- 0:10Speaker 1: Welcome to Girls Gone Hallmark, a Hallmark review podcast. I'm Megan,
- 0:14Speaker 1: and I'm a longtime Hallmark fan. I'm winning I'm a
- 0:16Speaker 1: former Hallmark hater. On today's episode, we're wrapping up our
- 0:21Speaker 1: Hallmark Hall of Fame Christmas series with November Christmas, which
- 0:25Speaker 1: originally aired in twenty ten on c B S. I
- 0:30Speaker 1: gotta tell you, I'm happy Christmas in July is over.
- 0:33Speaker 1: Are you even the Hall of Fame ones? You know
- 0:36Speaker 1: it's been a hard month. Yes, I think you've been
- 0:40Speaker 1: saying that every month of twenty twenty six. That is
- 0:43Speaker 1: not true. You don't think it's true. No, I don't
- 0:46Speaker 1: think it's true. Okay, No, you know what. I saw
- 0:50Speaker 1: a movie poster for Missing the Boat with Chris Palahab
- 0:54Speaker 1: and I was like, that was earlier this year, and
- 0:56Speaker 1: I was like, I really enjoyed that. Monk. Oh oh oh,
- 0:58Speaker 1: you mean it's been a hard month movie wise. No,
- 1:03Speaker 1: you're right, it's been hard. It's it's been a hard
- 1:09Speaker 1: year in general. You're right. I thought you were referring
- 1:13Speaker 1: to movie No. No, no, no, no. There's been some winners
- 1:15Speaker 1: this year for sure. Yeah. I try to take my
- 1:20Speaker 1: my job here as a movie review podcaster seriously, you know,
- 1:26Speaker 1: like I want to do a good job, but when
- 1:28Speaker 1: like the movies are like not great, it makes it
- 1:31Speaker 1: hard to do. It makes it, you know, kind of
- 1:33Speaker 1: a slog Oh no, that concerns me for today's review
- 1:36Speaker 1: a little bit. Oh you have to have no concern.
- 1:40Speaker 1: Oh good, oh good. While Christmas in July may have
- 1:43Speaker 1: come to an end here on Girls Gone Hamewark and
- 1:46Speaker 1: is winding down the last few days, it re airs
- 1:49Speaker 1: over on the Homework Channel, We're about to roll right
- 1:51Speaker 1: into Fallen to Love and count down to Christmas and
- 1:54Speaker 1: all these new movie announcements. And I tell you that
- 1:56Speaker 1: because you should be following us over on Girls Gone Homework,
- 1:59Speaker 1: so you know what we are going to be reviewing,
- 2:01Speaker 1: because I know a lot of you like to watch
- 2:02Speaker 1: ahead so that you can listen to movies that you've
- 2:06Speaker 1: already watched. So you should be following us on Instagram
- 2:09Speaker 1: where we are Girls Gone Homewark. That's all right. God,
- 2:12Speaker 1: I can't believe we're like already here. I know, it's
- 2:15Speaker 1: like not Summer's not even quite over. But I know,
- 2:17Speaker 1: But do you understand I was telling you on Patreon
- 2:20Speaker 1: yesterday where I'm like, well, it's basically Christmas. Yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 2:24Speaker 1: I'm gonna have to mentally prepare myself. I don't know,
- 2:27Speaker 1: I need to like get in a fight in shape,
- 2:30Speaker 1: you know what I mean? I do know what you mean?
- 2:33Speaker 1: The next three weeks apparently. Oh, it's going to be
- 2:37Speaker 1: an interesting rest of twenty twenty six. Everybody, buckle up,
- 2:42Speaker 1: buckle up? Hey, are you ready to finish off Christmas
- 2:46Speaker 1: in July? With a synopsis for November Christmas? I sure am.
