- 0:00Speaker 1: Let's welcome the vessel of the hour, Apostle Joshua Nimack Thelman.
- 0:11Speaker 2: Please receive him, celebrate him, celebrate him, Apostle Thelman, celebrate him.
- 0:32Speaker 1: Hallelujah. Glory be to Jesus. Amen. I'm happy and truly
- 0:55Speaker 1: very honored to be here. And thank you so much,
- 1:00Speaker 1: Victory Life Bible Church. Thank you for always receiving me.
- 1:04Speaker 1: I love this church. In the name of Jesus Christ,
- 1:09Speaker 1: please allow us to stand as we honor the angel
- 1:13Speaker 1: over this house and his dear wife, Apostle Achidume. Thank you.
- 1:17Speaker 3: Thank you so, so very much.
- 1:21Speaker 1: And the reason why I do this many times is because,
- 1:25Speaker 1: just like the man of God said, Everywhere you see greatness,
- 1:29Speaker 1: everywhere you see.
- 1:30Speaker 3: Grace, don't ignore it.
- 1:32Speaker 1: Hallelujah. We're gathered here because of God, but we're also
- 1:36Speaker 1: gathered here because of the vision and the obedience and
- 1:39Speaker 1: the consistency of one man. Please, one more time, help
- 1:42Speaker 1: me honor the grace of God upon his servant.
- 1:48Speaker 3: Hallelujah.
- 1:52Speaker 1: Let me thank all those who received us. Thank you
- 1:54Speaker 1: for the graciousness. Thank you for the honor. The truth
- 1:57Speaker 1: is that there is nothing that we have outside of
- 2:01Speaker 1: the message of God. You know, sometimes we politicize these statements,
- 2:04Speaker 1: but it is still the truth. Whether or not we
- 2:07Speaker 1: believe it. Hallelujah. Paul said, I am what I am
- 2:13Speaker 1: by the grace of God. And every time you doubt that,
- 2:17Speaker 1: all it takes is for God to take one step
- 2:19Speaker 1: out of your life. And it doesn't matter what level
- 2:22Speaker 1: you are, you will come crashing. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. So if
- 2:27Speaker 1: ever you see us doing the things that we are doing,
- 2:30Speaker 1: there is a hand behind us, you see. And it
- 2:35Speaker 1: is to him that we give that glory. Many years ago,
- 2:39Speaker 1: the Lord told me, he said, if you will let
- 2:42Speaker 1: men see me, there is nothing I will not give you.
- 2:46Speaker 1: That is it. If you will let men see me,
- 2:50Speaker 1: there is nothing I will not give you. While we're standing,
- 2:54Speaker 1: I just want to minister to somebody. Am I doing
- 2:59Speaker 1: something right? Hallelujah. I'm sure technical people are working on it.
- 3:06Speaker 3: Maybe you work on the reverb.
- 3:09Speaker 1: Thank you. Thank you.
- 3:10Speaker 3: Hallelujah.
- 3:11Speaker 1: Listen, let me teach you something. Every time you come
- 3:18Speaker 1: to God trusting him for lifting or trusting God for everything,
- 3:22Speaker 1: It is not.
- 3:23Speaker 3: Difficult to walk with God.
- 3:25Speaker 1: Yours is to make a determination that your life will
- 3:28Speaker 1: be ever about revealing him. The temptation of all men
- 3:32Speaker 1: is that we like to be celebrities. Especially because this
- 3:38Speaker 1: is a plague particularly in the African continent. We've come
- 3:41Speaker 1: from wounded backgrounds by default. So the pressure to want
- 3:45Speaker 1: to show that I have arrived. The pressure to want
- 3:48Speaker 1: to show that I have made it. I'm a great preacher.
- 3:52Speaker 1: It's a temptation that befalls all men. But there is
- 3:57Speaker 1: something about the revelation of Jesus when you have. It
- 4:01Speaker 1: doesn't matter how.
- 4:02Speaker 3: He lifts you.
- 4:03Speaker 1: You see, you will intentionally let people know that my
- 4:09Speaker 1: assignment here is that the more you look at me,
- 4:12Speaker 1: if I'm truly a mirror, you should not see me.
- 4:16Speaker 1: If you look at me and you still see me,
- 4:19Speaker 1: then something is wrong with that mirror. If you stand
- 4:22Speaker 1: in front of a mirror and see another person. That
- 4:25Speaker 1: mirror is an object of divination. It's no longer a mirror.
- 4:30Speaker 4: To see you high and lifted up. Shining in the
- 4:37Speaker 4: light of your glory. Pour out your power and love.
- 4:45Speaker 4: As we sing holy.
- 5:13Speaker 1: Father, we thank you for tonight. It is an honor
- 5:16Speaker 1: to bring your word to your people. Thank you for
- 5:19Speaker 1: this great church. Thank you for this amazing work, blessing
- 5:24Speaker 1: the nations, blessing this territory. Lord, I pray that as
- 5:29Speaker 1: I bring your word, that your people will see you
- 5:33Speaker 1: in your power, that they will see you in your wisdom,
- 5:37Speaker 1: and that you will glorify Jesus once again in this place.
- 5:41Speaker 1: For in Jesus' matchless name we have prayed. Thank you
- 5:46Speaker 1: once again. Please be seated. Thank you, my dear people.
- 5:49Speaker 1: Thank you. Amen. So I'm teaching very briefly for tonight.
- 5:55Speaker 1: This is my first session with you. And I was
- 5:59Speaker 1: very touched when I saw the theme for the meeting.
- 6:04Speaker 1: It caught my heart because for me, it is a
- 6:08Speaker 1: representation of all that I stand for, all that I
- 6:13Speaker 1: live for, everything that I do. is centered around the
- 6:17Speaker 1: understanding of this theme. I have taught across many subjects
- 6:21Speaker 1: by the grace of God. I have taught on faith.
- 6:24Speaker 1: I have taught on healing. I have taught on power,
- 6:29Speaker 1: dynamics of the anointing. I have taught on success in
- 6:32Speaker 1: all its ramifications. I have taught on prosperity. I have
- 6:36Speaker 1: taught on purpose. I have taught on destiny. But none
- 6:40Speaker 1: of these teachings in themselves captivate me as much as
- 6:46Speaker 1: a theme that for me represents the epicenter of.
- 6:52Speaker 3: The believer's pursuit. Hallelujah.
- 6:55Speaker 1: Every other thing we seek outside of this central theme, um,
- 7:00Speaker 1: is just auxiliary knowledge. The foundation, the pivotal point of
- 7:06Speaker 1: the believer's pursuit is on understanding the person of Jesus.
- 7:11Speaker 1: You can get a healing, you can get a miracle,
- 7:14Speaker 1: you can get, um, Delivered, you can prosper.
- 7:19Speaker 3: Jesus is beyond a principle.
- 7:22Speaker 1: Principles are derived from the knowledge of his person. And
- 7:26Speaker 1: so as we delve into this subject, for the time
- 7:30Speaker 1: that I have, I want to request that you lend
- 7:32Speaker 1: me your attention and I want us to assume the
- 7:37Speaker 1: posture of a student that is ever willing to learn.
- 7:40Speaker 1: Because sometimes what we know can stop us from knowing
- 7:44Speaker 1: what we need to know. The Bible says in 1
- 7:47Speaker 1: Corinthians chapter 8 and verse 2, it says, and if
- 7:50Speaker 1: any man think that he knoweth anything, it says that
- 7:54Speaker 1: he knoweth nothing as he ought to know. There is
- 7:58Speaker 1: a standard in the spirit that God desires and demands
- 8:02Speaker 1: that we rise unto as far as knowledge is concerned.
- 8:06Speaker 1: And so I've come to lend my voice alongside the
- 8:09Speaker 1: many other preachers who have come and will be coming perhaps, um,
- 8:15Speaker 1: To the end that we really understand Jesus, probably in
- 8:20Speaker 1: a way that we have not seen him before. And
- 8:22Speaker 1: the end of revelation is empowerment. Any dimension of light
- 8:28Speaker 1: and truth that fails to empower is false. For the
- 8:31Speaker 1: Bible says that was the true light that lighted upon
- 8:36Speaker 1: every man. If it is true revelation, it is for
- 8:39Speaker 1: all and then it empowers. Ezekiel chapter 2, 1 and 2,
- 8:44Speaker 1: the Bible says, said unto me son of man stand
- 8:47Speaker 1: upon your feet and he did not have the power
- 8:50Speaker 1: ezekiel chapter 2 1 and 2 didn't have the power
- 8:54Speaker 1: to stand and verse 2 says and the spirit entered
- 8:58Speaker 1: into me when not before when he speak so with
- 9:03Speaker 1: his words came the empowerment hallelujah the meaning of that
- 9:08Speaker 1: is that whilst you are listening to me in the
- 9:10Speaker 1: name of jesus the grace component that is behind everything
- 9:14Speaker 1: i'm saying it will also rest upon you. That at
- 9:18Speaker 1: the end of this meeting, you will not just live
- 9:20Speaker 1: with an intelligent information, but that number one, the word
- 9:25Speaker 1: of God would have altered your understanding and grace would
- 9:28Speaker 1: have been deposited at a higher dimension in your life.
- 9:32Speaker 3: You believe that?
- 9:33Speaker 1: Say amen. There are three questions I came to answer
- 9:39Speaker 1: in this conference as far as my session is concerned,
- 9:43Speaker 1: or three Areas that I came to look at by
- 9:47Speaker 1: the Spirit of God. Number one, I came by the
- 9:50Speaker 1: Spirit of God to help us understand the person of Jesus.
- 9:54Speaker 1: And shortly we'll be going to the scripture, the text
- 9:57Speaker 1: for the conference where the word was got. from. It's
- 10:01Speaker 1: important we understand Jesus. And in understanding Jesus, there are
- 10:05Speaker 1: three things I want us to consider.
- 10:07Speaker 3: Number one, who is he? Who exactly is Jesus?
- 10:12Speaker 1: If you never had the opportunity to be part of
- 10:14Speaker 1: a Christian faith, perhaps you were somewhere across the globe, um,
- 10:19Speaker 1: raised in one of the many religions, over 4,000 religions
- 10:23Speaker 1: that we have in the world, and then you had
- 10:25Speaker 1: the opportunity to meet such a person, and then now
- 10:30Speaker 1: to introduce Jesus, what would you say? Sometimes we take
- 10:33Speaker 1: for granted because we have the leverage of a foundation
- 10:37Speaker 1: of Christianity. Even if you were not personally born again,
- 10:40Speaker 1: the fact that you grew up around everything church, it
- 10:44Speaker 1: makes it easier for you to just flow with the
- 10:47Speaker 1: understanding of Jesus. But when you meet someone who has
- 10:50Speaker 1: never had any encounter whatsoever, who would you tell him
- 10:54Speaker 1: Jesus is? Question two, what was his mission? Why did
- 11:00Speaker 1: Jesus come? You will be surprised, ladies and gentlemen, how
- 11:04Speaker 1: many individuals, how many believers, and that includes preachers, people
- 11:09Speaker 1: who shout from the pulpit week in, week out, who
- 11:13Speaker 1: cannot articulate with intelligence the mission of Jesus. Sometimes we
- 11:19Speaker 1: find ourselves victims of having knowledge across several things. We
- 11:24Speaker 1: know several things except what Jesus came for. Hallelujah.
- 11:29Speaker 3: It's very important.
- 11:31Speaker 1: The third and final question that I hope that this
- 11:33Speaker 1: discussion tonight and then tomorrow would answer is, did he
- 11:37Speaker 1: succeed in his mission?
- 11:40Speaker 3: And if yes, what is the proof?
- 11:45Speaker 1: Did Jesus really succeed in his mission? Because the revelation
- 11:50Speaker 1: of the third question is where the victory of the
- 11:52Speaker 1: believer lies. And I'm talking to a church here that
- 11:56Speaker 1: is cultured along the understanding of victory. So one last time,
- 12:00Speaker 1: who is he? Who is Jesus exactly? Beyond the walls
- 12:05Speaker 1: of religion, who is Jesus? Beyond the walls of history,
- 12:10Speaker 1: who is he? Beyond the Galilean that just walked across
- 12:14Speaker 1: born by a virgin in the midst of so much controversy.
- 12:20Speaker 1: An encounter with an angel. And then what was his mission?
- 12:27Speaker 1: You need to understand the mission of Jesus. Because our
- 12:30Speaker 1: assignment on earth as believers is an extension of that mission.
- 12:35Speaker 1: And if you do not have an understanding of that
- 12:38Speaker 1: mission foundationally. It will corrupt what you call purpose. There
- 12:43Speaker 1: is a big difference between purpose and ambition. They can
- 12:47Speaker 1: be related, but one precedes the other. Ambition without purpose
- 12:52Speaker 1: will only waste your time and you will rigmarole and
- 12:55Speaker 1: go around earth frustrated and then end your life in
- 12:59Speaker 1: shame and pain. Hallelujah.
- 13:03Speaker 3: So did he succeed?
- 13:04Speaker 1: I like the third point because This is what will
- 13:08Speaker 1: define the quality of the Christian experience of any two believers.
- 13:14Speaker 1: You will be learning in the course of this teaching
- 13:17Speaker 1: that principally the assignment of every believer is to eventually
- 13:23Speaker 1: be a validation teacher. a validator of the victory that.
- 13:28Speaker 3: Is in Christ.
- 13:29Speaker 1: That means the entire span of your lifetime should be
- 13:32Speaker 1: a project proving to earth that indeed Jesus' mission did
- 13:37Speaker 1: not fail. And if you fail to achieve that with
- 13:40Speaker 1: your life, you have robbed God an opportunity from getting
- 13:43Speaker 1: glory from your life. Are we together? And then if
- 13:47Speaker 1: it is true that Jesus succeeded in.
- 13:49Speaker 3: That mission, what is the proof? There has to be an.
- 13:54Speaker 1: evidence and attestation to the fact that he defeated for
- 13:58Speaker 1: instance sin satan hell and the grave because for men
- 14:02Speaker 1: in the body that is just a religious cliche and
- 14:05Speaker 1: we hardly can stand in defense to that statement but
- 14:10Speaker 1: the bible makes a profound statement And let me prime
- 14:14Speaker 1: your curiosity already. Acts chapter 4 and verse 33. The
- 14:19Speaker 1: Bible says, and with great power gave the apostles witness
- 14:24Speaker 1: of the resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ. And it says,
- 14:29Speaker 1: great grace was upon them all. With great power. Not
- 14:33Speaker 1: with discussions, not with assumptions. With great power gave the
- 14:38Speaker 1: apostles witness of the resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ.
- 14:42Speaker 3: Praise the name of the Lord. You have that down?
- 14:45Speaker 3: Let's go to Acts chapter 1 then.
- 14:47Speaker 1: Acts chapter 1, I'll read 10 and 11. This is
- 14:51Speaker 1: where the theme for the conference was derived from. Now
- 14:55Speaker 1: from a theological standpoint, Acts chapter 1... The Bible presents
- 15:02Speaker 1: the disciples now confused. Jesus had gone and promised them
- 15:07Speaker 1: that on the third day he would resurrect. And the
- 15:09Speaker 1: Bible tells us that when he resurrected, there were many
- 15:12Speaker 1: other activities that happened around his life.
- 15:14Speaker 3: And through a span of 50 days, he was on earth.
- 15:19Speaker 1: And among those 50 days, 40 days among the 50 days,
- 15:22Speaker 1: he spent it catching up on the remaining lecture that
- 15:26Speaker 1: he was having with the disciples who would soon be
- 15:29Speaker 1: apostles before him. His ascension to heaven. And he gathered them,
- 15:35Speaker 1: asked them to wait. And as soon as he came
- 15:38Speaker 1: back to life, the Bible says he put them together.
- 15:41Speaker 1: And over a span of 40 days, he was expounding
- 15:45Speaker 1: to them the more on the things that pertain unto
- 15:48Speaker 1: the kingdom.
- 15:48Speaker 3: Hallelujah.
- 15:50Speaker 1: Now at this time, many of the disciples did not
- 15:53Speaker 1: understand the things we know now. The reason is number one,
- 15:56Speaker 1: Jesus already told them that he had many things to
- 15:59Speaker 1: tell them that they could not bear because they had
- 16:01Speaker 1: not received the Holy Spirit. The other things Jesus was
- 16:05Speaker 1: going to tell them was revealed by Paul.
- 16:07Speaker 3: Are we together now?
