
- 3:00:24Unknown: Back when it was an advertising agency,
- 3:00:27except it had Dick Orkin's name in front of it.
- 3:00:32Unknown: Well Rest in peace. For a long
- 3:00:36Unknown: Scriptures for America also has a radio program called the Radio Ranch.
- 3:00:40Oh, do they? Yeah. Yeah. They do.
- 3:00:45Unknown: Boy, I wish we Impostors.
- 3:00:48Unknown: Yeah. I I would be so advantageous
- 3:00:51for them
- 3:00:52if they could figure out how to get their their site hooked up with AI
- 3:00:57where that thing could give you a some sort of a description of the show.
- 3:01:02Because but just going blind over there is just
- 3:01:06well, you may hit a good one, but you may miss a good one. You know? There's a and there's a lot of work over there.
- 3:01:12Unknown: I
- 3:01:13actually do have
- 3:01:15the entire
- 3:01:17Pete Peter's
- 3:01:20radio library.
- 3:01:22Anything
- 3:01:23that is avail is or was available of his, I have
- 3:01:28There are some
- 3:01:30there are some programs that disappeared,
- 3:01:33and nobody knows where they are and nobody has them. But everything anybody has of Pete Peter's programs, I have them. You've got fantastic.
- 3:01:42Fantastic. And I have a second Pod Home channel,
- 3:01:47which is
- 3:01:49GVRN,
- 3:01:50and it's also linked on the website, the secondary channel.
- 3:01:54There are a couple of things on there. There is
- 3:02:00Mein Kampf audiobook
- 3:02:01is up there,
- 3:02:04and it's called My Battle, the My Battle audiobook because that's what Mein Kampf
- 3:02:09means.
- 3:02:10And also, like five or six episodes of the earliest Pete
- 3:02:16Peter's programs. They are up there
- 3:02:19I'm
- 3:02:21planning on
- 3:02:23uploading
- 3:02:26each episode that I have, and there are hundreds of them. I'm planning on uploading each episode I have and processing them with AI
- 3:02:35and having them in the GVRN secondary channel. That's just another thing that I plan on doing when Yeah. In your spare time. Slows down.
- 3:02:45Unknown: Yeah. In your spare time. Yeah.
- 3:02:48You feel
- 3:02:51Unknown: Doug? I'd like to suggest well, I'd like to suggest a few things for Paul that he might be able to do for
- 3:02:59whatever
- 3:03:00after
- 3:03:03what he's already doing, but I won't.
- 3:03:07Anyway Okay.
- 3:03:09I Paul,
- 3:03:12you know, I I just hold held heard
- 3:03:16a snippet a week or so ago. I spent about an hour going back on that radio show
- 3:03:26because I was in my truck. I was listening,
- 3:03:29and you had mentioned something about you not moving on
- 3:03:33the twentieth.
- 3:03:35I was I was gonna send you a message, bon voyage thinking you were leaving on the twentieth.
- 3:03:40And so,
- 3:03:42you know, I heard today you're leaving tomorrow.
- 3:03:45Unknown: Oh, no. No. No. No. No. No.
- 3:03:48Tomorrow's the live show.
- 3:03:50Unknown: Tomorrow's
- 3:03:51the last show for a while.
- 3:03:54Starting tomorrow is every waking hour in cleaning, packing, and
- 3:04:00throwing stuff away.
- 3:04:02Unknown: And leaving on the first.
- 3:04:04Unknown: Yeah. I'll be leaving I'll be leaving very, very early in August.
- 3:04:09Unknown: So Yeah.
- 3:04:11Well
- 3:04:12It's just as well. It's
- 3:04:16Unknown: as well. It's hard between the first and fifth, he said.
- 3:04:20Unknown: Yep.
- 3:04:21Unknown: It's looming sometimes. Could be an interesting vacation,
- 3:04:25and I think, you know what? Show us my absence makes the heart grow fonder, show you how much we miss everybody, but I I we can figure out some way to have a little spot that we can still gather and discuss important things,
- 3:04:40Unknown: for whatever we decide on. We can still do that. Free conference call is available. Yeah. Zoom will not be available, but FCC will be.
- 3:04:49Yeah. Oh. Yeah. What was what I was
- 3:04:53I'm sorry. I have I have FCC configured
- 3:04:56to not require the host to be there.
- 3:04:59So anybody that wants to I mean, even if you want to get together and talk to somebody,
- 3:05:08pseudo privately, whatever, don't want to share phone numbers or whatever there is,
- 3:05:13like
- 3:05:15two people can meet up by email and say, well, I'll meet you in the Radio Ranch
- 3:05:20Conference Room at five Yeah.