- 2:50Speaker 1: November Christmas tells the story of a small community coming
- 2:54Speaker 1: together to give a family more time with their young
- 2:57Speaker 1: daughter who is battling a serious illness, with the help
- 3:01Speaker 1: of a kind hearted farmer in an entire town willing
- 3:05Speaker 1: to believe in a little magic. It's a story about hope, generosity,
- 3:09Speaker 1: and making every moment count. The film is directed by
- 3:12Speaker 1: Robert Harmon, whose credits range from the cult classic The
- 3:16Speaker 1: Hitcher to the popular Jesse Stone TV movie franchise. Are
- 3:20Speaker 1: you familiar with Jesse Stone? I'm not. I'm not either.
- 3:24Speaker 1: I think it is a Why is Richard from Friends
- 3:29Speaker 1: coming to mind? Oh? Magnum p I himself? It is,
- 3:34Speaker 1: Oh little Selick, Yeah, Tom Selleck. I mean, I've never
- 3:38Speaker 1: never once seen these movies or I bet they're on CBS,
- 3:43Speaker 1: don't you think so? Totally. Pnina Goldstein wrote the script.
- 3:48Speaker 1: She also pinned To Christmas with Holly and Loving Leah,
- 3:52Speaker 1: both Hallmark Hall of Fame movies. Sam Elliott stars as Jess.
- 3:55Speaker 1: His legendary career spans more than five decades, including The
- 3:59Speaker 1: Big Lebowski, Tombstone, and A Star Is Born. John Corbett
- 4:03Speaker 1: stars as Tom. He's best known for Northern Exposure, Sex
- 4:07Speaker 1: and the City, and My Big Fat Greek Wedding. Sarah
- 4:10Speaker 1: Paulson plays Beth. This role came years before her Emmy
- 4:12Speaker 1: winning turn in The People Versus O. J. Simpson and
- 4:15Speaker 1: her run on American Horror Story. Karen Allen plays Claire.
- 4:19Speaker 1: She's best known for starring opposite Harrison Ford as Marian
- 4:22Speaker 1: and Raiders of the Lost Arc. Emily Allen Lynn stars
- 4:26Speaker 1: as Vanessa. This was an early role for the actress
- 4:28Speaker 1: who would later lead HBO Max's Gossip Girl reboot. November
- 4:33Speaker 1: Christmas premiered on November twenty eight, twenty ten, on CBS,
- 4:37Speaker 1: and it drew an impressive thirteen point five million viewers
- 4:41Speaker 1: in its original broadcast. Goodness Wow, Hey, Wendy, what was
- 4:46Speaker 1: your first impression of November Christmas Hallmark Hall of Fame
- 4:50Speaker 1: is back, Baby, I'm so glad to hear that first impression.
- 4:57Speaker 1: Michri'st impression is, once again we have proved that some
- 5:00Speaker 1: movies are not a SSR. I proof. Oh my gosh,
- 5:05Speaker 1: I told you off, Mike. But my husband came upstairs
- 5:07Speaker 1: and he's like, are you crying? Yeah, yeah, I am.
- 5:13Speaker 1: You would be too. And I was like, and then
- 5:16Speaker 1: and then the whole town and the Christmas lines, all
- 5:21Speaker 1: the Christmas lines when they turned down the streets, one
- 5:26Speaker 1: of my favorite scenes. Oh my gosh, from the Christmas
- 5:29Speaker 1: hater herself. I know, I know. Okay, So I do
- 5:35Speaker 1: want to say, based on your first impression, it seems
- 5:38Speaker 1: like you did enjoy this movie. I thought it was
- 5:42Speaker 1: really really good. Now a Homemark Hall of Fame as
- 5:47Speaker 1: a whole. To me, this was absolutely my favorite of
- 5:50Speaker 1: the bunch that we've watched and reviewed here. The Christmas
- 5:55Speaker 1: Oh of the Christmas Eve. Yeah, I'd have to think
- 5:58Speaker 1: a little bit harder in terms of the whole collection
- 6:01Speaker 1: that we've reviewed, just because I'm a little bit removed
- 6:05Speaker 1: from those others. But absolutely this was the best of
- 6:08Speaker 1: the four holiday movies that we did for me overall.
