Since having Irene on the podcast after NXN, she won the USATF U20 Cross Country Championships, and then a few weeks later, ran a national indoor record in the 3200m running 9:45. Irene will be repping the red, white, and blue in Bathurst, Australia on February 18th. Irene also won the 2022-2023 National Girls Cross Country Player of the Year due to her athletic excellence, academic achievements, and exemplary character.