- 3:05:24So and they both call into it and there they are. They're connected.
- 3:05:28That service is available 247365.
- 3:05:32Unknown: I challenge you to a duel at FCC at noon.
- 3:05:37Unknown: Yeah. Right.
- 3:05:38Unknown: So When I was growing up something tomorrow.
- 3:05:42When I was growing up, my mother my
- 3:05:47dad was a Roman Catholic, so so I never went to church with him. My mother was a
- 3:05:55well, first, at the age of five, we started going to the Methodist Church,
- 3:06:00and that went on for a number of years years.
- 3:06:04And then we
- 3:06:06moved to a Baptist church.
- 3:06:09And one
- 3:06:11of the things I got involved in is singing in choirs
- 3:06:15and these biblical songs,
- 3:06:19I just loved
- 3:06:22by his grace.
- 3:06:24And
- 3:06:26one of the songs was
- 3:06:29that I sung in my quartet
- 3:06:32was
- 3:06:33I'm in his hand.
- 3:06:36Unknown: Yeah. I know that song. And
- 3:06:39Unknown: so, you know, it's about
- 3:06:42God being
- 3:06:44protecting you and taking care of you, and that's where your life comes from. You're one of his children.
- 3:06:50Yeah. And
- 3:06:53this thing,
- 3:06:54you know, absence, I before you mention it, I was thinking about calling in saying absence
- 3:07:02makes the heart grow fonder.
- 3:07:06Well, that's true.
- 3:07:09And
- 3:07:11I just
- 3:07:13I just know
- 3:07:15that this
- 3:07:17whole effort here
- 3:07:19of the message of the radio rant
- 3:07:22is about
- 3:07:24a part of the truth
- 3:07:27of what
- 3:07:29allows people to
- 3:07:31learn,
- 3:07:32which sets them free
- 3:07:36from
- 3:07:38the bat everything
- 3:07:39you know, a lot of the topic today that Brent mentioned was Babylon.
- 3:07:45It's mystery.
- 3:07:47And,
- 3:07:49you know,
- 3:07:50those Surround us everywhere. Many of us. Everywhere.
- 3:07:54Unknown: Yeah. It's like the back I mean, how much closer can you get than the pyramid on the back of the dollar bill that represent and its symbol is the symbol of feudalism?
- 3:08:03How how much more in your damn face can they put it?
- 3:08:08Unknown: I think top.
- 3:08:09Unknown: Was was,
- 3:08:10you know
- 3:08:12I thank sketch for I didn't we didn't know that till a couple years ago. He blurted it in here one day, and I went, holy
- 3:08:19crap.
- 3:08:21So,
- 3:08:22anyway,
- 3:08:23Unknown: Doug, love you, buddy. The last thing I wanna say Yes,
- 3:08:27sir? Last thing I wanted to say
- 3:08:29to Paul
- 3:08:31was, Paul,

- 3:10:19However it comes in, it is greatly appreciated.
- 3:10:22Thank you very much.
- 3:10:24Unknown: And Well, well, the good thing about Zelle
- 3:10:27is that if I send that today, which I will do, it'll immediately be on your debit card, like, in five minutes.
- 3:10:36Exactly.
- 3:10:37That Immediately.
- 3:10:39Unknown: We didn't need that quick, Doug, but we appreciate it.
- 3:10:44Unknown: Yeah. He does.
- 3:10:45Unknown: More cushion for me. The more cushion, the better. Especially That's correct. The more cushion, the better. Especially Peace of mind. There's gonna be things you mentioned, new roof,
- 3:10:55some of whatever structural things need to be repaired, but I don't have the any idea on the extent of that. I know none of it's cheap. Nothing in the building shit is cheap these days
- 3:11:05or as I'm told. So
- 3:11:07Unknown: The Anyway
- 3:11:09deal Let me ask you this question.
- 3:11:11Unknown: Doug, did
- 3:11:13you hear about the three an inter interdenominational
- 3:11:18convention? And there was a Baptist preacher,
- 3:11:21and there was a Catholic priest,
- 3:11:24and there was a rabbi talking,
- 3:11:27and they were talking about the restrictions
- 3:11:31that their religions
- 3:11:33placed upon them.
- 3:11:36And so the Baptist guy, well, he goes, well,
- 3:11:41well, we can't dance.
- 3:11:43And they're like, oh, okay. Oh, you can't dance. Can't dance.
- 3:11:48And so the Roman
- 3:11:50Catholic priest goes, we
- 3:11:54we we wow. What did he say? We we can't have women.
- 3:12:01Uh-huh.
