  we're

  we

  didn't

  Thanks

  for

• 1:32
  me
• 1:33
  today,
• 1:33
  guys.
• 1:33
  It
• 1:33
  is
• 1:33
  Wednesday
• 1:34
  morning
• 1:34
  here
• 1:36
  in
• 1:36
  the
• 1:36
  beautiful
• 1:37
  Pacific
• 1:37
  Northwest
• 1:38
  or
• 1:39
  as
• 1:39
  we
• 1:39
  call
• 1:39
  the
• 1:40
  war
• 1:40
  torn
• 1:40
  streets
• 1:41
  of
• 1:41
  Portland.
• 1:42
  We
• 1:42
  had
• 1:42
  the
• 1:43
  news
• 1:43
  all
• 1:43
  over
• 1:44
  us
• 1:44
  yesterday
• 1:44
  here
• 1:44
  in
• 1:44
  the
• 1:45
  Pacific
• 1:45
  Northwest
• 1:46
  and
• 1:46
  that
• 1:46
  always
• 1:46
  gets
• 1:46
  interesting
• 1:48
  to
• 1:48
  see
• 1:48
  what's
• 1:48
  going
• 1:48
  on.
• 1:49
  And
• 1:49
  don't
• 1:49
  worry,
• 1:49
  we're
• 1:49
  not
• 1:50
  talking
• 1:50
  politics
• 1:50
  today.
• 1:51
  It's
• 1:51
  just
• 1:52
  what
• 1:52
  dominates
• 1:52
  the
• 1:53
  news
• 1:53
  cycle
• 1:53
  down
• 1:54
  here
• 1:54
  where
• 1:54
  we
• 1:54
  are.
• 1:55
  But
• 1:55
  I
• 1:55
  wanted
• 1:56
  to
• 1:56
  talk
• 1:56
  about
• 1:56
  a
• 1:56
  few
• 1:57
  things
• 1:57
  today
• 1:57
  that
• 1:57
  are
• 1:57
  coming
• 1:58
  up
• 1:58
  that
• 1:58
  we
• 1:58
  should
• 1:59
  keep
• 1:59
  an
• 1:59
  eye
• 1:59
  on,
• 2:00
  especially
• 2:00
  if
• 2:00
  you're
• 2:01
  in
• 2:01
  the
• 2:01
  middle
• 2:01
  of
• 2:01
  a
• 2:01
  remodel
• 2:02
  or
• 2:02
  a
• 2:02
  new
• 2:02
  build.
• 2:03
  For
• 2:04
  instance,
• 2:05
  couple
• 2:05
  days
• 2:06
  ago
• 2:06
  the
• 2:06
  decorative
• 2:07
  hardwoods
• 2:07
  industry
• 2:08
  leaders
• 2:09
  urged
• 2:09
  President
• 2:10
  Trump
• 2:10
  to
• 2:10
  add
• 2:10
  hardwood
• 2:11
  plywood,
• 2:12
  engineered
• 2:13
  wood
• 2:13
  flooring
• 2:14
  and
• 2:15
  hardwood
• 2:15
  veneer
• 2:16
  to
• 2:16
  the
• 2:17
  Section
• 2:17
  232
• 2:18
  tariffs
• 2:19
  on
• 2:19
  wood
• 2:19
  products.
• 2:21
  So
• 2:21
  nine
• 2:21
  presidents
• 2:22
  and
• 2:22
  CEOs
• 2:23
  basically
• 2:24
  representing
• 2:24
  American
• 2:25
  manufacturers
• 2:25
  of
• 2:25
  hardwood
• 2:26
  plywood
• 2:26
  and
• 2:27
  all
• 2:27
  of
• 2:27
  that
• 2:28
  have
• 2:29
  asked
• 2:29
  to
• 2:29
  include
• 2:30
  that.
• 2:31
  So
• 2:31
  Roseburg
• 2:32
  Forest
• 2:32
  Products
• 2:34
  said
• 2:34
  that
• 2:34
  this
• 2:35
  flood
• 2:35
  of
• 2:35
  imports
• 2:35
  dominates
• 2:36
  80%
• 2:37
  of
• 2:37
  the
• 2:37
  US
• 2:37
  market
• 2:38
  is
• 2:39
  the
• 2:39
  reason
• 2:39
  for
• 2:39
  closing
• 2:40
  their
• 2:40
  last
• 2:40
  hardwood
• 2:41
  mill
• 2:42
  and
• 2:42
  of
• 2:42
  course
• 2:43
  exiting
• 2:44
  the
• 2:44
  hardwood
• 2:45
  plywood
• 2:45
  market.
• 2:46
  Mantho
• 2:47
  Wood
• 2:47
  Products,
• 2:48
  family
• 2:48
  owned
• 2:48
  manufacturer
• 2:49
  of
• 2:49
  hardwood
• 2:49
  plywood
• 2:49
  and
• 2:50
  Petoskey,
• 2:51
  Michigan
• 2:52
  had
• 2:52
  some
• 2:53
  stuff.
• 2:53
  So
• 2:53
  there's
• 2:53
  really
• 2:54
  a
• 2:54
  lot
• 2:54
  going
• 2:55
  on
• 2:55
  here.
• 2:55
  So
• 2:56
  I
• 2:57
  expect,
• 2:58
  you
• 2:58
  know,
• 2:59
  Columbia
• 2:59
  Forest
• 2:59
  Products
• 3:00
  employee
• 3:00
  owned
• 3:00
  manufacturer
• 3:01
  hardwood
• 3:01
  plywood
• 3:01
  and
• 3:02
  veneer
• 3:02
  headquartered
• 3:02
  in
• 3:02
  Greensboro,
• 3:03
  North
• 3:03
  Carolina,
• 3:04
  they
• 3:05
  were
• 3:05
  involved
• 3:05
  in
• 3:05
  this.
