- 0:02Happy Saturday morning to everybody 1050 and my ass is
- 0:09still on the couch just not ready to roll yet but I'm
- 0:12getting I'm starting to wake up. It was a banger last night.
- 0:17Left Rapid City, SD left Sturgis about 6:15, went to Chicago
- 0:26O'Hare and you know, Chicago O'Hare, always a show, always.
- 0:31They're reworking the runways and you, all the planes are
- 0:34landing. They're sitting out on the
- 0:36tarmac for an hour. So instead of leaving at 10:30,
- 0:42we left about 11:30 because that plane was out on the tarmac and
- 0:46it couldn't get to my gate. No drama, but got to bed about 1
- 0:52and you know, all is good, but we're rolling, we're getting
- 0:56there. We're we're coming around.
- 0:58I then, man, I still got Ozzy on my mind and now my name is Kenny
- 1:07Lee and I am a big Molly. Hey, if you're going to make a
- 1:16fool out of yourself, make sure you make a fool out of yourself
- 1:21around friends. Dick Trickle taught me that.
- 1:26And you all are my friends. I'll never forget Pinellas Park
- 1:30down there in Florida. What was that?
- 1:33The Triple Crown? We, we would run Orlando,
- 1:36Bradenton, DeSoto. And we was in a bar and there
- 1:41was hardly anybody in there. And the song came on and Dick
- 1:44Trickle picked up a chair and started dancing with a chair.
- 1:48And I laughed. I said, what are you doing?
- 1:50He says I have nobody to dance with and I'm amongst friends so
- 1:54you all don't care. All right then.
- 2:01So we had a couple subjects today.
- 2:03We're going to talk about Tristan McKee, this 14 year old
- 2:07kid that won the ARCA race at Watkins Glen.
- 2:11He just turned 15. He was 14 last week.
- 2:15Sounds better when you say 14 year old.
- 2:18And then we're going to talk about the hardcore Harley
- 2:23riders, motorcycle people. If you don't ride your bike out
- 2:27to Sturgis, then you nobody shame, shame people, people.
- 2:40OK, Tristan McKee wins the ARCA race at Watkins Land and I'm
- 2:47thinking, hey, cool, you know, get in line.
- 2:51Everybody's 10 and 12 now winning the Daytona 500.
- 2:55And hey, by the way, in my mind, I was born in 1963.
- 3:01In my mind, the first driver to ever start the young thing was
- 3:05Mark the kid Martin out of Batesville, AR Mark was like
- 3:101516 years old winning ASA races.
- 3:16But Jeff Gordon definitely put it on the map.
- 3:19Then all the mom and dad started saying let's have a baby and
- 3:22we'll mold it into a race car driver.
- 3:29You know what, I want to just we never got into that.
- 3:32You look at like Jeff Gordon, you know, like John Bickford,
- 3:37Carolyn. I mean, they picked their up
- 3:40like the Beverly Hillbillies and they moved from California to
- 3:43Indianapolis for Jeff. Think about how many mother and
- 3:48fathers respond right here. Name some mom and dads that
- 3:53changed their whole life for their child.
- 3:57And then when they got that child, the NASCAR, the owner
- 3:59said get the out of the pits. You're irritating.
- 4:04So the, so the mom and dads, they get their kids to NASCAR
- 4:09and then they can't hang around anymore because the mom and dads
- 4:12are like up your ass and you're like, get let us take the kid,
- 4:16you know, So Tristan McKee wins this race just turns 15.
- 4:24And I think it's cool. But all of a sudden I get on,
- 4:28I'm getting on Facebook because I'm traveling yesterday.
- 4:31And of course, you got to go to the comment section because
- 4:34that's where the juice is at. To my surprise, everybody's mad
- 4:40that Tristan McKee, he's spoiled, he's a rich kid.
- 4:46I'm like, he was driving the car, right?
- 4:51Then you get the dummies that go, if I was in that car, I
- 4:55could put my 12 year old kid. Once again, it's the parents
- 4:59talking for the kids. See what I mean?
- 5:04The grown-ups get jealous. Jealous.
- 5:08Hey Wallace. What?
- 5:10Get the out of your mouth. OK, Calm the down, Herman.
- 5:16Me and Rusty was just talking about this.
- 5:18When you give speeches, slow down and speak properly.
- 5:25See how I kick my own ass every once in a while?
- 5:30So I look at these comments section and they're like Tristan
- 5:35Mckee's a spoiled ass kid. I'm like, and how old are you?
- 5:40Somebody like 50-60 years old making these comments.
- 5:45I'm like, well get your 12 year old kid up there.
- 5:47Well I ain't got enough money. Then I'm like sit down.