- 3:12:02And the rabbi goes,
- 3:12:04sure beats pork.
- 3:12:08Mhmm.
- 3:12:10Never mind.
- 3:12:12Mhmm.
- 3:12:13Unknown: Well, I'll tell you I'll tell you a quick story about a priest
- 3:12:17in my junior high school.
- 3:12:20Unknown: Oh, go ahead. I'm sorry, Paul. Yeah. Before you do that, just a quick rundown on what the house needs. There's two windows that absolutely don't have windows, and I'm gonna have to rip them out and replace them.
- 3:12:31There's
- 3:12:33trim on the outside of the windows that's all rotten, so I'm going to have to take the trim out and like basically rebuild the window.
- 3:12:40A third of the roof needs replacement.
- 3:12:44I think the other two thirds is going to be okay, it'll last for a year or two, but one third of the roof definitely needs to be replaced.
- 3:12:52There's black mold in the hardwood floor that needs to be addressed, I know exactly how to do that and I have the tools, the chemicals and the knowledge to be able to do that.
- 3:13:00And I need to put down a gravel pad and put down a high cube 40 foot storage container
- 3:13:08shortly after I get there because I have to have a place to put my stuff. I got to empty this stuff out of the bus. Of course. Put it in storage. There's no garage.
- 3:13:17There is a small shed, but there's no storage there and there's no basement
- 3:13:22Unknown: and there's no Yep. Second
- 3:13:25Unknown: So it's it's basically like this little 650,
- 3:13:28700 square foot house with a leaky roof, windows that are open. There's critters jumping in and out the windows. It's funny as hell.
- 3:13:36Stray dogs, all that happy shit. So Hey, Paul. I have to deal with I have to address those things, And then after I've got those things addressed, I also have to address the plumbing because it wasn't winterized before it froze. And I know some of the plumbing froze because the toilet tank is cracked.
- 3:13:56I think the the stool is okay. I'll have to be flushing it with a five gallon bucket but
- 3:14:01the tank itself is cracked and I don't know if there's any other plumbing issues.
- 3:14:06Plus, the house is 112 years old and I have no idea what condition the wiring is in which is going to be important. Everything's going to have to be well grounded and there's going to have to be 100 amp service
- 3:14:19least
- 3:14:20200 amp would be better but
- 3:14:22I've
- 3:14:23gotta look at wiring. I've gotta look at plumbing. I've gotta deal with mold remediation.
- 3:14:27I've gotta fix the ceiling that fell down because of the leaky roof. I've got to repair
- 3:14:34the the rotten part of the roof because of the leak. I think a tree got blown into the roof and made a hole.
- 3:14:42Stuff like that. The good news is
- 3:14:45is it comes on point two nine acres. It has a 500 pound propane tank and
- 3:14:53and here is the good part. Here is the good part. It's all mine.
- 3:14:58So and it and it comes with high speed fiber optic Internet when I get the power turned on and have that turned on. So
- 3:15:07it's going to be interesting,
- 3:15:09but It's gonna be challenging. Show up and running as soon as possible.
- 3:15:14You know, I don't know. Maybe there might be, you know, a radio rancher in the area that would, like, let me park the computer in the corner of their basement and just plug it in, turn it on, and maybe do the show from my cell phone like I did when I was on my way out to pick up the bus.
- 3:15:30Unknown: That's a possibility too. Well, I I know there's a number. There was a gal on from Tulsa the other day.
- 3:15:36Beth.
- 3:15:37God. There's people much closer than that. Yes. I know there's several around Oklahoma City and, of course, Mark's down there. I don't know how available he is.
- 3:15:47But there are people around there to eat that could you could, you know, plan something next weekend that, you know, whatever. It gives you a lot of possibilities. Options. Options,
- 3:15:56baby. A man wants options.
- 3:15:59Unknown: All I'd all I'd have to do is just park a park a laptop computer at Joe's house three miles away,
- 3:16:06and I can remote into it from my cell phone
- 3:16:09Cool. Or mobile network. So Yeah. There are ways to get the show back on even if I'm living in a tent out in the yard.
- 3:16:17Unknown: So K. Well, it'll be a a interesting
- 3:16:21hump to get over, and I'm sure we'll be able to do it with some degree of adequacy.
- 3:16:27And, we wanna get Paul out of New York, resettled
- 3:16:31even though there's challenges
- 3:16:33and, just get him out of there. So I think, Oklahoma's a much better place to be. They escaped from New York. Acres
- 3:16:42Unknown: is a place to be.
- 3:16:45Unknown: Fall home is a life
- 3:16:47Unknown: for me.
