Episode 628 - Squad depth
In this episode I'm joined by Lewis Ambrose to discuss the issue of squad depth. With no Europe next season, how far do we need to trim the numbers – at times last year Arsenal had a 33+ man panel. Who might be able to provide versatility to cover in various positions? Just how much midfield recruitment do we need, taking into account some of the names we've been linked with? We also chat potential comings and goings in every area of the team, from front to back, including the need for at least one goalkeeper before the season starts, and maybe two. All that and lots more,.
