- 0:00Welcome to World View Matters, discussing controversial issues, discerning current events,
- 0:10defending biblical Christianity.
- 0:13No topic off limits.
- 0:16And now, here's your host, David Fierazzo.
- 0:20Friends, thank you so much for tuning in, very important topic today that my guest has
- 0:26been all over for many, many decades when it was on what was not on a lot of people's
- 0:32radar.
- 0:33And I want to bring in Patrick Wood with Tech Nocracy News and Trends.
- 0:37The website is TechNocracy.News.
- 0:41Go there.
- 0:42It's been censored to some degree by, you know, the big tech media conglomerate.
- 0:47The one party, big tech media conglomerate, you know, Democrats, Facebook, YouTube, progressives,
- 0:52Marxists.
- 0:53Patrick, good to see you, brother.
- 0:55Thanks for your time.
- 0:57Great to be with you again.
- 0:58Thank you.
- 0:59So, want to mention your books as well, is the most recent one is the genesis of modern
- 1:04globalization?
- 1:05Is that right?
- 1:06Well, it is, but I have my more recent work is the evil twins of Tech Nocracy and Transhumanism.
- 1:15Okay.
- 1:16We have that one.
- 1:17I'm ready to have you said that.
- 1:18The last book that you showed there, that was a chronicle of our newsletters that we
- 1:23wrote back in 1978 and 1979.
- 1:26That was with the late Anthony's scene C Sutton.
- 1:32Wow.
- 1:33So, that's just a look, look backwards.
- 1:36So, okay.
- 1:37That's fascinating.
- 1:38You were already on this in the late 70s.
- 1:42I want to pause right there because in the title, the evil twins of Tech Nocracy and
- 1:49Transhumanism, you were keeping an eye on this and researching this when almost, almost
- 1:57nobody was looking into this or concerned or even aware that this was coming.
- 2:03What do you attribute that to?
- 2:04What was your interest?
- 2:06What led you into, you know, this path is really fascinating to me.
- 2:11Well, it was because of my work on the Trilateral Commission in the 70s that I was sensitized
- 2:18to this issue because the Trilateral Commission said all along they wanted to create a new
- 2:22international economic order.
- 2:25We didn't know what that meant at the time.
- 2:27I do now because there's never been another economic system in the world created from scratch
- 2:34except for Tech Nocracy.
- 2:36So in the Trilateral Commission talked about that and we knew something screwy, but we
- 2:42just could figure out what it was.
- 2:44But now when I discovered the historic Tech Nocracy, it came out of Columbia University
- 2:48of all the places in 1932.
- 2:52And it was a resource-based economic system.
- 2:54It was really off the wall in many aspects.
- 2:59But when I got wind of it circa 2005, I knew immediately what was going on.
- 3:07I could just see it and I began to study at that point.
- 3:11That became the dominating force of my life at this point.
- 3:15I had basically dropped everything else I was doing, all my financial work and newsletter
- 3:21work and stuff like that for geopolitics.
- 3:27And I had to cover this story.
- 3:29It's been a most important, I think, I think the most important story to America especially
- 3:36right now and Tech Nocracy is descended on our country like a plague.
- 3:432005, 20 years ago, you dove in even further into this.
- 3:50Well, brother, that's where a lot of people, I think a lot of Christians, as informed
- 3:55as we tend to believe we are about most things, this is one area that I think just grabbed
- 4:03a lot of people and kind of shook us up.
- 4:05And so we're kind of looking at like a deer in the headlights and the headlights here just
- 4:11not only at what's happening, but how fast it's happening.
- 4:16And how here's where you come in, please explain in bullet point form like you're so good
- 4:21at how this is affecting us are going to affect our lives in the coming years.
- 4:27What do you see happening?
- 4:29Well, this building, if we like it, liken it to a building being constructed like a high
- 4:34rise building, the building is planned for many years in advance and all the architecture,
- 4:42the finance, the investors, all that kind of stuff, that has to be all in place before
- 4:48you lay the or dig the shovel, first shovel of dirt, right?