- 3:16:49Unknown: You could have you could have your own garden
- 3:16:51there during the during the summer, Paul, like you got time to attend it.
- 3:16:56Unknown: Yeah. Well, I've already got I've already got a frame for a greenhouse. I just have to go pick it up.
- 3:17:02Unknown: Cool. Oklahoma.
- 3:17:10Unknown: Not.
- 3:17:14Unknown: Yeah.
- 3:17:16Unknown: Did you get my letter?
- 3:17:19Unknown: Got your letter.
- 3:17:21Did you did you send another one?
- 3:17:24Unknown: No. I just sent a I sent a second one. Yeah.
- 3:17:29Unknown: You sent a second Was it beef for Veener?
- 3:17:32Unknown: Long ago? How long ago did you send it?
- 3:17:35Unknown: About two weeks, I think.
- 3:17:38Unknown: Oh, wow. I think I got that. Did it did it have did it have a check-in it from your mom?
- 3:17:44Unknown: Yeah. Yeah.
- 3:17:47Unknown: Yeah. Okay. Good. Good. Yeah. I got it. Well
- 3:17:51Written on July
- 3:17:54July 8 or something, I think.
- 3:17:57Unknown: Purely kind of All good. Thank you. Let me address something. I got a email. I mentioned it yesterday briefly from a snotty listener.
- 3:18:05Yankee captain,
- 3:18:06I think, something. Yankee Cliff. He's always
- 3:18:09he's always got something irritable to say,
- 3:18:13usually, most of the time. Well, say, why don't you sell some of your gold coins and fund that?
- 3:18:19I wrote him back and said, hey. I used a few nice expletives like he did.
- 3:18:23And I responded and said,
- 3:18:26who do you think's been paying all the bills for thirty four years?
- 3:18:31Buddy.
- 3:18:33Every time there's a bill that's come up, who do you think's paid it? K?
- 3:18:38Yeah. I don't have all the factors,
- 3:18:40but I can tell you who paid it. Alright.
- 3:18:43To get this message out, I paid.
- 3:18:46I didn't charge. I paid.
- 3:18:50And and
- 3:18:51and how much is the
- 3:18:54knowledge that I put out for free? How much is that worth?
- 3:18:58I think Yankee Clipper being I want a freebie. Why don't you go back to New York under your new mayor up there? He's given plenty of shit out for free. See how you like that.
- 3:19:09Unknown: Mhmm.
- 3:19:10Unknown: But the reason I No. And I was advised
- 3:19:12At some point,
- 3:19:14people that have benefited from this
- 3:19:17have to be able this has to float under its own weight.
- 3:19:22That's the reason I'm doing it.
- 3:19:24Unknown: Then
- 3:19:25I also
- 3:19:28I've also put in place a couple of things. I have
- 3:19:32what I'm trying to put in place is I'm trying to put in place ways to get extra income so
- 3:19:39I can
- 3:19:40funnel that that
- 3:19:42income into the radio ranch without having to ask
- 3:19:46Unknown: for or beg for money. Okay. First thing on the table that we gotta take advantage of is Alan Jones' associate deal. That's the cream of the crop right there. Boom. K? Okay. Well, I also have you have to do, cause there's we got listeners that are already using this stuff. All they gotta do is switch over and we get 10% of the gross order.
- 3:20:06Unknown: Right. Well, I also have Marketplace Global
- 3:20:10with Fix and Marketplace Extreme
- 3:20:13and the products there.
- 3:20:15I also have MoreMido and
- 3:20:17the MoreMido network is basically growing without me.
- 3:20:23If I put a little bit of effort into Marketplace Global and MoreMido,
- 3:20:28I can actually build out both of those binaries so they're actually giving me a couple of $100 a month, you know, extra money. Plus I'm also partnering with
- 3:20:39specialty
- 3:20:41retailer website
- 3:20:42where can take, where
- 3:20:45I'm due like a small percentage of the profits. So as the website thrives,
- 3:20:51I get a percentage of that.
- 3:20:53I also
- 3:20:54am partnering with my son who is
- 3:20:58building a social media presence
- 3:21:02enhancement
- 3:21:03tool
- 3:21:06for bars, clubs, restaurants, casinos, stuff like that, where customers can actually rate
- 3:21:12their experience
- 3:21:13at the table
- 3:21:15and the and the the restaurant
- 3:21:18is informed in real time if anybody has a bad experience. If anybody rates them three stars or lower,
- 3:21:26it sends off,
- 3:21:28an an alert email to me, an alert email to the company, and an alert email
- 3:21:34or text message to the manager on duty at the restaurant. Hey, there's somebody at table seven,
- 3:21:41and they just gave you a bad review. Go fix it. And
- 3:21:45Unknown: That's a good idea. That
- 3:21:47Unknown: and I'll be getting I'll be getting, like, a percentage commission, a small percentage commission from that. So I've got things that I'm ready to roll out when I get to Oklahoma
- 3:21:59because I'm not paying any attention to them now.