- 16:09Speaker 1: So the way the Christian faith is built is that
- 16:11Speaker 1: the gospel gives you the foundation, but the epistles give
- 16:15Speaker 1: you the structure of the believer's understanding. Jesus never taught
- 16:19Speaker 1: extensively about the ministry of the Holy Spirit. It was
- 16:23Speaker 1: Paul by the Spirit who gave a lot of order
- 16:26Speaker 1: and precision to the believer. We never knew who we
- 16:28Speaker 1: were in Christ because we were not taught, not even
- 16:31Speaker 1: by Jesus. But he did tell us that there were
- 16:34Speaker 1: other things that the Holy Spirit will help us to understand.
- 16:37Speaker 3: Are we together now?
- 16:38Speaker 1: So in Acts chapter 1, they were concerned about what
- 16:42Speaker 1: they presumed to be the restoration of the nation of Israel.
- 16:46Speaker 1: Because a prophetic word had come that Israel would one
- 16:49Speaker 1: day become a nation. And that has happened historically. So
- 16:53Speaker 1: in their minds, they thought he was the Messiah who
- 16:56Speaker 1: would come, defeat Caesar, defeat Herod, and then now bring
- 17:00Speaker 1: back the nation of Israel. And so their following Jesus
- 17:04Speaker 1: was not necessarily out of love. They were hoping to
- 17:06Speaker 1: get stakes, political appointments.
- 17:09Speaker 3: Are we together?
- 17:10Speaker 1: When those governments were overthrown, that was why Peter, I mean,
- 17:15Speaker 1: James and John lobbied their mother because when they saw
- 17:18Speaker 1: that the process, I mean, this invincible man, it looked
- 17:21Speaker 1: like nobody would defeat him. They spoke to their mother
- 17:24Speaker 1: to try to lobby a position for them.
- 17:26Speaker 3: Remember the story?
- 17:28Speaker 1: And so she already came and used the heart of
- 17:31Speaker 1: her mother to say, my dear son, Jesus. By the
- 17:34Speaker 1: time you are done with Herod and Caesar, would you
- 17:37Speaker 1: grant that as you sit down, it will be an
- 17:39Speaker 1: honor for me as a mother to see my children
- 17:41Speaker 1: sitting at your left and your right. When the other
- 17:43Speaker 1: disciples had it, because they too were high in that position.
- 17:46Speaker 3: They were angry. They said, are you the only one
- 17:48Speaker 3: who is interested in this?
- 17:53Speaker 1: And so as time proceeded and they noticed Jesus was
- 17:56Speaker 1: not saying anything about fighting Herod. fighting Caesar nor the
- 18:01Speaker 1: promised opportunity. They got angry and they started asking him
- 18:06Speaker 1: a question. He said, listen, it will no longer be
- 18:08Speaker 1: a rumor. We have left all to follow you. What
- 18:10Speaker 1: is in this thing for us? We won't be discussing
- 18:13Speaker 1: quietly and feel cheated. You get the whole story now?
- 18:16Speaker 1: And Jesus said, aha, finally. He says, no man who
- 18:19Speaker 1: has left this and that and that. They still didn't
- 18:21Speaker 1: understand it. It's the reason why the moment Jesus... Jesus
- 18:25Speaker 1: gave up himself. They all ran away. They ran away
- 18:27Speaker 1: in pain. It was beyond fear. They felt cheated. Three
- 18:31Speaker 1: and a half years of their lives had been wasted.
- 18:33Speaker 1: Some of them were fishermen. Some of them were professionals.
- 18:36Speaker 1: They left all to follow him because he gave them
- 18:39Speaker 1: a proposition that he was Messiah. They did not understand
- 18:42Speaker 1: it was a spiritual assignment. They looked forward to the
- 18:46Speaker 1: fulfillment of prophecy where other, these hedonistic kings would be
- 18:51Speaker 1: overthrown by Jesus.
- 18:53Speaker 3: Now Jesus finally gives himself and they ran away.
- 18:56Speaker 4: Hallelujah.
- 18:58Speaker 1: It's the reason why when he came back to life,
- 19:00Speaker 1: Peter felt guilty. John chapter 21, you'll find that there.
- 19:05Speaker 1: And Jesus comes to Peter. Peter said, I go fishing.
- 19:07Speaker 1: Let me go back to do what I was doing.
- 19:09Speaker 1: Before this deceiver came in the name of a savior.
- 19:13Speaker 1: And the remaining disciples said, we go with you. They
- 19:15Speaker 1: struggled and did not catch fish. When Jesus came and
- 19:19Speaker 1: met them. When Peter discerned that it was the resurrected Christ.
- 19:22Speaker 1: He said, depart from me.
- 19:24Speaker 3: I am a sinner.
- 19:25Speaker 1: When you now get to verse 15. Jesus looks at
- 19:28Speaker 1: John 21 and verse 15. He says, Peter. Now I meant,
- 19:35Speaker 1: I said, John, Peter, really. Simon, but Jonah loves them
- 19:39Speaker 1: more than these. And then they began that discussion and
- 19:42Speaker 1: he said, feed my sheep, feed my lamb. And Peter
- 19:46Speaker 1: was broken. He was caught to the heart. And you
- 19:48Speaker 1: would see a converted Peter. standing in defense of truth
- 19:53Speaker 1: in Acts chapter 2 when the Holy Ghost came upon
- 19:57Speaker 1: them on the day of Pentecost. Peter got up and said,
- 19:59Speaker 1: I ran away once. I will not run away again.
- 20:02Speaker 1: He said, this is that which was prophesied by Joel.
- 20:05Speaker 1: I just wanted to give you a background. Okay, so
- 20:08Speaker 1: Jesus was giving them his final charge before leaving, Acts
- 20:12Speaker 1: chapter 1. They now said, would you at this time
- 20:15Speaker 1: restore the kingdom, the nation of Israel? And then he
- 20:19Speaker 1: replied by saying, it is not for you to know
- 20:20Speaker 1: the times that the Father has put within his care.
- 20:24Speaker 1: Verse 8 now says, but ye shall receive power after
- 20:28Speaker 1: that the Holy Ghost has come upon you.
- 20:30Speaker 3: Are we Bible students?
- 20:31Speaker 1: It says, and you shall be witnesses unto me in Jerusalem,
- 20:35Speaker 1: in Judea, Samaria, and to the uttermost part of the earth. Now,
- 20:41Speaker 1: verse 10, or verse 9, well, 10 for sake of time.
- 20:47Speaker 1: The Bible says that while they looked at him as
- 20:50Speaker 1: he levitated right in their presence. Isn't it amazing that
- 20:53Speaker 1: this was not a vision? They literally saw him bodily levitating.
- 20:58Speaker 1: He lifted up from the earth and was on his
- 21:00Speaker 1: way and vanished through the cloud. And the Bible says,
- 21:03Speaker 1: while they looked steadfastly towards heaven, there appeared two men
- 21:07Speaker 1: in white apparel. Verse 11 now. Which also did say,
- 21:11Speaker 1: ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into
- 21:15Speaker 1: the heavens?
- 21:16Speaker 3: Then he says, this same Jesus.
- 21:20Speaker 1: Now.
- 21:21Speaker 3: Let's speak English for a few minutes.
- 21:24Speaker 1: You don't tell anyone this same anything until they've encountered
- 21:29Speaker 1: that same thing before. You never introduce anything to a
- 21:35Speaker 1: person the first time and use the word same. Same
- 21:41Speaker 1: suggests that the person already has an idea of what
- 21:44Speaker 1: you are talking about.
- 21:45Speaker 3: Are we together now?
- 21:46Speaker 1: So this same Jesus says, is not a message for
- 21:52Speaker 1: those who do not know him. It's a message for
- 21:54Speaker 1: those who want to increase. So tonight I want to
- 21:57Speaker 1: talk about this Jesus first. Then we'll talk about this
- 22:02Speaker 1: same Jesus for those who knew him. Because when you
- 22:06Speaker 1: are talking to someone who has never met him, you
- 22:09Speaker 1: cannot say this same Jesus. Which one? I've never even
- 22:14Speaker 1: met him in the first place. I want to introduce
- 22:18Speaker 1: to you the Jesus of the Bible. The one he
- 22:22Speaker 1: wants the nations to know. Not the one who has
- 22:26Speaker 1: been battered through the lens of religion. Not the one
- 22:31Speaker 1: who has come under the prejudices of preachers, intellectuals, businessmen,
- 22:38Speaker 1: culture and history. God demands and desires that there is
- 22:43Speaker 1: a portrait of Jesus.
- 22:45Speaker 3: That be presented to the nation.
- 22:49Speaker 1: There are about 8 billion people there about and counting
- 22:53Speaker 1: inhabitants on this earth right now. And out of them,
- 22:57Speaker 1: statistics will tell us that there are only about 2.8
- 23:01Speaker 1: billion who are professing or practicing Christians. That is a
- 23:07Speaker 1: very scary statistics, especially because we look forward to the
- 23:11Speaker 1: imminent return of the Christ. And yet you can see
- 23:15Speaker 1: that using these statistics, it seems like the church has.
- 23:19Speaker 3: Not done a very great job.
- 23:21Speaker 1: Because if you mark the church against all the spiritual
- 23:25Speaker 1: provisions that have been given, the name of Jesus, the
- 23:28Speaker 1: word of God, the ministry of the Holy Spirit, the
- 23:30Speaker 1: ministry of angels, the five-fold ministry, you would expect that
- 23:34Speaker 1: a better job should have been done in covering that gap.
- 23:38Speaker 1: Because the Bible says God's ultimate desire is that all
- 23:41Speaker 1: men will know him and then to come into the
- 23:45Speaker 1: knowledge of the truth.
- 23:46Speaker 3: Are we together now?
- 23:48Speaker 1: And so I think I have thought about this myself
- 23:51Speaker 1: as to why there are many churches, many preachers, many conferences,
- 23:57Speaker 1: many conventions, many books, many Christian names. And you would
- 24:02Speaker 1: think that all of those things should translate into an
- 24:05Speaker 1: acceleration of in terms of in gathering and harvest.
- 24:10Speaker 3: But it does not seem to be so.
- 24:12Speaker 1: And this has been statistically proven. And the way the
- 24:14Speaker 1: Christian faith was structured is such that when you receive Jesus,
- 24:18Speaker 1: it was not designed to be hidden. There are few
- 24:22Speaker 1: times they hid their convictions and that was when they
- 24:25Speaker 1: were persecuted. And even at that, many of them became
- 24:28Speaker 1: bold and were willing to be martyred. It then means
- 24:31Speaker 1: there is something about the portrait of Jesus we are
- 24:34Speaker 1: selling to the nations.
- 24:36Speaker 3: Are we together?
- 24:38Speaker 1: Now, from a technological standpoint, we have people who have
- 24:41Speaker 1: brought up softwares that are not even up to 15
- 24:44Speaker 1: years old. And they sold that idea. That idea today
- 24:48Speaker 1: is used by over 4 to 5 billion people.
- 24:52Speaker 3: The Facebooks, the Instagrams.
- 24:54Speaker 1: I mean, these ideas, some of them are younger than
- 24:57Speaker 1: 10 years. Yet, it penetrated beyond the borders of culture, race, demography,
- 25:04Speaker 1: and many have received them. Because they structured those applications
- 25:08Speaker 1: in a way that men saw the value and the
- 25:11Speaker 1: need for it. We have been presenting Jesus for many
- 25:14Speaker 1: years and the nations are corporately rejecting him. It means
- 25:18Speaker 1: we have to re-examine what we are presenting.
- 25:23Speaker 3: Are we learning? If it is the God of the Bible,
- 25:27Speaker 3: what is.
- 25:28Speaker 1: The difference between our presentation of Jesus and what happened
- 25:34Speaker 1: on the day of Pentecost? Because the Bible tells us
- 25:37Speaker 1: with no PA system, with no kind of advantage whatsoever,
- 25:42Speaker 1: Peter got up a frail fisherman and delivered a lecture,
- 25:46Speaker 1: a sermon for only God knows how long. And as
- 25:49Speaker 1: a result of that one presentation of Jesus, He wrapped
- 25:53Speaker 1: up his message by saying, let it be known to you, Israel,
- 25:56Speaker 1: that the Jesus you have crucified has today been exalted
- 26:00Speaker 1: as Lord and Christ. Your Bible, my Bible says they
- 26:03Speaker 1: were caught to the heart. And they said, men and brethren,
- 26:07Speaker 1: what do we do? When last did anybody ask you
- 26:10Speaker 1: that question? Are we together now? And the Bible says
- 26:17Speaker 1: as a result of that beautiful presentation, 3,000 people.
- 26:23Speaker 3: In one meeting.
- 26:24Speaker 1: 3,000 people. No social media. 3,000 people. No public address system.
- 26:32Speaker 3: 3,000 people.
- 26:35Speaker 1: No internet, no opportunity to document as we have today. 3,000 people,
- 26:43Speaker 1: no access to Bibles freely given to everyone. They were
- 26:46Speaker 1: kept as scrolls in temples, read and folded back. 3,000 people.
- 26:53Speaker 1: So let's walk together, ladies and gentlemen, as we attempt
- 26:56Speaker 1: to use the few minutes that we have to introduce Jesus,
- 27:00Speaker 1: the way he wants to be known. John chapter 17
- 27:04Speaker 1: and verse 3. Jesus made a very profound statement praying
- 27:09Speaker 1: to the Father. And he said, this is life eternal.
- 27:13Speaker 1: Jesus is speaking now. He says, to know thee, the
- 27:18Speaker 1: only true God and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent.
- 27:23Speaker 1: I think from scripture, the most concise word. Introduction of Jesus.
- 27:29Speaker 1: In my opinion. That is both enlightening and inspiring.
- 27:35Speaker 3: Is found in John chapter 1.
- 27:37Speaker 1: John. Presented Jesus in such an intelligent manner. Now all
- 27:44Speaker 1: other synoptic accounts of the gospel. They came some from
- 27:47Speaker 1: a historic standpoint. Others came just with the testimonies and
- 27:51Speaker 1: his humanity. But John began tracing the divinity of Jesus.
- 27:56Speaker 1: Let's read the first 12 verses of John chapter 1
- 28:00Speaker 1: very quickly. Is God helping someone already? In the beginning
- 28:05Speaker 1: he says was the word.
- 28:07Speaker 3: I like John.
- 28:09Speaker 1: And the word was with God. And the word was God.
- 28:15Speaker 1: Can we continue? The same.
- 28:18Speaker 3: Now you see our word again.
- 28:20Speaker 1: The same. Haven't told you something before that time. He
- 28:24Speaker 1: says keep this understanding as we run through the list.
- 28:27Speaker 1: The same was in the beginning with God. Then he
- 28:32Speaker 1: now begins to describe something beautiful. He says all things
- 28:36Speaker 1: were made by him. The same one. That same word
- 28:41Speaker 1: and without him meaning outside of his influence was not
- 28:45Speaker 1: anything made that was made. Next verse.
- 28:49Speaker 3: In him.
- 28:50Speaker 1: Who is the him? The same one we are talking
- 28:52Speaker 1: about in verse 1. In him was life. And that
- 28:57Speaker 1: life was the light of man. And the Bible says
- 29:01Speaker 1: the light that was in him can shine through darkness
- 29:05Speaker 1: in a way that darkness would never comprehend it.
- 29:07Speaker 3: Verse 6.
- 29:08Speaker 1: There was a man. Now he digresses to speak about John.
- 29:14Speaker 1: Still strengthening the understanding of that same person. There was
- 29:18Speaker 1: a man he says sent from God. Whose name was
- 29:21Speaker 1: John verse 7. He says the same man came for
- 29:25Speaker 1: a witness. To bear witness of the light. That men
- 29:30Speaker 1: through the excellency of his witness now might believe. He
- 29:34Speaker 1: goes back to his discussion. He was not that light.
- 29:38Speaker 1: He was only setting. to be a witness of the light.
- 29:41Speaker 1: Verse 9. That was the true light. Who is he
- 29:45Speaker 1: talking about now? The same word now. Notice he never
- 29:50Speaker 1: mentioned Jesus here. That was the true light. Which lighted
- 29:57Speaker 1: every man that cometh into the world. Verse 10. He
- 30:01Speaker 1: said he was in the world. And though the world
- 30:04Speaker 1: was made by him. The world knew him not. He
- 30:09Speaker 1: came to his own. And his own received him not.
- 30:13Speaker 1: I wish I had time. An intelligent mind will read
- 30:17Speaker 1: verse 11 and not just pass it.