- 4:52But when it when it when it finally gets to that point where it can be erected, all of
- 4:57a sudden, boom, it just comes, it comes alive, right?
- 5:02This is what's happened with this with this, especially all the stuff that's happened
- 5:07in the first six months, even in the Trump administration.
- 5:11This is this is the evidence that this has been in the planning stage for all these years.
- 5:17At this point, they they pulled the cork and they're they're building the building right
- 5:22before our eyes.
- 5:23You're going to see a transformation of the financial system right now.
- 5:26You're going to see a transformation of the legal system.
- 5:32You're going to see the transformation of business with AI and robots coming in.
- 5:38This is that this is going to be the year of the robot, by the way.
- 5:42This has been declared by all these big giant tech companies.
- 5:47Next year in 2026, you will be seeing robots walking around in society, even in your home
- 5:56perhaps, maybe in a business or a restaurant or whatever, you're going to see robots that
- 6:01can engage with you in conversation, intelligent conversation, they say, wow, I wouldn't I
- 6:09would bet on it.
- 6:10You know, it's coming.
- 6:12You know it's coming at this point.
- 6:14So I think with an imagination, we can think about, okay, maybe a robot can work behind
- 6:22a cash register or maybe serve you coffee.
- 6:27How realistic is that that it's going to grow that quickly?
- 6:30I mean, I know there's billions of dollars being put into this or already has, but where
- 6:36else in public, and I hear a lot of jobs, people could lose jobs because of this.
- 6:42This is, this is huge.
- 6:45It is.
- 6:46And you have to remember, technocracy is anti-human.
- 6:50It has always been that way, but especially we see now the anti-human aspect.
- 6:57They want to remove humanity from the equation economically and politically as well.
- 7:04This is not good for humans, obviously, but we've never seen anything like this in the
- 7:11history of the world.
- 7:12I don't think.
- 7:13This is far worse than communism or socialism or Marxism for sure because if the humans
- 7:20can be replaced, do the machines just take over the world or do the humans just be, maybe
- 7:29they're put on the sideline or something to warm the bench.
- 7:32I don't know, but this is totally anti-human.
- 7:37So you made a leap there from maybe robots replacing humans in jobs and maybe in the service
- 7:44industry and maybe in financial or whatever to taking over the world.
- 7:49That's a whole different thing and that has a lot to do with, I would imagine, the programmers,
- 7:55those who are developing, training, programming, AI, so it's humans behind the robots, right?
- 8:03Am I missing something here?
- 8:05You're not too simple.
- 8:06You're right, but once these programs are initiated or let loose, if you will, they don't
- 8:13have to depend on the programmers at that point.
- 8:17They only depend on the infrastructure that runs the programs at that point.
- 8:23Let me give an example.
- 8:24There's a new class of apps that have been released just recently called companion apps.
- 8:31This is targeting mostly the younger generation, but if you have a companion app, it learns
- 8:38you for one thing and it studies your preferences and converses with you, tells you you're great
- 8:47and what would you like to do today and I can make your schedule for you and all kind
- 8:52of stuff, right?
- 8:54What can I do?
- 8:55My girlfriends mad at me, how can I make it up sort of thing?
- 9:00This is crazy stuff, but I just did a study, didn't take me on, but I found all the apps
- 9:06that were the top ones, like eight of them, and I added up all the users and downloads
- 9:13that there have been in last few weeks.
- 9:16You won't believe this.
- 9:17Over 200 million applications have been downloaded and they're in use right now on the young
- 9:25people's phones.
- 9:26Now, let me just say again, this whole thing is anti-human.
- 9:33When you let a machine get into a human's head, it's going to destroy it in the end because
- 9:41hey, these kids should be talking to their parents.
- 9:45They should be talking to their friends, their real human friends.
- 9:54But on the other hand, they say, well, young people say, well, nobody's there to talk to
- 9:58me.
- 9:59When I want to talk, nobody listens.
- 10:04We hear all of this nonsense, but the programmers themselves, who build these apps, they know
- 10:11exactly what they're doing.
- 10:15Nobody can take a false, well, I just did this program and boom, there it was.
- 10:25This is their culpable for what they're doing, totally.