- 3:22:02But when I get to Oklahoma, I'll be rolling those things out, and I'll actually be able to supplement my income, shoot it through a trust, and then that trust will be funding the radio ranch and whatever I need to spend. So
- 3:22:15Unknown: it's getting over this hump now Yep. Is the deal. And that well, that was part of this whole thing that came to a head yesterday, so I know that. And and I knew we had the majority of it taken care of, but you don't wanna have everything hanging out on the back end where, hey, Roger. What's your credit card number? Okay? Would you be alright if that happens? But
- 3:22:35but regardless, we wanna get you down there. I wanted to see if the project has could support itself at this stage. Is there enough people out here who've been affected by this and and and the information and their lives changed and things they perceived? And there's a lot of people that was what pissed me off about Merca. I know there's people over there that if they knew we were asking, they would gladly
- 3:23:01give and contribute because of what the information's done for them. I'm not having to understand between that call and them
- 3:23:10when they're my students.
- 3:23:12Not to get into it again. Sorry. Anyway The bigger the bigger numbers you have
- 3:23:17Unknown: the bigger numbers you have,
- 3:23:19the less
- 3:23:21contribution
- 3:23:22has
- 3:23:23outstanding effects.
- 3:23:25You know, you got 500 people given $10.
- 3:23:28Okay? There we are, we met our goal. Well,
- 3:23:31Unknown: it's not like we ask every week. You know? I mean, it's first time it's ever second time it's ever happened in all these years. And my like I said,
- 3:23:40my question is, will the information the people that has touched in our audience support
- 3:23:46that sort of thing? And they it will, I'm sure, but I wanted to make sure. So, anyway
- 3:23:52and that's a good feeling because like I said, guess who's paid every bill for thirty four years?
- 3:23:58I'm like Paul here. You know? Yes, Doug.
- 3:24:02Unknown: Well, not that I'm
- 3:24:06saying Paul should have another website because he doesn't have enough to do, but I expect in the future to see one
- 3:24:15that
- 3:24:17appropriate for
- 3:24:19his job description called
- 3:24:21the
- 3:24:22bigbrain.com.
- 3:24:25Because obviously,
- 3:24:27he's got that.
- 3:24:29Unknown: That's big ball. Something tells me he said don't don't get this confused with big balls. He said bigbrains.
- 3:24:35Well,
- 3:24:37Unknown: I I already had if my aunt had balls, she'd be myuncle.com.
- 3:24:41Unknown: Yes. We let that one go, Doug. Yeah. Yeah. We let that one expire. God.
- 3:24:46Unknown: She
- 3:24:47died. Big brain. Big brain. She died.
- 3:24:50Unknown: Died. I'm
- 3:24:52Unknown: gonna tell
- 3:24:53you a quick story here.
- 3:24:57So I'm in the seventh grade.
- 3:24:59I'm a not a a sports guy, but I'm a super athletic
- 3:25:04guy
- 3:25:06in the school.
- 3:25:08I'm sitting in the front row in my homeroom. You know how you had homerooms where then you move to other classes. And so my teacher
- 3:25:18is a Roman Catholic priest. He would wear the uniform
- 3:25:22Unknown: there. Oh my god. So But it wasn't a Roman Catholic school.
- 3:25:28Unknown: No.
- 3:25:28No. Okay.
- 3:25:30So I'm sitting in the front row there in one of these desks where you have to manipulate
- 3:25:36yourself into it.
- 3:25:37You know? It's not open. You have to kinda Right. Round your way in and out. You know? Okay. Yeah. You gotta swivel a sitting there.
- 3:25:48Hey. There you go. Love those dancing
- 3:25:52techniques.
- 3:25:53Anyway,
- 3:25:54so
- 3:25:55this guy's talking
- 3:25:57to all the students in the class in my class,
- 3:26:02and he comes up to me
- 3:26:04right right
- 3:26:05in front of me,
- 3:26:07and he puts his knees
- 3:26:10massaging
- 3:26:12one of my knee.
- 3:26:14I never knew about
- 3:26:16I never thought about homosexuality,
- 3:26:19never knew anything about that, never thought about.
- 3:26:23But when this guy did this,
- 3:26:26wow.
- 3:26:27So I
- 3:26:30he saw my face.