- 30:18Speaker 3: You will have to ask why.
- 30:19Speaker 1: Why?
- 30:21Speaker 3: Because when you come to your own.
- 30:23Speaker 1: You should have an advantage of reception. If I come
- 30:25Speaker 1: to my people. What happened that his own people rejected him.
- 30:29Speaker 1: But the Bible says. Verse 12. But as many. As
- 30:36Speaker 1: received him. To them he gave. Power. To become. The
- 30:47Speaker 1: sons of God. Even to them that believed.
- 30:51Speaker 3: On his name. Blessed be the name of the Lord.
- 30:55Speaker 1: Who is Jesus? God began to reveal himself all through scripture.
- 31:04Speaker 1: And he revealed himself. dimensionally in many ways, particularly to
- 31:09Speaker 1: the nation of Israel. They named him all the names
- 31:13Speaker 1: that you know God to be in the Bible as
- 31:16Speaker 1: captured Jireh, Rapha. These were different dimensions of God that
- 31:20Speaker 1: were captured in his name and preserved so that generations
- 31:24Speaker 1: will learn God. But for the sake of time, I
- 31:28Speaker 1: like to start by helping us understand why Who Jesus
- 31:32Speaker 1: is number one. The Bible tells us very clearly. That
- 31:38Speaker 1: Jesus himself. He called himself the son of God. Jesus
- 31:44Speaker 1: called himself God. He called himself the.
- 31:48Speaker 3: Son of God. John chapter 1 called him the word.
- 31:52Speaker 1: The Greek expression is the logos of God. That means
- 31:58Speaker 1: the thoughts of a man that seeks to find expression. Jesus.
- 32:04Speaker 1: The Bible calls him light, the light of the world
- 32:07Speaker 1: in fact. Are we together? But I think that for me,
- 32:14Speaker 1: the greatest way to really understand Jesus is to hear
- 32:18Speaker 1: what he had to say about himself. Many of us
- 32:22Speaker 1: here have written books about And one of the greatest
- 32:26Speaker 1: ways to find out about a man is to listen
- 32:29Speaker 1: to what that man said about himself. Whatever a man
- 32:32Speaker 1: says about himself is considered the most trusted information about
- 32:35Speaker 1: that man.
- 32:36Speaker 3: Do you agree?
- 32:38Speaker 1: So let's consider very quickly what Jesus said about himself.
- 32:42Speaker 1: I will run through the least 10 of them scattered
- 32:45Speaker 1: from scripture. We may not have the time to explain
- 32:48Speaker 1: because I just want you to have an understanding of
- 32:51Speaker 1: who and what Jesus said he was. Are you ready?
- 32:54Speaker 1: Number one, Jesus called himself the bread of life. Please
- 32:59Speaker 1: write that down. John 6, 35. Jesus called himself the
- 33:04Speaker 1: bread of life. Number two, Jesus called himself the light
- 33:13Speaker 1: of the world. John 8, 12. Jesus called himself the
- 33:19Speaker 1: light of the world. My apologies if I stretch you
- 33:22Speaker 1: a bit. The light of the world. You just write.
- 33:25Speaker 1: Number three. Jesus called himself the door. He said this
- 33:31Speaker 1: about himself. I am the door. You know what the
- 33:35Speaker 1: door means? The authorized access point. I came into this
- 33:39Speaker 1: beautiful auditorium through a door. You find that in John
- 33:46Speaker 1: chapter 10 and verse 7. You also find that in
- 33:49Speaker 1: verse 9. I am the door. What else did Jesus
- 33:54Speaker 1: say about himself? Jesus called himself the good shepherd. I
- 34:00Speaker 1: am the good shepherd. John 10 11. I am the
- 34:05Speaker 1: good shepherd. There are bad shepherds. But there are good shepherds.
- 34:13Speaker 3: Are we together?
- 34:15Speaker 1: Number five. Jesus made a profound statement in John 11.
- 34:20Speaker 3: Calling himself the resurrection and the life. Hallelujah.
- 34:25Speaker 1: I am the resurrection and the life. John 11 25.
- 34:29Speaker 1: I am the resurrection and the life. Number six. What
- 34:39Speaker 1: did Jesus say about himself? He called himself in John
- 34:42Speaker 1: 14 and verse 6, the way and the truth and
- 34:47Speaker 1: the life. I am the way, he said. I am
- 34:51Speaker 1: the truth and I am the life. These were the
- 34:55Speaker 1: words of Jesus, John 14, 6. I am the way
- 34:59Speaker 1: and the truth and the life. He now said, no
- 35:02Speaker 1: man comment unto the Father. That means there is no
- 35:06Speaker 1: other way of accessing the Father. I am not one
- 35:09Speaker 1: of many options to the Father. He clarified it by
- 35:14Speaker 1: himself that there are no two ways to the Father.
- 35:18Speaker 1: He says no man comment to the father. So any
- 35:21Speaker 1: man who claims to have a relationship with the father
- 35:25Speaker 1: ignoring Jesus is lying. Because Jesus said I am the
- 35:31Speaker 1: only way to the father. Number seven. What did Jesus
- 35:36Speaker 1: call himself? He called himself the true vine. John 15, 15.
- 35:40Speaker 1: I am the true vine. I like this. I am
- 35:46Speaker 1: the true vine. John 15, verse 1. My apologies. And
- 35:51Speaker 1: then verse 5. John 15, 1 and verse 5.
- 35:55Speaker 3: Please correct that.
- 35:56Speaker 1: I am the true vine. Can I give you three more?
- 36:03Speaker 1: Number 8. I like this one. Now we leave the
- 36:07Speaker 1: gospels and we go to Revelation. Where John is caught
- 36:11Speaker 1: up in the Isle of Patmos. And Jesus continues speaking.
- 36:15Speaker 1: There he calls himself, I am Alpha Omega beginning and ending.
- 36:23Speaker 1: Now I don't know how a man would describe himself
- 36:26Speaker 1: that way.
- 36:26Speaker 3: But this is Jesus for you.
- 36:29Speaker 1: Alpha Omega beginning and the ending. Revelations 1 verse 8.
- 36:38Speaker 1: Revelations 21 verse 6. Revelations 22 verse 13. I'll take
- 36:44Speaker 1: it again. I am Alpha Omega beginning and the ending.
- 36:51Speaker 1: Revelations 1 verse 8. Revelations 21 verse 6. Revelations 22
- 36:58Speaker 1: verse 13. If you're with me, shout it loud, Amen.
- 37:07Speaker 1: Number nine, what did Jesus say about himself introducing himself
- 37:12Speaker 1: to us? In Revelation chapter 1 and verse 17, he
- 37:16Speaker 1: called himself the first and the last. I am the first,
- 37:22Speaker 1: the originator and the culminator of all things. I am
- 37:27Speaker 1: the first and the last. I am the first and
- 37:32Speaker 1: the last. I am the first. That means everything, including
- 37:36Speaker 1: what troubles you, came after me. I have the power
- 37:41Speaker 1: to bring everything. I am the first and the last.
- 37:44Speaker 1: Whatever you face in your life did not precede Jesus.
- 37:48Speaker 1: The only thing greater than Jesus must be what came
- 37:50Speaker 1: before him. He said, I am the first and the last. Finally,
- 37:58Speaker 1: what did God himself? Revelations 1.18.
- 38:02Speaker 3: Hallelujah. I am he that liveth.
- 38:07Speaker 1: I was dead, but not forever. I am alive forevermore.
- 38:12Speaker 1: I am he that liveth. I was dead, but only
- 38:17Speaker 1: for three days. Make sure every time you talk about
- 38:20Speaker 1: the Jesus who died, you remember that he only died
- 38:23Speaker 1: for three days.
- 38:26Speaker 3: In the name of Jesus Christ.
- 38:28Speaker 1: And he says I am alive forevermore. Amen. Are we learning?
- 38:36Speaker 1: So Jesus had all this to say about himself. Called
- 38:41Speaker 1: himself many beautiful names. The word of God. Called himself
- 38:46Speaker 1: the resurrection and the life. Do you know why he
- 38:49Speaker 1: gave you all these options? Because the entire journey of
- 38:53Speaker 1: your life. will be, listen carefully, you will need all
- 38:58Speaker 1: of these revelations of Jesus to survive your lifetime. He
- 39:03Speaker 1: took out time to spread an understanding of himself such
- 39:06Speaker 1: that there is no endeavor in life. Are we together now?
- 39:11Speaker 1: As you sojourn through life, you must find a reason
- 39:15Speaker 1: to need Jesus. If you don't need him as the
- 39:17Speaker 1: resurrection and the life, you will need him as the door.
- 39:21Speaker 1: If you don't need him as a dog, one day
- 39:23Speaker 1: you will need him as maybe the good shepherd. With
- 39:29Speaker 1: these ten descriptions of Jesus, there is no man on
- 39:33Speaker 1: earth who is alive, who intends to live long, who
- 39:36Speaker 1: will not face a challenge that only Jesus by the
- 39:39Speaker 1: description of himself can solve. Did you get that now?
- 39:44Speaker 1: If you reject the bread of life, you will need
- 39:47Speaker 1: the light of the world. If you reject the light,
- 39:50Speaker 1: you will need the door. If you reject the door,
- 39:53Speaker 1: you will need the good shepherd. If you reject the
- 39:55Speaker 1: good shepherd, you will need the resurrection and the life.
- 39:57Speaker 1: The day sickness comes upon your body. If you reject
- 40:01Speaker 1: the resurrection and the life, the confusion that plagues our world,
- 40:05Speaker 1: you will need the way, the truth, and the life.
- 40:09Speaker 1: If you reject him, you will need the true vine.
- 40:14Speaker 1: A time will come you will be so confused about
- 40:16Speaker 1: your life. That's when you will learn him as the
- 40:18Speaker 1: Alpha Omega, the beginning and the end.
- 40:23Speaker 3: Are we together?
- 40:25Speaker 1: And when you get to your final days on earth,
- 40:27Speaker 1: it will be very comforting for you to know that
- 40:30Speaker 1: he was the one who died. But now he's alive
- 40:33Speaker 1: and lives forevermore. And he said this about himself, because
- 40:36Speaker 1: I live, you will live also. This gives you hope
- 40:40Speaker 1: beyond the grave. Are we learning now? Now very quickly,
- 40:44Speaker 1: I want us to examine why Jesus came. Why Jesus came.
- 40:54Speaker 1: Why did he come? There are three principal assignments that
- 40:59Speaker 1: represent Jesus' mission on earth. And if you do not
- 41:02Speaker 1: understand this, the foundation of your Christian faith will be
- 41:05Speaker 1: very faulty. And my Bible says if the foundation be destroyed,
- 41:09Speaker 1: it says what can the righteous do? Are we ready?
- 41:12Speaker 1: Number one. Jesus, his first assignment on earth was not
- 41:17Speaker 1: even to die.
- 41:18Speaker 3: You see that?
- 41:19Speaker 1: His first assignment on earth was as an accurate revelation
- 41:25Speaker 1: of the misunderstood God. Jesus came as a manuscript to
- 41:30Speaker 1: correct our understanding of God. Until the manifestation of Jesus,
- 41:36Speaker 1: nobody had an accurate understanding of God. So he came
- 41:41Speaker 1: as a revelation and as a manifestation of the misunderstood God.
- 41:51Speaker 1: In Hebrews chapter 11 from verse 1 to 3, the
- 41:53Speaker 1: Bible says, God who in sundry times and diverse manners...
- 41:58Speaker 1: Spoke to us. Did I get that right? Hebrews chapter 1.
- 42:01Speaker 3: My apologies. 1 to 3.
- 42:03Speaker 1: God who in sundry times and diverse manners. Speak to
- 42:07Speaker 1: us in time past. By the fathers and the prophets.
- 42:11Speaker 1: Have in these last days. Spoken to us by his son.
- 42:16Speaker 1: whom he had appointed heir of all things, and by
- 42:20Speaker 1: whom also he made the world. Verse 3, let's read
- 42:23Speaker 1: it together. Who being the brightness of his... And the
- 42:28Speaker 1: express image of his person... And upholding all things by
- 42:33Speaker 1: the word of his power. You can stop there. So
- 42:36Speaker 1: the Bible tells us that Jesus came as a physical
- 42:40Speaker 1: manifestation of God. Who they had longed to see God.
- 42:45Speaker 3: You know.
- 42:47Speaker 1: Before Jesus came, they only understood God through the lens
- 42:51Speaker 1: of priests and prophets. Whatever priests and prophets told them
- 42:55Speaker 1: God was, or God was saying, or God was doing,
- 42:59Speaker 1: the people had to corporately believe it.
- 43:01Speaker 3: Are we together?
- 43:01Speaker 1: Yeah. And through the lens of the prophets and the priests,
- 43:06Speaker 1: you would see, using Jesus as a reference, that many
- 43:10Speaker 1: of them did not do justice to the description of God.
- 43:13Speaker 1: There were many things in the Old Testament that was
- 43:16Speaker 1: credited to God that now from the lens of Jesus,
- 43:19Speaker 1: we know they made a mistake because they were humans.
- 43:23Speaker 1: When you read the Bible entirely from the lens of
- 43:26Speaker 1: the prophets and the priests, it will give you a
- 43:28Speaker 1: very confusing description of God. It will be a blend
- 43:32Speaker 1: of kindness and evil. It will be a blend. You
- 43:35Speaker 1: will hear things like an evil spirit departed from the Lord.
- 43:39Speaker 1: And that statement will confuse you. Because the entire nation
- 43:45Speaker 1: of God's covenant people did not have the privilege of
- 43:49Speaker 1: personal experience with God. Are we together? God will isolate
- 43:53Speaker 1: an individual, whether Moses, whether Samuel, and have a covenant
- 43:58Speaker 1: relationship with that person. And that person would have the
- 44:01Speaker 1: mandate of revealing God to the people based on his experience.
- 44:06Speaker 1: And Paul, mentoring us in 1 Corinthians 13, he said,
- 44:09Speaker 1: we see impact. And we prophesy in part. So it
- 44:13Speaker 1: is a default in all men. That no matter your
- 44:17Speaker 1: level of alignment as a single individual. Unassisted by the
- 44:21Speaker 1: revelation of Jesus. You will not do justice to your
- 44:23Speaker 1: knowledge of God. You would see the mix of divination
- 44:29Speaker 1: and accurate prophetic manifestation. Even in the lives of ancient prophets.
- 44:33Speaker 1: Because many of them came from traditional practices and so
- 44:37Speaker 1: on and so forth. It's important for you to get
- 44:40Speaker 1: this background. Because Jesus came as a correction to our
- 44:45Speaker 1: understanding of God. That means he came as a marking script.
- 44:49Speaker 1: How many of you know what a marking script is?
- 44:52Speaker 1: A marking script is the reference that is used to
- 44:55Speaker 1: mark any other script. So a teacher or a lecturer
- 44:59Speaker 1: can tell someone, help me and mark this. He gives
- 45:02Speaker 1: you a marking script. Are we together? You compare the
- 45:05Speaker 1: answers that were written against the marking script is the reference.
- 45:12Speaker 1: The first assignment of Jesus was to clarify the misunderstanding
- 45:16Speaker 1: we had about God. And he did that by living
- 45:20Speaker 1: his life. And before he.
- 45:23Speaker 1: God had to accredit him and said, this is my
- 45:26Speaker 1: beloved son. In other words, don't be afraid to hear him.
- 45:30Speaker 1: He came from me. That means whatever Jesus did not
- 45:34Speaker 1: do is not consistent with the character of God. It
- 45:37Speaker 1: didn't matter what the prophet said. Did you get that now? Listen,
- 45:41Speaker 1: if you do not understand God from the lens of Jesus,
- 45:44Speaker 1: you will be confused. Demons will take advantage of scripture
- 45:48Speaker 1: and deceive you. I hope you know that Satan also
- 45:50Speaker 1: knows it is written. The devil will make you do
- 45:53Speaker 1: many bad things having a scriptural reference. There are many
- 45:58Speaker 1: believers in confusion as to their Christian experience today because
- 46:02Speaker 1: they have... Jesus is not the focal point. Of their pursuit.
- 46:08Speaker 1: And because of that. They are routing through different mechanisms.
- 46:11Speaker 1: In search for God. And the devil knowing your zeal.
- 46:15Speaker 1: Without an understanding of Jesus. As the reference. He will
- 46:19Speaker 1: use scripture to bring you into divination. And you will
- 46:22Speaker 1: get there. And not even know. All he needs to do.