- 6:12Speaker 1: What are your thoughts on Homework Hall of Fame movies
- 6:15Speaker 1: and does that differ from your thoughts on the Christmas movies. Well,
- 6:20Speaker 1: I don't think we had like proper sampling of Homework
- 6:25Speaker 1: Hall of Fame Christmas movies. The four we chose, we're
- 6:28Speaker 1: kind of all over the board. I stand firm in
- 6:33Speaker 1: saying that I do believe Homewark Hall of Fame movies
- 6:36Speaker 1: are heads and tails above like our regular Hamewark Saturday
- 6:41Speaker 1: Night movie. Mm hmm in terms of Christmas, though, it's
- 6:46Speaker 1: hard to it's hard to summarize if I think they're
- 6:54Speaker 1: better just because I just think our sampling was off. Yeah.
- 6:59Speaker 1: I think this movie go back to what we were
- 7:00Speaker 1: saying about Hallmark Hall of Fame in general, is that
- 7:02Speaker 1: they tend to be a cut above the standard Hallmark fair.
- 7:07Speaker 1: I remember we got an email last week too and
- 7:09Speaker 1: they were like, oh, I just watched November Christmas and
- 7:12Speaker 1: it's not very Christmas y. I'm worried, but it has
- 7:14Speaker 1: Sam Elliott. And for me, I was locked in on
- 7:19Speaker 1: this movie the entire time, like never looked at my
- 7:21Speaker 1: phone once, Like I was in it, and for me, yes,
- 7:27Speaker 1: while not Christmas y and I'm air quoting, there was
- 7:32Speaker 1: a feeling a magic that I want from a Christmas movie.
- 7:36Speaker 1: So it did tick that Christmas box for me, without
- 7:40Speaker 1: like being so literal. You know, yeah, I think that's
- 7:44Speaker 1: a great point. It does have that Christmas magic feeling.
- 7:46Speaker 1: And also there's this sense that they're building toward Christmas
- 7:50Speaker 1: in a very meaningful way. So this did feel Christmasy
- 7:55Speaker 1: enough to me. I don't have any complaints about that.
- 7:58Speaker 1: But let's talk specific what you liked about this movie. Well,
- 8:02Speaker 1: first of all, I can't believe it aired back in
- 8:04Speaker 1: twenty ten. It's sixteen years almost sixteen years old. M M.
- 8:08Speaker 1: I'm like, it still holds up today, don't you think so? Yes,
- 8:12Speaker 1: like they could air new premiere and still be relevant
- 8:18Speaker 1: and good. I thought, uh huh. For me personally, I
- 8:22Speaker 1: know you're gonna say this, maybe maybe you're not gonna
- 8:24Speaker 1: say the same thing. But Sam Elliott is the emotional
- 8:28Speaker 1: center of this movie. I told you. When my husband
- 8:31Speaker 1: walked by, he's like, oh, that guy's a good actor,
- 8:33Speaker 1: and I'm like, yeah, DEMI I know he is, Like
- 8:37Speaker 1: I think he watches like, what are those shows those like,
- 8:40Speaker 1: oh yeah, the Taylor Sheridan shows, Yeah, he watches those.
- 8:43Speaker 1: He's yeah, He's like, oh yeah, that guy's good. I
- 8:46Speaker 1: was like, he has like a career that spans decades.
- 8:50Speaker 1: He probably only knows them from those Taylor Sheridan shows.
- 8:53Speaker 1: But my name then loves Sam Elliott as well. The
- 8:56Speaker 1: series of the Ranch. He watched purely for Sam Elliott,
- 8:59Speaker 1: and like Sam Elliot's in this movie. He didn't watch
- 9:01Speaker 1: it with me. He's like, I know, I've I've seen it.