- 3:26:32And
- 3:26:34I'm like, I'm gonna tear his head off. So I'm trying to get out of this chair,
- 3:26:40and this guy runs out of the classroom while I'm on his tail.
- 3:26:44So he gets out of the room,
- 3:26:47and he's running down the hallway
- 3:26:50to the principal's office, and he just beat me to it. And he locked the door behind me, and he's staring at me behind the glass.
- 3:27:00Okay? Because I was gonna beat you know what out of the sky.
- 3:27:06So I got suspended,
- 3:27:10and
- 3:27:12this is the kind of evil that goes on. I wasn't aware of it at the time
- 3:27:17that this even existed. I'd never been
- 3:27:21confronted with anything like that.
- 3:27:23Yeah. So this thing
- 3:27:25with Mirka
- 3:27:27is kind of like that, where people get caught off guard
- 3:27:33and
- 3:27:34now it slap them up across the head,
- 3:27:38and they
- 3:27:40might wake up and realize.
- 3:27:42Well, anyway, the the end of the story is
- 3:27:46and I can't
- 3:27:48actually go into details,
- 3:27:50but me and a couple of buddies of mine visited this guy's house
- 3:27:57during the night.
- 3:27:59And
- 3:28:01shortly thereafter,
- 3:28:03he left town.
- 3:28:05So I'll leave it there.
- 3:28:08Unknown: K.
- 3:28:09So Happy ending. Happy ending.
- 3:28:12Okay. Anybody else got anything for me? I'm gonna I'm gonna go off and do things now,
- 3:28:20I think.
- 3:28:21Do you think anybody waiting to ask me anything?
- 3:28:24Would you like for me to pontificate on anything?
- 3:28:29Well, okay. In that case, I'm gonna I'm gonna head on over into the high noon. Well, there I almost got out. Yeah, Gregory.
- 3:28:38Unknown: I'm sorry, man. But, I did want to comment that,
- 3:28:43what what you offer is priceless.
- 3:28:47There
- 3:28:48not enough slave shackles out there to to
- 3:28:53satisfy.
- 3:28:55Unknown: Well, if it was about money, it wouldn't be the if it was about money, it wouldn't be the same.
- 3:29:01Unknown: Alright.
- 3:29:03And, Paul, how close to your, your monetary
- 3:29:06mark are you?
- 3:29:11Unknown: I actually haven't checked
- 3:29:13in
- 3:29:14a few days. Let me see. Let me see. Let me see. Well, because there's unknown back end expenses,
- 3:29:20Unknown: I don't know how, but I'd I'd be anxious. I would feel you got you you feel a little safer,
- 3:29:26oh, after the last few days.
- 3:29:29Unknown: 4,500
- 3:29:30away from the goal.
- 3:29:32Unknown: Oh, poopy.
- 3:29:34Say Mhmm. Is there any way you could, at a certain time,
- 3:29:39get in touch with Radio Ranch and give us a
- 3:29:44you know, what's going on? We could prearrange
- 3:29:47Unknown: time when you show up or something.
- 3:29:49Well,
- 3:29:50Unknown: you guys you guys are gonna be doing the eleven to one
- 3:29:55impromptu
- 3:29:56informal
- 3:29:57FCC
- 3:29:58gab. I can just show up.
- 3:30:00I could use my smartphone and do that.
- 3:30:03Unknown: Okay. So
- 3:30:04Unknown: Yeah. Yeah. I'll I'll be keeping in touch with people.
- 3:30:08Unknown: Okay. Alright. We'll roll that tomorrow. May make some more concrete plans, and then we can plan on the fly, change on the fly starting next week, I guess.
- 3:30:19Okay. Anybody else?
- 3:30:23Unknown: Also,
- 3:30:24how I set up to give sin go is,
- 3:30:26you know, everything
- 3:30:29everything,
- 3:30:30you know, upfront and in front of God and everyone.
- 3:30:34The goal,
- 3:30:35amount is listed, the amount raised is is prominently shown.
- 3:30:40The total number of
- 3:30:43total number of contributions,
- 3:30:45total shares, total prayers,
- 3:30:49and all that.
- 3:30:54Unknown: See, that's what's making me so aggravated yesterday.
- 3:30:57We're $4,500
- 3:30:58short. One
- 3:31:00message down that list, and that would be taken care of, bam, like that.
- 3:31:06Unknown: Well, yeah. Yeah. If everybody gets $10. But but no.
- 3:31:11Unknown: Yeah. And you know some folks would give more. Some folks wouldn't give it all. That's alright. We're not trying to beat you to give. We're trying to say,
- 3:31:19alright.
- 3:31:20Let me see if I can frame it in a a description we'll all understand.