- 46:27Speaker 1: Is to show you where it was practiced in scripture.
- 46:30Speaker 1: Did you get that now? There are herbalists today, if
- 46:34Speaker 1: you go to the shrine, a Bible is part of
- 46:36Speaker 1: the materials they use to conjure. And because you see
- 46:39Speaker 1: a Bible there, you convince yourself that this must be God.
- 46:43Speaker 1: So Jesus came to correct it. Are we following now?
- 46:55Speaker 1: For those who are involved in sea adventures and voyage
- 47:00Speaker 1: and in geography, there is what they call the true north.
- 47:04Speaker 1: That whenever you are lost at sea, your first assignment
- 47:09Speaker 1: is to determine the true north. If you can find
- 47:13Speaker 1: the true north, no matter where you are, you will
- 47:16Speaker 1: be able to through from that standpoint. Whoever wants you
- 47:21Speaker 1: to be lost at sea will cripple your capacity to
- 47:24Speaker 1: find the true north. Because if you can find the
- 47:28Speaker 1: true north, you can know where you are.
- 47:30Speaker 3: Jesus is that true north. You want to.
- 47:35Speaker 1: Know how right culture is? Gauge it against Jesus. You
- 47:39Speaker 1: want to know how right the educational system of the
- 47:42Speaker 1: world is? Gauge it against Jesus. You would be learning
- 47:45Speaker 1: shortly that a believer is not just one who has
- 47:47Speaker 1: surrendered his life to Jesus. A believer is one who...
- 47:51Speaker 1: Has subscribed to Jesus. As the thoughts of God. The
- 47:56Speaker 1: logos of God. Not just as a person. That your
- 47:59Speaker 1: entire life is governed by. Permit me to use a philosophy.
- 48:04Speaker 1: So when people ask for your opinion. You really don't
- 48:07Speaker 1: have an opinion. You are already bound by a thought.
- 48:10Speaker 1: That your life should. Are we together now? So when
- 48:13Speaker 1: you ask me whether I like something or not. It's
- 48:16Speaker 1: not whether I like it or not. It's about the
- 48:19Speaker 1: position that Jesus reveals concerning that matter. This is a
- 48:23Speaker 1: believer's life. This will cure the various confusions that.
- 48:27Speaker 3: Plague our world today.
- 48:29Speaker 1: When people ask me opinions about many things, I tell
- 48:32Speaker 1: them as a person. My opinions can vacillate based on culture,
- 48:36Speaker 1: my experience, and so on and so forth.
- 48:38Speaker 3: Are you seeing that now?
- 48:39Speaker 1: But when Jesus becomes your reference, it is not about
- 48:43Speaker 1: what you like or don't like. It is not even
- 48:46Speaker 1: about right or wrong. It is what is in Jesus
- 48:48Speaker 1: or not. Did you get that now? Jesus came as
- 48:52Speaker 1: a correction. Now. The Bible says the Lord is gracious
- 48:58Speaker 1: and compassionate, slow to anger and rich in love. We
- 49:01Speaker 1: have a right to doubt that word until that scripture
- 49:04Speaker 1: is verified in Jesus. What did Jesus do when he
- 49:07Speaker 1: saw sick people? Did he pass them? That means God loves.
- 49:13Speaker 1: We can now say it is true that God loves
- 49:16Speaker 1: because we saw Jesus living out that love life. are
- 49:19Speaker 1: we together When you say God is holy and he
- 49:24Speaker 1: hates sin, you have a right to doubt it until
- 49:26Speaker 1: you check Jesus. He was a man tempted in all
- 49:29Speaker 1: ways yet without sin. When he entered the temple and
- 49:33Speaker 1: he saw abuses of the temple, he reacted. That was
- 49:36Speaker 1: the thoughts of God. That is God's opinion about any
- 49:39Speaker 1: abuse in his temple. Did you get that now? Jesus came.
- 49:43Speaker 1: Please do not forget this. Jesus came as a reference
- 49:47Speaker 1: and a correction. To our idea about God. So when
- 49:52Speaker 1: the Bible says a lying spirit came from God. With
- 49:56Speaker 1: all due respect to those who wrote it. We now
- 49:59Speaker 1: have the audacity by grace through the lens of Jesus
- 50:03Speaker 1: to correct that statement. Because Bible tells us John chapter
- 50:06Speaker 1: 1 answers it full of grace and truth. Grace and truth.
- 50:14Speaker 1: There is no variableness, no shadow of turning. It's not
- 50:18Speaker 1: that God cannot lie. God does not lie. He cannot lie.
- 50:22Speaker 1: Are we seeing that? So we know that something was
- 50:25Speaker 1: wrong with the experience of the prophet who captured that vision.
- 50:28Speaker 1: We must commend them for at least documenting what they saw.
- 50:32Speaker 1: This is the reason why God gave us the Holy
- 50:35Speaker 1: Spirit even though we still have the Bible. Because revelation
- 50:38Speaker 1: is progressive.
- 50:47Speaker 3: Are we learning?
- 50:51Speaker 1: God loves. But how much does he love?
- 50:54Speaker 3: Study Jesus.
- 50:55Speaker 1: How far did Jesus go to prove the love of God?
- 50:59Speaker 1: Greater love had no man than this. Than a man
- 51:02Speaker 1: laid down his life. Is that true? You say the
- 51:06Speaker 1: Lord is my shepherd. You can say that scripture is
- 51:08Speaker 1: a lie until you study how Jesus walked with his disciples.
- 51:12Speaker 1: Was he careless? Did he leave them? When he was
- 51:14Speaker 1: at the sea and the sea was about to capsize,
- 51:18Speaker 1: you know, the boat, they woke him up and he
- 51:20Speaker 1: got up and did something about it. Then we can
- 51:23Speaker 1: trust that God is a good leader. That means he's
- 51:25Speaker 1: a father enough for me to trust my life. Are
- 51:28Speaker 1: we together now? That everything the Bible says about God,
- 51:32Speaker 1: you have a right to doubt it until you verify
- 51:35Speaker 1: it using the lens of Jesus. The first assignment of
- 51:41Speaker 1: Jesus on the earth.
- 51:44Speaker 3: Was to be a correction.
- 51:45Speaker 1: Correction.
- 51:47Speaker 3: Correction.
- 51:49Speaker 1: This is the reason why nations train and send ambassadors.
- 51:53Speaker 1: Ambassadors are mandated, they are vested with the responsibility of
- 51:58Speaker 1: not just promoting bilateral relationships, but defending the interests of
- 52:01Speaker 1: the nations. And in doing so, their first assignment is
- 52:05Speaker 1: to give a worthy presentation of that nation. Am I
- 52:10Speaker 1: right on that? Yeah. They preserve everything that makes that
- 52:14Speaker 1: nation admirable. Their culture, their intelligence, whatever it is. When
- 52:20Speaker 1: Jesus walked upon the earth, all he was projecting was
- 52:23Speaker 1: the Father. Because until that time, the people had a
- 52:27Speaker 1: mixed understanding about the Father. I hope you know that
- 52:30Speaker 1: when Jesus came, the nation of Israel were under bondage.
- 52:34Speaker 1: They did not under... Who is this covenant God that says,
- 52:37Speaker 1: I have loved you with an everlasting love.
- 52:40Speaker 3: And I have drawn you with my loving kindness.
- 52:42Speaker 1: And is happy watching us go through the torture of
- 52:46Speaker 1: the Roman government. And when Jesus came, when he saw
- 52:49Speaker 1: the woman who was bound 18 years... He said, ought
- 52:53Speaker 1: not this woman, being a daughter of Abraham. In other words,
- 52:56Speaker 1: if you want to understand my ministry here, make reference
- 52:59Speaker 1: to what I told Abraham. He kept referring them to
- 53:04Speaker 1: the things that God said. Number two, let's hurry up.
- 53:08Speaker 1: What's the second assignment of Jesus? My life changed when
- 53:13Speaker 1: I understood this. I studied God from the lens of Jesus.
- 53:20Speaker 1: And it redefined God for me. If someone comes and
- 53:23Speaker 1: prophesies to you now. Now I'm not to be sarcastic.
- 53:27Speaker 1: Even if I'm the one. If I look at you
- 53:28Speaker 1: and say you'll die tomorrow. You have a right to
- 53:31Speaker 1: not be afraid. And judge my prophecy including my ignorance.
- 53:34Speaker 1: From the lens of Jesus. He said I am the resurrection.
- 53:38Speaker 3: And the life. You see. And it is written it's
- 53:42Speaker 3: greater than I saw.
- 53:45Speaker 1: So. You're. Your knowledge of Jesus.
- 53:51Speaker 3: Listen to me.
- 53:52Speaker 1: It may not be that the person lied. It may
- 53:53Speaker 1: even be that that's what Satan had in plan for you.
- 53:57Speaker 1: But because of your knowledge of God through Jesus. Are
- 54:00Speaker 1: we together now? That he came as a life-giving spirit.
- 54:06Speaker 1: That gives you a lot of comfort. Jesus himself gave
- 54:10Speaker 1: the story of the prodigal son. That means if you
- 54:12Speaker 1: have a child and the devil is telling you, your
- 54:14Speaker 1: child will not amount to anything. You learn how God
- 54:17Speaker 1: works by studying that story. And you know that no
- 54:20Speaker 1: matter how far, even if it's 10 years my child
- 54:22Speaker 1: has gone home, my intercession.
- 54:24Speaker 3: Will be worth it.
- 54:25Speaker 1: Because prodigal children can return home. Listen, you have to
- 54:32Speaker 1: build your spiritual orientation from the portrait of the person Jesus.
- 54:38Speaker 1: Because religion has a portrait it wants to sell to you. Culture,
- 54:42Speaker 1: with all due respect, has a portrait it wants to
- 54:44Speaker 1: sell to you. Are we together? And if you have
- 54:46Speaker 1: a mix of all these portraits, the picture of God
- 54:50Speaker 1: you have is an ugly deity seated on the throne
- 54:53Speaker 1: with horns desiring to destroy you. You can re-edit that
- 54:57Speaker 1: portrait with the intelligence of an artist. Remove the things
- 55:02Speaker 1: that are not there and you have the beautiful picture
- 55:04Speaker 1: of a loving father. Many believers live in fear. Many
- 55:09Speaker 1: believers cannot walk with God because there is a misrepresentation
- 55:13Speaker 1: of God that was sold to them.
- 55:16Speaker 3: If you're understanding me, say amen.
- 55:19Speaker 1: It is the reason why when we make altar calls,
- 55:21Speaker 1: we make it with audacity because we know the one
- 55:23Speaker 1: who is about to receive you. The one who can
- 55:27Speaker 1: live 99. for the sake of one are we together
- 55:33Speaker 1: now it is the reason why when we make an
- 55:35Speaker 1: altar call we start clapping from the first person who
- 55:38Speaker 1: comes because every single soul that stands is what the
- 55:42Speaker 1: blood of that Jesus when you know this as a
- 55:44Speaker 1: man of God you will not frown if you make
- 55:46Speaker 1: an altar call and two people come the devil will
- 55:49Speaker 1: not tell you you feel like a failure ask him
- 55:51Speaker 1: can you die for the two people do you have
- 55:56Speaker 1: enough compassion to have died for the two people The
- 56:04Speaker 1: man today we call Billy Graham of blessed memory. It
- 56:07Speaker 1: was such an altar call. The pastor who got him saved.
- 56:10Speaker 1: He felt discouraged and felt he had failed in ministry.
- 56:14Speaker 1: And one day he shouted like I'm speaking to you
- 56:16Speaker 1: now and makes an altar call and only one small
- 56:19Speaker 1: boy just trolls out and the man felt like a
- 56:22Speaker 1: total failure. Help me guess the name of that one
- 56:25Speaker 1: small boy. Billy Graham. He did not know that nations
- 56:31Speaker 1: had come out for that altar call. Is someone learning?
- 56:38Speaker 1: Jesus came as a correction. I want you to read
- 56:42Speaker 1: the life of Jesus. Take it as a project. Study
- 56:44Speaker 1: the gospels. Study Jesus to understand God. You are the.
- 56:50Speaker 4: One that we praise. You are the one we adore.
- 56:57Speaker 4: Don't worry my people. You give the healing and grace
- 57:01Speaker 4: that our hearts always hunger.
- 57:06Speaker 1: Oh, our hearts always hunger. Can we sing it one
- 57:12Speaker 1: more time?
- 57:14Speaker 4: That you are the one that we praise. You are
- 57:20Speaker 4: the one we adore. You give the healing and grace
- 57:28Speaker 4: that our hearts always hunger for.
- 57:35Speaker 1: Oh, our hearts always hunger. This is the Jesus the
- 57:41Speaker 1: nations are looking for. This is the Jesus that both
- 57:44Speaker 1: the rich and old.
- 57:45Speaker 3: Will see the need of him.
- 57:50Speaker 1: The kind of Jesus that only the poor need is
- 57:52Speaker 1: not the real Jesus. The kind of Jesus that only
- 57:55Speaker 1: the rich need is not the real Jesus. When Jesus
- 57:59Speaker 1: is presented properly, all men will run to him. Because
- 58:03Speaker 1: the one thing the poor and the rich need together
- 58:05Speaker 1: is love. They may have wealth, the rich, and the
- 58:11Speaker 1: poor may lack wealth. But no man can resist the
- 58:14Speaker 1: power of love. That's why it was love that defeated hell, sin, Satan,
- 58:19Speaker 1: and the grave. Number two.
- 58:24Speaker 3: Why did Jesus come?
- 58:26Speaker 1: Number two. He came to make the life of God
- 58:30Speaker 1: accessible to man by reconciling man to God.
- 58:34Speaker 3: Please write that down.
- 58:35Speaker 1: The second assignment of Jesus when he walked upon the
- 58:38Speaker 1: earth was to make the life of God accessible to
- 58:44Speaker 1: man by reconciling man to God. He came to make
- 58:52Speaker 1: the life of God accessible to man. John 3, 16.
- 58:57Speaker 1: For God so loved the world that he gave his
- 59:00Speaker 1: only begotten son. Victory life, are we still here? That whosoever,
- 59:06Speaker 1: someone shout whosoever. Let the devil hear you. say whosoever.
- 59:12Speaker 1: When it has to do with the life of God. Whosoever.
- 59:16Speaker 3: Ibo.
- 59:17Speaker 1: Yoruba. Hausa. Whosoever. Cultist. Prostitute.
- 59:21Speaker 3: Whosoever.
- 59:22Speaker 1: Provided you believe in him. There are certain things that
- 59:26Speaker 1: were not given to all. The Bible says he gave
- 59:28Speaker 1: unto some apostles. He gave unto some prophets.
- 59:34Speaker 3: Are we together?
- 59:35Speaker 1: But when it has to do with the life of God.
- 59:37Speaker 1: He desires everybody. Including your old grandfather. I know he's 85.
- 59:43Speaker 1: But he's still part of those in that list. Whosoever
- 59:47Speaker 1: believeth on him. Should not perish. But have life everlasting.
- 59:53Speaker 1: John chapter 10 and verse 10. Jesus was speaking and
- 59:56Speaker 1: he said. The thief cometh not. But for to steal.
- 1:00:01Speaker 1: Please hear me believers. To kill and to destroy. But
- 1:00:05Speaker 1: he said I am come. My manifesto. This is why I'm.
- 1:00:10Speaker 1: That means every time you see me. These are the
- 1:00:12Speaker 1: things you should be thinking about. Life. Life.
- 1:00:15Speaker 3: Life.
- 1:00:16Speaker 1: Every time you see me. Life. If you are sick
- 1:00:19Speaker 1: and I show up. Life. Defeated and I show up life.
- 1:00:25Speaker 1: And he says I am come to give you that life.
- 1:00:27Speaker 1: And to have it more abundantly. Amplified says to its fullest. Life.
- 1:00:36Speaker 1: That means anything that looks like death is an attack.
- 1:00:40Speaker 1: You don't need to ask if it's the will of God. Poverty,
- 1:00:43Speaker 1: an expression of death. Sickness, an expression of death. Limitation,
- 1:00:48Speaker 1: an expression of death. Not having the ability to take
- 1:00:51Speaker 1: care of your children. Don't ask if it's the will
- 1:00:54Speaker 1: of God. Jesus said, I come. Verify the things happening
- 1:00:59Speaker 1: around you by my manifesto. If they do not look
- 1:01:02Speaker 1: like things that minister life, he's saying fight it. No
- 1:01:06Speaker 1: matter how long, fight it. The devil will deceive you
- 1:01:09Speaker 1: and make you look like I think it's just God.