- 9:04Speaker 1: I watched it just for him, So I mean put
- 9:08Speaker 1: him in everything. He's so good. He's so good. But
- 9:11Speaker 1: what I loved about it, like, yes, the story is
- 9:14Speaker 1: about Vanessa and her illness, but to me, it's not
- 9:19Speaker 1: just simply that, like it is about It's about Jess.
- 9:23Speaker 1: Their character of Jess and his wife who have been
- 9:26Speaker 1: like carrying around this grief for years and years and years,
- 9:30Speaker 1: and it's like he's slowly finding his way back to
- 9:33Speaker 1: like being with people, and ah, it just was like
- 9:37Speaker 1: so good. Like the man barely raises his voice the
- 9:40Speaker 1: entire movie, but his character is so compelling. Oh I
- 9:45Speaker 1: love that. You know you basically took the notes right
- 9:49Speaker 1: off of my page saying this. Yes, it's about Vanessa,
- 9:52Speaker 1: but it's they really dive into these storylines. I think
- 9:54Speaker 1: Jess and his wife they go the deepest. But we
- 9:57Speaker 1: learn about Tammy's story with her uncle, and they developed
- 10:01Speaker 1: that just enough for me to care about her. And
- 10:04Speaker 1: then we have Teddy and Sarah. They did a nice
- 10:07Speaker 1: job of developing these side supporting characters to make it
- 10:12Speaker 1: a very rich experience for the town. Who's Teddy and Sarah?
- 10:17Speaker 1: Teddy is is Jess's friend? It's Susan. Oh, Susan his
- 10:22Speaker 1: like new chick. Yeah yeah, yeah, yea, yeah yeah. Anyway,
- 10:24Speaker 1: suddenly suddenly Susan remember that show I too, gott Shields. Yeah, definitely.
- 10:31Speaker 1: Why isn't she in any Hallmark movies? I think she is,
- 10:34Speaker 1: Actually she has been well, I don't know, I made
- 10:37Speaker 1: that up. I think three films for the Hallmark Network.
- 10:40Speaker 1: In twenty sixteen, she headlined the flower Shop mystery movie franchise,
- 10:45Speaker 1: Oh Mom's the word Snipped in the Bud and Dearly Depotted.
- 10:50Speaker 1: Snips in the Bud is too funny? Dearly depotted. Yeah,
- 10:55Speaker 1: that's hilarious. There's only three. Oh my gosh, maybe we
- 10:59Speaker 1: should watch twenty seven baby. Yeah, I really like this movie.
- 11:05Speaker 1: There are two scenes that absolutely wrecked me. Can I
- 11:10Speaker 1: share what they lease? One where Beth is like she's
- 11:16Speaker 1: she and her husband tommed are like, I don't know
- 11:19Speaker 1: Lane on the bed or whatever, and she like snuggles
- 11:21Speaker 1: up to him and she goes, why couldn't it have
- 11:23Speaker 1: been me? Oh? And I just it chilled me because
- 11:27Speaker 1: of course, as parents, like when your child is hurting,
- 11:31Speaker 1: you would trade places with them in a hurricane, right.
- 11:34Speaker 1: It just was so good. And then the second scene
- 11:37Speaker 1: is when Jess goes and sees the reverend and he
- 11:40Speaker 1: asks for prayers for Vanessa, and the Reverend's like, hey,
- 11:43Speaker 1: you know God hears your prayers too, And then Jess
- 11:47Speaker 1: talks about like basically alluding to like when his son died,
- 11:52Speaker 1: you know, him and God haven't been on good terms
- 11:55Speaker 1: or on a regular talking basis or whatever he said.
- 11:58Speaker 1: I just thought it was such a great scene. Those
- 12:00Speaker 1: are both so good. I loved that the reverend met
- 12:05Speaker 1: Jess where he was like, he wasn't trying to push
- 12:09Speaker 1: him back into church, he just was like, you know,
- 12:12Speaker 1: it's there if you need it. Some of the scenes
- 12:16Speaker 1: we talked earlier about this, we've been making us cry.