• 3:06
  So
• 3:07
  the
• 3:07
  founded
• 3:08
  1921,
• 3:09
  the
• 3:09
  decorative
• 3:09
  hardwoods
• 3:10
  association
• 3:10
  represents
• 3:11
  a
• 3:11
  hardwood
• 3:11
  plywood,
• 3:11
  hardwood
• 3:12
  veneer
• 3:12
  and
• 3:12
  engineered
• 3:13
  hardwood
• 3:13
  flooring
• 3:13
  industries.
• 3:15
  So
• 3:15
  they
• 3:16
  came
• 3:16
  out
• 3:16
  and
• 3:16
  they're
• 3:17
  asking
• 3:17
  for
• 3:17
  that.
• 3:18
  So
• 3:18
  I
• 3:19
  think
• 3:20
  with
• 3:20
  that
• 3:21
  ask
• 3:21
  you
• 3:21
  are
• 3:22
  probably
• 3:22
  going
• 3:22
  to
• 3:22
  see
• 3:23
  something
• 3:23
  come
• 3:23
  out
• 3:23
  with
• 3:24
  that.
• 3:24
  So
• 3:24
  if
• 3:25
  you're
• 3:25
  in
• 3:25
  the
• 3:25
  middle
• 3:25
  of
• 3:26
  getting
• 3:26
  ready
• 3:26
  to
• 3:26
  buy
• 3:26
  cabinetry,
• 3:28
  if
• 3:28
  you're
• 3:28
  in
• 3:28
  the
• 3:28
  middle
• 3:29
  of
• 3:29
  buying
• 3:30
  hardwood
• 3:30
  flooring,
• 3:32
  I'd
• 3:32
  probably
• 3:32
  get
• 3:33
  on
• 3:33
  it
• 3:33
  sooner
• 3:34
  than
• 3:34
  later
• 3:35
  because
• 3:35
  that
• 3:36
  is
• 3:36
  our
• 3:36
  kind
• 3:36
  of
• 3:37
  bellwether
• 3:37
  saying,
• 3:38
  okay,
• 3:38
  they're
• 3:38
  asking
• 3:39
  for
• 3:39
  it.
• 3:40
  Tom
• 3:40
  I
• 3:40
  would
• 3:40
  not
• 3:41
  be
• 3:41
  surprised
• 3:42
  to
• 3:42
  see
• 3:42
  that
• 3:43
  change.
• 3:44
  So
• 3:44
  that's
• 3:45
  going
• 3:45
  to
• 3:45
  be
• 3:45
  a
• 3:45
  huge
• 3:45
  deal.
• 3:45
  So
• 3:46
  be
• 3:46
  careful
• 3:46
  with
• 3:46
  that,
• 3:46
  guys.
• 3:47
  Cabinetry
• 3:48
  flooring,
• 3:49
  that's
• 3:49
  where
• 3:49
  a
• 3:49
  lot
• 3:49
  of
• 3:50
  that
• 3:50
  stuff's
• 3:50
  coming
• 3:50
  in.
• 3:51
  And
• 3:51
  the
• 3:52
  other
• 3:52
  issue
• 3:52
  that
• 3:52
  I
• 3:52
  see
• 3:53
  is
• 3:53
  if
• 3:54
  they've
• 3:54
  got
• 3:54
  80%
• 3:55
  of
• 3:55
  the
• 3:55
  market,
• 3:56
  that
• 3:57
  means
• 3:57
  most
• 3:58
  of
• 3:58
  those
• 3:58
  things
• 3:58
  are
• 3:58
  going
• 3:58
  to
• 3:58
  go
• 3:59
  up
• 3:59
  until
• 3:59
  these
• 4:00
  guys
• 4:01
  can
• 4:01
  hire,
• 4:02
  get
• 4:03
  plants
• 4:03
  going
• 4:03
  again.
• 4:05
  So
• 4:05
  that
• 4:05
  could
• 4:06
  be
• 4:06
  up
• 4:06
  to
• 4:06
  a
• 4:06
  year
• 4:07
  of
• 4:07
  turnaround.
• 4:07
  So
• 4:07
  be
• 4:08
  very
• 4:08
  careful,
• 4:08
  guys.
• 4:09
  So
• 4:10
  that's
• 4:10
  one
• 4:11
  of
• 4:11
  those
• 4:11
  things
• 4:11
  that
• 4:11
  you
• 4:11
  want
• 4:12
  to
• 4:12
  keep
• 4:12
  an
• 4:12
  eye
• 4:12
  on.
• 4:13
  Now,
• 4:14
  another
• 4:14
  thing
• 4:14
  I
• 4:15
  wanted
• 4:15
  to
• 4:15
  talk
• 4:15
  about
• 4:15
  today
• 4:16
  too
• 4:17
  is
• 4:17
  we're
• 4:17
  seeing
• 4:18
  a
• 4:18
  lot
• 4:18
  of
• 4:18
  different
• 4:20
  buyouts,
• 4:20
  changes,
• 4:22
  things
• 4:22
  in
• 4:22
  the
• 4:22
  marketplace
• 4:23
  out
• 4:23
  there.