- 1:01:11Speaker 3: It's a lie.
- 1:01:12Speaker 1: He said I am calm. If you see me, know
- 1:01:15Speaker 1: that my ministry is to give life. You are the
- 1:01:21Speaker 1: one that we praise. Listen, if you notice as a preacher, Listen,
- 1:01:27Speaker 1: it will guide the kinds of sermons you will preach.
- 1:01:30Speaker 1: Once you mount the pulpit, now I'm speaking to the
- 1:01:32Speaker 1: body of Christ. You know immediately if you claim you
- 1:01:36Speaker 1: love Jesus, the theme of your ministry must be life.
- 1:01:40Speaker 1: At the end of your ministration, the dead should come
- 1:01:43Speaker 1: back spiritually, emotionally. Are we together now? Everything that leaves
- 1:01:48Speaker 1: people dead and keeps people dying is partnership with Satan.
- 1:02:01Speaker 1: that someone is in this place right now you came
- 1:02:04Speaker 1: diagnosed that you have cancer and you just strolled into
- 1:02:08Speaker 1: church because they told you that God is there if
- 1:02:13Speaker 1: it is true that God is there what is the
- 1:02:15Speaker 1: proof back to Jesus where two or three are gathered
- 1:02:18Speaker 1: in my name he said I am there so I
- 1:02:21Speaker 1: know he is there not because of any cloud I
- 1:02:25Speaker 1: know he's there not because I fell down when I
- 1:02:27Speaker 1: stood up. Jesus already told us that the moment you
- 1:02:30Speaker 1: have two or three gathered in his name, that there
- 1:02:35Speaker 1: is an assurance beyond the realm of feelings that he's there.
- 1:02:40Speaker 3: Are we together?
- 1:02:41Speaker 1: And if he's there, then you're connected to John 10.10.
- 1:02:45Speaker 1: Why is he there? I am come. I am come
- 1:02:49Speaker 1: for this convention. I am come to your family. That
- 1:02:53Speaker 1: the moment a father and a mother, a husband and
- 1:02:56Speaker 1: a wife and the children hold hands, the moment they say, Lord,
- 1:02:59Speaker 1: we thank you for your presence. Everybody's thinking life. The
- 1:03:03Speaker 1: life giver has arrived. The life giver has arrived. The
- 1:03:07Speaker 1: one who will help us pay the bills has arrived.
- 1:03:10Speaker 1: The one who will take away shame. Let them keep
- 1:03:12Speaker 1: laughing while we invite him. Provided we can get him
- 1:03:16Speaker 1: to come. Listen, listen. This is my spiritual orientation as
- 1:03:24Speaker 1: I minister to people. I will never minister to a
- 1:03:27Speaker 1: people and not minister life.
- 1:03:30Speaker 3: Because number one, his.
- 1:03:32Speaker 1: Manifesto is to be an expression of the life of God.
- 1:03:37Speaker 3: Are we together now?
- 1:03:40Speaker 1: It doesn't matter in what form or fashion the sermon comes.
- 1:03:44Speaker 1: Whether it comes as a rebuke. As a correction. As
- 1:03:47Speaker 1: an admonishment. As an exegesis of scripture. The end point
- 1:03:52Speaker 1: must be life. If I rebuke you of sin. And
- 1:03:59Speaker 1: I leave you there. I misrepresented Jesus. I must go
- 1:04:03Speaker 1: past it and show you. That after now rebuking you.
- 1:04:07Speaker 1: There must be life. If I tell you being poor.
- 1:04:14Speaker 1: It's not the way. And I leave you there. I
- 1:04:16Speaker 1: misrepresented Jesus. Because they're giving you the revelation that you
- 1:04:20Speaker 1: are poor.
- 1:04:21Speaker 3: You are already aware.
- 1:04:22Speaker 1: Your pain is enough information that you are in that state.
- 1:04:26Speaker 1: I must show you the biblical pathway to life. Everything
- 1:04:32Speaker 1: that is pro-life is worthy of being taught in church.
- 1:04:35Speaker 3: Provided it reveals Jesus.
- 1:04:37Speaker 1: Prosperity. Increase. Consecration. Holiness, the revelation of Jesus, spiritual growth.
- 1:04:49Speaker 1: Are we together now? Everything that can reveal Jesus and
- 1:04:52Speaker 1: can reveal his abundant life must be taught to the saints.
- 1:04:57Speaker 1: This is why he gave unto some apostles and prophets
- 1:05:02Speaker 1: and teachers and evangelists and pastors for the maturing of
- 1:05:05Speaker 1: the saints. Is somebody learning? Next time they ask you,
- 1:05:11Speaker 1: why did Jesus come? Know that he came to give life.
- 1:05:15Speaker 1: And in order of priority. Spiritual life is his first
- 1:05:18Speaker 1: port of call. I have taught and you may have
- 1:05:21Speaker 1: heard me teach it. The greatest need of an unbeliever.
- 1:05:25Speaker 1: Is salvation. Everywhere you see an unbeliever, no matter what
- 1:05:30Speaker 1: you give that unbeliever, pocket money, a house, rent, advice, counsel, treatment,
- 1:05:37Speaker 1: just know that you only solve temporal problems. This is
- 1:05:40Speaker 1: the orientation every Christian must have. The moment you see
- 1:05:44Speaker 1: an unbeliever at the back of your mind, your ultimate
- 1:05:48Speaker 1: project on that man will be to bring him to
- 1:05:50Speaker 1: the kingdom. Whether he's a driver, whether he's your cook,
- 1:05:55Speaker 1: whether he's a barber. So when you interact with unbelievers,
- 1:06:00Speaker 1: it doesn't mean you harass everybody every day and everywhere.
- 1:06:02Speaker 1: But you know at the back of your mind that
- 1:06:04Speaker 1: my project on this man is not complete until he
- 1:06:08Speaker 1: receives the life of God. If believers had this orientation,
- 1:06:14Speaker 1: the statistics I gave you would have been covered long enough.
- 1:06:18Speaker 1: Most believers do not know why Jesus came. So when
- 1:06:21Speaker 1: most believers say, I want to serve Jesus, they do
- 1:06:25Speaker 1: not know that what they are supposed to be understanding
- 1:06:28Speaker 1: by that statement is, I want to be an extension
- 1:06:32Speaker 1: of the reason why he came. The assignment of every
- 1:06:38Speaker 1: believer in the life of an unbeliever is to get
- 1:06:41Speaker 1: that person to become a believer.
- 1:06:43Speaker 3: Are we together?
- 1:06:45Speaker 1: The greatest need, you may have heard me say, of
- 1:06:48Speaker 1: an unsaved person is salvation. The greatest need of a
- 1:06:52Speaker 1: saved person is transformation. The greatest need of a transformed
- 1:06:58Speaker 1: person is empowerment. The greatest need of an empowered person
- 1:07:03Speaker 1: is purpose. This is how it works in the kingdom.
- 1:07:08Speaker 1: So when you see someone who is not saved, your
- 1:07:11Speaker 1: first assignment is to get him to encounter the God
- 1:07:13Speaker 1: of the Bible beyond the man of God, beyond the church,
- 1:07:17Speaker 1: the God.
- 1:07:18Speaker 3: Of the Bible through Jesus.
- 1:07:21Speaker 1: When that person becomes saved, your next project is to
- 1:07:25Speaker 1: submit him to the ministry of the word, scripture, the
- 1:07:28Speaker 1: ministry of the Holy Spirit, and the ministry of a
- 1:07:31Speaker 1: teaching priest. According to Jeremiah 3.15, that I will give
- 1:07:36Speaker 1: you pastors or shepherds according to my heart. It is
- 1:07:39Speaker 1: the reason why we took our time to salute the
- 1:07:42Speaker 1: man of God and his wife. We salute the investments
- 1:07:45Speaker 1: that have been made to mature the believers to this point.
- 1:07:49Speaker 1: Including organizing such a conference like this.
- 1:07:51Speaker 3: Because it's intended to still.
- 1:07:53Speaker 1: Upgrade your understanding and help you to be of greater
- 1:07:57Speaker 1: stature spiritually. But when believers are transformed alone, they become frustrated.
- 1:08:03Speaker 1: Because they know what should happen, but the grace to
- 1:08:06Speaker 1: make it happen is not there. Transformation ends with the
- 1:08:09Speaker 1: quality of the information you have.
- 1:08:11Speaker 3: You need empowerment.
- 1:08:13Speaker 1: It's why when Jesus was done teaching them after three
- 1:08:16Speaker 1: and a half years, he says, you know what to say,
- 1:08:18Speaker 1: but don't go yet. Until power comes on your message. Otherwise,
- 1:08:23Speaker 1: you'll be frustrated. And then when you are empowered without purpose,
- 1:08:28Speaker 1: it becomes destructive. It's like a car that has fuel,
- 1:08:31Speaker 1: tires working fine, and you fire it with no direction.
- 1:08:36Speaker 3: Is someone learning?
- 1:08:38Speaker 1: The second reason Jesus came was to grant us access
- 1:08:41Speaker 1: to the life of God. Someone shout, I have a
- 1:08:44Speaker 1: life of God. That's if you are born again. If
- 1:08:48Speaker 1: you are not born again, as I make the altar call,
- 1:08:50Speaker 1: just run and come and stand here. Are we together?
- 1:08:52Speaker 1: If you have the life of God, say, I have
- 1:08:55Speaker 1: the life of God. Let me ask you a very
- 1:08:59Speaker 1: interesting question. question how are you sure you have the
- 1:09:02Speaker 1: life of god you just said you have the life
- 1:09:07Speaker 1: of god how are you sure you are not lying
- 1:09:12Speaker 1: you see that now You must have persuasion and confidence.
- 1:09:17Speaker 1: If I random pick anybody now and I said, my dear, do.
- 1:09:20Speaker 3: You have the life of God? You say, yes. I say, why?
- 1:09:22Speaker 1: He said, the Bible says so. Yes, you are right,
- 1:09:25Speaker 1: but that's not enough reason. How are you sure you
- 1:09:27Speaker 1: have the life of God? It's the same question saying,
- 1:09:31Speaker 1: how are you sure you have eaten and you are full?
- 1:09:35Speaker 3: You see that now?
- 1:09:37Speaker 1: Yes. The things we have seen, the things we have handled,
- 1:09:41Speaker 1: even of the word of life, Because the Bible says,
- 1:09:47Speaker 1: whoever calls upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
- 1:09:51Speaker 3: Is that in your Bible?
- 1:09:52Speaker 1: It says in Romans chapter 10 from verse 9 and 10,
- 1:09:56Speaker 1: that if you confess with your heart. your with your
- 1:10:01Speaker 1: mouth the lordship of jesus and believe in your heart
- 1:10:03Speaker 1: that god raised him from the dead you shall be
- 1:10:05Speaker 1: saved is that true he says for with the heart
- 1:10:07Speaker 1: man confesses man believes unto righteousness and with the mouth
- 1:10:12Speaker 1: confession is made unto salvation if you have not gone
- 1:10:16Speaker 1: through that process you are not saved period impossible how
- 1:10:21Speaker 1: about singing nice songs you are still not saved you
- 1:10:24Speaker 1: are not bad salvation is not about being good or
- 1:10:27Speaker 1: bad it's about a translation From one kingdom of darkness
- 1:10:32Speaker 1: into the kingdom of his dear son. Are we together now?
- 1:10:35Speaker 1: The best person in the kingdom of darkness is still
- 1:10:38Speaker 1: going to hell. Everybody say salvation. I have the life
- 1:10:48Speaker 1: of God. I truly believe it with all my heart
- 1:10:50Speaker 1: that I have the life of God. If you don't
- 1:10:53Speaker 1: believe you have the life of God, you are not
- 1:10:55Speaker 1: even going to be able to minister to the sick.
- 1:10:57Speaker 1: You don't believe you have the life of God. There
- 1:10:59Speaker 1: are many things you will not believe. I believe that
- 1:11:02Speaker 1: I have the life of God. When you believe you
- 1:11:05Speaker 1: have the life of God. Then you can know that
- 1:11:07Speaker 1: you are a life giving spirit. When I prophesy upon you.
- 1:11:11Speaker 1: I'm speaking from the overflow of that life. We give
- 1:11:17Speaker 1: you God. The highest praise. From the rising of the sun.
- 1:11:26Speaker 4: To the setting of the same, we give you, God,
- 1:11:33Speaker 4: the highest praise. From the rising of the sun to
- 1:11:40Speaker 4: the setting of the.
- 1:11:43Speaker 1: Same, we give you, God.
- 1:11:48Speaker 4: The highest praise. From the rising of the sun.
- 1:11:58Speaker 3: Do you know what it.
- 1:11:58Speaker 1: Means to have the life of God? The life of
- 1:12:01Speaker 1: God is not just another life that is greater than
- 1:12:04Speaker 1: the earthly life.
- 1:12:05Speaker 3: Please look at me, believers.
- 1:12:07Speaker 1: The life of God is an indestructible life. Many believers
- 1:12:12Speaker 1: do not understand the power of that life. There's what
- 1:12:17Speaker 1: they call bulletproof vehicles. Please look at me. You can
- 1:12:21Speaker 1: have an SUV and you can have a bulletproof version
- 1:12:24Speaker 1: of it. Am I right on that? When you enter
- 1:12:27Speaker 1: a typical bulletproof vehicle, if someone points a gun at you,
- 1:12:31Speaker 1: you smile at the person because there is an orientation
- 1:12:34Speaker 1: you have that between you and that person is not
- 1:12:36Speaker 1: just a mere glass. That person will shoot the gun
- 1:12:40Speaker 1: several times and you'll just be smiling and waving at
- 1:12:42Speaker 1: the person. So when the Bible says you have the
- 1:12:45Speaker 1: life of God, something has come into you that has
- 1:12:49Speaker 1: stopped you from being ordinary. Now it takes revelation for
- 1:12:54Speaker 1: the reality of that life to come out. Because the
- 1:12:57Speaker 1: same people who went to a herbalist over you before
- 1:13:00Speaker 1: you were born again will still go even if you
- 1:13:02Speaker 1: are born again. What will make the difference is the
- 1:13:06Speaker 1: life you have received. Not they are not going to
- 1:13:08Speaker 1: a herbalist. They will keep going. You can't stop them. Unfortunately.
- 1:13:13Speaker 1: They have their wills and God will respect it. But
- 1:13:16Speaker 1: what immunes you is.
- 1:13:18Speaker 3: The presence of the life of God. They shall take
- 1:13:21Speaker 3: up deadly things.
- 1:13:22Speaker 1: It's only when we get to heaven we'll know how
- 1:13:24Speaker 1: many poisons we have taken in our lives as men
- 1:13:26Speaker 1: of God. It's only when we get to heaven we'll
- 1:13:28Speaker 1: know how many times the names I usually joke with
- 1:13:31Speaker 1: my people. I said only God knows how many people
- 1:13:33Speaker 1: have carried my names to Habbalist and they shout Joshua Selman.
- 1:13:38Speaker 1: Let him not wake up and be alive for Sunday
- 1:13:41Speaker 1: and on Sunday I'm back again. My God, the life
- 1:13:46Speaker 1: of God. Now I don't mean to sound arrogant. You
- 1:13:51Speaker 1: know how many charms I've held with these hands? I'm
- 1:13:53Speaker 1: not teaching you nonsense. If I were pretending this thing,
- 1:13:56Speaker 1: I would have been dead by now. Many times when
- 1:14:03Speaker 1: people are tired, maybe they are repenting or their families
- 1:14:06Speaker 1: are tired of all these things. They carry all those
- 1:14:08Speaker 1: things and come to you as a man of God.
- 1:14:10Speaker 1: Since we can't see God, you said you are the
- 1:14:12Speaker 1: one who he sent. Please help us and know what
- 1:14:16Speaker 1: to do with this. And you hear that this was
- 1:14:20Speaker 1: something that was there before your grandfather was born.
- 1:14:23Speaker 3: They now hand it over to you.
- 1:14:24Speaker 4: Amen.
- 1:14:32Speaker 3: Are we together?
- 1:14:34Speaker 1: That the last person who held this thing did not
- 1:14:36Speaker 1: even wake up. And here you are, you hold it
- 1:14:40Speaker 1: like a toy, a piece of rag and nonsense and
- 1:14:43Speaker 1: throw it away. Absolute nonsense and you throw it away.