- 5:50Then it amazes me because I grew up under middle class.
- 5:56My mom and my momma tell you because because we grew up under
- 6:00middle class, we made it work. But it always amazes me the poor
- 6:04ass broke people that bitched their whole life that they don't
- 6:08have money. Get your get your ass out there
- 6:11and get it like I did. I had nothing.
- 6:14I had nothing. I take soda bottles to my damn
- 6:18bicycle. My huffy and I went up to 711.
- 6:21I cashed those son of a bitches in for a nickel.
- 6:25I'm an old G I'm an old gangster.
- 6:27I found money find it. Don't bitch about it.
- 6:33So as, as as far as these rich kids, what does that mean?
- 6:39I don't see anybody in there next to him driving that car.
- 6:44So it's already a wealthy sport. Hockey is too.
- 6:48All I hear is about them hockey parents.
- 6:50Oh, track, ice, ice rental. It cost so much to be a hockey
- 6:55Mama. I was talking about some
- 6:59athletes and, you know, baseball and they're like, Oh, well, he's
- 7:03a good baseball player because his mother and father could
- 7:06afford the best, you know, baseball schools.
- 7:10And I'm like, here we go, here we go.
- 7:13It's like a rock said he said if you want to do something, you'll
- 7:19make it work. If you don't want to do
- 7:21something, you'll figure out a way not to do it.
- 7:25So quit. You're bitching when these
- 7:27wealthy kids that are Dicks, you know, I don't care if they're
- 7:32wealthy or they're Dicks. Listen, the Bush brothers, they
- 7:36were Dicks, but they could drive a race car, OK?
- 7:41Now they, both of them Bush brothers come around.
- 7:43They're real nice now. But you know, there was nobody
- 7:48in that race car with them. So just remember, everything's
- 7:52about money. You want to go to eat, you got
- 7:54to have money. You don't stand outside the
- 7:56restaurant going, oh, you all got money in there.
- 7:58If I had money, I could eat. All right.
- 8:04It looks bad on you when you complain about these rich kids.
- 8:08The mom and dad ain't in the car with them, so they Got Talent.
- 8:11That's all there is to that. They don't they don't give you a
- 8:14trophy going well, you won the race, but you really didn't win
- 8:18it because somebody was poor and their kid hasn't had a chance to
- 8:21race yet. All that's bull.
- 8:25I just wanted to get that off my mind.
- 8:28Respond right here. Do you think that when the rich
- 8:31kid wins the race that they should go?
- 8:34Ladies and gentlemen, the winner, Tristan McKee.
- 8:37But it really don't count because his mom and dad had
- 8:39money. I came up the hard way.
- 8:46So I'm a badass and I already know that, but it just gets it
- 8:50sounds stupid on some of you people out there.
- 8:53He's wealthy. That mean?
- 8:59OK, we're switching subjects. I see all the hardcore
- 9:05motorcycle people. If you did not ride your
- 9:11motorcycle out of Sturgis then and that and yeah, maybe when
- 9:20you're young, maybe when you're young and maybe maybe it just
- 9:26don't work out. But if you want to be a bad ass
- 9:30and ride your motorcycle out to Sturgis so you can go.
- 9:32I rode my motorcycle out to Sturgis and most people look at
- 9:37you and go, well, you're dumb. So maybe when you're young or
- 9:45maybe when you just want to do it, respond right here if you
- 9:53do, like I did. And my motorcycle was on Rusty's
- 10:00trailer and I flew out there and I jumped on that son of a bitch.
- 10:06And I had the time of my life and we raised, we raised 450
- 10:13something, $1000, and we gave it away to the Special Olympics.
- 10:19Rapid City Flame, Rapid City, SD.
- 10:23So you might have rode your motorcycle out and you might be
- 10:25a badass, but I bet you didn't raise $450,000 and gave away the
- 10:30Special Olympics, did you? Now look how stupid you sound.
- 10:37So I win. I really didn't plan on being a
- 10:44prick today. Just kind of turned out that
- 10:45way. All right, I love you all.
- 10:50We're going to race dirt tonight.
- 10:52Think I'm going to go to Highland.
- 10:54Let's see how many of you made it all the way to 10 minute and
- 10:5755 seconds. I think I'm going to go to
- 10:59Highland because it's 1/2 hour shorter than Brownstown.
- 11:05I didn't run as good as I wanted to last time in Highland, and
- 11:08this Wednesday is the World of Outlaw race with the Modifieds.
- 11:12So I'm going to go to Highland tonight to try to be a little
- 11:15better, and it's a lot shorter distance from here to Highland
- 11:22than it is from here to Brownstown.
- 11:26All right, everybody have a great Saturday.