- 12:19Speaker 1: The scene in the hospital where Jess goes to visit
- 12:22Speaker 1: the parents, he goes like, I'll go sit with her.
- 12:25Speaker 1: Something about that like just broke me. Really, I don't know.
- 12:29Speaker 1: He just was like, I'll go sit with her and
- 12:30Speaker 1: so they can go like have a break, yeah, and
- 12:33Speaker 1: saying like we're all here for you. Just it wasn't
- 12:36Speaker 1: the moments where they were the most worried about Vanessa
- 12:39Speaker 1: that made me cry. It was the moments where people
- 12:42Speaker 1: showed up for them. Yeah, when Jess started to realize
- 12:45Speaker 1: when he says like they're moving up the timeline, I mean,
- 12:50Speaker 1: I just got chills. And then of course when they
- 12:53Speaker 1: turned down that town street, I have chills thinking about it.
- 12:56Speaker 1: And the entire thing is decorated for Christmas, like all
- 12:59Speaker 1: of these people, Oh my gosh. Well even when they
- 13:03Speaker 1: show up at their house for the Halloween party and
- 13:05Speaker 1: its all the kids and they're like, you know, everybody's
- 13:08Speaker 1: dressed up. Yes, I'm like that. That's just the sweetest
- 13:11Speaker 1: thing ever. Were they expecting people for the party though,
- 13:15Speaker 1: I don't that's a good question. I don't know if
- 13:17Speaker 1: they were just planning on it and just being the
- 13:19Speaker 1: four of them and like celebrating it as like a
- 13:23Speaker 1: family or whenever. I yeah, it was unclear. It wasn't
- 13:27Speaker 1: like they sent invitations out or anything, you know, right,
- 13:29Speaker 1: I saw. I do love that they spoil the movie
- 13:34Speaker 1: for us right up top. God, thank God, because I
- 13:38Speaker 1: was telling you I watched this first, and you were like,
- 13:40Speaker 1: I need to like emotionally prepare myself, and I was like,
- 13:43Speaker 1: it's okay, Like they let you know right up at
- 13:45Speaker 1: the beginning how it ends, and then you can kind
- 13:47Speaker 1: of relax and just watch the movie unfold because you
- 13:51Speaker 1: know it's all going to be okay. It's still emotional.
- 13:54Speaker 1: It's still hard to watch this family go through all
- 13:57Speaker 1: of this, but you know, like, look we've seen fifteen
- 14:01Speaker 1: years from now is gonna be okay. Right, Yeah. I
- 14:05Speaker 1: was thankful that that. There's no way I could have
- 14:09Speaker 1: got through that entire movie, but like thinking that child
- 14:11Speaker 1: was going to die, and I was like, you know,
- 14:14Speaker 1: if they did do it that way, it's possible they
- 14:17Speaker 1: could have had that child die of course with this
- 14:20Speaker 1: kind of movie, you know, or they could have left
- 14:23Speaker 1: it ambiguous, like it could have ended with Christmas, right,
- 14:25Speaker 1: and then they they know like she got to be
- 14:29Speaker 1: here for Christmas and then they just let it go.
- 14:31Speaker 1: They don't need to actually show anything happened, but it's implied. Right. Yeah,
- 14:36Speaker 1: I'm glad they didn't do that. I am glad they
- 14:39Speaker 1: didn't do that. That's it for my likes. That's really
- 14:43Speaker 1: it for my likes too. I just love a town
- 14:45Speaker 1: that comes through for people. Let's take a quick break
- 14:48Speaker 1: and we'll come right back to talk about our wishes. Hey, Weddy,
- 14:58Speaker 1: what did you wish for in November Christmas? I only
- 15:01Speaker 1: have one wish, Okay. I was invested in Tammy's storyline,
- 15:07Speaker 1: Tammy the teenage girl, and at the end of the movie, like,
- 15:11Speaker 1: we don't know what happens to Tammy. Am I to
- 15:14Speaker 1: assume that Tammy wrote that book? Yes, I think so,
- 15:18Speaker 1: But it would have been nice if that had been
- 15:20Speaker 1: made more clear. Wasn't super clear, And I would have
- 15:23Speaker 1: loved to see some sort of like Tammy reunited with Vanessa,
- 15:28Speaker 1: like at that Christmas tree lot or whatever. Yeah, they
- 15:31Speaker 1: go and tag their tree or I don't know, Yeah,
- 15:33Speaker 1: because she's such an important part of her story. Yeah, exactly.
