  start a new week and boy, are you and I friend going to cover

  some ground this week in only five short days of reading the

  Bible. We are going to read four

  different books, not in their entirety.

  But today and tomorrow, we will finish off the first letter from

  John and then Wednesday will be 2nd.

  John and Thursday will be third, John.

  And then of course, Friday, we'll dive into the Sam.

  So that is a lie. What of ground to cover in one

  short week with this groovy music to get us started.

  So I hope you're doing well. I hope you're doing well and

  it's so great that you, and I can do this together as we do

  each week. Or if not, if you just arrived,

  You have joined a community who gather around God's word each

  day so that can shape us. Tune us and lead us To live as

  part of God's kingdom through his word and that is enough

  talking about it. Lets us do it.

  First John chapter 4. Dear friends, do not believe
• 1:55
  anyone who claims to speak by the spirit, you must test them
• 1:59
  to see if the spirit. They have comes from God.

  For there are many false prophets in the world.

  This is how we know if they had the spirit of God.

  If a person claiming to be a prophet acknowledges that Jesus
• 2:12
  Christ came in a real body, that person has the spirit of God,
• 2:17
  but if someone claims to be a prophet and does not acknowledge
• 2:21
  the truth about Jesus, That person is not from God.

  Such a person, has a spirit of the Antichrist, which you heard
• 2:29
  is coming into the world and indeed is already here, but you
• 2:35
  belong to God, my dear children, you have already won a victory
• 2:39
  over those people, because the spirit who lives in you is
• 2:43
  greater than the spirit who lives in the world.
• 2:46
  Those people belong to this world, so they speak from the
• 2:49
  world's view point, and the world listens to them.
• 2:52
  M. But we belong to God and those
• 2:56
  who know, God, listen to us. If they do not belong to God,
• 3:01
  they do not listen to us. That is how we know.

  If someone has the spirit of Truth or the spirit of
• 3:07
  deception, Dear friends. Let us continue to love one.

  Another for love comes from God. Anyone who loves is a child of
• 3:18
  God, and knows God, but anyone who does not love, does not
• 3:23
  know. God for God is love.

  God showed how much he loved us, by sending his one and only son

  into the world, so that we might have eternal life through him.

  This is real love, not that, we loved God, but that he loved us

  and sent his son as a sacrifice to take away our sins.

  Dear friends, since God loved us that much.

  We surely ought to love each other.

  No one has ever seen God. But if we love each other, God,

  lives in us and his love is brought to full expression in
• 4:08
  us, and God has given us his Spirit as proof that we live in
• 4:14
  him, and he in US. Furthermore, we have seen with
• 4:19
  our own eyes and now testify that the father sent his son to
• 4:24
  be the savior of the world, all who declare that Jesus is, the
• 4:28
  son of God. Have God living in them and they
• 4:31
  live in God? We know how much God loves us.
• 4:35
  And we have put our trust in his love.
• 4:38
  God is love and all who live in, love lives in God, and God lives
• 4:43
  in them. And as we live in God, Our love
• 4:47
  grows, more perfect. So we will not be afraid on the
• 4:51
  day of judgment, but we can face him with confidence because we
• 4:55
  live like Jesus here in this world.
• 4:58
  Such love has no fear because perfect love, expels all fear.

  If we were afraid, it is for fear of punishment.
• 5:08
  And this shows that we have not fully experienced.

  His perfect love. We love each other because Loved
• 5:18
  us first if someone says I love God but hates a fellow believer
• 5:25
  that person is a liar. For if we don't love people we
• 5:28
  can see how can we love God whom we cannot see and he has given
• 5:34
  us this command those who love God must also love their fellow
• 5:40
  believers. We do love you.

  God, we really do and we are so grateful that you first loved us
• 5:58
  and all the love that we experience from those special
• 6:03
  people in our lives. That is your love given to us.
• 6:07
  And when our hearts, well, with loved, for our precious family,
• 6:11
  and friends, I had is your love. You are the author and indeed
• 6:17
  the Perfecter of love, and we just love You and I are so
• 6:22
  grateful and we know that it is all about you Jesus and that
• 6:28
  anyone who claims to know the truth and speak of the truth but
• 6:32
  they don't claim. You may have missed the mark.
• 6:36
  Thank you. That if we know you we love you
• 6:40
  and we seek you Jesus that that is truth.
• 6:45
  And we are just so grateful to have you as this font of Truth
• 6:52
  and of love for us. We just praise you and lift you
• 6:57
  up and place you higher than everything else in our lives.