- 10:30You mentioned downloading and I'm not surprised because we have been so, maybe not we, maybe
- 10:36the younger generations have been so trained on, brought up on machines, on tech, whether
- 10:43that's social media, their iPhones, everything else, it's taken, well, adults too, away from
- 10:50relationships with other human beings.
- 10:53That's one thing, Patrick.
- 10:55What about affordability when it comes to actual robots?
- 11:01I can see them at businesses, but I'm having a hard time imagining people being able to
- 11:06afford a robot in their home.
- 11:08Talk to us about that.
- 11:10Well, leading up to that for sure, and probably affordable robots won't be here, maybe
- 11:18until the middle of 20s, 26s or so, they'll be cheaper than a car.
- 11:24They'll be cheaper than a car at that point, but a lot of people will say, hey, I'd like
- 11:28to have a robot to do all my chores and move my lawn, that sort of stuff.
- 11:32I'm sure it'll be accepted, but until that time, their software robots acting right now
- 11:40that are just as powerful, they don't have hands or feet, but they're not mobile in
- 11:47other words, but they're capable agents who can perform tasks for you, and you can pass,
- 11:58like if you're a banker, and you're sitting with a client, a client wants to have a lawn,
- 12:05okay, or do something with you, you have to do some research on that and get some forms
- 12:11ready for him, and get his credit report straight now, that sort of thing, you can pass
- 12:20that task over to an AI agent and let it do it for you without lifting a finger.
- 12:28You can continue to talk to the client across your desk, and by the time that the computer
- 12:34is done with it, probably be five or ten minutes max, the whole thing is bundled up, printed,
- 12:40handed to you as if you did it yourself, and it took you four hours to get it in the first
- 12:45place. This isn't an AI agent now. This is a new technology, but it's logical in one way,
- 12:55you can say, well, if you can ask AI question, you can extend that to do other things,
- 13:01other just answer that one question. But this is going to sweep the whole country and
- 13:08industry at this point, the so-called agentic AI. You can see a lot of this, but this is the
- 13:16four runner to the robots, if you will, who are more mobile bound, but everybody is, you can
- 13:24look on YouTube, you see all these videos about robots, look them up, look at Amazon,
- 13:31what they're doing with them, and other, like, optimists, I think that's X-AI's program,
- 13:39that's Elon Musk, and they're really amazing, I'm sure, but you're going to see when those
- 13:47appear, it's going to be basically game on for technology all over the place.
- 13:53Wow, fascinating, sci-fi is coming to life, quicker than we know.
- 13:59Stuff we just watched on TV or Hollywood made up their imaginations 50 years ago or whatever.
- 14:06We're going to have to take a brief pause here. When we come back, we're going to dive into
- 14:10AI.gov, and there's an article at technocracy.news called The Digital Leviathan Goes Live,
- 14:18and we'll talk about Patrick's concerns about President Trump and the technocrats he is
- 14:24surrounded by. That's coming up.
- 14:54Actually happening, and here it is, the year 2025, it's all around us, so back to something
- 14:59you already touched on earlier, Patrick, you talking about the financial system, and in this quote
- 15:04here on the AI.gov, The Digital Leviathan Goes Live, it encourages people to read it, study it,
- 15:14internalize it, and you mentioned it culminates the first six months of the Trump presidency
- 15:20to install full-blown technocracy in America, and it says, quote, all the groundwork is finished,
- 15:26as you mentioned earlier, AI is unregulated, data centers are being erected, and electrified,
- 15:34states are hamstrung, AI is being installed in every agency, plus the architecture for the new
- 15:41financial system is in place. What else can you get into in the short time we have out of
- 15:49all that? Give me an aspirin, will you?
- 15:56I'll take what? It seems every day there's a new 150-page report being issued by some agency
- 16:05in the government, and I can't keep up with it at this point. It's incredible, but yes, AI
- 16:13Gov, that's an official website, it was supposed to be released on July 4th, it didn't make it,
- 16:19but I think it was a reason for it, but nevertheless, it was about three to three weeks later.
- 16:26You can go to AI.gov, I encourage everybody to go there and just feast your eyeballs.