• 4:24
  We're
• 4:24
  seeing
• 4:24
  a
• 4:24
  lot
• 4:24
  of
• 4:25
  things
• 4:26
  moving
• 4:26
  around,
• 4:27
  so
• 4:28
  keep
• 4:29
  an
• 4:29
  eye
• 4:29
  out
• 4:29
  on
• 4:30
  stuff
• 4:30
  out
• 4:30
  there.
• 4:30
  We're
• 4:31
  seeing
• 4:31
  companies
• 4:31
  buying
• 4:32
  out
• 4:32
  others.
• 4:33
  There's
• 4:33
  a
• 4:33
  big
• 4:34
  shift
• 4:34
  out
• 4:34
  there
• 4:35
  in
• 4:35
  the
• 4:35
  home
• 4:35
  improvement
• 4:35
  market,
• 4:37
  so
• 4:37
  we'll
• 4:37
  see
• 4:38
  what
• 4:38
  happens.
• 4:38
  I'm
• 4:38
  curious
• 4:39
  to
• 4:39
  see
• 4:39
  what's
• 4:40
  going
• 4:40
  on,
• 4:40
  but
• 4:40
  you're
• 4:40
  seeing
• 4:41
  companies
• 4:41
  buying
• 4:42
  other
• 4:42
  companies.
• 4:43
  A
• 4:43
  lot
• 4:43
  of
• 4:43
  things
• 4:44
  combining.
• 4:45
  We're
• 4:46
  seeing
• 4:46
  a
• 4:47
  lot
• 4:47
  of
• 4:47
  things
• 4:47
  happening
• 4:47
  out
• 4:47
  there.
• 4:48
  So
• 4:48
  be
• 4:48
  really
• 4:48
  careful
• 4:49
  when
• 4:50
  you're
• 4:50
  working
• 4:50
  on
• 4:50
  stuff
• 4:51
  because
• 4:51
  those
• 4:51
  specifications,
• 4:52
  if,
• 4:52
  hey,
• 4:52
  I'm
• 4:53
  gonna
• 4:53
  put
• 4:53
  this
• 4:53
  in,
• 4:54
  that
• 4:54
  might
• 4:55
  not
• 4:55
  be
• 4:55
  changing
• 4:56
  and
• 4:56
  it
• 4:56
  does
• 4:56
  cause
• 4:57
  issues.
• 4:57
  I'm
• 4:57
  not
• 4:57
  gonna
• 4:58
  go
• 4:58
  into
• 4:58
  some
• 4:58
  brands,
• 4:58
  but
• 4:59
  I'm
• 4:59
  working
• 4:59
  with
• 4:59
  some
• 4:59
  brands
• 5:00
  right
• 5:00
  now
• 5:01
  on
• 5:01
  some
• 5:01
  replacement
• 5:02
  stuff
• 5:02
  and
• 5:03
  there's
• 5:03
  some
• 5:03
  issues
• 5:04
  going
• 5:04
  on.
• 5:04
  And
• 5:04
  I
• 5:04
  tell
• 5:05
  you
• 5:05
  what,
• 5:06
  these
• 5:06
  buyouts
• 5:07
  and
• 5:08
  combinations
• 5:10
  probably
• 5:10
  will
• 5:10
  be
• 5:10
  the
• 5:11
  best
• 5:11
  for
• 5:11
  these
• 5:11
  companies
• 5:11
  in
• 5:12
  the
• 5:12
  long
• 5:12
  run.
• 5:12
  But
• 5:13
  the
• 5:13
  headaches
• 5:13
  on
• 5:13
  the
• 5:13
  short
• 5:14
  term
• 5:15
  is
• 5:15
  getting
• 5:16
  a
• 5:16
  little
• 5:16
  crazy
• 5:17
  out
• 5:17
  there.
• 5:18
  So
• 5:18
  be
• 5:18
  really
• 5:19
  careful.
• 5:20
  Another
• 5:21
  thing
• 5:21
  I
• 5:21
  wanted
• 5:21
  to
• 5:21
  talk
• 5:22
  about
• 5:22
  today,
• 5:22
  guys,
• 5:22
  is
• 5:22
  just
• 5:23
  be
• 5:23
  really
• 5:23
  careful.
• 5:24
  I
• 5:24
  know
• 5:24
  a
• 5:24
  lot
• 5:24
  of
• 5:24
  people
• 5:25
  in
• 5:25
  the
• 5:26
  fall
• 5:26
  and
• 5:27
  winter
• 5:27
  months
• 5:28
  in
• 5:29
  the
• 5:29
  out
• 5:30
  west.
• 5:30
  I
• 5:30
  will
• 5:31
  say
• 5:32
  love
• 5:32
  to
• 5:32
  get
• 5:32
  into
• 5:33
  rain
• 5:33
  harvesting,
• 5:34
  where
• 5:34
  those
• 5:34
  fall
• 5:35
  rains,
• 5:35
  they
• 5:35
  love
• 5:35
  to
• 5:36
  grab
• 5:36
  the
• 5:36
  water,
• 5:36
  store
• 5:37
  it
• 5:37
  and
• 5:37
  use
• 5:37
  it
• 5:37
  later.
• 5:39
  When
• 5:39
  you
• 5:39
  get
• 5:39
  up
• 5:39
  north
• 5:40
  too
• 5:40
  far,
• 5:40
  of
• 5:40
  course
• 5:40
  it's
• 5:41
  snow,
• 5:41
  so
• 5:41
  that's
• 5:41
  stuff
• 5:42
  that
• 5:42
  just
• 5:42
  freezes
• 5:42
  up
• 5:43
  so
• 5:43
  it
• 5:43
  doesn't
• 5:43
  work.