- 3:31:25There was no due process.
- 3:31:28Mhmm. Yeah.
- 3:31:30Unknown: Well, let me let me me just read the read the blurb on supporting the Radio Ranch.
- 3:31:36The Radio Ranch by Roger Sales educates in legal history the difference between the national status and the fourteenth amendment citizenship and how to escape the matrix.
- 3:31:45The programs are enjoyable, informative, educational, and commercial free. The programs are broadcast on eurofolkradio.com
- 3:31:52and supporting information exists
- 3:31:55on
- 3:31:55exposethematrix.com.
- 3:31:58Our primary website is the matrixdocs.com.
- 3:32:02The program is also supported by myself and my network, globalvoiceradio.net.
- 3:32:06GVN provides engineering staff and systems to connect up to 1,100 active participants and up to millions of internet listeners. GVN also manages and hosts the exposethematrix.com
- 3:32:19and thematrixdocs.com
- 3:32:21websites.
- 3:32:22This is the only program of its kind and the technology required to support the program as it is is substantial.
- 3:32:28Program archives are published on radio.globalvoiceradio.net.
- 3:32:33Going forward, there are things that are necessary to not only ensure the continuation of the program but also the expansion of the show into other markets and expanded audiences.
- 3:32:42Studio space, equipment, remote engineering, management systems, and travel expenses are needed in the near future as GVN opens a new headquarters
- 3:32:51in Oklahoma State.
- 3:32:53Every effort has been made to ensure the move and ongoing program support is accomplished in as prudent a manner as possible. Your contribution of any amount is greatly appreciated.
- 3:33:04Now actually the website still says headquarters in Georgia State, but I need to change that to Oklahoma State, So I'll I'll get in there and I'll edit that. I'd I'd be almost pulling you back from moving to Georgia as corrupt as it's getting as blue. I
- 3:33:18Unknown: think it's just ridiculous.
- 3:33:22Unknown: I
- 3:33:23I wouldn't be I was really struggling with Georgia,
- 3:33:27and I was appreciative that the offer was made.
- 3:33:31And I had tried to
- 3:33:34set up the offer to finagle the offer so I could actually purchase a piece of property
- 3:33:39and just
- 3:33:41and just have something that's my own,
- 3:33:45plant my feet, and know that I'm going to be buried there.
- 3:33:50And but
- 3:33:51And that didn't happen. So I still kept my kept my hopes up about actually finding a property that I could buy that would be mine where I can set up everything and not have any
- 3:34:06reason to worry about, okay, well, this happened and the families families
- 3:34:11arguing and fighting
- 3:34:14am I now
- 3:34:15what am I going to do and have all of my stuff in a place without some permanent
- 3:34:21base of operations?
- 3:34:22So
- 3:34:24Georgia was Georgia was on the table, but I wasn't comfortable,
- 3:34:28Unknown: completely comfortable with it. You have been alright out in the boondocks where you're gonna be because what they do is they control Atlanta
- 3:34:37with all the Blue Shed, Fulton County, DeKalb, and all that, and then it just colors the state. It might not be like that where you live because I know the state of Georgia well.
- 3:34:48And it just used to be like Oklahoma,
- 3:34:51But they got in there, they turned the big city Atlanta,
- 3:34:56and they turned the state evidently using tax credits.
- 3:35:01Like, with Hollywood coming in there and filming a bunch of movies and
- 3:35:06all that influence and influx of money
- 3:35:09and something about tax credits. I don't know how that corrupted everything. I guess it's like liquid
- 3:35:16cash that they can print. Tax
- 3:35:18hey. Here's some tax credits. You know? Yeah. There's some tax credits. Yeah. There's a do it. We tell you. Full of there's a house full of gals down the road. They're taking these. So
- 3:35:28Unknown: Yeah. Okay. Well, I wanna make sure that everybody knows that that I do I do still to this day appreciate the offer that was made in Georgia. It would have been it would have been it would have been great if I would have actually been able to, you know, make a deal and actually purchase a property down there and make a permanent
- 3:35:50place base of operations,
- 3:35:52but that wasn't going to happen.
- 3:35:56I mean, Georgia is actually even closer to New York. It would have been easier. It would have been farther away from my kids than Oklahoma. Yeah, just straight down 95 miles.
- 3:36:04My kids are only 700 miles away from Oklahoma. I mean, that's a day trip. You know? So Yeah. Long night. Down for the weekend, whatever.
- 3:36:13Unknown: But Well, more central, more people around you, all that stuff is gonna be very beneficial.
- 3:36:19Let's just all hoist and get it done. See, there's permanence here even though this is a move. It it there's a permanent object afterwards.