- 16:36If you don't believe me at this point, look at the thing for yourself, but this is the framework
- 16:45and the action plan for AI going forward to turn our country and the world into a scientific
- 16:57dictatorship, it's all about control, and it's always been about control even going back to
- 17:051932, okay? But now we see the control mechanisms for basically all of humanity are in place.
- 17:15One of the important things of that study, the AI Action Plan for America, that's on the homepage
- 17:23of AI Gov. You look at that document and you'll see pillar number three, they call them pillars,
- 17:32but nevertheless, pillar number three, that's the last one, it talks about externalizing the AI
- 17:40plus monetary system outside of America. In other words, President Trump wants to take all the
- 17:48technology that we have, they're referring like full stack technology, that means the hardware
- 17:55layer, the operating system later for all the AI and then all the application layer on top of that,
- 18:01blah, blah, blah. He wants to export all of the system to the world. Think about it just for a minute.
- 18:12All of this stuff was contained in the borders of America right now, but if this isn't imposed on
- 18:19the whole world, don't you have a global system at that point that will seem seemingly mimic the
- 18:27anti-cry system because it's going to be all global, it's all boy, right? This is really stunning
- 18:34stuff. So it's about control, it's about collecting all the information that they can get their hands
- 18:41on, everybody everywhere, and it's feeding them all into AI. This process has already taken
- 18:48effect in our government, where AI now is all over our government like a plague. And every agency
- 18:57is using it. The data flows have been hooked up to overarching super software like Palantir
- 19:07to do intelligence analysis. And well, where it's going to go, who knows at this point, but at this point,
- 19:18AI is doubling and power every four and a half months. This is stunning. This is a state of the
- 19:25art right now. Just look what everything is doing. Consider by the time Trump is out of office
- 19:32this. From this day forward, AI will probably increased about 10,000 times beyond where it is
- 19:41right now. Wow. What does this mean for humanity at that point? You have to ask that question.
- 19:49My goodness. You can see this, I think this is the sign of the times, the sign of the end times,
- 19:54for sure. Nobody really saw this that way, but that's the way I look at it because there's going to
- 20:01be a point where it's so over the top that you can see that the antichrist will be ready to grab
- 20:12that whole thing. And when the Lord comes for the church, that'll be his day and the sun to take
- 20:19control of the system and use it on all the world. Wow. Wow. People, students of Bible
- 20:28prophecies just perked up when you explained that, Patrick. So I'm at AI.gov and I'm looking at
- 20:36the executive orders. I've had I've read mixed reviews on these. One of them in particular,
- 20:44preventing woke AI in the federal government. I've got an article from Chris Rufo,
- 20:49Christopher Rufo, who said Trump strikes a blow against woke AI. Now this is one of the,
- 20:56it looks like maybe a dozen executive orders right there. You're seeing that on the page there.
- 21:02And he's saying they're preventing things like Marxism, like these woke concepts from being spread,
- 21:09being involved with AI. But as we mentioned earlier, a lot of AI has already been programmed,
- 21:14trained, prepared, rolled out. So I want to go back to something you wrote or somebody wrote,
- 21:22doesn't say who on the article, Trump the technocrat releases America's AI action plan. And it says
- 21:30admittedly, Trump doesn't have any real understanding of AI. But he has totally caved into the technocrats.
- 21:40He appointed in the first place. So now technocracies being forced down our throat. So
- 21:46two questions. One, whoever the president would be or would have been if it wasn't Trump,
- 21:53they would have had to deal with this on some level. They would have had to do something
- 21:58in many different ways here to deal with AI. Number two, I'm looking at that he didn't really
- 22:04have an understanding of it. But does he, is he aware of what you're explaining in your concerns?
- 22:11Do you think? I'm sure he's aware. I can't imagine that he's not because he's complicit.
- 22:18Look, if any other president had come in, even if it was Harris, for instance, she would have been
- 22:26the gatekeeper to not allow these technocrats to come in the government in the first place.