• 5:44
  The
• 5:44
  other
• 5:45
  thing
• 5:45
  is
• 5:45
  maybe
• 5:45
  your
• 5:46
  area,
• 5:46
  you're
• 5:47
  drier
• 5:47
  in
• 5:48
  the
• 5:48
  wintertime
• 5:49
  versus
• 5:50
  where
• 5:51
  I'm
• 5:51
  at,
• 5:51
  where
• 5:51
  we're
• 5:52
  wetter
• 5:52
  in
• 5:52
  the
• 5:52
  wintertime.
• 5:53
  Be
• 5:54
  really
• 5:54
  careful
• 5:54
  of
• 5:55
  rain
• 5:55
  harvesting
• 5:55
  systems
• 5:56
  and
• 5:57
  how
• 5:57
  you
• 5:57
  do
• 5:57
  this.
• 5:59
  I
• 5:59
  have
• 5:59
  seen
• 6:00
  people
• 6:00
  go
• 6:01
  out
• 6:01
  and
• 6:01
  buy
• 6:02
  big
• 6:03
  plastic
• 6:03
  tanks,
• 6:04
  put
• 6:04
  them
• 6:04
  next
• 6:04
  to
• 6:05
  their
• 6:05
  home,
• 6:06
  collect
• 6:06
  all
• 6:06
  the
• 6:06
  rainwater.
• 6:08
  Not
• 6:08
  a
• 6:08
  bad
• 6:08
  thing,
• 6:09
  except
• 6:09
  they
• 6:10
  put
• 6:10
  that
• 6:10
  tank
• 6:10
  right
• 6:11
  next
• 6:11
  to
• 6:11
  the
• 6:11
  basement
• 6:12
  wall.
• 6:13
  And
• 6:13
  in
• 6:13
  my
• 6:14
  career
• 6:14
  I
• 6:14
  have
• 6:14
  seen
• 6:15
  four
• 6:15
  basement
• 6:16
  walls
• 6:17
  with
• 6:17
  huge
• 6:17
  cracks
• 6:19
  and
• 6:19
  are
• 6:19
  failing
• 6:20
  and
• 6:20
  are
• 6:20
  tipping
• 6:20
  into
• 6:21
  the
• 6:21
  basement
• 6:22
  because
• 6:22
  of
• 6:22
  the
• 6:23
  thousands
• 6:24
  of
• 6:24
  pounds
• 6:24
  of
• 6:24
  water
• 6:25
  that
• 6:25
  they
• 6:26
  were
• 6:26
  storing
• 6:27
  in
• 6:27
  tanks
• 6:27
  up
• 6:28
  against
• 6:28
  the
• 6:28
  side
• 6:28
  of
• 6:28
  the
• 6:29
  house.
• 6:30
  So
• 6:30
  if
• 6:30
  you're
• 6:30
  going
• 6:31
  to
• 6:31
  be
• 6:31
  doing
• 6:31
  something
• 6:31
  more
• 6:32
  than
• 6:32
  just
• 6:32
  a
• 6:32
  few
• 6:32
  barrels
• 6:34
  of
• 6:34
  water
• 6:35
  and
• 6:36
  you
• 6:36
  have
• 6:36
  a
• 6:36
  basement,
• 6:36
  you're
• 6:37
  putting
• 6:37
  it
• 6:37
  within
• 6:38
  10ft
• 6:39
  of
• 6:39
  the
• 6:39
  house.
• 6:40
  Make
• 6:40
  sure
• 6:41
  you
• 6:41
  consult
• 6:41
  a
• 6:42
  structural
• 6:42
  engineer
• 6:43
  to
• 6:43
  make
• 6:43
  sure
• 6:43
  that
• 6:43
  you're
• 6:43
  not
• 6:44
  causing
• 6:44
  tens
• 6:45
  to
• 6:45
  hundreds
• 6:46
  of
• 6:46
  thousands
• 6:46
  of
• 6:46
  dollars
• 6:47
  of
• 6:47
  foundation
• 6:47
  damage
• 6:48
  in
• 6:49
  what
• 6:49
  could
• 6:49
  be
• 6:49
  a
• 6:49
  very
• 6:50
  expensive
• 6:50
  mistake.
• 6:52
  And
• 6:52
  make
• 6:52
  sure
• 6:53
  that
• 6:53
  if
• 6:53
  you've
• 6:53
  got
• 6:55
  that
• 6:55
  water
• 6:55
  filling
• 6:56
  up
• 6:57
  and
• 6:57
  maybe
• 6:57
  you
• 6:57
  get
• 6:58
  a
• 6:58
  big
• 6:58
  downpour,
• 6:58
  that
• 6:59
  you
• 6:59
  have
• 6:59
  a
• 6:59
  way
• 7:00
  to
• 7:00
  either
• 7:01
  automatically
• 7:02
  or
• 7:02
  easily
• 7:02
  control
• 7:03
  that
• 7:03
  water
• 7:04
  so
• 7:05
  it
• 7:05
  can
• 7:05
  get
• 7:05
  away
• 7:05
  from
• 7:06
  the
• 7:06
  house.
• 7:06
  That
• 7:06
  water
• 7:06
  needs
• 7:07
  to
• 7:07
  go.