- 15:36Speaker 1: So that's the only thing. And Tammy was going through
- 15:39Speaker 1: her own like kind of like growing, you know, she
- 15:41Speaker 1: had like a rough like childhood with her mom and
- 15:44Speaker 1: she's with her uncle now and he you know, she's
- 15:48Speaker 1: growing up. Essentially, you want to know that she turns
- 15:51Speaker 1: out Okay, yeah, exactly exactly, But that's my only wish.
- 15:55Speaker 1: This is a very character driven story. There's not a
- 15:57Speaker 1: lot of action, but because of that, it is a
- 15:59Speaker 1: little bit slowly paced. And the story itself is based
- 16:04Speaker 1: on a short story, and so they leaned pretty heavily
- 16:08Speaker 1: on a lot of speculative silence. Throughout the movie, we
- 16:12Speaker 1: see our characters spend a lot of time like stepping
- 16:15Speaker 1: outside and looking around or processing things internally, and I
- 16:20Speaker 1: think we needed to sit in that. But the undiagnosed
- 16:26Speaker 1: Adhd and me did get a little bit antsy at
- 16:28Speaker 1: the pace. Oh really, mm hmmm. I thought it was lovely.
- 16:32Speaker 1: I do hear you though, Like we don't get a
- 16:34Speaker 1: lot of information. We see Sam, I'm not Sam. We
- 16:37Speaker 1: see just look at the picture of who we assume
- 16:41Speaker 1: is his his child, and then a little bit later
- 16:44Speaker 1: then we hear you hear some things, and then a
- 16:46Speaker 1: little bit later we find out like why he's been
- 16:48Speaker 1: beefing with Teddy and a little bit you know, it
- 16:52Speaker 1: was just like doled out. But I hear you this
- 16:55Speaker 1: movie leaves a lot unsaid, Like there's a lot which okay,
- 17:00Speaker 1: I mean, we're smart enough to fill in the blanks.
- 17:04Speaker 1: I kind of like, I don't think they ever once
- 17:08Speaker 1: say cancer, Oh for Vanessa, yes, hey, you know, they
- 17:12Speaker 1: only like reference like her platelet count and chemo and chemo. So,
- 17:17Speaker 1: because this is a sixteen year old movie, I think
- 17:19Speaker 1: if you were to make the same movie, you know,
- 17:21Speaker 1: we've we've dumbed down this kind of movie making for
- 17:26Speaker 1: distracted audiences. Well, so I think there's a lot of
- 17:31Speaker 1: inferences to draw in terms of I mean it Jess
- 17:35Speaker 1: does apologize to his friend Teddy, we have to draw
- 17:39Speaker 1: the conclusion prior to that moment that there's some sort
- 17:42Speaker 1: of something going on between these guys. Yeah, nobody ever
- 17:45Speaker 1: says like, well, we're not friends anymore. And I am
- 17:48Speaker 1: to assume is because Teddy's wife was killed in that
- 17:51Speaker 1: car accident too. No are you sure? Well no, My
- 17:58Speaker 1: understanding was that they had lost their son, and then
- 18:01Speaker 1: Teddy's wife died and he said, we didn't have anything
- 18:04Speaker 1: left to give, like so he was like so deep
- 18:08Speaker 1: in his grief for his son that he couldn't show
- 18:11Speaker 1: up for Teddy when his wife died. Okay, that's fair.