- 22:34And when you, by the time Trump was inaugurated, you saw all these technocrats standing behind him
- 22:41in a photo op, people like Jeff Bezos, Mark Zuckerberg, the founders of Google,
- 22:50all these tech, these tech bros, if you will, they all flocked to Trump. All of a sudden,
- 22:56all of a sudden, these were flaming leftists two years ago. All of a sudden.
- 23:01Yeah, they still love you, President Trump, you know? Right. So he was a gatekeeper who let
- 23:07them all in in the first place, okay? And they've, they've served his purposes. Now, Trump is not,
- 23:14he's not a techie, for sure. I've heard reports. He doesn't use a smartphone like we do,
- 23:20he doesn't use a computer like we do. But nevertheless, here's a guy who understands business,
- 23:27he understands finance, and he understands building empire. That's a phrase I want people to take
- 23:34away right now. President Trump is an empire builder. He's always been that way that this is not new.
- 23:41You shouldn't be surprised if I say that. He's built his own empire right on real estate and
- 23:48making big beautiful buildings and stuff like that. Well, okay, this is what he does. He understands
- 23:54building empire. Now he's, he wants to not only build empire within our country, but also take
- 24:02that to the whole world. And we're going to see this, I think, going forward. If he, if he can
- 24:07launch, and by the way, when I say AI is bonded to the financial system, the crypto system is being
- 24:14erected right now, they're, they have to go hand in hand because they can't, they can't exist
- 24:21outside of each other. You'll, you'll see going forward that our financial system that's been
- 24:26being erected now, it's going to, that's going to be exported with AI systems to the rest of the
- 24:32world. That, okay, so that, that's the end of the bricks nations. For instance, they, they won't
- 24:37have a leg to stand on at that point. And if other companies do what we're doing and they adopt
- 24:47our standards, et cetera, et cetera, you have basically a unipolar, polar world at that point
- 24:52with with the United States sitting at the top of it. Now, this is the kind of a system
- 24:58that President Trump would like to price preside over. This is his life, you know? So I think he
- 25:05really gets a picture. And this is just a vehicle for him to achieve his goals of building empire.
- 25:11Interesting. Interesting. There is a lot of focus on America first, but this does expand well
- 25:18beyond when you talk about tech and AI. Really quick, Patrick, you mentioned something. I think we
- 25:23before we got on the podcast, you mentioned all these big, you know, tech guys, you know, with,
- 25:28with Trump now, but their ideology hasn't changed. They're not tolerance of the Christian worldview.
- 25:35They have suppressed you and they have censored you for what decades. I've been part of that shadow
- 25:41band on Facebook. Our posts are limited. I know people have been pulled off a YouTube. So talk
- 25:47just a little bit about that. We don't just have it like a minute and a half left, but you,
- 25:52yeah, you've been a victim of that. I think a lot of us have. That's not changing just because
- 25:55maybe they're cozying up to Trump. You're right. And there's a lot of talk about free speech
- 26:03in the Trump administration right now, the secretariat of state talks to foreign nations. Don't you
- 26:10mess with free speech? That's a tell to me that something's going to be the hammer is going to
- 26:15come down on free speech. But at this point, not like we had censorship before, I think now AI
- 26:22can take over the job, not not to necessarily censor what you want to speak, what you'd like to say,
- 26:29but rather change your mind to where you won't say those things in the first place. Oh my goodness.
- 26:35In other words, you get my you get my drift here. If they can change your mind before you open your
- 26:41mouth, it's game over for free speech. Wow. And that's what they're involved with everything
- 26:49education and media and oh my goodness. I was going to say what a mess, but it's being carried
- 26:57out. It's being developed. It's all around us. It's good to be informed. We ran out of time,
- 27:02Patrick, but my goodness, I was so fascinating with you. We will Lord willing do this again. We
- 27:07really appreciate your work and your time, brother. Thank you. Thank you. God bless. I bless you too.
- 27:14Wow, guys, and gals. I know that gave you a lot to think about, but again, don't be over
- 27:20well by all this. Understand God is sovereign and in control, the Bible is still true,
- 27:25and we can trust it and stand on his word and his promises. God bless you, and as always,
- 27:30keep speaking the truth about things that matter.