• 7:07
  If
• 7:07
  it's
• 7:08
  hitting
• 7:08
  the
• 7:08
  ground
• 7:08
  outside
• 7:09
  of
• 7:09
  your
• 7:09
  house
• 7:09
  there,
• 7:09
  coming
• 7:10
  off
• 7:10
  your
• 7:10
  gutters,
• 7:11
  that
• 7:11
  needs
• 7:11
  to
• 7:11
  go
• 7:11
  at
• 7:12
  least
• 7:12
  10ft
• 7:13
  away
• 7:13
  from
• 7:13
  the
• 7:14
  home
• 7:14
  and
• 7:15
  get
• 7:15
  it
• 7:15
  downhill
• 7:16
  from
• 7:16
  the
• 7:16
  residents
• 7:17
  because
• 7:17
  otherwise
• 7:18
  that
• 7:18
  water
• 7:18
  loves
• 7:18
  to
• 7:19
  get
• 7:19
  into
• 7:19
  the
• 7:19
  crawl
• 7:19
  space
• 7:19
  or
• 7:20
  basement.
• 7:21
  And
• 7:21
  the
• 7:21
  same
• 7:21
  thing
• 7:21
  goes
• 7:21
  with
• 7:22
  sump
• 7:22
  pumps,
• 7:23
  same
• 7:23
  thing
• 7:23
  with
• 7:23
  that.
• 7:24
  If
• 7:24
  you're
• 7:24
  dropping
• 7:24
  that
• 7:24
  outside
• 7:25
  in
• 7:25
  many
• 7:25
  areas,
• 7:26
  you
• 7:26
  can't
• 7:26
  put
• 7:26
  that
• 7:27
  basement
• 7:28
  or
• 7:28
  crawl
• 7:28
  space
• 7:29
  or
• 7:29
  below
• 7:30
  grade
• 7:30
  sump
• 7:30
  pump
• 7:31
  into
• 7:31
  the
• 7:31
  sewer
• 7:31
  system
• 7:32
  without
• 7:32
  a
• 7:32
  license
• 7:33
  or
• 7:33
  permit
• 7:34
  or
• 7:34
  licensing
• 7:35
  for
• 7:35
  that.
• 7:35
  So
• 7:35
  many
• 7:36
  times
• 7:36
  they
• 7:36
  won't
• 7:37
  let
• 7:37
  you
• 7:37
  do
• 7:37
  that.
• 7:38
  So
• 7:38
  be
• 7:38
  really
• 7:39
  careful
• 7:39
  with
• 7:40
  those
• 7:40
  things
• 7:40
  because
• 7:41
  that
• 7:41
  can
• 7:41
  really
• 7:42
  burn
• 7:42
  you.
• 7:43
  And
• 7:43
  I
• 7:43
  don't
• 7:43
  want
• 7:44
  to
• 7:44
  see
• 7:44
  you
• 7:44
  creating
• 7:45
  a
• 7:45
  fountain
• 7:46
  with
• 7:46
  that
• 7:46
  sump
• 7:46
  pump
• 7:47
  just
• 7:47
  running
• 7:47
  and
• 7:47
  running
• 7:48
  and
• 7:48
  running
• 7:48
  and
• 7:48
  running.
• 7:49
  Gets
• 7:50
  really
• 7:50
  expensive
• 7:51
  when
• 7:51
  you
• 7:51
  do
• 7:51
  that.
• 7:52
  Now,
• 7:53
  another
• 7:53
  thing
• 7:53
  that
• 7:53
  I
• 7:54
  wanted
• 7:54
  to
• 7:54
  talk
• 7:54
  about
• 7:54
  today
• 7:55
  real
• 7:55
  quick
• 7:56
  is
• 7:56
  we
• 7:56
  got
• 7:57
  those
• 7:57
  Amazon
• 7:58
  deal
• 7:58
  days
• 7:59
  going
• 7:59
  on
• 7:59
  right
• 7:59
  now.
• 8:00
  So
• 8:00
  there's
• 8:00
  some
• 8:00
  great
• 8:01
  stuff
• 8:01
  out
• 8:01
  there
• 8:01
  that
• 8:02
  I'm
• 8:02
  seeing
• 8:03
  that's
• 8:03
  exciting.
• 8:04
  There's
• 8:04
  some
• 8:04
  cool
• 8:05
  stuff
• 8:05
  out
• 8:05
  there
• 8:05
  as
• 8:05
  far
• 8:06
  as
• 8:06
  what
• 8:06
  I'm
• 8:07
  seeing
• 8:07
  for
• 8:07
  sales
• 8:08
  out
• 8:08
  there.
• 8:09
  And
• 8:10
  there's
• 8:10
  a
• 8:10
  lot
• 8:10
  of
• 8:11
  cool
• 8:11
  things
• 8:11
  out
• 8:11
  there,
• 8:12
  a
• 8:12
  lot
• 8:12
  of
• 8:12
  electronics.
• 8:13
  A
• 8:14
  lot
• 8:14
  of
• 8:14
  that
• 8:14
  stuff
• 8:15
  I'm
• 8:15
  seeing
• 8:16
  right
• 8:16
  now,
• 8:16
  like
• 8:16
  my
• 8:17
  friends
• 8:17
  over
• 8:17
  at
• 8:18
  Akora
• 8:18
  and
• 8:19
  Nanoleaf,
• 8:20
  Aqora,
• 8:21
  this
• 8:21
  goes
• 8:22
  through
• 8:22
  the
• 8:22
  12th.
• 8:23
  They've
• 8:24
  got
• 8:24
  20%
• 8:24
  off
• 8:25
  their
• 8:25
  new
• 8:25
  video
• 8:25
  doorbell
• 8:26
  hub,
• 8:26
  the
• 8:26
  G410
• 8:28
  and
• 8:28
  the
• 8:28
  camera
• 8:29
  hub,
• 8:29
  G5
• 8:29
  Pro.