- 18:14Speaker 1: But I assumed for some reason that Teddy's wife was
- 18:18Speaker 1: killed in that car accident. Too interesting. Why would Teddy's
- 18:22Speaker 1: wife have been driving their son back from that I
- 18:25Speaker 1: don't know, hockey tournament. That's a good question. I don't know,
- 18:29Speaker 1: because when when Jess tells Tammy when they're on the rock,
- 18:33Speaker 1: like what happens, he was like my son and the
- 18:36Speaker 1: driver died instantly, And so I don't know. I just
- 18:40Speaker 1: assumed Teddy's wife was the driver for some reason. Well,
- 18:45Speaker 1: please email us Hello a Girl's Gone Homework dot Com,
- 18:48Speaker 1: because I cannot say for sure. Maybe if we read
- 18:50Speaker 1: the short story, you would know the answer to that. Perhaps, perhaps,
- 18:54Speaker 1: And I swear there was one scene too where Jess
- 18:57Speaker 1: looks like he was like opening bills or something and
- 18:59Speaker 1: was like rubbing his forehead like and then nothing came
- 19:03Speaker 1: of that. Yes, Like, were we gonna learn that the
- 19:06Speaker 1: farm was in trouble or was just like a standard
- 19:09Speaker 1: day in the life situation you got to pay those
- 19:10Speaker 1: bills exactly? Yeah, because they never allude to the fact
- 19:15Speaker 1: that things are hard for them. Not that I picked
- 19:18Speaker 1: up harder than anybody else running a farm, right right, Well,
- 19:24Speaker 1: let's talk. Did you see that? I only have one? Okay,
- 19:28Speaker 1: Jess is drinking a beer and it's an o'duel. Yes,
- 19:31Speaker 1: I saw that too, and I wondered. I had two thoughts.
- 19:35Speaker 1: One is just like a recovering alcoholic, like did he
- 19:39Speaker 1: go down like a bad path after his son died?
- 19:41Speaker 1: I don't know? Or is it just like we want
- 19:44Speaker 1: him to be drinking out of this can and we
- 19:46Speaker 1: don't want him drunk on set, so we're going to
- 19:48Speaker 1: give him an oduels and it looked like a beer
- 19:49Speaker 1: and nobod's gonna pay that close attention. Yeah, I don't
- 19:51Speaker 1: know except for two. Yeahoo's name megano Windy six, might
- 19:57Speaker 1: not too. I thought it was so funny I have
- 20:00Speaker 1: did you see That's one? Tammy looks so much like
- 20:02Speaker 1: Olivia Rodrigo. She's startling, and you know, because this is
- 20:08Speaker 1: in twenty ten, there were so many moments I'm like,
- 20:11Speaker 1: could that be her? No? Could that be her? I
- 20:14Speaker 1: knew it wasn't obviously at the time, but she does
- 20:16Speaker 1: resemble her very much. The other is I couldn't help
- 20:19Speaker 1: but laugh at Tom's giant brick of a cell phone,
- 20:23Speaker 1: because of course when he has that, it's nineteen Like
- 20:25Speaker 1: the movie was made in twenty ten, but we rewind
- 20:27Speaker 1: fifteen years, so it's nineteen ninety five. I was like, yeah,
- 20:31Speaker 1: you absolutely would have had that cell phone in nineteen
- 20:32Speaker 1: ninety five. Yeah, exactly, that's so funny. What did you
- 20:37Speaker 1: rate Nomember Christmas? Almost perfect? I gave it four point
- 20:40Speaker 1: seven five stars. Wow, I get four point two five stars?
- 20:43Speaker 1: What why so low? Four point twenty five is not
- 20:48Speaker 1: a low rating? I know. I'm just curious, like what
- 20:50Speaker 1: knocked it down? Just the pacing for me? Oh okay,
- 20:54Speaker 1: all right, mine was because I don't know what happened
- 20:57Speaker 1: to Tammy. That's a meat issue. What happened to Tammy?