- 3:36:29And the same with me where I am at my age. I'm starting to see, well,
- 3:36:34I I can stay right here the rest of my life. You know? In fact, it's very advantageous
- 3:36:39for me because I can fire somebody to come bring food and take care of me as I'm getting older if I need it, and I got my landlord that loves me, that speaks English. It's
- 3:36:50a it's a good situation, man. I'm very grateful. Mhmm. So I'd like to get you in the same type of situation.
- 3:36:56Unknown: I will have to move one more time.
- 3:37:00After this, I will have to move one more time. It will be moving from the house to a six by six by four plot out in the back There
- 3:37:10you go. That will be my next move, my next and final move.
- 3:37:14Unknown: And that's that's where we are, you know, at our age, you're having to
- 3:37:18get get come closer to face with your god and your mortality, what you've done, how you've lived,
- 3:37:25all those kind of things. Man,
- 3:37:27at this time,
- 3:37:29in all of this turmoil, all this potential
- 3:37:32You
- 3:37:33heard what they did yesterday with that piece
- 3:37:37of shit that's running against an aide. Did you hear Paul? No.
- 3:37:42I didn't hear that. Him and about 50 or more of his goons
- 3:37:46attacked the Alaskan
- 3:37:47mosque,
- 3:37:49broke in, walked over the prayer rugs,
- 3:37:53all kinds of shit trying provoke,
- 3:37:55provoke,
- 3:37:56provoke. That's who we're dealing with. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. And trying to say, let's blow this up and blame it on the Iranians.
- 3:38:04Yeah. That happened yesterday. They also, we've now given the okay
- 3:38:10to we won't let Iran have a nuclear weapon. Right?
- 3:38:14But now we're gonna let our buddy, the Saudis, have one.
- 3:38:19Unknown: Yeah. Saudi, by any other name would be a Jew. Aye.
- 3:38:23Unknown: And, of course, the Saudis the the Saudis
- 3:38:27are
- 3:38:28the domnes,
- 3:38:30the closet Jews like Ataturk.
- 3:38:34Here's a you wanna want you know, we're talking about good things to watch. If you're looking for stuff,
- 3:38:40on the weekend, maybe while we're not on the air as much
- 3:38:45coming weeks,
- 3:38:46go watch Lawrence of Arabia Arabia.
- 3:38:49Oh, yeah. On top of Voltaire and and
- 3:38:53Cochrane, Thomas Cochrane.
- 3:38:55Paul, have you ever seen this on this Thomas Cochrane guy?
- 3:38:59Unknown: No.
- 3:39:00Unknown: Holy shit, man. You need to watch that.
- 3:39:02I this let me tell you what. There's reasons they don't want you to know about guys like him.
- 3:39:09Unknown: Thomas Cochrane?
- 3:39:10Unknown: Thomas Cochrane. He was in the British Navy at first.
- 3:39:14Unknown: What what is that? On Rumble or something?
- 3:39:17Unknown: Oh, you can find it on YouTube.
- 3:39:19It's on his life. You won't believe what this guy accomplished.
- 3:39:23He had a distinguished career. He single handedly
- 3:39:27got the whole French Navy
- 3:39:29trapped in some harbor over there off the coast. He destroyed,
- 3:39:33some other fast ship. He had this unbelievable
- 3:39:36career of accomplishments
- 3:39:38like that.
- 3:39:39And because he wasn't from a blue blood family, they wouldn't make him into the a captain.
- 3:39:45That's that heraldry of it. And so he retired
- 3:39:49from the navy and got off doing his own shit and took a ship and came down here to South America,
- 3:39:56and he single handedly
- 3:39:58founded Chile
- 3:40:00and Peru
- 3:40:01and with another guy founded
- 3:40:04Brazil.
- 3:40:07And this whole thing of his exploits in his life, it's just unbelievable. I said, like, no wonder they don't want you to know about guys like this.
- 3:40:18Thomas Cochran.
- 3:40:20So, anyway, over the weekend weekend assignment, should you choose?
- 3:40:24Unknown: Lawrence, I believe that's
- 3:40:27one are you talking about? The one from 1962,
- 3:40:29or was there a more recent one?
- 3:40:33Unknown: Believe that's the only only that's one I don't believe. I I don't even believe they've remade this one about that part of the world right there. Okay.
- 3:40:44Yep. He marched above what was his name? And what?
- 3:40:49I can't remember his real name. Anyway, good story. Very shows you how they cut Saudi Arabia off and founded these countries and all the shit they went through and all that. I haven't watched it in years, but I've been thinking about going back and watching it.