• 8:30
  And
• 8:31
  I'm
• 8:31
  looking
• 8:32
  to
• 8:32
  see
• 8:32
  here,
• 8:32
  they've
• 8:33
  also
• 8:33
  got
• 8:34
  some
• 8:35
  serious
• 8:35
  deals
• 8:36
  here,
• 8:36
  like
• 8:36
  on
• 8:37
  the
• 8:37
  U100
• 8:37
  smart
• 8:38
  lock,
• 8:38
  there's
• 8:39
  a
• 8:39
  lot
• 8:39
  of
• 8:39
  cool
• 8:39
  things
• 8:40
  there.
• 8:40
  So
• 8:40
  you're
• 8:40
  going
• 8:40
  to
• 8:41
  see
• 8:41
  the
• 8:41
  smart
• 8:41
  lock's
• 8:41
  got
• 8:42
  like
• 8:42
  a
• 8:42
  34%
• 8:43
  discount.
• 8:44
  So
• 8:44
  you're
• 8:44
  20
• 8:45
  to
• 8:45
  30%
• 8:46
  off
• 8:46
  most
• 8:46
  of
• 8:46
  those
• 8:47
  big
• 8:48
  prime,
• 8:48
  big
• 8:48
  deal
• 8:49
  days
• 8:49
  to
• 8:50
  take
• 8:50
  a
• 8:50
  look.
• 8:50
  So
• 8:50
  if
• 8:50
  you're
• 8:50
  looking
• 8:51
  at
• 8:51
  those
• 8:51
  cameras
• 8:52
  if
• 8:52
  you're
• 8:52
  looking
• 8:52
  at
• 8:53
  sensors
• 8:54
  and
• 8:54
  hubs
• 8:54
  and
• 8:54
  that
• 8:55
  kind
• 8:55
  of
• 8:55
  stuff
• 8:55
  and
• 8:55
  smart
• 8:55
  locks,
• 8:56
  take
• 8:57
  a
• 8:57
  look
• 8:57
  at
• 8:57
  that
• 8:57
  stuff.
• 8:58
  That's
• 8:58
  going
• 8:58
  to
• 8:58
  be
• 8:59
  a
• 8:59
  pretty
• 8:59
  big
• 8:59
  deal
• 8:59
  for
• 9:00
  you
• 9:00
  to
• 9:00
  save
• 9:00
  some
• 9:00
  money.
• 9:01
  And
• 9:02
  Nanoleaf
• 9:02
  has
• 9:03
  got
• 9:03
  some
• 9:03
  great
• 9:03
  stuff.
• 9:04
  They
• 9:05
  really
• 9:06
  are
• 9:06
  pushing
• 9:07
  the
• 9:07
  market
• 9:07
  out
• 9:07
  there
• 9:08
  now.
• 9:09
  Some
• 9:09
  of
• 9:09
  their
• 9:09
  stuff
• 9:10
  works
• 9:10
  really
• 9:10
  well.
• 9:12
  Some
• 9:12
  of
• 9:12
  it
• 9:12
  I've
• 9:12
  had
• 9:12
  some
• 9:13
  struggles
• 9:13
  with.
• 9:13
  So
• 9:14
  I'll
• 9:14
  be
• 9:14
  the
• 9:14
  first
• 9:14
  to
• 9:14
  tell
• 9:15
  you,
• 9:15
  I'm
• 9:15
  not
• 9:15
  as
• 9:16
  big
• 9:16
  a
• 9:16
  fan
• 9:17
  sometimes
• 9:17
  of
• 9:17
  this,
• 9:18
  but
• 9:18
  you're
• 9:19
  seeing
• 9:19
  anywhere
• 9:20
  from
• 9:20
  10
• 9:20
  to
• 9:21
  30%
• 9:21
  discounts
• 9:22
  on
• 9:22
  their
• 9:22
  stuff
• 9:22
  as
• 9:23
  well.
• 9:23
  They
• 9:24
  make
• 9:24
  a
• 9:24
  lot
• 9:24
  of
• 9:24
  different
• 9:25
  products
• 9:25
  out
• 9:26
  there.
• 9:27
  So
• 9:27
  they've
• 9:27
  got
• 9:27
  lights,
• 9:28
  they've
• 9:28
  got
• 9:29
  red
• 9:29
  light
• 9:30
  therapy
• 9:30
  masks,
• 9:31
  They've
• 9:31
  got
• 9:31
  a
• 9:31
  lot
• 9:31
  of
• 9:31
  different
• 9:32
  things.
• 9:32
  They've
• 9:33
  got
• 9:33
  outdoor
• 9:33
  lights.
• 9:35
  So
• 9:35
  take
• 9:35
  a
• 9:35
  look
• 9:35
  at
• 9:36
  what
• 9:36
  they've
• 9:36
  got.
• 9:37
  They've
• 9:37
  got
• 9:37
  everything
• 9:37
  from
• 9:38
  rope
• 9:38
  lights
• 9:39
  to
• 9:39
  different
• 9:39
  interior
• 9:40
  lights.
• 9:41
  I
• 9:41
  like
• 9:41
  what
• 9:41
  they're
• 9:42
  doing.
• 9:43
  Some
• 9:43
  of
• 9:43
  that
• 9:44
  stuff,
• 9:44
  like
• 9:44
  for
• 9:44
  instance,
• 9:44
  I
• 9:45
  put
• 9:45
  up
• 9:45
  their
• 9:45
  backlight
• 9:46
  TV
• 9:47
  option,
• 9:47
  which
• 9:47
  was
• 9:47
  really
• 9:48
  cool,
• 9:48
  it
• 9:48
  worked
• 9:48
  really
• 9:49
  good.