- 1:14:50Speaker 3: You see that now?
- 1:14:52Speaker 1: You see, what gives power or what takes away power
- 1:14:58Speaker 1: is your state and the revelation of it. I have
- 1:15:02Speaker 1: the life of God. The same power that raised Christ
- 1:15:05Speaker 1: from the dead dwells in my mortal body. That no
- 1:15:09Speaker 1: enchantment and no divination. This is the revelation that supports
- 1:15:13Speaker 1: your confidence. Otherwise you will pick that thing and fall
- 1:15:16Speaker 1: down with it. Say I have the life of God.
- 1:15:23Speaker 1: We are discussing Jesus. Say it again. I have the
- 1:15:25Speaker 1: life of God. Because ladies and gentlemen, the world will
- 1:15:29Speaker 1: keep getting evil. Arrows will keep flying by day. Noisome
- 1:15:34Speaker 1: pestilences by night. I tell you, there are many kinds
- 1:15:37Speaker 1: of kiss today that is not a kiss of love.
- 1:15:39Speaker 1: It's a Judas kiss. That kiss is not a sign
- 1:15:42Speaker 1: of love. It's a sign to the enemy that this
- 1:15:44Speaker 1: is the one we want that will not finish this year.
- 1:15:47Speaker 5: Amen.
- 1:15:51Speaker 1: Two women were sleeping according to scripture and one laid
- 1:15:55Speaker 1: down on her child, laid down on her vision, laid
- 1:15:58Speaker 1: down on her destiny and killed it. And when she
- 1:16:01Speaker 1: saw that she would not make it, she exchanged the.
- 1:16:04Speaker 3: Destiny with another one.
- 1:16:07Speaker 1: Men, for you, if a mother can do that to
- 1:16:10Speaker 1: the child, human beings can do anything. Your immunity is
- 1:16:14Speaker 1: not to keep crying and say, you people should stop
- 1:16:15Speaker 1: being wicked.
- 1:16:16Speaker 3: No.
- 1:16:17Speaker 1: Shield yourself with the life of God. Do you believe
- 1:16:22Speaker 1: what you are hearing? You are a preacher. You keep
- 1:16:26Speaker 1: laying hands on people. They are telling you these things
- 1:16:29Speaker 1: are communicable diseases. If you don't have a revelation of
- 1:16:34Speaker 1: the life of God. I promise you eventually.
- 1:16:39Speaker 3: Hello.
- 1:16:39Speaker 2: Eventually.
- 1:16:47Speaker 1: So before you stand before Pharaoh. Make sure you have
- 1:16:50Speaker 1: really seen the God. Who is sending you to Pharaoh?
- 1:16:55Speaker 1: Moses said, I'm not going anywhere till you reveal yourself
- 1:16:57Speaker 1: to me. I know who Pharaoh is. We grew up together.
- 1:17:00Speaker 1: I will not go and disgrace myself in Egypt. Who
- 1:17:02Speaker 1: shall I tell him has sent me? And he said,
- 1:17:06Speaker 1: I am that I am. And Moses said, let's go.
- 1:17:08Speaker 1: When he stood before Pharaoh, he said, Pharaoh, thus said
- 1:17:12Speaker 1: the Lord God of the Hebrews, let my people go.
- 1:17:15Speaker 1: And Pharaoh said, nonsense. You just get up and come
- 1:17:18Speaker 1: after running away for 40 years. You come with a
- 1:17:22Speaker 1: rod looking like somebody fugitive and you think Egypt is
- 1:17:26Speaker 1: that dull that just at a declaration of an old
- 1:17:30Speaker 1: man they will release this. The same way you stand
- 1:17:33Speaker 1: before poverty and say poverty release my money and poverty
- 1:17:36Speaker 1: say I was there before you were born. Do you
- 1:17:41Speaker 1: know the kind of audacity it takes to open that gate?
- 1:17:44Speaker 1: And the spirit will tell you, your grandfather tried knocking.
- 1:17:47Speaker 1: He knocked till he died. Your father tried knocking. He
- 1:17:50Speaker 1: knocked till he died. For you, who is this king
- 1:17:53Speaker 1: of glory? Then you give them a reply. The Lord
- 1:18:01Speaker 1: is strong and mighty. That everybody who did ministry from
- 1:18:05Speaker 1: your family. They said they were called. The spirit still
- 1:18:07Speaker 1: killed them in shameful way. Everybody is afraid to take
- 1:18:11Speaker 1: the mantle of ministry. Now that mantle is already looking
- 1:18:14Speaker 1: for you. Better get the revelation of the life of God.
- 1:18:17Speaker 1: Before you get to certain places. And speak over destinies.
- 1:18:21Speaker 1: Somebody will tell you my father is a witch.
- 1:18:23Speaker 3: Is a wizard.
- 1:18:24Speaker 1: Don't worry. Just come for the meeting. Make sure you
- 1:18:27Speaker 1: have the life of God. And you have a revelation
- 1:18:30Speaker 1: of it. Hmm.
- 1:18:35Speaker 3: Let me tell you the truth.
- 1:18:36Speaker 1: There are certain calls that are very dangerous if you
- 1:18:40Speaker 1: don't have revelation.
- 1:18:41Speaker 3: You will not even live long.
- 1:18:43Speaker 1: I tell you, ask any preacher who knows God. The
- 1:18:47Speaker 1: spirits that will be assigned, there are spirits that are
- 1:18:51Speaker 1: not assigned to men. They are assigned to mantles. They
- 1:18:57Speaker 1: don't follow individuals. They follow certain graces because of what
- 1:19:01Speaker 1: those graces will do. So before you stand before Pharaoh,
- 1:19:06Speaker 1: you must have a revelation. Ladies and gentlemen, can I
- 1:19:08Speaker 1: tell you, every area I know in Africa has some
- 1:19:12Speaker 1: history of witchcraft, some history of whatever, from masquerades to
- 1:19:16Speaker 1: the worship of the dead to whatever it is. Now
- 1:19:19Speaker 1: you suddenly emerge out of nowhere and just carelessly say,
- 1:19:22Speaker 1: I'm saved. And then you want to now spearhead something heavy.
- 1:19:27Speaker 3: For the kingdom. It takes light.
- 1:19:32Speaker 1: Some of the missionaries who came They had a sincere heart,
- 1:19:35Speaker 1: but they did not have light. Some of them never
- 1:19:37Speaker 1: lived to return. Say it again, I have the life
- 1:19:41Speaker 1: of God. I am absolutely convinced that no man can
- 1:19:48Speaker 1: take my life when my assignment is not done.
- 1:19:52Speaker 3: It's a revelation.
- 1:19:53Speaker 1: I took time to meditate upon it.
- 1:19:58Speaker 3: I truly believe that.
- 1:20:01Speaker 1: You have no idea what this man standing before you
- 1:20:04Speaker 1: has gone through in the spirit. If I were making
- 1:20:06Speaker 1: empty noise, I would have been long dead by now.
- 1:20:09Speaker 1: Long dead by now. There have been many times in
- 1:20:14Speaker 1: my life, sir, about to take a trip and somebody
- 1:20:17Speaker 1: will call me, maybe some dear friend and say, Apostle,
- 1:20:19Speaker 1: please don't take this trip. I saw a ghastly motor
- 1:20:21Speaker 1: accident and I saw you die. And these are people
- 1:20:24Speaker 1: who are great. They are not just noisemakers. I know
- 1:20:26Speaker 1: that's what the devil planned. But what then is the
- 1:20:28Speaker 1: excellency of the life of God? The ability to rewrite
- 1:20:32Speaker 1: your prophecy. Did you hear what I said? Rewrite your prophecy. Now,
- 1:20:39Speaker 1: you don't just say, oh, I know. What is your revelation?
- 1:20:42Speaker 1: I lay me down and I slept. He said, I
- 1:20:45Speaker 1: wait for the Lord to sustain me. Who sustains? The Lord.
- 1:20:50Speaker 1: The same Lord who sustains is the one who owns
- 1:20:53Speaker 1: the earth.
- 1:20:53Speaker 3: It's fullness.
- 1:20:55Speaker 1: All the elements that are used for divinity. nation they
- 1:20:58Speaker 1: were his property the earth the sun and he said
- 1:21:02Speaker 1: the sun will not be used against me the earth
- 1:21:05Speaker 1: will not fight against me because i have a covenant
- 1:21:08Speaker 1: with the stones every manipulation of witchcraft works based on
- 1:21:12Speaker 1: elemental forces you have to use water earth sun fire
- 1:21:17Speaker 1: without these elements the supernatural cannot work and already i
- 1:21:20Speaker 1: have a covenant with all of them The owner put
- 1:21:24Speaker 1: me in that covenant that the ecosystem should not hurt
- 1:21:27Speaker 1: me on account of my status and my assignment.
- 1:21:34Speaker 3: Do you believe this?
- 1:21:34Speaker 1: So it says no enchantment. That while you are sleeping,
- 1:21:44Speaker 1: somebody is saying your firstborn to your fourthborn, may they
- 1:21:48Speaker 1: all die in your hands. And they are chanting it.
- 1:21:51Speaker 1: And you find rest. You shake yourself like a warrior
- 1:21:53Speaker 1: that you are. I have the life of God. An
- 1:21:56Speaker 1: indestructible life. An indestructible life. I have a family relationship
- 1:22:02Speaker 1: with God. I'm not a stranger somewhere looking for access.
- 1:22:06Speaker 1: He is my father. He is the word pata. Source, sustainer, defender, protector.
- 1:22:17Speaker 1: Let me give you the final one.
- 1:22:19Speaker 3: So we'll find somewhere to pray. Someone is getting angry.
- 1:22:22Speaker 1: Getting angry and saying, so with the life of God,
- 1:22:25Speaker 1: this thing that has been going on in my family,
- 1:22:28Speaker 1: it's time to bring it to an end.
- 1:22:30Speaker 3: Did you hear what I said?
- 1:22:32Speaker 1: This issue of saying ladies get married and return back
- 1:22:35Speaker 1: to their parents' homes. No matter how it has prevailed,
- 1:22:39Speaker 1: I'm coming with the life of God to put a
- 1:22:41Speaker 1: full stop. And say this is where it ends. How
- 1:22:46Speaker 1: about the ones that people get married and the woman
- 1:22:49Speaker 1: is the man and the man is the woman? Huh?
- 1:22:53Speaker 1: Have you had that kind of thing? The life of God. Listen,
- 1:22:58Speaker 1: everything you are silent about, you have authorized it to
- 1:23:01Speaker 1: continue in your life. Yes, sir. We give you.
- 1:23:08Speaker 4: God, the highest praise. From the rising of the sun
- 1:23:17Speaker 4: to the setting of the same, we give you, God,
- 1:23:24Speaker 4: the highest praise.
- 1:23:27Speaker 1: From the rising of the sun. So number one, the
- 1:23:35Speaker 1: first assignment and mission of Jesus was to come as
- 1:23:39Speaker 1: an accurate revelation and a manifestation of the misunderstood God.
- 1:23:45Speaker 1: Correcting our understanding about God. Number two, Jesus came to
- 1:23:50Speaker 1: make the life of God. accessible to all men by
- 1:23:55Speaker 1: reconciling us to God number three why did Jesus come
- 1:23:58Speaker 1: listen to this he came as a model of God's
- 1:24:02Speaker 1: expectation for man Jesus came as a model of God's
- 1:24:09Speaker 1: expectation for man John 14 12 a model of God's
- 1:24:16Speaker 1: expectation for man He came as a model of God's
- 1:24:22Speaker 1: expectation for man. You want to know how God expects
- 1:24:25Speaker 1: you to live? Look at Jesus. He says, Verily, verily,
- 1:24:29Speaker 1: I say unto you, he that believeth on me, the
- 1:24:31Speaker 1: works that I do, he shall also do, and greater works.
- 1:24:36Speaker 1: Why greater? I've done a teaching on that. The reason
- 1:24:40Speaker 1: why you will do greater works is because Because there
- 1:24:44Speaker 1: are certain miracles that even Jesus himself could not perform.
- 1:24:48Speaker 3: Do you know why?
- 1:24:49Speaker 1: Because performing that miracle would demand him dying. And since
- 1:24:53Speaker 1: he had not died, for instance, Jesus could not give
- 1:24:56Speaker 1: anybody eternal life before his death. He could heal, but
- 1:25:00Speaker 1: everybody he healed still died. The first person to receive
- 1:25:07Speaker 1: eternal life was not by Jesus. It was by the apostles.
- 1:25:10Speaker 1: Jesus was the basis for that eternal life. Nobody's sins
- 1:25:15Speaker 1: could be indefinitely forgiven and God's life imparted in its fullness.
- 1:25:19Speaker 3: Because it would demand death. And Jesus was still alive.
- 1:25:24Speaker 1: So when he says greater works, there is one miracle
- 1:25:26Speaker 1: Jesus did not perform when he was on earth. He
- 1:25:29Speaker 1: raised the dead, but he could not translate anybody from
- 1:25:32Speaker 1: the kingdom of darkness to the kingdom of his dear son.
- 1:25:34Speaker 1: Now with one declaration, every believer can make that happen.
- 1:25:39Speaker 1: That's what makes the work greater, not greater miracles. There
- 1:25:43Speaker 1: are many other miracles Jesus did that were not recorded
- 1:25:46Speaker 1: in this book. John 20, 30 and 31. So if
- 1:25:49Speaker 1: you are talking about greater in terms of miracles or volume, no.
- 1:25:53Speaker 1: Nobody has fed 5,000 people out of nothing yet. That
- 1:25:56Speaker 1: is a lifetime project for all of us. So it's
- 1:25:58Speaker 1: not talking about a greater miracle.
- 1:26:05Speaker 3: Are we together? Say amen.
- 1:26:06Speaker 2: Amen.
- 1:26:11Speaker 1: Apostle, I don't know how my destiny should look like.
- 1:26:14Speaker 1: Look unto Jesus. He has become the portrait for you.
- 1:26:18Speaker 1: Are we together? Amen. Was he killed before his assignment finished? No.
- 1:26:24Speaker 3: His dying was part of the process of the assignment.
- 1:26:26Speaker 1: That was why. It was not weakness or limitation. That
- 1:26:29Speaker 1: means like Jesus, you have a right to place a
- 1:26:33Speaker 1: demand and say no power, my God, no force, no
- 1:26:37Speaker 1: enchantment against my destiny will take my life before my time.
- 1:26:41Speaker 3: Are we together? Number two, did Jesus fulfill his assignment?
- 1:26:45Speaker 1: Yes. Yes. That means every one of us should fulfill
- 1:26:48Speaker 1: our assignments, our portions of assignments that we call purpose.
- 1:26:52Speaker 1: The roles that we have to play in that bigger picture.
- 1:26:57Speaker 1: Jesus was focused and dedicated and determined. He did not
- 1:27:01Speaker 1: come to the earth doing everything. He made his manifesto clear.
- 1:27:05Speaker 1: Are we together now? Yes. That means if you find
- 1:27:09Speaker 1: yourself doing too many things, things is proof that you
- 1:27:12Speaker 1: are confused. You should be busy but not busy doing
- 1:27:15Speaker 1: too many things. There are few major things that actually
- 1:27:18Speaker 1: define a man's life. Being busy doing too many things
- 1:27:21Speaker 1: is a sign of lack of vision because one of
- 1:27:25Speaker 1: the assignments of vision is that it creates focus. It
- 1:27:29Speaker 1: coordinates your energy to target a few things and to
- 1:27:32Speaker 1: achieve them.
- 1:27:34Speaker 3: Hallelujah.
- 1:27:34Speaker 2: Hallelujah.
- 1:27:38Speaker 1: He came as a portrait. Jesus was victorious. Satan could
- 1:27:43Speaker 1: not defeat him even though he tried. Men tried and
- 1:27:46Speaker 1: could not defeat him. Jesus was busy about it. He
- 1:27:48Speaker 1: was not lazy. That means every believer who is lazy
- 1:27:52Speaker 1: is being antichrist. Antichrist is not only when you deceive people.
- 1:27:56Speaker 1: If you act in a way and manner that is
- 1:27:59Speaker 1: not consistent with the portrait given to you, it is
- 1:28:02Speaker 1: an antichrist behavior. Are we together? I humorously say whether
- 1:28:08Speaker 1: you choose to serve Jesus or Satan, in any case,
- 1:28:11Speaker 1: none of them will accept you being lazy. If you
- 1:28:18Speaker 1: run away from Jesus because you are lazy and come
- 1:28:20Speaker 1: to Satan.
