The diary is back open… and apparently raising your prices can get PERSONAL. 😭💸

For this diary entry, a balloon artist writes in after realizing she’s spent nearly three years underpricing her work and not making the profit she should. She finally decides enough is enough and raises her prices.

Then one of her repeat clients asks for a quote… and she is NOT happy with the new price. 😳

The client questions how her pricing increased so much, accuses her of taking advantage of her loyalty, and ultimately asks if she can get her old pricing…