• 9:50
  But
• 9:50
  by,
• 9:51
  oh,
• 9:52
  three
• 9:52
  months
• 9:52
  later,
• 9:53
  that
• 9:54
  was
• 9:54
  falling
• 9:54
  off
• 9:54
  the
• 9:54
  back
• 9:54
  of
• 9:55
  the
• 9:55
  tv
• 9:56
  wasn't
• 9:57
  awesome.
• 9:57
  And
• 9:58
  then
• 9:58
  I
• 9:58
  had
• 9:58
  the
• 9:58
  same
• 9:58
  kind
• 9:59
  of
• 9:59
  thing
• 10:00
  with
• 10:00
  their
• 10:00
  outdoor
• 10:01
  lights
• 10:01
  that
• 10:01
  were
• 10:01
  rated
• 10:02
  outside.
• 10:02
  They
• 10:03
  just
• 10:03
  did
• 10:03
  not
• 10:03
  hold
• 10:03
  up
• 10:04
  to
• 10:04
  the
• 10:05
  Pacific
• 10:05
  Northwest
• 10:06
  rain.
• 10:06
  Even
• 10:07
  though
• 10:07
  they're
• 10:07
  rated
• 10:07
  for
• 10:07
  it,
• 10:07
  they
• 10:08
  just
• 10:08
  didn't
• 10:08
  hold
• 10:08
  up.
• 10:09
  So
• 10:09
  something
• 10:10
  to
• 10:10
  consider
• 10:11
  when
• 10:11
  you're
• 10:12
  out
• 10:12
  shopping.
• 10:12
  But
• 10:12
  I
• 10:13
  tell
• 10:13
  you
• 10:13
  what,
• 10:13
  there
• 10:13
  are
• 10:13
  some
• 10:14
  great
• 10:14
  sales
• 10:14
  over
• 10:14
  there.
• 10:15
  So
• 10:15
  if
• 10:15
  you're
• 10:15
  trying
• 10:15
  to
• 10:15
  buy
• 10:16
  some
• 10:16
  new
• 10:16
  stuff,
• 10:17
  if
• 10:17
  you're
• 10:17
  doing
• 10:17
  some
• 10:18
  early
• 10:19
  holiday
• 10:19
  shopping,
• 10:20
  the
• 10:20
  prime,
• 10:20
  big
• 10:21
  deal
• 10:21
  days
• 10:21
  are
• 10:22
  off
• 10:22
  to
• 10:22
  a
• 10:22
  good
• 10:23
  start.
• 10:23
  Going
• 10:23
  for
• 10:23
  the
• 10:23
  next
• 10:24
  day
• 10:24
  or
• 10:24
  two
• 10:24
  here,
• 10:25
  take
• 10:25
  a
• 10:25
  look.
• 10:26
  I
• 10:26
  tell
• 10:26
  you
• 10:26
  what,
• 10:27
  some
• 10:27
  of
• 10:27
  the
• 10:27
  things
• 10:27
  that
• 10:27
  I've
• 10:28
  seen
• 10:28
  out
• 10:28
  there
• 10:29
  that
• 10:29
  were
• 10:30
  really
• 10:30
  big
• 10:30
  this
• 10:31
  week
• 10:31
  were
• 10:31
  coffee
• 10:31
  makers.
• 10:33
  A
• 10:33
  lot
• 10:33
  of
• 10:33
  the
• 10:33
  things
• 10:33
  like
• 10:34
  the
• 10:34
  Jackery
• 10:34
  Explorer,
• 10:35
  that's
• 10:36
  the
• 10:36
  power
• 10:36
  batteries
• 10:37
  that
• 10:37
  you
• 10:37
  can
• 10:37
  basically
• 10:38
  power
• 10:38
  your
• 10:38
  house
• 10:38
  with,
• 10:39
  or
• 10:40
  small
• 10:40
  things
• 10:40
  for
• 10:40
  tailgating,
• 10:41
  things
• 10:41
  like
• 10:42
  that,
• 10:43
  56%
• 10:43
  off
• 10:44
  there,
• 10:44
  some
• 10:44
  great
• 10:45
  televisions.
• 10:46
  So
• 10:46
  there's
• 10:46
  a
• 10:46
  lot
• 10:47
  of
• 10:47
  cool
• 10:47
  things
• 10:47
  that
• 10:47
  are
• 10:48
  out
• 10:48
  there.
• 10:48
  Take
• 10:48
  a
• 10:48
  peek
• 10:49
  out
• 10:49
  there
• 10:49
  and
• 10:49
  see
• 10:49
  what
• 10:49
  you're
• 10:50
  looking
• 10:50
  for.
• 10:51
  Not
• 10:51
  seeing
• 10:51
  a
• 10:51
  ton
• 10:52
  on
• 10:52
  tools
• 10:52
  and
• 10:52
  things
• 10:53
  like
• 10:53
  that,
• 10:53
  but
• 10:53
  I
• 10:53
  tell
• 10:53
  you
• 10:54
  what,
• 10:54
  could
• 10:54
  save
• 10:55
  you
• 10:55
  a
• 10:55
  little
• 10:55
  bit
• 10:55
  of
• 10:55
  money
• 10:55
  on
• 10:56
  these
• 10:56
  projects
• 10:56
  that
• 10:56
  you're
• 10:56
  working
• 10:57
  holiday
• 10:57
  time.