- 1:28:20Speaker 3: He will push you back. He will say, you can go.
- 1:28:23Speaker 1: Because either way, diligence is demanded. It doesn't matter who
- 1:28:27Speaker 1: you serve. Are we together?
- 1:28:30Speaker 3: Are we together? When I found out.
- 1:28:40Speaker 1: That Jesus did not fail in his assignment I made
- 1:28:43Speaker 1: a covenant with my life and my destiny that I
- 1:28:45Speaker 1: will not fail in my assignment someone say I will
- 1:28:48Speaker 1: not fail let the devil hear you hear me.
- 1:28:55Speaker 3: My worship people, that.
- 1:28:56Speaker 1: Means if God sent you here and sent you to
- 1:28:59Speaker 1: Abelkuta and there are songs within your spirit and those
- 1:29:04Speaker 1: songs should be like that's bringing revival. If you don't
- 1:29:07Speaker 1: bring those songs to us, you have failed. If there
- 1:29:10Speaker 1: is somebody here who is supposed to be a kingdom
- 1:29:12Speaker 1: financier and that is your prophetic destiny in your rising,
- 1:29:16Speaker 1: you see, destiny is like a relay. Many people depend
- 1:29:20Speaker 1: on your own succeeding to succeed. If Billy Graham was
- 1:29:25Speaker 1: not saved, millions of preachers would not rise because their
- 1:29:29Speaker 1: destinies were connected to his own.
- 1:29:31Speaker 3: Are we together?
- 1:29:32Speaker 1: For every one of you listening to me now, there
- 1:29:34Speaker 1: are at least two people beyond yourself connected whose achieving
- 1:29:41Speaker 1: and actualizing their destiny depends on your actualizing your own.
- 1:29:45Speaker 1: That means for every time you tell God, I'm not
- 1:29:47Speaker 1: serious with you, you are punishing all those who have
- 1:29:50Speaker 1: been connected to your grace. For every time you tell
- 1:29:53Speaker 1: the Lord, I'm not serious. One day I will think
- 1:29:56Speaker 1: about this thing. I hear you have a call upon
- 1:29:59Speaker 1: my life. I will talk to you on that in 2027.
- 1:30:03Speaker 1: You peg somebody else's manifestation. Imagine if Apostle Achidume did
- 1:30:08Speaker 1: not manifest what God has breathed in him.
- 1:30:10Speaker 3: All the sons and daughters and.
- 1:30:12Speaker 1: The people now who have risen on account of his
- 1:30:14Speaker 1: apostleship will be at the mercy. Listen, this is the
- 1:30:18Speaker 1: reason why... God can take the bishopric of men and
- 1:30:22Speaker 1: give another.
- 1:30:23Speaker 3: And that's what he's doing this end time.
- 1:30:25Speaker 1: God is merciful, but he will not indefinitely allow a
- 1:30:28Speaker 1: generation suffer because of the carelessness of one person. When
- 1:30:32Speaker 1: you demonstrate that you are indefinitely not interested in growth
- 1:30:35Speaker 1: and transformation, he will honor your will, but he will
- 1:30:38Speaker 1: take that bishopric and give faithful men. That was the
- 1:30:41Speaker 1: mystery in the parable of the talents. He collected from
- 1:30:44Speaker 1: the one. Who did not see the value and gave
- 1:30:47Speaker 1: the one. You thought he would collect it and keep it. No,
- 1:30:50Speaker 1: he collected it. So you will find people who in
- 1:30:55Speaker 1: this end time started as evangelists. But later you will
- 1:30:58Speaker 1: start seeing prophetic dimensions. And say when did you become
- 1:31:00Speaker 1: a prophet? It's because their faithfulness has earned them a stake.
- 1:31:04Speaker 1: Because a prophet that was supposed to have risen and
- 1:31:07Speaker 1: raised others. Decided as an act of his will that
- 1:31:10Speaker 1: I will not be serious with God. And God has
- 1:31:12Speaker 1: seen that there are 10,000 other people tied to that grace.
- 1:31:15Speaker 1: He will find the next available faithful vessel. And trust
- 1:31:19Speaker 1: with that responsibility.
- 1:31:23Speaker 3: Are we learning? Jesus came.
- 1:31:27Speaker 1: As a portrait of what you should be. I never
- 1:31:31Speaker 1: read my Bible, I'm wrapping up, and see a weak Jesus.
- 1:31:35Speaker 1: Jesus was not weak. I do not see Jesus who
- 1:31:38Speaker 1: ran away from demons, ran away from principalities. No. I
- 1:31:44Speaker 1: saw a diligent Jesus who by age 12, when his
- 1:31:48Speaker 1: teenage colleagues were roaming around, he was at the temple.
- 1:31:52Speaker 1: Listen to me. Let me speak to especially the younger people,
- 1:31:55Speaker 1: the youth in this church. If you are going to be.
- 1:31:59Speaker 3: Like Jesus, timing matters. Timing matters. Are we together?
- 1:32:04Speaker 1: There is a time to invest in your destiny. Invest
- 1:32:08Speaker 1: in your destiny. Make a commitment that you are cutting
- 1:32:11Speaker 1: away distractions. You have seen that there is an apostolic mandate.
- 1:32:17Speaker 1: prophetic mandate, an entrepreneur mandate. God has told you you'll
- 1:32:20Speaker 1: be a leader of leaders. Wishing and seeing it as
- 1:32:23Speaker 1: a vision and writing it in a book is only
- 1:32:25Speaker 1: as good as it gets until you stand up and
- 1:32:29Speaker 1: put it to work. When it has to do with
- 1:32:31Speaker 1: destiny actualization, timing matters. This is why God gives us
- 1:32:35Speaker 1: advantages like restoration and speed because he knows that by
- 1:32:39Speaker 1: default something would have tampered with our time. Hallelujah. It
- 1:32:45Speaker 1: takes time to know God. It takes time to become
- 1:32:48Speaker 1: genuinely anointed. It takes time to understand scripture. Are we together?
- 1:32:54Speaker 1: It takes time to convince yourself that you are a
- 1:32:56Speaker 1: blessing to the world and not a curse. Start it now.
- 1:32:59Speaker 1: For someone, God is speaking to you already. You came
- 1:33:01Speaker 1: to church and God is saying, I've been trailing you
- 1:33:04Speaker 1: for five years. This, your own seriousness is going to
- 1:33:06Speaker 1: punish your family and punish the people who are looking
- 1:33:10Speaker 1: up to you. The reason for that is because there
- 1:33:12Speaker 1: is a prophetic mandate upon you and God has been
- 1:33:15Speaker 1: patient with you. Time to come to church, you are
- 1:33:18Speaker 1: not interested. Bible study, you are not interested. Prayer, you
- 1:33:21Speaker 1: are not interested. And God is saying, for every time
- 1:33:24Speaker 1: you tell me no, you are also telling many people no.
- 1:33:30Speaker 1: I hope I'm speaking to an apostle listening. I hope
- 1:33:33Speaker 1: I'm speaking to one prophet listening. I hope I'm speaking
- 1:33:35Speaker 1: to one evangelist. I hope I'm speaking to one kingdom financier. Hallelujah.
- 1:33:43Speaker 1: We live in a world where people like to celebrate
- 1:33:46Speaker 1: dreams and visions and keep it there. For 10, 20 years,
- 1:33:49Speaker 1: they are still celebrating dreams and visions. It is often
- 1:33:53Speaker 1: said that the only way to make a dream come
- 1:33:55Speaker 1: to pass is to wake up. Provided you are still dreaming,
- 1:34:01Speaker 1: you will keep downloading.
- 1:34:02Speaker 3: Intentions that will never come to pass. Hallelujah.
- 1:34:13Speaker 1: If you are Esther, are you going to fail in
- 1:34:15Speaker 1: your assignment? If you are Elijah, are you going to
- 1:34:18Speaker 1: fail in your assignment? If you are Mary, will you
- 1:34:21Speaker 1: rob us of seeing Jesus?
- 1:34:24Speaker 3: Are we together?
- 1:34:25Speaker 1: If you are Anna the prophetess, are you going to
- 1:34:28Speaker 1: pray diligently until Jesus comes? I made up my mind
- 1:34:32Speaker 1: as a covenant with my destiny that whatever role I
- 1:34:36Speaker 1: have to play as far as making my contributions to
- 1:34:41Speaker 1: the body of Christ is concerned, I will use my
- 1:34:43Speaker 1: lifetime to make that happen. And this is why you
- 1:34:46Speaker 1: see myself, spend myself and I'm spent doing the things
- 1:34:49Speaker 1: that I do. First because I love this Jesus. But
- 1:34:53Speaker 1: then because I love his body. And I realize that
- 1:34:55Speaker 1: if destinies are connected to me in truth, then I
- 1:34:58Speaker 1: must make the determination that I will not let those
- 1:35:01Speaker 1: destinies fail. For someone God is speaking to you. By now,
- 1:35:04Speaker 1: if you were serious five years ago, you would have
- 1:35:07Speaker 1: found the keys to wealth by now. By now you
- 1:35:09Speaker 1: would have started sponsoring conferences Based on God's calendar for
- 1:35:13Speaker 1: you You are already behind time That means in this
- 1:35:16Speaker 1: conference you will buy books If you are 30, 35,
- 1:35:19Speaker 1: 40 years And you have not started destiny And you
- 1:35:22Speaker 1: are friends with an 18 year old person Sleeping and
- 1:35:25Speaker 1: waking up together That person has the advantage of time
- 1:35:28Speaker 1: He will repent when he is 20 and still has
- 1:35:30Speaker 1: time You are already 40 The time is against you
- 1:35:33Speaker 1: It means you double up in your productivity Am I
- 1:35:37Speaker 1: challenging someone? When someone by five younger than you is
- 1:35:42Speaker 1: buying one book. You buy two or three. Because time
- 1:35:45Speaker 1: is against you. You got born again at 30.
- 1:35:47Speaker 3: Okay.
- 1:35:49Speaker 1: I understand. Thank God you are born again. But it
- 1:35:51Speaker 1: takes a long time. The person who got born again
- 1:35:54Speaker 1: at 30. And the one who got born again at 7.
- 1:35:57Speaker 1: The advantage they have is not the same. Spiritualities. But
- 1:36:00Speaker 1: in terms of time. If all of you are mentored
- 1:36:03Speaker 1: under the same pastor. In 10 years that gentleman will
- 1:36:06Speaker 1: be 17. And you are... going to be maybe 40.
- 1:36:13Speaker 3: Is God speaking to us?
- 1:36:15Speaker 1: Yes. If God intended for you to rise to an
- 1:36:19Speaker 1: executive level and you realize that assignment by the time
- 1:36:23Speaker 1: you are 50, you have 10 or 15 more years
- 1:36:26Speaker 1: in the civil service. And because you did not give
- 1:36:29Speaker 1: the kind of effort you should have given. Not knowing
- 1:36:32Speaker 1: it was in your prophetic destiny. You would need an advantage.
- 1:36:36Speaker 1: So when you hear teachings about favor, you listen twice.
- 1:36:40Speaker 1: Because there is already something that is against you. Let
- 1:36:46Speaker 1: me speak to someone already. In the name of Jesus,
- 1:36:49Speaker 1: who is the son of the living God. Everything that
- 1:36:52Speaker 1: does not make your life look like the portrait of Jesus.
- 1:36:57Speaker 1: To the nations. No matter what it is. It dies
- 1:37:00Speaker 1: here permanently. Shout a believing amen. It dies here permanently.
- 1:37:08Speaker 1: Jesus was always prayerful. That means every spirit of prayerlessness.
- 1:37:13Speaker 1: That has trapped your life. Allowing you to grow older
- 1:37:17Speaker 1: without spiritual investment. I curse that spirit right now. from
- 1:37:24Speaker 1: age 12 Jesus was at the temple already learning maybe
- 1:37:30Speaker 1: by the time you were his age your parents were
- 1:37:32Speaker 1: not even saved and so you already had a disadvantage
- 1:37:37Speaker 1: I pray for you in the name that is above
- 1:37:38Speaker 1: all names that whatever it is that makes you to
- 1:37:41Speaker 1: not have an appetite for the word spiritual laziness let
- 1:37:45Speaker 1: it be caused right now.
- 1:37:50Speaker 3: Do you know I've studied the life of Jesus.
- 1:37:54Speaker 1: I never saw Jesus with friends until he got the apostles, disciples.
- 1:38:01Speaker 1: What did he do as a teenager? I mean, he
- 1:38:04Speaker 1: was a young man like every other person wanting relationships.
- 1:38:09Speaker 1: You see, love is a command, but relating with everybody
- 1:38:13Speaker 1: is not. You have to be determined in your life
- 1:38:18Speaker 1: that for the sake of what is on my head,
- 1:38:19Speaker 1: I'm wrapping up now, and the sake of where I'm going,
- 1:38:22Speaker 1: I will have to edit certain relationships. Don't say we're
- 1:38:26Speaker 1: born together. That's nonsense. Anybody who becomes a representative of
- 1:38:30Speaker 1: an antichrist system in your life, this is the system.
- 1:38:33Speaker 1: You don't have to fight them, but you have to
- 1:38:35Speaker 1: create room enough for the sake of where you are going.
- 1:38:38Speaker 1: When God called Abraham, he went together with his relatives.
- 1:38:42Speaker 1: But when he got to the base of the mountain,
- 1:38:45Speaker 1: he said, I've gotten to a point where I have
- 1:38:46Speaker 1: to go alone. I love you. We have come this far.
- 1:38:49Speaker 1: Stay back. You will love me too much to not
- 1:38:52Speaker 1: allow me to obey God if you go with me.
- 1:38:54Speaker 1: There are people who love you too much. They will
- 1:38:56Speaker 1: not allow you to pray. When you are fasting as
- 1:38:59Speaker 1: a young man, they will say this is too much.
- 1:39:01Speaker 1: Whereas they don't know the destiny that is on your head.
- 1:39:05Speaker 1: You pray for 10.
- 1:39:06Speaker 3: Minutes and say no, no, no. This is too much.
- 1:39:09Speaker 1: Whereas they don't know what you are standing in to
- 1:39:12Speaker 1: stop over your family and over the nations.
- 1:39:15Speaker 3: Again, I pray for you. Every wrong relationship around your life.
- 1:39:20Speaker 1: That is stopping you from becoming a manifestation of the
- 1:39:23Speaker 1: Lord Jesus Christ. I curse it right now. Shout a
- 1:39:27Speaker 1: believing amen. I curse it right now.
- 1:39:32Speaker 3: Now listen to me.
- 1:39:34Speaker 1: You would think that because Jesus was the son of
- 1:39:36Speaker 1: God apostle sir. automatically he will be born and he
- 1:39:40Speaker 1: will start his assignment. Not even Jesus escaped the law
- 1:39:43Speaker 1: of process. For 18 years, from the time he became
- 1:39:48Speaker 1: a teenager from age 12, the Bible was silent about
- 1:39:51Speaker 1: Jesus until he was 30. Jesus, as we know, was
- 1:39:58Speaker 1: building capacity. And by the time he was 30, guess what?
- 1:40:02Speaker 1: Satan still did not leave him. I pray for you.
- 1:40:05Speaker 1: The kind of preparation that you need to make. For
- 1:40:09Speaker 1: some of you, you are behind time. You've never read
- 1:40:11Speaker 1: any book here. You are not making, sowing to the spirit,
- 1:40:14Speaker 1: making the kinds of investments that design a great destiny.
- 1:40:18Speaker 1: In the name of Jesus, may God show you mercy
- 1:40:21Speaker 1: and give you speed. Show you mercy and give you speed.
- 1:40:26Speaker 1: Show you mercy and give you speed. Three more prayers
- 1:40:31Speaker 1: for you. I want you to please receive it.
- 1:40:33Speaker 4: Hallelujah.
- 1:40:35Speaker 1: Now hear me. One thing I see in the life
- 1:40:38Speaker 1: of Jesus is that he never let help us, even
- 1:40:41Speaker 1: when he was going to the cross. At every given
- 1:40:44Speaker 1: point in his life, there were helpers. When the people
- 1:40:48Speaker 1: came to embarrass him as touching financial issues.
- 1:40:51Speaker 3: Even a fish produced coin.