• 10:58
  Not
• 10:58
  a
• 10:58
  bad
• 10:58
  time
• 10:58
  to
• 10:58
  be
• 10:59
  buying
• 10:59
  that
• 10:59
  stuff.
• 10:59
  I'm
• 11:00
  sure
• 11:00
  looking
• 11:00
  at
• 11:00
  some
• 11:00
  things
• 11:01
  like
• 11:02
  some
• 11:02
  of
• 11:02
  the
• 11:02
  dash
• 11:03
  cams
• 11:03
  and
• 11:03
  stuff.
• 11:03
  They've
• 11:04
  got
• 11:04
  some
• 11:04
  of
• 11:04
  those,
• 11:04
  they've
• 11:04
  got
• 11:05
  50%
• 11:05
  off.
• 11:06
  So
• 11:06
  if
• 11:06
  you're
• 11:06
  trying
• 11:06
  to
• 11:07
  get
• 11:07
  some
• 11:07
  stuff,
• 11:07
  I'm
• 11:07
  ready
• 11:08
  to
• 11:08
  go
• 11:08
  out
• 11:08
  and
• 11:08
  buy
• 11:08
  a
• 11:08
  new
• 11:08
  vehicle.
• 11:09
  So
• 11:09
  I'm
• 11:09
  going
• 11:09
  to
• 11:09
  be
• 11:09
  working
• 11:10
  on
• 11:10
  that.
• 11:10
  I'm
• 11:10
  like,
• 11:10
  that
• 11:10
  might
• 11:11
  not
• 11:11
  be
• 11:11
  a
• 11:11
  bad
• 11:11
  deal
• 11:11
  if
• 11:12
  I
• 11:12
  can
• 11:12
  get
• 11:12
  half
• 11:12
  off
• 11:12
  on
• 11:13
  that.
• 11:13
  That's
• 11:14
  interesting.
• 11:15
  We
• 11:15
  got
• 11:15
  a
• 11:15
  great
• 11:15
  show
• 11:16
  coming
• 11:16
  up
• 11:16
  this
• 11:16
  weekend,
• 11:17
  guys.
• 11:17
  I
• 11:17
  can't
• 11:17
  wait
• 11:18
  to
• 11:18
  share
• 11:18
  that
• 11:18
  with
• 11:18
  you.
• 11:19
  We're
• 11:19
  diving
• 11:19
  into
• 11:20
  some
• 11:20
  new
• 11:20
  subjects.
• 11:21
  It's
• 11:22
  going
• 11:22
  to
• 11:22
  be
• 11:22
  interesting.
• 11:22
  One
• 11:22
  of
• 11:23
  them
• 11:23
  hopefully
• 11:23
  doesn't
• 11:23
  come
• 11:24
  off
• 11:24
  as
• 11:24
  negative.
• 11:24
  It's
• 11:24
  not
• 11:24
  meant
• 11:25
  to
• 11:25
  be.
• 11:25
  But
• 11:26
  we're
• 11:26
  going
• 11:26
  to
• 11:26
  talk
• 11:26
  a
• 11:27
  little
• 11:27
  bit
• 11:27
  about
• 11:28
  navigating
• 11:29
  relationships
• 11:30
  and
• 11:30
  home
• 11:30
  buying
• 11:30
  and
• 11:31
  remodeling
• 11:31
  because
• 11:32
  I
• 11:32
  tell
• 11:33
  you
• 11:33
  what,
• 11:33
  I've
• 11:33
  been
• 11:34
  burned
• 11:34
  with
• 11:34
  that
• 11:35
  and
• 11:35
  some
• 11:35
  of
• 11:35
  the
• 11:36
  things
• 11:36
  that
• 11:36
  I've
• 11:36
  learned
• 11:37
  and
• 11:37
  some
• 11:37
  of
• 11:37
  the
• 11:37
  risks
• 11:38
  that
• 11:38
  you
• 11:38
  have
• 11:38
  and
• 11:38
  how
• 11:38
  to
• 11:39
  better
• 11:39
  handle
• 11:39
  it.
• 11:40
  So
• 11:41
  be
• 11:41
  careful
• 11:41
  out
• 11:42
  there,
• 11:42
  guys.
• 11:43
  So
• 11:43
  we're
• 11:43
  going
• 11:43
  to
• 11:43
  talk
• 11:43
  about
• 11:43
  all
• 11:44
  those
• 11:44
  things
• 11:44
  in
• 11:44
  the
• 11:44
  show.
• 11:44
  We'll
• 11:45
  talk
• 11:45
  about
• 11:45
  a
• 11:45
  little
• 11:45
  bit
• 11:45
  of
• 11:45
  that
• 11:45
  on
• 11:46
  Saturday
• 11:46
  as
• 11:46
  well.
• 11:47
  All
• 11:47
  right,
• 11:48
  everybody,
• 11:48
  have
• 11:48
  a
• 11:48
  great
• 11:49
  rest
• 11:49
  of
• 11:49
  the
• 11:49
  week.
• 11:49
  It
• 11:49
  is
• 11:50
  hump
• 11:50
  day.
• 11:50
  It
• 11:50
  is
• 11:50
  Wednesday.
• 11:51
  Looking
• 11:52
  forward
• 11:52
  to
• 11:52
  having
• 11:52
  a
• 11:52
  great
• 11:52
  week
• 11:53
  this
• 11:53
  week.
• 11:54
  I'm
• 11:54
  Eric
• 11:54
  G.
• 11:55
  Thanks
• 11:55
  for
• 11:56
  tuning
• 11:56
  in
• 11:56
  the
• 11:56