- 1:40:57Speaker 1: When you want to become like Jesus, you must understand
- 1:40:59Speaker 1: the mystery of the help of God. When I was
- 1:41:02Speaker 1: coming into this church, I've seen it many times. But
- 1:41:05Speaker 1: it occurred to me again, a people that have been
- 1:41:08Speaker 1: helped by God.
- 1:41:10Speaker 3: Ebenezer.
- 1:41:12Speaker 1: There are three ways that God helps a man. Number one,
- 1:41:15Speaker 1: he shows him his mercy. Number two, he gives him
- 1:41:18Speaker 1: access to men. Number three, he introduces him to the
- 1:41:21Speaker 1: ministry of the Holy Spirit.
- 1:41:23Speaker 3: These are the three.
- 1:41:24Speaker 1: Ways men are primarily helped by God. The mercy of
- 1:41:28Speaker 1: God is one way he helps. The gift of men.
- 1:41:31Speaker 1: He will help you through men. And number three. He
- 1:41:35Speaker 1: will open you up to the ministry of the Holy Spirit.
- 1:41:37Speaker 1: Who is called the helper. For some of you right now.
- 1:41:40Speaker 1: You would have become in a greater measure. But demons
- 1:41:44Speaker 1: have manipulated the ministry of helps. Men never show up
- 1:41:48Speaker 1: to help you. Men never show up to help you.
- 1:41:53Speaker 1: Simple things become hard because Satan does not want you
- 1:41:56Speaker 1: to become. I pray for you. In the name of Jesus,
- 1:41:59Speaker 1: standing upon this altar from tonight, let help come for
- 1:42:03Speaker 1: you speedily. Let help come for you speedily. In the
- 1:42:12Speaker 1: name of Jesus. My final prayer for you. There is
- 1:42:18Speaker 1: one thing that Jesus said he was and he is.
- 1:42:21Speaker 1: And he also said you are that. Light. When he
- 1:42:28Speaker 1: said I am the light of the world. He also
- 1:42:31Speaker 1: said you are the light of the world. Therefore I
- 1:42:35Speaker 1: want to pray for you. Whatever has made you become
- 1:42:38Speaker 1: darkness to others. They have marked you. And said don't
- 1:42:41Speaker 1: come near this man. Don't come near this woman.
- 1:42:44Speaker 3: He is a destroyer.
- 1:42:45Speaker 1: He is not a life giver. spirit i pray for
- 1:42:48Speaker 1: you in the name of jesus the son of the
- 1:42:50Speaker 1: living god you will begin to manifest as light from
- 1:42:52Speaker 1: tonight you will begin to manifest as light you begin
- 1:42:59Speaker 1: to manifest as light you begin to manifest as light
- 1:43:05Speaker 1: you are in this place right now and you're saying
- 1:43:08Speaker 1: apostle the jesus i met oh it's not the one
- 1:43:12Speaker 1: you just talked about then you need to meet the
- 1:43:14Speaker 1: real jesus The one I met, what I was told
- 1:43:19Speaker 1: about him scared me away from him. And I did
- 1:43:23Speaker 1: not even go further to build a relationship with him.
- 1:43:28Speaker 1: Perhaps you may say, Apostle, honestly, I met church and
- 1:43:32Speaker 1: I thought church was Jesus. I met a man of
- 1:43:36Speaker 1: God and I thought a man of God was Jesus.
- 1:43:39Speaker 1: We're in his image, but we're not him. There is
- 1:43:42Speaker 1: a real person called Jesus. And you can encounter a
- 1:43:46Speaker 1: man of God as a means to get into Jesus.
- 1:43:49Speaker 1: You can encounter church as a means to get into Jesus.
- 1:43:54Speaker 1: I believe that among the many people who are here tonight,
- 1:43:57Speaker 1: and please lend me your attention for one last time.
- 1:44:00Speaker 1: There must be one person who is an apostle. This
- 1:44:03Speaker 1: Jesus you just introduced is the one I have desired.
- 1:44:08Speaker 1: He's the one I've prayed for. He's the one I've
- 1:44:10Speaker 1: seen in my dreams. He's the one I want to
- 1:44:13Speaker 1: love more. live for and serve all the days of
- 1:44:15Speaker 1: my life. There are two calls that I want to
- 1:44:18Speaker 1: make here in one very quickly. Those who are saying,
- 1:44:22Speaker 1: I have never known this genuine real Jesus, the fountain
- 1:44:28Speaker 1: of love, the resurrection and the life, and haven't heard
- 1:44:31Speaker 1: you speak about him today, bringing this simple introduction of
- 1:44:34Speaker 1: his person and his mission.
- 1:44:36Speaker 3: I want him now in my life.
- 1:44:39Speaker 1: Or number two those who are saying I think I
- 1:44:42Speaker 1: made this decision before but I really did not understand
- 1:44:45Speaker 1: what I was doing I was just playing church now
- 1:44:47Speaker 1: on hearing you especially that there are destinies connected to
- 1:44:51Speaker 1: me I do not want to fail Jesus fail my
- 1:44:53Speaker 1: destiny nor fail those connected to me that you want
- 1:44:56Speaker 1: to come out and join them here I'm going to
- 1:44:57Speaker 1: count one to five you don't have to come out
- 1:45:00Speaker 1: but that you mean business with Jesus and you do
- 1:45:03Speaker 1: not want to let this convention just pass like that
- 1:45:06Speaker 1: As I count one to five, I want you to
- 1:45:08Speaker 1: finally win that war over your destiny. I will request
- 1:45:11Speaker 1: that you run and come and stand here and give
- 1:45:13Speaker 1: me the honor of leading you to Jesus. The moment
- 1:45:16Speaker 1: I count five, I begin to pray.
- 1:45:17Speaker 3: One.
- 1:45:19Speaker 1: Let's celebrate them as they come. Two. Come. Don't be afraid.
- 1:45:27Speaker 1: Don't be ashamed. Don't wait for anyone to come before you.
- 1:45:31Speaker 1: This is a personal matter and a personal affair. Are
- 1:45:36Speaker 1: we encouraging them? Three. The way you are clapping is
- 1:45:41Speaker 1: the way men will clap for you. After your victory emerges. Apostle,
- 1:45:54Speaker 1: I've lived my life anyhow. Can Jesus receive me? Come.
- 1:45:58Speaker 1: He's able to give you a new beginning. I've always
- 1:46:02Speaker 1: known that I have the call of God upon my life.
- 1:46:04Speaker 1: But I've never been serious with him. Come. Come. Thank you. Four.
- 1:46:16Speaker 1: The final count and we're done. Five. Thank you. Thank you.
- 1:46:26Speaker 3: Thank you.
- 1:46:26Speaker 1: In the name of Jesus. You're joining them. Come quickly.
- 1:46:31Speaker 1: We thank God for this harvest. Ladies and gentlemen, please
- 1:46:33Speaker 1: look at me. I want you to know that you
- 1:46:35Speaker 1: are standing before Jesus. Some of you are crying. Don't
- 1:46:38Speaker 1: be ashamed of your tears. Everyone who is genuinely saved
- 1:46:42Speaker 1: answered this call. When you come before Jesus, it is
- 1:46:47Speaker 1: not just the coming that translates to eternal life. It
- 1:46:50Speaker 1: is that there must be a determination in your heart.
- 1:46:54Speaker 1: For one minute, I want you to take me out
- 1:46:56Speaker 1: of your face and just see Jesus standing here. And
- 1:47:00Speaker 1: all that he's telling you is I love you. And
- 1:47:03Speaker 1: we can start afresh. I don't care what you have
- 1:47:06Speaker 1: done or not done. I don't care if you have
- 1:47:09Speaker 1: run away from me like the prodigal son. My hand
- 1:47:12Speaker 1: has been upon your life. I've been looking for you.
- 1:47:15Speaker 1: Because your mother prayed before she died. And I've come
- 1:47:19Speaker 1: to honor that covenant. But you've been running away. It
- 1:47:21Speaker 1: doesn't matter.
- 1:47:22Speaker 3: He's able to give you a new beginning.
- 1:47:26Speaker 1: As I lead you to make this prayer, please don't...
- 1:47:29Speaker 1: Assume you are reciting a poem. Let it be from
- 1:47:31Speaker 1: the depth of your heart. Lift your right hand if
- 1:47:34Speaker 1: you will. As a sign of total surrender to this Jesus.
- 1:47:38Speaker 1: And say after me. Loud. Clear.
- 1:47:41Speaker 3: With understanding. Say Lord Jesus.
- 1:47:45Speaker 1: Say it again.
- 1:47:46Speaker 3: Lord Jesus.
- 1:47:47Speaker 1: Tonight. I have heard your word.
- 1:47:51Speaker 3: I love you. With all of my heart.
- 1:47:56Speaker 1: I believe. That you died for my sin. I believe.
- 1:48:02Speaker 1: That you rose again. For my justification. Right now.
- 1:48:09Speaker 3: I receive Jesus.
- 1:48:11Speaker 1: Into my heart. As my savior. My lord. And my king.
- 1:48:18Speaker 1: I declare. that the power of sin Satan hell and
- 1:48:28Speaker 1: the grave is broken over my life from tonight and
- 1:48:32Speaker 1: forever I'm a child of God amen Father, thank you
- 1:48:37Speaker 1: for these lovely people. They have come declaring your lordship
- 1:48:40Speaker 1: over their lives. Based on the authority of scripture, I
- 1:48:43Speaker 1: declare your sins forgiven. I call you bona fide recipients
- 1:48:46Speaker 1: of the life of God. From tonight, you go forward
- 1:48:49Speaker 1: ever and backward never. In Jesus' name.
- 1:48:53Speaker 3: Alright, here's what I want you to do for me.
- 1:48:55Speaker 1: All of you in concert, while we clap for them,
- 1:48:57Speaker 1: please may I request that they move. Who are they following? Okay,
- 1:49:01Speaker 1: you follow the counselors. They will have a word with
- 1:49:04Speaker 1: you very quickly and you'll be back.
- 1:49:06Speaker 3: To your seat.
- 1:49:06Speaker 1: Thank you very much. Let's honor them. Please give them
- 1:49:09Speaker 1: a big, big God bless you. Victory Life, are you clapping? Hallelujah.
- 1:49:25Speaker 1: Praise the Lord. Now, before I take my seat, allow
- 1:49:28Speaker 1: me for a minute to lend my voice with the
- 1:49:31Speaker 1: man of God. We'll have the time tomorrow to pray
- 1:49:34Speaker 1: for the sick minister to people. And so come tomorrow
- 1:49:37Speaker 1: with your heart expectant. Invite everyone you can. We trust
- 1:49:41Speaker 1: God for impartations. I'll be able to speak over your life.
- 1:49:45Speaker 1: And in the name of Jesus, you will be a
- 1:49:46Speaker 1: representation of the theme of this conference. For in Jesus'
- 1:49:50Speaker 1: mighty name we pray.
- 1:49:51Speaker 4: Amen.
- 1:49:52Speaker 1: Give Jesus a big hand clap.
- 1:49:56Speaker 5: Can you celebrate Apostle Joshua Selman please?
- 1:49:58Speaker 1: Celebrate him. Celebrate him. Celebrate him.
- 1:50:08Speaker 5: Rise up on your feet and lift up your two
- 1:50:11Speaker 5: hands please. Whenever you rise up on your feet, lift
- 1:50:14Speaker 5: up your two hands. If you're a visitor, we don't
- 1:50:19Speaker 5: move until we close. So stay where you are. Stay
- 1:50:22Speaker 5: where you are. Don't go anywhere till I close you.
- 1:50:26Speaker 5: Lift up those two hands. Apostle Sema made a statement
- 1:50:30Speaker 5: about losing purpose and then being replaced. Your bishop will
- 1:50:38Speaker 5: be given. And the thing struck me. And the Lord said,
- 1:50:41Speaker 5: many people have lost their purpose here. They are just smiling.
- 1:50:45Speaker 5: They've missed their way. But there is restoration tonight. So
- 1:50:49Speaker 5: you will lift up those hands to heaven And you
- 1:50:53Speaker 5: will pray, say, Father, anywhere I have missed it tonight,
- 1:50:56Speaker 5: I am restored. Can you lift up your voice and
- 1:51:00Speaker 5: pray that prayer? Lift up your voice and pray that prayer.
- 1:51:06Speaker 5: Lift up your voice and pray that prayer. Lift up
- 1:51:10Speaker 5: your voice and pray. Lift up your voice and pray
- 1:51:15Speaker 5: that prayer. Lift up your voice and pray. Lift up
- 1:51:20Speaker 5: your voice. Lift up your voice. Lift up your hands
- 1:51:23Speaker 5: to heaven.
- 1:51:24Speaker 1: Pray.
- 1:51:26Speaker 5: That oh God. Restore me tonight. Restore me tonight.
- 1:51:49Speaker 3: Lift up those.
- 1:51:50Speaker 1: Hands to heaven. Put the two hands on your head.
- 1:53:44Speaker 1: Bring down what you believe is your purpose in life.
- 1:53:49Speaker 5: What are your expectations in 2024 or for the next
- 1:53:54Speaker 5: five years?
- 1:53:55Speaker 1: I beg you, don't joke with this.
- 1:53:59Speaker 3: Write them down.
- 1:54:02Speaker 5: And we are going to lay them here on the
- 1:54:03Speaker 5: altar tomorrow evening as we deal with them. I beg you,
- 1:54:11Speaker 5: don't miss it. Tell your friends, invite them. Like I've
- 1:54:17Speaker 5: been telling you, Dr. Stephen Akin, Stephen Akin, Akin Tayo,
- 1:54:26Speaker 5: will be here with us.
- 1:54:28Speaker 1: That is a man you need. We brought people that
- 1:54:31Speaker 1: I know God.
- 1:54:32Speaker 5: Has helped them, who have had the encounter with God
- 1:54:35Speaker 5: in one way or the other in their life.
- 1:54:38Speaker 1: Dr. Hajim, I've been preaching every day. You have had him. Dr.
- 1:54:43Speaker 5: Stephen will join us. El Bubba will join us. Put
- 1:54:50Speaker 5: your hands on your head and receive this. Tonight, every
- 1:54:56Speaker 5: gate closed against you, they are open. Every door closed
- 1:55:02Speaker 5: against you, they are open. Everyone walking against your dream,
- 1:55:07Speaker 5: they are removed from your life. Look at me, that vision,
- 1:55:11Speaker 5: that dream you saw 10 years ago, 20 years ago,
- 1:55:15Speaker 5: 5 years ago. As I bow my knees on this altar,
- 1:55:19Speaker 5: it begins to manifest. Your dream will come to pass.
- 1:55:25Speaker 5: You will not end your.
- 1:55:26Speaker 1: Life in shame.
- 1:55:28Speaker 5: You will end your life in praise. You will fulfill destiny.
- 1:55:33Speaker 5: You will fulfill purpose. He that digs a pit for
- 1:55:37Speaker 5: you will fall into it. You will not stumble. You
- 1:55:41Speaker 5: will not fall. You will not be bowed down. You
- 1:55:44Speaker 5: will not be replaced. You will not be displaced. In
- 1:55:49Speaker 5: the name of Jesus. Hear ye the word of the Lord.
- 1:55:55Speaker 5: As for him who is thunder, you will not be denied.
- 1:55:59Speaker 5: Good things will not refuse you. Your body will not
- 1:56:03Speaker 5: refuse good things. In the name of Jesus. Hear me,
- 1:56:08Speaker 5: ladies and gentlemen. Your life will end in praise. Ladies
- 1:56:13Speaker 5: and gentlemen, that situation will come for you for a testimony.
- 1:56:18Speaker 5: It shall become a testimony. In the name of Jesus.
- 1:56:24Speaker 5: Lift up those hands.
- 1:56:25Speaker 3: Everybody.
- 1:56:27Speaker 5: Can you open those gates? Lift up those hands. We're
- 1:56:35Speaker 5: starting 7 a.m. with Apostle Sermon tomorrow. 7 a.m. Please
- 1:56:41Speaker 5: invite your friends and neighbors. If you have any offering
- 1:56:44Speaker 5: to give, you need a value for coming and see it,
- 1:56:47Speaker 5: make a transfer, drop in your friend's basket.
- 1:56:49Speaker 1: Lift up your hands.
- 1:57:03Speaker 5: We worship you.
- 1:57:08Speaker 1: We worship you.
- 1:57:26Speaker 4: We give.
- 1:57:28Speaker 1: You all.
- 1:57:29Speaker 5: We give you all.
- 1:58:16Speaker 1: Take an envelope and God bless you.
